Rebel News Podcast - EXCLUSIVE： “Lawfare at its worse” — Tommy Robinson talks about his latest court cases

00:00:00.000 Today, I try to put a show together on the road in London, UK.

00:00:03.820 I went out there for Tommy Robinson's latest trial.

00:00:06.480 They seem to be never-ending.

00:00:08.140 And in fact, there's so many more court dates coming up,

00:00:10.560 I literally can't attend them all.

00:00:12.620 I'll talk to Tommy himself and tell you a little bit about the crazy cases he's involved in.

00:00:17.200 Before I do, let me invite you to become a subscriber to Rebel News Plus.

00:00:21.280 You get the video version of the show, and you can do that at rebelnews.com.

00:00:25.180 Okay, here's the podcast.

00:00:30.000 Tonight, an update on Tommy Robinson from the United Kingdom.

00:00:45.180 It's March 12th, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.

00:00:50.160 Why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer I know?

00:00:54.000 There's 8,500 customers here, and you won't give them an answer.

00:00:57.620 The only thing I have to say to the government about why I publish it is because it's my bloody right to do so.

00:01:08.600 I couldn't bring my camera into the courtroom, but after the 45-minute hearing,

00:01:13.480 Tommy conferred with his lawyers, and then we went out front where there was a small scrum

00:01:17.660 with independent journalists and, ironically, a reporter from Russia Today,

00:01:22.960 one of Vladimir Putin's state-run media companies.

00:01:26.460 Isn't it ironic that a Russian media company is more interested in free speech and independent courts

00:01:33.360 than the British media?

00:01:34.760 Here's a bit of how that scrum went.

00:01:36.480 So my issue this whole time has been Fruit, Bajra & Co. Mohamed Akunji

00:01:41.360 sent an Antifa extremist to my children's home to threaten to kill them.

00:01:46.080 He made a video saying he's going to murder my children. 0.94

00:01:49.960 I have killed child witnesses for this case,

00:01:53.880 and I've refused to give their names or details to that law firm

00:01:57.540 because they simply cannot be trusted.

00:01:59.180 They gave my children's address to extremists, sent them to our house.

00:02:02.120 Now, if this doesn't sting, Fruit, Bajra & Co. will no longer have conduct of this case.

00:02:10.440 Fruit, Bajra & Co. solicitors will cease to trade on the 31st of March 2020.

00:02:15.900 So this law firm, who are under investigation by the Solicitors' Regulation Authority,

00:02:21.880 who maybe they're jumping before they're pushed,

00:02:24.940 Dr Fruit, Bajra & Co. will have no ongoing role

00:02:29.940 and indeed will cease to be a solicitor from the 31st of March.

00:02:33.220 It's like, come on then.

00:02:34.820 But all of his staff, so they're closing down their company,

00:02:38.240 and all of his staff will go over to a Burlington Legal,

00:02:41.760 so basically what looks like re-badging,

00:02:45.220 re-badging, if this doesn't show the corruption and slippery snakes that they are,

00:02:50.180 they're under investigation for sending people to friends to murder my children, okay?

00:02:54.760 You wouldn't have heard that from any journalist,

00:02:56.820 other than probably Rutley or Russia Today.

00:02:59.460 No other British journalist will tell you that extremists were sent,

00:03:03.400 like children were evacuated and never been back to their home, yeah?

00:03:06.660 And now the solicitor's firm's closing down

00:03:08.680 and the main solicitor is no longer a solicitor

00:03:10.880 whilst he's under investigation,

00:03:12.740 but the media will not report that.

00:03:14.420 So now I'm waiting, because you can't trust a word they say,

00:03:17.580 for Burlington's Legal,

00:03:20.420 which we'll see if they're a real firm

00:03:22.660 or if they're just another outfit rebranded and re-badged,

00:03:26.880 if they're Dr. Farouk, Basra and Co. under a new name,

00:03:30.360 or Mohammed Akunji's group under a new name,

00:03:32.800 because I still face the same situation.

00:03:35.080 It says in here that Dr. Farouk, Basra's staff will work for Burlington's.

00:03:41.480 Now my issue is that Dr. Farouk, Basra's staff

00:03:43.780 give my children's home address to extremists 0.90

00:03:47.160 to threaten to kill them.

00:03:48.420 So I'm not willing to give children's details

00:03:52.500 to anyone that will put them in danger.

00:03:56.180 And simply prove, it's already proven,

00:03:58.200 there's evidence that they work with far-left violent organisations

00:04:02.640 who threaten to murder children.

00:04:04.420 So, do you know how much bills they put in

00:04:08.460 for their side of today?

00:04:10.900 £33,000.

00:04:13.420 They put in £33,000 costs.

00:04:16.140 That's their costs, not mine. 0.53

00:04:18.660 Like, as I say, Burlington will take over this case,

00:04:21.400 and I'll say it again.

00:04:22.920 They ain't getting no costs.

00:04:24.400 They ain't getting a penny off me.

00:04:25.780 I mean, it's like, I've been building up all this.

00:04:27.520 It's politically motivated.

00:04:28.680 It's a complete publicity stunt by Mohammed Akunji.

00:04:30.780 If anyone's using a young child,

00:04:33.000 it's him using Jamal's case for his own benefit.

00:04:36.180 Everything I said that day,

00:04:38.500 if I'm a journalist,

00:04:39.440 if someone comes up to me

00:04:40.340 and a story is being portrayed

00:04:42.400 about a young boy called Bailey,

00:04:44.600 who was driven to suicide,

00:04:45.900 he tried to kill himself, yeah?

00:04:47.300 The whole country jumped on this bandwagon

00:04:49.200 of this poor Syrian refugee.

00:04:51.580 The poor Syrian refugee 1.00

00:04:52.680 and horrible English Bailey, the bully. 1.00

00:04:55.480 That's not, it wasn't the truth. 0.66

00:04:57.520 I report, I went.

00:04:58.840 I didn't just, I went.

00:05:00.020 I spoke to multiple mums.

00:05:01.900 I spoke to dinner ladies.

00:05:03.240 I spoke to families.

00:05:04.340 All of them gave me a completely different situation

00:05:06.840 to what the media was telling us.

00:05:08.480 I pride myself on giving people

00:05:09.740 the reality of the situation.

00:05:11.480 So what I did was I made videos

00:05:13.920 and I reported it.

00:05:14.700 I was told to remove those.

00:05:16.080 What's that?

00:05:17.200 Cheers, man.

00:05:17.880 Thanks, bro.

00:05:19.160 I was told to remove the videos.

00:05:22.220 Basically tried to intimidate us into silence.

00:05:24.420 And I think that if I rolled on this,

00:05:26.120 I'll be rolling on all of them.

00:05:27.080 So I have to make a stand

00:05:28.040 and just, if it's the truth, it's the truth.

00:05:30.520 What I reported, I reported what I was told.

00:05:34.620 Oh, so tired of courts, man.

00:05:36.640 As usual, a very frustrating time in court.

00:05:43.520 Seven lawyers feasting off the case.

00:05:47.000 Lawfare at its worst.

00:05:48.700 I've never seen it so bad.

00:05:51.120 After sitting through the court,

00:05:52.920 Tommy huddled with his lawyers.

00:05:55.020 Then we went out for lunch and we talked about it.

00:05:57.680 Here's how that went.

00:05:58.920 Court's over.

00:05:59.600 I had lunch with Tommy.

00:06:00.840 Now we're going to talk a little bit about the case.

00:06:02.920 My friends, I found it very frustrating.

00:06:05.260 It was a one-hour procedural hearing

00:06:07.360 on the meaning of the defamatory words.

00:06:11.200 Let's talk about what happened today a little bit.

00:06:13.280 I don't want you to give away any solicitor-client privilege.

00:06:17.580 £50,000 that cost today.

00:06:19.660 £25,000 my side, £33,000 their side.

00:06:23.060 For what?

00:06:24.020 You've sat there for what?

00:06:25.260 It's total fraud, man, the whole thing.

00:06:27.220 But what come out today was that

00:06:29.020 I was refusing to give the child witnesses' names

00:06:32.380 to that law firm.

00:06:33.960 They're folding the law firm.

00:06:35.580 So Farouk Bajwa and Co.,

00:06:36.780 the company that sent someone to my children's home,

00:06:39.840 the company that my wife is suing,

00:06:42.040 ceased to exist next week.

00:06:43.980 Dr Farouk Bajwa, the lawyer,

00:06:46.100 is no longer a lawyer.

00:06:47.380 He's leaving the UK.

00:06:49.580 And they were under investigation

00:06:51.020 by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

00:06:53.560 It just stinks of everything they like.

00:06:55.400 They're just so slippery.

00:06:57.220 And I don't know.

00:06:58.760 You've seen it.

00:06:59.600 The whole thing is frustrating

00:07:01.140 just because it is law firm.

00:07:03.100 I just want to explain a little bit

00:07:08.820 about that shutting down of the law firm.

00:07:11.340 This law firm commissioned someone

00:07:13.260 to serve the lawsuit on you,

00:07:15.000 but instead of sending a normal courier or messenger,

00:07:17.880 they sent an Antifa madman

00:07:20.060 who threatened your family.

00:07:22.320 Here's a quick look at that video.

00:07:23.840 He loves it, he loves it.

00:07:27.060 And on that note, see,

00:07:28.320 on that happy note,

00:07:29.860 oh by the way tommy i am gonna minch your kids mate so you or maybe your wife or your family

00:07:38.920 or someone filed a complaint with the professional body overseeing law three other lawyers really what

00:07:45.100 i found out is that three other lawyers who saw that three other lawyers independent to me not

00:07:50.120 nothing doing me saw what he done and whilst my wife issued a complaint um my lawyer did but then

00:07:56.700 three other lawyers i believe issued a complaint but this is a law firm that have already been banned

00:08:00.780 from payment legal aid because of their fraudulent claims they've already been banned um so so on the

00:08:07.600 eve of that disciplinary ruling or whatever they just well basically what would happen today if

00:08:12.660 they didn't do that then we just showed the judge the man you just saw threatened to learn my children

00:08:17.300 we'd have showed to mohammed akandji who was in court today sitting with him saying go and live stream

00:08:22.080 his family's address knowing that i'm not in the country we'd have showed all of that today

00:08:26.520 and they didn't want that shown today so what they've done instead is they've closed down their

00:08:29.700 company shut down their company the lawyer's never going to be a lawyer again like and then they're

00:08:34.880 shifting all their shaft to all their staff to burlington's so it doesn't change the matter for me

00:08:39.340 is it that law firm if they're rebranding and re-changing their name it's the same law firm it's the

00:08:44.900 same risk they're the same frauds it's the same it's the same risk to it how can i when you've just

00:08:50.060 seen that man threatened to murder my children yeah how can i give a law firm that work with that man

00:08:55.260 and give details that man how can i give them free children's addresses and names when the

00:09:00.440 children you've seen the video you've seen the video of the one the witnesses who made a video

00:09:05.100 to plead with a judge saying i want to tell the truth but i'm scared and she's scared for good

00:09:09.120 reason yeah um you mentioned this name mohammed akandji and i had not heard that name until literally

00:09:15.880 today he was sitting next to me in court and i just said hello to him and then i googled him

00:09:21.700 he is the lawyer the go-to lawyer for terrorists for anyone who goes over to fight with isis 0.95

00:09:28.540 he's their lawyer shamina begnam he's one who he's one who wants to bring her back

00:09:32.980 and he's this has basically been a game for him to try and destroy me well and that's the thing i

00:09:38.920 don't quite understand why he's involved with a defamation case it's got nothing to do with it other

00:09:43.940 than it's islamic lawfare and he doesn't even work for the law firm that assuming he's a consultant

00:09:49.560 so him sitting there on camera um he has been chosen i believe and this has all been planned

00:09:55.360 in order to go for him and and they've started more cases as well this is one case they've started

00:10:01.180 more i've got more of these cases and all this is for and it is quite successful on their part because

00:10:06.120 all i'm doing is preparing for court cases i'm traveling up and down the country meeting lawyers

00:10:09.940 all the time i said i'm in court today i'm in court next week i'm in court in two weeks

00:10:13.780 i'm continuing in court we're going to get another court date for today they're going to give

00:10:17.780 another court date not for the trial we're going to have more of these dates where each time we go

00:10:21.380 court it costs 50 grand that's unbelievable i there were seven lawyers in court today it was a it was

00:10:26.200 45 minute here seven lawyers and you already said what it costs in pounds 50 000 plus pounds that's

00:10:33.700 that's about uh 75 000 canadian dollars they put in so just just to see the frauds they are

00:10:39.420 he put in here for two hours worth of phone calls yeah he charges 450 pounds an hour

00:10:43.520 two hours worth of phone calls with my lawyers my solicitor said we spoke to him for 18 minutes

00:10:48.120 i've got it logged he's putting a 900 pound bill we spoke to him for 18 minutes he's charging 450

00:10:53.900 pound an hour yeah and the thing and the reason why that's important is because he's going to try and

00:10:57.740 tag you with these costs oh i have to put so at the end of it i'll get a bill for 450 000 pounds

00:11:03.800 and then that will bang on me be a bang on me anyway and they and they know that so that's

00:11:08.240 where their head is yeah i want to ask you a question about another case i just i i showed

00:11:14.260 this the other day but let me show a clip of you at center park which is like a family friendly

00:11:19.260 resort bike bike paths kids pools fun stuff here's a quick clip of that video

00:11:25.240 so why weren't your first point of call a young girl has told you that she's been sexually

00:11:30.460 so why haven't you nicked him because we still need to speak to your daughter you've 0.98

00:11:37.340 already spoke to my daughter i thought you've already spoke to her she told you what happened

00:11:40.720 so why haven't you nicked him so you're allowing him to leave his phone i'm not allowing him to leave

00:11:44.620 his phone just go come on listen i'm just going to reiterate to you it is being investigated no

00:11:48.260 you haven't nicked him no you're nicking me you're nicking me it's not taken seriously you're 0.81

00:11:52.180 nicking me why are you nicking him why are you nicking him has he still got his phone has he still

00:11:56.220 Has he still got his phone? Has he still got his phone?

00:11:58.220 Has he still got his phone?

00:12:00.220 He's got no shoes.

00:12:02.220 You've got my clothes.

00:12:04.220 My kids are up there.

00:12:06.220 So a man comes in and says he starts with my daughter,

00:12:08.220 you come and nick me.

00:12:10.220 And you haven't even nicked him.

00:12:12.220 He's got his phone.

00:12:14.220 He's a soul with my daughter.

00:12:16.220 She's eight years old.

00:12:18.220 So your eight year old daughter had her bum groped 0.98

00:12:20.220 by one of three middle aged Muslim men. 0.98

00:12:22.220 So three men is what I saw with him.

00:12:26.220 Two of them were white. One Asian.

00:12:28.220 Got it. One Asian. Not sure. Not actually aware. 1.00

00:12:30.220 Didn't get a chance enough.

00:12:32.220 But one Asian. And it's the Asian man that groped her bum. 0.99

00:12:34.220 And he... 0.93

00:12:36.220 So she's standing here facing this way.

00:12:38.220 He's gone past there, then grabbed her bum.

00:12:40.220 And admitted it straight away.

00:12:42.220 Admitted it. I grabbed her bum by accident. 0.99

00:12:44.220 The police, he's confirmed to the police.

00:12:46.220 He grabbed her flesh. 0.95

00:12:48.220 He's confirmed to the police.

00:12:50.220 The police, under their own laws,

00:12:53.220 when a girl makes an accusation like that, 1.00

00:12:56.220 he has to be arrested.

00:12:57.220 And cautioned.

00:12:58.220 And interviewed.

00:12:59.220 And phone seized.

00:13:00.220 To see if he's...

00:13:01.220 See if they've been videoing children all weekend.

00:13:03.220 The police officer didn't think it was relevant

00:13:05.220 that he's a middle aged man with other middle aged men

00:13:07.220 with no children.

00:13:08.220 And I say in the kids swimming pool, yeah?

00:13:11.220 The whole of Centre Park is a kids place, yeah?

00:13:14.220 It's four kids.

00:13:15.220 And you have your swimming pool

00:13:17.220 and then you have flutes and slides and...

00:13:20.220 Yeah.

00:13:21.220 Oh man, I just...

00:13:22.220 I still cannot.

00:13:23.220 And even now,

00:13:24.220 so nine days ago this is,

00:13:25.220 and just two days ago,

00:13:27.220 the police officer's ringing up my wife now,

00:13:29.220 saying we need to speak to your daughter's friends

00:13:31.220 that she was with.

00:13:32.220 My daughter's friends were with her on the day.

00:13:34.220 They were ready to be spoken to.

00:13:35.220 All of us waited three hours.

00:13:37.220 All of us sat together.

00:13:38.220 We didn't let the kids go

00:13:39.220 because we thought,

00:13:40.220 they're going to need to speak to the police.

00:13:41.220 Yeah.

00:13:42.220 They didn't talk to anyone.

00:13:43.220 Or they were too busy getting interviews

00:13:45.220 by three people.

00:13:46.220 They were running around getting interviews.

00:13:47.220 Who saw Tommy Robinson hitting him?

00:13:49.220 Who saw Tommy Robinson hitting him?

00:13:51.220 So, you now have a court date,

00:13:54.220 is it on April 2nd,

00:13:55.220 for assault when you were holding down this man,

00:13:59.220 but he, as far as you know,

00:14:00.220 has not yet been charged with groping your daughter?

00:14:02.220 He's not been charged with arrest and responding to.

00:14:05.220 And he, so he's,

00:14:06.220 basically, I've gone up to him.

00:14:08.220 He's tried to leave.

00:14:09.220 I'm not going to let him leave after that.

00:14:10.220 I'm not going to let him leave.

00:14:11.220 In that fracas,

00:14:12.220 he's got a bleeding nose, yeah?

00:14:14.220 Who cares, right?

00:14:15.220 Who cares?

00:14:16.220 My young daughter has been sexually groped 0.99

00:14:18.220 by a male man.

00:14:20.220 Every time I think about it, 0.98

00:14:21.220 an adult has grabbed my daughter's bum. 0.99

00:14:24.220 Has grabbed my daughter's bum. 1.00

00:14:25.220 And yeah, I face six months in prison now.

00:14:27.220 And do you know what?

00:14:29.220 You'd say, wouldn't you?

00:14:30.220 I would say, oh, they can't do that.

00:14:32.220 They can.

00:14:33.220 Look what they've done in the last case.

00:14:34.220 That's what my mum just reminded me.

00:14:35.220 Steven, they can do it.

00:14:36.220 They'll do it.

00:14:37.220 If they can do it.

00:14:38.220 And essentially,

00:14:39.220 I don't know if I'll make it worse for myself.

00:14:41.220 I'm not paying no fine.

00:14:43.220 And I'm not apologising.

00:14:44.220 I'm not doing any community service.

00:14:46.220 I'm not doing anything for a paedophile groping my daughter.

00:14:51.220 So we'll see what happens on the 2nd of April.

00:14:54.220 So you've got this defamation case

00:14:56.220 in which a lawyer for terrorists is there and billing.

00:15:00.220 There were five lawyers on the other side in today's court.

00:15:03.220 You've got the case where the police are trying to get you banned

00:15:06.220 from all football or soccer games in the UK.

00:15:09.220 You've got this assault charge now from CentreParks.

00:15:15.220 They really are tying you up, your time, your money

00:15:18.220 and your mental capacity.

00:15:20.220 It worked.

00:15:22.220 Over the last 10 years,

00:15:23.220 I don't think I've ever had more than a four-week period

00:15:25.220 where I'm not on police bail or a waiting court.

00:15:28.220 I don't think I've ever not had a case hanging over my head.

00:15:32.220 Well, so how does it end?

00:15:33.220 I mean, do they keep throwing things, you know, at the wall to see what'll stick?

00:15:39.220 Do they keep coming at you?

00:15:41.220 What do you do?

00:15:42.220 What's...

00:15:43.220 I mean, they are tactically tying you up.

00:15:46.220 And it works.

00:15:47.220 It works.

00:15:48.220 Because I have plans of what I want to do

00:15:50.220 and then it all goes on the back burner.

00:15:52.220 Like now.

00:15:53.220 We're in London today.

00:15:54.220 I was in London yesterday.

00:15:55.220 I'm in court again next week on the 24th.

00:15:58.220 Again, that's £30,000 cost.

00:16:00.220 I can't spend...

00:16:01.220 I don't have it.

00:16:02.220 Hell yeah.

00:16:03.220 With all these cases going on and on.

00:16:05.220 And for the football case,

00:16:06.220 I'm probably going to end up defending myself on the football case.

00:16:09.220 But it is your time.

00:16:10.220 So I have to prepare for that.

00:16:12.220 And then I've got the second

00:16:13.220 and it's constantly awaiting or waiting now.

00:16:16.220 Again, this will be like when I went to the Old Bailey.

00:16:18.220 I knew I was going to jail with the Old Bailey.

00:16:20.220 I knew I was going back to prison.

00:16:22.220 And so then because of that,

00:16:23.220 then I've put my life on hold

00:16:24.220 or spent time with the kids,

00:16:25.220 spent time with the family.

00:16:26.220 I think I don't.

00:16:27.220 I'm not going to be running around.

00:16:28.220 I need to dedicate some time with my family

00:16:31.220 because I'm probably going to jail.

00:16:32.220 But then with this, it's like,

00:16:33.220 how can it be?

00:16:34.220 And do you know what I'm so lucky about?

00:16:36.220 Do you know if I didn't have...

00:16:37.220 Do you know if I didn't have that recording with my daughter?

00:16:40.220 Let's play it out a different way.

00:16:42.220 No recording with my daughter.

00:16:44.220 All the BBC news run the report.

00:16:46.220 All of the national news.

00:16:47.220 Every one of them.

00:16:48.220 They completely left out the fact 0.60

00:16:49.220 my daughter sexually assaulted her. 1.00

00:16:50.220 Completely left out. 0.92

00:16:51.220 If I didn't have that recording,

00:16:52.220 who would even believe me?

00:16:53.220 Yeah.

00:16:54.220 No one, yeah?

00:16:55.220 Who would believe me?

00:16:56.220 I have the time of that recording

00:16:57.220 was before police were ever called to St Park.

00:16:58.220 So it all worked.

00:16:59.220 I can prove it all.

00:17:00.220 But if I didn't have that recording,

00:17:02.220 the media portrayal would have been,

00:17:03.220 Tommy Robinson attacks a holiday maker.

00:17:05.220 The media called this man a victim, yeah?

00:17:07.220 I would have then gone to court

00:17:08.220 for attacking an Asian male.

00:17:10.220 So people are questioning now,

00:17:11.220 and I'm even questioning now,

00:17:12.220 whereas I wasn't.

00:17:13.220 Is it a setup?

00:17:14.220 Was this man supposed to touch my daughter?

00:17:16.220 I'm supposed to really hurt him,

00:17:17.220 because I...

00:17:19.220 Do you know if there was kids there, yeah?

00:17:20.220 There was all kids there.

00:17:21.220 So I didn't attack him.

00:17:23.220 I didn't jump all over him, yeah?

00:17:25.220 I did not do it.

00:17:26.220 But they probably thought

00:17:27.220 people would think I would.

00:17:28.220 So they're not just being caught

00:17:30.220 for an attack against an Asian male

00:17:31.220 at a holiday event.

00:17:32.220 And that's what the media will push.

00:17:34.220 And they've already pushed it.

00:17:35.220 The main thing is,

00:17:36.220 the British public saw my video,

00:17:37.220 because it went viral.

00:17:38.220 I think five million people watched it

00:17:39.220 over 24 hours.

00:17:40.220 And then on all of the newspaper articles

00:17:43.220 and all of the media,

00:17:44.220 the public were correcting them,

00:17:45.220 saying, hold on, yeah?

00:17:46.220 And the public is seeing it themselves.

00:17:47.220 Yeah.

00:17:48.220 Why have you not mentioned

00:17:49.220 his daughter was sexually assaulted?

00:17:50.220 Why have you not mentioned

00:17:51.220 the context in which he alleged

00:17:52.220 to have assaulted man?

00:17:53.220 You know,

00:17:54.220 I wouldn't have given credence

00:17:56.220 to the theory

00:17:57.220 that maybe it was a setup,

00:17:58.220 other than the fact

00:17:59.220 they haven't charged him yet.

00:18:00.220 They haven't arrested him.

00:18:01.220 They haven't arrested him.

00:18:02.220 That's insane.

00:18:03.220 And we'll know.

00:18:04.220 We'll know.

00:18:05.220 Is he going to come to court?

00:18:06.220 I'm in court in a second.

00:18:07.220 Is this man

00:18:08.220 who sexually assaulted my daughter,

00:18:09.220 are the British public

00:18:11.220 going to be allowed to know

00:18:12.220 who he is?

00:18:13.220 Do we get to see who he is?

00:18:14.220 Do we get to see where he works?

00:18:15.220 Do we get to find out

00:18:16.220 all the details about it?

00:18:17.220 To see,

00:18:18.220 does he work for the British state?

00:18:19.220 Have I walked into one?

00:18:21.220 That's just incredible.

00:18:23.220 You know,

00:18:24.220 I don't want to ask you this,

00:18:25.220 but I am curious.

00:18:26.220 Maybe,

00:18:28.220 I mean,

00:18:29.220 the idea of taking you

00:18:30.220 out of the United Kingdom

00:18:31.220 would be like taking

00:18:32.220 Charles de Gaulle out of France.

00:18:34.220 I mean,

00:18:35.220 he's the most French man

00:18:36.220 that ever lived.

00:18:37.220 You're the most British man

00:18:38.220 that's ever lived.

00:18:39.220 Is there a point where you say

00:18:41.220 enough of this?

00:18:42.220 I want a normal life elsewhere.

00:18:44.220 I've got,

00:18:45.220 I've got a recording here

00:18:46.220 with the copper,

00:18:47.220 and what I asked the police officer,

00:18:48.220 is this where we're at now?

00:18:49.220 That you're not even going

00:18:50.220 to protect my kids?

00:18:51.220 That the rule of law

00:18:52.220 is not going to be,

00:18:53.220 I've seen what you've done to me.

00:18:54.220 That's me.

00:18:55.220 But now you're not implementing the law

00:18:57.220 when it comes to my children.

00:18:58.220 Yeah. 0.99

00:18:59.220 If your children get sexually assaulted

00:19:00.220 and you won't do anything,

00:19:01.220 what future does that hold

00:19:02.220 for my three kids?

00:19:03.220 What's going to happen

00:19:04.220 to them growing up?

00:19:05.220 So that's make it,

00:19:06.220 not for myself,

00:19:07.220 because I won't leave,

00:19:09.220 but I do have to seriously question

00:19:11.220 what the future's going to hold

00:19:12.220 for my innocent children

00:19:14.220 if the law won't protect them.

00:19:15.220 If a man,

00:19:16.220 if a man could come up 0.99

00:19:17.220 and sexually assaulted, 0.97

00:19:18.220 and my daughter sits down

00:19:19.220 and tells the police,

00:19:20.220 and they just let me know.

00:19:21.220 It doesn't hurt.

00:19:22.220 Yeah.

00:19:23.220 Well, it's very frustrating.

00:19:24.220 Tommy, thanks for meeting with me.

00:19:25.220 Thanks for coming, Ezra.

00:19:26.220 And the reason,

00:19:27.220 because you know the point

00:19:28.220 that I'm thinking now

00:19:29.220 about the solicitor's firm going under,

00:19:30.220 re-changing their name,

00:19:31.220 the solicitor who's under investigation

00:19:33.220 disappearing out of the country.

00:19:35.220 I give that to the BBC journalists in there.

00:19:37.220 I give them the paperwork.

00:19:38.220 I said, here you go.

00:19:39.220 Look, this is what's come out

00:19:40.220 of this court case.

00:19:41.220 They've tried to do it underhand.

00:19:42.220 I guarantee you,

00:19:43.220 none of them will report that.

00:19:44.220 I guarantee you.

00:19:45.220 I'll give it to the Press Association,

00:19:46.220 was he?

00:19:47.220 Yeah.

00:19:48.220 I said, here you go, mate.

00:19:49.220 Look, they've folded the company.

00:19:50.220 They've changed their names.

00:19:51.220 So I give it, I think,

00:19:52.220 to Dominic Cassiani and the BBC.

00:19:53.220 I know for a fact...

00:19:54.220 They're not going to report it.

00:19:55.220 He wouldn't report it,

00:19:56.220 his editors wouldn't let it run.

00:19:58.220 No.

00:19:59.220 So, the story here

00:20:01.220 is that a law firm

00:20:03.220 have given Antifa extremists

00:20:05.220 an innocent family's address

00:20:07.220 who's threatened to murder them

00:20:08.220 and then the law firm

00:20:09.220 have folded their company.

00:20:11.220 The solicitor is no longer

00:20:12.220 going to be a solicitor

00:20:13.220 as of next week

00:20:14.220 and that doesn't even make the news.

00:20:15.220 What makes the news is that

00:20:16.220 I said something about a Syrian refugee.

00:20:18.220 I told the truth about a Syrian refugee

00:20:19.220 because it bashes me.

00:20:21.220 Yeah.

00:20:22.220 But yeah.

00:20:23.220 Well, Tommy, good luck.

00:20:24.220 My best to come over here.

00:20:25.220 Thanks, my friend.

00:20:26.220 Stay safe.

00:20:27.220 On the second.

00:20:28.220 All right.

00:20:29.220 Keep your family safe, too.

00:20:30.220 Thanks.

00:20:31.220 Thanks a lot.

00:20:32.220 All right.

00:20:33.220 Stay with me for some final thoughts.

00:20:35.220 Very depressing to come to the United Kingdom

00:20:46.220 to talk about censorship

00:20:48.220 and the continuing politicization

00:20:50.220 of the police and the courts.

00:20:52.220 There are reasons to have hope.

00:20:54.220 Brexit actually happened.

00:20:56.220 Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour Party leader,

00:20:58.220 lost and lost badly.

00:21:00.220 There is hope, a little bit,

00:21:03.220 but mainly there's lessons and warnings

00:21:05.220 for those of us back home.

00:21:07.220 For Rebel News in London, England,
