00:04:00.600 put in place by uh joe biden and so uh in the in the space of uh you know air travel they have laws

00:04:09.120 and regulations about by just like us lowly peasants down here and um in order to follow those laws we

00:04:15.900 looked at two regulations one is 14 cfr 382 and the second one is the acaa which is the air carrier

00:04:22.100 access act in those two regulations basically it tells them that they cannot discriminate against

00:04:27.480 anybody for any reasons uh anywhere in the world and they did it anyway i have a mask exemption

00:04:33.440 medically from a doctor uh russell soroski out of new york and i didn't even realize i had the uh

00:04:39.640 the disorder until you know the mask became a thing uh but anyway nonetheless uh the tsa by the arm of

00:04:47.260 joe biden colluded with the airlines to prevent anybody not willing or able to wear a mask to

00:04:52.360 travel the u.s airspace and beyond uh so i had initially filed a lawsuit against tsa in the sixth

00:04:59.120 circuit two days later was put on a terrorist watch list oh oh welcome yeah so it's not too bad

00:06:13.760 attached that three-letter agency to those airlines because uh through the arm of of that agency and

00:06:20.360 then the tsa through their security directive you know they were trying to hide behind this mask that

00:06:24.640 they were just following the rules but that wasn't the case um so for me i submitted you know the

00:06:30.180 mask exemption of the airlines uh gave them the negative covid test showed them i wasn't a threat

00:06:34.140 to their airspace and yet again 26 times on american and 23 on united they rejected my ability

00:06:40.380 to fly mask free and my constitutional right um and so that's why we're sitting here today i think

00:06:50.700 at now so right now the uh in the western district of kentucky um there's the lawsuit that's still

00:07:07.700 the way this one did but i think it's because what you have is a guy following the very founding

00:07:14.020 principles of this country and basically going after its government and its uh corporate uh entities

00:07:19.700 for redress and i've done it without a lawyer and it's not easy to sue the airlines because they're

00:07:25.380 basically shielded by all of these laws that are unlawful uh when i say that i mean like the

00:07:31.320 deregulation act and the faa act and uh the acaa which is that air carrier access act i spoke about

00:07:37.860 um but right now where it stands out of the 37 charges that we put in a complaint

00:07:43.640 um a lot of them being to do with constitutional and state law violations uh two of them stuck one of

00:07:50.080 them was the california unru act and the other one was uh under the rehabilitation act so

00:07:55.460 the unru act is pretty cut and dry and straightforward and so basically it's a california law that states

00:08:01.000 you can't discriminate against anybody anywhere anyplace no matter what it is whether it's

00:08:04.920 physical mental whether you can see it smell it feel it touch it whatever um so the second one is

00:08:09.820 the rehabilitation act which because they accepted cares funding uh under the cares act that you know

00:08:15.440 the coronavirus aid relief and economic structuring act the rehabilitation act basically says if you

00:08:21.200 if you take this as a subsidiary from the taxpayers then you will abide by this rule which is basically

00:08:27.520 mirrored to that unru and so we've now passed through the what they call motion to dismiss phase

00:08:33.600 uh so we'll go into like discovery and get to start subpoenaing some documents and saying you know

00:08:39.480 basically showing some true colors here these you know corporate agencies that think that they're above

00:08:43.400 the law you know so you are now i could be wrong on this but aren't you like the last lawsuit going

00:08:50.520 with these guys there's another one's on appeal uh a guy named aaron abadi and they have um obviously

00:08:58.160 dismissed his case at the federal level so now his next step would be go to that same court of appeals

00:11:24.220 they're going off of the civil rights act of 1974 that the supreme court had decided there was no

00:11:30.000 private right of action of the citizen to sue an airline yeah because it's corporate america right so

00:11:35.200 for instance um you know if if if you get on an airplane with a wheelchair per se and they do them

00:11:44.920 like they did me in the mask exemption theory which is like oh you got approved to us that you have an

00:11:48.960 exemption and then you have to basically prove to us that you can't wear it imagine if they told
