00:00:00.000 I want to be a motherfucking hustler. You better ask somebody. 1.00
00:00:08.380 What is up guys? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy. I'm your host and I am the
00:00:18.520 motherfucking CEO. Guys, what is the motherfucking CEO? What's that about? If you've been listening 0.99
00:00:24.960 to the podcast, you know that being a motherfucking CEO is about taking control of your life. It's 0.99
00:00:31.340 about taking control of every decision that you make, taking responsibility for every decision
00:00:37.720 that you make, every action that you take and going through life with confidence, with swagger, 1.00
00:00:43.520 with the ability to kick some ass with a big fucking smile on your face. All right. You don't 1.00
00:00:50.060 have to own a business. You don't have to be in a literal CEO, but what you do have to realize
00:00:56.280 is that you are always the CEO of you. Okay. Today, a special edition Friday fire. Usually
00:01:05.560 we're doing some Thursday thunder today. I want to do some Friday fire because guess what?
00:01:09.600 I can do whatever the fuck I want to do. All right. Here's the thing guys. I got an email 0.98
00:01:15.320 today from a kid who asked me a question and he asked me, what book would I recommend that
00:01:25.820 would help him the most with business leadership management or how to run a business? My response
00:01:34.960 to him was simple. It was go to fucking Amazon, type in whatever it is that you're looking for 0.99
00:01:43.200 and then look at the fucking ratings and read every book that has a high rating. Okay. 0.99
00:01:51.540 Entrepreneurship guys is not for everyone. It's the hot thing right now. It is. And I'm talking
00:01:58.060 about literal entrepreneurship, opening a business. It is the hot thing right now on Instagram,
00:02:03.100 on Facebook, on YouTube. We're bombarded with these millionaire people who sell you this millionaire
00:02:11.380 dream with minimal effort. Okay. And everybody thinks they're going to be the next dude selling
00:02:17.820 some information product and making fucking a million dollars a fucking week, you know, sitting 1.00
00:02:23.720 on a beach, smoking fucking weed. All right. That shit just ain't going to happen. Okay. I get asked 1.00
00:02:31.740 questions all the time. How do you know when the right time to jump into businesses? Well, let me ask
00:02:37.820 you this. Why the fuck aren't you in business already? Because if it was for you, you'd already 0.99
00:02:42.460 be in fucking business. Okay. The right time to jump is the time when your gut says, I'm going to 1.00
00:02:49.040 fucking do this. Okay. And what that comes down to is what I want to talk about today, which I want to 0.99
00:02:55.100 talk about going all in. All right. So many people these days have this thought that they can test the
00:03:04.880 waters, or they can try to be a business person, or they can try to be an entrepreneur. And I'm here
00:03:12.640 to tell you, and anybody who has built any level of success will tell you this literal entrepreneurship,
00:03:20.880 AKA owning a business, running a business, building a successful business requires you to go all the 0.68
00:03:29.160 fuck in. Okay. Any goal that you want to want to achieve that's worthwhile in your life, whether it 0.82
00:03:37.000 be, uh, I want to, you know, become a doctor and I have to go to school for 12 years, or I want to
00:03:43.120 become an entrepreneur, or I want to lose a hundred pounds, or I want to become a professional athlete.
00:03:50.100 All these big goals require all in dedication. All right. And most of you motherfuckers have this 0.91
00:03:57.380 problem and this perception that you could try things out and that they're still going to work 1.00
00:04:03.540 out. And that's not the way it works. You look at any person, any person who has achieved greatness
00:04:10.500 in this life from a career standpoint or a physical standpoint, like I said, professional athletes,
00:04:16.940 president of countries, Navy SEALs, we could go on and on and on and on the pinnacle of the pinnacle 0.97
00:04:23.100 of the pinnacle, which I know is what you fucking want, because why would you be listening to this 0.98
00:04:27.800 if you didn't? Any of those things guys require all in effort. I mean, jump the fuck in the pool, 0.96
00:04:36.400 head first, don't fucking worry about the what ifs and make yourself fucking swim. And so many of you 1.00
00:04:43.880 guys lack that ability or that will to do that. And that is always going to keep you held back.
00:04:50.420 That is always going to keep you in the place of you being uncomfortable. It's always going to keep
00:04:56.000 you in a place of you having regrets. It's always going to keep you in a place of you wishing you
00:05:02.660 were someone else. And what's worse than that? What's worse than you wishing you could do something
00:05:09.120 or be something or be someone else than you are? Life is fucking short, guys. Life is real short. 0.97
00:05:17.980 We all know people who had big plans and didn't get a chance to fulfill them. We all know people
00:05:25.140 who could have been. We all know people who wanted to be. The world's filled with billions and billions
00:05:34.840 of those people. You do not wish to be that. And I'm telling you right now, your ability to go all in,
00:05:45.280 and when I say all in, I mean all the fuck in. Every moment, every minute, every hour, every day, 0.99
00:05:54.420 every week, every month, every fucking year, for as long as it fucking takes 1.00
00:06:00.440 for you to get where you're going, you should be consumed 0.99
00:06:05.240 with that path. What you do at night matters. What you do in the morning matters. What you do
00:06:15.380 when your friends are out drinking matters. What you do on Saturday matters. What you do on Sunday
00:06:22.400 matters. The success clock doesn't give a fuck what day it is. It's going to run no matter what. 0.95
00:06:29.800 And you guys pretend like you can work seven, eight, 10 hours a day and then spend the rest of
00:06:37.700 your time dicking off and you think you're going to be somewhere and you're not. You're not. And
00:06:43.880 you're surrounded by people who enable this thought process. You know, your good friends, your family,
00:06:49.260 people who have, who have accepted mediocrity as a life. Oh, you know, you don't need to work on
00:06:56.820 weekends. Oh, why do you work so hard at night? Oh, why do you get up so early and do that? Why
00:07:02.500 do you train so hard? Why are you eating all that health stuff? Why are you reading all these books
00:07:08.300 when we're out drinking beer? Dude, you got to spend time with your friends. You got to spend time
00:07:14.320 with your family. You got to do this. You got to do that. You got to do this. Right? We're surrounded
00:07:21.640 by it. We hear it all the time because people have accepted a path that is far, far less than you want
00:07:28.780 for yourself. And the most common reason that people don't achieve what they want to achieve
00:07:36.320 is because they let those comments and those thoughts and those beliefs infect their brain,
00:07:42.140 which affects their actions and it affects their outcomes.
00:07:45.440 You guys don't have unlimited time here. Most of you listening to this,
00:07:52.480 we don't know how much time we have, but most of you listening to this are between the ages of 20
00:07:58.420 and 35 years old. And if you're not, that's okay. But if you're between the ages of 20 and 35 years old
00:08:04.640 and you're not willing to go all the fuck in on every single thing that you need to do to get where 0.98
00:08:11.280 you want to be for 10, for five, 10 years, dude, you ain't going to fucking get there. 0.99
00:08:16.980 You might as well just get a job that you like to do, show up, put in your fucking hours and go home. 0.99
00:08:24.020 And there's nothing wrong with that. If you're happy, if that makes you happy, that's what you 0.99
00:08:29.220 should do. But I'm telling you, and I'm speaking to the people who want more, the people who want to be
00:08:36.000 the fucking pinnacle, the people who want to be financially free, the people who want to be 0.99
00:08:41.940 accomplished, the people who want to make a fucking difference. You guys are going to have to go all 0.99
00:08:48.920 the fuck in. You can't listen to your mom. You can't listen to your dad. You can't listen to your 1.00
00:08:54.700 friends. You can't listen to your best, uh, your best buddy from high school. You can't listen to the
00:09:00.840 fucking internet. Okay. You can't stick your fucking toe in the pool and say, Oh, you know, 1.00
00:09:06.520 I don't know. This kind of feels weird. No, you have to dedicate every fucking breath, every fucking 0.99
00:09:13.600 ounce of energy and every fucking thought and effort that you possibly have in your heart 1.00
00:09:19.840 to becoming what it is you want to be. Going all in isn't for everybody. Just like building a business 0.95
00:09:28.780 isn't for everybody. But I'm going to tell you guys right now, if you want to get where I think
00:09:35.540 you want to go, you better learn to get really, really, really used to being uncomfortable because
00:09:43.120 guys, nothing great comes from a position of comfort, everything worthwhile, everything that
00:09:52.260 matters, everything that is great comes from being in a position of uncomfortable. Nothing
00:09:59.720 worthwhile is easy to get nothing worthwhile. Can you get by not being uncomfortable? Everything
00:10:08.300 is going to make you uncomfortable. Get fucking used to it. And if you could get used to being 0.99
00:10:13.500 uncomfortable, your fucking limits are non-existent. You guys got to go all in. You got to, you got to 0.99
00:10:25.040 understand what that means. All in is not 50%. All in is not 60 hours a week. All in is not,
00:10:34.260 I worked a Saturday twice a month. All in is not, I missed one birthday party. All in is all fucking
00:10:44.080 in. And you either are or you aren't. 0.99
