Rebel News Podcast - DAILY ｜ Day one under Trudeau's federal state of emergency

00:00:00.000 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Rebel News live stream on this

00:00:20.240 a Tuesday, February the 15th, 2022. I'm David Menzies and my co-host, let me tell you about

00:00:27.560 my co-host. You know, she is so hardworking. She is so smart. She is so, so, so incredibly right all

00:00:35.920 the time. I'm surprised Justin Trudeau hasn't invoked the Emergency Services Act on her. She

00:00:41.780 is the she-devil with a sword. She is the Khaleesi of Northern Alberta. She is Sheila Gunn-Reed. How 0.97

00:00:50.060 are you doing there, Sheila? Looking up to do for all that time you took off work, but you were

00:00:57.100 working hard to get caught up because that was the best, I think, intro that you've given me ever. I

00:01:03.600 appreciate that so much. I was good, but now I'm great. Well, Sheila, so much news on the docket that

00:01:13.120 we better eclipse the small talk and get right to the ostensible policy reason of what we're doing.

00:01:20.920 And I mean, there's even news breaking as we speak, such as the Ottawa police chief resigning. So can

00:01:28.360 you give the housekeeping rules out there to tell the folks who are unfamiliar in terms of how this

00:01:35.880 show works? I will. And I'm just going to say something to Mr. Producer really fast. Can you

00:01:42.160 find, I don't need it right now, but I'll just give you a head start. Can you please find the clip of

00:01:47.320 Justin Trudeau talking about tow truck drivers? Because I cannot explain to you how much that

00:01:53.500 irritates me. And I am so full of opinions about that. Thank you very much. Because it is, what he

00:02:00.200 said there is exactly why the protest is happening on his doorstep. And he's too dumb to figure it out. 1.00

00:02:06.800 My eyes starting to twitch. I'm so mad about that. Okay, but let's get into the, as David says, 1.00

00:02:11.660 the ostensible policy reason about why we're here today. So this is the Rebel News daily live stream

00:02:15.740 used to just be hosted on Friday and just by Ezra. But then the world got crazy. And that meant that

00:02:23.000 Ezra had more work to do than ever. So he sort of stepped aside from hosting the live stream,

00:02:27.180 but we still expanded it five full work days of the week, wherein we sit down and talk to you about

00:02:33.400 the news of the day. And we talk to each other because sometimes that's the best way to talk

00:02:37.400 about things as it's breaking. For example, just before we jumped on air here, apparently the Ottawa

00:02:41.700 police chief has resigned. So there's that. We're going to talk about that today. And it used to be a

00:02:47.740 great opportunity for you to support the work that we do completely willingly when we were on YouTube,

00:02:52.180 but then YouTube demonetized us. But we said, Oh, YouTube, we're not going anywhere.

00:02:57.280 We're now we're staying for spite. So we're still broadcasting on YouTube. However,

00:03:03.080 if you are watching us on YouTube, and you'd like to support the work that we do

00:03:07.960 completely willingly, unlike what Justin Trudeau makes you do with the mainstream media,

00:03:12.040 might I suggest you migrate over to some of the other more free speech oriented platforms

00:03:17.540 that do allow you to support the work that we do. And those platforms are Odyssey, wherein you can

00:03:24.280 leave us a hyper chat, Rumble, wherein you can leave us a rant, or Super U, wherein you can leave

00:03:30.200 us a shout. And if you do that, Mr. Producer will send us your paid chat, and we will do our best to

00:03:37.020 read them on air and address your question, query, comment, story idea. And we're also streaming on

00:03:44.140 getter. So this is the third week of going live on getter. And I think that's kind of fun. And

00:03:49.980 I say it every day, I'm making conscious effort to spend more time on getter and less time on Twitter,

00:03:55.780 because Twitter is also a censorship platform, and they should not be getting my golden thoughts

00:04:01.500 for free. So I'm going to spend a little bit more time on getter. And before we even started the show,

00:04:07.340 we had two chats come into us, actually, three chats come into us for chats come into us. So I'm

00:04:13.800 going to breeze through those, then we'll get to the news of the day. And boy, oh, boy, thanks very

00:04:18.000 much. Also, I want to point out, David, happy rebel birthday. Oh, for who? Us, the company.

00:04:29.560 The company itself, of course. How could I forget that? Yeah, this is our happy rebel birthday. So

00:04:36.680 maybe if you want to send your favorite news organization, news and commentary and activism

00:04:43.680 organization, a birthday gift, why don't you do it in the form of a paid chat? That would be great.

00:04:51.140 Because this is our seventh year, we're beginning our seventh year. And from the very beginning,

00:04:56.900 people have told us we can't survive, we have the wrong business model. But we survive every single

00:05:02.720 day because our viewers, our supporters want us to survive. So we must live on. There's so much work

00:05:08.960 left to do. And I think we are needed now more than ever. Or they can send flowers, Sheila. I mean,

00:05:14.520 it's the day after Valentine's Day. The prices just took a nosedive. Kind of like a pumpkin on November

00:05:22.980 1st, an evergreen tree on Boxing Day. So there you go. Works, you know, for our viewers,

00:05:29.820 they get a deep discount. And you deserve, I think, a dozen long Samroses for all the hard work

00:05:35.340 you've been doing, Sheila. That's just me speaking, of course. Do you know what? I could take or leave

00:05:40.100 flowers. But if you send me a jar of pickles, I'll be super pleased with that. Let's read through some

00:05:45.580 of these chats really fast. We've got Annalisa1964. Annalisa loves David. She gives us 10 bucks and says,

00:05:54.560 my internet sucks at work. And I'm going to miss my two favorite people. Oh, that's so nice.

00:05:59.340 What a crazy Canada we live in. It's heartbreaking for sure. Anyway, sending love and strength to all

00:06:04.380 of you. Well, thanks, Annalisa. I appreciate that very much. Rolypolyoli gives us a buck. Mahalo,

00:06:11.180 adorable, deplorable rebels. Will Rumble be impacted by censorship since it's based in Canada? I guess

00:06:19.720 there's only one way to find that out. And that is going to be the hard way. But I think Rumble in

00:06:26.100 response to how, you know, censorious Canada is, I'm sure they've got contingency plans built into

00:06:33.440 everything. And I think they already took advantage of a contingency plan. Mr. Producer just whispered to

00:06:39.720 me that Rumble has already moved really to the land of the free and the home of the brave. That would be

00:06:45.580 the state of Florida. So I guess they saw some dark clouds on the horizon. Or maybe they just want to

00:06:52.700 get away from this frigid icebox we call the Dominion of Canada in February. So there you go. And

00:06:59.960 you know, they have an ally in that state with Governor DeSantis.

00:07:06.020 Big Ron's freedom utopia. History Club World gives us a buck. Is Rebel doing anything to celebrate your

00:07:13.540 seventh anniversary of being founded? Depending on what you count, it was either yesterday as that was

00:07:19.220 the announcement of Rebel or tomorrow as it that was the anniversary of you starting programming.

00:07:26.020 Well, we heard in the morning meeting today that Ezra, the founder of the company,

00:07:31.540 says that it's today. So it's today. And I think sitting down with my friend David,

00:07:37.740 I think we are outside of Ezra, and maybe Mr. VP of Operations. I think we're the longest serving

00:07:47.280 rebels. I think. I think you're right. And wow, History Club World, he's really paying attention,

00:07:52.420 isn't he, Sheila? Oh, he's like a laser beam. We should put him in charge of our Wikipedia page.

00:07:58.580 John Endwistle gives us 20 bucks. Pierre and Justine, two peas in a pod. They didn't have the

00:08:07.800 smarts to avoid martial law. Just watch me, Daddy. I'll finish what you started. The Cuban sperm donor 1.00

00:08:13.420 must be happy as well. You know, that's the thing about Justin Trudeau's actions. If you didn't want

00:08:20.600 to confirm everybody's conspiracy theories that you are a Cuban totalitarian dictator's son,

00:08:26.940 maybe don't act like a Cuban totalitarian dictator's son.

00:08:32.120 Indeed. Or as the serial killer in Dirty Harry said, please, I scare easy.

00:08:42.160 Oh, man. Now, I think we should just start moving on to the news of the day because there's so many.

00:08:48.620 But again, if you want to send us a birthday gift, that'd be great. You can do that in the form of a

00:08:54.720 rumble rant, odyssey, hyperchat, super you shout, because today is our seventh birthday, my seventh

00:09:01.720 year of being David's favorite colleague, which I think is wonderful.

00:09:06.420 It's true.

00:09:08.220 I endorse that message.

00:09:09.780 So, Sheila, of course, in addition to Chiefs Lowley resigning in Ottawa, of course, Justin Trudeau and the

00:09:22.120 Liberals invoking the Emergency Services Act for the first time ever since it was minted in 1988,

00:09:28.420 the stripping of liberties for an emergency that doesn't exist, that is the hot topic right now.

00:09:35.920 And I'm happy to report that, well, aside from the CBC, which gets the most government pork

00:09:43.580 payola to the tune of $1.5 billion or so, even those on the left, their spidey senses are

00:09:52.180 tingling about this. You know, this is supposed to be an act invoked, as the title would say,

00:09:58.880 Sheila, in terms of a dire emergency that would affect the health and safety of Canadians.

00:10:06.100 This was something that wasn't even invoked in 9-11, if you can imagine. And yet it's peaceful

00:10:13.640 protesters, truckers on Parliament Hill, that is causing Justin Trudeau enormous amounts of

00:10:21.320 embarrassment. And, you know, in getting world attention of him being a laughingstock. And also,

00:10:31.220 let's talk about that Maru poll that came out just a few days ago, based on his actions of the last

00:10:37.700 two weeks. His popularity is now 16%. Yeah, so who's the fringe minority now, Sheila? But I think

00:10:49.260 these are the real reasons for him invoking this. He is vindictive. I think he's borderline

00:10:58.740 psychopathic, and not in a killing way, but in terms of his personality, in terms of his ego.

00:11:06.480 And he is lashing out at salt of the earth Canadians involved in a peaceful protest. There's no

00:11:14.320 emergency. There's no natural disaster. There's no outbreak of cholera or what have you. And I guess

00:11:21.520 what, you know, directly tied to that, I assume, Sheila, is the resignation of the Ottawa Police

00:11:27.680 Chief. Since that's the most breaking news on this, what do you think is the unspoken reason

00:11:32.680 for Chief Slally saying, that's it, I'm out of here?

00:11:36.320 I think we're going to find out in the next couple of hours. But if I had to guess,

00:11:41.680 he doesn't want to do the things that the feds want him to do. That's what I think. I think

00:11:47.520 stealing the fuel was probably as far as the Ottawa Police, at least the chief, was willing to go.

00:11:58.300 But I think that the feds are probably asking him to do things that he's not willing to do.

00:12:02.520 And up until the time, like you could tell there was a point at which the Ottawa Police were acting

00:12:09.040 normally. And then you could almost tell if you follow their Twitter timeline, when they started

00:12:14.340 getting leaned on by the feds. And you could tell there was a change in tone. And I think all things

00:12:24.740 considered, they've been pretty forthcoming to debunk internet rumors. So when people were saying

00:12:33.340 this is violent, this is a violent occupation, the Ottawa Police would put out a tweet saying,

00:12:40.740 actually, it's not. We don't have any reports of anything that you're saying. When there was that

00:12:47.260 fake arson that both Kelly investigated journalistically in a written piece and then Alexa

00:12:54.040 did from on the ground, when the left spread a complete and total lie that people related to

00:13:01.060 the convoy pulled the old Jussie Smollett. They basically said they tried to start an arson in

00:13:08.800 an apartment building and lock people in the building. The police chief said, we're looking

00:13:15.860 for people because we can see on the security footage that they did it. But there's no evidence

00:13:20.920 that these are these people are related to the convoy. So as much as they've been leaned on the Ottawa

00:13:26.760 police by the feds, and they've done some crazy things, thanks to that pressure from the feds.

00:13:33.240 I yeah, this is what I'm talking about. I wonder if their subway sandwiches made it out of the arson,

00:13:38.340 okay, if you know what I mean. But I think this police chief is resigning, because not because

00:13:46.220 he failed his city, but because he doesn't want to do the things the feds want him to do.

00:13:52.380 I think it might be right, Sheila. And I'll give you that point about the Ottawa police debunking some

00:13:58.020 of the more outrageous rumors. But on the same, on the other hand, I should say, when I was in Ottawa

00:14:05.180 two weekends ago, and they put out that press release, noting that 400 more than 450 charges

00:14:13.060 had been levied in one weekend against the demonstrators. And you go, Oh, that sounds serious.

00:14:18.720 And then you drill down and you look parking tickets. Yeah. Improper muffler window auto automobile

00:14:25.600 windows tinted too darkly seatbelt violations. You know, I think they were kind of ginning things

00:14:33.520 up. But more disturbingly, Sheila, I think that was helped along with our friend Bill Blair, though.

00:14:39.400 I honestly think the feds were leaning pretty hard on the Ottawa police. Now it is their job to represent

00:14:45.180 the city of Ottawa and not Bill Blair's failing role as public safety minister. But I think in

00:14:52.280 fairness, I think that they were leaned on pretty heavy by the feds there too. Yeah. Look at this.

00:14:56.240 Yeah. There you go. That if you're going to resign, this is what you should have resigned for,

00:15:00.820 by the way. You know, it's it is surreal that Bill Blair, Sheila, is the public safety minister.

00:15:06.920 This was the master of disaster back in 2010 when he was Toronto police chief, the G20, when day one,

00:15:14.980 they allowed Antifa and the Black Block and the like to declare war on the city. Smash shopkeepers 1.00

00:15:22.880 windows actually overturned police cruisers and set them on fire. And it was stand down, stand down. And

00:15:29.080 then the next day forming kennel operations where they were arresting Torontonians just going about

00:15:36.160 their business. If you were in the wrong place at the wrong time, you were arrested, detained,

00:15:41.020 handcuffed. What a disaster. By the way, Bill Blair, just let folks know, he represents a Scarborough

00:15:47.620 riding, probably, you know, a higher than average crime rate than the rest of the city, which is why

00:15:54.200 Bill Blair doesn't even live in his own riding. He lives in Tony upper class Forest Hill. Yeah. So

00:16:01.100 there's your former police chief, your public safety minister, seems a little gun shy when it comes to

00:16:08.360 dealing with some of the own constituents of his riding. And of course, in addition to that, that was a

00:16:15.340 horrible event, the elderly man being treated so violently. But what sticks a micro to about bad

00:16:22.800 behavior by the Ottawa police, Sheila, was the confiscation of jerrycans. I don't even know.

00:16:29.540 It's a question for our lawyers. I'm not saying I have the answer. But I don't even know if they're on

00:16:33.980 firm ground, especially prior to the Emergency Services Act being invoked to confiscate people's

00:16:42.480 private property from private automobiles or on public streets or what have you. So that has to be

00:16:49.340 tested in court. So yeah, on one hand, they did their fair share of debunking crazy rumors, but

00:16:54.580 also a bit of egregious behavior on the other hand. Oh, for sure. That stealing the jerrycans,

00:17:01.360 I think, was probably the worst, unless we count roughing up that nice old man that Lincoln did a

00:17:08.320 really, really great report on. And we are helping him fight his ticket that he received through the

00:17:16.440 democracy fund. Speaking of crime, is there a drug problem in Ottawa? Do you know? Are you referring to

00:17:25.160 Ms. Freeland? Yeah, because she looks like she's on meth. Should we run that video? So she looked like she was 1.00

00:17:32.440 tweaking yesterday. Like she's going to go home, take apart her toaster, put it back together,

00:17:37.640 connect it with the microwave, electrocute herself, stay up all night, stay up for three days.

00:17:43.440 Look at her. Is she having some sort of manic episode? 1.00

00:17:48.300 You know, when I was watching that with Lady Menzoid, I said, because she's not even speaking, 1.00

00:17:52.840 of course, I think at this point it is the Prime Minister. And I said to Lady Menzoid, I said, 0.97

00:17:57.840 this is so distracting. I can't even hear what the Prime Minister's saying, because, I mean,

00:18:02.700 look at her. She looks like, you know, Sheila, a bobblehead doll on the dashboard of a Wrangler 0.99

00:18:08.540 taking part in the Jeep Jamboree. I mean, she doesn't stop moving, right? Oh, the way she moves,

00:18:15.980 the way she grooves, Sheila.

00:18:17.700 If you, if she were wearing different clothes, somebody doing the old, you know, meth boogie 0.53

00:18:28.420 like that, she could be at any inner city bottle depot, any, in any city in the country. And I'm not

00:18:37.400 making fun of people on drugs. I'm just saying that is how they wiggle and move. And she can't stand 1.00

00:18:43.800 still. And her eyes are doing that, like, pinwheel thing where they're just like, she's wearing her

00:18:49.820 mask. So you can really see how kind of crazy her eyes are. She's just like, I don't know. There's 0.66

00:18:56.980 something really wrong with that woman, really wrong with her. And some say she should not be in

00:19:01.520 charge of anything. And now she's in charge of confiscating bank accounts. Sheila, in charge of 1.00

00:19:07.460 anything. Some people say this is the Prime Minister in waiting. Can you imagine that?

00:19:13.800 We might get sentimental and misty eyed for Justin if that happens.

00:19:20.380 And you know, Sheila, you raise a good point. She's a hobgoblin. 1.00

00:19:23.820 You know, kidding aside, this Emergency Services Act, I've been getting calls from people

00:19:31.860 because of this, what you just mentioned, the confiscation or the freezing of bank accounts,

00:19:37.680 the forfeiture potentially. And I'm not making, I'm not trying to be funny here, folks, but

00:19:42.980 I spoke to one person. She said, I gave 50 bucks to the Freedom Convoy, came out of my bank.

00:19:52.300 Does that put me on a list? Is there some bureaucracy or somebody at the CRA that is going

00:19:58.820 to red flag me for this donation, linking my donation to terrorist, air quotes, you know,

00:20:06.440 because that's what these people are being labeled, Sheila, as you know, economic terrorists. Funny

00:20:12.420 that because when it comes to economic terrorism, I would argue that's the government's job. They've

00:20:18.280 been doing that to Canadians for two years now. The estimation is that more than $1 trillion has been

00:20:26.240 sucked out of the Canadian economy for all these stupid lockdown mandates, which we know now do not 0.99

00:20:32.900 work. So, you know, when it comes to economic terrorists, Justin, look in the mirror. And let's 1.00

00:20:37.580 not forget terrorist classic. This is the same government in 2016, Sheila, that gave our homegrown 0.88

00:20:43.720 Al-Qaeda terrorist, Omar Khadr, a man who murdered a U.S. serviceman and partially blinded another $10.5

00:20:51.520 million. Jeez, who needs a lucky Lotto 649 ticket when you can go out and commit terrorism and then,

00:20:59.260 I guess, claim you have hurt feelings and you've got an eight-figure check coming to you. So,

00:21:05.040 this is, you know, I'm going to make a suggestion to our folks. If you have donated

00:21:11.260 to the Trucker Convoy, phone your bank, ask to speak to the manager if you can, record the call,

00:21:18.720 and just say, look, am I potentially going to be slammed on this? Now, I think the optics,

00:21:25.580 the PR optics of a little old lady somewhere in Saskatchewan having her bank account frozen

00:21:32.780 because she gave 20 bucks to the Trucker Convoy are brutal and perhaps even illegal if challenged. 0.68

00:21:41.200 But would you put such behavior beyond Justin Trudeau, Sheila?

00:21:45.400 No. They invoked the same rules that prevent you from giving material support to ISIS

00:21:52.900 and unleashed them on grandmas who donated $20 to the convoy because they wanted to 0.51

00:22:00.380 have the truckers buy their kids an ice cream along the way. That's how atrocious this government is.

00:22:06.940 They're treating law-abiding, bingo-playing, quilting grandmothers like they're ISIS brides. 0.97

00:22:14.940 And I don't think it's really about the money. And I don't think it's about the financing.

00:22:19.100 It's about the data. They want that data because they want an enemy's list. They

00:22:23.900 know that Give, Send, Go, and GoFundMe have your name, your email address, where you live.

00:22:30.560 And if you're a larger donor, they really want that information because they want to know

00:22:35.700 who in the public sector is disloyal to the government, who in policing is disloyal to the

00:22:41.800 government, who in the armed forces is disloyal to the government, who in the business community

00:22:46.680 is disloyal to the government. And that's what they want this data for. It's not about the money.

00:22:52.200 The Liberals are taking kickbacks all over the place. They don't really care about your ability

00:22:57.140 to fundraise. Although this does spook people away from ever fundraising again, which kneecaps

00:23:03.860 the opposition to the Liberals going forward. But they want that data because they want an

00:23:08.640 enemy's list.

00:23:09.640 That is terrifying. And as well, Sheila, do you get the sense that there might be a big

00:23:15.340 red target on the back of our heads here at Rebel News?

00:23:19.220 Oh, you better believe it. Yep.

00:23:21.440 And that's scary too.

00:23:22.620 Yeah. I mean, we live and die on crowdfunding. So when you go after crowdfunding, you may as well

00:23:28.480 call that the rebel law.

00:23:30.960 Well, today is payday for us. I better check my bank account.

00:23:34.660 Is it?

00:23:37.640 So see if there's been an unauthorized withdrawal. I keep getting those calls every day from people

00:23:45.580 with thick accents, of which I can't determine the origin, saying Service Canada has questions

00:23:53.440 about my banking or my social insurance number.

00:23:56.920 Oh, they probably do.

00:23:59.040 Maybe these are real people and not grifters.

00:24:03.680 Justin Trudeau, did you give money to a pro-life organization? Because that's how you get audited

00:24:08.840 pretty fast. Now, Mr. Producer, I know we've got so much to get to, but this thing with Trudeau

00:24:17.260 and the tow truck drivers, it's, I don't like to use the word offensive to me because sometimes I

00:24:24.000 feel like when people say they're offended, it's just because they can't control their emotions.

00:24:27.300 But this, as somebody from the working class, I'll be in the working class forever. I'll die 0.93

00:24:34.900 in the working class. This, he doesn't even understand that his remarks here, they're exactly

00:24:42.480 why the protest is happening. Can you roll those remarks about the tow truck drivers?

00:24:45.880 The issues that we have seen is a challenge in getting tow trucks to actually show up to bring

00:24:53.380 out to move these large rigs. In Windsor, we relied on generous partnership with the Americans

00:25:05.620 to be able to get tow trucks to move the big trucks. Now, with these measures that we've put

00:25:13.820 in place, there will be an ability to compel, for just compensation, tow truck owners and operators

00:25:22.200 to actually do the jobs for which they have contracts with various orders of government

00:25:27.980 to keep highways and roads clear.

00:25:31.620 By the way, since I just got, oh, sorry, Sheila, go ahead.

00:25:34.620 Go ahead. No, no, no. Go ahead.

00:25:36.020 I was just going to say, since I just got back hours ago from Windsor, Ontario, the end of the

00:25:41.980 blockade of the Ambassador Bridge, I can tell you in the end game, I only saw one big rig tow.

00:25:49.520 It was a big red one. I couldn't get close enough because of the police

00:25:52.180 line to see where the plates were. So I don't know if it came from the U.S. side of the border

00:25:57.280 or not. Secondly, what's very interesting about Windsor right now, they've cleared the bridge.

00:26:06.700 It opened very late Sunday night, I presume after the Super Bowl, so everybody could watch the big

00:26:12.900 game. But here's the thing, Sheila. The major thoroughfare is Huron Church. That was actually where

00:26:19.260 our hotel was situated on. And what they did late Sunday night was the law enforcement,

00:26:26.360 that is, with city trucks, they put these giant concrete barriers on Huron Church, preventing,

00:26:33.300 so Huron Church is north-south. There's major east-west thoroughfares. You cannot cross that

00:26:41.420 major street. In other words, Huron Church is now a humongous on-ramp to the Ambassador Bridge. In other

00:26:51.040 words, the only traffic on there means you're going to the U.S. You can't turn off of it. And I'll tell

00:26:58.060 you something, Sheila. An odd thing has happened. And by the way, why they've done that, law enforcement,

00:27:03.220 is they don't want protesters to come back and interfere and set up shop again. And so I couldn't

00:27:10.760 help the perverse irony here. People in Windsor were complaining about a trucker convoy blockade

00:27:19.520 hurting their businesses. And effectively, it's been replaced by a law enforcement blockade. And if you

00:27:27.900 think I'm exaggerating, you know, Sheila, on the way back to Toronto, I was listening to their AM

00:27:32.260 news talk station. And it was a gentleman who phoned in, get a load of this. He's a florist.

00:27:39.060 This took effect on Valentine's Day. His voice was quivering because his customers can't get to his

00:27:47.300 shop on the number one day for a florist, Valentine's Day. So, you know, and he said, I love the city of

00:27:56.280 Windsor. I love the people, but what can I do? And your heart has to go out to someone like that

00:28:02.820 and the other merchants. I went to a, and I've got video of this. I went to a Tim Hortons at

00:28:08.220 lunchtime on Huron Church. I was the only customer. By the way, I had to get there by foot

00:28:13.720 because I couldn't figure out how to get there by vehicle. Nobody in the drive-thru, nobody in the

00:28:19.920 restaurant. I've never seen a Tim Hortons at lunchtime like this. So, Sheila, where, it's a

00:28:25.360 bittersweet victory, I think, for the city of Windsor. You've replaced one economic blockade

00:28:30.120 with another. Yeah. But this is Justin Trudeau, and he doesn't actually care about the working

00:28:37.120 man. He only cares about winning. That's all this is about. When you think about what his

00:28:43.660 options were yesterday, his options were given a reasonable timeline for reopening or invoke

00:28:52.380 the modern version of the War Measures Act. Violate the civil liberties of 35 million Canadians

00:28:59.140 or give a reasonable timeline for reopening. And he went with violate the civil liberties of 35

00:29:05.840 million people because he couldn't admit that he lost and the working class won. 0.95

00:29:13.400 And, Sheila, talk about negotiating in bad faith. Oh, my goodness. I assume that's being

00:29:20.440 photoshopped. You never know.

00:29:25.200 You know, and Sheila, as I said, talk about negotiating in bad faith, because yesterday

00:29:30.540 there were negotiations afoot with the truckers who are south of Wellington Street, which is where

00:29:36.280 Parliament Hill is, to get their rigs out of other streets in Ottawa. And I understood there was going

00:29:43.380 to be some movement on that. There was an agreement. And right after you shake hands on that, pow, the

00:29:49.300 Emergency Services Act invoked, and Justin Trudeau lamenting the lack of tow trucks. And by the way, to the

00:29:56.420 Ottawa area tow truck community, good on you for not taking place, you know, not taking part, rather, in this

00:30:04.700 jihad against the trucker convoy. And Sheila, I so love it. I understand when Ottawa police reached out to the

00:30:11.900 towing companies, they said, sorry, we're all off with COVID right now.

00:30:19.660 You can't argue against that, right?

00:30:22.140 You know what? I want to go back to what Justin Trudeau intends to do to the tow truck drivers,

00:30:26.500 drivers, because it wasn't just Justin Trudeau who said that one of his other puppets, human meat

00:30:33.780 puppets, we call cabinet ministers, reiterated it. And the same thing is playing out here in Alberta,

00:30:40.900 the Alberta government is gone about procuring their own tow trucks, because they knew that they

00:30:48.420 couldn't get any tow operators or heavy haul operators, rig move people, because that's what you

00:30:55.380 would need. That's what you would need to get, you know, those big rotator trucks.

00:31:00.260 That's what you would need to have to move away the blockade at Coutts, which is now dispersing.

00:31:05.140 But the Alberta government knew we're never going to be able to hire somebody.

00:31:09.780 So we have to buy our own tow trucks, which is what they're doing. But the reason I want.

00:31:15.460 Yeah. Yeah.

00:31:16.500 Those must be very expensive, those heavy tows, Sheila.

00:31:20.900 Money is no object for the government.

00:31:23.540 Sorry, what am I thinking?

00:31:25.940 David, they don't care about money.

00:31:29.540 But I want to go back to the what Justin Trudeau plans to do to the tow operators,

00:31:34.260 because it's not that he just wants to procure their trucks, like a police officer chasing a dirt

00:31:40.180 bag. When they say, give me your car, I'm chasing a bad guy, and you jump out. No.

00:31:45.060 This is where Justin Trudeau and the government are not only going to commandeer your business,

00:31:51.220 they are again going to commandeer your physical body for government purposes, which is why people

00:31:59.620 are protesting the vaccine mandate. Because they're saying, I get to say what I do with my body.

00:32:05.140 When Justin Trudeau says to the tow operators, your truck is going to work for us. But not only your

00:32:10.980 truck, you, you as a human being, are going to work for us. Don't worry, we'll pay you. But you

00:32:16.820 don't have a choice in any of this. That's exactly why people are in Ottawa. It's whether the liberals

00:32:23.220 want to acknowledge it or not. And I was so mad about this, I had to write down my thoughts.

00:32:27.300 They look at the working class, like we are owned by them, and we must do their bidding. They don't

00:32:34.340 look at us like we're living, breathing human beings with hopes and dreams and free will, and a plan for

00:32:42.740 our own future, or a plan for our own day even, that Justin Trudeau gets a say in all of that. To them,

00:32:49.780 they look at us like we are just automatons and coveralls. We're just robots. And they can

00:32:55.860 commandeer us and do whatever they want to us. And it's exactly that reason why the liberals have

00:33:01.860 reacted with such horror at the convoy. They don't understand that this working class of people, 1.00

00:33:08.740 these automatons and coveralls, they don't understand why we just won't listen to them

00:33:13.780 and do what they say. Because look at them, they're our moral and intellectual superiors,

00:33:18.180 and we're just dummies and coveralls. And that's why the convoy happened. And yet still, 0.98

00:33:23.780 no self-awareness, even in their measures to deal with the convoy, they keep that same attitude.

00:33:29.060 You know, Sheila, I never even thought of it until you raised it. And I'd have to look at the

00:33:33.700 nitty-gritty fine print of the Emergency Services Act to see if they indeed have this power. But what

00:33:38.820 you're saying is that the Justin Trudeau liberals are going to nationalize the local tow truck industry.

00:33:46.100 This is banana republic stuff. Well, we don't grow bananas in Canada, of course, because of our

00:33:53.700 climate. So why don't we call it a maple syrup republic kind of stuff? And that could be what

00:34:00.980 we're going to see. You're not going to do it voluntarily. Hey, sucker, check out the fine

00:34:06.660 print in the Emergency Services Act. We're taking your truck and we're going to enlist, well, whoever, 0.98

00:34:12.100 to do the dirty work. We aren't your slaves. We aren't your slaves. And again, this reminds me

00:34:20.020 of Hugo Chavez walking around going, expropriate, expropriate, expropriate. Have you ever seen that

00:34:25.780 video where he's walking through this area where his enemies own the property and he's just pointing,

00:34:31.460 saying, yeah, expropriate that too. You know what? I don't like your face. Expropriate that.

00:34:36.660 That is what Justin Trudeau is doing to people who are entrepreneurs. They don't have a choice

00:34:42.740 whether they reject a government contract anymore. And if you don't have a choice whether or not you

00:34:48.020 can engage in a contract, that is slavery. And you know, Sheila, to your other point about elitism,

00:34:55.060 that is what we're seeing here too. One law for thee, one law for me. And I just go back 48 hours ago.

00:35:00.420 I don't know if you watch the Super Bowl. Everybody at SoFi Stadium, which I guess seats close to 80,000

00:35:08.260 people, no masks. You know, there's King LeBron and Matt Damon and Jennifer Lopez and all the elites

00:35:17.380 you could ask for in the expensive seats. There you go. Where's the mask? No masks. And meanwhile,

00:35:24.580 the very next morning after the Rams win the Super Bowl, guess what? Elementary students in the Los

00:35:31.620 Angeles area have to go to school masked up when we know that the one demographic that is virtually

00:35:41.060 immune to getting very sick or dying from COVID are healthy children. I mean, this is despicable.

00:35:49.060 Yeah, it is one rule for me and one rule for thee or however you say it. But I mean, this is what we've

00:35:56.340 seen since the very beginning of the pandemic. We couldn't travel cross border. You could not travel

00:36:03.220 cross border. If you at the beginning of the pandemic, if you wanted to go to Quebec, you couldn't do it.

00:36:08.740 But Justin Trudeau did to go to his cottage, whatever, Harrington Lake. He could travel.

00:36:16.980 Doug Ford, he could go to his cottage. Well, he had to do some plumbing, I think, right?

00:36:22.900 Should check. I'm sure he does a ton of plumbing. I could just see him laying under the sink, fixing

00:36:28.420 the plumbing. Oh, that's plumber's crack. I never want to see. This is what I'm saying.

00:36:35.700 You know, Sky Palace in Alberta. This is from the very beginning. Every single locker downer meant,

00:36:44.260 no, you're locked down. I'm not locked down. I'm clean. You're dirty. You're locked down. And

00:36:50.020 that's what it's been like from the very beginning. But when I see these despicable monsters parading 0.93

00:36:55.620 around without masks while little kids are forced to wear them makes me sick.

00:37:00.580 And Sheila, let us never forget, I think, one of the most despicable examples of the double standard, 0.99

00:37:06.420 and that was last year when Maxime Bernier crossed into Manitoba. The RCMP arrested him, handcuffed him.

00:37:14.420 And that was that famous exchange where the police officer with the RCMP said to Mr. Bernier,

00:37:20.260 are you carrying any weapons? And Bernier would just spot on. He said, no, unless my thoughts, my ideas are weapons.

00:37:29.540 And they are, according to the people in government and the censorious thugs in Silicon Valley,

00:37:38.420 not thinking the right way. They consider us to be weaponized.

00:37:44.260 Yep. Mr. Producer whispers in my ear, we've got some breaking news out of Quebec about their vax pass.

00:37:51.460 Do you really want me to read this in French? Okay, thank you.

00:37:54.100 New. According to our information, there is a last minute change. The Minister of Health

00:38:01.460 should announce this afternoon that the vaccine passport will be suspended in supermarkets,

00:38:07.860 the SAQ and the SQDC for tomorrow. I don't know what those abbreviations are. Is that the liquor

00:38:12.980 store in the pot store? I think you're right about SQDC, C for cannabis, if it translates in French.

00:38:20.500 SAQ is definitely Quebec's version of the LCBO, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. And believe me,

00:38:27.300 folks, they're big on the C word, control. That's their government booze monopoly. You know,

00:38:34.340 it's funny. Again, Sheila, government owned liquor stores, in terms of the double standard,

00:38:41.220 they were never affected by closures, were they? Not a single LCBO closed down, and I presume SAQ.

00:38:50.500 Because, well, that's their business. And of course, we don't want to hurt ourselves,

00:38:56.340 much like Premier Ford's Deco labels never closed. In fact, I do believe from my sources,

00:39:02.900 they've never had a better year or years at Deco labels. You know, printing off those arrows to

00:39:09.700 direct aisle traffic in a supermarket in case there's a COVID collision in aisle five. Talk about a clean up.

00:39:16.820 So again, one law for thee, one law for me. And also, I just want to say this, Sheila,

00:39:22.580 if anyone out there is saying, well, aside from blocking streets and honking their horns all day,

00:39:28.900 what tangible result have these trucker convoys, are they responsible for? Well, that, what you just read,

00:39:38.340 and other provinces in the last two weeks announcing rollbacks of mandates, including Premier Ford here in

00:39:44.820 Ontario, who had the audacity to say, this has nothing to do with the pressure coming from the

00:39:52.180 protests of the convoys. Just a coincidence. You know, and if you believe that, I've got a piece of

00:39:58.020 infrastructure in Brooklyn that's for sale for you right now, folks.

00:40:02.420 Now, we have a couple of other things we should get to. We should talk about

00:40:06.820 Gassy Jack and the convoy in Coots. And then we've got an enormous amount of chats to get to.

00:40:14.740 And I'd like to remind everybody, if you're watching, it is Rebel News' seventh birthday.

00:40:21.700 Our demise has been predicted from the very beginning, but I think we are stronger than

00:40:26.980 ever and more necessary than ever. But if you would like to give us a birthday gift,

00:40:31.940 might I suggest you go to Rumble, leave us a rant, Odyssey, leave us a hyper chat, or Super U,

00:40:38.020 leave us a shout to support the work that we do, because we don't take any money from Justin Trudeau.

00:40:42.020 And how could we, when we hold him to account every single day, remember that when you're

00:40:46.340 watching the mainstream media, when you're like, why, why aren't they going hard on him?

00:40:50.260 Don't go hard on your boss. I wouldn't, I, you know, I might give Ezra some gentle criticism,

00:40:56.980 but I know he's the boss, he's paying the bills. And it's the same thing with Justin Trudeau in the

00:41:00.580 mainstream media. Okay, let's talk about, since we're on the topic of hypocrisy, Gassy Jack.

00:41:08.900 Gassy Jack. So Gassy Jack is Vancouver's statue. It's in Gastown. That's like their bar and pub

00:41:20.020 neighborhood in Vancouver. I'm too old to know what that is. But it was pulled down

00:41:27.860 yesterday. And if you didn't hear about it, maybe you get too much of your news from the mainstream

00:41:32.740 media. It was covered in red paint and it was yanked down by protesters yesterday. During the

00:41:40.820 annual Women's Memorial March, when they walked past Gassy Jack, they yanked it down. And I don't 0.62

00:41:47.300 know where the cops were because it took these people a fair bit of time to throw ropes around it

00:41:53.860 and topple the statue. I'm surprised nobody got hurt. These people are not known for their good

00:41:57.940 judgment or their reflexes. So Gassy Jack is John Dayton. He was a British bar owner in Gastown,

00:42:08.020 where he operated a saloon. And some people don't like him because he was married to both a

00:42:15.940 Squamish woman who died and then later on her 12 year old niece who ran away from him when she turned 15.

00:42:21.220 So people don't like him. He's an evil colonizer. And so we should pull down every statue of him. 0.92

00:42:29.300 And I guess pretend Gastown doesn't exist. So this this, though, is fine. This civil disobedience,

00:42:36.020 fine. But putting a Canadian flag on Terry Fox is desecration.

00:42:42.340 Oh, Sheila, why don't we don't even have to make that bridge. Why don't we compare apples with apples 1.00

00:42:48.500 here? A Canadian flag on Terry Fox that was placed there on the first day of the first Saturday,

00:42:55.700 rather, of the trucker convoy in Ottawa is, as you said, desecration. But planting a gay pride flag 0.98

00:43:05.860 on Terry Fox, which happens, I understand, every pride parade. And we have photos that have been sent

00:43:13.060 in by our viewers to demonstrate that. Oh, well, that's celebrating diversity. So a Canadian flag

00:43:19.940 in championing freedom, that's bad. But a rainbow flag, kind of like that visual right now that I'm

00:43:29.700 looking at. Well, if it's for the LGBTQ, Q, S, S, X, Y, Z, and sometimes Y community, that's perfectly fine.

00:43:40.820 Nothing to see here. So but I agree with you. This idea of leftists pulling down statues,

00:43:49.540 rewriting our history or attempting to, including that of our very first Prime Minister, Sir John A.

00:43:55.700 MacDonald, that gets a free pass. That'll be described as a mostly peaceful protest.

00:44:02.340 Who cleans up even at the very least. So what if you think this statue needs to come down?

00:44:07.620 OK, there are probably ways where you could get it done. The Vancouver City Council seems

00:44:12.580 pretty left to me. If you went and got them to bring a motion before council,

00:44:17.300 they would probably pull it down. They would probably just take it down. But I guess it's

00:44:22.340 perfectly fine for people to take matters into their own hands. And as a taxpayer, who cleans up all this

00:44:27.700 red paint? Oh, I agree. You know what I mean? They're down in Ottawa, sweeping the streets,

00:44:33.540 cleaning up the streets, picking up garbage. But that's terrorism. But coating the streets in

00:44:41.060 red paint and pulling down a statue, that's activism. Can't you see?

00:44:44.340 You know, I am absolutely certain you're right, Sheila, that the councillors at Vancouver City Council,

00:44:49.860 they're down with the revolution, folks. For sure. And I guess the trailblazer in terms of

00:44:57.780 taking away Sir John A. MacDonald, I think the first jurisdiction, Sheila, was Victoria, BC. And how

00:45:03.940 about this, Sheila? Doug Ford, Premier of Ontario, who acted with outrage, or were those crocodile tears,

00:45:11.860 who knows, said, send that statue here. We'll put them up in Ontario somewhere. Well, guess what,

00:45:19.300 folks? Last year, in case you don't know, there is a Sir John A. MacDonald statue at Queen's Park,

00:45:26.900 which is the home of the Ontario legislature. And that is now in a wooden coffin with a garbage bag

00:45:34.420 over his head, with some plaque, with some weaselly words saying, we're trying to figure out what to do

00:45:42.660 with this thing. So Doug Ford went from, bring us your Victoria Sir John statue, we'll erect them

00:45:49.780 proudly in Ontario, to putting our own Sir John statue in a coffin. And I have no doubt, Sheila,

00:45:57.540 eventually, that too will be removed from Queen's Park. What a bloody hypocrite. 1.00

00:46:04.260 Yep. Now, moving to the last thing I think is important that we should get to, 1.00

00:46:09.460 and that is what is happening at Cootes. So under threat of having millions, maybe a billion dollars

00:46:15.940 worth of property seized, when you think about the amount of equipment that was down there,

00:46:20.340 and people supporting, and their bank accounts, and their commercial accounts, and their licenses,

00:46:25.380 and their private property seized by the state, the truckers at Cootes are dissipating. Now,

00:46:33.060 that doesn't mean that they are still not in trouble with the law. I imagine that the RCMP will turn over

00:46:39.060 any intel that they've had to the authorities under threat of their bank accounts being seized, and

00:46:48.740 having tickets issued, maybe even criminal charges, I anticipate, since that's what Jason Kenney

00:46:54.100 threatened them with. But the border blockade is coming apart last night, and I think that

00:47:02.100 when we talked to Sid and Mocha on the call this morning, it sounds like they should be pretty well

00:47:07.620 wrapped up, because as Sid points out, this is farm country, and these are farmers, and they got up

00:47:13.460 pretty early and gone to work. So this is the video that the convoy put out last night. This is the

00:47:20.100 statement that they gave to Sid. Good afternoon. After the events of yesterday, and the news released

00:47:26.740 that the RCMP made arrests and come forward with, and the rest resulted in long arm, firearms, handguns,

00:47:39.140 and protective equipment being unearthed. We as the Cootes convoy have decided that as a peaceful protest,

00:47:48.100 and to maintain that narrative, we will be rolling out tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.

00:47:53.700 Please come out tonight, support us, eat our food, socialize with all of us. We want to wrap this up

00:48:02.260 in a peaceful way, and we thank everybody for all their support, for their prayers, and we hope that

00:48:08.180 we have started something that will have such wide-reaching effects that governments will continue

00:48:14.020 to go back to the grassroots, listen to the constituents, and that these mandates,

00:48:21.060 these restrictive mandates will soon be eliminated. Thank you.

00:48:25.620 You know, it's heartbreaking, Sheila. And you know, for those on social media, in particularly,

00:48:40.820 one lying grifter whose name I shall not mention, saying, hold the line, hold the line, don't wimp out.

00:48:47.940 I'm sorry, we're talking about farmers and truckers losing their livelihood, perhaps being 0.97

00:48:54.660 incarcerated. It's so easy for the Monday morning quarterbacks to give orders out there when they

00:49:02.420 have nothing that's going to be seized. Low-liability activists, I like to call them.

00:49:08.900 Exactly. So don't you dare lash out at these people and call them wimps. They did more than

00:49:15.540 anybody else. 100%. They have been coerced and worse in terms of moving on, and they have to

00:49:23.700 provide for their families. And what they did in the last couple of weeks has been so fantastic.

00:49:29.140 This is the cops hugging the protesters. Isn't that something?

00:49:32.820 This is how peaceful it was down there. I'm sure that the left are going to be cheering for those

00:49:40.420 cops to be kicked off the force because they didn't club all those protesters like baby seals. 0.73

00:49:47.220 You know, it's funny how they're against police brutality, except when the police brutality is

00:49:52.340 levied against their political enemies, then they're fine with it. But this is what it was like at

00:49:58.020 Coutts. It was as peaceful as it could possibly have been. And when police made an arrest in the 0.95

00:50:06.900 community of somebody with some long guns, and while it might look like a lot of long guns to people

00:50:13.140 in Toronto, it's really not all that many. And I'm not quite sure the circumstances of how those came

00:50:19.940 to be. But if you lined up all of the things that I owned beside a cop car, it would look pretty

00:50:27.220 bad to a lot of people who are unfamiliar. But this is what Coutts is really about. Friends, family,

00:50:34.020 neighbors, just people standing together against government tyranny. And even the cops knew it down

00:50:39.780 there.

00:50:40.500 Aren't those beautiful images, Sheila? Although I will say this, I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer.

00:50:45.860 I'm still rattled by our colleagues, Sid Fazzard, his incredible scoop the other day,

00:50:53.300 of those three excavators that were deliberately vandalized. I don't know. I think it might be

00:51:01.540 probably six figures worth of parts and labor that's going to go into getting those rigs going 0.96

00:51:07.220 again. That was despicable and uncalled for. Privately owned equipment on private property,

00:51:14.420 not impacting anyone. And what, in the wee hours of the night, the RCMP start pulling wires and filters

00:51:23.220 and making that equipment inoperable. That was so unnecessary, Sheila. Why do you think they did

00:51:31.060 that, by the way? I'm just so rattled by this. You know, frankly, I don't think a lot of that was done

00:51:37.700 by police within the community. So often at these protests, they bring in, especially in small towns,

00:51:44.900 they bring in outside officers. Because the officers in a small town, you see them at the

00:51:49.940 grocery store, their kids go to school with yours, their kids play on your kid's hockey team.

00:51:55.220 It makes it impossible for the police to continue to live there and do their job

00:52:00.420 when they do these sorts of crazy things. And even the police brass know it. So that's why they

00:52:07.060 bring in outside officers to do these sorts of crazy things. It's, you know, when you almost forget

00:52:18.260 that the police kicked in doors in High River a decade ago, you almost forget they did that sort of

00:52:24.340 stuff. And then they start sabotaging excavators for pre-crimes. But regardless of which member

00:52:31.220 of law enforcement did this, Sheila, what was the unspoken strategy to do that? That didn't contribute

00:52:37.700 to the health and safety of the community. That didn't contribute to easing the blockade. Like I said,

00:52:43.380 it was so bloody unnecessary and yes, downright vindictive and perhaps illegal. I don't know what they were

00:52:50.180 thinking. It's the same policing strategy that sees Ottawa police officers, uh, snatching fuel.

00:52:57.700 It's just vindictiveness. It's designed to break the morale of the protesters. That's what it is. You

00:53:04.020 know, like stealing fuel. It's designed to break them around, to freeze them out, damaging somebody's,

00:53:11.540 several hundred thousand dollars worth of equipment. That's designed to break the morale. It's,

00:53:16.580 it's what Justin Trudeau is doing right now. It's to show you who's boss.

00:53:20.820 And by the way, Sheila, uh, that was Sid's scoop and it was an incredible piece.

00:53:25.860 Yeah. Did that get any other media play? Um, I, I wasn't monitoring that. It did get some,

00:53:31.700 eh? Yeah, it got like one line in, uh, the CBC or something like that. Like, oh, and by the way,

00:53:37.380 the police disabled excavators. Yeah, that was it. They didn't even see that it was a problem.

00:53:42.820 This is on private land. Excavators not used in the protest, uh, police just coming under cover of

00:53:48.020 darkness and effing up your stuff. Um, why don't they just reach into my purse and take my keys?

00:53:54.580 Lest I end up in a, uh, convoy. Why don't they disable my horn since they made honking illegal on 0.58

00:54:01.460 Saturdays in Edmonton? Why don't they do that too? In case I just get a little frisky and start honking

00:54:05.300 the horn like I did when I got stuck in the convoy on Saturday. Did you see that? I got stuck in the

00:54:10.500 convoy for like 45 minutes and I couldn't get out. It was like the con, the convoy had some sort

00:54:16.180 of gravitational pull. I tried to escape it and then I'd be driving and then I'd turn around and

00:54:21.700 I'm like, I'm back in the convoy again. How did this happen? People were noticing me. I like,

00:54:26.500 I'm driving past cause you can't get out cause there's big trucks on this side and the smaller

00:54:29.940 vehicles are on the inside. And all the people came to cheer on the convoy and they're like,

00:54:34.180 is that Sheila? Like, yeah, I'm stuck in the convoy. I can't get out. And then I honked

00:54:39.220 on the horn. All I gotta say, Sheila, is I hope you didn't experience what you experienced in Israel

00:54:44.420 when we got stuck in a traffic jam back in 2018. And I'll go no further than that.

00:54:50.420 No, it's fine. It was fine.

00:54:54.180 But yeah, they've been honking on Saturdays in Edmonton because they don't want the horn honking

00:54:58.500 at the convoy. So, uh, nobody, no, nobody abided by that bylaw, including me when in a convoy,

00:55:07.060 you do convoy things. Well, you know, in Windsor, I came across a obvious, uh, racist, bigoted,

00:55:12.580 white supremacist goose that was honking. And I briefly interviewed that goose and I don't know 0.97

00:55:17.620 if we can throw that up as you know, it's a part of a surreal element of what's going on. But, um,

00:55:23.860 thank goodness he was out of earshot of the, uh, local OPP that were nearby and didn't, uh, uh,

00:55:30.260 didn't get his goose cooked, so to speak. Okay. Let's, uh, let's get going through some

00:55:36.820 of these super chats because we've got quite a few people are very generous today. Excuse me.

00:55:40.900 I got a tickle in my throat. Thank you. Okay. What's in that cup, by the way, you're not on the hard

00:55:48.660 stuff already. Are you? It's five o'clock somewhere. Um, okay. We've got Cheryl Don V.

00:56:00.580 I think that says, uh, gives us a buck since Freeland mentioned going after crowdfunding.

00:56:05.060 Do you think the government is coming after rebel so far? So good, but don't kid yourself.

00:56:10.260 We've got contingency plans in place for everything, uh, because we need to live. Our people need us to

00:56:15.860 live. Uh, there is so much work left to do so much more freedom to fight for. Um, and there's

00:56:22.100 this huge void in which we exist where the mainstream media fails and that's where we live. So we're not

00:56:28.420 going away. And Sheila, of course, uh, this is day one of the emergency services act. Yeah. We have 29

00:56:35.940 more days to go and look, watch for the asterisk. Uh, it might be extended. Uh, I, I wouldn't bet against

00:56:42.820 that. So we'll, we'll see. Yeah. It's like those expensive government contracts. I always read

00:56:48.580 about where it's like, Oh, uh, you know, it's six months for this work with an opportunity to extend

00:56:53.860 for 11 years. Uh, LB's seven, six, two gives us 20 bucks. Happy birthday. Rock on. You have helped

00:57:03.620 keep me sane through all of this insanity. Thank you. Hold the line. You know what?

00:57:07.300 I think doing the work we do also helps keep us sane because, um, sometimes it seems like

00:57:14.420 there's not really like, it feels like fighting the government is so insurmountable,

00:57:18.980 but then you get to help one person who's, uh, under experiencing some sort of terrible thing,

00:57:27.540 the government's doing to them. And it is enough to destroy their whole family. And you can say,

00:57:31.040 you know what? We're here to help. Here's the lawyer. He's going to help you. Don't worry about it.

00:57:35.020 Um, it, you know, when you feel like everything's going to hell, at least you can make something a

00:57:41.200 little bit better for the person in front of you. And I think that's our approach to the things we

00:57:44.780 do here at rebel news. Uh, Paul Otto Newman, five bucks was watching Ezra's live stream yesterday

00:57:50.520 when he played Pierre that's old man, Pierre Trudeau's famous. Just watch me quip. I was struck by

00:57:57.300 the fact that Justin doesn't look anything like Pierre at all. Justin Castro, you know, I think

00:58:03.180 lately he's sort of looking like a lizard, like his dad did a little bit, but maybe that's because I

00:58:09.420 think he's a lizard. Um, but yeah, he doesn't look like old man. Pierre Trudeau sort of looks like the

00:58:16.200 Geico gecko a little bit. That's, you know what I mean? And Justin Trudeau does not, he does look

00:58:20.700 like Castro. And of course, uh, the just watch me was a response to our Porter saying, how far are you

00:58:27.260 willing to go? Um, and I'm sure Justin Trudeau, like father, like son, uh, this is his just watch

00:58:33.940 me moment. Sure. It is a hundred percent history club world gives us a buck. I would edit your

00:58:39.540 Wikipedia page, but I have a feeling if a single flattering thing was put, I would be declared a

00:58:44.400 horrible person and all the edited would be changed to paint you worse. Oh yeah, for sure. For sure.

00:58:48.760 Just don't even go on our Wikipedia pages. It's completely inaccurate. Um, if you want to find out

00:58:55.280 who we are, just watch the work that we do, you don't have to go to Wikipedia. There's

00:58:59.460 thousands of videos where you can learn exactly who we are. Uh, Alex Woods gives us five bucks.

00:59:06.420 How long before donating to rebel news becomes a crime in Trudeau's Canada? Um, I think it's a moral

00:59:12.320 crime according to Trudeau. I mean, he hates us viscerally, uh, like the Pope hates the devil. He hates

00:59:19.580 us, but so far, uh, we're resilient to all of his efforts to destroy us. And Sheila, uh, if it's not

00:59:26.800 the emergency services act that, uh, emboldens him to go after us, um, let's consider that with all

00:59:34.820 the stuff happening in Canada right now, the piece of legislation that is on the front burner by the

00:59:40.760 Justin Trudeau liberals is B is bill C 11, the replacement for bill C 10 that died on the order

00:59:47.440 table when the election was called. That is the bill that is going to enable the federal government

00:59:52.380 to censor the internet. And I think we are a primary target of that piece of legislation,

01:00:00.200 uh, if, and when it's passed, Sheila. Yep. I agree. Uh, Fraser McBurney gives us 10 bucks. Well,

01:00:07.540 thanks Fraser. So Trudeau and the rest of the provincial governments and opposition parties

01:00:11.300 have declared war on Canadians. What do we do now? You know, it's, it's not all the provincial

01:00:16.700 governments. You know what? I can't even believe Trudeau lost Legault in this, like he lost the guy

01:00:23.300 who brought in a curfew. Trudeau lost that guy on this. I never thought of that. That's pretty bad,

01:00:31.560 right? I forgot about that curfew, unless you have a dog and then you can walk at what?

01:00:37.360 Within 1.5 kilometers of your house. Yeah. And I really want to, we got to chase down that story.

01:00:44.600 Remember there was a, a couple and it was, um, uh, a husband and wife, I think, or boyfriend and

01:00:50.900 girlfriend. And, um, they bought a leash and collar and she led them around the neighborhood.

01:00:56.520 And he said he, um, identified as a dog. They gave him one of those $1,650 fines regardless,

01:01:03.520 but let's see how that plays out in court. I didn't realize you can only get so far from your

01:01:09.560 house. If you had a dog, what happens after you go past that little bit? It's like, who's wearing

01:01:15.320 the shock collar? If you leave the yard, the owner or the dog at this point? Oh no. Uh, if you go past,

01:01:21.600 I mean, they, they would get the address and they would, uh, Google, uh, the distance.

01:01:26.140 Where is the science in that, David? I don't know.

01:01:32.540 COVID gets more deadly the further you get away from your bedroom where you're bed. Like, I, I,

01:01:37.220 I don't understand this. It's like, why did the, why did the curfew? Why did they think the curfew

01:01:43.300 would work either? You know, like it's COVID's got its daytime route and it's like, Oh yeah.

01:01:49.260 Waiting. Oh, it's time to get to work. It's nine. You know, like stupid.

01:01:55.980 Wow. Uh, me, but gives us 18 bucks. Well, thanks so much. Happy birthday. Rebel news. 1.00

01:02:01.600 DRB one, three, one, three 50 bucks. Thank you very much. That's very generous. Happy birthday.

01:02:08.100 Rebel. If the convoy is broken, the trucker should drive home at half the posted speed with the four

01:02:12.880 ways flashing. Well, these guys are driving tractors, a lot of them. So that's a strong

01:02:16.740 possibility. That's as fast as they can go. Anyways, go slow should be the new norm for

01:02:21.340 trucking in Canada until dear leader resigns. These guys should just go on a strike just, but then you

01:02:27.740 cannot fault a guy for having to go to work to feed his family. That's all these people ever

01:02:31.340 wanted anyway. Uh, Sheila feed his family. Uh, again, I will quote the great Tucker Carlson,

01:02:37.900 who a couple of weeks ago said, and so profoundly that if you are alive, thank a trucker. That's

01:02:44.580 why groceries get to supermarkets, why medicine gets to pharmacies and so much more. So if you are

01:02:50.140 alive, thank a trucker, don't demonize them. Don't vilify him. Don't throw eggs at his rig. And as we

01:02:56.520 said yesterday, Sheila, the irony is lost on these demonstrators that throw eggs at trucks.

01:03:01.340 How do you think the eggs got to the market for you to buy them? I don't think you organically

01:03:07.580 raise them in your backyard with a chicken yourself. So, um, yeah, these guys are heroes. They were

01:03:14.260 treated as the frontline heroes, uh, until the vaccine came along and then they were zeros if

01:03:20.160 they didn't get vaccinated. This is absolutely shameful beyond words.

01:03:26.200 Also, as you were talking there, my mind was wandering as it tends to do when you're off on a

01:03:31.000 tangent, but, um, I was thinking about, I was thinking about the Antifa loser who allegedly, uh,

01:03:42.300 drove his vehicle into the crowd of protesters in Winnipeg, injuring four of them, sending one

01:03:49.260 off to the hospital. I think the other three were taken for examination and immediately shuffled out

01:03:54.120 the door, but that wasn't terrorism. That was a motor vehicle accident, according to the government,

01:03:59.580 but a grandma giving $20 of her quilting money to the convoy. That's actual terrorism. If you ask

01:04:07.660 Justin Trudeau's government, that's how ridiculous all of this is. Look, I still, this is gross. 0.99

01:04:12.960 David, did you see this video? Oh, this particular video? I, this is, this is the guy hitting the

01:04:19.420 protesters. It's a miracle nobody died. Yeah. Um, and you are so right, Sheila, that could have been

01:04:29.100 way, way worse. I think back to just in December in Wisconsin at that, um, Christmas parade and there

01:04:36.380 were fatalities there. And again, something that was really, uh, I don't think it got the coverage

01:04:43.380 it deserved. It did on, it did until they're like, oh, that guy did it. Oh, then let's just move along.

01:04:49.200 Yeah. Yeah. You know, one of the most overlooked and underreported stories right up there with all the,

01:04:55.460 um, churches being vandalized and burned to the ground, nothing to see here, folks. Wow. When it comes

01:05:01.240 to identity politics, uh, the media will tell you, uh, what's what when it comes to the heroes and

01:05:07.320 villains, won't they, Sheila? Yeah. Uh, Mr. Producer whispers in my ear, look what's trending on

01:05:13.240 Twitter. Uh, Trudeau dictatorship must go. What's with Freeland too? People are talking about Chrystia

01:05:19.680 Freeland. Um, Trudeau for treason, Trudeau for treason. Um, and Freeland, obviously people are as

01:05:27.240 interested in whatever was happening to her yesterday as I am. Um, this is, I mean, I'm

01:05:33.940 surprised that Twitter's letting that trend actually a little bit. I got distracted by that

01:05:39.020 finger lickers beware in regard to KFC, which is either a fast food restaurant or a soccer team.

01:05:47.800 Okay. Let's keep going. Uh, oh, see, yeah. Somebody else is obviously as interested in

01:05:55.020 Chrystia Freeland as I am and what was going on with her. Uh, Cheryl Dawn V a buck. Does Freeland 1.00

01:06:01.280 have an adverse jab reaction with her bobble heading in that presser? You know what it reminded

01:06:05.980 me of? Uh, remember when Hillary Clinton did that like thing with her head and it became a meme and 0.96

01:06:12.660 everyone was like, those are her inner demons trying to become her outer demons. That's what it

01:06:17.140 reminded me of when Freeland was like. What it reminded me, Sheila, it was kind of reminiscent of

01:06:23.420 the infamous, uh, Elaine Bennis, uh, dance. Oh, her dancing. I know what you're talking about.

01:06:31.520 I don't know if, uh, Mr. Producer could, uh, dredge up that video, but that never gets stale.

01:06:37.060 It doesn't. I was, uh, dueling pianos, uh, on last Thursday and I whipped out those moves a little bit.

01:06:43.920 Anyway, um, let's keep going. Fraser McBurney, 50 bucks. One of the few truthful news sites. Happy

01:06:51.580 birthday, rebel news, and hopefully many more years of truthful news. Wow. Thanks.

01:07:01.820 Thank you, Fraser. Tyler Shelton gives us a buck. It says now they can call tow companies and say,

01:07:08.520 tow the trucks or we'll take your company, your bank accounts, your home, call you a terrorist and

01:07:12.700 throw you in jail for as long as we want. Pretty much. Well, that may be the tow truck companies.

01:07:17.620 I mean, it's, uh, you know, admittedly a self-inflicted wound. They'll just borrow a page

01:07:22.200 from the Alberta RCMP guys that vandalize those excavators. They can vandalize their own trucks and

01:07:29.340 go, look, boss, if it was up to me, I'd tow, but, uh, I need about a $50,000 worth of, uh, work on this

01:07:36.460 rig. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, I just, it just makes me so mad because it's at first I thought it was like a,

01:07:45.140 how the Laurentians treat Alberta thing. And that has to do a lot with classism too, but it's not

01:07:51.020 just Alberta. It's how they treat all the working class that we're just here to do their bidding. 1.00

01:07:56.980 And we don't get to think for ourselves or have our own political opinions. And when we do,

01:08:00.840 they smash you. That's what they do. And Sheila also, it's more than just diminishing the working 0.95

01:08:07.980 class or looking down on them, but long before these trucker blockades, I'm going back a couple

01:08:12.760 of years ago, um, and help me with this. I'm just going to paraphrase. Justin Trudeau said something

01:08:18.220 about, I guess it was workers in the oil patch, uh, coming in and being, I think a threat to women

01:08:24.920 somehow. Do you remember that? Yeah. Yeah. I think that was actually, uh, Catherine McKenna,

01:08:31.500 one of also one of the dumbest politicians to ever put her feet on Canadian soil. Um, she basically 1.00

01:08:38.480 said that, you know, man camps are a threat. So ladies, if your husband was in camp yesterday for

01:08:45.980 Valentine's day, as so many husbands are this time of year, um, well, I guess he's a pre rapist the same 0.92

01:08:54.060 way that those excavators were pre blockaders. They're just bad. They're you're just bad by 0.99

01:08:59.360 nature of the work you do. And so whatever the liberals or the police do to you, you had it

01:09:03.340 coming. That's how they look at us. Unbelievable. Uh, okay. Steven D James, five bucks. People who

01:09:09.540 wear masks remind me of a sock pocket puppet. My mother made me as a toddler. You know what? We're

01:09:14.340 really going to see who is the sock puppet here in about two weeks in Alberta. Cause our mask mandate

01:09:19.380 falls, uh, at the end of the month. And, uh, we're going to see who really got brainwashed and who

01:09:27.520 really was just doing it to go along, to get along. I think that's going to be like the,

01:09:31.800 the deciding day, the judgment day. Stoker six, five, five bucks. Freeland is vax injured.

01:09:41.440 No, she's always been like that though. Uh, my wife treats vax injured using energy healing, 0.98

01:09:49.080 and she's exhibiting one of the most common symptoms. No, that could be the case, but she 0.83

01:09:54.720 is squirrely like that. I've laid eyes on it myself. I was at the, um, and even like I'm a

01:10:01.540 fidgety person a little bit, but when we were at the media freedom conference, I think a couple

01:10:06.440 years ago in London, she's on stage with, I think the British foreign minister. So behave yourself

01:10:14.700 lady, but no, she's putting a scrunchie in her hair, putting her hair up, sitting on her feet, 1.00

01:10:20.740 kicking her legs. And I'm like, she looks like an out of control 12 year old. When the world is

01:10:27.320 watching, you're on stage with the British foreign minister and I'm all Clooney, and she's acting like 1.00

01:10:33.260 an idiot up there. This is how she behaves. She just has no idea that how she should act when the 1.00

01:10:41.420 world is watching. She's just like that. Well, she look at the silver lining. At least she remains

01:10:47.140 standing because sometimes when she sits, our train broadcast professionals have to use a

01:10:52.600 blue dot for a certain kind of wardrobe malfunction. So that wasn't the case.

01:11:01.460 Poor Key and Bexty. Like when he found her at the airport and she was switching her shoes because

01:11:06.660 that woman doesn't like to keep her shoes on her feet, by the way. Um, and she takes her shoes off 1.00

01:11:12.220 in airplanes. And if you do that, you should be on a no fly list. Um, but yeah, she like, she likes to

01:11:19.000 wear short skirts, but then she does not like to sit like a lady. And, uh, you got to pick a lane 1.00

01:11:24.180 sister. You know, wear a short skirt. We got to sit like a lady and she does not. 1.00

01:11:30.940 Anyway, uh, let's keep going. Noble Canadian gives us five bucks. Thanks for covering Windsor.

01:11:35.980 David has police on guard, made a statement about the emergency orders. I'm sure they have. We should

01:11:41.020 check that out. Thanks, Sheila, to you as well for your reports and all the rebels. Well, thanks very much.

01:11:45.780 And by the way, I want to thank everybody in Windsor. We encountered nothing but love and

01:11:51.900 well wishes, uh, whether it was myself, the mighty Mauricio or the incredible Isabel. Uh,

01:11:58.340 we were there, we were covering, uh, the, what was actually going down. And, um, you know,

01:12:04.480 Sheila, you couldn't meet a greater bunch of salt of the earth Canadians. And yet, like I said,

01:12:12.720 it, when it comes to the demonization and the vilification of these people, as Clara Peller,

01:12:19.000 the Wendy spokesman used to say back in the eighties, uh, where's the beef? It, it doesn't

01:12:23.800 exist. They, they, they were cleaning up their own, the garbage. They, they were playing road

01:12:30.100 hockey games. They were singing the national anthem. This is a hate fest. Are you kidding me?

01:12:37.180 Sorry. I was just, uh, Oh yeah. I went off on a tangerine and you drifted away.

01:12:42.240 Anyway, David, it's, I just get in a rowboat and check right out in my brain. Um, well,

01:12:50.920 at least it's a rowboat. You're not using a motor. So you're reducing your carbon, uh,

01:12:55.100 footprint. You know, that's right. Uh, former YouTube watcher says Trudeau left himself no

01:13:00.780 choice because he started the name calling even before the convoy got there. He could not backtrack

01:13:06.280 after that. Yeah. He did kind of paint himself into a corner as idiots tend to do. Lonely,

01:13:12.400 Lonely Yukon. Sorry. He gives us a buck says general strike. I think that's what we just

01:13:16.260 experienced. Actually a trucker's strike. Anyway, uh, JPH 1944 gives us a buck. Can we get a list

01:13:22.540 of names of every politician and premier who voted to invoke the emergencies act? Well, I don't think you

01:13:28.160 need a list of names. Um, you do know who is against it. Scott Moe, Jason Kenney, uh, definitely

01:13:36.120 not Doug Ford because he asked for this. Legault and the other two escape me. Uh, let's keep going.

01:13:45.160 Uh, Janice Steckle gives us 10 bucks. The state of emergency will fail. I think just by invoking

01:13:52.380 it, you admit you're a failure, right? You, you literally admitted Justin Trudeau that you lost

01:13:57.520 control of the country, the most peaceful law abiding people on the face of the earth.

01:14:02.320 You lost control of them. You know, but Sheila, this is a very good question in the 30 days ahead

01:14:09.740 of us with that act in place. And with the ostensible policy reason of, you know, shutting

01:14:14.680 down the Ottawa protest. Um, you know, I got to tell you, Sheila, unless you go to Ottawa, I mean,

01:14:21.200 the visuals on video and in photographs, they're, they're stunning. But until you go in that city

01:14:25.940 and see the sheer magnitude of trucks, it is mind boggling. I, I say this, even if they have a,

01:14:34.920 uh, a fleet of heavy tows, it is going to take weeks to remove all those rigs out of there.

01:14:42.120 Weeks. Yeah. Yeah. They, I don't think they can get it done in time. Yeah.

01:14:48.740 Okie doke. Uh, veteran nuke puke. I don't know why I like that name. Gives us five bucks. Oops. 0.63

01:14:56.240 My pocket has a leak. Enoch the salty pretzel. Give us a buck. Hey, Hey, the menzoid is back. 0.99

01:15:01.400 You guys seeing the Israeli convoy. Yeah. We brought it up yesterday. Good job guys.

01:15:06.580 A bunch of Nazis, obviously, if you're listening to Justin Trudeau. 0.90

01:15:10.080 Yeah. Those Jewish Nazis are the worst. Yeah. Look at those, this Nazi convoy. 1.00

01:15:16.040 The camp in front of the Knesset in Jerusalem is growing. Wow. That's interesting.

01:15:21.080 30,000 trucks and cars and bikes yesterday headed in 40 separate convoys to Jerusalem. Wow.

01:15:26.700 Wow. I'd love to see footage of that. Yeah. Especially the bikes part.

01:15:32.460 Yeah. Those windy Israeli highways.

01:15:39.140 Sheila's memories of 2018.

01:15:42.280 And it's not all Israeli highways. It is, uh, in the Golan. Those windy roads were a bit much.

01:15:48.880 And the underground catacombs. Don't forget that, Sheila. I wish I had that on video of you running, screaming out of that. 0.72

01:15:54.940 Okay. I didn't scream, but I did, did shove people. I shoved right past Ezra.

01:16:02.800 Uh, Nick one 76, by the way, people, when we are allowed to travel again, you must come with us.

01:16:09.180 If we ever go back somewhere like that again, we are so much fun. You'll have a lot of fun getting to know us.

01:16:14.500 Uh, Nick one 76, 25 bucks. Let's support our truth seekers and freedom fighters. Debunk the corrupt and put our faith in God.

01:16:22.520 Alberta by gaslight.com.

01:16:25.120 JPH 1944, one buck. Is this Trudeau's end game? And then he links to a, uh, a rumble video about, uh, the digital world.

01:16:34.700 Canadian Aussie gives us a buck. Trudeau likes to hide at his cottage because he has his own private library there. 0.53

01:16:39.200 It has a total of four books and three of them are coloring. The other one's a pop-up.

01:16:44.820 Ah, geez. Why so serious?

01:16:48.920 Geez.

01:16:51.000 TEI flat earth gives us five bucks.

01:16:54.600 The earth is, the earth is flat and at rest, not moving. It matters. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

01:17:00.220 Check out the flat earth mans. Don't let them take your mind and check out or in therapy.

01:17:07.640 Do you know, I understand in normal times, there's actually a flat earth convention that happens every year.

01:17:13.540 I think one of the most recent ones happened in Colorado. Um, what, what do you say, Sheila flat or round?

01:17:20.720 I'm pretty sure it's round. Um, there's a, I, yeah, there's like a flat earth society in Alberta too. I think they're everywhere.

01:17:30.460 Um, but is it a gag? Is this a goof or?

01:17:33.900 I can't tell.

01:17:37.640 I can't tell. I can't tell.

01:17:40.740 You know what though? Your money's good. Uh, joyful, joyful from the heart. Thank you very much. By the way.

01:17:46.600 Uh, 10 bucks. Sheila and Dave, we are living in such confusing times. The mandates are being dropped as they are implementing emergency measures, right?

01:17:53.620 Do you know if we can travel abroad if we're not jabbed? No, you cannot. Actually, I don't think that's true.

01:17:59.020 You cannot travel internally on an airplane if you're not jabbed.

01:18:02.760 But I thought I read somewhere that if your end destination is outside of the country, where that country doesn't require vaccination for entry, you might be okay.

01:18:12.220 Really?

01:18:12.620 So, yeah. So, and I don't know where I read this, so I could be completely wrong.

01:18:18.720 But, for example, for me, everything sort of funnels through Toronto.

01:18:22.920 So, if I were to go to Edmonton to Toronto, I couldn't fly without proof of vaccination.

01:18:28.820 But if I was going Edmonton, Toronto, maybe Frankfurt, I don't know what they'd do in Germany and I don't care. 0.98

01:18:33.480 But if Germany didn't require proof of vaccination for entry, you could make that journey. You're just going to get off the plane in. 0.82

01:18:39.380 Wow. So, what are the rules right now in the Dominican Republic? I'd like to get my ricotta cheese candy ass on a beach right now and get out of this frigid weather.

01:18:49.780 I'll tell you that much, Sheila. So, if anyone can inform me about Caribbean destinations, please do. 0.94

01:18:54.940 David, I'm not okaying any vacation time for you. So, no.

01:18:59.020 Yeah, I used it all up for other reasons.

01:19:01.060 Cryptical five bucks. Happy birthday, Rebel News. Thanks for bringing us the other side of the story.

01:19:08.220 Well, you're welcome.

01:19:09.140 Bill CF7, 20 bucks.

01:19:12.020 From Trudeau's so-called terrorist, here is 20 bucks.

01:19:14.840 Thank you, Rebel. Happy birthday. Well, thank you so much.

01:19:19.060 Ashamla won 50 bucks. Thanks so much.

01:19:22.240 I'm so tired of what the politicians in our country are doing.

01:19:25.060 We have a constitution and a charter of rights that our government has not held up for the last two years.

01:19:30.380 You know what? I was thinking about it last night, and I sent Ezra a message.

01:19:33.280 Oh, I love the strong use of emojis, Aiden.

01:19:37.580 I was thinking about it last night.

01:19:39.320 Justin Trudeau did to the entire country what the Democrats did to parents in Loudoun County.

01:19:47.180 Yes.

01:19:48.580 Hopefully, it has the same result.

01:19:50.580 Yeah.

01:19:51.060 Because what was an overwhelmingly Democrat state flipped, because that was the thing that broke the camel's back.

01:20:01.620 When you turned peaceful people, whose only problem that you have with them is that they disagree with you, into terrorists, it turned the entire state.

01:20:12.320 Well, Justin Trudeau thought, okay, let's replicate that in the entire country of Canada.

01:20:19.340 But as a Canadian citizen, I hope it has the same result in the end.

01:20:23.380 Yeah, I think, was it you, Sheila, that said, you know, with the statements by the governor that, you know, parents should not have a role in the education of their children?

01:20:34.900 Mama bear woke up.

01:20:37.520 Yeah.

01:20:38.400 Yeah, because at the end of the day, you're not a Republican or a Democrat, you're a parent.

01:20:42.380 Yeah.

01:20:42.860 And that's your first obligation is to your children and your family.

01:20:46.220 And that was, and basically, these parents were faced with, these guys say I can be a parent, and these guys say I'm not.

01:20:54.760 I'm voting for the guys that are going to leave me alone.

01:20:57.520 And, you know, the same thing, I think, is going to happen to Justin Trudeau, I hope.

01:21:01.100 So, if the Conservatives get their act together, Cindy Mick 888 gives us 20 bucks.

01:21:07.180 Happy birthday, Rebel News.

01:21:08.140 Well, thanks so much.

01:21:09.760 Aqua Skies, 3636, two bucks.

01:21:12.200 Happy birthday, Rebel News.

01:21:13.180 Thank you, Sheila and David.

01:21:14.520 David, so glad to see you.

01:21:16.020 Happy to see you feeling better.

01:21:17.440 Me too.

01:21:17.520 Well, thank you.

01:21:18.160 And I'm so happy to be back.

01:21:19.820 Thank you very much.

01:21:21.420 Becca Henderson says, I think honking is the new way to say F the government.

01:21:25.200 So, honk, honk.

01:21:26.460 That's what I felt when I was engaging in illegal honking over the weekend.

01:21:29.560 Well, you know what, there was a flag I heard at one of the protests.

01:21:31.840 You know, it was a take on the don't tread on me yellow flag, and it's usually a rattlesnake

01:21:36.680 that you see there.

01:21:37.940 But it was a Canada goose, and it said, don't tread on me, eh?

01:21:42.200 So, there's a nice, I'd like to have one of those, Sheila.

01:21:45.640 Me too.

01:21:46.660 Books and Tea gives us 10 bucks.

01:21:48.540 Happy birthday, and shout out to AD.

01:21:52.900 Where's your graphic?

01:21:59.560 You're so quick on the graphic for everybody else except for yourself.

01:22:03.840 Oh, right.

01:22:04.520 There we go.

01:22:06.980 C1, CAS, two bucks.

01:22:09.020 Stop all truck deliveries to Ottawa.

01:22:10.880 No food on shelves for two days.

01:22:12.760 No toilet paper on shelves in 12 minutes.

01:22:15.780 Yeah.

01:22:16.720 Yeah.

01:22:17.200 Back when everybody was panic buying, it was the truckers who helped these worry warts get

01:22:23.660 their toilet paper. 1.00

01:22:24.400 But now they're just trash. 1.00

01:22:28.660 Rick B85, five bucks. 0.99

01:22:31.060 I have been in depression for two years now.

01:22:33.160 I've been better but was thinking of the worst in the first year.

01:22:38.680 I want to thank you for the work you do, fellow Quebecer.

01:22:42.360 Oh, I think maybe you're thinking about Alexa there.

01:22:46.100 Joyful from the heart, five bucks.

01:22:48.220 Happy birthday, Rebel.

01:22:49.440 When they make the movie on this craziness, who do you think should play Trudeau?

01:22:52.940 I think Winona Ryder can play you, Sheila. 1.00

01:22:56.900 You know what?

01:22:57.380 I second that.

01:22:58.440 Yeah.

01:22:59.040 I think there's a resemblance.

01:23:00.840 Who's going to play me, Sheila? 0.89

01:23:04.060 Oh, gosh.

01:23:07.220 Let's put in a call to central casting, see what they can come up with.

01:23:10.960 Yeah.

01:23:12.800 Do you know who I always get that I look like?

01:23:16.200 And I do see the resemblance, and I think it's the hair maybe and the snark, is the girl

01:23:20.940 who played Darlene from Roseanne, the younger girl, the younger sister with the dark curly

01:23:28.440 hair.

01:23:28.740 I get that a lot.

01:23:29.920 I don't know.

01:23:31.320 I'm still starting with Winona Ryder for Sheila Gunn-Reed.

01:23:37.200 She's more of like an ingenue. 0.93

01:23:39.160 I'm a little too rough around the edges for that.

01:23:41.000 But I appreciate that.

01:23:46.180 Black Sheep, five bucks.

01:23:48.940 All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed, they must rely

01:23:52.640 exclusively on force.

01:23:54.540 George Orwell.

01:23:56.280 Harper will always be my PM, five bucks. 1.00

01:23:58.640 Psycho JT forgot to add, folks.

01:24:01.280 Two weeks, I will give you that power back.

01:24:02.980 I think JT will have to be evicted from Ottawa to give this newfound power out.

01:24:11.900 Harper will always be my PM, gives us two bucks. 1.00

01:24:13.940 This is the best duo on live TV.

01:24:15.980 I bet Dougie must love JT's war act.

01:24:19.740 As the day Psycho promised new powers, he tweeted, ex-Mississauga Mayor Hazel's birthday.

01:24:27.460 Yes, 101.

01:24:30.560 Wow.

01:24:30.980 Wow.

01:24:32.980 And, you know, it's funny.

01:24:35.380 I mean, several years ago, Hazel McCallion was actually involved in a vehicle pedestrian

01:24:41.420 accident.

01:24:44.240 And I think it was a day in hospital and she was right back up.

01:24:47.980 And I guess she was in her 90s then.

01:24:49.600 But, you know, Hazel's a tough gal. 1.00

01:24:51.400 See, the problem is, Sheila, I think it was a Buick involved in the accident.

01:24:55.720 You really need something like an F-150 to take Hazel out. 0.99

01:25:00.740 She's that resilient.

01:25:01.720 So, happy birthday, Hazel.

01:25:04.960 Yeah.

01:25:06.100 You drive that electric thing.

01:25:08.680 Yeah, she would have damaged my car. 1.00

01:25:11.340 I was going to say, it would be like hitting a moose.

01:25:13.440 David Arthur gives us $20.

01:25:19.900 Stopping the government overreach includes the gender ideology masks and mandates cult that 0.98

01:25:26.000 is also being pushed by the government.

01:25:27.760 The target is your children and grandchildren.

01:25:30.820 I belong.

01:25:31.540 Amen.

01:25:31.780 Harper will always be my PM. 0.55

01:25:34.160 I wonder how many millions of dollars CBC will bill taxpayers for them not working at protests.

01:25:41.660 I thought Doug would pretend he respects taxpayers until election, not before.

01:25:47.040 He will try to get minority of Flucky.

01:25:49.280 I don't know.

01:25:50.040 I don't know if Doug Ford can be elected.

01:25:52.720 I really don't know what's going to happen in Ontario.

01:25:55.320 The only problem, Sheila, and I think Doug Ford has been downright disgraceful during this pandemic,

01:26:02.440 especially to his own base, which he refers to as a bunch of yahoos. 0.99

01:26:06.560 Here's the thing, and it's a tragedy.

01:26:09.100 Who's behind door number two and door number three?

01:26:11.940 The Liberals and the NDP?

01:26:13.780 That's the thing.

01:26:15.200 We're doing the same thing here in Alberta.

01:26:18.620 You know, you look at your options and you're like, how did David Mendes tell me to spoil my ballot?

01:26:25.580 How did he tell?

01:26:26.360 Like, I should have been taking notes because we...

01:26:28.420 Decline your ballot.

01:26:29.680 Yeah.

01:26:30.660 Decline it. 1.00

01:26:31.280 If you spoil your ballot, they only think you're stupid. 0.99

01:26:33.700 You can't fill in an X on one, but ask for the paperwork to decline the ballot. 0.99

01:26:38.160 And I always say, imagine two, three, four million Canadians on election day declined their ballot.

01:26:44.080 What a statement that would be.

01:26:46.520 See, every time you tell me how to do that, I zone right out and I did it again.

01:26:53.360 Harper will always be my PM, gives us two bucks, says,

01:26:56.560 Dave, was Toronto police clowns there too, as they love to tackle down people with flags?

01:27:03.200 Hopefully, PC will be smart enough and give leadership to Pierre.

01:27:08.900 I think you mean the Conservative Party of Canada?

01:27:13.620 I'd be interested to see who runs against him.

01:27:15.520 I wonder if Lesley Lewis is going to run against him.

01:27:17.500 If then, it's going to be a pretty frisky leadership contest.

01:27:23.300 And when you say there, I'm assuming you mean Windsor, did see the RCMP, Windsor Police, of course, Waterloo Regional Police.

01:27:34.040 And as we spoke about yesterday on that live hit, Sheila, you know, the Waterloo Regional Police, nothing against them.

01:27:41.460 It's just against, I guess, their marketing team.

01:27:44.060 You know how police cruisers are decked out with slogans like to serve and protect or deed speak.

01:27:49.820 The slogan for the Waterloo Regional Police, and I'm not making this up, folks.

01:27:54.640 People helping people.

01:27:58.100 Pardon my billy club, but I'm helping you.

01:28:02.960 Quit squirming.

01:28:04.360 I'm trying to help you.

01:28:07.220 Quit screaming.

01:28:08.700 I'm trying to help you.

01:28:09.660 Okay, let's keep going, because I actually have two appointments, two stories to be out of the house to cover, and we are already like half an hour into the next hour.

01:28:22.120 So let's keep going.

01:28:24.420 Cheryl Dawn V. notices something I noticed yesterday, too.

01:28:29.460 And she says, the pictures of the weapon seized at Cootes look brand new and mighty clean.

01:28:33.580 Is that a setup?

01:28:34.440 I don't know if it's a setup, but it looks like the tags just got cut off of all of that stuff.

01:28:38.780 And there wasn't actually all that much ammo there.

01:28:41.580 And if anybody knows firearms, you like to have a lot of ammo on hand just because you don't like to run to the store, especially if you're in Cootes.

01:28:48.840 Where are you going to go?

01:28:49.960 Lethbridge?

01:28:51.180 So I don't know.

01:28:52.640 They look like they're very clean.

01:28:56.200 And like they literally just had the tags snipped off and the price tags peeled off.

01:29:01.600 So I don't know.

01:29:02.900 I don't know.

01:29:04.780 I am conspiracy-minded, though.

01:29:07.620 Former YouTube watcher gives us a buck.

01:29:09.780 It looks like Freeland has myoclonitis brief, involuntary muscle twitching or jerking.

01:29:16.840 It may be a symptom of epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, brain injury.

01:29:21.240 I choose brain problems.

01:29:22.700 Again, I don't want to diagnose her. 0.98

01:29:24.200 I just think she's a squirrely lady. 1.00

01:29:25.980 Like she just get off the coffee or something or like – and she's just inappropriate. 0.97

01:29:33.400 She's just all around inappropriate, I think. 1.00

01:29:35.480 And she doesn't take her job seriously because she's not a serious person.

01:29:40.560 And I think she thinks she's hot, Sheila. 0.69

01:29:43.420 I get that vibe.

01:29:44.560 Oh, she thinks she is just hot stuff, like all eyes on her. 1.00

01:29:52.200 And yeah, we are all looking at her because she's acting like a crazy person. 1.00

01:29:56.960 It's not like she walks into a room and lights up a room.

01:30:00.100 It's not like she has a magnetic personality.

01:30:02.660 And you don't even have to be attractive to have that effect, right?

01:30:05.060 You can just be like, hey, that person seems fun.

01:30:07.500 I want to go hang out with that person.

01:30:09.260 She thinks that's her, but that's not why everybody's looking at her.

01:30:13.460 It's because her skirt that's two sizes too small is riding up around her waist. 0.99

01:30:18.740 Anyway, enough from me.

01:30:19.940 Let's keep going.

01:30:21.600 History Club World gives us a buck.

01:30:23.640 Rebel News should start a fiction entertainment department like that of Daily Wire to produce quality Canadian entertainment that is non-news.

01:30:30.720 We're going to need more money for that.

01:30:33.340 As you are already the most interesting news company, also release the Menzies cat.

01:30:39.360 No.

01:30:40.180 No.

01:30:40.560 Trans cat. 0.95

01:30:42.000 That's vaulted forever.

01:30:43.460 Locked up.

01:30:46.940 Although I'm easily responsible for 75% of the views of that.

01:30:52.960 Every time I need a pick-me-up, I watch that.

01:30:56.420 How dare you tease our audience?

01:31:01.240 You were teasing a lot of people that day, too, David.

01:31:05.200 It was a lot.

01:31:07.560 It was just a lot.

01:31:08.700 Anyway, I'm in the rowboat.

01:31:10.620 Anyway, give us a buck. 0.91

01:31:14.200 Happy birthday, Rebel.

01:31:15.220 Thank you for all that you do.

01:31:16.980 Ordered my Rebel trucker hoodie.

01:31:18.560 Well, that's wonderful.

01:31:19.840 Cannot wait to proudly wear it.

01:31:21.720 And I think, I think, at 32 minutes past the hour, we are finally all caught up.

01:31:27.960 Thank you so much, everybody, for your generosity today.

01:31:31.440 Indeed.

01:31:32.000 I echo Sheila.

01:31:32.840 Thank you so much for tuning in, and especially those who donated.

01:31:36.720 Thank you very much.

01:31:38.500 Sheila and I shall be back on Thursday for the live stream, 12 noon Eastern.

01:31:43.720 In the meantime, folks.

01:31:45.840 No, no, no.

01:31:46.540 Before you go, we have to tell everybody.

01:31:49.960 I know.

01:31:50.500 I know.

01:31:51.000 We can't get off the show tonight.

01:31:53.080 We want to tell everybody about Misunderstood.

01:31:57.060 It's the new show by Kat and Nat.

01:31:59.520 And they've released bits and pieces of their show.

01:32:03.620 They've released the podcast for their previous recordings.

01:32:07.320 But today is the first day where you will see their full version of their show.

01:32:12.060 It goes live tonight.

01:32:13.000 It's behind the paywall.

01:32:14.920 But if you use their coupon code, which I cannot recall, please tell me, Mr. Producer,

01:32:21.780 what is their coupon code?

01:32:23.460 Perfect.

01:32:25.180 Misunderstood25.

01:32:25.960 That's Miss with two S's.

01:32:27.740 Misunderstood25.

01:32:28.260 You'll actually get 25% off a new Rebel News Plus subscription, wherein you will get access

01:32:34.260 to Kat and Nat's new show, which is great.

01:32:36.800 It's sort of a millennial, Christian, conservative women's take on it, which is interesting because

01:32:42.500 I had all but written off millennial women. 1.00

01:32:45.540 And you'll also get access to my show, The Gun Show, which I think is worth the price of

01:32:50.860 admission.

01:32:51.540 Then there's David's show, Rebel Roundup, Andrew Chapados' show, Andrew Says, and Ezra's

01:32:57.480 nightly Ezra Levant show.

01:32:59.180 So there's a lot for only $8 a month and 25% off with a misunderstood 25.

01:33:05.740 So what you're saying, Sheila, Nat and Kat, good.

01:33:09.300 Trans Kat, not so much. 1.00

01:33:13.240 It's good in its own way.

01:33:16.040 Well, folks, again, thank you so much for tuning in.

01:33:18.960 Sheila and I will see you back here Thursday at 12 noon Eastern.

01:33:23.340 In the meantime, stay sane.

01:33:25.540 You're welcome.

01:33:33.440 Bye.

01:33:33.880 Bye.

01:33:34.440 Bye.

01:33:39.180 You're welcome.

01:33:41.280 Bye.

01:33:50.440 Bye.

01:33:51.620 Bye.

01:33:52.720 Bye.

01:33:53.460 Bye.

01:33:53.600 Bye.
