00:07:28.520 ingredients that have to be in every single training program to make it effective and the reason it
00:07:34.160 wasn't working out in the field is because those ingredients astonishingly were not there and it took

00:07:45.920 but the four ingredients that need to be available are one you have to have good content obviously
00:07:51.220 two you have to have repetition most people they won't they won't do it enough times to actually
00:07:58.460 learn it you know you say good content just for clarification because we talk about good content a lot
