Rebel News Podcast - DAVID MENZIES ｜ The chutzpah of the 'Little Gaza' university encampment knows no bounds

00:00:00.000 can you believe it the hobos for hamas down at u of t's little gaza actually have rules and

00:00:22.660 guidelines for their illegal encampment some of which resemble sharia law it's thursday june 13th

00:00:31.440 2024 i'm david menzies and this is the ezra lavent show

00:00:36.280 shame on you you censorious bug

00:00:42.600 my all-time favorite yiddish word is chutzpah it means sheer unmitigated gall and although the

00:00:58.860 year isn't quite halfway over yet i think i have a solid candidate for the most outrageous act of

00:01:06.300 chutzpah for 2024 and it can be found down at so-called little gaza that festering hate-filled

00:01:14.480 tent city situated upon the lawns of king's college circle at the university of toronto

00:01:20.960 for more than six weeks now this crucible of seething hatred has taken up lease here it is populated by

00:01:30.120 gruesome squatters who are breaking several sections of the trespass act this disgrace could

00:01:37.160 have been removed on the first day it went up as a similar encampment was at the university of calgary

00:01:43.520 as a similar encampment was at toronto's york university but no u of t's president garrick

00:01:51.400 murtler is so spine challenged he continues to bend the knee to the hitler youth movement here 0.64

00:01:57.860 it's a pathetic disgrace really but back to the sheer unmitigated gall part you see while the 0.93

00:02:05.600 people here by their very presence are carrying out a criminal act they are acting as though they are 0.80

00:02:13.540 not the trespassers but rather the actual landlords of king's college circle for starters

00:02:20.700 you can't even get past the gatekeepers unless you're vetted and approved seriously check it

00:02:27.740 out how you doing there sir just wondering do you mind if we walk in and ask people some

00:02:31.980 questions about what it is they're doing here no we can't go in

00:02:37.180 is this your property

00:02:40.860 yes

00:02:42.220 i'm sorry is english your second language maybe or

00:02:46.540 no why are you here today sir

00:02:50.700 by the way apparently the key to gaining admittance is spouting pro-hamas anti-israel sentiment

00:03:00.060 then you're in like flynn i refuse to do that of course so it is that i shall never get in

00:03:07.020 not much of a loss really i should think but the other day when we attempted to gain entry a nice lady

00:03:14.220 can i call her a lady i don't want to misgender anyone after all well she handed me this pamphlet

00:03:21.100 it's entitled community guidelines and principles of unity that's rich a squatters who by their very

00:03:30.940 presence are breaking the rules are now setting the rules for the rest of us talk about insult to

00:03:38.780 injury thus without further ado let's check some of the so-called guidelines and principles shall we

00:03:47.020 let's start with this whopper under the guidelines for non-campers section quote anyone can walk through

00:03:55.180 our encampment but we will not platform opportunists end quote um no not quite anyone as i said we've been

00:04:05.180 trying to get in since day one no dice you saw the video evidence earlier and here check out these

00:04:12.700 jewish u of t professors who also tried to gain entry to the lawns they actually work at the university

00:04:21.980 but they were physically blocked from gaining access as well check it out

00:04:27.020 can you just step back move away move away move away don't tell me to back up don't tell me to

00:04:35.180 back up i'm a professor i don't care i'm not causing any problems you're on indigenous property and we

00:04:41.820 give him permission to be here you're on what on indigenous property everywhere you go is indigenous 0.99

00:04:47.100 land okay so just a second you're on and you have not get out of the way get are you know are you

00:04:53.180 touching you you just touched me i did you just touched me i touched you okay now move away move

00:04:59.020 away i'm not i'm not going exactly don't engage we're not worth your time i walk here every day

00:05:04.940 you're not worth my time right okay so you're on indigenous land good so what are you doing here

00:05:10.460 i don't want to walk from university problem with your university

00:05:15.020 you don't know my background public land really what are you going to do

00:05:18.620 i'm indigenis too

00:05:21.820 yes yes okay sure make it the woods first nation man okay

00:05:30.300 oh yeah right they're on they're the people guarding us are you kidding me

00:05:34.460 i've walked across this thing for four years despicable let's skip ahead to guidelines for

00:05:41.260 messaging for starters quote no hate symbols end quote oh really there are signs all over the

00:05:51.340 encampment that read from the river to the sea and intifada those are coded messages for the genocide

00:05:59.100 of the jewish people never mind oh and here's another whopper quote no symbols for contentious

00:06:07.260 political groups i.e hamas hezbollah end quote yeah you heard that correctly hamas and hezbollah

00:06:16.300 are not terrorist organizations but rather they're contentious political groups you know like the

00:06:23.180 ndp or the green party or something wow here's another winner folks quote state flags are tolerated

00:06:31.900 but not encouraged except for sudan south africa indigenous allies of palestine end quote isn't that

00:06:41.260 so nice of these unhappy campers to tolerate certain flags oh by the way even though this protest is

00:06:50.780 happening in canada and is staged i would think by a hefty percentage of canadians you will not see

00:06:59.020 a single solitary canadian flag flying here why is that you ask oh well it's because they hate canada

00:07:07.340 and they hate you this is not conjecture check out what this lovely young scholar had to say do you

00:07:14.700 still think canada doesn't exist i do and that's that's a hill that i will die on so wow yeah so 0.95

00:07:20.860 you don't like canada nope hate it you hate can why are you here then ma'am because unfortunately

00:07:26.780 it was colonized by peoples who brought here came here with nothing came here with everything except 0.99

00:07:32.940 for land but claim it as theirs how does that really make sense okay then but you could fly tomorrow to

00:07:38.540 mexico across the southern border unmolested and you're in a different country easy peasy what was

00:07:43.820 the hold on what was that comment unmolested for can you adapt on to that what was that where did

00:07:49.100 that what was that you're not going to be stopped by border guards you know there's millions of uh

00:07:54.460 illegal migrants that have gone into america you could have used different terms than unmolested sir 0.85

00:07:59.580 that looked that that's that's a bit insensitive if you know i'm sorry i didn't mean to trigger you

00:08:05.020 yeah that's kind of just insensitive what what would you prefer i used literally there's a bunch

00:08:10.300 of other terms you could have used i don't give me one but just not that i whatever else you want

00:08:15.580 to say just not that yeah just she's just saying the language that you used was not preferable okay

00:08:20.780 you you know for a news channel in my opinion as you're a news channel that language for the context

00:08:27.740 of our conversation conversation isn't appropriate well i'm very sorry to hear that you know that when i

00:08:32.860 use molested i didn't meet it in a sexual way i do understand that but if you're just if that word

00:08:38.300 just flies out randomly sometimes some people just interpret it differently you know what do you want

00:08:43.740 to bet she's taking gender studies oh as always when it comes to the written word the devil is in the 0.57

00:08:51.660 details check out this guideline for messaging quote no chance that directly call for the murder of any

00:08:59.980 person or group cops idf bb gertler end quote uh did you catch that i speak of the word directly

00:09:09.260 thus my interpretation of this nasty nugget is that one can indirectly call for the murder of any person

00:09:17.180 or group and that would be a okay which more or less explains the coded genocidal messaging of from the

00:09:24.620 river to the river to the sea and intifada these cats don't come right out and say death to the jews and

00:09:30.940 destroy israel even though this is exactly what they mean and lust for let's hop over to the section 1.00

00:09:39.100 entitled guidelines for campers the first guideline that caught my eye is found in the subsection

00:09:46.140 entitled zero tolerance policy under the ban is quote hate speech racism ableism transphobia homophobia sexism

00:09:58.620 classism etc end quote um transphobia and homophobia are they serious you see in big gaza as opposed to

00:10:10.060 baby gaza transphobia and homophobia are deeply embraced concepts gazans take joy in executing members 0.99

00:10:20.220 of the rainbow community as for racism these campers certainly don't practice what they preach

00:10:26.780 i defer back to the poster girl for the i hate canada movement on campus check it out take your opinions 1.00

00:10:33.740 and shove it up your white ass why why why are you bringing race into this argument because i can 1.00

00:10:44.300 you see even though she doesn't seem to realize this fact referencing my skin color is inherently racist 1.00

00:10:52.780 and she's not a one-off is she you heard her comrades cheering on her racist rant wow for an

00:10:59.260 encampment that has zero tolerance for hatred it sure looks to me like there's a whole heap and helping of

00:11:06.700 hatred being tolerated or maybe it's a matter of selective hatred is okay oh and i love this guideline quote

00:11:18.300 avoid repeatedly being rude or lacking courtesy end quote really these guys are rude 24 7 here check this

00:11:28.940 out recently there was a counter demonstration by those who were standing up to the anti-semitism

00:11:35.660 that continues to flourish at little gaza this counter protest only lasted some 90 minutes but no

00:11:43.660 the pro-hamas hooligans did their very best to disrupt it by trying to drown out the speakers check it out

00:11:50.940 we will not stop we will not rest disclose divest we will not stop we will not rest nice now there is

00:12:06.140 plenty of blame to go around and most of it goes not to the campers but rather their enablers that would

00:12:13.500 be the woke weak inept dolts who comprise u of t's administration who are frozen due to paralysis by 0.95

00:12:22.620 analysis well that's not quite true folks you see earlier this month some jewish students and their 0.99

00:12:30.300 allies tried to set up a pro-israel encampment at the south end of little gaza oh that was tolerated for

00:12:38.780 less than an hour here okay i'll show you my student id yeah but i'm not giving you out of my hands

00:12:44.860 you can look at it from a distance if these guys have their encampment and as a student i have every

00:12:51.740 right because we're protected by qp we're protected by fred han we're protected by amnesty international

00:12:57.180 we're protected so every right that you have we have the same rights can the double standard

00:13:02.860 at this woeful university be any more apparent but moving on it also becomes readily apparent

00:13:11.740 that whoever wrote this manifesto has a real soft spot for sharia law no seriously check out

00:13:19.740 these so-called prohibitions no drug use no alcohol consumption no smoking wear non-distinctive clothing

00:13:31.020 and last but not least no sex in a shared or public place oh come on just leave it to the junior

00:13:41.180 jihadis here on campus to take all of the fun out of camping i mean you can't even kick back with a

00:13:47.980 wee dram of scotch after a long hard day of chanting genocide you can't even take part in you know a 0.84

00:13:54.620 little bit of horizontal jogging with your significant other jihadist this is a bummer man 1.00

00:14:00.700 that's uh that's a bummer what next mandatory burkas oh actually fabric coffins are redundant wouldn't you 0.99

00:14:09.820 say the sharia stooges both female and male at little gaza are already wrapped up like the mummy 0.93

00:14:17.740 and i wonder why that would be now i could go on but i think you get the point this encampment of hatred

00:14:26.860 and contempt and love for all things sharia is about to enter its second full month it's an absolute joke 0.98

00:14:36.140 a bad joke without a punchline this unreal community full of hooligans is taking a stance

00:14:46.540 for a fake nation had three rebrandings no i'm not making this up when it first opened shop it was

00:14:54.060 called little gaza and then the occupants here rebranded but you can't play mr nice guy with

00:15:02.940 genocidal maniacs and so it is that after multiple warnings and even trespass notices

00:15:12.140 all of which were ignored of course the university is currently seeking an injunction the injunction assuming

00:15:20.220 it will be granted will naturally be ignored as well so ultimately the university will have to call

00:15:30.140 the toronto police service unless of course after all of this maneuvering and after all of this kabuki

00:15:37.980 the administration opts for plan b i.e simply do nothing all summer long sadly given that there are so many

00:15:48.700 woke wimpified weaklings in charge at u of t don't bet against plan b from prevailing 0.97

00:15:57.500 one of my favorite broadcasters has this very prescient saying

00:16:13.420 his name is andrew wilkow and he works for sirius xm on the patriot and he says socialism is for the

00:16:20.620 people and never the socialist and you only have to wait long enough for a socialist politician to

00:16:26.380 prove that statement correct in canada just this morning we've got nikki ashton a long time member

00:16:33.740 of the ndp brain trust and often touted as the next replacement to jagmeet singh charging canadian

00:16:39.740 taxpayers for her family vacation to break it all down joining me now is lauren gunter of the edmonton

00:16:47.740 sun lauren tell us exactly what's happening it looks like she charged us seventeen thousand dollars 0.82

00:16:54.300 plus to meet with stakeholders over the christmas break and wouldn't you know what her kids came

00:17:01.420 with her and her husband uh so yeah we paid for all four of them to go to quebec uh they started in

00:17:09.660 quebec city and they went into uh i'm not sure you exactly call it northern quebec people in northern

00:17:15.580 quebec might not think they were far enough north to qualify but anyway they they toured around quebec

00:17:20.780 uh and then went home and and uh taxpayers footed the 17 000 bill for that and uh you know the irony

00:17:29.260 of all of this is that two weeks ago she was saying wow you know we need to put caps on grocery prices

00:17:36.220 because grocery store ceos are gouging ordinary canadians well an mp who takes her family along 0.90

00:17:43.820 on a junket for 17 000 is gouging canadians so she's a great one to talk you know this isn't

00:17:52.220 the first time though we've had an ndp politician do exactly this or at least it as someone adjacent to

00:18:00.220 an ndp politician remember jenny kwan's husband he worked for um a safe injection safe treatment facility

00:18:09.340 in british columbia and as it turns out they were billing the organization that he worked for for

00:18:16.220 their family trips to disneyland so this this really isn't anything new um the ndp is clearly not the

00:18:23.100 party of the working man well you know it's not really new for nikki ashton either i don't think

00:18:29.660 she billed her trip to greece during the pandemic lockdowns to taxpayers but she lost her status

00:18:38.460 as a shadow critic in the ndp caucus for having gone to greece over the christmas vacation in 2020

00:18:47.580 when all the rest of us were supposed to be in lockdown and not associating with one another

00:18:52.460 and going to funerals or having christmas parties or having weddings uh she took off flew to greece

00:18:59.020 to visit her grandmother who was unwell and i'm not suggesting she shouldn't have gone to greece

00:19:04.460 to visit her grandmother i'm just saying you can't tell all the rest of us we can't do that too and

00:19:11.180 then go off and do it yourself you know it was this was at the same time you remember in alberta

00:19:17.100 there was the big fuss over i think there were eight uh ucp mlas who had gone to mexico or hawaii

00:19:24.940 over the the christmas new year's break uh after they had been told if the rest of us in alberta had

00:19:31.340 been told we weren't supposed to travel because we didn't want to spread the pandemic so it's it's

00:19:37.420 the hypocrisy of it it's the hypocrisy of her saying that grocery store ceos are gouging the public 1.00

00:19:44.620 when she's out gouging the public herself and it's the hypocrisy of her saying you know don't travel 0.93

00:19:50.940 the pandemic is awful you have to follow all these restrictions and then she took off and fall and she

00:19:55.980 took off and flew off to greece so i i just think that you're absolutely right that socialist the

00:20:02.540 socialism is for the people and not for the socialists they prove this again and again and

00:20:08.060 again they are part of the politburo they're part of the the the top literati in in the in society and so

00:20:16.940 the rules that they enforce on the rest of us don't apply to them she's got uh twenty five hundred 1.00

00:20:25.420 dollars for accommodations and this is the part that really goes to the hypocrisy because you just

00:20:32.540 mentioned her attacking the grocery companies for the cost of groceries but she didn't have a problem

00:20:40.060 charging over fifteen hundred dollars for meals on her family vacation yeah and you know and the thing

00:20:48.060 is to to get back to this hypocrisy with her and the grocery store ceos uh you know she she was really 1.00

00:20:56.540 particularly harsh on uh loblaws you know they're they're about a quarter of the canadian grocery market

00:21:03.260 they had record profits in the third quarter of last year uh and they had solid profits in the fourth

00:21:10.780 quarter of last year in the first quarter of this year and so she went ballistic on them but what

00:21:16.780 nobody on the ndp or the liberal side seems to understand is that they were making their record

00:21:23.820 profits from their discount lines they they do for instance they have uh no frills is one of theirs they

00:21:31.900 they have lower uh priced chains not their loblaw stores not their uh city market stores that are

00:21:39.660 a little bit higher priced and they were making more money even in their higher priced stores from

00:21:45.820 their uh bargain lines like they have the no-name products that they sell yellow line that was exactly

00:21:52.300 that's where their that's where their profits were coming from so what they were doing was responding to

00:21:58.140 the public's demand for control over price or lower prices on groceries by offering more of their

00:22:05.580 discounts and that created a higher market share for them and they made more profit that that's a win-win

00:22:12.140 it's a win for the conservative it's a win for the company and yet here she was saying oh my goodness

00:22:17.740 you're just gouging the public and there she is out racking up 1500 bucks in me they didn't stop in 1.00

00:22:25.660 mcdonald's i'm thinking that they weren't eating happy meals and mcnuggets on 1500 bucks well and

00:22:33.100 you know you could tell by her response to the cbc that she never thought that she would be caught

00:22:38.460 doing this that she would never have to prepare a back story or an excuse because she says that she

00:22:46.620 was going to the capital to quote attend meetings with stakeholders about business of the house

00:22:53.420 over the holidays and that's according to her house of commons travel records but when they

00:22:57.820 actually reached out to a spokesperson uh on the phone they said she went to discuss quote language

00:23:03.900 priorities and to find out quote things she needs to prioritize she never even thought she would have

00:23:10.940 to answer for this not even no i'm sure i'm sure she never did it never occurred to her that what she

00:23:15.500 was doing was wrong i mean i think it goes beyond never occurring to her that she'd have to account for

00:23:21.580 this it never occurred to her that what she was doing was unethical or wrong or or a slap in the

00:23:28.140 face of taxpayers you know this is this is an mp who still has one of the highest remote attendance

00:23:36.220 records of any mp there the mps are really supposed to be back in the house of commons now the you know

00:23:43.500 the pandemic's over they don't get to come by zoom anymore uh but some of them still do and if you

00:23:49.420 you know i can understand that you're off in the riding doing something that's quite important in

00:23:53.820 the riding and you want to attend the the meetings by zoom for a few days fine go ahead and do that

00:23:59.180 that that is uh that that's an evolutionary sign of of the technology that's available now but she

00:24:07.260 doesn't go very often and she couldn't go for work she went for vacation but she went for vacation so

00:24:14.140 yeah i think that's i think that's a very fair summation of what she did so what happens next

00:24:20.620 because i'm old enough to remember bev oda's 16 orange juice and that was not something the party

00:24:25.980 could abide the party could not abide her having a 16 orange juice i don't think the ndp are going to

00:24:34.540 react in the same way they're not going to i don't think ask her to pay it back i don't think they're going

00:24:39.500 to ask her to resign whatsoever no no i'm sure you're right that they won't ask her to resign

00:24:44.300 they may finagle the the pay it back uh side of it uh and she may again lose her uh critic status 1.00

00:24:54.380 uh you know she might be taken out of the hierarchy in the ndp but they only have 24 members it's not like 0.95

00:25:02.060 this is a huge caucus and they can afford to to be short a critic or two uh so there'll be some kind

00:25:09.100 of of recognition of this made by jagmit singh uh but it won't be serious and it won't last very long

00:25:18.460 and the rest of them will rush to defend her i'm i'm guessing they'll say no she was doing valuable

00:25:24.700 work finding out what the northern constituencies that are underrepresented by the current government

00:25:30.140 what they want what they need she was doing some vital work uh and you know that my guess is she's 0.99

00:25:36.620 going to end up having to pay back a portion of this that is deemed to have been the cost for her 1.00

00:25:44.700 husband and her children uh and that her own expenses will not be questioned uh and so you

00:25:53.180 know i've seen this before you you see this with trudeau trudeau flies off to a private island on a

00:25:58.060 government jet and then he gets caught doing it and the government says okay well you have to pay

00:26:03.900 7 500 well there's no private jet in the world that flies from ottawa to the bahamas for 7 500 bucks

00:26:13.820 but that is the commercial airfare that he would have had to pay had he taken so that's how the

00:26:19.500 government handles this they'll they'll say okay well her travel expenses are 2300 too high and she's we

00:26:27.900 shouldn't have paid for her children's meals and so if she pays us back fifty five hundred dollars 1.00

00:26:32.940 well that'll be good i think that's that's about what's gonna gonna happen this isn't the first time

00:26:38.940 she's done this though uh cbc dug down into her records and they have a nearly ten thousand dollar trip

00:26:45.900 for her to go to windsor in may 2023 and she traveled with her spouse and her kids where she convenient or

00:26:55.020 sorry where her spouse conveniently grew up and went to school and university where all his family is

00:27:02.220 and somehow she found a way to make it parliamentary business they say that she was in the nation's 0.80

00:27:07.580 capital fewer than 30 days over the first six months of 2023 um will there be an audit is there any

00:27:17.420 appetite for an audit i'm not sure i don't think there's an appetite for an audit uh you'd have to

00:27:24.460 have the consent of the liberals uh just because of the way the numbers work to uh to do an audit in

00:27:32.220 the uh the house ethics committee uh and with the the saying will just say to trudeau you push too

00:27:42.300 hard on this we're backing out you can have an election right now if you want you you decide if

00:27:47.580 this if nikki ashton hanging nikki ashton out to dry is worth it to you then you go ahead and do that

00:27:52.460 but uh i understand that if you do that we're going to withdraw our consent for your government

00:27:58.140 and then you've got to face an election and so no i don't think there's going to be much you can't you

00:28:05.260 there is no taste in the new democratic party or the liberal party for an election at the moment they

00:28:12.220 both have pathetic fundraising and very bad poll numbers and so that's what's driving all of their

00:28:19.100 reactions to every issue so no i don't i think you're right i don't think you're going to see any

00:28:23.820 real repercussions from this there may be a small payback of certain portion of the bill but but that's

00:28:29.900 that you know the conspiracy theorist in me wants to think that the ndp jagmeet singh's people tipped the

00:28:39.820 cbc off to this in that she's seen as a leadership contender or the next replacement for him although

00:28:47.820 my fantasy football pick would be rachel notley because a powerful ndp actually is good for the 1.00

00:28:53.340 conservatives but um you know what do you think about my bizarre conspiracy theory that this might be

00:29:00.780 uh a setup from within because she's seen as the other side of this well let me just say stuff like 0.99

00:29:07.980 that happens it doesn't happen as often as conspiracy theorists think it does but that is

00:29:13.980 one that's just in the realm of possibility enough that they might have said you know we saw this and

00:29:21.980 she's been uppity with the leader for a while now and so sure let's just embarrass her a little bit back 0.98

00:29:28.060 her off that kind of stuff happens now lauren before i let you go and i want to thank you so much for

00:29:34.220 your time what happens between now and october 2025 with this liberal ndp government are we going to see

00:29:41.500 an early election what do you think i would i just want to pick your brain while i have you okay two 0.96

00:29:46.380 things for the good of the country i wish it would fall apart this afternoon and we would have an election

00:29:52.860 as quickly as possible i think that the the shortest deadline now is 35 days we'd have one you know

00:29:59.100 sometime in july and that we would be done with these people from the standpoint of a taxpayer and

00:30:04.460 a citizen that would be my dream from the the standpoint of a columnist who who has to find

00:30:11.980 something to write about every morning they can stick around until october of 2025 because it is

00:30:18.220 picking low hanging fruit i mean every somebody asked me the other day how long does it take you to

00:30:22.220 prepare for a column i said well it depends you know do i know the subject do i not know the subject do

00:30:26.540 i have to interview people like am i going through a lengthy uh financial statement put out by a

00:30:33.180 government with all the numbers hidden inside different columns i said it could take me three

00:30:38.460 hours could take me 20 hours to get ready and he said well what about when you're writing about

00:30:42.060 trudeau i said how long does it take after he gets up out of bed every morning for him to make his

00:30:46.780 first comment that's that's as long as it takes to prep the man is commentary gold uh and when he's

00:30:53.500 gone it won't be as easy to do this job as it is now but he's doing so much damage to the country i

00:30:59.740 mean with it within the next 15 months we will we will have probably close to one and three quarter

00:31:07.180 million more people added to the population we will have less investment i mean this capital gains tax

00:31:15.980 that he's he's brought in is going to scare away investment in in a country that's already scary to

00:31:22.140 investors we have terrible productivity our standard of living is declining another 15 months of that

00:31:28.780 is going to be very painful but but i unfortunately i think that's what's going to happen they are so

00:31:34.780 convinced that they are the only people fit to govern and that their ideas simply need more time

00:31:41.340 for people to understand and agree with that they're going to hang on and and it's it scares me

00:31:47.180 it sickens me it sickens me but i think that's what's going to happen i do too i think for many

00:31:52.060 of them their only ideal ideology is power and they know that in october 2025 they are no longer going to

00:31:58.940 have power anymore so they may as well hang on to it for as long as they can the welfare of canadians

00:32:06.460 be damned yeah and let's watch june 24th there's a by-election in the heart of toronto in one of the

00:32:15.500 most liberal right i think it went liberal by almost 30 points in the 2015 election that's that makes it 0.97

00:32:21.740 a huge gap it's like any of the prairie ridings going for the conservatives there it's a very very

00:32:29.660 safe seat but the latest internal polls from both the tories and the liberals show that it's close

00:32:35.580 the liberals are still in the lead but they're in single digits and who knows who's more motivated

00:32:40.620 if tory voters are more motivated and they come out and they win this by-election for the first time

00:32:46.220 in 30 years then i think trudeau's in trouble i think that the bets are not as as solid the bets

00:32:53.580 are not as stable as you and i have just been talking about well and i think that uh the fact

00:32:58.700 that this writing is in play at all speaks to just the situation that the liberals are in lauren

00:33:04.860 thanks so much for coming on the show we'll have you back on again very very soon that's me making

00:33:08.860 a promise okay for ezra i guess thanks very much stay with us your letters to ezra up after the break

00:33:18.860 well folks lo and behold at the walk with israel event last sunday in north toronto who did i happen

00:33:34.380 to spot out of the corner of my eye well it was officer chang badge number 7724 he's the gestapo member

00:33:43.180 of the toronto police service that arrested me at nathan phillips square during a vigil a seven a six

00:33:50.620 month vigil for the victims of the israel massacre it was headed up by pierre polyev of the conservative

00:33:58.060 party there was more than 2 000 people there but there was a bunch of pro hamas thugs there who

00:34:05.260 actually tried to crash the vigil by chanting genocide and they got handsy with myself and

00:34:12.940 cameraman efren monsanto but what did officer chang do he arrested me for trespass well i went to confront 0.78

00:34:20.860 him at the walk with israel and this little coward decked out in his leggings i'm not kidding 0.92

00:34:28.780 ran over to the pro hamas types for shelter the world is upside down tons of feedback on this dog

00:34:37.100 gary's writes sue the toronto police department for their whole budget well we won't get their

00:34:43.500 whole budget we'll settle for a million that's the dollar amount for our lawsuit against the rcmp

00:34:49.660 for another stitch-up arrest back in january i'm sure you recall that one and yes once the criminal

00:34:56.780 charges are gone and my next date in court is august and i will bet the ranch the crown will throw it

00:35:04.060 out because there's no reasonable chance of prosecution you got it we will be suing

00:35:10.300 the toronto police service enough with the defense time to go on offense dan bailey writes the cops i find

00:35:18.060 are divided into three groups one cops who want to make a difference and serve the public two cops who do

00:35:25.980 it for a job three the cops who are high school bullies who never grew up this cop is definitely

00:35:33.900 in group three you know i think you're bang on there i can tell you this i met the wife of a cop

00:35:40.380 during covid remember when all the crackdown downs were going on yeah you could run a food service

00:35:45.660 facility at a costco but operate a barbecue joint and the mounted unit comes in all the king's horses and

00:35:52.620 all the king's men and she said at her husband's division it's 50 50 50 50 of the cops typically

00:36:00.620 the older ones are saying you know what this is not what i signed up for and 50 can't wait to get out

00:36:08.620 to whack them and stack them as the saying goes this is disgraceful you know the best kind of law

00:36:15.740 enforcement is when you never have to draw a gun when you never have to deploy the mounted unit but 0.56

00:36:22.220 behind the scenes what is driving this i really believe most cops are good we back the blue without

00:36:31.180 law enforcement what do we have folks anarchy the rule of the jungle no we can't have that i would like

00:36:39.100 to know what's happening behind the scenes such as oh i don't know prime minister trudeau meeting with

00:36:43.740 toronto police chief myron demku what was said in that meeting myron demku does not take orders from

00:36:50.700 the prime minister this i think is what disturbs me most in any event folks thank you so much for

00:36:58.140 tuning in the big boss man he'll be back here tomorrow friday in the meantime as always stay safe and stay sane

00:37:13.740 and stay safe and stay safe and stay safe and stay sommes yeah
