00:00:00.000 what is up guys you're listening to the MFCEO project I'm Andy I'm your host and I am the 0.95
00:00:13.800 motherfucking CEO guys I decided to throw a little something extra at you this week because 0.91
00:00:19.160 I see something that needs to be addressed all right you got a Tuesday you got a Thursday now 0.99
00:00:24.980 you're getting a Friday send me a cookie don't really actually because I'm on a diet but
00:00:29.780 I just got back from Gary V's agent 2021 yesterday and it was awesome uh there was a lot of people
00:00:39.700 that came out a lot of people that came out specifically for me from all over the country
00:00:44.180 as far away as Peru um Panama all these different places I thought I was totally humbled and blown
00:00:50.660 away thank you guys for doing that a lot of millennials man a lot of millennials it was a
00:00:56.620 it was a real estate insurance conference salesperson conference um basically a lot of
00:01:03.000 independent agents and we were talking about branding and I had a conversation actually
00:01:07.720 more than a few times yesterday um because it was a mix of a lot of millennials and a few older people
00:01:14.620 and the older people all had the same thing to say man they said like this they would make some sort
00:01:23.020 of snarky remark towards millennials which really irritates me okay I have built a very very strong
00:01:32.420 brand and strong company with almost exclusively millennials and most people don't realize that 0.99
00:01:38.320 um and they say these things to me like you know the typical shit that people say to millennials 0.99
00:01:43.860 oh they're lazy oh they're not focused oh they're this oh they're that and they act like they're better 0.99
00:01:50.740 than than the millennial generation and dude you know if you look at the millennial generation they've 0.99
00:01:55.300 built some pretty badass shit okay look at all the technology look at all the apps look at all the
00:02:00.040 social media that's being developed by people who are in that generation it's amazing okay and not just 0.98
00:02:05.700 that there's a trillion other things too they have huge benefits and and I always take this time
00:02:13.760 to stop people in their tracks and I say look man I think you're fucking wrong I think millennials are 1.00
00:02:21.880 amazing I think millennials have done some pretty cool shit and have some pretty awesome skills 0.93
00:02:27.720 I do agree that they have one downfall and I'm going to talk about that in this podcast because I 0.98
00:02:35.060 mentioned it in my IG story and I got so many DMs people didn't know what the fuck I was talking about 0.55
00:02:39.860 but if you listen to the podcast you know I talk about this concept all right millennials have an
00:02:46.860 issue with patience you can't blame them for it the world is a world of convenience we could click a 0.99
00:02:54.180 button now and get shit delivered the next day and soon we will be clicking a button and having shit 0.94
00:03:00.520 deliver within 30 minutes just like it used to be for pizza only all right we have instant messenger 0.97
00:03:06.980 text message email social media you could talk to your friends all over the world at any time of the day
00:03:13.900 okay we have all these conveniences that are geared towards instant gratification
00:03:21.280 that these people grew up with they are the first generation in the history of the world to grow up with
00:03:30.920 these conveniences and we're surprised that they don't have patience that's not their fault the society
00:03:40.320 that they're brought up in doesn't require a lot of patience to get the things you want
00:03:45.480 I would argue that it's the parents generation our generation for not taking the time to teach them 0.99
00:03:54.880 that patience is a requirement okay so I do believe millennials lack patience but they are not fucking 0.97
00:04:02.620 lazy they are not dumb they are not unproductive they don't value different things you know people 1.00
00:04:11.260 like to paint them as these hippies they value life bullshit they want to make fucking money just like we do 1.00
00:04:16.740 just like we did okay but they don't understand patience and for that reason we have a lot of 0.99
00:04:23.540 millennials who think that if they pour their lives and their effort and all the things that they can
00:04:29.860 their resources into something for a very short amount of time it doesn't work they think it's not
00:04:34.780 working all right this is the concept that you have to understand especially if you're a young person
00:04:41.880 that is listening to this podcast you've got to understand aggressive patience and if you listen to
00:04:48.940 every episode you'll hear me talk about this from time to time but I wanted to dedicate a short little
00:04:54.240 episode on this Friday for you so that you didn't have to go listen to 100 episodes or whatever we're
00:04:59.840 at 200 something episodes to listen and understand what aggressive patience is and what it means when I
00:05:04.740 talk about it aggressive patience is this you have to understand that no matter what you do time is
00:05:13.640 going to be a factor you've got to understand that now that doesn't mean sit back with your feet up
00:05:19.560 and chill okay and shit's just going to come to you that's not how it works aggressive patience works
00:05:25.460 like this I understand that it is going to take me another eight to ten years to build my company 0.98
00:05:32.620 into a billion dollar brand that's just reality maybe it'll take five but it's at least going to take
00:05:38.920 five okay now during that five years I am going to literally do every single thing I can do to expedite
00:05:48.260 that process with urgency I understand it's going to take time but I also am going to be aggressive about
00:05:56.440 everything that I do to make that point happen okay you guys are one of two ways you either understand 0.98
00:06:04.920 patience and you kick your fucking feet up and you don't do shit or you do everything you can for 0.96
00:06:11.080 two months time and then you say it's not working and both of those are wrong time is going to be a 0.99
00:06:16.720 factor in anything I use the analogy of baking a cake a lot you've got the famous recipe for the world's
00:06:24.340 greatest cake and you mix up all the ingredients in the bowl okay and you pour the cake into the pan
00:06:30.280 but since you are impatient you think well if I turn the heat up twice as high I only have to bake
00:06:39.020 the cake twice as long or half as long so I put the cake in the oven what happens it's supposed to be 0.98
00:06:47.320 for 20 minutes you put it in there for seven minutes what happens cakes burnt it's no fucking good 0.97
00:06:53.360 right so the time is going to be a factor you cannot get around it okay the other thing that
00:07:02.640 you can do is you could take the cake and you could pour it in and you know you could forget to turn the
00:07:08.560 oven on and you could just say hey it's going to take time and what happens the cake never bakes 0.99
00:07:13.400 because you never turn the oven on the oven represents your efforts the time represents fucking 0.99
00:07:20.320 time and you can't get around it you can't outwork time you can't change it you can't do anything 0.96
00:07:26.800 about it it's just going to take time and if you could understand aggressive patience and you could
00:07:33.160 put it into play in your life you can not only achieve everything you want to achieve but you can do so
00:07:40.120 with a sense of calm with a sense of confidence with a sense of certainty that your life is going to
00:07:48.300 turn out the way that you want it to aggressive patience is the biggest point that you need to
00:07:56.640 utilize to have success most people and you've heard this analogy before too they want to run a 26.2 0.98
00:08:04.900 mile marathon and in business what do they do they get to mile 17 and they say fuck this is hard because 0.78
00:08:11.780 they're working hard and they're putting in the time but sometimes it just takes more time with the same
00:08:17.740 amount of effort sometimes it just takes more time with more effort but if you get to mile 17 and you
00:08:24.100 say fuck this isn't working you're more than halfway there and you're turning around and going back to 0.90
00:08:30.120 the starting line and starting all over again guys this is a simple concept to understand but it's very 0.99
00:08:37.840 very difficult for the millennial generation to put it into play I get emails all day long and today
00:08:44.920 I got one from a young man who follows me and it said the exact same thing that I'm communicating it
00:08:51.180 said Andy how do you maintain belief how do you maintain confidence when you're doing everything
00:08:57.020 you can and you don't see any results guys it takes faith you have to trust that things are going to
00:09:06.500 happen at the end of the day if you've given it your all and you know you've given it your all and
00:09:12.060 you're the only one that can know you gave it your all by the way no one could tell you did you know 0.97
00:09:17.180 you did if you go to bed at night and sleep good knowing you gave every fucking day your all you 0.92
00:09:23.560 could feel good that things are going to happen even if you don't have the right plan because that's 0.97
00:09:28.180 what people will say why don't what if how do I know if I have the right plan well you are going to
00:09:33.800 discover along the way things that work and things that don't work on a small level on a micro level
00:09:40.160 when those things are happening all the time and things aren't working all the time you're making
00:09:47.020 adjustments you're making micro adjustments right you're not letting all those things build up to
00:09:52.220 to derail your plan and make you you know become homeless you're changing things as time is happening
00:09:59.400 you're making adjustments in real time and those small adjustments in real time equal a big adjustment
00:10:05.820 over the course of time so if you are willing to keep seeing how things are aren't working on a small
00:10:11.480 scale and you're giving them the attention that they need you're giving them the resources they need
00:10:16.880 and you're finding out what works on a small scale all those little small scale decisions add up to you
00:10:22.260 being on the right track on the big scale but on the big scale you have to be understanding that that
00:10:29.020 big scale is going to take time doing things that matter take time doing things that are great take
00:10:34.900 time doing things that are going to get you fucking paid take time and so many people 0.92
00:10:41.600 fail in life i would say the vast majority of people that never achieve what they desire in their 0.93
00:10:50.700 heart to achieve it's not because they didn't try it's not because they weren't smart enough it's not
00:10:55.480 because they were you know told they were dumb or laughed at it's none of those things it's because they
00:11:01.020 didn't understand the concept of aggressive patience if you can understand that it is going to take a long 0.90
00:11:09.020 time and during that time you are going to have to do absolutely everything you can you cannot be anything 0.96
00:11:19.780 else but successful all right understand if you're a millennial you're not fucking lazy you're not dumb 0.96
00:11:27.380 you're not something less than everybody else you probably just don't have a great concept of patience 0.71
00:11:33.720 and if you can fix that you can accomplish far more than any of the other generations have accomplished 0.99
00:11:39.820 because of the technology that's available to you so don't let people talk shit and say you're fucking lazy 1.00
00:11:46.380 don't let people you know say that you're unqualified or stupid or whatever prove them fucking wrong by sticking 1.00
00:11:54.740 with shit and making shit come true because that's the only way you're going to silence all these motherfuckers 1.00
00:12:01.440 that don't understand what they're talking about you've got to show them and the way you're going to show them 1.00
00:12:06.380 is by putting aggressive patience into your life whether that be with your business whether it be with your 0.89
00:12:13.380 fitness fitness is the same thing if you have 150 fucking pounds to lose and you put in one or two
00:12:20.280 or three or seven days you're not going to see much you just aren't but if you put in seven months you're 0.92
00:12:26.280 going to be a completely different person that's the exact thing that happens in business it just takes
00:12:33.560 longer than it does for fitness so guys aggressive patience understand time is always a factor okay
00:12:41.020 but also understand that every single thing needs to be done on a day by day by day basis
00:12:49.760 needs to be done along the way do that and you're going to fucking win do less than that you'll be 0.94
00:12:57.720 one of these people who jumps from thing to thing to thing every two to three years saying oh that 0.93
00:13:02.620 didn't work out well or oh that didn't you know that just didn't play out the way I thought it would 0.98
00:13:07.320 blah blah blah every fucking excuse which we all know those are excuses you're going to be that 0.98
00:13:12.180 person and you're going to end up in a situation you don't want to be in for the rest of your life 0.99
00:13:16.820 it's not your job to see if things play out it's not your job to see if things quote unquote work out
00:13:24.380 for you it is your job to make them fucking work aggressive patience put it in play right now 0.98
00:13:34.200 couple it with win the day episode 107 and you have the exact recipe that you need don't fuck with it 1.00
00:13:43.480 you 0.99
