00:00:50.000 Look at where they started now!

00:00:52.000 I love you guys!

00:00:58.000 Small business!

00:01:00.000 Small business!

00:01:02.000 Small business!

00:01:04.000 That day, I didn't really want all the attention, the publicity.

00:01:06.000 I just wanted to open my restaurant.

00:01:08.000 Well, I guess I did want some attention to the cause.

00:01:10.000 Look, businesses, this is what we have to do.

00:01:12.000 This is the solution to the problem that we're all facing right now,

00:01:14.000 is just open our stores.

00:01:16.000 You see, if we had all just kept doing the same thing,

00:01:20.000 we could have made a lot bigger of a difference, I think,

00:01:24.000 if more businesses had opened up that day.

00:01:26.000 But so many people are just floating down the stream,

00:01:29.000 like something floating on the top,

00:01:31.000 but not digging in and fighting for anything.

00:01:34.000 They're letting the world change around them.

00:01:36.000 Adam Skelly is an entrepreneur and restaurant owner who gained notoriety,

00:01:45.000 and not just for his food this time,

00:01:47.000 when he refused to close his business against government orders,

00:01:50.000 resulting in his arrest on a national stage.

00:01:53.000 Adam Skelly joins me today on Andrew Says,

00:01:55.000 which is sponsored by Elevate Farms.

00:01:57.000 Elevate Farms is a technology and IP-based indoor farm

00:02:00.000 that produces traditional farm-grown equivalent products

00:02:03.000 at wholesale market price with a global footprint.

00:02:06.000 Go to elevate.farm for more information.

00:02:08.000 Adam Skelly, thanks for joining us in studio today.

00:02:10.000 How are you?

00:02:11.000 Oh, I'm doing wonderful.

00:02:12.000 Thanks so much for having me on the show, Andrew.

00:02:14.000 We've seen you so much in so many videos all across the country now.

00:02:18.000 I look back to the day when I was at your restaurant,

00:02:21.000 when the horse and all the kings...

00:02:23.000 David Menzies really burned into my brain.

00:02:25.000 All the king's horses and all the king's men

00:02:27.000 showed up at your restaurant and you got arrested.

00:02:30.000 For those of the people who haven't heard you talk about it,

00:02:33.000 what was going through your mind when they were putting the handcuffs on you

00:02:36.000 just for opening your business?

00:02:37.000 Oh, I knew that was going down that day.

00:02:39.000 That morning, Andrew, I told my wife when I saw online

00:02:43.000 that they changed the locks on the building, I said,

00:02:45.000 hon, you going to be okay by yourself tonight with the kids?

00:02:48.000 I don't think I'm coming home.

00:02:49.000 She's like, all right, fine.

00:02:51.000 I knew what I was getting into.

00:02:52.000 When I stood at that back wall of my restaurant in between the two units

00:02:56.000 and there was a police on the other side holding the taser up like this

00:02:59.000 and saying, if you walk through here, I'm going to tase you and arrest you. 0.97

00:03:02.000 And I went, you know what? 0.91

00:03:04.000 I kind of bitched out.

00:03:05.000 And I said, put the taser away.

00:03:07.000 He holstered it.

00:03:08.000 I walked through and I got arrested.

00:03:09.000 I knew what I was getting myself into that day.

00:03:11.000 Now there's one famous clip I think that made rounds millions of views probably

00:03:15.000 where you're in cuffs, you look at the camera, you wink at the camera,

00:03:19.000 and you're saying something.

00:03:20.000 Shame on these police.

00:03:21.000 Look at what you think started now.

00:03:23.000 You're a hero.

00:03:24.000 I love you guys.

00:03:25.000 Do you want to remind people what was going through your head at that moment

00:03:28.000 and what you wanted to tell the people that were viewing like this ridiculous scenario?

00:03:31.000 Oh, I said, I love you guys.

00:03:32.000 Yeah.

00:03:33.000 Because the support that I felt that day was incredible.

00:03:35.000 There was hundreds of Patriots showed up three days in a row for that rally slash barbecue cookout in Etobicoke.

00:03:43.000 So I was just so honored and blessed to have all those people standing there and support.

00:03:47.000 I didn't know how many people would show up.

00:03:49.000 I didn't organize any of that in advance.

00:03:51.000 I posted one Instagram on the Monday night, a post saying, I'm opening up tomorrow.

00:03:55.000 And I just said, okay, now we're going to see how this plays out.

00:03:58.000 So I was just honestly just blessed to have that much support through the whole thing.

00:04:02.000 So many like-minded people to be surrounded with.

00:04:05.000 It's just incredible.

00:04:06.000 It was one of the best days of my life.

00:04:08.000 Now, when I was interviewing people there that day, there was a lot of people from the former Soviet Union,

00:04:13.000 former Yugoslavia, saying that this is how it all starts.

00:04:16.000 This is what governments start to do when they don't want independent business owners to be able to flourish

00:04:22.000 and they want everything to be controlled by the government.

00:04:24.000 What type of predictions could you have made?

00:04:26.000 Or could you have made any?

00:04:27.000 Did you see where this was going?

00:04:29.000 We're almost a year and a half later.

00:04:31.000 Could you have predicted what has happened up till now?

00:04:34.000 Because still, as we record this, there's still not restaurant indoor dining available.

00:04:39.000 Yeah, I knew that this was all coming probably before it even landed here in Ontario.

00:04:45.000 I think it was January or February of 2020.

00:04:48.000 I was tuned in to some information from some friends and outside media sources that were sharing some counter narrative.

00:04:55.000 And this was all the talk right at the beginning of COVID, the vaccines, the certificate of vaccination.

00:05:00.000 And then the next thing a lot of people talk about is some kind of technology that will be injected or paired with us to hold that vaccination record.

00:05:08.000 And that this pandemic will be the thing to usher that in.

00:05:12.000 So we haven't seen that play out quite yet.

00:05:14.000 We also had the leaked liberal insider email.

00:05:17.000 Who knows?

00:05:18.000 It's got no good source.

00:05:19.000 Who knows where it came from?

00:05:20.000 But it laid out the roadmap of everything to come.

00:05:23.000 And I never took that as like prophecy or that I knew it was going to happen.

00:05:27.000 But it was very interesting watching everything play out.

00:05:29.000 And step by step, everything on that list was coming to fruition.

00:05:33.000 So, you know, I knew back in November that this wasn't going to be the end of this.

00:05:37.000 It didn't look like there was going to be any change happening until the people stood up and said enough.

00:05:42.000 The government's trampling all over our rights.

00:05:44.000 And until we say, you know what, enough.

00:05:46.000 I'm going to assert my rights and then fight for them in the courts or through whichever way that each of us can do as an individual.

00:05:52.000 I don't think there's going to be any change.

00:05:54.000 Now, since you're the guy who stood up and made a whole, this public spectacle came sort of around you.

00:06:01.000 What made you want to be, did you want to be that guy?

00:06:04.000 What made you want to speak out and just open your doors?

00:06:06.000 It seems like such a simple thing.

00:06:07.000 All you did was open your restaurant door so you could feed people, pay your employees and feed your family.

00:06:12.000 Did it seem that crazy at the time?

00:06:14.000 What made you want to do it?

00:06:16.000 Well, I don't like the limelight, man.

00:06:19.000 I get nervous coming in here.

00:06:20.000 Like I don't like doing this stuff.

00:06:22.000 I feel like I have to.

00:06:23.000 It's in my heart.

00:06:24.000 So that day I didn't really want all the attention, the publicity.

00:06:27.000 I just want to open my restaurant.

00:06:29.000 Well, I guess I did want some attention to the cause to, look, businesses, this is what we have to do.

00:06:33.000 This is the solution to the problem that we're all facing right now is just open our stores.

00:06:38.000 You see, if we had all just kept doing the same thing as society changed, we could have made a lot bigger of a difference, I think,

00:06:46.000 if more businesses had opened up that day.

00:06:48.000 But so many people are just floating down the stream like something floating on the top and not digging in and fighting for anything.

00:06:56.000 They're letting the world change around them with no real evidence or justification for it besides, oh, this is what the collective thinks.

00:07:04.000 And we all know the collective is massively influenced by the media.

00:07:07.000 So basically whatever the media puts out is what everybody's going to think.

00:07:11.000 And I tried to, you know, just put my foot down, stake my claim right there and say, you know, enough.

00:07:15.000 We've got to try something different.

00:07:16.000 Yeah, I definitely agree with that.

00:07:18.000 Now, you talk about the other businesses.

00:07:20.000 There's been attempts at having businesses open en masse all across the country.

00:07:24.000 They haven't worked.

00:07:25.000 There's been multiple times.

00:07:26.000 I was the first person to criticize both the people who tried to set it up and the people for not opening.

00:07:30.000 Why do you think so many restaurants will not just open?

00:07:34.000 I mean, to try to put it more as an emotional thing, I guess.

00:07:39.000 I don't understand.

00:07:40.000 And this is something that you didn't do.

00:07:42.000 I don't understand how you can just accept being closed for this long when your life probably depends on it.

00:07:47.000 Your income depends on it.

00:07:48.000 Why would other people, why have people not opened up by now? 1.00

00:07:51.000 Well, number one, people are pussies. 1.00

00:07:54.000 Can I say that? 1.00

00:07:55.000 Sure you can.

00:07:56.000 Look, I met with, and I'm calling them out right now.

00:07:58.000 I met with five guys who all owned restaurants a couple weeks before I reopened mine.

00:08:02.000 We're like, we're doing it together.

00:08:04.000 We're all going to stand up on this day.

00:08:05.000 This was back before the second wave, like in October.

00:08:08.000 Second wave.

00:08:09.000 You want to name any names?

00:08:11.000 No, I'll leave it at that.

00:08:12.000 I tried.

00:08:13.000 I tried everyone.

00:08:14.000 But if you guys are watching, you know, wait, which camera do I look at?

00:08:16.000 Right there.

00:08:17.000 You know who you are, the five of you who met at my restaurant. 1.00

00:08:19.000 I'm not going to name you, but you guys are pussies. 1.00

00:08:21.000 And they all, oh, and there's one guy who's like a controversial restaurant guy, too, and he wouldn't even get involved. 0.99

00:08:27.000 But anyway, I won't name any names.

00:08:29.000 We all talked about it.

00:08:30.000 We said that we were going to open when that particular region went back into the red zone, and then none of them did.

00:08:36.000 So I said, you know what?

00:08:37.000 I'll do it on my own.

00:08:38.000 Because it's not about whether everybody does it.

00:08:40.000 It's about me as a person and each person as an individual, you know, speaking their truth and living their convictions and not living a lie.

00:08:51.000 There's also a thing that makes it really easy for everybody to comply with this is the government.

00:08:57.000 So they pay 75% of your wages if you've taken a big sales cut, right?

00:09:01.000 So some people think, well, I don't want to risk that.

00:09:03.000 All this attention I'm going to get and the fines and all of this and, oh, my wife would be really mad at me if I did it. 0.99

00:09:09.000 They've got the checks rolling in.

00:09:11.000 I still got them going in.

00:09:12.000 That's how my business is still operating.

00:09:14.000 I think that's the majority of restaurants, unless you're doing pizza.

00:09:17.000 That's a good business.

00:09:18.000 The pizza guys are still making money.

00:09:19.000 But a lot of restaurants are taking the 75% of the wages, 75% of the rent is paid.

00:09:24.000 You can basically do no business and still keep your paycheck.

00:09:28.000 So there's some good incentive provided by the government to not speak up.

00:09:32.000 But that's why we're a trillion dollars in debt this year.

00:09:35.000 I think they said, what, now $690 billion has been spent on the pandemic.

00:09:40.000 So you're contributing to your own demise.

00:09:42.000 You're contributing to the demise of the whole country by complying and taking that money.

00:09:46.000 What do you think is going to happen when you print a trillion dollars?

00:09:49.000 Like, what's going to happen to our currency?

00:09:50.000 How long is it going to take?

00:09:51.000 I don't know, six months, a year, two years?

00:09:53.000 But it's not looking good.

00:09:55.000 Now, when you mentioned the replacement for the wages, when that government money stops coming in,

00:10:00.000 and if you're not doing anything, the clientele isn't there because I'm sure you've heard this criticism.

00:10:05.000 Why can't you just do takeout, Adam?

00:10:06.000 Why can't you just have people?

00:10:08.000 If people would just do takeout, then they would.

00:10:11.000 I mean, I'm sure if people, like a pizza business, if you can do 95% of your business from takeout, why wouldn't you?

00:10:17.000 You don't have to hire a hostess, you don't have to hire servers, less cooks, less people to work all together.

00:10:22.000 Now, if your business is going to go under without the government money, what's going to happen to these people when the government money dries up?

00:10:29.000 Are they not just going to close anyways?

00:10:31.000 Well, some people think we'll get back to normal.

00:10:34.000 What is normal going to look like when little children have been covering up their faces for the last year and a half,

00:10:41.000 conditioned to believe that somebody else's breath may get them sick?

00:10:45.000 What's going to happen?

00:10:46.000 What's the normal going to be like when the sick 50, 60, 70-year-old customers who really believe that this thing is going to get them?

00:10:54.000 You think they're going to come back en masse to your restaurant?

00:10:56.000 You think the government's going to say, we're opening tomorrow, and the collective is going to say, okay, we feel just fine.

00:11:02.000 No, they've been burdened by fear for the last year and a half.

00:11:05.000 They've been living in that place where they're scared of everybody and everything, sanitizing their hands everywhere they go.

00:11:11.000 You can't touch this.

00:11:12.000 Elbow bumps. 0.52

00:11:13.000 You think we're going to get back to normal?

00:11:15.000 People's minds have been just raked over the coals through this.

00:11:19.000 So, I don't know, maybe they think, you know, there's some reality where this is all going to go back to normal.

00:11:23.000 The government's going to flip a switch, and it's going to be like 2019 again, but I don't think that's going to happen.

00:11:28.000 Have you had any thoughts or discussed with your family about just, you know, shutting down shop, taking any money you've made, and moving somewhere else or doing something else?

00:11:39.000 Yeah, actually, I've already decided that.

00:11:41.000 I've moved out to Alberta.

00:11:42.000 I bought a farm out there.

00:11:43.000 You know, at the beginning of this, I had 60 employees.

00:11:45.000 Now I have about six.

00:11:47.000 This hasn't been – the pandemic wasn't good for business, and neither was this move that I pulled, but I knew that going into it.

00:11:52.000 Like, that wasn't the majority of people thought that was a good idea at the time.

00:11:57.000 I knew that.

00:11:58.000 So, I got a farm.

00:11:59.000 I'm going to have some cattle and pigs and chicken.

00:12:01.000 So, instead of 60 liberal employees who are complaining about what I say on Twitter, I'm going to have 60 cows who are like,

00:12:07.000 thank you, Adam, so much for breakfast today.

00:12:10.000 So, I'm looking forward to that.

00:12:11.000 I haven't heard about that.

00:12:13.000 Your employees were complaining about you?

00:12:15.000 In what sense?

00:12:16.000 Oh, well, in April 2020, I used some, I guess, socially inappropriate language describing some people who still believed in this nonsense.

00:12:25.000 And they were really upset with me.

00:12:27.000 And then when I reopened the restaurant, really upset with me.

00:12:31.000 Oh, some of them thought I was really putting people's lives at risk and their own reputations at risk.

00:12:36.000 Like, somehow, my political views were now rubbed off of them in the general public.

00:12:41.000 So, people would be like, you work at Adamson BBQ?

00:12:43.000 Ooh, that's not good.

00:12:45.000 Was it the whole words are violence type of thing?

00:12:47.000 Yeah, pretty much.

00:12:48.000 But I always said, hey, you can just go get a job at whatever other restaurant is hiring.

00:12:53.000 It shouldn't be too hard for you, right?

00:12:55.000 It shouldn't be too hard at this point in time.

00:12:57.000 Now, millions upon millions of views across the world, social media following and everything.

00:13:02.000 Has there been anyone who's reached out to you that really surprised you?

00:13:05.000 Any big names we might want to brag about or just anybody who you didn't expect to come out and support you?

00:13:12.000 Yeah.

00:13:13.000 Brett Wilson from the Dragon's Den.

00:13:16.000 Really?

00:13:17.000 He reached out and he said, it was back in November, right after I opened the restaurant, he said,

00:13:22.000 thank you so much for everything you do for small business or something like that.

00:13:27.000 Or, I love the stand that you took.

00:13:29.000 And then I didn't answer because my messages were inundated and I didn't notice until months later.

00:13:34.000 At that time, I was banned from social media and I saw the message.

00:13:37.000 I went, whoa, is this like some super rich Dragon's Den TV star who's on side with this, who understands what's going on?

00:13:43.000 That's awesome.

00:13:44.000 I got one of my employees to write him a message here.

00:13:46.000 Talk to Adam here.

00:13:47.000 He sends me an email.

00:13:49.000 I'm coming to Toronto.

00:13:50.000 Let's go for lunch.

00:13:51.000 I'm like, wow, this is incredible.

00:13:53.000 I'm going to expand my business maybe.

00:13:55.000 Like, I got an opportunity to pitch this guy and he loves what I'm doing.

00:13:58.000 I get on the phone with him and he tells me, oh, you know, a guy comes into my gym claiming medical mask exemption.

00:14:04.000 I'm like, get out of here.

00:14:05.000 We don't want your type around here. 0.98

00:14:07.000 And I'm like, really?

00:14:08.000 You ban people who have a medical exemption?

00:14:10.000 Like, you're discriminating against people with medical issues?

00:14:13.000 Like, I have one of those.

00:14:14.000 I don't wear a mask where I go around because I have a medical mask exemption. 0.88

00:14:18.000 And then the guy's talking about these people are whiners. 0.99

00:14:21.000 These people are babies. 0.95

00:14:22.000 And then now on his social media, like this Dragon's Den dude, lots of money.

00:14:27.000 He's like putting out a thing.

00:14:29.000 Oh, I'll give you 50 bucks on a bottle of wine or I'll start a raffle. 1.00

00:14:32.000 If you get vaccinated, comment here.

00:14:34.000 And he's like a super big vaccine shill.

00:14:36.000 So because I don't care about the money, really, like maybe we would have opened some businesses together and that'd be cool.

00:14:42.000 But I couldn't work with a guy like that who's just shilling for pharma companies. 0.92

00:14:46.000 So calling him out here, you know, the guy sucking and blowing at the same time, speaking out of both sides of his mouth. 0.65

00:14:52.000 Like, oh, I really commend you for what you did for small businesses.

00:14:55.000 And then going around telling everybody, get this experimental gene therapy because they're only way out of this. 0.99

00:14:59.000 Like, man, what a coward. 0.98

00:15:01.000 Something I've noticed through all this. 0.99

00:15:03.000 More like Dudley the Dragon.

00:15:05.000 You wrote that one, I think.

00:15:07.000 You stole that from me.

00:15:08.000 I read all my Dudley the Dragon jokes in advance.

00:15:12.000 Something I've noticed about everything that's happened here over the last 18 months is the people who've become popular, like yourself, like the Chris guys.

00:15:21.000 I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting that have just launched.

00:15:25.000 And even if they weren't taken off social media like you were for a while and like Chris Guy has been, their star power would be even bigger.

00:15:32.000 Have you noticed a swing in a lot of people in what they're willing to listen to and who they're willing to hold up as, you know, like a celebrity?

00:15:40.000 Has it kind of leveled the playing field where it's like, like you mentioned, if you're just shilling for something, if you're just, and for those who may not know what that means, that means you're going out of your way to promote something just for the money.

00:15:51.000 You don't really believe in it.

00:15:53.000 Does this level the playing field for media outlets and celebrities where people would normally listen to them, even doctors and nurses?

00:16:00.000 People aren't trusting anything anymore.

00:16:02.000 Have you noticed that?

00:16:03.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:16:04.000 I think it pretty much anybody who sticks their neck out.

00:16:07.000 Well, I guess I should actually start here.

00:16:09.000 Like, I went to the rallies and I tried to talk to some of these guys.

00:16:13.000 Like I talked to Chris.

00:16:14.000 I talked to Vlad, hugs over a mask.

00:16:16.000 And these guys are kind of like, yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever, because everybody approaches them.

00:16:19.000 And it's like, to be associated with these people, you have to stick your neck out and do something courageous.

00:16:24.000 And as soon as I did, I was just welcomed in with open arms by all these people.

00:16:28.000 And it's not that they were trying to co-op on what I was doing.

00:16:30.000 They were like, yes, there it is.

00:16:31.000 It's not me.

00:16:32.000 It's not the barbecue restaurant.

00:16:33.000 It's courage.

00:16:34.000 When they see that and recognize it, and you elevate yourself to that level, then you're in that playing field.

00:16:41.000 And it doesn't matter who you are.

00:16:42.000 It could be a guy like Chris Skye, who's, I don't really know what his background is, but he's gained a lot of notoriety in this because of simple things.

00:16:48.000 Just say no.

00:16:49.000 Showing people how to assert their rights.

00:16:51.000 Like, that's so invaluable what he's done.

00:16:53.000 Showing people, hey, here's how you walk in a store and claim medical exemption.

00:16:56.000 Here's how you get on an airplane.

00:16:57.000 You've got to get the medical note.

00:16:58.000 And he's just showing people.

00:17:00.000 That's it.

00:17:01.000 Going about his life just like he was before.

00:17:03.000 And he does some speaking and media engagements and stuff like that.

00:17:06.000 But really, all he's done is live his life as normal and show everybody, here's how you can continue to do it.

00:17:11.000 Because that's how you fight this.

00:17:12.000 You just live like you were back in 2019.

00:17:14.000 So whether it's...

00:17:15.000 So long ago.

00:17:16.000 It feels like it.

00:17:17.000 Yeah.

00:17:18.000 It feels like it's been an eternity of this new normal.

00:17:20.000 So same thing.

00:17:21.000 The pastors, the business owners, my friend Vlad hugs over a mask.

00:17:24.000 All these people have done it and said, I've got to do something.

00:17:26.000 I've got to take a stand here.

00:17:27.000 So you don't have to be some type of spectacular person.

00:17:30.000 You don't need to have three restaurants and be the pastor of a church.

00:17:33.000 Anybody can get involved with this at your level.

00:17:35.000 Like, what does that mean to you in your life?

00:17:37.000 Is that you at your work?

00:17:39.000 Speaking your truth.

00:17:40.000 Talking to people.

00:17:41.000 Informing them.

00:17:42.000 Talking to management.

00:17:43.000 Starting a class action lawsuit.

00:17:45.000 Writing letters into the management.

00:17:47.000 No, we're not all going to just, you know, roll over and take this experimental gene therapy.

00:17:52.000 Everybody has a role that they can play in this.

00:17:54.000 It's just finding out what that is.

00:17:56.000 And instead of, you know, looking at everybody else for the answers.

00:17:59.000 It's like, what can I personally do?

00:18:00.000 I agree.

00:18:01.000 It's up to regular people and regular citizens to, you know, make a stand.

00:18:05.000 When it's gone this long, I ask people who are saying, oh, it's because of people like

00:18:09.000 you who are perpetuating this.

00:18:11.000 I say, how long is it going to take for you to speak out?

00:18:15.000 People who are afraid to speak out because of their jobs or whatever.

00:18:18.000 How long?

00:18:19.000 Ten years?

00:18:20.000 Five years?

00:18:21.000 Until it becomes not taboo enough to speak out about it?

00:18:23.000 I don't know.

00:18:24.000 I get a little bit frustrated, I'm sure you do, with some of those people.

00:18:27.000 I want to get to maybe some more fun stuff because it has somehow splashed onto me.

00:18:34.000 Because, as you're aware, Rebel News had an Adamson BBQ t-shirt.

00:18:39.000 And people would be saying all these conspiracies about Adam Skelly.

00:18:43.000 Adam Skelly's a psy-op.

00:18:44.000 Adam Skelly's Illuminati.

00:18:45.000 Adam Skelly's Illuminati.

00:18:46.000 Yeah, I love these.

00:18:47.000 And I was talking to a person one day, or I wasn't even talking to them.

00:18:52.000 I had spoken to a person who has told me these things.

00:18:54.000 And I was like, I don't think you realize, like, it's not that complicated.

00:18:58.000 But then it somehow splashed onto me when this same person started posting things that the

00:19:05.000 Adam Skelly BBQ t-shirt is specifically used in specific letters that relates to numerology

00:19:11.000 because these numbers add up and they mean this.

00:19:15.000 And I was like, I was in the room when the t-shirt was thought about.

00:19:20.000 There wasn't any Satanism going on.

00:19:23.000 What was all those devil statues that passed by?

00:19:27.000 Listen, we're remodeling.

00:19:29.000 No, people are going to clip that, you realize, and say, do you say anything to these people?

00:19:35.000 Are there some more hilarious ones that you've heard?

00:19:38.000 Oh, yeah.

00:19:39.000 Like, constantly.

00:19:40.000 Like, at least a couple times a week, I get a message or something that's like, someone

00:19:45.000 all smugly, high and mighty, calling me some type of controlled opposition.

00:19:49.000 Like, oh, how was the Masonic Temple last night?

00:19:52.000 It's so funny.

00:19:53.000 There's one website where someone put actually a lot of effort and care into this.

00:19:57.000 They said, well, he's 33 years old.

00:19:59.000 So, and that's, I think, I don't know much about the Masons, but I think there's 33 levels

00:20:03.000 that are exposed.

00:20:04.000 So, because I'm 33, I must be also, by nature, a 33 degree Freemason.

00:20:09.000 And then it was, well, one day I was wearing a red checkered shirt, and the next day I was

00:20:14.000 wearing a blue checkered shirt.

00:20:16.000 So, that's showing the polarity, and then the checkers are like the Mason tiles on the floor.

00:20:20.000 A lot of Canadians are guilty of this, then, if they're wearing multiple checkered shirts.

00:20:23.000 I know, and it's like, maybe you should come to my house, because actually the simplest answer

00:20:26.000 is I only have three shirts.

00:20:28.000 And like, the one I'm wearing today is dirty from yesterday.

00:20:31.000 I'm more of a Scientology guy.

00:20:33.000 You guys can say I'm OT3 in Scientology.

00:20:36.000 That's some, it's crazy stuff.

00:20:38.000 And even from the day you were arrested, people said the wink and the smile you gave to the camera

00:20:43.000 when you said I love you was a message as well to the Illuminati and that stuff.

00:20:49.000 Oh, I was saying I love you to my reptilian handlers or something like that.

00:20:53.000 That's fun.

00:20:54.000 That's what we're going for here, I think.

00:20:56.000 Now, can I get a little dark for a minute?

00:20:58.000 How dark?

00:20:59.000 Sometimes I wonder, maybe, do those people have the right idea?

00:21:04.000 Because, who are we trying to save here?

00:21:07.000 It feels like there's lots of people who are on side with us, but the rallies, it's all the same people.

00:21:11.000 It's all the same faces for, you know, for a year and a half.

00:21:14.000 Other people aren't getting involved.

00:21:15.000 A lot of people seem pretty brainwashed.

00:21:17.000 Maybe like they don't have the cognitive ability to really see what's going on here.

00:21:21.000 Maybe is that the right side to be on?

00:21:24.000 This is, you're just taking liberties now and people are going to make clips and be like,

00:21:28.000 see, I told you, he's giving you the hidden messages.

00:21:31.000 Now, normally we'd have extra exclusive segments behind the paywall for you,

00:21:35.000 but this time we're brought to you by Elevate.farm.

00:21:38.000 They're a really cool vertical farming agriculture company that's sponsoring this episode

00:21:42.000 so that you can watch it for free.

00:21:44.000 Can I throw something in there?

00:21:45.000 Sure.

00:21:46.000 Rebel Lou's been the only outlet that's covered my story.

00:21:48.000 Like, consistently, even a lot of the independent people,

00:21:50.000 oh, they don't show up, oh, I'm busy, I'm working today, something like that.

00:21:53.000 Whenever I send a message to Ezra or to David Menzies, they show up and they just cover,

00:21:59.000 oh guys, I have something that is important to get out.

00:22:01.000 They show up, they film, they're consistent.

00:22:03.000 They don't get any government funding, as I made a joke about when I showed up to the office today.

00:22:08.000 Unbelievable.

00:22:09.000 I'm not going up to the 50th floor of CBC and they take a billion dollars a year.

00:22:14.000 So, you know what, I'm going to go home and I'm going to sign up for Rebel

00:22:17.000 because I really appreciate what you guys do for everything in this movement.

00:22:19.000 You're the only people covering it fairly.

00:22:21.000 You heard it here first, everybody, and go to Adamson BBQ's website and call them for it.

00:22:26.000 The meat, like, we could have pretended that the meat was good just for, you know, to save face,

00:22:32.000 but the meat is really just the best meat I've ever had in my life.

00:22:35.000 And I'm not – and I say that about so – one time, like 10 years ago, I had some great lobster ravioli that I never forget.

00:22:41.000 I'll never forget the first time I ate.

00:22:44.000 And it sounds so silly, but it's that good of meat.

00:22:47.000 Rebelnewsplus.com, and I will send you free meat. 0.79

00:22:50.000 No, I won't. Just go.

00:22:52.000 All right, we're behind the paywall now. Adam, I want to talk to you about your charter challenge.

00:22:56.000 Everybody wants to hear updates about it.

00:22:58.000 They want to hear about what the battle is – how the battle is going right now.

00:23:02.000 Can you give us a quick update about that?

00:23:03.000 And then I want to touch on what you think is going to happen with the rest of the reopenings that we're supposed to be doing.

00:23:09.000 Sure. So, this constitutional challenge is now, like, seven months in the works.

00:23:13.000 I've gone through five or six different lawyers before landing with this new team.

00:23:17.000 I've got Michael Swinwood and his partner Liza Swale from Elders Without Borders.

00:23:22.000 I've got Pradeep Chan from Chan & Snyder.

00:23:24.000 And then I've got, above all, Chris Weisdorf.

00:23:27.000 He is my friend and advisor on this legal challenge, and he's helped quarterback this whole thing.

00:23:32.000 He's helped us get in touch with six experts.

00:23:34.000 We have the province absolutely surrounded on this challenge.

00:23:39.000 So, the JCCF and some other firms have run some smaller, less broad legal challenges across the country.

00:23:46.000 And they always get pinned on some piece of evidence.

00:23:49.000 So, they'll go in and say – they'll bring in an expert and they'll say the PCR test is a fraud.

00:23:53.000 But then the Crown will bring an expert who says,

00:23:55.000 Aha, but the variants of concern are super-duper deadly.

00:23:58.000 And then they lose because the judge says, well, do you have a reply to this?

00:24:01.000 And they say, no, we don't. We don't have an expert to talk about this.

00:24:03.000 Well, this lockdown measure has been deemed demonstrably justified.

00:24:07.000 So, Chris has been paying attention to all of these challenges as they unfold around the country and the world.

00:24:13.000 And we have got them pegged.

00:24:15.000 We're talking about PCR, asymptomatic transmission, variants of concern,

00:24:19.000 the lack of cost-benefit analysis that's been provided by the government,

00:24:22.000 how asymptomatic transmission doesn't actually occur. 0.98

00:24:25.000 Like, they're so surrounded with evidence that what they've had to resort to is talking about procedural bullshit.

00:24:31.000 So, one of their main arguments is, my affidavit should be thrown out because I wouldn't answer any questions at my cross-examination.

00:24:40.000 So, that gives them some rule, according to rule 69.420 or whatever it is, that you have to answer these questions.

00:24:47.000 They called me for my cross-examination and didn't ask me a single question on my affidavit.

00:24:52.000 They're asking me, well, how much profit do you make on your hoodies on your online store, Adam?

00:24:56.000 Oh, here's an Instagram post of you. What do you think about what you said? You don't think COVID's real?

00:25:01.000 I'm saying these lockdown measures are not demonstrably justified.

00:25:06.000 And here's six experts to back that up. And they're saying, how much profit do you make off a t-shirt?

00:25:11.000 It's bullshit. They have no leg to stand on. They're absolutely surrounded. 1.00

00:25:15.000 And this challenge, the hearing is on Monday and Tuesday, the 28th and 29th.

00:25:19.000 I have the link to the Zoom call on my Instagram page. It's like the link in bio. You can catch it there.

00:25:24.000 Or I'm sure a lot of other people will be hosting this information.

00:25:28.000 We've got to get as many people as we can watching this challenge,

00:25:32.000 because the judge and the whole system needs to know that we're watching.

00:25:37.000 They can't just call one expert to R6 and then rule on some procedural issue

00:25:44.000 when hundreds of thousands or millions of people are watching this, because we demand justice.

00:25:49.000 We demand that these lockdowns end immediately.

00:25:51.000 And the more people that are tuned into that and watching, the better.

00:25:55.000 Now, if I'm playing devil's advocate, and I want to say Adam Skelly isn't going to win this,

00:25:59.000 I would probably go down the route of the government's going to push this along until they're reopened,

00:26:04.000 and then they're going to drop it. And then what happens then? Is that scenario possible?

00:26:09.000 If we just say Doug Ford says, we're opening up two weeks ahead of time,

00:26:13.000 because we've already hit the markers with Doug Ford that he set forth, so fun stuff there.

00:26:18.000 But if somebody says that and then the government opens up and they're just like,

00:26:21.000 oh, we don't need to be involved in this at all. You win.

00:26:24.000 And that way they save face. Is that a possibility where the government, you know,

00:26:28.000 sneaks out the back door like that without admitting fault?

00:26:31.000 I don't think they can do that.

00:26:32.000 They've pushed this Reopening Ontario Act all the way until the end of the year,

00:26:36.000 and that's what we're fighting.

00:26:38.000 It's a direct attack against the evidence supporting the Reopening Ontario Act

00:26:42.000 and it's validity or justification. So they can't do that.

00:26:45.000 The hearing's in a couple days. This judge, Justice Akbar Ali.

00:26:49.000 Funny story, actually. This challenge has been filed in response to a court order that they gave to me.

00:26:56.000 So after I got out of jail, they wanted another way to ensure I wouldn't open any of my restaurants again.

00:27:01.000 So they issued a court order, and it was a judge named Justice Kimmel, and she wrote that order.

00:27:05.000 We said, this is actually positive, because we can file the constitutional challenge in response to this court order,

00:27:11.000 giving us an in into the courts.

00:27:13.000 Because there's some other famous constitutional lawyers around the country who have filed constitutional challenges,

00:27:18.000 but they haven't had any of their cases heard yet.

00:27:20.000 We have an in, so they have to hear it.

00:27:23.000 So where am I going with this?

00:27:25.000 Basically, they have to hear it.

00:27:27.000 We got great scheduling because of this, because I already had a court order, and they have to hear it.

00:27:32.000 Or else, I don't even think they can drop the whole thing, because the hearing's in, what, four days? Something like that?

00:27:38.000 Yeah, it's going through.

00:27:40.000 Now last question, I think. I don't know how much of a political guy you were before all of this,

00:27:44.000 but how much faith do you think the average person, or the average business person such as yourself,

00:27:50.000 has left in the system, has left in our elected officials?

00:27:54.000 To me, I'll go ahead right away and say I don't trust 99% of them.

00:27:59.000 Even the ones that I thought I could trust, they stood back and they said,

00:28:02.000 hey, if the Liberals want to do this, and they want to ruin people's lives, then let them, we'll look better.

00:28:08.000 And then it got to a point where not saying anything became something that you can criticize them for in my eyes.

00:28:15.000 Do you want to mention any names that, because people will listen to you,

00:28:19.000 do you want to mention any names of any politicians you like?

00:28:21.000 Have you lost faith in all the parties, is another question I want to ask you.

00:28:25.000 Well, yeah, I could never vote for the, you know, the Liberals, the Conservative Party, the NDP.

00:28:31.000 They're all in bed together. The bloc seems to be in this big voting, like the bloc have acquired, in the same voting bloc.

00:28:37.000 You know, they're going to pass this Bill C-10. There's hardly any opposition.

00:28:40.000 There's, it seems like they're all running on the exact same platform.

00:28:44.000 You've got the leader of the Conservative Party talking about, like, oh, happy Transgender Day and stuff like that.

00:28:49.000 Stop being biphobic, okay? That's what, Aaron O'Toole doesn't want you guys to be biphobic.

00:28:53.000 What values are they conserving as the Conservatives?

00:28:56.000 Michelle Rempel wants you to, you know, realize your whiteness, Adam.

00:29:01.000 So, yeah, I'm right there with you. I don't have much faith left in, like, it's not even a uniparty like it is in the U.S.

00:29:08.000 It's a quadra party. Green party, please save us. 1.00

00:29:12.000 Go back to being the green party of, like, the 90s, where you're just like, the environment.

00:29:16.000 But now it's basically the NDP.

00:29:18.000 What about the PPC, Maxime Bernier? He's taking a stand. He's the only guy vocally anti-locking.

00:29:23.000 I wish Maxime Bernier had a seat. It would give him more power.

00:29:26.000 My advice for people, and this is the first time I'm saying this for an upcoming election, would be don't vote for any of the major parties.

00:29:32.000 Don't vote for NDP, CPC, Liberal, Green Party, Bloc.

00:29:37.000 I mean, French people, I'm French, they're going to vote for the Bloc anyways.

00:29:40.000 It's just their protest. But don't vote for any of those major parties.

00:29:44.000 Vote off the board. Vote a Christian party if you want. 1.00

00:29:46.000 Vote anything other than these parties, because they're never going to hear these messages.

00:29:49.000 And I know the whole country isn't going to vote off the board, but if enough people take a huge chunk out of them,

00:29:55.000 where they have to start to worry and they need to start listening to people, that would be my advice,

00:30:00.000 is to put the fear in them that they're not going to get these guaranteed votes that they usually get.

00:30:05.000 Is there anything else you want to say to the people before we let you go?

00:30:08.000 Just please, if you can, tune in to that Constitutional Challenge.

00:30:11.000 That's June 28th and 29th, starting at 10 a.m.

00:30:15.000 On my Instagram page, at Adamson BBQ, we have one post made up for each of those six experts.

00:30:20.000 So maybe you're on the fence about sharing this stuff.

00:30:22.000 You don't want to upset grandma or your auntie who thinks that you kill elderly people in long-term care centres by breathing.

00:30:30.000 So I've got these experts made into each of their own posts.

00:30:34.000 So if you can share those, you're supported by science.

00:30:36.000 Like, not the science with the dollar sign for the S, but the actual science by the brave and courageous doctors

00:30:41.000 who are speaking up at no cost, risking losing their licences to support this challenge.

00:30:46.000 So let's get the word out about it.

00:30:47.000 Let's get millions and millions of eyes watching this case, understanding the science behind it,

00:30:51.000 knowing that it all stems from this bogus PCR test with the cycle thresholds above, when I say 32, I think,

00:30:57.000 anything above that, it's going to be totally bogus.

00:30:59.000 The fact that asymptomatic transmission is a total lie, and yet we're all walking around perpetuating this thing

00:31:04.000 by wearing our muzzles every day. 0.98

00:31:05.000 So, yeah, live like you were in 2019.

00:31:08.000 Support this challenge.

00:31:09.000 Tell your friends.

00:31:10.000 Thank you.

00:31:11.000 Double mask, goggles, gloves.

00:31:13.000 Face shields.

00:31:49.000 science, look at the actual data that comes out.

00:31:52.000 Nobody's asking you to, you know, run for office.
