00:00:00.000 I can stack them hundreds to the roof. I ain't stopping till they stack to the moon.
00:00:04.780 Without me, my family wouldn't have food. Anybody go against me gotta lose.
00:00:12.160 What is up guys? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy. I'm your host and I am the motherfucking CEO.
00:00:20.460 Guys, if this is your first time listening, welcome. You're probably wondering, why is this podcast called motherfucking CEO podcast? 0.99
00:00:28.920 Why can't it just be CEO? Because CEOs are fucking boring. That's why. 1.00
00:00:35.000 Nobody wants to be a fucking nerd wearing a tie with his feet on the desk, pointing a finger around with some sort of mutual fund or some other bullshit, talking about shit nobody understands. 1.00
00:00:47.420 They want to be a fucking rock star. They want to have confidence. They want to make some money, but they want to have some fucking fun and they want to help people doing it and bring people along for the journey. 1.00
00:00:57.560 If that's you, if that's what you want, this is the podcast for you. 0.84
00:01:02.640 All right. It's not a bunch of affirmations. It's not a bunch of shit that you're going to hear on some spiritual gurus Instagram page about fucking feeling good.
00:01:15.760 This is about doing the work, knowing how to do the work, executing it properly, doing so for a long amount of time, and then reaping the rewards. 0.99
00:01:26.380 All right. This is reality. It's not hoping.
00:01:29.220 So if you want to actually be successful in life, we have close to 300 episodes that cover literally everything you could ever possibly imagine about personal development and entrepreneurship and success.
00:01:46.860 Okay. Every single thing.
00:01:50.040 So if you're new, you got a lot of homework to do. If you're not new, welcome back. Thanks for you guys' support.
00:01:57.540 We continue to dominate the iTunes charts because of you. You guys pay the fee and you new guys are probably asking, what's the fee?
00:02:07.160 Well, there is no monetary fee, but this is not a free show.
00:02:12.740 All right. I do ask a fee and the fee is this. If you get something out of the show, please tell somebody about it.
00:02:20.560 Please spread the word, spread the movement because that's what this really is. This is a movement.
00:02:25.840 It's not a regular podcast where they just interview the same motherfuckers 27 fucking times. 1.00
00:02:32.600 This is a movement. It is a movement of people who are get shit done ass kickers who want to dominate in every single area of their life. 1.00
00:02:46.580 And they are sick of the complacency. They are sick of the excuses. They are sick of the softness. 1.00
00:02:53.460 They are sick of the whining and they don't want any of that bullshit fluff in their life. 0.99
00:02:57.780 If that's you, welcome to the best thing that is going to help you figure out that you're not alone, that you will ever discover. 0.99
00:03:06.480 All right. There's lots of people out there like you. That's why our podcast is at the top of the charts,
00:03:11.360 because people like you guys who think like you and see the world the way that you think resonate with it.
00:03:19.060 All right. So don't feel alone because I know what that feels like and it sucks. 0.95
00:03:22.920 Because most of these people that are not listening to this show and believe all this other bullshit that I'm talking about and referencing, 0.97
00:03:29.840 they're going to be working for you in the next 10 years. So feel good about that. 0.87
00:03:35.760 Guys, today I have an important message for you. And I know today is Friday and not Thursday.
00:03:43.340 Uh, some days it's going to be Friday fire guys. It just is, uh, try to knock this out for you yesterday to get you on Thursday, but it didn't happen.
00:03:54.460 So we got a little Friday fire for you. I have this thing that I notice about every single person out there trying to be successful,
00:04:06.440 whether it be somebody in my own company, whether it be an employee or, uh, an entry-level employee or a manager or a leader,
00:04:14.080 or even an executive in my company. And I've found most people out there, uh, do this.
00:04:22.580 And if they do this because there's other people out there right now who are telling people to forget about their weaknesses
00:04:30.740 and just go all in on their strengths. And I understand that concept, but the truth is if you're going to run a business
00:04:38.740 and you're not going to be a cog in the machine, you can't have any holes in your fucking bucket. All right. 0.99
00:04:45.200 And what does that mean? All right. That means this, if you go all in on your strengths, let's say,
00:04:51.280 and your strength is being a videographer and you become an amazing videographer, 0.99
00:04:57.720 but you can't run a business worth of fuck. You're going to have a hard time making a living out of that. 0.99
00:05:05.000 It's the same thing as being a great doctor or being a great lawyer or being a great chiropractor.
00:05:11.540 Just because you're great at those skills doesn't mean that you're going to make a lot of money and be successful
00:05:17.880 because you're lacking other skills that are foundational to your success. Okay.
00:05:25.160 So whatever it is that you lack right now, that you're sticking your head in the sand and ignoring 0.99
00:05:32.120 that is going to eventually come back and completely fuck you up. All right. There can be no holes in the 0.99
00:05:42.580 bucket. You guys have all filled a bucket with water before, you know, exactly what happens when you try
00:05:49.280 to fill a bucket that has a little hole or a little crack at the bottom of it. And it doesn't have to
00:05:54.620 be a big hole or a big crack. It could be a tiny little bitty pinhole, but every single time,
00:06:02.620 no matter how much water you put in the bucket, it is going to leak out. Okay. And this is what
00:06:10.500 happens to your success. All right. Most of you guys out there are trying to create success. You're trying to
00:06:19.720 build something. You're trying to do all these great things that are going to benefit you in the long run. And
00:06:27.500 you're constantly trying to fill your bucket. If you own a business, this could be you're trying to bring in more
00:06:33.840 customers. You're trying to bring in more business. But because you have a problem with your retention or your
00:06:39.500 customer experience or your service, the customers are leaking out the bottom of the bucket. So for
00:06:46.000 you to actually grow your business, you've got to figure out how to stop that leak. Because if you
00:06:51.960 don't stop that leak, the customers will continue to run through and you'll never actually gain
00:06:57.680 traction. But once you plug that hole, once you have that hole plugged, now you're able to accumulate
00:07:04.780 business. And this is how business works guys. And there's a lot of people out there that think
00:07:10.520 they can have a little bitty tiny hole in their performance or their integrity in their buckets.
00:07:16.800 And they still think that they could succeed. I see this a lot right now with people who have signed
00:07:22.380 up for my program, 75 hard. If you don't know what 75 hard is, go check out a couple of podcasts,
00:07:28.740 go to a whole podcast on it. They have an issue with the no compromise and no deviation rule.
00:07:35.480 They don't get it. They're emailing me and they're saying, can I substitute this for that? Can I do this
00:07:41.000 for that? Can I do? No, motherfucker. That's the point. You cannot compromise. You can't deviate.
00:07:47.340 That's why the rule is the way it is. And these people think that they could skip a requirement
00:07:52.800 just once and it's fine. And this is a mirror of a core fundamental issue with their character and
00:08:00.360 why they can't succeed. They don't get it. They don't understand why it's important. And this is
00:08:07.820 why they won't not only succeed in the program, but they won't succeed in life. Okay. And you people
00:08:15.100 out there who think you can have a hole in your performance and your bucket, so to speak, you people
00:08:20.580 who think you can have a hole in your integrity, you know, you're doing something just slightly off
00:08:25.920 your integrity that is not right. And you know, it's not right. And you guys still think you're
00:08:31.660 going to be successful. You're fucking wrong. You're dead wrong because that little crack, 0.99
00:08:38.200 that little hole is going to be exactly what exposes you. It's going to be the, and it might not be today.
00:08:45.760 It might not be tomorrow. It might not be next week. It might not be three years from now.
00:08:50.580 It might not be 10 years from now, but that hole that you have is going to ruin you and your 0.93
00:08:58.860 ignorance and your willingness to ignore and pretend like it doesn't exist is exactly what 1.00
00:09:06.060 you're going to regret when all that shit comes tumbling down your fucking head. Okay. And you can 1.00
00:09:11.960 look back through history and you can see where this has gotten people before you guys have all heard
00:09:17.800 of Al Capone, one of the most famous criminal masterminds of all time. I don't think he's
00:09:24.020 someone to be admired or model or anything like that, but he is for sure a fucking genius. Okay. 0.99
00:09:30.080 This guy was so talented and so well organized that he built a massive empire where he was literally
00:09:37.840 stealing, stealing, murdering, racketeering, or all kind, every single crime that you could possibly
00:09:46.020 imagine. This dude was fucking doing, and he was doing it right in front of everybody, but they 0.99
00:09:51.580 could never catch him because he was so good. But you know what? They eventually got him. The feds got 0.99
00:09:57.920 him and you know what they got him on? Tax evasion of all the horrible shit that Al Capone did that they 0.99
00:10:05.140 couldn't pin on him. The one thing they managed to lock him up for was tax evasion. That was the hole 0.99
00:10:12.320 in his bucket. And guess what? He got to die in prison because of it. Guys, this is so huge. Think
00:10:19.040 about this. You can have a massive dam made of steel and concrete that took 30 years to build. Okay.
00:10:26.360 It's one that's strong enough to hold back literally millions of tons of water. And it has a little tiny
00:10:33.120 pinhole on it or a little hairline crack. Guess what? You got to fix it immediately. Otherwise,
00:10:39.560 eventually the whole thing is going to fall apart and literally thousands of people will be either
00:10:45.380 displaced or lose their lives because of one little hole, guys. No holes in the bucket. In 1986,
00:10:54.340 when the Challenger exploded, a lot of you guys don't even know that. A shuttle literally exploded on live
00:10:59.840 TV. All right. And you know why it exploded? Because of all the thousands of high-tech parts
00:11:05.160 in the shuttle, one single tiny little bitty $2 O-ring malfunctioned and it cost seven people their
00:11:14.980 lives. No holes in the bucket. You will make progress when you start refusing to have holes in
00:11:23.760 your bucket. You will see a difference immediately when you refuse to have holes in your bucket and
00:11:30.420 you will achieve higher and higher levels of success when you start refusing to have holes in
00:11:38.640 your bucket. When you are exercising, you don't do four out of five sets. You do all fucking five sets.
00:11:45.020 When you're sticking to a diet, you don't eat right six out of seven days. You eat right all fucking 1.00
00:11:50.740 seven. Okay. Most of you guys are looking for the compromise. You're looking for the easier route. 0.99
00:11:58.360 You're looking for the corner to cut. And that is the hole in your bucket. When you're building a
00:12:04.860 business into a multi-million dollar empire, you don't have to over-deliver to 97% of your customers
00:12:12.400 and let the 3% slide. No, you have to over-deliver to all 100% of your customers because
00:12:20.440 guess what? Some of those people in that 3% might be highly influential and maybe they could sync your
00:12:27.340 business with the stories they tell. And by the way, this happens all the fucking time. All the 0.98
00:12:34.140 time. Google Jeff Jarvis from Dell. Jeff Jarvis, Dell hell. Google that shit. Read all about it. And then
00:12:42.600 let me know what you think one customer matters. Let me know if you thought Dell could have a hole in
00:12:47.680 their bucket, no holes in the bucket. So this podcast is called the only hole in your performance
00:12:56.040 that can utterly destroy your success. And that's a little bit misleading because you know, the only
00:13:01.380 hole that can destroy your progress and success and happiness is it's fucking any hole, any single 0.99
00:13:09.540 tiny hole whatsoever will fucking ruin you for sure over time. You might think you'd be able to hide 0.99
00:13:20.600 it. You might think you'd be able to hire someone to fix it. You might think you'd be able to put a
00:13:26.420 little fucking miracle tape over it like they sell on the infomercial. But the truth is if you don't fix 0.98
00:13:33.720 the hole, if you don't improve your skill, if you don't do everything you can, if you let, if you 0.95
00:13:40.120 don't stop letting shit slide, stop cutting corners, stop taking it easy when people need to be led the 0.99
00:13:48.140 right way. Stop pussing out of the hard shit to do. Stop letting that little voice win the fucking war 1.00
00:13:55.780 in your brain that says tomorrow I'll start Monday. You know, it's not that big of a deal. You know what? 1.00
00:14:02.660 Give yourself a break. You know what? You work really hard. You deserve this. If you don't silence
00:14:08.900 that fucking voice, you will lose everything. No holes in the bucket, no compromise, no exceptions 1.00
00:14:20.080 ever. So when you think of this, when you think of what I'm talking about, the hole in your bucket,
00:14:26.300 you need to be really, really, really careful and really, really, really honest with yourself
00:14:36.560 because it's real easy to look past this stuff and think it's not a big deal. But the truth is
00:14:42.720 people who succeed, people who win, companies who win, they don't win by being able to fill their
00:14:52.020 bucket full of customers with a hole in the bottom. There are no holes. The only people who have holes
00:15:00.740 in their bucket are people you never hear about. And there's a reason for it. No holes in the bucket.
00:15:22.020 No holes. No holes in the bucket. No holes in the bucket. No holes in the bucket. No holes in the bucket.
00:15:27.600 So I don't want no holes in the bucket. I'm lying to piles in the bucket. So I'm telling you about that.
00:15:30.980 No false. So I'm giving you a amendment. Noooh I will 20 minutes. Well it doesn't
00:15:33.920 even tell you about it. No problem. I shouldn't tell you about it. No words in the bucket
00:15:36.400 that hurt you if I just tap into it. No words in a garden. No cult界 I have all bunches in on console,
00:15:39.240 but I don't know if you're like going out tomorrow after 10 minutes of something.
00:15:41.900 People win and they're gonna have lost it, you know.
00:15:43.980 He wants to do a même thing. You know what I have been in there with.
