REAL AF with Andy Frisella - 447. Q&AF： Team Meetings, Processing Advice & Visualizations That Have Come In Fruition

00:00:00.000 what is up guys it's andy priscilla and this is the show for the realists say goodbye to the lies 0.98

00:00:21.020 the fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality guys today we

00:00:26.100 have q and af that's where you get to submit the questions and i give you the answers as always 0.74

00:00:32.420 you can submit these questions too guys email those questions into ask andy at andy for seller.com

00:00:37.700 you can email them there or you can drop them in the comments section on the youtube q and af episodes

00:00:45.040 okay other times when you tune in you will have see that we do different formats of the show on

00:00:50.480 different days other times we'll have cti cti is cruise the internet it's a current events news

00:00:56.640 show uh where we put some headlines up on the screen we look into them we talk about what's

00:01:02.420 true what's not true we make fun of them and we talk about the ridiculousness that's going on in

00:01:07.260 the world other times we have real talk real talk is just five to 20 minutes of me giving you some

00:01:12.440 real talk and then we have full length and full length is an interview style format uh similar to

00:01:17.460 what you see all across the internet so depending on the day uh we have different kinds of shows and

00:01:23.560 we do have a fee for the show and the fee is very simple if what we talk about on the show

00:01:29.460 makes an impact on you teaches you something entertains you gives you some sort of new knowledge

00:01:36.660 uh which the q and af shows almost always will um well all the shows will almost well let's be real

00:01:43.080 okay um all i ask guys is that you share the show out man you know uh i don't i don't make myself for 0.61

00:01:50.700 sale i don't uh allow these companies to come in and pay me to represent their shit that i don't even 0.88

00:01:56.200 use or talk about and i don't want you guys questioning my opinions or beliefs based upon 0.73

00:02:02.380 the money that someone else is paying me so i've done this this way for nearly a decade now and basically 0.84

00:02:08.780 if i do a good job if dj does a good job if the guys do a good job you learn shit if it makes you 0.82

00:02:13.580 laugh it makes you think if it gives you new perspective you think it's important all we ask 0.77

00:02:17.860 that you share the show that's it man so when we talk about pay the fee that's what pay the fee means

00:02:22.140 it means share the show that can be conversation with some friends that could be a sharing your story

00:02:29.820 it could i don't however you want to share it just share it man just get the word out because we grow

00:02:34.460 if we do a good job and that's what i like value exchange man if we do good you do good for us

00:02:40.360 that's all i ask that's real yeah i do have a question because i've had a i've had this question

00:02:44.980 come up a few times uh because we got a lot of new listeners right now just getting started on

00:02:50.240 youtube it's fucking awesome but they're asking me they're like dude like where do i start like 0.52

00:02:54.940 should they go back what's your recommendation should they go back to like fucking literally episode 0.80

00:02:58.860 one real af is there like an episode that you think would it be a nice you know ease into

00:03:04.380 where we are now what's your take on that you mean in current events for for just the real real af

00:03:10.180 completely so whether that be cti or look dude look man i we're three years in right yeah look on the

00:03:17.500 cti we kind of follow a narrative right like we're following the news cycle so if and i think it's

00:03:24.800 valuable to go back and listen to the older episodes because even though they're not what's going on right

00:03:29.400 here at the moment i think a lot of you guys will see uh that i've been on track the entire time

00:03:34.360 with what's actually going on and i think that's important for people to understand that and 0.99

00:03:39.040 establish that credibility because if you don't know that you tune in now and you think the shit 0.82

00:03:45.240 i'm saying is crazy right but the track record is impeccable it just is and so you know cti is a

00:03:52.540 speculative show it's a humor-based show but it's also an informative show and i think if you go back

00:03:58.580 and listen to the old shows you're going to learn a lot about how we got to here which will help you

00:04:02.800 understand here so i think there's value in that for sure uh the q a f episodes the real talks the

00:04:08.060 full length those do not have an expiration date of any kind so you could drop you can get value from

00:04:13.700 any of those shows at any time um but i think you know just pick up right where we are if you want

00:04:20.560 just follow us along you know that i think that's what's cool about the show is you can just join in

00:04:24.420 right now and start with the most current episode and we're going to keep moving forward

00:04:27.460 um but there's a number of episodes i think that are important to listen to above and beyond many

00:04:34.140 of the other episodes you know episode 208 where i go through the 75 hard program and a live hard

00:04:39.160 program which is actually not only the best but the only true real mental conditioning program that

00:04:45.880 exists that actually fucking works and it's free and i outlined it in that episode 208 another episode 0.95

00:04:53.120 i think is important for everybody to listen to is episode 16 which is win the day win the day is an 0.67

00:04:58.320 episode that will literally break down my exact process for execution management notice i didn't 0.52

00:05:05.440 say time management we talked about execution management how to get shit done and here's the 0.74

00:05:10.520 cool thing about that is that that's free too it gives you the exact technique that i've used to build

00:05:16.280 all my companies all my business and everything in my life and by all standards i'm crushing it so

00:05:22.380 those two episodes are two of the episodes i think that are the most important for people to go back

00:05:29.340 and listen to no matter who you are no matter what you are yeah i would go listen to episode 208 and

00:05:34.440 episode 16 uh in their entirety before the start of next year and those two things will help you have

00:05:41.040 a an extremely extremely fucking productive and good year yeah you'll be sprinting yeah for sure 0.90

00:05:46.820 for sure speaking of sprinting just want to toot my own motherfucking horn here for a minute 0.96

00:05:50.860 today is like what day 29 of uh my 75 hard which i said i wanted to go into the new year sprinting 0.93

00:05:59.740 and just so we're clear um i am sprinting yeah i i showed a certain someone my start pictures and

00:06:08.420 current pictures about an hour ago and that certain someone uh was blown the fuck away was he not 0.91

00:06:16.640 he absolutely was but it's actually like fucking crazy to see it it's not crazy but it is crazy 0.99

00:06:23.180 bro when you you don't think that there was a whole fucking like a year i know it takes motherfuckers a 0.98

00:06:29.380 year to get that i know crazy but that's what happens when you do the program right that's how i can tell 0.98

00:06:35.020 when people did it right okay when you do it right the change is fucking dramatic yeah it's undeniable i 0.86

00:06:41.340 cannot wait to show you guys my before and afters when i complete this program yeah i am firing on all 0.99

00:06:47.440 cylinders by the way bro i just left our fucking weekly board meeting burned that motherfucker up 1.00

00:06:52.200 like it was fucking amazing bro like like dude i've have like the amount of benefit that comes from that 1.00

00:06:58.480 program in terms of how differently and better your brain works is just insane yeah you call it having 0.96

00:07:05.780 the power on yeah i do yeah a lot of people like when i posted my instagram people are like like the

00:07:11.240 other day it was funny because i posted that i said the power is back on yeah and and it was like 0.97

00:07:16.140 the day without your fucking yeah it was snowing and shit people like oh you guys lost power i'm like 0.98

00:07:20.740 no bro like that's my little link to this generator that's my little saying about how this works you 1.00

00:07:26.740 know you're most people live with the power off all the time meaning their brains are completely shut

00:07:34.840 down their bodies are completely shut down their belief is shut down their confidence is shut down

00:07:40.220 they're in a very lowly place and that's the power off so when i say the power is back on it means that 0.89

00:07:46.400 all my shit is firing at max level i have massive momentum in the right direction my brain is working 0.67

00:07:54.320 extremely well i'm sharp i'm crisp i'm coming up with amazing thoughts and amazing concepts and amazing 0.98

00:08:01.140 ideas i'm squeezing the most potential out of my capabilities when i say that when i say the power

00:08:06.840 is on that's what what i mean by that yeah absolutely bro you know and so like it usually takes 0.73

00:08:11.920 people on 75 hard about like the first fucking fit if you've never done it before the first 20 days 0.94

00:08:19.640 are super hard like you have to legit force yourself through because it it's painful like your feet are 0.99

00:08:28.180 gonna hurt your body's gonna hurt your sore as fuck you feel like you just get your ass beat every 0.99

00:08:33.160 single day that's if you're doing it right yeah okay and you're not counting you know oh stretching as a 0.99

00:08:39.420 fucking work i'm talking about fucking two workouts bro and for most people that first 20 days requires an 0.99

00:08:48.080 element of force that they're not super comfortable with with doing but that's where all this shit comes from 0.99

00:08:56.040 right and then once they force themselves over that first hump and by the way if you read the 75 hard 0.86

00:09:01.400 book you know that i break it down into sections and there are multiples of these humps that you're

00:09:06.520 going to have to get over through the program but it's funny because people will get through the first

00:09:10.280 20 days and they think they got the whole program figured out it's like bro you don't even know yet 0.66

00:09:14.260 but the point is and the point that people need to understand is that they will feel so fucking good 0.81

00:09:21.600 getting through that first three weeks their power starts to come on that's what i'm talking about

00:09:26.800 they start to feel good they start to be proud of themselves just a little bit right but because

00:09:31.340 they've been so not proud of themselves and they've been on such a low level and the power's been off for 0.99

00:09:36.880 so long it's like getting a starving person who's been in the desert for 40 fucking days a fucking 0.98

00:09:43.640 Vegas buffet bro right like they're like holy shit right but what you have to understand and what most of 0.99

00:09:49.560 you need to really grasp because i hear a lot of people are oh i get it i get it i get no you 0.97

00:09:53.480 fucking don't get it you just got a taste you just got a taste if you really want to get it you do the 0.87

00:10:01.220 whole entire live hard program at the end of that year you will be a completely different human and 0.99

00:10:08.380 throughout the 75 hard program you will if you're doing i'm talking about first time people

00:10:14.000 and and honestly if like for me it goes the same way almost every time it's just i continue to level

00:10:20.360 up and like my power on gets stronger and stronger and stronger so much so like i was asked yesterday

00:10:27.960 by a guy he's like well what do you do when you don't feel like doing it and like i laughed i'm like

00:10:34.380 i never feel like doing it right like what are you talking about and like to me in my mind like i laugh

00:10:40.160 because i empathize with where he's at because i used to be that way bro i used to be mystical to me

00:10:47.940 like yeah totally mystifying that people could be so disciplined and regimented and execute with

00:10:55.880 such consistency i couldn't i was not that way so like i get that but dude now i'm so far the other

00:11:03.400 way like like it doesn't matter i don't i don't put stock into how i feel about doing anything

00:11:09.260 anymore like i just fucking do it yeah like there's nothing that feels good about going out when it's 0.91

00:11:15.620 minus degrees and doing outdoor cardio that's especially looking around yeah and when the 0.95

00:11:21.900 windshield is in fucking minus 27 or whatever it was the only thing good about it is that you can

00:11:29.000 look around and see that nobody else is doing nobody's there and you get a very strong visual 0.88

00:11:33.420 representation of you literally widening the gap between you and everybody else i like that that

00:11:41.840 gets me excited but that doesn't make that doesn't make like that's not enough to make me go do it it's

00:11:48.060 it's a discipline that i've developed over years and really the last three or four years this isn't

00:11:53.940 years of decades this is just me doing the lip doing exactly what i tell you to do

00:11:58.340 do the live hard program once a year every year for your entire life bro and your life 0.95

00:12:04.760 will be a fucking big fat w at the end period and um i don't know man i feel fucking good though 0.96

00:12:12.560 that's good yeah i know sound good that's what i'm saying yeah i think there's also too there's 0.99

00:12:17.460 another piece man that i don't know if we touch a lot real talk though like how fucking crazy 0.94

00:12:21.480 are those pictures it's fucking insane it's not even four weeks i would a normal person would 0.97

00:12:27.440 probably like there's okay like i could post those right now i could post those right now 0.97

00:12:31.720 and be like day one and day 75 and motherfuckers were freaked the fuck out for sure and i have been 0.96

00:12:37.500 doing i have not doing anything drastic i've been i haven't run once i fucking walk when i do i not do 0.98

00:12:45.740 i walk with intent yeah we're not fucking like just no i'm not fucking i'm not this is not a casual 0.98

00:12:50.540 stroll like sunday stroll i'm walking at a quick pace it's on the borderline of a jog it's brisk 0.68

00:12:56.820 yes a brisk walk we are sweating when we are done we are yeah every time even it's cold yeah so

00:13:04.320 there's there's an intent there and i'm training with intent my workouts have been good you know

00:13:09.960 i'm able like i said that's why i started it because i'm finally able to train again yeah

00:13:13.820 but i mean like dude zero compromise just looks a lot different yeah and what i showed you today

00:13:20.900 that's zero compromise like i haven't fucking i i haven't even fucking looked at something that 0.99

00:13:27.780 wasn't supposed to go in my mouth bro not even fucking looked at you know what i'm saying yeah 0.99

00:13:32.060 like when i talk about perfect intent i'm talking about perfect fucking execution and intent and that's 0.99

00:13:40.840 the difference between that result and the result of any sort of compromise i believe is three or four 0.92

00:13:48.720 times greater over the same course of time i think you get three or four times the results by not

00:13:54.840 compromising at all and going full bore intent than you would if you just half-assed any of it yeah and

00:14:01.500 and dude you know that's why when i show you those pictures like i don't want to show anybody because 0.93

00:14:05.860 but i showed them to you and you're like holy fuck yeah it's because dude i i'm 0.99

00:14:10.540 i needed this program to get back online bro i spent a year fucking sucking like i spent a year 1.00

00:14:17.880 not being able to use my bro i couldn't even wipe my own fucking ass bro i'm having to figure out how 1.00

00:14:22.020 to wipe my ass with my left hand it's hard bro yeah and it's messy like bro it sucked like dude i'm 0.99

00:14:28.100 just saying like you're not used to it yeah real talk man i ain't fucking shame like it's weird 0.99

00:14:32.220 and i ain't asking nobody to do it you know what i mean like right you don't realize how i guess i

00:14:38.940 didn't realize it was kind of how good you had it it's kind of cool that it happened to my dominant 0.75

00:14:43.680 hand because it taught me a lot of perspective bro fuck yeah but but dude the mental struggle 0.72

00:14:48.980 that i had to go through an entire year with no training when training's been a cornerstone of my 0.99

00:14:52.940 life for a long time you know getting off the lexa pro after 11 years like i went through a fucking 0.99

00:14:58.840 hard hard so much hard shit happened to me this last year bro most of you don't like i don't bitch 1.00

00:15:05.600 but like if i did the list would be long right and i needed the program so the day i felt able to 0.99

00:15:13.460 fucking go i fucking went and here we are 25 i'm on day 29 today and i feel like a fucking different 0.99

00:15:21.500 human i am a different human period and uh what about the karmic response of this 0.99

00:15:27.560 of just doing the live heart program like what are you telling the universe right now you know i'm 0.98

00:15:32.600 saying like i'm back on fucking line i'm getting my shit together give me more whatever i fucking 0.99

00:15:36.880 can overcome the universe get the fuck out of my way bro yeah because i'm fucking coming yeah that's 0.99

00:15:42.340 what the fuck i'm telling and that goes for everybody else too so i love it man what is q and a f let's 0.99

00:15:51.000 get into this yeah let's knock this out man i got some good ones for you yeah it's episode 208 go 0.99

00:15:55.780 listen to it you guys should yeah absolutely and fucking do it don't just listen to it like you're 0.99

00:16:00.600 sitting here thinking man 2023 is gonna be my fucking year no it ain't no it ain't go fucking 0.99

00:16:07.380 do that program and you do it the right way and a year from now you'll be looking me in the eye being 1.00

00:16:12.440 like motherfucker i am the fucking man i fucking did that shit my life looks completely different 1.00

00:16:17.600 i am not a fat lazy fuck anymore my entire fucking life changed and you will fucking you will fucking 1.00

00:16:24.540 come here and be so thankful that fucking i told you to do it real talk stop fucking around dude we 1.00

00:16:31.680 only got so much life bro you don't want to live it being a fucking fat piece of shit being real dude 1.00

00:16:37.260 it ain't fun and and and and and and that's coming from someone who lived most of his life that way 1.00

00:16:42.820 i was a fat kid i was a fat teenager i was a fat adult for most of my life i didn't figure this out 0.99

00:16:49.360 until i was in my late 30s so fucking figure it out now bro wherever the fuck you're at because 0.99

00:16:54.320 i'm telling you your life gets a lot fucking better in every single way thanks well guys let's get into 0.98

00:17:01.660 these uh any question number one any what should be the frequency uh and how important are having

00:17:10.200 meetings with your team or even just breaking down to departments right now i do about once a month

00:17:16.300 full company meeting and outside of that my team can come to me whenever they need to about

00:17:21.440 whatever they need to sort of open door policy and shit gets done but i feel like every day i'm bracing 0.57

00:17:26.700 myself for a different world issue that i have to face is the once a month meetings is is that do i 0.99

00:17:33.920 need to increase the frequencies dude that's the fucking job bro that's what it is like you're a 0.99

00:17:40.800 problem solver man like get the fuck out of bed i get out of bed every day and and like dude here's 0.99

00:17:45.920 the difference between me having a great day and having a shitty day me having a great day is i 0.99

00:17:50.660 get out of bed and i'm like fuck i wonder what fucking shit's gonna come my way today and i get 0.99

00:17:56.280 anxious and i get like filled with anxiety and i like all like i get so much anxiety when i get out 0.99

00:18:02.220 of bed that way that i'm like like i shake them i almost get like that shaky feeling like that you can

00:18:07.900 kind of get like where you get next to the edge of a building that's how much uh or edge of a roof or

00:18:13.500 something you know i'm saying i i get so much anxiety when i think that okay and as an entrepreneur

00:18:19.780 as a business owner as a manager as a leader whatever it is you're doing if you think that

00:18:26.700 and you get out of bed that way your whole day is going to be hard your whole because you're going

00:18:32.400 to look at every single thing as evidence as to what you thought was going to happen so you get 0.99

00:18:39.100 out of bed and you're saying fuck i don't want to have these i wonder what the fuck's going to come 0.99

00:18:43.740 my way today and then you know steve brings you this little bitty problem that's real little 1.00

00:18:49.200 and he brings it to you and then all of a sudden because you're already like on the fucking alert 0.99

00:18:53.880 it becomes it goes from little problem to fucking meltdown yeah see i knew it bro fuck i can't ever 0.99

00:19:00.620 get a breath fuck i'm just trying to get through my day and by the way ask me how i know this 0.99

00:19:05.740 because this happens to me too nobody is perfect on this i do not have this always figured out 0.99

00:19:12.000 there are times where i am extremely difficult to work for and work with because i have days like

00:19:19.000 this do i not no okay so i'm i'm totally honest yes and in those days are the days where i pack my 0.86

00:19:27.480 shit up and i go the fuck home okay and what i've learned and i do this most of the time now there 0.92

00:19:33.940 are days where i still fall into that old trap because being an entrepreneur is hard bro it's 0.99

00:19:38.860 almost like being literally abused all the time because you are you are constantly called and put

00:19:45.900 in positions to solve problems that really you personally actually didn't cause okay yeah so you 0.94

00:19:53.440 feel like the entire world is closing in on you you see what i'm saying and it's it's fucking hard 0.90

00:19:59.920 that's why entrepreneurs only make up fucking seven percent of the population and successful 0.98

00:20:05.540 entrepreneurs make up less than one percent it's hard it's a hard fucking job bro these these minions 1.00

00:20:11.740 that fucking glorified on the internet are lying they don't know what the fuck they're talking about 0.99

00:20:15.300 and if they do tell you that it's all this shit then ask to see their real business because i'm betting 1.00

00:20:20.700 that they do not have one right all right so the the difference between my days being great and my days 0.98

00:20:28.680 being bad are 100 related to how i get the fuck out of bed okay when i get out of the bed and i'm 0.99

00:20:35.140 like bro i'm a fucking man i'm the baddest motherfucker on this planet there's not a the 1.00

00:20:40.040 reason that i am who i am is because all these fucking people are going to bring me these problems 1.00

00:20:44.160 today and i'm going to know the fucking answer i'm gonna fix this shit dude when i get out of bed 1.00

00:20:47.840 like that now it's like bring me your shit motherfucker yeah because i'm the fucking man and i'll 1.00

00:20:52.560 fucking make it right and i now all of a sudden i've taken an attitude of being a victim 1.00

00:20:56.920 or being on the response or reactive to understanding that's just my role and i'm 0.98

00:21:03.520 fucking great at it and that's why i am who the fuck i am now can you imagine the difference 0.93

00:21:08.140 of how the day turns out when you get out that way versus the way i described first it's a huge 0.98

00:21:14.240 massive difference bro and this massive difference will literally dictate more about the quality of

00:21:20.800 your life than anything else it's the perspective that you choose to take so for anybody out there

00:21:26.100 who is feeling frustrated with the amount of bullshit that has pushed their way understand 0.71

00:21:31.720 that you are just looking at it through the wrong lenses if you look at it through the right lens and 1.00

00:21:37.660 you say i'm the fucking man bro i'm gonna handle this shit not only am i gonna handle it i'm gonna 1.00

00:21:42.060 handle it so fucking good that this person can never even bring me the problem again because i'm 0.99

00:21:45.920 gonna teach them how to fucking avoid it now you're in a position of power and it's nothing has 0.91

00:21:51.040 changed other than your own perspective yeah so for any of you out there that struggle with that 0.97

00:21:55.160 when you look for problems and you anticipate anxiety see this is a big problem with people's

00:22:01.080 anxiety too a lot of people a lot of people try to go through their day like like they say they

00:22:07.740 make themselves a label right i have bad anxiety okay let's just let's just say that i got bad anxiety

00:22:13.880 which seems to be everybody saying that now now you have to understand that when you say that and

00:22:21.040 you label that you are creating a jail that you live in because you are telling yourself i am anxious

00:22:29.240 i have anxiety okay and then what you start doing is you start becoming hyper aware to anything

00:22:37.280 that actually creates anxiety and because you're hyper aware to anything that creates anxiety the

00:22:44.880 actual response about the anxiety is amplified okay because you are trying to do something which

00:22:51.260 is literally impossible as an entrepreneur which is to get through your day with no bullshit right

00:22:56.260 all right so you have to change the way that you view it you do not have anxiety you have things 0.99

00:23:03.620 that cause anxiety that happen every single day and that's part of your fucking job now if you look 0.90

00:23:08.640 at it like that now if you expect there to be some things that are a little bit minorly irritating 0.98

00:23:14.280 when they come to you you don't blow them the fuck up you're just like okay cool i got this and this and 0.87

00:23:19.060 this so a lot of these things that we tell ourselves that we are can be avoided by understanding that we

00:23:25.500 are setting unrealistic expectations for ourselves a lot of people believe that we should be happy all the

00:23:31.760 time and so when they make their main goal quote unquote happiness they're ultra sensitive to

00:23:39.220 anything that creates unhappiness that happens to them in their life okay we are not as humans

00:23:45.960 supposed to be happy all the fucking time the only reason that we feel happy is because we have the 0.93

00:23:53.240 contrast of things that make us unhappy okay if you were happy all the time you wouldn't know what 0.99

00:23:58.500 happy feels like because it would be the baseline it would be like sitting in a hot tub you get in 0.98

00:24:04.380 the hot tub at first motherfuckers hot sit in the hot tub for 20 minutes it doesn't feel hot anymore 0.97

00:24:08.880 right so if you had happiness all the time that's what it would do to you as well so you have to 0.98

00:24:13.540 appreciate the things that provide the perspective so that you can enjoy the things that you actually

00:24:18.900 want and when we set these unrealistic expectations up for ourselves like i'm going to try to get through

00:24:24.220 this day without any anxiety bro you're going to fail 100 of the time because that's impossible

00:24:30.360 especially in entrepreneurship and business and management and leadership it's impossible can't

00:24:34.820 happen okay so you have to accept that that's where we are and when you accept the realistic

00:24:40.400 expectations and instead look at it and say i'm going to have some issues today that need my attention

00:24:44.480 it's no big deal it's part of what i get paid the big bucks to do yeah now all of a sudden you're not 0.97

00:24:48.540 anxious all the time you're just reacting to the fucking situations as they occur you're allowed you're 0.95

00:24:53.000 allowing the things to come to you and then you're solving them and that creates a much better 0.99

00:24:57.960 existence than labeling yourself as i have anxiety disorder when you really don't you're just repeating 0.99

00:25:04.640 some shit that you heard off the fucking internet and then you're going through your entire life 1.00

00:25:08.420 trying to avoid anxiety when that's impossible and every time you fucking come across it you 1.00

00:25:13.120 hyper react and it makes you believe that you have some sort of problem when in reality 0.98

00:25:16.900 you're just experiencing life and thinking you can get around the shit that's going to be irritating 0.92

00:25:21.560 you're choosing to do yes it's listen man i've taught a lot about this okay this is what i found 0.86

00:25:28.520 yeah so to answer the question has nothing to do with the frequency no bro it's expectations and

00:25:35.560 perspective that's what it is those two things will change your entire life now to answer the question

00:25:40.840 about the meetings um there there there is a fine line to walk with your team or your employees where

00:25:53.460 you meet with them too often or too little okay throughout my career how i've done it is i've always had a once

00:26:03.000 a month all hands company meeting then then i had a once a week uh leadership meeting that's typically

00:26:12.780 how i did now i have nowadays because i have so many things i'm involved in i have a lot of these

00:26:17.420 meetings but i'm just saying when i had one company that's the foundation when i had one company the the

00:26:22.580 format i used that i thought was effective was one meeting a month and that meeting a month

00:26:29.600 was an opportunity for me to talk to the whole company about the vision that we were what we were

00:26:34.740 doing how we were going to do it where i needed everybody to really direction that we needed to

00:26:39.920 paddle and then we also we always had food we always had beer we always made it a fun time

00:26:45.000 and bro that's one like dude the company meetings here even to this day are some of the favorite 0.90

00:26:51.840 things that anybody likes to do and it's on a sunday when everybody wants to be fucking home 0.94

00:26:56.260 you know what i'm saying so we did that once a month and and and by the way when you're small 0.61

00:27:02.060 these companies these meetings are fucking way more fun because you're able to really connect with

00:27:07.080 people you're able to really build bonds and friendships and relationships over a few beers

00:27:11.240 etc you know what i'm saying it's fun i miss those times like i don't get to do that anymore

00:27:16.540 like in fact you guys we should be doing that with these guys here in this room and you know the 0.99

00:27:21.560 other six guys on the team and fucking you know be doing that because that shit is fun as fuck 0.99

00:27:27.300 then the other thing i would do is i would have monday morning meetings with my management team my 1.00

00:27:33.420 leadership team and we would we would take them the messaging of the month and then we would

00:27:39.700 folk hyper focus in uh during those weekly meetings and then during the weekly meetings you know we also

00:27:45.480 had uh the time and the ability to solve all the little things that were happening as we went

00:27:51.420 so basically it's five meetings a month it's one big meeting and then four smaller meetings once a

00:27:58.740 week that's that's the format i did when we had just one company and actually that's still the

00:28:03.660 format that we use for the most part um i just do more because i have multiple projects going on

00:28:10.400 yeah for sure i love it but either way whether you have a thousand it's perception and it's your 0.93

00:28:16.160 choice of how you're choosing to have to tackle the shit well yeah bro like if you you can't have an 0.86

00:28:21.240 unrealistic expectation about running a company dude yeah like if you have people people are 0.99

00:28:27.160 gonna fuck shit up like that's it like and and they're gonna not only that bro they're gonna have 0.99

00:28:33.740 they're gonna have issues they're gonna have ups and downs and they're gonna have relationships 0.99

00:28:38.380 personal life yeah dude and like part of being a really good operator is is dude honestly like

00:28:47.920 kind of being a therapist for people too you know what i'm saying like not say like you don't want 0.97

00:28:52.700 to be one of these people who runs a company it's like yeah well fuck that's not my fucking problem 0.99

00:28:56.580 do your fucking job those people will hate you okay so you have to give them they're coming to you for 0.99

00:29:02.320 some fucking leadership bro do you not think that if they bring you something that maybe they need 1.00

00:29:06.940 some help with and you help them with that they're actually going to respect you more as a leader and 0.99

00:29:11.200 understand that you have their best interests in mind because you just gave them some good advice

00:29:14.300 about their family or their relationship or their this or their that makes them more productive 0.99

00:29:17.760 like bro they're coming to you because they trust you to give them good advice if you if you fucking 0.98

00:29:23.280 throw that out the window because you want to pretend like some sort of badass ceo you're missing a great 0.92

00:29:28.740 opportunity to really bond with your team yeah you know absolutely bro absolutely uh any question

00:29:35.340 number two uh you've you've i want to get away from saying most people uh and i actually like your

00:29:42.400 terminology you say peasants okay there's peasantry thinking people minded people right so how do

00:29:48.380 these peasant minded people okay vet and process info and advice versus how highly successful people

00:29:57.400 process vet uh information and advice what's the difference how do they do it how should you do it

00:30:04.960 um and how does that work does it give context on what information be anything i mean i'm you know

00:30:11.560 information on life advice i i think i think you know i think let's say let's just use the term you know 0.95

00:30:20.560 let me fuck dude like peasant thinking okay is they see someone that they believe to be potentially 1.00

00:30:28.740 credible they don't really look beyond that they don't look into it at all and they just hear what they 1.00

00:30:34.380 say at surface level and they think about it for a second they think about like you know it's

00:30:41.240 probably true and then they do nothing with it you know they just they're just kind of like it's in

00:30:46.620 one year out the other year there's no real depth of processing of the thought there's no looking

00:30:51.400 into the vetting at all they just they just hear it yeah you know and and sometimes that sticks

00:30:56.400 and then they'll go to the bar with their buddies or you know whoever and they'll try to repeat 0.93

00:31:01.000 some of this shit you know they don't really understand it at all right and then i think 0.97

00:31:06.280 like champion level thinking because that's what we're we're talking about the two distinct what we 0.99

00:31:11.460 have the bottom which is peasant thinking we have champion thinking right champion thinking how champions 0.97

00:31:17.800 process information is a champion will read a 400 page book for one fucking thought a champion will 0.97

00:31:26.380 will invest hours and hours and hours and hours to get one little nugget that will make them better 0.55

00:31:32.660 okay when they vet people and who they should listen to they will look at them and really truly ask

00:31:40.060 themselves is this someone who is credible are they who they say they are do they know about what it

00:31:47.160 is that they're trying to tell me have they done this in real life have these things that they are 0.99

00:31:52.940 trying to teach worked for them or are they just full of shit all right so champions are very much so 0.96

00:32:00.180 very very closed off to who they will accept information from but they are very open about 0.97

00:32:08.680 the little bits and pieces of data that can translate into productivity for themselves so

00:32:14.920 i the amount of people that put information that i take seriously is very low but how much i get out

00:32:23.800 of each piece of those information is much higher because i look for one or two thoughts that could

00:32:29.980 could change what it is that i'm doing right i also think that champion people they read a lot okay 1.00

00:32:37.620 there's people out there that will say oh reading is a waste of time you're a fucking idiot if you 0.99

00:32:42.300 really think that you need real life experience and you need other people's life experience if you 1.00

00:32:48.980 can learn from other people's life experience and you can learn what worked what didn't work what to 0.96

00:32:53.840 avoid you are saving yourself years of pounding your head on the fucking wall and if i can learn one or 0.99

00:33:01.340 two bits of information from someone that saves me a year of my life what does that work right okay so 0.99

00:33:08.780 like when i look at let's for example say like we have arate syndicate and it's fucking it's not 0.89

00:33:15.580 cheap okay it's not expensive but it's not cheap it's 400 bucks a month for the basic membership to 0.96

00:33:21.360 be in it now a lot of people listening will say 400 a month how the fuck do i do you should make it 0.98

00:33:28.200 happen bro because on every other motherfucking call that we have there is one sentence or two sentences 0.99

00:33:34.740 that will make you a million times that if you went out and applied it on every fucking call on every 0.99

00:33:41.400 fucking call at every event at every bro every single time that we get on the fucking phone or on 0.99

00:33:50.180 the screen or go and do an event or whatever there is a piece of data i am 100 confident in will make 0.99

00:33:57.440 you a hundred x your entire yearly membership and that happens every single week and so champion 0.88

00:34:03.600 people fucking value that they look at that and they say 400 a month to fucking get data that's 0.96

00:34:09.580 gonna fucking make me millions of dollars over the course bro that's fucking free i'm gonna figure 0.99

00:34:14.620 that the fuck out that's it that's all you want is 400 yes that's how champions think how fucking 1.00

00:34:19.400 peasants think is 400 bucks a month bro i could drive a fucking i could drive a fucking nicer car for that 1.00

00:34:27.140 or i could fucking you know blah blah i could take my girl out to a nicer on a weekend trip like they 1.00

00:34:32.880 they think very short term and they don't understand to put a price on actual data right like i will read 0.99

00:34:39.580 an entire fucking book bro for one concept and i will know it and i will fucking put it in my phone 0.99

00:34:45.800 and i will say that's it that's it right okay and then everything else that i get which i'll probably 0.99

00:34:50.960 usually get like 10 things from everything i read i'm like fucking bonus awesome cool 0.82

00:34:56.620 was that worth my because i'm a slow reader it takes me 10 hours to read a whole book okay 0.86

00:35:01.500 was that worth my 10 hours if it made me fucking you know and in my case bro one of these concepts 0.98

00:35:08.220 will not make me a million dollars it's gonna make me tens of millions right because we're operating at 0.99

00:35:12.600 a large scale so was that 10 hours worth tens of millions because of what the fuck i just learned 0.67

00:35:17.160 from that yeah absolutely right so there that's the difference that's the difference in how you view 0.92

00:35:22.680 information uh versus you know how how basic you know peasant thinking works yeah so so so so you're

00:35:30.520 saying first of all you got to have the input right and champion level people are putting a shit ton of

00:35:36.320 input into this process but more importantly you got to do something with it well it's not just it's 0.97

00:35:40.760 not just input bro it's vetted qualified input like i'm not fucking paying attention to these knuckleheads 0.98

00:35:45.560 uh you know on on the internet who who i know for sure haven't built real shit right like that's a big 0.97

00:35:52.440 mistake you know if you if you scroll through instagram bro you'll find no shortage of people 0.99

00:35:57.780 who have all this advice to give about everything right it's about relationships it's about fucking 0.99

00:36:03.600 business it's about this and it's like every motherfucker out there is some sort of expert in 0.99

00:36:08.120 something but when you look at most of their lives their lives do not reflect that 0.95

00:36:11.580 okay so i'm not i'm not valuing information for people who haven't used that same information to

00:36:17.920 build real things right it makes sense to me i know i know it does but it makes sense to anybody

00:36:23.960 and the message here for those of you who watch and who are out there giving advice

00:36:28.300 is to go out and build something before you start preaching and teaching about it go out and build

00:36:34.500 something of relevance and if you want to be taken seriously because a lot of people will complain

00:36:39.060 man i have so much i have such a hard time getting traffic on my you know my business podcast well

00:36:44.780 yeah it's because you don't fucking own a business that's actually visible for anybody that they can 0.99

00:36:50.000 order from and experience and see they think you're full of shit bro that's why they're not listening 0.99

00:36:54.720 so build something then teach it it's not the other way around yeah i love it but i think that's a big 0.99

00:37:01.240 deal bro i think that's a big difference between people who are of champion mindset and people who

00:37:06.620 aren't they will vet and when once they vet and they allow the fewer amount of people to give them

00:37:11.680 information they take the information much more seriously and value it at a higher regard and 0.98

00:37:16.840 actually put it into play whereas you know the peasant thinking those people will hear shit and they 0.99

00:37:23.220 won't do anything with it other than repeat it at a fucking get together with their homies right 0.99

00:37:26.780 you know like because they want to seem smart in the moment 0.99

00:37:28.960 dude at the end of the day it's this the results tell the fucking story that is it you're either 0.99

00:37:36.260 winning or you're fucking losing you either are or you fucking aren't and i want to learn from 1.00

00:37:40.440 motherfuckers that are that is it i'm not i'm not even going to listen to someone who isn't i'm not 1.00

00:37:45.660 going to listen to someone who is i'm going to kill 2023 i don't give a fuck dude i'm going to 1.00

00:37:51.480 talk to the motherfucker who killed 2022 and 21 and 20 and 19 and i'm gonna learn from that 1.00

00:37:57.560 motherfucker fucking love it man well guys andy our third and final question question number three 1.00

00:38:06.440 andy what's the most recent visualization uh that you have practiced that came into fruition 0.99

00:38:13.920 how did you get there man tough question it is because like it it's not it's not easy for me to

00:38:23.140 break that down because there's nothing new that i visualize like i've been visualizing

00:38:27.460 where i'm at for so long yeah and the things i visualize now are not where i'm at there are

00:38:33.540 things that haven't happened yet there's 10 years from now yeah so like my visualization goes into

00:38:38.380 a lot of it you know i have business visualization and then i have personal visualization like i have

00:38:45.100 business visualization about the companies i'm involved in and they all have different goals and

00:38:49.340 i think about where each one of them is going to be and go you know what i'm saying absolutely so

00:38:54.120 so like when i visualize first form and i think about first form um i think about our distribution

00:38:59.960 centers that are going to be all over the globe i think about the network of people who are going to 0.85

00:39:04.420 enjoy and use our products and benefit from them and change their entire fucking lives all over the 0.98

00:39:09.280 fucking world i think about the massive change that's going to facilitate and culture globally like 0.96

00:39:17.880 those are the things i think about and the way i think about those things is i think about them in 0.98

00:39:21.760 you know very very real visual settings i think about people gathering i think about groups working

00:39:27.120 together i see people working hard together i see people getting results i see our people in this

00:39:31.820 company growing their careers and i visualize that in many different ways i see i see dc centers and

00:39:37.860 headquarters in in europe i see them in asia i see them in the middle east i see them in south america 0.96

00:39:43.180 you know what i'm saying absolutely like i see all of that shit and then uh you know personally like 0.94

00:39:48.440 you know i i you know i have some personal goals like i think a lot about like 0.94

00:39:54.120 like well i mean there's a number of things i want to do that i visualize like right now like i

00:40:01.340 visualize building uh you know an estate that sits on 300 acres instead of 15 acres okay like i actually

00:40:09.240 want to replicate my entire house and my entire my garage and everything on a big giant piece of

00:40:15.020 property um that's something i visualize something else i visualize like i would like to own a winery 0.98

00:40:21.820 in tuscany i think about that a lot i think about sitting out on the fucking patio at this winery you 0.97

00:40:27.180 know the old world stone like you know the the fucking the whole uh you know ambiance of everything 0.96

00:40:34.620 i think about those things like i would like to enjoy a little bit of life you know so i have 0.98

00:40:39.420 some things that i visualize there but you know none of that shit like when you say what have i 0.75

00:40:46.420 visualized most recently that's come to fruition well i think you know the reality is um it's probably 0.99

00:40:52.380 the last 29 days where i said dude i want to get my fucking shit turned back on i want to be backward 0.99

00:40:56.860 the fuck i was mentally i want to be finely tuned i want to be sprinting into 23 and if you remember i 0.99

00:41:02.220 made a story saying that hey i'm starting 75 hard tomorrow because when when 2023 comes around i want 0.99

00:41:08.140 to be running full speed well here i am 29 fucking days later and i'm running full speed yeah three 0.94

00:41:14.220 four days away from the new year yeah and while everybody else is waking up on fucking uh january 0.99

00:41:19.500 1st with shit in their eyes and you know a big fat belly and fucking feeling like shit and like trying to 0.99

00:41:25.260 like you know oh fuck it's finally here finally time to get to work uh i'll already be at full momentum 1.00

00:41:32.140 you know what i'm saying so like you know i'm always visualizing yeah like we're building these 0.99

00:41:38.140 buildings across the street um those are things i visualized years ago that are happening now you

00:41:44.380 see what i'm saying right right so like i i don't know like i'm always constantly in a process of seeing

00:41:49.820 what i want and then having it materialize yeah and so i think it's important to constantly

00:41:55.020 be in that process you know a lot of people they stop growing because they stop thinking about

00:41:59.420 things down the line they get to a point where they're comfortable they got a nice car they got

00:42:02.860 a nice house they can go to the lake house for the weekend or whatever they do and they stop thinking

00:42:08.220 of anything past that and before they know it they're in crisis mode because they have stopped

00:42:12.700 growing and everybody else who is continuing to grow has come up right on them or passed them by

00:42:17.180 right so i think it's important to always be going like it's always important to move forward

00:42:22.460 because the minute you stop moving forward is the minute that everybody else catches up because

00:42:26.620 people don't understand that there is no maintaining you when it comes to business when it comes to

00:42:31.820 growing when it comes to progressing life there is no pause there is forward and backwards and people

00:42:38.460 say well how is there not a pause i can i can pause right here for the next three years and stay right

00:42:43.100 at you know ten million dollars in sales yeah you can but here's the problem everybody else behind you

00:42:49.980 is continuing to push and so when the scale continues to slide forward and you don't move

00:42:55.180 on the scale you'll quickly find yourself at the back of the line does that make sense because two

00:43:00.620 million dollars that's the minimum now you know that's right everybody else is doing 30 and you're

00:43:04.940 doing 10 because you thought it was good enough and you thought you could hit pause now all of a sudden

00:43:08.940 you're virtually out of business and this goes for every area of life dude if you're not working to improve

00:43:14.700 the the whole entire scale is sliding and it might be sliding at a much slower pace than what you could

00:43:21.820 grow at but when you stop trying to grow now we're in a situation where that scale is sliding faster

00:43:27.020 than you're moving and that means you're you're naturally and organically moving to the left of

00:43:30.940 the scale which is the back end of the scale you don't want to be on yeah so there is no pause there is

00:43:36.460 no maintaining it's forward or backwards if you're not moving forward you are by default moving backwards

00:43:41.820 because of the the way that the scale slides yeah so you didn't make the rules bro i didn't make them

00:43:46.940 yeah it's just reality bro no like all your competitors the people you compete with the

00:43:51.180 companies you compete with they're not hitting pause right not a single one of them bro so how 0.96

00:43:55.820 the fuck do you think your pause is going to beat their go it's not going to happen no so so it's 0.92

00:44:01.580 important to continue to progress it's important to not allow yourself to get too comfortable i'm not 0.99

00:44:06.620 saying you can't have a day or i'm not saying you can't have a week once in a while where you relax

00:44:10.940 and enjoy all the fruits of what you've done i don't do that but you can if you want i'm not

00:44:17.580 saying it's wrong i'm just saying you don't want to do it for too long yeah like i have a rule with

00:44:21.340 myself i don't go more than two days off of off of like my my routine or my vibe all right like if

00:44:28.700 i'm going to take a break it's going to be for two days that's it because two days i can still easily

00:44:33.420 get back into the rhythm i even told you this about you because you just finished 75 hard in phase one

00:44:39.020 i said look dude it's okay to have a day it's okay to have another day but it ain't okay to have

00:44:44.220 three days in a row no three days in a row it's going to start a new habit the wrong direction yep

00:44:48.860 so that quick yeah so two days for me is the max i will allow myself to really like

00:44:54.940 chill you know what i'm saying and i know that sounds extreme but i want extreme results so that's 0.97

00:44:59.900 that's what the fuck i do yeah that's that's what fucking fireman guys andy that's three that's 0.99

00:45:08.460 three yeah go pay the fee don't be a hoe share the show went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry 1.00

00:45:14.620 box froze fuck a pole fuck a stove counted millions in the cold bad bitch booted swole got her own bank 1.00

00:45:21.740 broke can't fold just a no head shot case closed 1.00
