00:00:00.000 We gon' let the band deal with this.
00:00:02.420 Ha ha.
00:00:03.380 Mm-hmm.
00:00:06.580 M-I-A style. 1.00
00:00:08.560 Old school.
00:00:10.080 Uh-huh.
00:00:12.420 Okay. 1.00
00:00:13.320 Shut up. 1.00
00:00:14.220 Uh-huh. 1.00
00:00:15.020 Okay.
00:00:15.880 What's up?
00:00:16.780 What's up, guys?
00:00:17.960 You're listening to the MFCEO Project. 0.98
00:00:20.120 I'm Andy, and I am the motherfuckin' CEO. 0.96
00:00:23.660 Guys, today I'm gonna bring you some Thursday Thunder. 0.97
00:00:26.020 I've got some things on my mind, and I wanna get them out of my mind
00:00:29.440 because they're driving me insane.
00:00:32.320 I've been having some conversations with some good friends lately,
00:00:35.700 and in particular, some fellow entrepreneurs.
00:00:41.040 And the theme of the conversation is,
00:00:44.720 it always comes back to this same thing.
00:00:48.260 The whining, the crying, the bitching, the moaning. 0.99
00:00:53.600 I mean, look at your Facebook feed, for God's sake.
00:00:57.480 I mean, is that all that there is anymore?
00:00:59.580 It's all it is. 1.00
00:01:00.320 It's arguing, fighting, complaining, whining, bitching about the dumbest shit 1.00
00:01:07.020 on the face of the fuckin' earth. 1.00
00:01:08.860 And my point to this, guys, is that when we bitch about it, 0.99
00:01:12.840 when we cry about it, when we whine about it,
00:01:15.340 we're just contributing to the problem.
00:01:18.100 Okay?
00:01:18.720 And here at the MFCEO Project,
00:01:21.760 the purpose of what we're doing is to solve problems.
00:01:26.180 Okay?
00:01:26.560 And you guys need to start working towards being part of the solution.
00:01:30.320 And what I'm getting at, guys, is we need more leaders.
00:01:35.240 All right?
00:01:35.760 You're listening to this right now.
00:01:37.380 You're consuming content right now that you intend to help improve your life.
00:01:42.260 That you are purposely trying to propel yourself in the correct direction.
00:01:47.000 By definition, you're already ahead of everybody else
00:01:50.900 because everybody else is using the same time that you're using 0.99
00:01:53.760 for shit that isn't going to fuckin' do anything for them. 0.99
00:01:57.060 So, people are going to look up to you, guys. 1.00
00:02:00.260 They're going to naturally look up to you
00:02:01.640 because they know that you're consuming and you're driving
00:02:04.760 and you're pushing and you're trying to be better.
00:02:06.900 And whether you realize it or not, you are viewed as a leader.
00:02:11.860 Maybe not by everyone.
00:02:13.480 Maybe not on social media.
00:02:14.940 But there are people that look at you as a leader.
00:02:17.720 And you have to start being a leader.
00:02:20.340 And what I mean by that, guys, is bitching, crying, moaning, complaining.
00:02:25.520 That doesn't do anything.
00:02:27.440 Okay?
00:02:27.740 How do we stop this epidemic in America?
00:02:30.360 We need to start making a ripple in the waves of what is society.
00:02:36.780 And how do we do that?
00:02:37.600 We do that by starting with ourselves.
00:02:39.960 Okay?
00:02:40.480 We do that by starting by setting the example.
00:02:43.920 We do that by making sure that instead of us bitching and whining 1.00
00:02:48.820 and crying about things like entitlement and things like millennials 0.99
00:02:53.060 and things like making excuses and all this other shit that we all fuckin' hate, 0.99
00:02:59.280 okay? 0.99
00:02:59.600 The way we stop these things from happening is by starting with ourselves
00:03:04.760 and stop accepting excuses from ourselves.
00:03:08.260 Stop making excuses for ourselves.
00:03:10.980 Stop our bitching. 1.00
00:03:12.780 Stop our whining.
00:03:14.360 Don't tolerate that kind of thing in your life. 0.99
00:03:17.560 Cut those people out.
00:03:19.060 Don't give them your attention, including the people closest to you. 0.95
00:03:24.740 Okay?
00:03:25.600 Because this is what everybody always says.
00:03:27.420 Well, Andy, I can't help who my family is. 1.00
00:03:30.500 Well, if your family is a bunch of negative, stupid motherfuckers that can't help a bitch 1.00
00:03:35.760 who complain about everything, you're going to have to make a decision. 1.00
00:03:38.580 Are you going to want to live a negative life or are you going to want to fuckin' move past that?
00:03:42.420 Because the reality of the situation is you can't do both.
00:03:46.360 Okay?
00:03:46.600 We have a problem in America.
00:03:49.760 We have a problem in this world.
00:03:51.440 We have a problem on social media.
00:03:53.880 And I'm aware of it.
00:03:55.260 I hate it just as much as you do.
00:03:56.940 I hate seeing the excuses.
00:03:58.500 I hate seeing the whining.
00:03:59.920 I hate seeing the complaining.
00:04:01.380 I hate seeing the entitlement.
00:04:03.140 Okay?
00:04:03.380 But getting on the internet and bitching about it only contributes to the whole bitchiness of the world. 1.00
00:04:11.860 You're not doing anything positive to solve the problem.
00:04:15.160 And that's what I want you guys to think about today.
00:04:17.400 I want you to think about becoming a leader and leading by example because that is the only way to lead. 0.68
00:04:23.580 By the way, if you're a leader of a company or you lead a team or whatever, if you're not doing what you're asking your team to do, you have zero fucking chance of getting them to do it. 0.52
00:04:33.720 So, what we're talking about here is social leadership. 0.79
00:04:36.960 We're talking about setting an example for the rest of society.
00:04:40.320 And you know what? 0.98
00:04:40.860 You're going to look a little fucking weird. 0.99
00:04:42.560 Okay? 0.97
00:04:43.000 Whenever you delete people off your Facebook for being negative, people are going to be like, why'd you delete me? 1.00
00:04:47.380 Well, I don't tolerate that kind of bullshit on my fucking Facebook. 1.00
00:04:50.620 Okay? 1.00
00:04:50.920 It's going to take weird conversations.
00:04:53.520 It's going to take awkward conversations.
00:04:55.420 It's going to take you standing up for what you believe in.
00:04:59.300 But guys, we need it.
00:05:01.120 Okay?
00:05:01.580 Look down our social media feeds. 1.00
00:05:03.580 All we see is whining, complaining bullshit. 0.99
00:05:06.480 And at the end of the day, I'm concerned about the state of our country and the state of our younger generation and the state of what we're trying to get to as a team. 0.99
00:05:17.560 Because we are all on the same team after all.
00:05:19.860 And guys, if we're going to fix the problem, we've got to start with ourselves. 0.98
00:05:24.920 And that means no more bitching, no more crying, no more complaining, no more fucking negativity from us.
00:05:30.360 And it also means accepting no excuses from us, paying attention to details from us, taking personal pride in the details from us, and holding ourselves accountable to set the example of what we need other people to be. 0.88
00:05:45.600 And so that's my thought for you guys today.
00:05:48.560 All right?
00:05:49.280 Learn how to be a leader. 1.00
00:05:51.480 Let's conquer this fucking problem. 1.00
00:05:53.320 Let's make a ripple in society by being different. 1.00
00:05:57.680 We're not going to be the fucking people who bitch. 1.00
00:06:00.080 We're not going to be the people who cry. 1.00
00:06:02.020 We're not going to be the people who make excuses. 1.00
00:06:03.780 We're going to be the people who go out and make no fucking excuses and get our fucking shit done. 0.99
00:06:10.080 And that's what I'm asking you guys to do. 0.99
00:06:12.320 Your life will improve a thousand percent.
00:06:14.920 Your impact will improve a thousand percent.
00:06:17.500 Your legacy will improve a thousand percent.
00:06:20.200 And that's what this is all about.
00:06:23.240 All right, guys?
00:06:23.800 I love you guys.
00:06:24.900 That's my message for you today. 1.00
00:06:26.340 Let's go out and let's kick some fucking ass. 1.00
00:06:27.960 We're going to let the band deal with this. 1.00
00:06:34.500 M.I.A. style.
00:06:36.620 Old school.
00:06:38.080 Uh-huh.
