00:00:53.300 following motion, quote, request for the federal government to notify municipalities when high-risk

00:01:00.920 offenders are authorized for unescorted temporary absences, end quote. It's a good motion, but my

00:01:09.080 view is that it doesn't go far enough. I think most people would like to know when and where

00:01:15.440 a high-risk offender is being released. Incredibly, the motion wasn't even voted on.

00:01:21.780 There's some sort of rule that a council meeting in Whitby, which starts at 7 p.m., cannot go past

00:01:28.100 11 p.m. I call it the Cinderella provision. Incredibly, the council spent four hours talking

00:01:36.780 about such crucially important topics as traffic roundabouts and the effect of sunlight on traffic

00:01:44.360 lights. Yeah, they ragged the puck so long on that claptrap that the vote on Leahy's motion will have

00:01:51.580 to take place next month. And really, the lion's share of constituents were attending this meeting

00:01:58.180 for this motion, but the mayor, she didn't care. Despicable. Of note, we learned of another issue

00:09:26.200 of this council for the past 10 years. There have been many issues dating back to the previous mayor,

00:09:33.220 where acts of sexism were investigated. I think these councillors jumped to sexism

00:09:40.160 because it has been the case in the past, end quote. Folks, I have no knowledge whatsoever of

00:09:46.760 council's history regarding misogyny and sexism, but furthermore, it's completely irrelevant to

00:09:53.780 the issue at hand. Stoller goes on, quote, I do believe you would have approached a male councillor

00:09:59.960 in a similar manner end quote well finally we have reached a consensus at least on one point

00:10:58.860 way in which this paragraph is presented, I would think the average reader would assume that the

00:11:05.760 person in question is me. As well, the timeline does not make sense. Lincoln believes we left

00:11:13.200 Whitby Town Hall parking lot at 11.40 p.m. The building by that time was locked down and dark.

00:11:21.500 There was no police presence anywhere. So what's going on here? Yes, I did reach out to the Durham

00:11:28.200 regional police media relations department. So far, it's crickets. Shameful. So in the final

00:11:35.460 analysis, I think this story is a double disgrace. First, Bozanowski's lying that she was in some

00:11:41.980 sort of dangerous situation because I merely asked her an impolite question. Secondly,

00:11:49.300 we have yet more evidence proving Sean Hannity was 100% correct in 2016 when he declared that

00:11:57.600 journalism is dead, at least when it comes to the mainstream media, which in Canada

00:15:03.100 police services have said, hey, we're not on board. We're not going to be your henchmen.
