00:00:00.420 I can stack them hundreds to the roof. I ain't stopping till they stack to the moon.
00:00:04.900 Without me, my family wouldn't have food. Anybody go against me gotta lose.
00:00:12.080 What is up, guys? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy. I'm your host.
00:00:18.340 And this is the motherfucking CEO Project. I almost forgot what the fuck I was doing there.
00:00:23.280 That's how fucking busy I am right now. Here's the deal, guys.
00:00:25.880 I want to share with you guys a little bit about something I experienced the other day,
00:00:31.480 which I thought was extremely powerful. I don't sleep very well, as a lot of you guys know.
00:00:37.320 And you don't need to send me a bunch of stuff and say, oh, try this and try that. I fucking tried it.
00:00:41.340 I've had three surgeries. I've done all the shit. I got basically uncurable insomnia. It is what it is.
00:00:48.600 It'll probably kill me one day. But that's why I try to do as much as I can now.
00:00:52.820 So here's the thing. I actually did sleep well the other night. And sometimes when I sleep well,
00:01:00.360 I actually have dreams. And you guys are probably like, oh, dude, you actually have dreams. Yeah,
00:01:06.920 I never. You don't have dreams when you don't sleep well. You probably don't realize that.
00:01:10.700 You know, for someone who suffers from like severe insomnia, they literally never sleep.
00:01:16.960 And when they do sleep, it's not good sleep. So I I had this dream. And as you guys know,
00:01:25.300 I'm on my 75 hard program. Today is like day 52. And I started this program to help people
00:01:36.840 understand what they needed to do to gain the things that they are lacking, which are causing them
00:01:45.580 to not be able to build the lives that they want. And the things I'm talking about are the skills.
00:01:52.040 And I use that term on purpose, the skills of intestinal fortitude, grit, endurance, confidence,
00:02:02.480 self-esteem, self-belief, the ability to persevere, the ability to push through.
00:02:09.800 Okay. That's what 75 hard is about. It's about retraining your mind so that you can build a
00:02:18.800 foundation upon which all the other amazing successes that you want in your life can be
00:02:25.820 built. This could mean your family successes. This could mean your financial success. This could
00:02:32.420 mean your fitness success. It could mean your spiritual success. The point is that the foundation
00:02:39.520 has to be in place. And it's popular these days for everybody to feel entitled to those skills,
00:02:47.620 right? I deserve it. I watched a video on Instagram last night by a very famous woman who is telling
00:02:55.340 people they deserve to feel good. You do not deserve to feel fucking good if you're not doing the things
00:03:02.240 things that you are supposed to do that earn the feeling of feeling good. Okay. You don't deserve
00:03:09.800 it. And that's what this program is about. It's about understanding one, you don't deserve it. And
00:03:14.660 two, what do you need to do to actually get it instead of all this other nonsense that all these
00:03:19.320 fuckers are preaching. Okay. So here's the thing. I've been 52 days into this. All right. You know,
00:03:28.620 I show my physical progress. I got a lot of amazing, uh, just genuine heartfelt compliments and I
00:03:36.680 appreciate those. But the thing is guys, is that the inside transformation is 1 million times more
00:03:45.200 powerful than that. And so, and this is what I want to talk about. I was having this dream.
00:03:49.640 All right. And in the dream, I was hanging out with some of my buddies, MC salmon, you were there.
00:03:55.180 All right. You were in the dream and I will give you credit. You weren't drinking cause you were on
00:03:59.660 your 75 hard. So me and you were in this dream and there was a couple other people and I can't
00:04:04.880 remember who it was, but I knew you were there. And, uh, we, somebody gave me a shot. Okay. And I
00:04:12.340 took the shot. And, and by the time I realized that I took the shot, I had swallowed half of it.
00:04:20.260 And then I spit the rest out and I started freaking out because I realized that I had just fucked up my
00:04:26.540 50 days of progress. And I had to start over from the beginning on the 75 hard program.
00:04:32.180 And I woke up, dude, I was sweating. I was panicking. I like looked around and I realized
00:04:37.460 it was just a dream. And the sense of release that I had from knowing that it was just a dream
00:04:44.640 was like, cause you guys have all felt that before. You know, you guys have all had those
00:04:49.760 crazy bad dreams. You wake up, you think they're real. Uh, sometimes you have crazy good dreams and
00:04:54.000 you wake up and think they're real. This was like terrifying dream. And I woke up, I realized that
00:04:59.780 it was just a dream. And I was like, Holy shit. And it dawned on me how much of a transformation I was
00:05:07.200 actually having mentally, because I have now gone from somebody who constantly craved a good time,
00:05:16.800 constantly craved bad food, constantly wanted, you know, was waiting until the next cheat meal or the
00:05:22.880 next fix of whatever it is that, that, that, you know, gets me excited, which for me, it's drinking
00:05:29.000 and eating. Um, and I'm not saying I'll never drink or eat again. I will, but it will be on my terms
00:05:35.440 that I'm making the decision to do those things versus those things, making the decision for me
00:05:41.080 to do those things. And it got me thinking about something that is just so powerful that I wanted
00:05:47.580 to, uh, I wanted to talk to you guys about because this is what it's really about guys. This, and I was
00:05:55.300 blown away. I was like, Holy shit, man, this program is working way better than I thought it would.
00:06:01.540 And this is not a plug for 75 hard. If you're not doing it, I don't really care, but I am telling
00:06:08.320 you that if you do the program, you will cultivate all the aforementioned skills that will help you
00:06:15.560 build the foundation. I want to illustrate to you in a very simple, uh, concept about how powerful this
00:06:24.140 is to changing your life. Every single other human that, you know, all of them, every single one.
00:06:32.840 Okay. They work to take the most efficient route. They work to get the job done with the least amount
00:06:43.360 of effort. They are trying to do the least amount of whatever it is they do, whether it be in their
00:06:51.640 fitness, whether it be in their business, whether it be in their relationship to not have shit get
00:06:56.320 fucked up. Okay. And I want to make you realize something that's everybody else. That's literally
00:07:05.600 the rest of the world. What if you, instead of being like everybody else decided that you were going to
00:07:15.580 invest in building the skills and building the character that would actually force you to take
00:07:25.380 the hardest route? Because when you take the hardest route on purpose, you are literally widening the gap
00:07:35.000 between you and everybody else. While everybody else is conditioning their minds to do the least,
00:07:43.520 that is still acceptable. You are conditioning your mind to do the most to win. Now I want you to think
00:07:54.520 about that in terms of your job, your career, in terms of how good of a husband you are, how good of a
00:08:01.000 father you are, how good of an athlete you are, what you do in your daily life. What if you could
00:08:08.640 retrain your thought process to actually go the extra mile to the point where you are having fucking
00:08:17.860 dreams about fucking up by taking a sip of alcohol versus the people who are having dreams about having
00:08:29.180 the alcohol? I want you to think about how powerful that is in every area of your life. You are conditioning
00:08:35.260 yourself to be mentally tough, to be mentally resilient, to be mentally strong. And guys, that's
00:08:42.860 the name of the game because all the other successes that you're trying to build are built upon this
00:08:48.760 foundation. Now, I wanted to share this perspective with you because I don't think a lot of people
00:08:55.780 actually realize what 75 hard is supposed to do. They think it's another weight loss challenge.
00:09:02.580 They think it's a way to get in shape. There's plenty of ways to get in shape, but the reason
00:09:06.160 you never get in fucking shape is because you have this mentality of trying to go the least amount
00:09:12.960 of time possible without another fucking cheat or without a drink or without something that is going
00:09:20.020 to quote unquote, be a reward. Well, I think that you shouldn't fucking be rewarded until you finish
00:09:26.520 the fucking job. How about that? And a lot of people are out there say, well, you need cheat days to do
00:09:31.580 this and you need this. Dude, I thought the same thing. I was the biggest proponent of that, but
00:09:37.040 I'm going to tell you my physical results have been three times faster now than they were before when
00:09:41.840 I was doing cheats and all this other shit and half-assing my way through the program and I'm
00:09:46.560 getting sharper every day and I'm getting stronger every day and my workouts are getting better every
00:09:51.540 day and my ideas are getting better every day and my confidence and my self-esteem and my self-worth
00:09:57.420 and my fortitude and my grit and my perseverance, my creativity, my dominance is getting better every
00:10:05.640 day while everybody else's is getting weaker. Now it's your life. You can choose what it is you want
00:10:17.640 to do and this isn't for everybody, but everybody can do it. Everybody can accomplish this. Everybody can
00:10:26.520 dedicate 75 days of their life to gain a skill that will literally allow them to do anything that they
00:10:36.340 want from this point forward. That is a very, very minuscule price to pay. I could tell you that right
00:10:44.760 now, especially coming from someone who is completely undisciplined. No, wait, let me correct that.
00:10:51.000 Who used to be completely undisciplined when it came to their food and their alcohol and their
00:10:57.100 training. I've always been good at business. I've at least always put in the time to get good at
00:11:04.200 business. I've always read. I've always, you know, worked as hard as I could, but the truth is I was
00:11:12.800 leaving a lot on the table and now what I figured out is that I was actually operating at 30% of my
00:11:18.840 capacity. So if I was operating at 30% of my capacity and I was able to accomplish what it is
00:11:26.160 that I've been able to accomplish. And let's say you've been operating at 30% of your capacity and
00:11:31.380 you've accomplished what you've accomplished. What could we accomplish running at 80, 90, 100% capacity?
00:11:39.880 It is unlimited. It is un-fucking-limited. And a lot of you guys are seeing this program through a
00:11:50.200 different light. You are still applying the same principles that you applied to all the other
00:11:58.080 quote-unquote programs or challenges that you are applying to this. That's why some of you have had to
00:12:04.480 start over nine fucking times. If you have to start over nine fucking times, you're not taking
00:12:09.440 it serious. You're not ready. You need to start and you need to finish. You need to give it your
00:12:16.840 all. You need to put 110% into it as cliche as that sounds because that's what you're going to get out of
00:12:24.240 it. This is not about losing weight. This is not about reading a book. This is not about lifting some
00:12:32.340 weights. This is about learning how to do everything you do the right way, the hard way, so it produces
00:12:41.160 the most possible result. And it's about creating that character trait and those skills to a point where
00:12:50.280 they're automatic. Right now, it is not hard for me to go through a day without eating fucking french fries.
00:12:57.780 Two months ago, it was hard as fuck. Right now, it is not hard for me to say no to people.
00:13:06.160 Two months ago, it was a little bit harder. Right now, it is not hard for me to look in the mirror and
00:13:12.380 say, dude, I'm fucking proud of you. Two months ago, I was not proud of me because as successful as I
00:13:19.560 had become, by your guys' standards, I was not who I claim to be. And being who you claim to be,
00:13:30.780 when you look in the fucking mirror and you see your own eyeballs looking back at you,
00:13:36.160 is the most important quality that you can possess. Because when you are who you say you are,
00:13:45.260 who you think you are, you have ultimate confidence. You have ultimate belief. You have ultimate
00:13:53.220 ability to do whatever it is that you want to do. And my point in sharing this, guys, is this.
00:14:05.520 This program works. This program doesn't only work, it works so successfully that I was blown
00:14:15.140 away by that experience I had. Okay? If you are struggling with confidence, if you are struggling
00:14:23.420 with self-esteem, if you are struggling with the imposter syndrome, feeling like you're a fraud all
00:14:29.800 the time, feeling like you don't deserve the credit that you have and you don't deserve the life that you
00:14:36.060 have, if you are struggling with belief, if you are struggling thinking that you're not worthy,
00:14:42.180 the reason you feel you're not worthy is because you've never done anything worthy. This is your
00:14:50.180 opportunity. This is your opportunity to not only fix that, but every other fucking hole that you have
00:14:57.820 in the bottom of your boat that's keeping you from getting where it is you want to go.
00:15:03.900 I'm living this shit. I'm proof of this shit. And I am no different than you. I am the same dude
00:15:13.340 you are. I struggle. I get depressed. I get frustrated. I get mad. I get unsure. I get loss of confidence.
00:15:23.600 I get embarrassed. I get scared. I'm like everybody else, guys. And I'm telling you, if you want to change it,
00:15:31.280 commit. And it will change. This program is going to change the fucking world. But before it can change
00:15:41.560 the world, it's got to change you. And by you changing you, you're not only changing you,
00:15:47.360 you're changing the history of every single person that you will ever come in contact with.
00:15:54.500 You're changing the history of your kids, the history of your family, the history of your friends and
00:16:00.540 loved ones. You're changing your financial history, your physical history, your emotional
00:16:05.460 history, your spiritual history. And all it costs you is 75 fucking days. Not only is it nothing,
00:16:15.160 it's your obligation to follow through on this. All right. You guys are out there trying to spend
00:16:22.340 programs on fucking masterminds and money programs and fitness programs and supplements and all this other
00:16:29.760 shit before you're actually fixing the core issue. And the core issue is you have not developed these
00:16:39.860 skills that I've mentioned in this podcast to the point where you can actually produce results in the
00:16:46.820 other area of your life. If those skills were present, all the other shit would be working. This,
00:16:54.420 you've all heard the saying, it's like putting the cart before the horse, your confidence, your
00:17:00.800 self-esteem, your fortitude, your grit, all the shit, your belief, all those things, they're the
00:17:08.300 horse. You guys are missing that point. You could put all you want in that fucking cart. You could put
00:17:15.880 all the knowledge of success. You could put all the knowledge of fitness. You could put all the
00:17:20.440 knowledge of healthy relationships. You could put all the shit, all the shit, everything you want in
00:17:27.040 that cart. But guess what? It ain't moving without a horse to pull it. And those skills that I'm talking
00:17:35.760 about that this program will cultivate, will cultivate. And by the way, it costs you nothing.
00:17:43.480 Will cultivate are your horse. Most of you guys are out there putting fucking spinner rims on your
00:17:50.800 motherfucking cart and stereos in your cart instead of watering your horse and feeding your horse or even
00:17:59.080 getting a motherfucking horse for some people. Guys, I want you to know I've been there, man. I've been
00:18:05.340 there. I've had a few wins. I've done a few cool things, but guys, I have been there and I ain't going
00:18:11.940 back. And if you don't want to fucking be there anymore, commit to this program. You have everything
00:18:20.460 to gain. Everything. And I think that's worth 75 days.
00:18:41.940 Yeah, I don't want to hang out. You, bye.
00:18:47.460 Um, people.
00:18:47.780 Oh.
00:18:48.520 Um, people.
00:18:48.880 I need to protect you guys.
00:18:50.080 Bye.
00:18:50.540 Bye.
00:18:51.600 Bye.
00:18:52.200 Bye.
00:18:53.780 Bye.
00:18:55.620 Bye.
00:18:59.280 Bye.
00:19:00.300 Bye.
00:19:01.080 Bye.
00:19:03.440 Bye.
00:19:05.880 Bye.
00:19:07.260 Bye.
00:19:07.580 Bye.
00:19:08.120 Bye.
