00:01:53.100 we call the fee you'll notice i don't run ads on the show uh i don't let people pay me and then
00:01:59.260 censor myself around what they think i should and shouldn't say even though with the traffic that i
00:02:03.760 get on this show i could earn eight figures a year uh with ads i ask very simply that you stand
00:02:09.960 with me and share the show that is all i ask it's called paying the fee so i come in here i produce a
00:02:17.320 show i pay it out of my pocket cost me seven figures a year to do all i ask is that if you
00:02:22.720 get value out of the show or you believe in what i'm saying or my messaging that you please
00:02:26.880 consistently share the show that's what we mean when we say pay the fee so don't be a hoe show 1.00

00:02:56.800 i don't know bro that's pretty good it's good it's it's real good but it's definitely i think i'm
00:03:04.700 still orange yeah but tropic lightning's up there and the uh screaming freedom flavor is really good
00:03:10.500 too that's a new flavor that we got that's number two for me yeah we dropped those last week bro
00:03:14.040 sold them out in an hour yeah like both flavors that was crazy yeah that's wild not what we expected
00:03:19.260 but it was really cool and uh i appreciate all you guys that that i scooped some of those up we'll
00:03:23.520 have some more in stock here real soon yeah for sure yeah i mean i i've actually uh noticed i've had
00:03:27.520 a few people hit me up you know they were uh curious as to why curious yeah they were curious as to
00:03:34.580 why the uh the grape didn't roll out why it's because we're racist well that's not it yeah we
00:03:41.660 didn't want you know we didn't want to keep you too happy i'm discriminating against dj yeah when i
00:03:47.680 say people were asking it's just me yeah actually well great great we're actually doing grape and
00:03:52.580 cream soda together they got to be a dual release yeah it is because we got to take care of the white 1.00
00:03:56.400 people and the black people that's what i'm saying unity bro yeah unity it's it's fair 0.97
00:04:00.020 so like dude fuck up grape either like grapes he's like that's like i feel like that's a we 0.98
00:04:05.040 actually do have grape we do we do have grape it's just not out yet we do have cream soda and i'm not 0.99
00:04:11.120 joking about any of it listen bro how many how many times have i said some crazy shit and then it's 0.99
00:04:17.740 exactly what i say like i'm not i don't fucking bullshit bro that shit's coming that's real it's 0.99
00:04:22.160 going to be a gift set it's going to be called the unity pack this is how we're going to save america 0.99

00:04:34.500 to it man i know you are i mean i'm telling you right now listen i'm looking forward to like 0.98
00:04:40.240 holding hands and skipping down the sidewalk with my cream soda and you with your brain we got to
00:04:44.320 make that commercial yeah well i think we don't even need to make it we just should do it because 0.99
00:04:48.260 it'd be nice yeah send the message bro you got to do it got to do it man this shit is good though 0.98
00:04:54.140 no dude listen i think that that's my number one flavor right now if you haven't checked out 0.99
00:04:57.720 first form energy for real you're missing out dude yeah um go to your local grocery store and 0.98
00:05:03.160 tell them they're assholes if they don't have it yeah how about that no no do that seriously 1.00
00:05:06.980 forget asking them nice yeah don't say hey you guys are fucks yeah carry the best shit yeah 1.00
00:05:14.140 that's what i'm saying all right all right well uh it is it is q a man and uh it is i got some good 0.99
00:05:20.720 ones for you all right all right let's knock these out andy guys question number one andy 0.86
00:05:25.280 andy i used to be a useful idiot uh until the covet vax round two messed me up i've been dealing with 0.84
00:05:33.400 my decision for almost two years now besides the point my old friends uh i left behind when i 0.65
00:05:40.320 realized and it came to what was actually happening i found your show i share the show and i've lost more
00:05:45.540 friends along the way but i have gained more because of it now i have a few of those old friends coming
00:05:51.360 back around i hold so much hate in my heart for them because of how they treated me i'm not really
00:05:56.700 sure how to move forward with them do you have any input well i can understand that um i experienced as
00:06:05.460 you can imagine uh an enormous amount of hate myself you know this is not just within my friend
00:06:10.660 network and dj you know this is true too you know we get on here every day and say this in front of
00:06:16.080 millions of people all right we have eight figures of downloads every single month on this show um 1.00
00:06:21.520 so i understand the hate it was vicious it was fucking mean it was unrelenting it was bullshit yeah 0.99
00:06:29.100 okay and i i too have resentment for a lot of the people and a lot of the shit they said and i've had 0.99
00:06:34.100 very few people apologize there's been some people who have apologized but not many right people are
00:06:39.140 just assuming that we'll forget and i can tell you for sure i will never forget i will never ever ever
00:06:45.080 forget my friends and my family who called me up on the phone or wrote messages to me on instagram 0.98
00:06:51.020 or the followers who fucking said hey you're uh you're you're you know unhinged or you're a conspiracy 0.98
00:06:58.480 theorist or you're this or that and called me all these names for fucking years so i understand that 0.99
00:07:04.500 but here's the thing i also understand that what we were dealing with at the time was 0.97
00:07:12.500 the biggest propaganda campaign that had ever existed in human history and if you think about
00:07:19.720 the internet being new technology you have to understand that this was the first time that
00:07:25.440 the internet was fully utilized for its propaganda potential and so they weaponized this technology
00:07:31.340 that hasn't been around very long and people had never witnessed it before and i think that we have
00:07:36.260 to be reasonable that people have an expectation that is very reasonable that the people who are on tv
00:07:44.760 who are the quote-unquote experts are actually acting with their best interests in mind and it has come
00:07:52.660 to be shown over the course of the last three and a half years to most people that that's not the case
00:07:58.420 and so i do have animosity and bitterness towards a lot of these people but at the same time
00:08:08.120 i also feel sorry for them because just like you you fell for it when i was trying to warn you
00:08:14.880 okay and now you're dealing with the ramifications and i i feel like you know a lot of these people
00:08:22.140 are people who had reasonable expectations to not be lied to and when they were lied to they reacted
00:08:30.920 poorly and you know here's something that i think about a lot is that if you think back to the covid
00:08:37.100 hysteria and the way people were and then you think back to the argument of what would you have done
00:08:42.840 during the uh holocaust right everybody likes to say oh how could this have happened i would have stood up 0.99
00:08:49.460 no you wouldn't you would have been one of the people saying take them to the fucking concentration 0.98
00:08:53.560 camps and a lot of people are going to have to live their whole lives knowing that they're on that 0.99
00:08:57.640 side of history you were wrong other people were right and people like us people who were spreading
00:09:04.080 the message from the beginning are legitimately responsible for stopping what probably would have
00:09:09.840 been a genocide and the reason for the genocide was to remove the resistance and if we look about
00:09:16.100 what happened and the language that was used and the actions that were taken i fully believe that
00:09:22.140 that was their plan you know i believe that they believe that the amount of people that were going
00:09:26.060 to resist were much smaller than what actually resisted and that they plan on disposing of those
00:09:31.400 people they plan on imprisoning them or eliminating them and they there was many places in the world that
00:09:37.840 actually put people in actual camps there are places here in the united states that were building camps
00:09:43.120 and we had leaders like justin trudeau saying what are we going to do with these people we had our
00:09:48.600 president saying these people we have a pandemic of the unvaccinated these people should be shunned
00:09:53.760 from society they should be uh you know basically shamed and and you know we had all these things
00:10:01.080 happening bro the rhetoric was insane go back and watch it and uh i think if people didn't you know
00:10:06.780 see what was happening they would have been ushered off and disposed of and and for the reason of
00:10:11.980 disposing of people who were going to stand in the way of the 2030 agenda which is what ultimately
00:10:16.660 they're trying to do so um you know i don't have an answer for you uh i don't think people should
00:10:23.480 forgive and forget i think people should be very cognizant and aware that those same people who said
00:10:30.240 that you know the unvaccinated people shouldn't be put in society the unvaccinated people are are 1.00
00:10:35.720 grandma killers and they're dangerous and you know all of these people you have to remember that was
00:10:41.020 psychological manipulation and those same people are capable of being psychologically manipulated
00:10:46.560 again into the same actions or even worse actions and so i don't subscribe to this idea of forgive and
00:10:53.080 forget and move forward i i subscribe to be aware understand that they were manipulated and if they
00:10:59.640 take responsibility for being manipulated like this person has is asking the question then we can move
00:11:06.160 forward but i i personally after witnessing that and witnessing what's happened from covid to the
00:11:13.580 vaccine to black lives matter to ukraine to now what's going on in the middle east i am very very
00:11:21.360 very aware that there's a large number of people that can be psychologically manipulated into literally
00:11:28.280 murdering a large percentage of people that they don't agree with and i think you know that's very
00:11:33.640 dangerous and i think it's something for all of us to be aware of and continue to fight continue to
00:11:37.400 work towards shining the light on how we were all being manipulated um to fight each other and so when
00:11:44.360 we look at the situation as a whole we have to remember that you know the only way they can maintain
00:11:50.040 power over us is by dividing us and getting us to do these kind of things and this is why we see this
00:11:55.440 same pattern over and over again you know we saw it with covid we saw with the black square it's always two 1.00
00:12:00.660 sides yes right it's this or that and pick a side and if you don't pick a side you're a piece of shit 1.00
00:12:06.000 that that never yeah you can't even stay neutral no bro they don't allow you to so you have to stay 1.00
00:12:13.520 neutral and you have to look at them right in their fucking eye and say i don't give a fuck okay and 0.99
00:12:18.880 that's where i'm at i don't give a fuck what you think about me i'm going to say what i think i'm going 0.99
00:12:24.180 to say what i'm observing and you can call me any motherfucking name in the book see the best thing that's 0.99
00:12:28.520 happened to me over the last three years is that i have become highly conditioned to being called 0.99
00:12:32.680 names i don't care anymore i don't care i have no fear i don't give a fuck what you think which gives 0.96
00:12:38.020 me the freedom to say whatever i want to say okay so if we could all get to that point and we could all 0.99
00:12:45.220 get to that point where we say hey fuck you all right things will change in this country but they use 0.99
00:12:51.140 fear to control us and they use the fear of social rejection and social outcasting and mob 1.00
00:12:58.080 mentality to keep us from speaking the truth because when we speak the truth and we say i don't 0.99
00:13:02.760 give a fuck what you call me they lose all their power okay like when people call me shit on the 0.98
00:13:07.820 internet and i'm like yeah okay what can they do right they're punching air so like be okay with it who 1.00
00:13:16.620 cares you know the truth yeah i'm trying to i'm i'm this is about solutions this is not about who's right
00:13:23.180 in the moment we have too many people out here trying to be right and then spouting misinformation
00:13:29.200 and spouting bullshit and propaganda because they want to be right because they weren't famous before 0.63
00:13:35.000 covid like how many social media influencers do we have that nobody knew before covid who now have a 0.94
00:13:41.640 brand have a page having a way to sell t-shirts and they're monetizing that as hard hard as they can
00:13:47.480 and at the same time propagating the uh the the misinformation that's intentionally put out like
00:13:54.820 we talked about on on last friday show the atrocity propaganda these these tales that have been proven
00:14:01.260 to not be true right and they do this because they want to get likes clicks and shares and then you know
00:14:06.960 they become a pawn for the overall propaganda machine and and dude i think it's shameful i think a lot of
00:14:13.960 these people who claim to be freedom fighters and claim to be for the people and claim to be about
00:14:18.040 america are not they're about themselves and it's evident by the way that they regurgitate information 0.99
00:14:23.500 and try to be first so that they can sell some fucking shit okay that's not why i do this guess what 0.99
00:14:28.980 motherfuckers i was pretty famous before this started people knew who i was i had the number one 0.99
00:14:33.880 entrepreneur podcast on the motherfucking internet okay i was also rich okay before this happened that's just 0.99
00:14:41.040 real i'm not bragging i'm just saying stating facts i've been working for 20 years to build my life 0.96
00:14:45.880 and now i'm in a position where i thought this whole entire time i'd be able to live my life in 0.96
00:14:50.920 peace right this whole time i've been working i've been thinking fuck dude all right i'm gonna get in 0.98
00:14:54.820 my 40s i'm gonna fucking enjoy my life okay and you guys know this you listen to my show remember when 0.98
00:15:01.480 i had been talking to you guys about how i was gonna buy a second place in florida and do all this shit well 0.97
00:15:05.880 you know what that's not happening now you know why it's not happening because i have to take on 0.97
00:15:09.940 this battle now because if i don't take on this battle and i don't come in here and fucking do 0.98
00:15:14.320 this work which i do for free by the way then i'm afraid that you guys who have always listened to me
00:15:19.760 for years and years and years and years and years will never have the opportunities that i had to build
00:15:24.640 a life that i have which is my whole entire teaching prior to this happening yeah so like understand
00:15:32.220 there is a difference between people who actually want to solve this problem and create a freer 0.99
00:15:37.760 better america for the future generations and then there's a lot of motherfuckers that are just 1.00
00:15:42.660 existing because this is the only identity they've ever been able to create for themselves and they 0.99
00:15:46.780 don't give two fucks if they're right or wrong they care about the reaction and the attention because
00:15:51.000 that's the economy that we live in so to answer your question in a roundabout way um i don't forgive 0.54
00:15:57.860 people for the way i was treated because it was horrible i had people break in my house i had people try to
00:16:03.340 assault me i've had to arrest i don't know what a dozen people over the last few years 0.62
00:16:08.140 okay for harassment all kinds of shit i've had to put up with for having this voice and for speaking 0.70
00:16:13.760 the truth and it's been frustrating because i haven't been able to get you guys fully engaged 0.88
00:16:18.700 behind me to speak with me because if it was you guys and me and all of us they couldn't do anything 1.00
00:16:24.180 about it but because you're scared and you're probably scared of some fucking dumbass in your family 1.00
00:16:30.180 who talk shit to you for 10 years because they don't know what the fuck they're talking about 1.00
00:16:34.360 and they shame you for everything you've been conditioned for silence and if we would all just 1.00
00:16:39.020 wake the fuck up and we would all just say you know what i'm done with this i'm gonna say what i think 0.99
00:16:44.260 just like andy's saying what he thinks and we're gonna stop this shit the shit will stop okay so that's 0.99
00:16:50.020 what i'm waiting for to happen i'm waiting for everybody to engage and join in and preach the 1.00
00:16:55.320 fucking message of real american freedom okay i am tired of innocent people dying 0.99
00:17:00.080 i'm tired of our families being taxed into poverty i'm tired of our economy being shit i'm tired of 1.00
00:17:06.200 being taken advantage of i'm tired of being manipulated i'm tired of being purposefully 0.98
00:17:10.540 enraged i'm tired of the division i'm tired of the hate our life is not supposed to be this way
00:17:16.140 our life is supposed to be peaceful and pleasant and filled with opportunity and joy and because we 0.99
00:17:22.020 are led by a bunch of greedy fuck tyrants we aren't allowed to have that life our whole entire life 0.99
00:17:27.920 gets stolen from us that's what i'm aware of i'm in my 40s now i'm not 25 i'm not 35 i'm in my 40s 0.99
00:17:35.520 time is more valuable when you get a little bit older and when you start to realize what's actually 0.96
00:17:40.460 happening what's actually happening here is that they are stealing our fucking lives that we will 0.99
00:17:45.460 never get back okay and that matters to me i'm not here to fight this fucking battle because these 1.00
00:17:51.160 people are evil fucks we're here to fucking live life and make this place a better place and we're not 0.99
00:17:57.040 able to even do that because these people are such shitbags anyway i don't forgive any of them 1.00
00:18:04.200 they all need to be held accountable at the highest level your friends and family they're useful idiots 0.99
00:18:09.880 they don't know any better i don't forgive them either if they come around and they apologize and 1.00
00:18:14.220 they admit they're wrong and they join the team great i can fucking forgive that but trying to 1.00
00:18:19.020 pretend that like it didn't happen or they didn't say this shit i'm not with that shit bro 1.00
00:18:23.000 own your shit say you're sorry apologize to people that you fucking insulted okay and then 1.00
00:18:29.300 we can work together moving forward to fix some of this shit going on and until that happens this 1.00
00:18:34.300 these operations will continue to happen over and over and over and over again and they'll continue 0.91
00:18:38.100 to destroy our lives you know absolutely bro absolutely all right guys andy question number 0.99
00:18:44.040 two mr frisella this shit is good yes it is it does taste like a squirt you want to squirt what'd 1.00
00:18:52.660 you say you don't even know what squirt is bro i know what fucking squirts are what is it sodas 1.00
00:18:57.820 they're fucking great soda yeah it tastes like squirt i personally like the mellow yellows i think 0.99
00:19:04.380 they're underrated you ain't ever had a mellow bro i fucking love mellow yellow bro and the only 0.99
00:19:11.120 place that i know that still serves it on fountain is like penn station pretty good mellow yellow is 0.97
00:19:16.900 good bro it's pretty fucking good yeah i'm pretty sure like i saw some shit about the dye or whatever 0.90
00:19:21.060 they use in that you know it's whatever but yeah well they put atrazine in our water it makes our 0.99
00:19:26.080 balls shrink so i'm pretty sure whatever the fuck is in mellow yellow is probably not that bad well hold 0.98
00:19:30.780 on yeah what still good yeah well i'm just being honest guys andy question number two uh mr frisella 0.97
00:19:40.800 i am in my first year in college and i'm part of a division one track team one of my dreams is to
00:19:47.540 become a professional track athlete but i am not a naturally gifted athlete i had to work very very
00:19:54.520 hard to be in the position i am in now i struggle with comparing myself with others in this sport i have
00:20:01.500 to be compared to others but i believe it rules more of my headspace than it should how should i begin
00:20:07.160 to attack the issue um you should attack it the same way you've been attacking it here's what you
00:20:13.200 have to understand there's talented people and then there's people with less talent that have to work
00:20:19.340 very hard and the people with less talent that have to work very hard if they actually do the work
00:20:25.300 end up being much better than the people with just talent alone when you're young and especially in
00:20:31.460 sports but this applies to business or anything else in life when you're young and you have talents
00:20:36.040 you assume that you're going to continue to be good and you assume that you're going to continue
00:20:39.700 to perform at a high level and what happens is is you never learn how to actually follow that with
00:20:44.900 the work ethic and we see this over and over again in professional sports and all kinds of areas of
00:20:49.460 life we were just talking about this yesterday on a walk talking about being athletes in high school
00:20:54.440 and like you know going back yeah yeah yeah line on just talent yeah but what i'm saying here
00:20:58.620 is that the people who have the work ethic who have less talent end up producing much more than
00:21:06.680 the people who just have talent all right because the people who work they develop the work ethic
00:21:11.840 early because they have to to compete and then that work ethic sticks with them and they continue
00:21:16.560 to push and push and push and push and eventually their skill set gets to the level of the talented
00:21:21.120 person which is the max level for the talented person but is a mediocre level for the person who
00:21:26.360 wants to continue to work and so what ends up happening is kind of like what happened to tom
00:21:30.300 brady all right tom brady gets drafted at the end of the nfl draft reason he got drafted at the end of
00:21:35.920 the nfl draft is because he wasn't as talented as a lot of the other players but during his high school and
00:21:41.480 during his college years he developed this insane work ethic and that insane work ethic he kept while he
00:21:46.640 was playing professional sports and he continued to improve and get better and better and better and
00:21:50.700 now is considered probably the greatest nfl player ever by most people look at michael jordan michael
00:21:58.540 jordan got cut from his high school basketball team the reason michael jordan got cut from his high
00:22:03.200 school basketball team is because he wasn't as talented as the other players so what happened to
00:22:08.240 him he understood i have to work hard i have to do things that other people aren't willing to do
00:22:13.320 and because of that he developed this insane process for improving himself and over the course
00:22:19.520 of his career he kept on that process and he got better and better and better and better and better
00:22:24.340 and he now he's the greatest basketball player that's ever lived and some people consider him the
00:22:28.980 greatest athlete that's ever lived so none of these people that you consider the greatest of all time
00:22:34.460 whether it be sports whether it be business whether it be anything are the most talented people these are
00:22:39.800 people who who had a little bit of talent but had the work ethic to attach to so the fact that you're
00:22:45.580 one of those people is a gift the fact that you're someone who doesn't have the raw talent that everybody
00:22:51.400 else has around you is a gift if you match it with the discipline and you match it with the work ethic
00:22:57.260 you're going to go 10 times further than any of these other people because when they max out they won't know
00:23:03.160 how to get any better and you'll never max out because you'll continue to get better and better and better
00:23:07.560 the longer you go so obviously there's limits on physical capabilities as you go but here's the
00:23:13.200 cool thing about this process when you develop this work ethic and you develop this process of
00:23:18.000 understanding that if i work and work and work and work and work and work and work i win that starts to
00:23:23.480 apply to anything and this is why we see you know michael jordan come out of basketball and become a
00:23:28.980 multi-billionaire okay this is why tom brady comes out of football and is going to become a multi-multi
00:23:35.560 billionaire with all the projects he has going on all right this is why i'm successful okay i i was
00:23:43.000 nothing special i was never fucking special i wasn't considered smart i wasn't considered exceptional 0.95
00:23:48.760 i wasn't anything i was just someone who was a little bit had a little bit of drive and a little
00:23:54.300 bit of ambition and knew that i didn't want a regular life and i worked and worked and worked and
00:23:58.240 worked and worked and worked and worked and i have a skill set of the process of the work now
00:24:01.960 that's its own skill set okay now i'm going to continue to get better while all of my friends
00:24:08.720 who are the same age as me who might have had an advantage or rich parents or investors or this or 0.90
00:24:14.400 that they're kicking their feet up on a fucking beach in costa rica while i'm up here building a 0.99
00:24:19.320 fucking empire you see what i'm saying so like this shit if you're one of these people who is not 1.00
00:24:27.220 gifted with the natural talent and the natural ability but you understand that you can work to 1.00
00:24:32.000 develop it you're you're the right kind of person to become great that's the people that become great
00:24:37.560 we have this misconception that people think that greatness is like something you're born with or it's
00:24:43.220 something that you're gifted and it's absolutely not there's a lot of great players who were gifted
00:24:49.080 with greatness who never became great because they couldn't figure out that they needed to do the work
00:24:54.040 with it so don't be discouraged all right you're on the right path you're understanding exactly what
00:25:01.720 you are and exactly what you are is the best kind of person to be it's someone with a little bit of
00:25:06.280 talent a little bit of skill that allows them to compete in the game but also an understanding that 0.87
00:25:11.540 for them to be great they have to work their fucking ass off and that person those are the people 0.97
00:25:16.480 that people write books about that change industry that change sports that change the world it's not 0.99
00:25:22.240 the person that was born with the most talent it's the person who has a little bit of talent
00:25:25.760 and then pairs it with the insane work ethic i love that man i love that i feel like also too right like
00:25:31.500 would you agree that you know if you're one of these people you you truly do have to buy in
00:25:38.900 to whatever goal that is if it's running track like you know michael jordan the reason he had to learn 0.79
00:25:44.800 how to work hard is because he really wanted to play fucking basketball yeah you know i'm saying so i 0.94
00:25:48.480 feel like a lot of people they're not even committing to that overall objective to begin 0.97
00:25:52.000 with before the hard work even starts yeah well those people don't have a chance yeah you have no 0.50
00:25:56.680 chance of that you have to make a decision on what the fuck you're going to be it's not just for 0.60
00:26:01.360 nothing it's not just show up and work for nothing because here's the thing the the goal that you want 0.96
00:26:08.860 for yourself has to be so real and so vivid and you have to be so obsessed about it that you are willing
00:26:16.660 to suffer more than everybody else to achieve it that's the reality of achievement you have to be
00:26:22.920 willing to suffer when everybody else gives up you have to be able to endure when everybody else packs
00:26:28.700 it in and this is what creates greatness and without that vision of what you're trying to be 0.97
00:26:33.340 without that conscious decision that i'm going to do this no matter what the fuck happens you can 0.87
00:26:39.640 never achieve it because you don't have the motivation to stick through the hard times when 0.59
00:26:43.380 everybody else quits that's how it works i fucking love it i love it guys andy our third and final 0.89
00:26:49.720 question any question number three andy in my lawn care business my leaders at the top are completely 0.83
00:26:56.980 bought into the mission and vision and that rolls downhill with most of those under them these past
00:27:03.120 couple of years as the labor market has gotten even more cutthroat since covet i've noticed that some
00:27:08.840 of our newer hires aren't as quote unquote bought in and they seem to just be here for the benefits
00:27:15.340 themselves not the company as a whole we are the highest paying company in our markets with the best
00:27:20.480 benefits in our industry 401k health four-day work week etc and we treat our team extremely well
00:27:27.140 are people just that entitled now or are we missing something you're missing something all right you're
00:27:34.920 missing the understanding that if you make it too cush and too easy in the beginning people will take
00:27:40.600 advantage of you all right so they have to learn that if they work they will be rewarded and if you
00:27:45.860 give them the reward up front without them having to earn it they're going to act as you're describing
00:27:50.060 so here's the solution the solution is stop treating them like they've already won before they've won
00:27:56.520 all right figure out a way to compensate them and then paint a vision for their progress that they can
00:28:03.120 achieve within your company and make that vision so big that whatever vision they have for their own lives
00:28:09.680 they can fit that underneath your vision right if you're trying to cut lawns and that's all you're
00:28:15.180 going to do is cut a few neighborhoods these people are not going to be motivated they're not going to
00:28:19.000 show up because they're going to realize that you know all i'm getting is all i'm getting now and what
00:28:23.480 difference does it make if i work any harder so we have to create a scenario where they're driven to work
00:28:28.060 harder to achieve their own dreams and so what does that mean for you that means your vision has 0.89
00:28:34.220 to become so large that they can easily say well fuck dude if i work hard within this vision i can 0.94
00:28:39.460 afford the house i can afford the car i can afford the life i don't need to be you know worth a hundred 0.99
00:28:44.440 million dollars but like bro i can live in a nice hood i can fucking drive a nice car i can go out to 0.91
00:28:49.180 dinner at nice places if i just help build this vision okay so you're probably lacking that aspect in 0.93
00:28:55.180 your business and then you're turning around and blaming it on people for being lazy you're you've
00:29:00.600 actually got it all fucked up all right stop rewarding people when they first come in day one 0.98
00:29:05.760 yes take care of people yes do the right thing yes be fair but don't over deliver because then they 0.97
00:29:11.420 don't have any motivation to work and then on top of it create a scenario where they can very quickly
00:29:16.280 move up the ladder by executing and what you do there is you're you're creating the behavior of
00:29:20.840 achievement within the culture of your company and that's creating the drive right and then here's
00:29:25.440 how this works other people that you hire they come into your company and they talk to you know
00:29:30.800 let's say steve who's been here for for two years and steve's driving a decent truck and lives in a 0.97
00:29:35.920 pretty nice decent house and steve's telling the new guy bro when i started here i didn't have shit 0.85
00:29:40.480 okay i did this and this and this and i moved up and now i'm winning and that's going to inspire the
00:29:45.800 new guy to follow that so then you create a culture of achievement within your vision so you're
00:29:49.900 missing a few things all right you're missing the motivation built in you're missing the ability
00:29:54.640 for them to achieve their dreams and your mission you're missing most importantly your responsibility
00:29:59.660 to paint the big vision for them to work within all right nobody's going to be motivated to to work
00:30:06.240 for a mowing lawn company uh if you're just like trying to get by for yourself if you're already made
00:30:12.680 yeah that this is a common misconception amongst employers to employees all right a lot of employers
00:30:19.720 believe that they're doing these people like a big service by just offering them a mediocre or
00:30:26.060 shitty job you're not you're not going to have inspired people by offering them uh you know a 0.92
00:30:31.680 basic fucking level existence the way you're going to get people inspired is by showing them that they 0.99
00:30:36.840 can achieve a whole lot more by helping you do what it is you're doing and then you have to follow up 0.99
00:30:41.920 by actually allowing them and following through on your promise to them to provide for them the life
00:30:47.340 that they're after does that make sense absolutely okay a lot of people fuck this up don't feel bad
00:30:52.360 that you're fucking it up a lot of people do it yeah it's funny because when i was listening to to you 0.88
00:30:56.680 know like reading this question and then hearing you come to it like the word that came to mind is 0.94
00:31:01.460 like man the leadership it just feels complacent well that's usually they've almost like arrived at
00:31:06.720 whatever goal that they had as a company as leadership right like and it's completely counter to how you
00:31:12.340 you know describe the vision for all of your companies right like every single company you you work
00:31:17.060 uh or you run it's it's day one in every single one of them yeah right and that vision is massive yeah
00:31:22.240 i just i just felt complacent like i've had to describe it in the way well people don't understand
00:31:25.620 too strategically okay in the big picture
00:31:29.060 every company comes to a point where they're either growing or they're dying right and companies will grow
00:31:36.860 grow grow grow grow grow get to a point where the founder or the owner is comfortable and then they
00:31:42.180 start to regress and people can't ever figure out why that happens well the reason that it happens
00:31:46.760 is because you're no longer growing and the people that you are in the boat with no longer want to row
00:31:52.240 the boat because they don't see any forward progress for themselves ultimately people are selfish they
00:31:57.780 care and by the way they should be they should care about what they're getting out of the deal and if
00:32:02.400 you're not showing them that you're working to expand the business so that they can get more
00:32:07.080 out of the deal how do you expect them to be inspired to row the boat you can't you can't 0.92
00:32:12.620 fucking do it right man just a few things i've picked up over the years okay for me yeah i would 0.98
00:32:20.520 save you guys your whole fucking business if you listen that question closely bro i feel like there's 0.99
00:32:24.560 a lot of fucking nuggets right there man that's fucking awesome well uh that was three go pay the fee 1.00
00:32:31.280 yeah went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry box froze fuck a pole fuck a stove counted millions 1.00
00:32:37.340 in the code bad bitch booted swole got her on bankroll can't fold just a no headshot case close 1.00
00:32:44.840 you 0.99
