00:02:38.360 companies very successful companies and i give it to you for free so uh when you get value from that
00:02:43.100 if you uh if you feel so inclined please share the show we don't run ads on the show i don't take
00:02:48.980 money i fund the show myself because i want to be able to say whatever i want and i don't want
00:02:52.860 people telling me what i can and can't say so uh if you get value from the show share it don't be a
00:02:59.080 hoe show the show all right so what's up dude what's going on not much you know just uh ready to answer
00:03:06.900 some questions for some people what's going on with you nothing much man we uh put up put up a christmas
00:03:11.500 tree over the weekend yeah that was good how'd that go terrible yeah yeah i told i told alex i'm like
00:03:17.480 like let's just do it ourselves and you know ryan wakes up and just sees it yeah because trying to
00:03:22.420 do it with a little kid it's it's difficult yeah because she makes it very hard yeah but uh we
00:03:27.840 survived and getting ready for the christmas spirit man cool yeah we put christmas lights on our house
00:03:33.060 first time ever yeah first time i ever did that it was wild seeing it yeah all right yeah i like it
00:03:38.960 though it looks good yeah man you know like the more the more i realize that they're trying to erode
00:03:45.460 typical american customs uh and replace it with nothing and demoralize our country the more
00:03:53.420 important i realize it is to participate in our actual holidays uh and that's really like what made 0.93
00:03:59.280 me say dude we need to do this yeah you know it's not happy holidays it's fucking merry christmas 0.93
00:04:04.480 you know what i'm saying like i'm not playing around with these people no more so i put up pretty 0.98
00:04:09.560 good amount of christmas lights on my uh on my humble abode looks like a fucking landing 0.99
00:04:16.220 yeah little clark griswold action like black hawks and shit can see it when they come they come over 1.00
00:04:22.320 anyway yeah shit dude every helicopter in st louis flies over my house bro it's annoying as fuck yeah 0.99
00:04:28.960 i know they're doing it because it's like it's a cool property know that guy down there well no it's a 0.99
00:04:33.660 it's a cool property i mean it's a it's a compound but like bro you helicopter pilots here in st louis 0.99
00:04:39.040 flying over my house all the fucking time gets old like stop doing it assholes i remember looking 1.00
00:04:45.780 into doing the faa blackout thing on you we should do that it's difficult well we should do that it's 0.99
00:04:50.780 fucking annoying it happens a hundred times a day yeah anyway lights look good though yeah they do
00:04:55.580 lights look good so uh never mind what nothing nothing man i got some good questions for you 0.96
00:05:03.980 though let's get into these guys andy question number one uh andy i recently got an email about
00:05:11.720 an ecology meeting in an alphabet club and my daughter's school she's in eighth grade and this
00:05:19.920 is what they want to shove down her throat i want to handle it the right way i have a bad temper 0.99
00:05:24.640 especially when it comes to idiots but how should i go about approaching this situation personally i'd 1.00
00:05:30.520 like to go down and slap the shit out of everybody at the district but i know that that isn't going to 1.00
00:05:35.440 help any advice i don't know what would you do you're a parent yeah i mean i'm gonna tell you this 0.99
00:05:43.400 if i had kids they wouldn't be going to school places like that yeah they just wouldn't be i would
00:05:48.720 do whatever i had to do to make sure that they're not in that environment they're not being shoved down 0.94
00:05:53.440 and having forced upon them political ideologies or gender ideologies or any of this other shit 0.58
00:05:58.800 that isn't true okay like when we this is the problem with gender ideology that people do not 0.94
00:06:05.100 talk about enough all right they say oh just be polite and cater to these people well the problem
00:06:12.200 with that is that what you're asking us to do is to deny what we know is fact and reality and when we
00:06:18.640 deny what we know is fact and reality we lose confidence and trust and belief in ourselves
00:06:25.200 it erodes away so you're asking us to play make believe with this concept which isn't actually true
00:06:32.000 which destroys our own understanding of what truth is and then on the flip side when we cater
00:06:38.080 to calling people a girl when they're a boy and vice versa and telling them they can be whatever they want
00:06:44.640 we're conditioning our kids to believe that the world will bend and and be manipulated to their
00:06:51.500 will at any given time and that's just not the way it works and so it actually hurts both sides and
00:06:57.600 it's not a bigoted thing it's an actual truth thing that we should come to terms with the reality of what
00:07:04.920 it is it's not it's not being mean okay like if you want to be a cross dresser or you want to
00:07:10.560 pretend to be a woman and that's your life then cool but like asking everybody else to pretend and
00:07:16.280 asking everybody else to go along with it is actually disrespectful because what you're doing
00:07:21.080 is you're asking them to lie to themselves which destroys their own belief their own confidence
00:07:25.460 and their own self-esteem so it's harmful in other ways and when we do this with little kids
00:07:30.520 who are very young they grow up with this all right so personally i if i had kids there's zero
00:07:37.720 fucking chance at all that they would be in an environment like that ever yeah and and and i 0.77
00:07:43.060 understand that's hard and i understand some of you guys might have financial limitations but that's 0.94
00:07:49.180 why it's important to become financially successful that's why it's important to make a lot of money
00:07:53.480 so you have fucking options okay so i would i would say like i mean my question would be is how many 0.90
00:08:00.580 other parents in that school do you know where where's the parent community at because i i would be 0.99
00:08:05.940 willing to put money that you're probably not the only parent who has concerns about this
00:08:10.120 so i don't know maybe at you know pick up or drop off go start talking to other some other parents we
00:08:17.220 could get a get a little community going because there's going to be strength in numbers if you go 0.96
00:08:21.320 by yourself they'll probably laugh you out the fuck there are strength in numbers but that's why 0.96
00:08:24.840 they've that's why they've bullied people into submission and made them believe that being part of the 0.98
00:08:33.140 quote-unquote silent majority is some sort of noble thing yeah the reality is is that they have
00:08:39.660 very intelligently stifled any sort of resistance through bullying and shame so they have culturally
00:08:47.760 conditioned people to not speak up so you have grown adult parents where the vast majority of them
00:08:54.660 agree with you and me and what we're saying not saying anything because they're afraid to rock the boat
00:09:00.680 but if they go just talk to the other parents they figure out that they're all on the same team
00:09:05.760 and they could actually get something done but ultimately bro this comes down to courage this 0.99
00:09:10.740 comes down to not being a fucking bitch this comes down to standing up and say i don't care what you 1.00
00:09:16.080 guys think call me whatever name you want say whatever you want but i'm not going along with 1.00
00:09:20.560 this shit and neither should you and we should all work together to do that that's how you handle 0.98
00:09:24.840 those situations but that takes courage and right now there's a lot of people that don't have 1.00
00:09:28.900 courage because they've been bullied for the last 10 years and you know how many people do we hear
00:09:33.920 from that say you know oh man i love the show i wish i could say that stuff but i don't want to
00:09:38.940 rock the boat bro if you don't start rocking the boat there's going to be no boat left to ride in
00:09:42.800 that's the that's the reality that we have to come to reality man yeah i think people also need to
00:09:47.960 realize too it's like you know you talk about you know this is why cancel culture in reality doesn't
00:09:53.660 really work because the people who are trying to cancel don't have the pying power
00:09:57.260 right and the same thing goes to schools bro like if you look in if you look at the data
00:10:01.620 the the the percentage of or the number of of kids being homeschooled it's gone up private schools
00:10:08.040 going up right like schools that are not going with this stuff and so these schools they're going
00:10:13.660 to be faced with no choice but to respect the wishes of parents because when those parents start
00:10:18.180 taking them kids out of the schools those schools shut down right and so like i mean i don't know i would
00:10:23.200 say get get with your parents man like like get a community maybe you know if you're afraid of going
00:10:27.820 in by yourself try with five of the parents be afraid of what are you afraid of that's what i'm
00:10:32.080 saying like hold on i'm trying to understand this what are you afraid of what are you what are you
00:10:37.460 afraid of you're afraid of someone who you don't respect who you disagree with who you don't want to
00:10:43.560 be who you don't admire in any way shape or form calling you a name right you're afraid of that's it
00:10:50.020 yes that's just the name you're afraid of someone who completely is interfering in your ability to
00:10:57.600 raise your child the way that you want to raise it and they feel entitled to do so and you have zero
00:11:04.460 respect for these people and what they do and how they do it but you're afraid to speak up against
00:11:08.860 them that means you're the problem not them yeah you're the problem if you're if you're looking for
00:11:13.780 permission granted go do it it's not about needing permission dude it's about understanding like if you
00:11:19.540 don't speak up if you don't stand up for your kids they're going to get indoctrinated into this 0.95
00:11:24.760 shit and then what who failed them then yeah you did so this is something that you have to take 0.99
00:11:30.440 responsibility for and start to understand and be a grown-up like if you have kids you have a duty 1.00
00:11:36.540 stand up for what you believe is right and wrong whether that be in the grocery store whether that
00:11:41.300 be on the playground whether that be in the school system wherever it is and we have a bunch of people
00:11:46.240 who are afraid to be called something because that why whatever i don't know why dude it's so funny
00:11:53.060 i was uh taking ryan to school yesterday morning and uh or last last week it was a couple of days
00:11:59.120 ago i was taking her to school and we're walking out the door and she's at this age where like she
00:12:03.000 knows like girl boy she got it right and she knows that she's a girl she knows daddy's a boy right
00:12:08.460 she got it and we're walking out the house she's like daddy i'm a girl i'm like yep you sure are
00:12:12.600 and you will always be yeah and like it's it's like and i said it like it happened i said it so
00:12:18.320 quickly and then i'm like that's it like why am i even having to say this right yeah because you have
00:12:23.800 a bunch of people that shouldn't who that shouldn't even be educators who feel somehow entitled to teach
00:12:32.220 people's children things that the parents don't want taught and then when confronted on it they say 0.99
00:12:39.340 those are our children we have a right to teach them that no the fuck you don't and so dude until 0.99
00:12:44.840 we get some some real parent pushback this is going to continue to all those people that do that gender 1.00
00:12:51.220 ideology and this pushing of sexual they should be fucking eliminated from the school system yeah 0.99
00:12:56.780 100 they should not be educators no no we our educators should be preparing our kids to go out in 0.99
00:13:03.620 the real world and and be able to survive and what they're doing is the opposite of that they're
00:13:09.280 creating a scenario where our kids think that if they go out and they throw enough of a tantrum
00:13:13.220 the world will bend around to them and then we wonder why these kids go out in the world today we have
00:13:19.460 so many young people that are of the age around 19 20 21 who are ineffective in the real world and 1.00
00:13:25.580 then what do those people do and you have to think about the bigger agendas or why they want that 0.97
00:13:29.240 why why would they want an entire generation of people who cannot fucking be effective in real life 0.99
00:13:34.380 well because if they're not effective in real life that means they have to be dependent on the 0.97
00:13:37.720 government and this is how they maintain control and you guys think it's about being polite or
00:13:42.380 inclusive it has nothing to do with that that's what they tell you it's about yes it has nothing to do
00:13:45.980 with that it has to do with them to stay and the people teaching it they believe it's about being 0.98
00:13:51.520 inclusive they believe it's but they're called useful idiots if you read any book about communism that's 0.99
00:13:56.340 what these people are called so yeah the worst part about it is like you know they yell at you 0.98
00:14:00.780 oh you know be be inclusive be tolerant but yet we get zero tolerance or inclusivity correct on the
00:14:07.060 back end correct so it's like at that point it's over yeah it's over this is supposed to be a win-win
00:14:11.660 situation it's not it's not about that if you if you if you say anything to them it's bullying but
00:14:17.440 they have no problem bullying you at all they'll call you every single name they'll they'll try to 0.94
00:14:21.960 cancel you with their facebook groups they'll try to put you on blast they'll bully the fuck out of 1.00
00:14:26.920 you as long as you stay quiet so it's time to bully them the fuck back that's where the fuck we are 1.00
00:14:32.000 that's real shit it is time to bully the people back that's where we are and i'm not apologizing for 1.00
00:14:37.520 it because i've warned about this for for almost 10 years like we have to stand our ground and we 0.99
00:14:44.760 cannot give an inch of fucking ground to these people anymore that's the answer so your answer is be 0.99
00:14:51.320 a responsible parent be a leader for the children stand the fuck up like a grown adult like you are 1.00
00:14:56.800 and stop being a pussy love it that's the answer that is the answer man that's it man guys any question 1.00
00:15:03.100 number two andy how do you build sales in a customer base in today's world via social media 0.99
00:15:10.520 while living a private life huh a lot of famous and successful people online have everything online
00:15:16.840 for everyone to see their house their wife their kids cars property you are the only one that i know
00:15:23.400 who has really kept people away from the intricate details of your life i currently have built a
00:15:28.000 successful business and i want to go further but it just seems all business owners are just sharing
00:15:32.480 their whole life to gain a customer i'm a very private man with a wife and daughter who's never posted
00:15:37.260 on the internet i want to push further and harder on social this year i just don't want to lose my privacy
00:15:42.600 so how do you build social media without letting the internet fully expose every aspect of your life
00:15:47.520 privacy is the cost that you pay to get where you're trying to go on social media you are the product
00:15:57.360 your life is the product and yes while i have been able to be more private the last few years
00:16:04.520 there has also been a cost to that because my instagram page could be at 10 million followers or 15 million followers
00:16:11.800 and my youtube could be at multi-million followers have i have i been showing my life the whole time
00:16:17.520 so we have to understand the reality i started in this in 2012 on social media all right so that means
00:16:25.160 i've been doing it for 12 years what is that 11 years 12 years in a month okay 0.95
00:16:32.880 i only stopped posting in 2020 so that means for eight years i did all the shit that you're saying 0.87
00:16:43.740 you don't want to do which built my brand to a point where i have a loyal following and now my content
00:16:50.080 comes from what i have to say and how i think not people observing my life but if you've noticed i have
00:16:56.520 started to do a little bit more showing my life why do you think i've done that do you think i'm doing
00:17:01.160 that because it's bad for my brand i'm not doing that because i think it's fun and cool it's not
00:17:08.120 listen here's real talk i am having fun doing it and i do think it's fun and cool but getting me to
00:17:15.520 the point to do it i did not think that okay i had a lot of friends around me who convinced me that
00:17:21.300 that was something that was probably a good idea and one of the friends we talk about the hermosis a
00:17:27.660 lot they're great people but alex and layla came they were here visiting um and we were in a locker
00:17:34.180 room and layla said to me hey look dude i love your content i've been listening to your content since
00:17:39.240 2015 when you started it she's like the reason i think you should show more of your life is twofold
00:17:46.220 one because when i was consuming your content and you're talking about going hard and working hard
00:17:51.040 and paying the price and all these things that you talk about i felt like that was all you did and
00:17:57.140 when i couldn't live to that life i felt like i was failing so that was the first thing that made me
00:18:02.120 realize man i need to show people a little bit more right and and the second thing was is that
00:18:08.500 i have a number of younger people who come to me and they say uh you know dude like anytime i post
00:18:16.580 like cars or my success or anything like that like that's not i'm i don't that's not my cup of tea
00:18:25.360 bro i like i like that stuff because it's me i don't like that stuff because i'm trying to get
00:18:29.440 more clout and that's why i have one of the nicest car collections on the planet that never gets seen
00:18:34.840 nobody's ever seen it yeah so um but i realized that when i do show those things i get a lot of
00:18:41.400 feedback from like the younger generation where they're saying man like dude i'm so glad you show
00:18:46.540 this stuff because it makes me believe that what i'm doing now will be worth it and so what i've
00:18:51.920 started to realize is that i have a responsibility i used to believe this i i you and i know this is true
00:19:00.660 that i have a responsibility to show my success because of the inspiration that it provides okay but
00:19:07.760 then the internet got so fucking douchey all right where i felt like i was one of them when i was 0.94
00:19:13.060 showing my life so i stopped doing it but what i realize now is that all that's left is a bunch of 0.99
00:19:18.840 fake ass shit and no real shit so why do you think i'm doing day in the life so you guys can see what 0.98
00:19:24.680 it looks like and i guarantee you and i can say this without a hesitant of a doubt there's not a single 1.00
00:19:30.760 motherfucking social media influencer on the fucking planet that has the life that i have not a single 0.98
00:19:36.800 one there's a lot of guys that pretend to have a cool life they might have a decent house and they 1.00
00:19:41.540 might got a you know a car or two or maybe they're doing this or that but they don't they don't have
00:19:47.060 it all bro they don't have companies they run like let's see some of that from these influencers right
00:19:52.660 it's like there's a lot of bullshit out there my point and so i've i've started a bit become more 0.64
00:20:00.220 aware that i have an obligation to show what it really looks like which is far cooler than what any of 0.99
00:20:06.200 these guru dumb asses are showing you anyway yeah cool you got you got one car that you financed 1.00
00:20:12.140 out your ass for buy my shit right like you guys don't even know what real baller shit looks like 1.00
00:20:18.220 because none of these motherfuckers that you follow are real ballers can't do it no that makes sense 1.00
00:20:23.040 that makes sense let me so let me ask you this i'm gonna follow up to this so what does that look 0.98
00:20:29.000 like what what's the relationship between the personal authentic andy brand when it comes to
00:20:35.540 business like how do those is that like a symbiotic relationship right because if you're having to
00:20:40.380 increase the eyeballs on you what what should this person be expecting well you have to realize that
00:20:45.380 like dude you have a lot of different options there's plenty of business owners that aren't public
00:20:49.660 but they use their marketing budget properly to use influencers to leverage their following
00:20:55.260 and their privacy onto their brand but the reality is is if you don't have a big budget and you don't
00:21:00.960 have cash flow you got to kind of make yourself into that to get leads in the beginning or um you're
00:21:06.460 gonna have to come up with a creative way to you know figure out how you're going to get business and
00:21:11.000 there's a number of ways that you can do that but social media is free and it takes you know a little
00:21:16.800 effort but less effort than what it would take uh less money than what it would take for you to go out
00:21:21.520 and try to work with all these influencers so having a strong personal brand is a huge advantage
00:21:28.260 because of that but it's also a huge advantage because if you can build a good one then other
00:21:33.980 influencers traditionally want to work with you like they will look at this your personal brand and say
00:21:38.500 yeah i want to be associated with that right and so now especially now with so many faceless
00:21:42.840 yes corpse yes it's easier to get the the most influential people to associate with you when
00:21:48.960 you're strong your brand is strong sure so like having a strong personal brand is a big deal and
00:21:55.020 like yeah you could say i love my privacy and i love this i do too but here's the real i could
00:22:00.080 continue to be private and just be fine you probably can't that's reality and if you can and you want to
00:22:06.880 go ahead but that's going to take cash flow that's going to take money to invest in other social media
00:22:11.640 influencers that's going to take a different kind of marketing and advertising but the reality is is
00:22:16.540 there's very few situations in fact i can't think of any where a strong personal brand isn't extremely
00:22:21.280 valuable to what you're trying to do so the idea that you know i i can empathize with that like i
00:22:28.300 don't like showing a lot of my life like i i really like i would love to but like i feel like i get
00:22:35.480 tossed in with all these goobers right and they're just not my it's just not like it makes me feel gross 1.00
00:22:41.460 yeah and um so i don't do it but i'm starting to do it in a different way you know uh because i feel
00:22:46.920 obligated and and it's actually pretty fun so i think you know another upside to what you're saying
00:22:52.460 is is that like i think if you actually stepped out and started doing it you might have some fun
00:22:56.380 but like real talk dude you know you haven't even started yet and you like think like your first three 0.96
00:23:02.340 years are gonna suck dude like you're gonna get fucking two likes you're gonna get five views 0.99
00:23:06.940 nobody's gonna comment on your shit and you're gonna have to keep doing it over and over and over and over 1.00
00:23:10.880 like that happened to me like if you go back process yeah like you have to put in all this time 1.00
00:23:16.340 like people think they can become a social media celebrity overnight but the reality is is that doesn't
00:23:22.340 put asses in seats okay and asses in seats is what really matters what what i mean by that is 0.99
00:23:27.240 do people show up for shit that you do do people respond to a call to action do people buy your stuff 1.00
00:23:33.820 do people you know translate from your brand into your your actual business brand and actually 1.00
00:23:40.480 convert into paying customers and most of these people that you see online have a lot of fake shit 0.94
00:23:47.060 and that's why they don't ever really convert okay so there's a big difference like you know like you 0.98
00:23:54.380 know why when i show up to events there's fucking seventy five hundred ten thousand people sitting there in a 0.97
00:23:59.280 fucking arena well that's because i have a real fucking following that i've invested in for 11 0.98
00:24:05.640 years now so you can't do it overnight it's no different than starting a business it's no different 0.99
00:24:10.500 than starting um it's no different than starting up a company dude you have to look at your personal
00:24:16.320 brand as a real brand and that takes time it's just gonna take it's gonna take time yeah i love that
00:24:23.360 yeah i mean there's a lot of tips and tricks that you can use to do that you know you can
00:24:27.840 you can start making some decent content and you can shuttle it out to people who who also make
00:24:33.440 similar content and maybe they'll collab with you maybe you know like bro this takes effort this isn't
00:24:39.000 just as simple as you know and we see profile now i'm famous yeah man and we see this because 0.97
00:24:44.440 so many so many there's so much fake shit out there right so we see all these people doing all this 1.00
00:24:50.840 stuff and they look real successful on the outside and these motherfuckers don't have 1.00
00:24:54.820 you know two grand to rub together on the back side you know what i mean so we got to be real 0.96
00:25:01.000 like social media you know you have to really like look into people to know if they're actually real or
00:25:10.440 not and and you know this is why i always tell you guys to vet people this is why i said you know
00:25:15.640 like what companies do they own can you buy their products do they have employees how do they live
00:25:20.480 how long have they been doing it what's their story uh you know can you be a customer of theirs 1.00
00:25:25.900 like everybody else can you like evaluate how they do business like you know like look into this shit 1.00
00:25:31.740 like because there's a lot of people out here that are fucking straight up lying they're straight up 1.00
00:25:36.260 lying about everything they got going on and they're selling you some fucking bullshit so you know 1.00
00:25:43.280 and i love it i mean it's just a matter look it's like anything else it takes time it's hard as fuck 0.99
00:25:49.880 you're gonna have to do it every single day and it's gonna have to become a big part of your actual
00:25:53.860 initiative and the privacy part that's part of the price would how much privacy would you give up to
00:26:00.320 get where you're trying to go that should be the question that you're asking how important is it to
00:26:04.620 you yeah it's real man guys andy our third and final question andy question number three
00:26:11.060 andy i work in underground telecommunication construction say that three times fast
00:26:16.780 but uh installing fiber optic cable on the ground and i run a small crew of about two to four guys
00:26:25.700 often my younger guys just can't seem to show up for work on time if at all it's a regular occurrence
00:26:34.760 when we have big jobs to do every single man counts if one or multiple guys don't show up
00:26:39.740 we oftentimes can't do the required work for the day and uh thus no one's making any money that day
00:26:45.460 myself included my standards of expectations um i have fired these kids but my boss says quote
00:26:52.540 a warm body that shows up is better than having no one at all in my mind there has to be consequences
00:26:58.420 to their actions um if they can't hang with the standards i set i'd rather not continually attempt
00:27:04.240 to pull them along what advice can you offer or would you what would you do in my situation
00:27:10.560 stand fast on your standards of excellence uh to your own detriment or losing work altogether
00:27:15.520 um or just taking what you can get since someone who uh mostly shows up is better than not
00:27:21.840 having them at all the fact that you the way you wrote the question is very insightful to what the
00:27:28.520 problem actually is okay i can't seem to get them to show up what do you mean it's not an option 0.95
00:27:33.580 you're either fucking here you're fucking fired like it's fucking real simple okay and here's the 0.99
00:27:38.880 fact that you need to really answer is that you're being a shitty motherfucking leader by allowing these 1.00
00:27:43.860 motherfuckers to drag down the rest of the guys that you have to be responsible for 1.00
00:27:47.380 okay so when your boss and you and i encourage you to go play this fucking clip for them when you 1.00
00:27:53.220 guys fucking enable these people by allowing them to show up late allowing them to do bullshit work 0.99
00:27:57.900 what you're doing is you're sacrificing the well-being of all the other people who are showing 1.00
00:28:02.380 up every fucking day working their fucking asses off so you have an obligation to the people that 0.99
00:28:06.960 you actually care about who are showing up there getting their fucking hands dirty getting in the 1.00
00:28:11.580 fucking fight to do what you have to do to make sure that you have other people show up and do the 0.98
00:28:16.260 work so uh no i wouldn't tolerate it and the fact that you've tolerated it so long has only sent 0.99
00:28:22.580 this is probably going to create a bigger problem for you that you haven't seen yet the fact is
00:28:27.200 you've tolerated this and how long do you think it is before your good guys are going to start
00:28:31.700 realizing that they don't have to show up okay not long no not long it doesn't take somebody to
00:28:38.100 figure that out like if nothing's going to happen to them then they don't have to do any work 0.99
00:28:41.200 okay so eventually you got to start chopping motherfucking heads off and this happens in 0.98
00:28:46.580 every organization it happens usually in bursts okay usually there's one person and they got some 1.00
00:28:52.580 pretty good reason and then you know the the peers know that they're full of shit and then they start 0.92
00:28:58.660 coming up with some good reasons and then all of a sudden it goes from having good reasons that 0.99
00:29:02.840 not having reasons and they're still not showing up and now instead of one guy you got 10 guys that 0.96
00:29:07.640 are doing this and guess what you got to do with all of them fucking cut them out it's what has to 0.96
00:29:12.440 happen because otherwise that culture infects everybody else and now you got a real problem 0.99
00:29:16.900 all right so my answer to this question is very simply stop tolerating you get what you tolerate
00:29:22.760 that's what you're going to get and when you sit here and say my standards are standards of excellence 0.92
00:29:26.620 no they fucking aren't because you're tolerating less than that this is a you problem this is not a 0.95
00:29:31.820 problem this is you you are sitting here telling me on this show that you are a person of high 0.99
00:29:38.180 excellence standards and and you care about the people no you don't because if you did you wouldn't
00:29:43.980 allow that you wouldn't fucking allow it even one time it's not a standard of no and like dude real 0.96
00:29:48.220 talk like a lot of you guys need to fucking realize this you have people in your company right now that 0.94
00:29:53.140 are ruining your ability to run your company and i don't know if you guys looked around but it's not 0.97
00:29:57.820 getting any easier to run companies it's certainly getting a little more challenging okay so you have
00:30:02.940 these people and this is a great this is the great thing about what's happening in the world right now
00:30:06.880 there's a lot of bad things but this is the great thing there's a lot of companies laying off people
00:30:12.300 who are highly skilled and highly qualified who are these people are good they're the good workers
00:30:16.840 who have to be in a position where they don't have a place to work okay so all of your people that 0.63
00:30:22.320 you're tolerating that don't do the work that don't fucking show up that don't really dig in and go to 0.94
00:30:27.560 battle with you guys you you can cut those people right now and find people who will there's a lot 0.98
00:30:32.500 of people out there that are looking to be a part of things that are that are going to you know work
00:30:37.760 you know so um it's a good opportunity it's a necessity and if you don't do it your whole company
00:30:44.380 is going to crumble your whole little you know your boss who says oh just blah blah blah he's ruining 0.95
00:30:48.580 his own shit he doesn't even know it yet yeah he's just saying that because he don't have to deal with 0.99
00:30:52.180 it right let me ask you this andy because i know you talked in the you know you've said this often 1.00
00:30:57.200 of you know people come in and ask like man where'd you find all these people and your response is
00:31:02.540 always we build them like we develop these people right so i mean do you think that this could also
00:31:06.980 be maybe an issue with like their hiring process or the standards that they're setting up front
00:31:10.840 or is it you know could it also be their their investments into these young people bro because i mean
00:31:16.800 a lot of young people i don't know if this i think this is just a common issue with young people right now
00:31:21.520 you know we talk about this ties back into the first question yeah when you train people for
00:31:28.240 their whole lives that they can do whatever they want including decide to be a man or a woman at
00:31:33.220 their own whim do you really think that they feel like they have to be at a job at any given time
00:31:38.780 or do you think that the job will just say it's okay you know you'll get the check yeah exactly
00:31:44.320 so this is what you're dealing with yeah and this is what that listen this is our own fault as 1.00
00:31:50.940 american citizens for allowing this shit to creep in okay we allow it we've allowed it we've allowed 0.99
00:31:57.000 it it's been fucking years and years and years we've allowed it and now we're like well nobody 1.00
00:32:00.520 wants to do shit well no shit if you never taught anybody that they have to actually go out and hunt 0.99
00:32:05.960 and kill to survive what do you think is going to happen when you tell them they got to go hunt and 1.00
00:32:09.480 kill they're going to say no i don't i'll just eat some of yours fuck you will that's what they say 1.00
00:32:16.360 that's what they think yeah and so you have to stop fucking feeding them 1.00
00:32:19.860 that's fucking i love it man like bro i don't know what to tell you guys you guys are 0.99
00:32:25.460 fucking hold the line say no cut them out do whatever you got to do let them say whatever 1.00
00:32:31.300 the fuck they're going to say you'll continue on going and they'll go do something else and 1.00
00:32:35.380 they'll do the same thing they're doing to you somewhere else better over there than here 1.00
00:32:39.340 you know what i mean yeah yeah absolutely man yeah dude you you guys you know you can't say
00:32:45.460 you're a leader with uh high high standards if you're tolerating people not showing up to work and
00:32:54.600 then you say the job can't get done without those two people so that means that the job can't get
00:32:59.840 done for the other two guys or the other three guys that are there counting on that to feed their 0.99
00:33:04.840 fucking families and you're telling me it's you think it's the the loser's fault no that's your 1.00
00:33:10.280 fault that's your fault you're a shitty leader you need to get better i love it man i fucking love 1.00
00:33:16.520 it man guys andy that was three yep i'll pay the fee went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry 1.00
00:33:23.700 box froze fuck a bowl fuck a stove counted millions in the cold bad bitch booted swole got her on bank 1.00
00:33:30.860 broke can't fold doesn't know headshot case close close 1.00
00:33:35.100 you
