00:22:49.840 to get the most attention and so in the beginning you don't get very much attention and that's just
00:22:54.160 the way it goes and so you have to understand that that's you have to be humble and understand
00:22:58.640 recognize where you are as a company and be grateful for the time that you do get from some
00:23:02.800 of these people because in in the big scheme of things like it's very very difficult to get on their
00:23:09.840 radar you have to understand that and whether it's right or wrong it just is it's what it is
00:23:14.160 so what you have to do is figure out how to make yourself stand out with these suppliers
00:23:18.320 and some of the things that we used to do uh is you know we we would we would do extra things for
00:23:24.960 the people that took care of us you know we would we would take care of them in the ways that we
00:23:29.120 could take care to show appreciation yeah maybe it's a small gift maybe maybe it's a uh donate to
00:23:34.640 their charity when when they ask for things or whatever i looked for ways to to contribute where
00:23:39.760 i could because remember dude i didn't have any money it's not like i could just do these things
00:23:43.280 right right right i had to get creative right and and it's important for you guys to get especially
00:23:48.640 with the environment that we're going into now where companies are going to deal with the players
00:23:54.000 because of the economic environment and they're going to basically concentrate all their effort on
00:23:58.400 those guys you guys who are just beginning you're going to have to really do things to make to endear
00:24:04.320 yourselves to these suppliers and i know you guys the natural thing is well i'm the customer yeah well
