00:00:38.020 is racism against white people that's what it is this is what it is i listen i'm tired of being

00:00:45.280 victimized and a minority on my own show i've got you i've got syed over there who's indian i got my 0.99

00:00:52.300 dot over here who's buzzing you guys are always fucked us up when they're always hanging up on me 0.99

00:01:14.640 question and answer show you could submit your questions one of a couple different ways the

00:01:19.360 first way is guys email those questions into ask andy at andy for seller.com and now that we're on

00:01:26.140 youtube and if you didn't know uh i know most of you guys listen to audio platform but we do upload

00:01:30.640 these episodes on youtube for you to peruse and if you want to peruse the episodes on youtube and drop

00:01:36.680 us a question in the comments on the q and af videos we will pull some questions from there as well

00:01:42.100 and they can be about anything guys it can be about uh how to win how to make more money

00:01:46.080 business personal development uh what's going on in the world we'll answer them uh in variety on the

00:01:52.720 show if this is your first time listening there's a couple things you need to know about the show

00:01:56.640 we have a different version we have four different versions five different versions of the show within

00:02:02.180 the show today you're going to hear q and af other times you tune in you're going to hear cti cti

00:02:07.560 stands for cruise the internet that's where we put topics up on the screen we speculate about them

00:02:12.600 we talk about them we uh talk about what may be true what may not be true and then we talk about

00:02:17.420 uh how we can all be the solutions to the problems going on in the world and we do so

00:02:21.700 in a very politically incorrect way so if you're uh a sensitive sally that's probably not the show for

00:02:28.280 you to listen to uh other times real talk real talk is five to twenty minutes of just me giving you

00:02:33.400 something that i think needs to be said and then other times we have full length and full length is what

00:02:37.360 you're used to seeing on most other podcasts where people come in they sit in on the show and we have a

00:02:42.180 conversation uh and then other times our fifth version is 75 hard verses where we have people

00:02:47.260 come in and talk about 75 hard in their path we haven't done one of those in a while we have a 0.94

00:02:50.720 few good ones coming up uh i don't want to get back to doing that regularly now for all of that shit 0.89

00:02:55.700 uh you're going to notice something about the show i don't run ads on the show you're not going to hear 0.88

00:03:00.060 me read a bunch of shit and uh talk to you a bunch of bunch of stuff that i don't use and get paid to 0.87

00:03:05.600 talk about i keep it free i don't want to have my opinion leveraged by the powers that be aka people that are 0.99

00:03:12.040 paying me to say shit that i don't actually believe in i don't want to listen to them bitch about the 1.00

00:03:16.060 shit i say so i don't do ads it's not something i do and in exchange for that i just ask very simply 0.99

00:03:22.100 please share the show if the show's good if it change your perspective it entertains you 0.89

00:03:26.520 if it teaches you something if it gives you uh if it's not a waste of time if you just think it's good

00:03:31.620 content please share the show if we don't do a good job you don't have to share it but when we say

00:03:36.220 pay the fee that's what we're talking about we're talking about paying the fee um

00:03:39.840 sharing the show having a conversation and helping us grow the show you know one of the most common

00:03:44.020 things i get from you guys is man everybody should be listening to this well dude the only way that

00:03:48.960 everybody's going to be able to listen to it if you guys share it that's the only way we've grown

00:03:52.340 and we've been able to maintain a top ranking across all platforms on podcasting for close to

00:03:57.340 a decade now entirely based off value exchange and word of mouth which i'm very proud of and so i just

00:04:03.160 want to say for those of you guys that do share the show thank you uh for those of you guys that 0.94

00:04:07.640 listen and don't ever share the show fuck off yeah share the show all right now what do we got 0.87

00:04:14.000 well real quick you just uh you upgraded my vocabulary and i want to just say thank you for 0.99

00:04:18.860 that what i do you used a word that i haven't heard peruse peruse yeah i heard that word i never used it

00:04:23.980 in my life did you ever look it up i did what's it mean it means to read something typically in a

00:04:28.480 thorough or careful way yeah or examine i use it appropriately then i can't remember how you

00:04:34.280 used it there has to be another definition that's more like it's like examine carefully

00:04:38.580 or at length there you go yeah that's appropriate ruse yeah yeah cool thank you all right well i'm

00:04:45.760 glad it's word of the day from andy well you know even though you guys oppress me on my own show

00:04:51.620 i try to be helpful that's real man everything good with you we got we got to check in with

00:04:57.240 somebody about are you good yeah i'm good all right well we apparently we have we have a national

00:05:02.140 hero yeah a little batman in studio with us well st louis batman not even national hero we have an

00:05:07.600 international hero what should this do we have the international batman what's his what's his

00:05:12.020 superhero name gonna be bat day

00:05:13.460 batman yeah batman so bat day yes tell us your story of what what happened to you so yesterday i'm

00:05:25.960 driving to get some food to popeye's and as i'm driving wait wait wait wait wait yeah 0.99

00:05:34.060 popeye's is good shit bro popeye's slaps popeye's is good shit see i don't give a fuck what anybody 0.99

00:05:39.600 says hey popeye slap hey man there's popeye's i get it there was a popeye there was a popeye's next 1.00

00:05:45.020 to uh our first supplement superstore it's like right around the corner it might still be there it

00:05:48.880 was on sunshine in springfield missouri yeah so we were on campbell on south campbell and if you

00:05:53.720 would go up to sunshine take a right and go a couple miles down on the right there was a popeye's 0.60

00:05:58.720 i was a regular yo same fucking love same now my pie used to eat when i was on duty all the time 0.89

00:06:04.120 because we ate for free yeah but it was it was yeah anything wait what did he say no it was you ate 0.94

00:06:11.940 everything listen let me tell you look i want to get to the bat bat day story but i just want to

00:06:17.800 explain to you guys how fucking bad my addiction was yeah i would walk into the popeyes and they 0.95

00:06:23.700 would immediately say drop drop five spicy tenders as soon as i fucking walked in yeah so they knew 0.98

00:06:29.060 that's what i ate yeah all the fucking time all right sorry bad day all right continue so is that 0.98

00:06:34.040 a stereotype no was that a fair stereotype was that just what you got no no that's what i think if i 1.00

00:06:39.660 walked into popeyes they would say drop five i mean fuck if you were in there every fucking day 0.99

00:06:43.840 they probably would saying they like know exactly what you say i want the same treatment oh bro i would 1.00

00:06:47.920 yeah for sure throw some spicy tenders with that mardi gras mustard bro shut up dj all right so i'm 0.79

00:06:56.560 driving i mean that day's got a story this is a safe space i'm sorry go ahead so i'm in the left

00:07:02.580 lane there's a truck in the right lane is going and it's and it's raining so you can't really see

00:07:07.820 anything and the road is like very slippery so there's a there's a right turn and you can go

00:07:16.060 straight there but in the middle there's like the little triangle separator thing yeah like a curb yes

00:07:21.360 yeah so this truck hits the curb and i'm watching it slowly flip over to his side yeah i'm like holy

00:07:28.700 shit and it's like rest on the side correct okay first thing i do take out my phone take a picture 0.76

00:07:34.780 holy shit yeah so i got the picture here just pull it up for you guys it's it's a little bit uh 0.99

00:07:41.200 holy shit this happened right in front of you yes 0.99

00:07:43.400 damn all right so what happened so then i get out the car and so he fucking was going and swerved a 1.00

00:07:53.900 little bit to the right i don't think he even popped up i don't think he even swerved i think 0.98

00:07:57.800 he was going straight and he hit the curb popped him up and turned him over yeah i got it so i uh put

00:08:04.160 my car in the hazard mode make sure nobody's behind me and i get out and i'm on the um i'm looking i'm

00:08:10.940 looking at them through the mirror through the uh front windshield windshield and it's two dudes

00:08:16.600 dj size

00:08:18.660 one is on top of the other and the one on bottom his neck is like

00:08:26.740 like crunch in there crunched like flat on his face and i'm like are you okay and he's like

00:08:32.040 yeah i'm fine i'm fine i look to the left and luckily there was a cop like right there and i'm

00:08:36.760 like waving my hands like hey help let's get this let's get these guys out of here so the cop comes

00:08:42.400 gets out and there's another like gentleman just walking by on the street and he comes out too and

00:08:47.360 we try to flip the truck over first thing like that couldn't do it couldn't do it it was it was

00:08:52.380 too heavy and i think much sandbags at the bottom of that truck huh yeah all right got it it was like

00:08:57.480 two yeah so two massive people yes yeah so the best part is we're trying to like we're trying to get

00:09:04.400 them out and like the door is stuck they can't get up like these dudes are like in terrible shape

00:09:08.740 but clearly don't work out they're also they're not djs they were probably going to popeye's too

00:09:12.400 yeah they're not djs then so they were pre pre they were they were all pre-meeting the andy dj 0.98

00:09:19.200 they're like mini djs yeah and so all right motherfucker so there's a cecil that was in a 0.98

00:09:27.120 minute you know i'm saying so there's a cecil whitaker's right there on the on the corner yeah 0.98

00:09:32.080 and this mexican dude comes out with his apron on and he's bringing two mexican two other mexican 0.96

00:09:37.900 dudes yeah and this is the best part sorry he's like are we doing this shit or what bro yeah 0.96

00:09:42.740 oh he was ready he's like i got two more bodies so then i think so it's the six of us get the uh 0.97

00:09:49.640 truck flipped over finally damn and the dude's like arm is like all bloodied yeah i think i i got a

00:09:55.100 little bit of a bruise here too but you guys got it flipped over yeah we got it flipped over yeah 0.98

00:10:00.460 those dudes would have been fucked if like nobody did they get out were they okay they seemed i mean 0.99

00:10:05.100 they said they were okay but ambulance coming all that yeah yeah yeah fuck well good for you so 1.00

00:10:09.380 did you cut your hand on some glass that's how you got that i don't know yeah it must have been 0.98

00:10:13.500 like a glass or a pinch or something huh well dude that's awesome man i don't know a little hero man

00:10:19.360 yeah bathe yeah bathe yeah bathe

00:10:21.320 holy shit let's do a show that wasn't it yeah that wasn't it got got them uh got them that actually 0.96

00:10:38.240 is okay it's kind of funny it's kind of funny yeah man all right everybody's too dot now let's give 0.98

00:10:44.340 the real shit all right let's get better now yeah yeah let's get better all right man well it is uh 0.83

00:10:50.000 it is q a and i got some good ones for you cool so let's uh let's knock these out uh question number 0.99

00:10:56.380 one andy andy do you ever struggle with feeling guilty on days that you take off work i found that

00:11:04.740 i struggle taking time off and i feel extremely guilt uh guilty even when i've worked very hard to earn

00:11:10.620 a day off to enjoy my hobbies one of the reasons i became a business owner was to have a more flexible

00:11:16.440 schedule but now that i'm here i struggle to put it to use do you have any tips on overcoming this

00:11:22.240 uh dude you know look i think first of all yes the answer is yes i do struggle with that um

00:11:31.480 but i think where that struggle comes from at least for me is just the habitual nature of

00:11:39.660 executing day by day by day by day over a long period of time years and years and years decades

00:11:46.100 for me okay um and i'll use the example of when i went to mexico as as an example a lot of you guys

00:11:53.520 who listen to the show regularly i went on my first uh quote-unquote vacation uh about a month ago in

00:12:00.180 february in 10 and a half years it's the first uh trip i went on that was not i wasn't being paid to go

00:12:06.940 on wasn't a work trip yeah since uh the hunt our honeymoon okay so when i got there the first

00:12:15.500 two days the first three days and i only went monday through saturday and so monday tuesday

00:12:21.020 wednesday i was full of guilt and anxiety the whole day no matter what i did and what ended up happening

00:12:28.740 was i ended up on the phone with my brother and with the guys here at first form or in a group text

00:12:34.540 almost the whole day and so i i got i like i went back to work because i was so uncomfortable not

00:12:41.620 working and i realized while i was there that that wasn't like the point the point is you're supposed 0.95

00:12:50.360 to not do that shit and and and detach from it and so for the last couple days i was able to detach 0.93

00:12:56.100 without much anxiety or guilt but it was still there and i think what it is dude is it's just a result 0.99

00:13:02.640 of difference you know when we do something over and over and over and over again for and and by the

00:13:09.920 way this can be building a business i'm i'm doing this day after day after day after day week after

00:13:15.320 week after week after week month after month after month year after year etc and the minute we get

00:13:21.840 something different we're going to have anxiety and stress and guilt and i think that's normal if

00:13:26.520 you're in that and i also think that if you did nothing i think if you did nothing every single

00:13:31.880 day that you're going to feel the stress when you start to do something so i think that anxiety and

00:13:38.340 that guilt and that stress comes from just being outside of our normal routine and i think for people

00:13:45.660 like you who are asking this question and people like me i don't think it's necessarily a good thing

00:13:52.980 that we cannot operate outside of our day-to-day routine and so i've had to put since i got back

00:14:00.900 from vacation i've been putting in some true effort into trying to get more comfortable not

00:14:08.180 working every single day so like i've the last four or five weekends you guys probably notice i don't

00:14:16.140 really post too much on the weekends i'm trying to put my phone in a different place that's part of that

00:14:20.860 yeah trying to put my phone in a different place of the house um to where i'm not connected to it all

00:14:27.240 the time uh making some adjustments so that i can be more comfortable in the times i'm not working

00:14:35.200 because i don't think it's healthy to feel that sort of guilt and anxiety just because you're taking 0.98

00:14:40.600 some time for yourself remember we build this shit and we work on all this shit so that we can have a 0.95

00:14:46.140 life and when our life becomes our work which dude is okay certain people have to do that right like 0.98

00:14:52.380 i'm built for that shit i have to do it and i have to do it so that all of these people that work with 0.85

00:14:58.320 me and every different company that i own they can have lives right like so i understand i'm going to 0.97

00:15:04.300 have to wear more of it and i'm comfortable with that but i also think it's good for us to be aware

00:15:09.560 that we need to be able to operate without that as well otherwise like dude you kind of lose the

00:15:15.340 whole meaning of life like the whole meaning of life is not and i say this with a caveat because

00:15:20.860 most people lou corella says this the right way and i can't say it better than him but he says you 0.98

00:15:29.460 know lazy people will do all the work in the world or are successful people will work hard as fuck 0.91

00:15:35.640 and they will still feel lazy and lazy people will do a little bit of work and feel like they worked 0.99

00:15:41.280 hard as fuck and that's that's the paradox of people so like i say this with a caveat because 0.94

00:15:47.240 for most people most people do not work hard enough most people never could even relate to this question 0.99

00:15:54.420 because they don't even do that level of of commitment to whatever it is they do they might

00:15:59.260 have a job you might work fucking eight ten hours a day you you go home on the weekends and you don't 0.99

00:16:04.620 think twice about the fucking what you're doing it's a completely different fucking life when you're an 0.99

00:16:09.440 entrepreneur and you have responsibilities your life your work becomes your life it's just part of 0.99

00:16:14.940 it and when you get to the point where you're working so much and so hard that you have a problem

00:16:20.400 detaching from work it's time for you to do some work on that so that you can have some peace and some

00:16:26.600 life that is actually yours and that's something for me that i actually learned from watching kobe

00:16:31.880 bryant kobe bryant is somebody who i i you know i'm not a basketball guy but you know i admired his

00:16:39.600 drive and his tenacity and his work ethic and i felt very parallel to that through his career in my

00:16:47.520 career even though he was doing basketball and i was doing business i felt very similar and when he

00:16:53.300 passed away in that helicopter crash actually you were with me when we found out we were right over 0.84

00:16:57.420 there yeah and um that made me realize like oh shit dude like i gotta like remember that this is 0.96

00:17:06.020 not everything because i know what he was thinking he was thinking i'll work my entire life i'll do 0.93

00:17:11.200 everything i fucking can and now i'm done with basketball now i'm gonna live my life and he never 0.99

00:17:15.840 got a chance to live it so that was like an eye opener for me to where i needed to realize like okay i need 0.96

00:17:21.620 to i need to at least create a level of comfort with me not working that doesn't cause me stress

00:17:28.740 guilt and anxiety and so that and as as funny as that sounds to some of you like you listening 0.99

00:17:34.880 that's real shit like a lot of people will hear that and they're like what the fuck are you talking 0.98

00:17:39.380 about i don't have any like dude i can't wait to get away from it yeah well you're the people i'm 1.00

00:17:44.360 talking about who who work very little and think they work hard as fuck you're not getting it's like 0.58

00:17:50.320 you truly earned that you can't even relate to the people on the other side of the equation so for a 0.73

00:17:54.580 lot of people this question is not going to make a lot of sense but i do get it i do struggle with it

00:17:59.300 and i think it takes a conscious effort for you to detach and try to remember that the reason that

00:18:04.560 you do all this stuff is not to do it that's it's we're not doing it to do it we're doing it so that

00:18:10.320 we can actually have a better life yeah and and that goes for not just your customers not just your

00:18:14.800 employees not just the people in your company because you can get caught up in that yeah like i get

00:18:19.680 caught up in that i get caught up in like dude i have to go because i have to create opportunity i

00:18:24.540 have to create um a career i i'm committed to this i'm responsible for this and i take responsibility

00:18:32.120 for the lives and careers of the people who work for my companies lead by example yeah so i so i bear

00:18:39.540 that burden right no but you got to remember that there's there's you're supposed to do that for 0.99

00:18:44.260 yourself too and it's important for us especially you high driven type a bad motherfuckers that go 1.00

00:18:50.700 really fucking hard it is important for us to learn how to have some time away so yes i relate yes it's 0.98

00:18:57.760 a struggle and that's how i deal with it you know i'm it's a it's a work in progress for me for sure 0.96

00:19:02.380 do you think like the uh because like i'm trying to think of like reasons why that like like other

00:19:07.880 reasons why i guess that guilt and anxiety would creep in do you find yourself or have you seen

00:19:12.580 other people that have this fear of like well shit if i step away then the whole house will 0.79

00:19:17.380 catch fire and burn to the ground well i don't feel that way that's that a lot of people feel 0.99

00:19:21.800 that way a common thing yes it's very common and the reason that happens is because you're you

00:19:27.420 haven't built out the systems the structure or the people to operate your business when you step 0.92

00:19:32.340 away that's not my problem my problem is not that shit falls apart whenever um i step away dude 0.93

00:19:39.600 i have tremendous people and like dude first form is filled with tremendous people s2 is filled with 0.97

00:19:44.940 tremendous people our cannabis business filled with tremendous people fucking everything else we do 0.98

00:19:49.820 like i have the people i'm not worried about that i could i could go home and not come back and shit 0.95

00:19:55.000 would still grow that's not for me that's a big if you're one if you're in that boat that means you

00:20:01.260 have to look at your systems you have to look at the quality of your leadership and you need to make

00:20:04.860 some investments in your systems and your structure and your people that's a valid valid concern for

00:20:09.620 people i had that concern back in the early 2000s when it was just me and chris yeah right yeah um

00:20:15.700 but more so i think it comes from a place of this i've been highly competitive in business

00:20:25.240 for almost for 24 years all right that's a quarter of a century

00:20:30.360 when you run and compete at that level for that long and that hard

00:20:37.620 you you you and i want to i'm saying this not because like i just can't think of a better word

00:20:45.780 but it changes you and it's it traumatizes you to the point where you're always competing

00:20:50.760 like i'm competing in everything like bro when you and i are out there in cardio i'm trying to

00:20:55.620 compete on my walk pace yeah like it and that's a great thing for business but the problem is is

00:21:01.660 that when you unplug from it like and dude we see this a lot with pro athletes right like we see 0.99

00:21:06.600 athletes who were great at what their sport was they pull they get done competing and they fucking 0.96

00:21:12.560 kill themselves yeah right like there's a number of athletes that have been great athletes that end up 1.00

00:21:18.100 fucking killing themselves or destroying their lives or burning their whole entire shit to the ground 1.00

00:21:23.340 because they don't know how to operate outside of that environment and that comes from years and 1.00

00:21:29.580 years and years because dude think of it for an athlete like okay like let's just say tom brady right

00:21:35.700 tom brady played what 20 something years in the fucking nfl at the highest level by the way the 0.94

00:21:41.720 best fucking player that ever played in the nfl you can't argue it statistically proven 0.98

00:21:45.680 he played that competitive for 20 years before that right right okay so like you have to understand 0.98

00:21:56.060 that like people that compete at this level this is not something they turn on and off this is who 0.98

00:22:01.660 the fuck they are and i am that way i'm built that way i've always been that way and uh you know 0.97

00:22:08.040 after running like that for for you know that long of a time guys like it's hard it's you're acclimated 0.99

00:22:15.220 to it dude it becomes hard not to do yeah and it becomes hard to relate to people that aren't like

00:22:20.280 that it becomes like and people think you're a dick like like it's it's weird it's a weird thing but 0.85

00:22:27.540 this is why you know you're gonna see tom brady go out and become successful and all sorts of other 0.99

00:22:32.980 shit because his competitive nature is to compete and that's just who the fuck he is and some people 0.95

00:22:38.620 are fucking like that i happen to be built like that yeah i can't help it and it's so if you ever 1.00

00:22:44.020 like like it's never i'm being a dick or like anything it's just dude i have a hard time not in that 0.98

00:22:49.560 environment like i don't do well and social just regular social chill environments and like that's

00:22:55.600 something i've been trying to improve upon for sure i mean i think there's something to be said too

00:23:00.580 about like the harvesting aspect of it right like where you are today right now is because of the

00:23:06.260 work that was put in years ago so you have a solid understanding knowing that okay well i have to do

00:23:12.500 work today for the next five that's what i'm saying yeah so like dude if you if you're in business and

00:23:17.620 once you understand that yeah but see dude i also clearly understand that the minute i stop someone 0.97

00:23:22.480 else is taking my shit you know i'm saying like the business doesn't fucking stop it just goes 0.99

00:23:27.300 somewhere else right okay so like you have to like i clearly understand that delayed gratification 0.99

00:23:33.300 position so like if like what i tell you guys like when i say hey dude i'm trying to build an iconic

00:23:38.120 american brand uh that is you know the new quote unquote nike type brand in america like we're now

00:23:47.660 we're nowhere near that so like you have to understand my goals are so fucking big that i know that if i want 0.90

00:23:53.100 to be where i'm at i have to give i have to put in that time now yeah and that's why when people look

00:23:58.300 at me and they see like the success that that i've been able to you know build personally they can't

00:24:04.220 understand why i go so hard well the reason i go so hard is because bro we're not even close we've just

00:24:10.080 now built the launch platform right to do what we're trying to do rocket and by the way i don't have

00:24:15.920 these connections and i don't have connections to the guys at the federal reserve or all these big 0.99

00:24:21.580 fucking billionaire motherfuckers to give me money and fund my shit klaus they never came no bro my 0.99

00:24:26.880 companies are debt free yeah i don't none of my companies owe fucking anything yeah they don't 1.00

00:24:31.560 have i don't have a line of credit for any of my companies all my companies are 100% fucking owned 0.97

00:24:36.180 paid for and and debt free and there's i promise you there is very few companies that operate at the

00:24:41.920 level that we operate at that are like that if any if any okay so that i'm not that good i'm not that

00:24:48.880 gifted i don't have those connections so i have to go that hard right to even have a shot to be

00:24:54.140 where the fuck i want to be and where i think we could be so uh but at the same time bro like it wears 0.98

00:25:01.320 on you it's it's real shit like it'll wear you the fuck out and so like you have to like i'm a big 0.98

00:25:06.680 thing for me it's not like i'm i'm trying to uh go go less hard but what i have figured out over the 0.99

00:25:14.060 last few about the last month or so is that if i do take a day or two a week to unplug i actually

00:25:21.260 do go that much harder on the days i'm here yeah you know what i'm saying six other days that you're

00:25:26.500 putting yeah and so like you know there's truth to that the problem is people take that who are lazy

00:25:32.560 and undisciplined yes and then the one or two days become three or four days this is why you can't talk 0.82

00:25:37.860 this is why i don't talk about luck like does luck exist yeah fucking exists and am i lucky i've been 0.99

00:25:45.680 lucky a few times but motherfucker i worked my fucking balls off for the last 24 years every 0.99

00:25:51.140 single fucking day seven days a week like i said on the show with with yoder like dude a lot of a lot 0.99

00:25:57.880 of people don't realize that like when times were good i was still working that hard when times were bad 0.98

00:26:03.440 i was still working that hard when you were on vacation when you were celebrating this when you 0.96

00:26:08.020 were doing this and going out with your boys and doing this shit for 24 years imagine the last 24 0.98

00:26:13.240 years the go back in your life right now and imagine the last 24 years of your life some of you aren't 0.99

00:26:21.180 even that old yet and since the day that you were born i have been working like that okay so like 0.99

00:26:27.160 that's a hard habit to break that's a hard that when it's in you it's fucking in you yeah and so 0.97

00:26:33.420 you know for me dude i really understand that question very well but you know i also am starting 0.99

00:26:40.140 to realize you know like look i gotta have a little bit of me life a little bit of my own life right

00:26:45.640 and and uh and it's been something i've been trying to reconcile i'd say for the last eight or nine

00:26:50.540 months i think getting off lexapro for me really made me really made me realize that yeah um that's

00:26:58.520 real man yeah it's it's uh you know i don't know the point the point i was making about luck i didn't

00:27:05.160 finish that point the point i was making is yeah did i get fucking lucky a couple times for sure but 0.99

00:27:10.540 i was working the whole time and seeing motherfuckers that are fucking lazy and don't do shit and won't 1.00

00:27:16.260 put in that time and they think they deserve all the shit that i have those people will say oh he's 1.00

00:27:21.060 lucky motherfucker where were you calling me lucky when i was fucking not able to pay my bills where 1.00

00:27:27.100 were you calling me lucky when i was living in the back of my first fucking store where where were 1.00

00:27:31.700 you calling me lucky when for the first 10 years of business combined i made 58 000 fucking dollars 0.98

00:27:37.600 where were you calling me lucky all the times i've been like fucking stressed out to the point where i 0.97

00:27:42.460 wanted to blow my fucking brains out where where were you was that lucky too right you see what i'm 0.98

00:27:47.800 saying yeah and so i don't talk about luck because dude the losers of the world will take that and 0.99

00:27:52.240 use that as an excuse as to why they can't get anywhere the reality is is if you work really 0.95

00:27:56.600 fucking hard you're going to hit a few fucking home runs and people are going to look and you're 0.92

00:28:00.700 going to say they're going to say well that was lucky and it might have been but the reality and 0.99

00:28:04.460 the more likely reality is it's the product of you positioning yourself in the right time and then

00:28:09.540 it happens that the right circumstances happen and you're ready and it looks like luck yeah and so

00:28:14.420 you know i don't like to talk about these circumstantial things because i think they're so they

00:28:18.840 represent so few of the successes and wins in reality that when you do talk about it people

00:28:26.060 start people will label that on their whole life i can't help those people yeah those people will take 0.78

00:28:30.740 every fucking reason you know i was born to the wrong parents i was unlucky i was uh you know went to 0.97

00:28:38.500 the wrong school i didn't know the right people you know um whatever my goldfish died and whatever 0.99

00:28:44.840 whatever the excuses people are experts at taking a story and making it the entire reason that they

00:28:50.180 waste their entire life and that's that's why i try not to talk about certain things like luck

00:28:55.160 because people take it the wrong fucking way yeah you know that's real man i love it guys uh 0.90

00:29:01.220 any question number two andy what are the top three skills that people lack that hold them back

00:29:10.280 from achieving anything great in life if you had to list them out one would definitely be awareness

00:29:17.740 of self okay it would be you confusing the truth for what you believe to be true those two things are

00:29:28.400 not the same and so the inability to see yourself for what you actually are to see your efforts for

00:29:35.540 what they actually are to see your life for what it actually is good and bad is probably the number

00:29:43.840 one thing that keeps people from doing anything because if you can't see the truth about yourself

00:29:47.880 and you can't evaluate your own work ethic or your own abilities or your own results that you have or

00:29:55.200 have not produced and then take responsibility for them because you're aware you really can't do

00:30:00.020 anything so i think that's the number one i think number two people have an unrealistic expectation

00:30:06.460 of timeline i think a lot of people think because of the internet because of marketers that they can 0.99

00:30:12.460 become wealthy successful fit famous and a bad motherfucker in two fucking weeks for 997 dollars 0.98

00:30:20.080 and you can't fucking do that that doesn't exist it's not a real thing so having a real expectation 0.99

00:30:26.000 of time and understanding that is going to take much longer than you actually think it's going to 0.93

00:30:31.580 take um is an important aspect for people like perseverance maybe it's it's it's no it's expectation

00:30:41.020 because if you have the correct expectation for time then you're less likely to quit because you're

00:30:47.640 like oh well i've been doing this for you know like most people are like i've been doing this for 0.99

00:30:51.920 three months it didn't fucking work well motherfucker it takes fucking three years right that's a real 0.99

00:30:56.500 thing okay um and then you know i do think the last part of it is discipline i think discipline is 0.99

00:31:04.100 the number you know mental toughness discipline fortitude grit all of those things come together

00:31:10.120 and overall mental toughness and mental capacity to overcome that is you know the first two the reason

00:31:17.400 i put the first two things ahead of that thing is because without those you don't even need to

00:31:21.500 you don't even know that you need to work on your discipline right all right you're not aware

00:31:24.520 enough yeah exactly so so i think those three things um and and i think you know in that order

00:31:31.600 i think in that order you know uh awareness awareness realistic expectation of time uh and then

00:31:38.840 you know the understanding of of mental toughness as a whole meaning discipline forward to grit

00:31:45.180 perseverance self-worth confidence self-belief all of these things work together

00:31:51.320 uh to create you know a you that can actually push forward and succeed and i think most people lack

00:31:59.040 at least one of those if not all three of those in reality i mean we live in a victim culture world we

00:32:05.920 live in a world where everybody is celebrated for passing the buck kicking the can down the road 0.96

00:32:11.700 talking about their hardships crying about their fucking traumas and that's not the world i grew up in 0.98

00:32:18.600 the world i grew up in you were celebrated for the results that you produced a meritocracy a true 0.98

00:32:23.460 meritocracy and that's the reality whether we want to

00:32:26.880 pretend it's not or or it is it just is it's natural order so we have to understand that 0.98

00:32:38.320 you will whether no matter what the fuck you think no matter what you think right now i don't give a 1.00

00:32:43.420 fuck who you are what you think of me you think you might think none of that shit matters and you 1.00

00:32:48.760 might think oh i'm on this journey to find myself and none of that shit is matters and blah blah blah 1.00

00:32:52.960 bro come find me in 10 years come find me in 20 years come find me in five years and i promise you 0.99

00:32:59.260 at one of those phases you're going to look at me and you're going to say fuck i wasted the last five 0.99

00:33:03.200 years i wasted the last 10 years i wasted the last 20 years thinking that shit was us one way when in 0.99

00:33:10.280 reality it is another way and i'm just telling you natural order in nature winners win and losers kick 0.96

00:33:17.320 rocks and that's reality and you're going to be judged upon the results you produce whether that's

00:33:22.240 with your family whether that's with your business whether that's with your fitness and nobody gives 0.73

00:33:27.220 a flying fuck about what you could have been or what you could have done or what hardships you face 0.98

00:33:34.200 they just don't they might fucking clap they might like it they might share it they might 1.00

00:33:39.700 they might give you some sympathy or some sort of understanding conversation but in the reality 0.98

00:33:45.060 they don't fucking care and if you buy into that like you're that's your way of identifying yourself 0.96

00:33:50.520 as a victim in all these different ways you are going to lose and at the end of your life you're 0.99

00:33:55.740 going to have nothing to show for your entire life nothing nothing and i can't think of anything worse

00:34:00.900 than that and that's what society is propagating society is propagating victim culture that keeps 0.93

00:34:07.020 people stuck and believing that they can't move forward and the reason that they can't move

00:34:11.740 forward is some reason out of their control or circumstance or when in reality there's very few

00:34:16.400 circumstances that can actually keep us where we are we choose to stay where we are by quitting we

00:34:23.740 choose to stay where we are by not continuing to go down the path the circumstances are going to come

00:34:29.660 and they're going to come over and over and over and over and over your entire life your job is to build

00:34:36.340 yourself into someone who's equipped to handle these circumstances as they come in an effective

00:34:42.200 manner over and over and over again so the reality is you can't change the weather but you can change

00:34:48.700 your preparation for the weather right and so if you build yourself into someone who's a bad 0.98

00:34:52.880 motherfucker that can handle these situations as they come through life you're going to be far more 0.98

00:34:58.100 successful than the person who gets hit with one wave of hardship and then tells that story for the rest 0.99

00:35:03.540 of their life that's that's reality and there's no arguing it's just the way it is and so you guys 0.98

00:35:09.120 can all choose to believe and celebrate your own victimhood and share your fucking sad stories and 0.99

00:35:14.880 honestly just be fucking total pussies all right or you can decide to be better and you can decide i'm 1.00

00:35:20.740 not going to be a victim you can decide i'm going to be the reason that other people overcome because 1.00

00:35:25.100 i've shown them my story of overcoming and that's noble there's nobility in that when you push through

00:35:30.980 these hard circumstances and you learn to overcome them by developing that third skill that we talked

00:35:35.680 about discipline mental toughness grit fortitude perseverance self-worth self-esteem self-confidence

00:35:40.840 all of these things that encompass mental toughness now you're in a position to truly inspire people 0.94

00:35:47.000 because dude when people see you overcome hard shit they overcome hard shit that's how it works 0.95

00:35:52.900 there's no nobility in being the societal victim and the longer that we delay the understanding 0.99

00:35:58.940 that the powers that be in the world profit from our victimhood in multiple different ways the longer

00:36:06.560 we stay in that system where we can't move forward so you have to take responsibility and you have to 1.00

00:36:12.540 realize that victimhood is a fucking clown show and it doesn't matter how hard the shit has been for 0.99

00:36:18.900 you and that doesn't mean it's invalid that doesn't mean i'm not saying it's not hard i'm not saying it 0.99

00:36:23.960 wasn't hard what i'm saying is it ain't gonna be the last time it's hard and so what i'm saying is

00:36:29.100 you'd be better off building yourself into someone who can handle these hard situations so that that

00:36:34.200 way your kids and your brothers and your sisters and your neighbors and your friends and your your 0.99

00:36:40.080 everybody in society sees you overcome this bro that's inspiring shit we talk about all this shit 0.99

00:36:46.220 going on in the world all the time and how fucked up it is most of it can be solved by adopting this 1.00

00:36:51.460 attitude by becoming a hard motherfucker that can overcome the hard shit and do so in a way where 1.00

00:36:57.600 other people see it and then fucking know that they can do it too yeah do that like especially on the 1.00

00:37:03.880 piece your second point of like the expectation of time i think it was don cheetle um the actor 0.86

00:37:09.900 but he said something to the effect of like you know dude we get if we're lucky right i don't want to

00:37:15.500 talk about luck if you're lucky you get about 75 years give or take on this planet that's that's 75

00:37:20.860 uh winters 75 springs 75 summers 75 falls right i've already spent 27 of them you spent 42 of them

00:37:30.760 43 of them right and it's like to even just to think that like one little rainstorm in this

00:37:37.020 metaphor here like to allow that to ruin the rest of your it makes zero sense think about it bro okay

00:37:44.600 let's just talk about it in those terms let's just take a guy who's 30 years old yeah and by the time 0.86

00:37:50.760 you're 30 you're gonna have you're gonna have gone through some real shit i don't care who you are 0.92

00:37:54.740 yeah all right and you get stormed on real hard like when you're 29 and when you're 30 instead of 1.00

00:38:02.380 going back outside in the weather you stay inside for the next fucking 60 years saying fuck dude last 1.00

00:38:08.740 time i went out there i got fucking rained on real hard like bro there's no more bitch shit than that 1.00

00:38:13.260 it's the most bitch shit ever yeah like and dude a lot of you guys like real talk you guys have 1.00

00:38:18.100 fucking given up and you're fucking telling yourselves bullshit stories that are not relevant 1.00

00:38:22.620 you're telling yourself you're too young you're telling yourself you're too old you're telling 1.00

00:38:26.840 yourself you didn't come from the right household you're telling yourself you're the wrong race you're

00:38:31.060 telling yourself you're in the wrong position you don't know the right people you don't have the 0.96

00:38:35.160 fucking monetary means you don't have the resources it doesn't matter even if you have all of those 0.68

00:38:40.960 things working against you there are still thousands of people who have accomplished what it is that 0.99

00:38:45.260 you want to accomplish and more okay so like we have no valid excuses and this is not me saying

00:38:52.280 that you haven't had it hard this is not me saying that you don't have real gripes but the reality is

00:38:58.840 those gripes create a tremendous story on the back end when you succeed in spite of those yeah i know what

00:39:06.480 i'm capable of dude it's the most noble thing we can do i believe it's an american obligation

00:39:12.020 i believe it's an obligation for us as americans to be resilient and tough and people who overcome

00:39:18.940 these circumstances so that our kids and our neighbors and our culture can witness that and

00:39:24.700 realize how relatively easy it is to overcome these things we're not i know if you're in the victim

00:39:31.720 stage right now i know like you're hearing this and it's probably pissing you off but it's the truth 0.97

00:39:36.720 it's the truth you're your own worst fucking enemy and culture is is working to keep you in this exact 0.98

00:39:44.520 spot that you're in for the rest of your life do you if you're one of these people out there that's 1.00

00:39:49.420 mad at me right now hearing this do you really want to spend the rest of your fucking life living how you 0.99

00:39:55.360 live right fucking now because that's what you're going to get if you don't get out of this mindset 0.99

00:40:00.300 and bro we talk about the problems we have the media the culture bro the therapy space is a big 0.99

00:40:06.920 propagator of this okay it's a 380 billion dollar a year industry most of the therapists out there 0.54

00:40:14.220 propagate victim culture so that you keep coming to them to get fucking paid so they help you create 0.99

00:40:20.900 this mental jail about all this shit that you have wrong with you and then you can't escape it because 0.98

00:40:26.780 it's coming from someone credible so it's very dangerous and we have to fucking identify where 1.00

00:40:32.900 these things come from and if i were you i would adopt an attitude right now oh fuck you and here's 1.00

00:40:39.160 what i mean by that oh fuck you you think i've got this problem oh fuck you i've got depression oh fuck 1.00

00:40:45.060 you i've got fucking anxiety well fuck you i'm gonna do it anyway that's the attitude you gotta have 1.00

00:40:51.120 you gotta have a fuck you attitude bro and when people try to put you in a box or get you to create a 1.00

00:40:55.960 mental jail or tell you you can't because you're you have something about you you have to fucking 1.00

00:41:01.720 call bullshit on that and realize and look for the examples of people who look like you who came from 0.99

00:41:06.820 places that you came from who fucking have worse circumstances than you that still want and that's 0.99

00:41:13.440 what we have to do because we live in a society that profits heavily off victimhood okay it's not just 0.99

00:41:19.800 therapy either the data streaming services the medical industry the fucking information social 0.95

00:41:25.720 media food food all of these big giant businesses win when you give up on yourself they all make more 0.99

00:41:34.300 money when you decide fuck i'm a poor little me and this is all i'm ever going to be so i might as 0.98

00:41:39.720 well sit here and order pizza hut and fucking watch netflix and order doordash and never take care of 0.99

00:41:45.740 myself and never make any money and never do shit this is how they get you so like dude it's just and 0.99

00:41:52.740 this is why point number one self-awareness you have to be aware of self and when you're aware of

00:41:57.200 self it becomes easier to be aware of your circumstances absolutely man uh guys andy our

00:42:04.020 third and final question andy question number three andy i am 17 years old very simple question

00:42:10.320 how do i go about making the best first impression possible man this is a great question this is a great

00:42:18.540 question do not be afraid do not be intimidated all right this goes for 17 27 37 47 57 it doesn't

00:42:30.680 fucking matter this is for everybody when you want to meet someone and you you want them to know who 0.87

00:42:36.960 you are and you want to stand out okay it's a there's a very simple way to do this and it works 0.99

00:42:43.140 every time walk directly up to the person stick your fucking hand out and say hey i know who you 0.97

00:42:50.560 are i wanted to introduce myself i'm andy frisella i work here for you or i do this or i'm a fan or i do 0.99

00:42:56.700 this or that tell your tell your 30 second speech and say and shake their hand firmly and look them

00:43:02.100 right in the fucking eye and be like it's an honor to meet you or it's nice to meet you those kind of 0.97

00:43:07.060 introductions which used to be the standard most people never understand that and so like dude 0.99

00:43:12.600 most 17 year old kids get lost in the churn and most 27 year old kids get lost in the churn because

00:43:20.060 they lack the confidence to simply go up and say hey i'm steve nice to meet you i thank you for this

00:43:28.960 or i love this and you know share a little bit about themselves and i just want you to know who i am 0.87

00:43:33.940 no dude that it makes such a fucking impact because realize we live in a world of entitlement 0.99

00:43:39.860 where a lot of these fucking young people they think it's my motherfucking job to know their name 0.99

00:43:44.140 no bitch it's your job to make your name known to me okay and one of the best ways that you could 1.00

00:43:50.120 fucking make your name known to me is by showing some grown person confidence and walking the fuck up 1.00

00:43:55.280 and saying hey i'm fucking steve nice to meet you and share a little bit have a little bit of 0.99

00:44:01.460 conversation and by the way don't be annoying that's another thing do not be annoying do not 0.96

00:44:06.680 fucking be so eager for the next step and the next step and the progression of the relationship 0.91

00:44:12.500 because likely the people that you're trying to make a first impression on have these kind of people 0.99

00:44:17.500 come to them all day long and the minute they smell some inauthentic authenticity or the minute that 1.00

00:44:23.060 the minute i smell that you're sucking dicks you're out bro yeah you're fucking out yeah i don't want 1.00

00:44:28.960 those i don't want fucking dicks stand out just by doing that i don't want dick suckers i don't 1.00

00:44:32.940 want ego pushers and and another thing don't say i'm not trying to suck your dick okay that's another 1.00

00:44:39.460 thing these young kids all say i'm not trying to kiss your ass but blah blah blah that's a turn off 1.00

00:44:43.840 too do not fucking do that no that shows total insecurity total total lack of confidence total and 1.00

00:44:50.460 by the way you're you're positioning yourself to be very small compared to this person here because 0.99

00:44:57.220 that's a very small thing to say or think no oh i'm not trying to kiss your ass why would i think 0.99

00:45:01.820 you're trying to kiss my ass bro we just met okay what you're doing is you're trying to you're now 1.00

00:45:07.700 you're now revealing to me your own lack of confidence your insecurities and your own positioning of where 1.00

00:45:13.180 you think you are to me and see dude people people that have like you're not going to fool someone

00:45:19.660 like me yeah you're not going to fool someone up the ladder that's been around every type of person 0.99

00:45:24.520 for fucking quarter of a century bro you're not the first motherfucker that tried to snake his way 1.00

00:45:29.380 in you're not fooling me your little fake ass fucking compliments and fucking jokes and shit 1.00

00:45:34.620 don't fool me at all i would i much rather respect someone who treats me like a fucking equal even if 1.00

00:45:41.880 they know they're not a quote-unquote equal and maybe the business sense right i want someone who's 0.93

00:45:48.440 going to exude confidence on their own those are the people that are attractive not just to me to 0.98

00:45:53.640 anybody yeah okay so if you want to make a good impression stick your fucking hand out say hey 1.00

00:45:58.840 i'm steve this is what i do i love what you do blah blah blah very nice to meet you and then fucking 0.99

00:46:05.340 walk away okay and the next time hey andy what's up man it's good to see you walk away and build the 0.82

00:46:12.600 rapport over time which is the way rapport is built there's no way to build rapport in a short amount of 1.00

00:46:17.880 time no time is a necessary aspect just like baking a cake bro like this is what you motherfuckers do 1.00

00:46:24.380 you motherfuckers think that you're gonna bake the fucking 45 minute cake in 10 minutes by being 0.99

00:46:29.840 fucking annoying put on a thousand degrees yeah bro and you burn the cake and now i'm like that dude's 1.00

00:46:34.020 annoying get the fuck away from me now when i see you coming i walk the other fucking way 1.00

00:46:37.580 all right that's what you don't want man i'm no i'm giving you free game here dude this is real shit 1.00

00:46:42.180 people are gonna say well that's ego i don't give a fuck and maybe it is egotistical i've earned it i 0.99

00:46:46.820 fucking know exactly what the fuck listen that's the difference though man and i know this is true 0.98

00:46:51.200 not just for you like because i see bro you see it it's i see it bro you you okay all right i see it 0.99

00:46:56.900 all right hold on real talk what happens every single time this happens all right dj is my personal 0.84

00:47:04.560 fucking security guard we have a many man detail that operates for first form my house and everything 0.97

00:47:11.560 it's a whole operation dj is my personal he's with me every single fucking time somebody comes 0.99

00:47:16.840 up and meets me nearly okay now if someone comes up and they act all fucking weird and they and they 1.00

00:47:23.480 fucking kiss ass and shit now i want you to tell the truth do not fucking lie all right don't fucking 1.00

00:47:28.540 try to make me look nicer than i am okay what no i'm because this is a point to be made what happens 1.00

00:47:33.920 the minute they walk away we look at each other and you give me the look yep and typically it's 1.00

00:47:40.800 always something along oh yep never again that guy's a piece of shit yeah or uh or did you 1.00

00:47:46.120 fucking see that fucking guy yeah or or did you fucking notice how he tried to suck dicks or look 1.00

00:47:50.900 how fucking annoying that was he's immediately off the list okay forever yeah forever yeah forever 1.00

00:47:55.840 because you think you're smart and you're selling someone who is better at selling than you yeah okay 0.97

00:48:01.100 show them what the look looks like just for youtube ready wait you just shook your hand ready

00:48:04.960 and then that's when that's that's when you're like three feet away you're right right right when

00:48:13.080 you get to be 10 feet away now it's like this bro bro did you fucking see that that's what it is and 0.99

00:48:19.300 so just understand yeah that that's what happens and i'm giving you a and that's not just real shit 0.98

00:48:24.060 that's not just me yeah that's anybody that you're trying to make a fucking first impression with 0.96

00:48:28.860 and you and you fucking get too eager or you get weird or you start like bro hermosi and i have a 0.98

00:48:35.180 fucking thing that we talk about all the time for new new new contacts yeah there's a six month 0.98

00:48:39.720 probationary period that means six months of legitimate rapport building before because like 0.99

00:48:46.240 dude what happens is people will ask you for something very quickly yeah right donate to my 0.92

00:48:51.320 fucking charity i want to do business with you invest in this you know i think i can save you money 0.99

00:48:56.060 on your credit card whatever the fuck it is okay like there's always an angle and when you expose 1.00

00:49:02.380 that angle immediately i already know that the whole relationship is a fraud anyway yeah i fucking 0.98

00:49:06.620 know it that's the only reason yeah yeah so dude take your time building rapport you know like bro when 0.51

00:49:12.620 i was fucking no like when i had no social presence none none at all this is actually big this is 0.92

00:49:19.320 actually a super valuable story for you guys so gary v and and it's it's no everybody knows that 0.82

00:49:25.920 i'm friends with gary and everybody knows that i don't agree with everything that gary says and

00:49:29.240 by the way gary doesn't agree with everything i say and you know what we're still fucking buddies 0.94

00:49:33.360 yeah okay and i love that man because of that

00:49:36.280 when i met him he it was like 2012 13 i didn't have very much i had just discovered instagram i hadn't

00:49:45.640 had the podcast yet i didn't know shit but here's what i did i read his book uh crush it 0.82

00:49:52.660 mm-hmm and i put some of the principles in play and my company went from a million dollar company 0.99

00:49:58.820 to like 35 million in like two years it went quick from just that one fucking the shit that i read in 0.98

00:50:04.320 this book and i wrote him a letter and i said hey dude i just want you to know and this is a real 0.99

00:50:13.020 genuine statement i just want you to know like i see how much work you put out i see how how much

00:50:19.300 you put into this and i told him my story and i said look i own first form supplement super stores

00:50:25.320 and i told him the story i told him how we grew the brand i told him how his book helped me and i 1.00

00:50:30.000 didn't expect shit i didn't expect a response i didn't expect a a fucking fuck you or fucking 1.00

00:50:35.720 anything i i was just hoping in a genuine way that because i could see this dude killing himself 1.00

00:50:41.780 and if you watch gary bro the guy kills himself like look at him he hustled and by the way that's not 0.97

00:50:47.400 an act he fucking works harder than fucking anybody i've ever met in my life all right that dude 0.98

00:50:52.940 reaches back out to me and sends me a fucking email all right and he says hey man can you come 0.99

00:51:00.500 to new york and i'm like well yeah fuck i'll come to new york like so i flew to new york and 0.98

00:51:07.560 we met for dinner all right now i thought because we met at 10 o'clock at night that was our meeting 0.97

00:51:15.460 all right now if you were to meet someone at 10 o'clock at night would you assume that you were

00:51:21.980 spending the evening with them right like not not like spending night their house i'm saying like 0.99

00:51:26.700 we're we're hanging out from 10 until we're done yeah like we're gonna no this motherfucker met with 0.99

00:51:33.440 me for one hour he had a meeting at 11 he had a meeting at 12 and he had a meeting at 1 a.m 0.99

00:51:39.280 geez and that's real shit that's a real story that's that's a side story and so like dude you 1.00

00:51:45.520 guys that think that motherfucker doesn't preach what he do what he preaches you're fucking wrong 1.00

00:51:50.000 yeah now secondly when i wrote that letter all right i had that meeting he gave me a ton of free 0.99

00:52:00.620 game bro like a ton of on my business now i had you know a 35 40 million dollar i took that and i

00:52:08.800 turned it into a fucking 150 million fucking super quick okay and in that time i i started podcasting 0.91

00:52:20.320 i started doing my instagram which i don't really do instagram anymore you guys know that i haven't 0.98

00:52:24.120 posted since 2020 um but now i'm focusing on youtube right and i built my because my main social media

00:52:30.220 is the show like my main my main platform is this show and it always has been and i i wouldn't have

00:52:38.300 any of that shit without that dude giving me that free game real talk okay but had i went to him 0.91

00:52:45.080 and by the way dude like i've hung out with gary fucking 10 times total like you know it's not like 0.98

00:52:52.460 we're fucking going to sunday brunch and fucking like going to the super like by the way you know we 0.97

00:52:58.040 will we're just so fucking busy now that we don't do that shit but like the point is is that i was 0.99

00:53:04.880 able to cultivate a really good relationship that that springboarded me tremendously by just being 0.95

00:53:12.280 genuine without asking and not being needy and not being fucking not being and bro he wrote about me in 0.98

00:53:17.920 his book crushing it you know after when he wrote crushing it uh i had had massive success with mfceo 0.87

00:53:24.380 and he wrote about me uh i'm actually i think the last chapter in his book but the point is is like

00:53:30.440 that dude did a lot for me and he did a lot for me not because i asked for it but because i was

00:53:35.880 showing genuine gratitude for what he had done for me already yeah and he's taking what he put in yeah

00:53:41.120 action yeah right yeah that's it dude and like you guys like and this these lessons go for anybody

00:53:46.780 that you're trying to make a good impression on but if you're talking about me like i'm talking to

00:53:51.500 you guys now not from from me to you guys the biggest thing i ever want is for you guys to go

00:53:57.700 win that's what i want but i want you to take the information i want you to go out i want you to create

00:54:02.540 an amazing story and that's why i do this yeah and i know that's why gary does it too it's real

00:54:07.500 absolutely that's that's that's how he does it but my point is 0.92

00:54:10.920 shake a hand look in the eye don't ask for shit don't be needy be confident those things go a long 0.97

00:54:19.300 fucking way bro like dude like when someone starts here in the building you know most of them do not 0.99

00:54:26.120 come up and talk to me and there's people who have worked here for two or three years i still don't 0.99

00:54:30.680 even know their fucking name because they have not come up to me and it's not my job to go to you 0.99

00:54:35.940 right it's your job to come to me and there's people who have handicapped themselves inside my 0.99

00:54:40.880 companies because they don't have the courage to go do something very simple which is shake a hand

00:54:46.460 look in the eye and say this is who i am and that i respect that and so does every other successful 1.00

00:54:53.280 person that i know and probably every now are there celebrities that are going to say fuck you 1.00

00:54:58.380 yeah dude maybe those people really a lot of those people didn't really earn their place in life 0.99

00:55:02.440 right people who have earned their place in life they respect the fuck out of that yeah so i love that

00:55:08.560 yeah so i just want to clarify especially to the younger crowd so i don't need to go lease a new

00:55:13.900 lambo no in fact i don't need a five thousand dollar seat suit to come meet you for the first

00:55:18.680 time no in fact bro do i do go back to what we talk about whenever i meet people like that do i not 0.98

00:55:24.700 make fun of them right after they walk away like you ain't fooling me with your fucking least hurricane 0.97

00:55:29.360 bro right right you're not i i understand how you got that you know what i'm saying right like you're 0.99

00:57:25.120 we're this no we're not we may think alike you may think we're alike similar beliefs but see you're

00:57:31.100 in the fucking beginning and i'm down the road over here and through all this process i've earned 0.97

00:57:36.740 the right to not be like you all right now you have to go out and earn that right and that's not 0.99

00:57:41.560 me shitting on people that's just the fact of the matter when you look at me and you're fucking broke 0.99

00:58:02.680 that's an insult because i'm proud of what i've built yeah i'm proud of the work i've put in 0.99

00:58:08.800 and like that's just reality so don't say that to people and for you guys now say this 0.98

00:58:13.920 say hey i really resonate with the shit you say yeah it really hits me that's real shit yeah but 0.90

00:58:20.640 like saying we're the same i hope one day we are but we ain't right now and for everybody that 1.00

00:59:56.460 a few tickets left uh and it's rt syndicate.com if you want to get tickets and by the way when i say a 0.96

01:00:01.800 few i mean just a few and you should come nobody goes to these things and says fuck i wish i hadn't 0.89

01:00:07.580 went doesn't happen i do have a follow-up question on your uh impressions question okay uh somebody 0.94

01:00:14.500 like you if you meet somebody who you have been following along for a really long time let's say

01:00:20.960 you like the rock irrespective of his political opinions i do like the rock i i do still like the 0.96

01:00:26.620 rock like a lot of people hate the rock because he said some shit that he was probably very strongly 0.94

01:00:33.060 encouraged to say paid for it was probably very leveraged to say that's my personal belief but i 0.98

01:00:38.440 love the rock i think his body of work speaks for itself i think he's done 99 great fucking example 0.87

01:00:45.860 setting for young men and i appreciate his body of work just because i disagree with him on one thing

01:00:51.260 doesn't mean i don't love the rock i do still love the rock same like arnold yeah well arnold's a

01:00:56.140 little different because he was literally saying screw your freedom and that's that's a pretty hard

01:01:00.860 thing to say now at the same time that's one thing out of 40 50 fucking years that i can respect so 0.93

01:01:08.040 like i don't i don't nail him on the cross for that just like i would hope people wouldn't nail me on the 0.98

01:01:13.180 cross for the plethora of dumb shit that i say on the show probably every fucking show so you know i try 0.99

01:01:20.820 to practice what i preach absolutely so anyway so let's say so i'm walking down the airport and here 0.99

01:01:25.560 comes around you're almost about to go on your private jet but you see the rock on the next jet

01:01:31.220 next to you and you kind of know that you the chances of meeting him again is very slim so and 0.85

01:01:38.520 you have been following him not really because i'm going to own the biggest fucking iconic brand in the 0.90

01:01:42.200 world so i get it we're going to see each other again bro i'm trying to put it in a very average

01:01:47.720 regular guy perspective so you meet somebody who've been following for a long time and you know that

01:01:52.420 you're kind of only meeting them once how are you how would you go about talking to that person

01:01:57.700 and in your in the back of your head like you really want to be friends with them but and you

01:02:02.880 you know that you're not going to meet them again how you go about that i i would i would do what most

01:02:08.840 here's what if it were me personally i probably wouldn't say anything i would probably continue

01:02:14.560 i would probably get on my jet and say there's the rock that's fucking cool and i would go on my life 0.87

01:02:20.340 and continue to build my life in into something that he would one day respect and that i would

01:02:26.620 meet him there you go and so that we would meet on on some sort of other terms than that that's 0.99

01:02:31.860 how i would handle it and i think you want as a guy fucking running up to a fucking private jet well 0.99

01:02:36.220 because i know what that's like yo yes so so personally that's how i would handle it but like 0.97

01:02:42.860 let's just say you're you're you're not me you haven't started and you see the rock and you're like 0.96

01:02:47.900 holy fuck that's the fucking rock first of all i would be uh situationally aware is he is he trying 0.99

01:02:54.500 to move is he trying to because dude there's nothing worse than trying to move through a public 1.00

01:02:58.520 place and having people fucking stop you it's hard it's it's very frustrating and i can't imagine what 0.92

01:03:03.880 it's like for him yeah it's got to be he does such a phenomenal job at dealing with the public and and 0.95

01:03:10.100 being a being a great star like it's it's just he's just a good dude yeah and um so

01:03:17.620 that would how i would handle if i was just a normal you know regular dude i saw the rock and

01:03:23.980 i'm like holy fuck that's the rock like i would just go up and i would say hey dude and i'd stick 0.98

01:03:28.220 my fucking hand out just like i said in thing and i'd say hey i'm andy listen i really fucking 0.99

01:03:33.700 appreciate everything you've done i know it's i know you've worked extremely hard to get where 0.98

01:03:37.680 you're at it's incredibly inspiring it's helped me and i would fucking walk the fuck away and i 0.93

01:03:42.620 would make it quick i would try not to disturb them i probably wouldn't ask for a picture and i 0.92

01:03:47.180 would probably just i would probably legitimately just go do what i said i would try to build my life

01:03:53.640 into a life that we would cross paths on one day you know great perspective i didn't think of yeah

01:03:59.360 that's how i look at it you know and that's probably most people never think of that if you really

01:04:03.580 follow that person and idolize this person if you want to gain their respect do something that you

01:04:08.160 can meet somewhere in the future that that's amazing that's how i look at it that's how i've

01:04:12.940 looked at bro like look look at the incredible like like z sean you know bro like look at the level of

01:04:19.400 incredible people that i'm connected with especially with the people that you bring in on arte that's 0.84

01:04:24.200 what i'm saying arte the podcast like bro these are the biggest names in the fucking world that i'm 0.98

01:04:29.080 connected with i would have never connected with them had i not gone out and done my own work 0.96

01:04:33.520 they i would just be some fucking dude just met somebody once got a picture and posted on instagram 0.95

01:04:39.540 yeah exactly and and dude that's another thing like dude with selfie culture like it's not cool to go up 0.95

01:04:46.600 to someone and say hey bro can i get a selfie like that dude that makes people feel like they're a

01:04:52.300 fucking sideshow attraction like it's much cooler and better to to to just have a genuine conversation 0.94

01:05:01.080 and and i know it sucks you don't get a picture for your instagram or whatever but the truth of 0.98

01:05:06.320 the matter is man i just feel like that means so much more to both people 100 yeah so that's you

01:05:12.960 know that's my real answer to how i would handle that that's a great perspective so i love it man yeah

01:05:17.980 well andy guys that was three go pay the fee went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry box froze 0.99

01:05:26.060 fuck a pole fuck a stole counted millions in the code bad bitch booted swole got her on bank road 1.00

01:05:32.680 can't fold doesn't know headshot case closed 1.00
