Rebel News Podcast - DAILY Roundup ｜ Tucker's new Twitter show, CBC comes crawling back, Trump loses civil suit

00:00:00.000 good afternoon ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the daily roundup on this a wednesday may 10th

00:00:20.900 2023 i'm david menzies and my co-host well let me tell you a little bit about my co-host

00:00:27.020 do you know folks today is national mother ocean day she will not be celebrating it it's

00:00:34.620 seasickness issues you understand she is the she devil with a spatula she is the khaleesi 1.00

00:00:39.780 of bc she is drea humphrey hey drea how you doing and by the way i'm aware of mother nature and

00:00:48.160 father time mother ocean day right now when there's so many school boards eliminating

00:00:54.580 mother's day what's going on here yeah that's going to get canceled pretty quick i think we

00:01:00.880 might be talking about that but i've never heard of mother's ocean day either i never cease to be

00:01:04.960 amazed on what day it is according to david menzies and does it change every year because i i feel like

00:01:11.520 it's always new something new that is true well in any event we have a um we have a tight deadline now

00:01:19.160 we have to get off the airwaves uh if that's what can i use the word airwaves if we're on the internet

00:01:24.680 it's not i think well we have to get off the internet waves maybe that's the mother ocean day

00:01:30.320 connection here by two o'clock sharp uh so why don't we cut to the chase my friend and you tell the folks

00:01:37.280 the ostensible policy reason of why we are here in the first place welcome to the rebel daily roundup

00:01:45.100 where we go through the daily news we've got a good lineup today to discuss and that also means

00:01:50.060 you can be a part of the show and discuss with us by commenting doing a live chat comment on either

00:01:56.540 rumble or odyssey if you donate five dollars or more that goes towards keeping the lights on for

00:02:02.940 rebel news so we can bring everybody the other side of the story but we also try to read those chats

00:02:08.080 so that you can be a part of the show so it's kind of fun we get to know you a little bit better

00:02:11.800 and yeah i think we're also still telling people about a really cool site called locals.com it's

00:02:18.640 more of a community actually than a site so if you open up the description box we have a link in there

00:02:24.300 and we're just you know we're getting ahead of the bill c11 all getting our people together so

00:02:29.600 we don't lose touch and if you go to locals.com and you join our community you're going to get all

00:02:34.720 the content that you would normally see if you're on youtube for free and then there is another

00:02:40.300 option to support our journalism by becoming a supporter and when you do that you get like our

00:02:46.980 documentaries the ezra levant show as well as behind the scene footage so locals.com is where

00:02:53.240 it's at if you want free press and free speech and you know dre i can see uh that well it looks like

00:03:01.960 the world had unleashed upon it the most insignificant and utterly useless tweet in the history of twitter

00:03:09.260 uh i only break make mention of it because you i and our viewers we fund the entity that tweeted it out

00:03:15.500 at cbc news and they state today the cbc will resume some activity on a handful of twitter accounts

00:03:27.060 including at cbc news but we will significantly reduce our overall twitter footprint and continue to

00:03:36.480 assess the platform against our social media strategy end quote oh no significantly we did you

00:03:44.940 know i feel like the monsters at the end of where the wild things are drea when uh the boy is making

00:03:51.580 his escape and they go oh no please don't go we love you so it's like real what if um a tree falls in a

00:04:00.720 forest and no one's there i guess it doesn't make a sound if cbc says they're reducing their uh tweeting

00:04:07.160 drea does anyone in our great dominion even notice no nobody cares but i am glad they're coming back

00:04:14.780 this is a sign that they had to crawl back i don't know if you remember their initial statement when they

00:04:19.620 said they were leaving but it was pretty obvious to me that they had one foot in and one foot out the

00:04:24.400 door because they said like for a period of time because they know when it comes to politics when it

00:04:29.960 comes to news there is no other social media app than twitter that even comes close to it that's

00:04:36.100 where consumers are love it or hate it you want to go on there and say something bad about rebel news

00:04:40.060 you can do it if you want to say something bad about cbc you can do it it's not like facebook where

00:04:45.300 you can't even comment on the cbc on most of their reports there but they had to come crawling back and

00:04:51.300 so uh as much as i'm not a fan i'm i'm happy to see them crawl back and but you know what drea what gets

00:04:58.340 me is the motivation for this and it's basically a vendetta against elon musk and it's so incredible

00:05:07.180 you go back a year and a half ago before he got control of twitter um elon musk was the darling of

00:05:12.980 the left oh he's making those ev cars you see he's saving mother earth and probably mother ocean

00:05:19.720 you know carbon neutral blah blah blah blah and then all of a sudden he gets control of twitter and he's

00:05:26.880 a blah blah blah what a free speech activist and here is why cbc is being irresponsible with this

00:05:36.480 mandate uh we can't do anything right now well maybe until pierre polyev gets into office uh when

00:05:44.740 much hopeful uh regime change comes but while they are being taxpayer funded to more than a billion

00:05:52.000 dollars plus you would think they would strategically use that um to get as many eyeballs as possible

00:06:01.180 now we live in a day and age of cable cutters people don't you know there's so many people that 0.91

00:06:05.500 aren't even watching tv anymore the cbc national news their numbers it's pathetic it's embarrassing

00:06:12.440 you would think they would embrace the most popular social media platform out there for news but 0.63

00:06:19.300 no because we don't like elon we don't like this thing you know free speech uh we're taking our 1.00

00:06:25.340 taxpayer funded ball and going home what idiots yeah go woke go broke so that's why they came back 0.99

00:06:32.440 there's a comment actually under their announcement of returning it's from uh lion advocacy he says 1.00

00:06:39.800 you're in you're entirely violating your social media strategy by boycotting twitter this is what he

00:06:46.500 says the cbc and then he quotes from their own uh sort of mandate in this area and says we committed

00:06:52.980 to transforming the public broadcaster into a digital media company and to reach more canadians

00:06:59.560 on the platforms in the ways that they need it's supposed to be about the public where can you reach

00:07:06.580 the public you don't just uh get all woke and go into your little echo chambers that's not the news

00:07:12.860 oh you know dre you're so right i mean the chutzpah there we are going to increase our digital footprint

00:07:18.500 we are going to reach out to more canadians with our news uh on our own uh you know what cbc what if

00:07:26.280 we don't want to be reached you know i i know i know unrequited love is a really heartbreaking thing

00:07:34.000 but uh we ain't buying what you're selling more and more of us uh it would seem according to the ratings

00:07:40.600 so you know what um just take that money you were going to invest on uh some social media foray and

00:07:46.720 buy a ham sandwich down at the cafeteria with it uh it's i'm saving you a lot of uh agro uh for a

00:07:55.380 mission that will not be accomplished yeah i think we have a little bit more sort of on that note with

00:08:03.420 twitter too don't we uh elon musk has something to say you're right this is kind of a war against

00:08:10.960 elon musk and it's about what are you laughing oh i'm like why are you laughing so hard because

00:08:17.060 i'm reading i'm like i'm not that funny i see oh yes oh my goodness broke back a mountain yes yeah um

00:08:26.300 you know i i i never did see that film uh when it came out must be what 15 years ago now uh drea i'm

00:08:34.140 i'm guessing um i i don't know folks call me a square but uh i don't like to watch a western where

00:08:40.800 the uh bad guys get it in the end anyway um and the but that that meme is brilliant and uh yeah it's

00:08:52.100 really the cbc uh you know playing it too clever by half isn't it drea that you know um you know like

00:09:00.360 sort of like they're a hesitant suitor uh when like i said uh the majority of canadians i would argue

00:09:07.900 and i think the ratings and the stats back me up uh don't want uh their content um but here on the

00:09:15.180 flip side guess who's very much uh in vogue uh more so uh since he lost his platform just a couple

00:09:24.160 of weeks ago i'm talking about the great tucker carlson and he released drea a second video

00:09:30.600 announcing that his new program will be streaming on twitter i say and i presume millions and millions

00:09:39.280 of people are saying can't wait let's hear him hey it's tucker carlson you often hear people say

00:09:47.360 the news is full of lies but most of the time that's not exactly right much of what you see on

00:09:53.100 television or read the new york times is in fact true in the literal sense you could pass one of the

00:09:58.320 media's own fact checks lawyers would be willing to sign off on it in fact they may have but that

00:10:03.740 doesn't make it true it's not true at the most basic level the news you consume is a lie a lie

00:10:10.040 of the stealthiest and most insidious kind facts have been withheld on purpose along with proportion

00:10:16.320 and perspective you are being manipulated how does that work let's see if i tell you that a man has

00:10:22.740 been unjustly arrested for armed robbery that is not strictly speaking a lie he may have been framed

00:10:28.660 at this point there's been no trial so no one can really say but if i don't mention the fact that

00:10:33.400 the same man has been arrested for the same crime six times before am i really informing you no i'm

00:10:40.480 not i'm misleading you and that's what the news media are doing in every story that matters every

00:10:46.700 day of the week every week of the year what's it like to work in a system like that after more than

00:10:52.820 30 years in the middle of it we could tell you stories the best you can hope for in the news

00:10:57.540 business at this point is the freedom to tell the fullest truth that you can't but there are always

00:11:02.640 limits and you know that if you bump up against those limits often enough you will be fired for

00:11:08.420 it that's not a guess it's guaranteed every person who works in english language media understands that

00:11:15.600 the rule of what you can't say defines everything it's filthy really and it's utterly corrupting

00:11:22.980 you can't have a free society if people aren't allowed to say what they think is true

00:11:27.500 speech is the fundamental prerequisite for democracy that's why it's enshrined in the first

00:11:33.480 of our constitutional amendments amazingly as of tonight there aren't many platforms left that allow

00:11:39.540 free speech the last big one remaining in the world the only one is twitter where we are now

00:11:46.780 twitter has long served as the place where our national conversation incubates and develops twitter is not

00:11:53.460 a partisan site everybody's allowed here and we think that's a good thing and yet for the most part

00:11:59.260 the news that you see analyzed on twitter comes from media organizations that are themselves thinly

00:12:04.760 disguised propaganda outlets you see it on cable news you talk about it on twitter the result may feel

00:12:11.520 like a debate but actually the gatekeepers are still in charge we think that's a bad system we know

00:12:18.320 exactly how it works and we're sick of it starting soon we'll be bringing a new version of the show

00:12:24.340 we've been doing for the last six and a half years to twitter we bring some other things too which we'll

00:12:29.000 tell you about but for now we're just grateful to be here free speech is the main right that you have

00:12:34.860 without it you have no others see you soon

00:12:38.000 dray i don't know about you i can't wait i think uh tucker once again adroitly uh spelled out what's

00:12:47.760 going on right now and i think if you read between the lines it's something i've always said there's

00:12:52.460 one thing worse than state censorship which we're getting in canada with the passage of c11 and more

00:12:59.420 to come and that is self-censorship uh the idea that you know what i don't want to rock the boat

00:13:06.660 i got a comfortable gig uh i want to be in with the uh woke uh power-broken crowd uh so we have a

00:13:15.800 situation my job yeah as you see in the in america uh the ongoing dereliction of duty i would call it

00:13:26.660 by the mainstream media in terms of going after the biden crime family not just joe but hunter in that

00:13:34.220 infamous laptop while they remain on a journalistic jihad against the man who's out of power that being

00:13:42.080 a donald trump it is so obvious the bias that you know the idea of a balanced unbiased media

00:13:51.040 and i'm not talking about the op-ed pages to whatever thus that you would editorialize there

00:13:56.860 but i'm talking about the front page folks where that doesn't exist anymore the media for the biden

00:14:02.740 administration is the proletarian guard if you will and they are the vicious attack dogs against 0.99

00:14:08.960 the man who's no longer in the white house so it is going to be fascinating to see tucker on this new

00:14:16.700 platform um i can tell you this drea um do you think fox news is suffering from buyer's remorse because

00:14:24.660 at the end of the day my friend i think fox news needed tucker carlson more than tucker carlson needed

00:14:32.260 fox news absolutely i mean they were number one and to make a big change like this it's got to hurt

00:14:39.060 it is hurting um there i saw a video on how much it's going down it's quite a bit but also i'm just

00:14:46.340 really looking forward to seeing tucker unleashed i really like that he has no strings pulling him

00:14:51.960 anywhere i'm again i'm not going to say that he necessarily was um you know being binded but now

00:14:58.180 we know he isn't so it will be really interesting to see what's happening here i've already seen people

00:15:02.960 on twitter say oh tucker wasn't my first subscription on twitter um you know it looks like another good

00:15:09.480 deal or business move for elon i'm not saying they're partnering i'm just saying the decision to

00:15:15.480 make subscriptions available and of course the left uh state-backed media is losing their mind

00:15:22.980 you know simply just because he's gonna have a show with a subscription just like anybody could

00:15:27.800 basically do on youtube where they say please like and subscribe all the time but because tucker did

00:15:32.920 it on twitter oh my gosh twitter is you know now a far right social media platform yeah yeah i i love

00:15:41.360 that descriptor drea far right like uh right of mousy tongue of joseph stalin maybe is that what you

00:15:48.520 mean by far right you know here's the trick um when it comes to going independent and i have no worries

00:15:55.180 about tucker in fact i think he's going to make more money on twitter than he did at fox which was in

00:16:00.240 the millions of dollars and it's this anyone can start up a podcast the key is how do you monetize it

00:16:07.600 how do you make a living how do you sell subscriptions how do you court advertisers

00:16:12.540 based on that i think this is going to be beyond tucker carlson's wildest dreams how much support he

00:16:20.140 gets and you know this is what twitter was meant to be i mean drea when we look back more than 15 years

00:16:27.300 ago with the ascension of um facebook youtube twitter if you recall the pitch was this hey come one come

00:16:37.000 all this is a wild west of free speech say what you want do what you want um all are welcome and for

00:16:45.520 the tech giants in silicon valley what an incredible business plan adria free content they didn't have

00:16:52.100 to pay a single penny and then as the years went by and they developed a critical mass because i don't

00:17:00.580 know about you the first time i heard the word facebook what's that google what's that youtube what's

00:17:04.740 that twitter what's that once they became household words once they had millions upon millions of

00:17:12.120 followers and subscribers then we know what happened don't we drea um you you you and you we don't like

00:17:19.040 your views you're out of the tent it was the ultimate example of bait and switch they conned uh content

00:17:27.640 providers especially those on the right to deliver their content for free and these woke leftists once they

00:17:34.160 got that critical mass going they suddenly got picky and choosy about uh freedom of speech so thank god

00:17:42.000 yet again that elon musk uh forked over billions of dollars to acquire the twitter platform in the first

00:17:49.420 place yeah to pull it out of its hole and a lot of like i like how twitter is so you know you can just

00:17:56.180 see what they're doing as far as business goes there's no sort of hidden thing facebook capitalizes so

00:18:01.500 much on ads that aren't even regulated there's scams on there that they're getting paid for

00:18:06.420 and the people who do the content on facebook don't earn very much from those ads you have to pay a lot

00:18:12.240 of money to uh you know boost your post and things like that i mean really uh it seems as though what elon

00:18:19.440 is doing is really friendly for the people all people people on the left too and if they were smart

00:18:24.840 they would be the only ones on the platform you wouldn't want to leave because the more people on the

00:18:30.140 left who leave then you get to have all the people that are using it so um he pulled twitter out of

00:18:35.560 his hole he's a business person and um i think people like tucker taking advantage of it i'm sure

00:18:41.740 we are at rebel news are we um can you can people subscribe to us yet i don't even know you know

00:18:48.640 i'm not sure about that yeah well we should we should get on it yeah they can i i should know that

00:18:54.620 all i know is i've finally got my little blue check i never applied for it before and um you know

00:19:00.040 so because i you get the haters oh he doesn't he's not even verified you know i i'm just too busy i

00:19:05.340 never bothered to uh apply for it but i support what elon musk is doing yeah um i think content

00:19:12.920 providers should be paid for their content drea so uh that 15 bucks a month or whatever it is i'm more

00:19:19.880 than happy to vote with my wallet what's that drea i think it's only five dollars and yes you

00:19:26.460 can subscribe to rebel news too and i'm sure we have some really good uh focus content for that

00:19:31.260 there you go and you know what that's something i think the younger generation has gotten away from

00:19:35.740 the idea of you know what what do you mean it's not a free ride case in point drea itunes when itunes

00:19:42.400 first came along again more than probably 20 years now um 99 cents right for a digital quality song

00:19:51.680 that i can port to numerous devices that's the bargain of the century i think and yet i'd have

00:19:58.980 the youngsters oh you dummy don't you know there's sites you can go to you can rip that song for free

00:20:04.380 no i want the record company and i want the artist to get a piece of the action and 99 cents

00:20:11.560 i mean that's not going to kill me you can't even get a cup of coffee for that so what's the problem

00:20:17.840 but we have an entire generation i think drea that's been raised on uh gimme gimme gimme and i don't pay

00:20:26.200 and that's wrong well and it's the village mentality is taking care of ourselves supporting each other

00:20:33.620 supporting businesses um you know who to to support instead of who to boycott and you know there's the

00:20:40.220 cbc that we have no choice in it but when people uh choose who to support there's power in that so

00:20:46.760 yes there you go and and by the way just to you know tie this up in a little bowl based on

00:20:52.480 the first news story cbc say well you know maybe we'll give you a little bit of twitter content you

00:20:59.360 know but not too much mind you we're not gonna open the floodgates yeah so you're gonna give us a

00:21:05.120 little bit of something really nobody wants versus tucker carlson there are people with bated breath

00:21:12.660 millions of them around the globe waiting for him to go live on this new platform oh my god do those

00:21:19.820 you know broadcasters running the cbc really need a reality check and the audacity at the end 0.70

00:21:26.960 adrea is we're paying for this rubbish unbelievable absolutely and they're insulting the people on 0.94

00:21:34.220 twitter that follow them that's like so silly fantastic well you know what we should get to an 0.94

00:21:38.980 ad before we uh dig into uh more uh on this file so uh because we got a hard close at two o'clock so

00:21:46.520 by the way anyone who wants to do a super chat keep that in mind uh we have to go off the uh uh airwaves

00:21:52.580 or the internet waves at 2 p.m forgive my dinosaur language but why don't we run an ad and we'll see

00:21:59.460 you on the other side folks why don't you treat the mama bear in your life to some special rebel gear 0.99

00:23:04.000 forget dear old mom folks uh go to our rebel news store so adria i think we should talk about some of

00:23:11.320 the reaction tucker carlson uh tucker carlson's twitter announcement is receiving uh here's a

00:23:18.000 video from nbc uh they seem unaware of what country they're broadcasting from check this video out folks

00:23:26.320 okay well listen twitter was already under fire from misinformation disinformation all-out lies

00:23:34.500 anti-semitism racism before elon musk took over and now it's gotten kind of crazy right seemingly

00:23:41.060 unmoored uh if you will will anybody be able to police what carlson says or is this the point it's

00:23:48.600 just a free-for-all i think this is the point it is a free fall it's what elon musk wants to provide

00:23:53.080 this move by tucker may cement the idea of twitter as a right-wing website

00:23:57.840 oh my god drea look at that quote will anybody be able to police what carlson says um don't you know

00:24:08.860 you're in the land of the first amendment versus oh say the dominion of canada under blackface 1.00

00:24:15.200 and bill c11 uh in which his uh online thugs will uh censor the internet drea i'm astounded

00:24:23.440 by that attitude coming from an american broadcaster it is shocking he belongs in canada i think

00:24:30.480 policing will anybody be able to police what tucker says and then the um i don't know who the other

00:24:37.440 person is but he's like yeah that's the point and yeah that is the point the point is you can go on

00:24:42.760 there and talk and not be canceled for putting a meme up like i did they kicked me off of facebook

00:24:48.160 when i did a you remember those killer hornets when that came out i did a meme with bill gates's

00:24:55.080 face and he was like and it was it said release the murder hornet murder i was banned from facebook

00:25:01.680 for that meme for like a month so oh my gosh it's funny to see them lose their mind like that but it's

00:25:09.280 also insane that censorship has become so normalized some people think it's the righteous thing to do like

00:25:17.380 they have no clue how it's affected history and what a danger it is to society yeah thank you by the

00:25:24.960 way for reminding me of those murder hornets uh you've really triggered me drea there's two things in

00:25:29.540 the world i hate hornets and murder and when you combine them together that is one vile vicious insect

00:25:36.580 yeah who named it i don't want to die from a bee steak folks i mean talk about an inglorious ending 0.97

00:25:44.980 to a career such as it is and uh then uh well not to be outdone uh cnn um they i don't know if we

00:25:54.740 have a video for this or it's just a tweet it's a tweet right wing extremist right wing extremist

00:26:03.940 tucker carlson will relaunch his program on twitter a platform he praised as the only remaining large

00:26:11.180 free speech platform in the world after fox news fired him late last month end quote drea my god

00:26:19.140 uh off with his head we have a journalist praising a platform on social media as being pro free speech

00:26:27.460 am i in the bizarro superman world right now yeah and did they all get the memo to all of a sudden call

00:26:34.100 tucker a right wing extremist like i don't think they were doing that last week you know what i mean

00:26:39.920 like all of a sudden they all have this they need to do that montage video where you have all the news

00:26:45.960 saying the same sentence over and over because that's what i feel like is happening here but it's

00:26:50.340 just it's i think it's getting to the point because they keep overusing these words so it waters it down

00:26:56.400 and nobody's starting to take these things seriously anymore so it's almost like the more they complain

00:27:01.960 about it the people who are tired and see this censorship stuff happening and they're realizing that

00:27:07.340 people are being called right wing when they're not really what right wing they're just normal

00:27:11.860 it's almost like an advertisement at that point to be like you know what i should check out twitter

00:27:17.120 like you know or it's exciting it's like well what's going on on there what is this right wing

00:27:22.120 extreme that's going to say so i again i like to find the silver lining and i think in the end it's

00:27:27.240 going to do more good it's that saying no publicity is bad publicity in this case i think you know

00:27:33.300 andrea as i mentioned just a few minutes ago when all these social media platforms twitter

00:27:39.080 youtube facebook etc uh in their inception it was all about free speech until they got to a critical

00:27:47.160 mass level and then they decided those that weren't woke leftist progressives uh they were banished um

00:27:55.340 yeah and cnn and nbc and everybody else they were down with the wild west of free speech then no

00:28:03.220 problem and when elon musk once their darling because of electrical vehicles uh comes out to restore

00:28:11.200 twitter to what it was once billed as uh he's a villain he's a right-wing extremist oh give me a break

00:28:18.880 yeah he i believe he put out a statement too do we have that he put out a tweet about it because of

00:28:25.920 the actual misinformation going on about the situation where it's you know implying that

00:28:31.520 there's some sort of deal between elon musk and tucker just because tucker decided to you know put

00:28:37.560 his show on there um so yeah he's got a thing up there and it specifies there's absolutely no deal

00:28:43.060 between them and um that everybody is welcome to use this system and get the war rewards from the

00:28:50.040 system and he says at the end i hope that many others particularly from the left also choose to

00:28:56.020 to be content creators on the platform so again free speech uh you know it's the place to be that's why

00:29:05.420 cbc is crawling back and everything he said in that statement uh drea is absolutely beyond fair i think

00:29:15.740 he is absolutely reaching out to all sides he is not a censorious thug but i think being a censorious

00:29:22.220 thug that's what the left loves these days the days of classical liberalism are over as as you said on

00:29:28.200 the previous show if you're a classical liberal who believes in freedoms such as assembly and the press

00:29:34.820 and speech well you're now a conservative right yeah you are for sure sometimes far right wow well i

00:29:42.700 did mention the journalistic jihad against donald trump uh we do have a video here uh trump responding

00:29:49.300 to yesterday's uh trial result um this is why i love uh donald trump he he always makes me laugh and uh

00:29:58.320 and i mean that in a good way folks he does not bend the knee to the woke hyenas out there so

00:30:03.840 let's see what he had to say about this most recent trial verdict what can you expect from a trump

00:30:10.660 hating clinton appointed judge who went out of his way to make sure that the result of this trial was

00:30:18.020 as negative as it could possibly be speaking to and in control of a jury from an anti-trump area

00:30:25.820 which is probably the worst place in the united states for me to get a fair trial

00:30:32.240 will be appealing this decision it's a disgrace i don't even know who this woman is i have no idea

00:30:40.520 who she is where she came from this is another scam it's a political witch hunt and somehow we're

00:30:48.300 going to have to fight this stuff we cannot let our country go into this abyss this is disgraceful

00:30:54.900 you have somebody running for office you have a woman that's financed and lied about it she totally 1.00

00:31:01.480 lied about it by democrat operatives like just about the biggest one there is and she said that

00:31:09.120 wasn't true they found that she lied about it and the judge wasn't even i guess letting it be put in

00:31:16.780 as evidence the whole thing is a scam and it's a shame and it's a disgrace to our country

00:31:24.420 you know drea i love when donald trump says i don't even know who she is that's how that's how

00:31:33.100 insignificant this person is and the smoking gun evidence by the prosecution is a group photo from

00:31:41.020 the late 1980s i believe in which she's appearing in a group with donald trump who he wasn't the

00:31:47.480 president then but he was sure a celebrity then and this idea well what do you mean you don't know

00:31:54.400 who she is what do you mean you never met her here's the photographic evidence drea you know i mean

00:31:58.920 you're out in the field as i know we come up to people they go hey uh you know uh big supporter

00:32:04.840 of rebel news can i have a selfie i always say yes i have no idea who these people are i don't say um

00:32:10.760 can you send me a resume i want to do a background check you know i mean think of you know and that's

00:32:16.760 just you and i i mean think of how many millions of photos donald trump has been in and you expect

00:32:23.420 them to know who's who in the zoo no you're so right about it david and we've seen this before

00:32:29.860 time and time where a picture where and it's almost always very clearly that situation where

00:32:35.080 it's just like yay we're together in the same room sure i'll take a picture makes you think it's

00:32:39.460 almost dangerous sometimes to do that you never know it can come back to bite you but you can't

00:32:43.560 live that way yeah it it is good now part of me of course says you know i wish i was in the

00:32:49.380 courtroom and heard it for myself before i can weigh in because you have him saying this and it

00:32:55.360 is sort of comical in the way he says it and it's very believable but i don't know i don't know all

00:33:00.960 the evidence that was there and so i will just say i would have liked to know the full story but i am

00:33:06.680 interesting to interested to see in how the appeal goes because um as far as i read they will be

00:33:13.140 appealing this and he does not have to pay costs until uh that matter is um being said but here

00:33:20.120 she is and i think i don't want to jump ahead because he's like who is she i have no clue who

00:33:25.460 she is are we going to play that little video of her because that's the first time i had seen her

00:33:30.600 and uh yeah let us know in the comments what you think after watching this i don't feel like a victim

00:33:36.840 i was not thrown on the ground and ravished which the word rape carries so many sexual

00:33:42.320 connotations this was not this was not sexual for it just it it hurt it just what it just you know

00:33:50.420 i think most people think of rape as a i mean it is a violent assault it is not i think most people

00:33:56.340 think of rape as being sexy let's take a short break think of the fantasies

00:34:01.500 we've got to take a quick break if you can stick around we'll talk more on the other side

00:34:06.760 you're fascinating to talk to 0.97

00:34:08.640 i don't feel like a bitch geez it almost looked like she was flirting with him 1.00

00:34:14.900 i know right and he's like we're gonna let's take a quick break like he's like stuttering 0.93

00:34:22.340 that is the most awkward interview one of the top awkward interviews i've ever seen

00:34:28.420 you know i'm not gonna flat out say she's lying or anything like that but i am gonna say she's a

00:34:33.540 strange woman you know i agree dr and i mean if that is indeed the case and that's a horrible thing

00:34:40.280 rape goes without saying but why wouldn't you raise a ruckus when it happened you i sheila our other 1.00

00:34:47.840 colleagues alexa we've all been assaulted in the field we don't go ah you know what i'm let's let

00:34:53.780 this uh blow over for whatever reason no we make a stink about it we we if possible we get criminal

00:35:00.300 charges pressed if possible we will file a civil suit so if something that heinous that physical

00:35:06.460 assault that happened to her happened then i don't understand the unspoken strategy of why

00:35:13.340 she wouldn't scream blue murder and ask for justice when it happened well i do have a lot of experience

00:35:21.340 working with people who were sexually abused and raped and so it is true that some will not speak out

00:35:27.560 right away there's it's it's a traumatic thing to go through sometimes there's shame attached to it

00:35:32.820 there's a whole variety of reasons as to why someone may not talk about it until years later

00:35:38.920 so but you know what for that very reason you said the trauma and i can only imagine the trauma adrea

00:35:45.600 isn't that you know aren't you making my argument that the vicious violent male that did that to you

00:35:54.700 he's got to pay the price he's got to pay the consequences absolutely and not for you maybe

00:36:00.780 in protection of other women other would-be future uh victims i that's the point of view i'm coming

00:36:06.840 across with this but you know as you said earlier uh trump is going to appeal this i don't know the

00:36:12.540 legal mechanisms here but i wonder if his lawyers can get a change of venue there is no way in hell

00:36:19.940 in new york city that donald trump can get a fair trial and you know the irony is so perverse

00:36:27.740 uh drea for all he's done to new york all his development work you would think there'd be a

00:36:34.080 statue built in the shape of donald trump hey right put it right next to lady liberty uh just to make the

00:36:41.360 the left explode but no not only is he not acknowledged uh he is vilified demonized and now

00:36:48.940 uh persecuted uh this this is appalling and i would also say this drea let even if you're a hardcore 1.00

00:36:55.640 democrat do you really want to see the united states of america go on this route uh prosecuting

00:37:02.640 former presidents and a man who might very well likely be the 2024 um ticket leader on the republican

00:37:12.380 party so in other words a future presidential candidate do you want to see this happen because

00:37:17.940 this is unprecedented but because it's republicans and because it's donald trump mean orange man well 0.54

00:37:24.220 different set of rules applies i guess drea oh yeah absolutely especially considering biden has rape 1.00

00:37:31.560 allegations out and i don't know if we said it but the judge for the trump case did not um find that

00:37:39.160 there was a rape right that's her allegation but that part of it was not um he wasn't found guilty

00:37:46.640 i guess of that but biden has his own rape accuser out there as well and you don't see the uh you know

00:37:53.380 we're reporting on both of these sides but it seems as though the state-backed media kind of shies away

00:37:58.720 from this here's one of our articles here biden rape accuser tara reed issues cryptic warning all roads

00:38:05.300 lead to joe biden she basically uh said if you read our article on that that if something happens

00:38:12.120 to her she is not suicidal and that's what she meant by all roads leading to biden so um yeah it's

00:38:21.400 happening to both of them these types of claims and that's a perfect example of what i just mentioned

00:38:26.840 drea the double standard the hypocrisy tara reed has been vilified by the left right exactly this is the

00:38:33.500 alleged victim of joe biden's physicality and it's not let's go after the male that was harassing and 0.84

00:38:42.960 assaulting this woman rather let's go after this woman for creating you know uh an aura of stench 1.00

00:38:50.100 around uh the great joe biden this is absolutely despicable and again uh much like the trans sanity 1.00

00:38:57.680 file i asked where is the feminist movement on the tara reed file exactly where is it yeah so she 1.00

00:39:05.640 made headlines about the claim in 2020 during the presidential election as well um and she's been

00:39:12.760 scrutinized like you said for the allegations and the biden campaign attempted to portray it as

00:39:19.260 exoneration but the times firmly rejected the interpretation so yeah there's a really good article

00:39:25.980 on it and she in her statement says i want to make something clear if something happens to me all

00:39:30.920 roads lead to joe biden joe biden and dnc political machine threats bullying and intimidation over the last

00:39:38.080 three years will not work i am not suicidal i should not be under investigation nor am i sorry i had to

00:39:47.300 click to expand um i should not be under sorry it's not uh i don't have the full thing in front of me

00:39:55.840 but nevertheless i um my heart goes out to tara reed and and thankfully she's still fighting for

00:40:03.640 justice that's a strong woman in my book uh dra we'll uh change gears on the other side of an ad break 1.00

00:40:10.640 we got to take right now uh yeah it might be mother ocean day today but looks like the tdsb isn't all that

00:40:16.420 down with mother's day you're not going to believe this story folks let's go to that ad

00:40:22.060 somebody who's the salt of the earth your teacher your friend mothers look after their children

00:40:34.480 and they fight for their rights even if it doesn't affect them you're we're fighting for our kids rights

00:40:41.620 lioness lioness don't mess with them my mother means almost everything to me she's 91 she's been

00:40:50.640 there for me all my life she's implanted christian values she's never changed and she's a rock in our

00:40:56.660 life my favorite person in the world everything she did for us was because she loved us so dearly

00:41:04.680 never gave up on us she's my mother so much my mother has passed away but she has uh been a guiding

00:41:14.120 light in my life still i talk with her i i feel that she's impacted a lot of truth and faith and um she

00:41:24.200 always taught me to um remember that i'm a child of the king anything that she could do to help or support

00:41:31.240 she did it and she's gone now but i will love her forever despite whatever we get in her way she'll

00:41:39.040 be there for you

00:41:39.900 a mother is unconditional love

00:41:45.760 and this is my mom oh and i love her to death thank you thank you and this is my mother so if

00:41:55.660 you agree with us that mothers deserve to be celebrated this mother's day and every other day

00:42:00.880 head to rebelnewsstore.com check out our new exclusive line just for the rebel mom in your life 1.00

00:42:08.640 and use coupon code to save for grandma and mother all together

00:42:13.140 oh your mom looks sweet dray uh coming this mother's day uh please uh give her a hug for me

00:42:29.680 well yeah because i i don't think i can make it all the way out to british columbia for that

00:42:33.460 but i'm sure my mom is amazing she's an amazing woman and mothers should be celebrated i love that

00:42:40.080 ad because it really captures many of the reasons why and yet you have the woke mom coming to erase

00:42:48.140 womanhood furthermore from the mothers uh toronto school takes down mother's day message following

00:42:55.100 criticism so if you look at the sign it says life does not come with a manual manual it comes with a mom

00:43:03.660 well that's sure to trigger some liberals isn't it and you know what what a beautiful phrase

00:43:10.060 that is and as i understand drea this was a part of a writing contest by the grade six class at uh

00:43:16.640 q beach junior public school and somebody came up with that uh life does not come with a manual it

00:43:22.860 comes with a mom i don't care if your mom is in your life or not we all came from a female who was a 1.00

00:43:30.780 mother you become a mother when you give birth that's as easy as it is and you know i'll correct you on

00:43:36.420 something it wasn't the woke mob drea it was one uh karen who went on facebook and got a couple of

00:43:44.660 other karens on side and they made a complaint to the school and just like that it's gone and i was

00:43:51.280 listening to a an interview on the radio with ryan bird he's a spokesman with the tdsb and ryan's a good

00:43:57.000 guy you know uh he's just following orders folks he's just communicating what the his woke insane

00:44:02.920 bosses are telling him to say but basically uh the way they're framing it drea is it didn't reflect

00:44:09.940 the entire community i don't know how that's possible we all came from a mother you know whether

00:44:14.980 she's in your life or not so uh out of the sensitivity to the uh i guess the people who don't

00:44:20.580 like uh mothers or mother's day we took the sign down uh you know drea let's flip this around next

00:44:28.000 month will be uh pride of palooza it used to be a day then a week then a month and now it's a season

00:44:33.320 pretty soon it'll be a year i wonder if a school raised a pride flag especially one of those pride 0.92

00:44:39.700 progress uh flags you know with the bipoc vagina included in it um i and if i went i went you know 1.00

00:44:47.060 what um that doesn't represent me and my community uh do you mind if you take that down could you

00:44:54.300 imagine what would happen drea uh first of all it's going to be a hard no secondly there'll probably

00:44:59.440 be a phone call to the interior human rights commission uh i would be lambasted and this is for

00:45:06.660 a community that is less than two percent of the world population and yet for 100 of the world's

00:45:15.100 population that began life thanks to a mother this is somehow offensive to some lunatic karens out 0.89

00:45:23.040 there that made this feeble complaint it's so wrong what do you say about this i am so disgusted by it

00:45:30.280 and it looks like the words that they use was that it's harmful and exclusionary and you hit so much on

00:45:36.320 the nail there uh we put up on the screen that canada now acknowledges that we apparently have a pride

00:45:42.400 season now that is not inclusive of everyone in canada absolutely not and uh last year i reported

00:45:50.700 on how schools are also canceling mother's day crafts and mother's day celebration for the same

00:45:56.920 reason they think it's harmful exclusionary but what i don't understand is the gender bender people 0.94

00:46:02.820 love to say that anybody can be a woman anybody can be a mom so what is wrong with saying mothers if to

00:46:09.000 them mothers means whoever wants to identify as a mother what is wrong with the label of a mother

00:46:15.000 it's like if you say hey we we like plumbers because you know when something's not working

00:46:21.480 with our toilet plumbers do a good job oh that's exclusionary you use the word plumbers not everybody's

00:46:26.580 the plumber that's exactly what they're doing it makes zero sense and you're right pride the kids

00:46:33.060 will be celebrating pride they will be coming home with pride crafts um i i have emails coming in

00:46:38.720 already this year about mother's day being canceled so i'll do a write-up about that as well so this is

00:46:44.740 really an attack on uh females motherhood and it's gotta stop this is insane and i didn't realize it was

00:46:53.500 a grade six you're saying grade six came up with that beautiful quote and it gets taken down like it was

00:46:59.920 something hateful yeah and imagine how that student feels and by the way dray i mean and the argument is

00:47:05.460 well the many of our students or some of them at least they don't have a mother in their life maybe

00:47:10.520 the mother never wanted to raise the child maybe the mother's passed away well in the case of the 0.55

00:47:15.480 latter you know what mother's day is all about it's honoring the memory of your mother and in case

00:47:21.560 anyone thinks i'm being uh cruel uh about this let me tell you something you probably don't know this

00:47:29.140 i'll make this anecdote as short as possible uh when i grew up i did not have a mother and father

00:47:35.640 in my life i was raised by my grandparents and when it was mother's day and father's day and when we had

00:47:42.240 to make a craft in elementary school i did not feel excluded i did not feel ostracized i made those crafts

00:47:50.980 and i gave them to my grandmother and my grandfather who i dearly dearly loved and i dearly miss

00:47:57.100 so i am indeed speaking from experience even if there is not a mother and father in your life 0.94

00:48:03.760 it is absolutely no reason to cancel mother's day and father's day and shame on these hypocrites

00:48:09.820 because like i said drea if this was you or i raising an issue about uh pride year it'll soon be 0.94

00:48:17.840 uh we would be vilified and demonized but when the karens uh carry out uh a jihad against motherhood 0.97

00:48:27.300 we have to listen to that community we can't be exclusionary even though we're i guess excluding

00:48:33.800 excluding um four billion people on the planet in terms of uh mothers and potential mothers and look 1.00

00:48:41.560 how quickly they bend for a handful of parents but you know if you point out that uh you know 0.96

00:48:47.940 a teacher shouldn't be walking around exposing their nipples to children like look what happens 0.99

00:48:53.720 then or the sexually explicit books in schools hundreds are complaining about these issues and 0.92

00:48:58.600 nothing's being done by it and i didn't know that about how you were raised but thanks for sharing that

00:49:03.720 but you're right it's almost like we're teaching kids they can't handle life that way too if you're

00:49:09.280 saying oh don't ever talk about your mom don't ever say it's good around kids don't that don't

00:49:13.640 have their mom how do they grow to accept their life and grandma should have a mother's day gift too

00:49:20.100 or for craft i'm sure she was so happy to receive that from you so you know i wouldn't be opposed to

00:49:25.820 it uh she was such a special woman in my life i can tell you that uh dray in fact i'd i'd be nowhere

00:49:31.580 without her um but i think that ship has sailed the ideas of mothers and fathers grandmothers and 0.98

00:49:39.080 grandfathers uh no that that's that's too exclusionary uh let's have drag queen performances 1.00

00:49:45.900 in elementary schools let's have pornography uh in the elementary school library let's have a um 0.99

00:49:52.800 a teacher who uh is probably suffering from a sexual perversity yeah i'm looking at you busty 0.99

00:49:59.860 at oakville chafalgar high school and by the way folks we have a big update to that story coming

00:50:05.100 stay tuned you won't be disappointed all of that is fine and dandy no problem there right but when

00:50:11.540 it comes to honoring a biological mother or father this is somehow offside by the whole diversity group

00:50:19.260 crowd how is it being diverse to exclude mothers and fathers in the first place drayah

00:50:26.200 you know you hit it all i i can't believe what we discuss in news i'm shocked every day i don't know

00:50:33.240 why like how is this happening how are mothers offensive that's the reality of canada and that's 1.00

00:50:40.820 what we're teaching kids in public school that this child did something wrong with that loving message

00:50:46.760 that's poetic what does that say to all the kids i can't it's disgusting we've got um a couple chats

00:50:53.180 that we're almost we we have to abruptly end so that's right um jonathan ee donates ten dollars

00:51:00.580 thank you very much says global state power is terrified of free and open debate absolutely right

00:51:06.560 trudeau is afraid that his gaslit narratives are challenged oh yeah that's the heart of c11 really

00:51:14.540 i think that's a great point um one of the things when it comes to divert the diversity is our strength

00:51:23.600 crowd adrea there's no diversity of opinions allowed that would be wrong think when you're

00:51:31.140 going up against well say the blackface regime uh he knows better for all of us and if you don't think 0.98

00:51:37.220 so then uh he's going to enact bills like bill c11 into law oh and uh weaponize the crtc and i do not

00:51:45.740 exaggerate right now uh egal equality for gays and lesbians everywhere they've got a formal complaint

00:51:52.300 against uh you know with the crtc uh suggesting that fox news be banned from canadian airwaves

00:52:00.060 uh it it's all lies of course it's they they say that tucker carlson who of course is no longer with

00:52:05.700 fox news uh drummed up hatred and violence against uh members of the uh the rainbow community uh it's

00:52:13.000 rubbish it's not true but if their feelings are hurt uh they will proceed this way and you know what's

00:52:19.480 funny egal they're made up of lawyers i do believe i'll call them shysters but they know 0.81

00:52:26.680 drea that if they went up against fox news with um criminal law or civil law rather uh defamation

00:52:34.160 libel slander it would be a shite case they have no hope so instead let's get around all this um

00:52:41.660 you know messy time-consuming legal stuff let's just go to the ontario human rights uh commission

00:52:48.360 uh or in this case the crtc newly weaponized and have fox news eradicated and my final point on that 0.67

00:52:56.820 drea is that fox news is not part of your basic cable um package exactly you have to ask for it you

00:53:04.660 have to pay for it with your own cash money no no no the very existence of a contrary opinion

00:53:10.440 it has to be snuffed out despicable yeah they want they'll come for blood and you're first born after

00:53:17.280 that um we have another chat here oh we have a nice one here from mark 13 says david is a hundred

00:53:23.900 percent right he was raised well oh isn't that sweet thank you oh my friend i i appreciate that

00:53:32.140 there's a ton of baggage in my closet though that you don't know about and a ton of costumes too

00:53:38.700 strangely enough some costumes in there as well but thank you that that's very that's very uh very

00:53:45.940 nice of you to say thank you so much yeah uh nice and shiny donates five dollars thank you very much

00:53:52.360 and says just watched yesterday's episode of the social said fox news should be banned so it's just 0.98

00:53:59.120 what you were talking about canadians too stupid to decide news sources themselves compared fox news 1.00

00:54:05.840 viewers to moronic divorced dads unbelievable and you know this community they're all against you know 1.00

00:54:14.020 i don't know fat shaming uh what fill in the blank shaming and yet if you're a supporter of the 0.99

00:54:20.800 republicans or trump the demonization and vilification drea it comes spilling out oh the social that's that

00:54:28.740 canadian version of the view right and uh all i'll say about the view is oh what a view uh give me a

00:54:37.420 blindfold oh my gosh and they're so this is the problem with their echo chambers is that they think

00:54:46.060 they're actually right about only uh single dads watching fox news like that's just totally not true

00:54:52.820 they were number one it's impossible for that to be who their only viewers were yeah 100 do we have

00:55:02.000 any more chats uh drea oh i believe that's it that's it all right well we don't have time to tackle

00:55:08.900 another subject because we have a hard end at two uh i just want to thank our super producers olivia and

00:55:14.600 efron behind the boards i want to thank you drea for co-hosting today thank you so much and of course

00:55:20.800 our beloved audience especially those of you who gave us a super chat that's how we stay on the air

00:55:26.160 unlike cbc that just takes it out of your bank account every two weeks and uh boy uh do you think

00:55:32.180 you're getting value for what you're paying in any event i'll be back here tomorrow i believe it's with

00:55:37.060 the she devil herself sheila gun reid so in the meantime folks as always stay safe and stay sane

00:55:44.080 the media said that canadian truckers were russian agents controlled by vladimir putin

00:55:50.620 justin trudeau called them extremists the small fringe minority we are here out of love for our

00:55:59.760 families our communities and the government put the country under martial law to stop them 0.99

00:56:05.920 but what's the real story if you can't see the future in clear outline right now you're not
