00:02:55.160 say they are set to introduce a new bill criminalizing offensive speech. Speech that

00:03:04.580 offends them will be banned. I don't think the legislation is out yet. Have they tabled the

00:03:12.860 bill? I'm not sure if they have, but we have a news story on the premonitions of it. They say

00:03:17.960 they're going to. And when it comes to promises liberals, like if it was a promise to give clean

00:03:24.860 drinking water to a Northern Indian band, I'd say, well, you can't trust that promise. But if it's a,

00:03:30.500 there's two promises that I believe the liberals when they say them. One is they're going to raise
