00:21:27.580It's a slow process, which we call either ideological subversion or active measures,
00:21:35.180активные мероприятия, in the language of the KGB, or psychological warfare.
00:21:40.340What it basically means is to change the perception of reality of every American
00:21:46.400to such an extent that despite of the abundance of information,
00:21:51.000No one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.
00:22:01.740It's a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages.
00:22:11.200The first one being demoralization. It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation.
00:22:16.900Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years which requires to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy, exposed to the ideology of the enemy.
00:22:32.340In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generations of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism, American patriotism.
00:22:46.580The result? The result you can see. Most of the people who graduated in the 60s, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying the positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, educational system.
00:23:01.660You are stuck with them. You cannot get rid of them. They are contaminated. They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern. You cannot change their mind. Even if you expose them to authentic information, even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still cannot change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.0.88
00:23:25.200In other words, these people, the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible.1.00
00:23:33.200To get rid of society of these people, you need another 20 or 15 years to educate a new
00:23:40.320generation of patriotically minded and common sense people who would be acting in favor
00:23:50.240and in the interests of the United States society.
00:23:54.640And yet these people who've been programmed and, as you say, in place,
00:23:57.860and who are favorable to an opening with the Soviet concept,
00:24:01.840these are the very people who would be marked for extermination in this country?
00:31:59.400As you point out, that little synagogue was next to the no one synagogue.
00:32:03.840but who else knew it was really a synagogue right well that was someone who was picking an easy
00:32:09.340target they didn't want to go right where the police car was right around the corner there's
00:32:13.880a police car sitting at the more popular more known synagogue same thing with the american
00:32:19.460consulate shooting the other day there was a marked police car sitting right in front of it
00:32:24.000with a police officer there boom one shot and they run and then let me point out that shooting for
00:32:30.400kiva's bagel shop right so i used to take clients there and i know some very uh wealthy investment
00:32:37.700bankers who called me and they said ross you know who goes into that little bagel shop don't you
00:32:43.520when you go in there on any given time you'll find someone in there worth 200 million there
00:32:48.940150 million there 600 million over there they love to go into that bagel shop to sit down and
00:32:55.640that's where they do their deals. That's a well-known thing within the community, but it's
00:33:01.220not well-known anywhere else. So that target was picked. And the other thing is the armored car
00:33:08.200company. I know something about that business. They also sell luxury armor-plated SUVs,
00:33:18.900everything from Bentleys to Escalades to Mercedes to everything else. Once again,
00:33:24.420two very rich clients who would be in Toronto. And I think what's happening is a very
00:33:30.160specific message is being sent below the radar of the general public, but to the people who
00:33:36.800are being threatened, they get it. And I don't think we're seeing enough being done about this
00:33:43.640is in my opinion that's very interesting there's a kind of demoralization i think going on and and
00:33:50.840i think the jewish community in toronto has always been very strong it's quite large 200 000 and i
00:33:56.280think it was confident and it was free and i mean it didn't i mean i've lived in the city for about
00:34:02.040a decade but i know for the longest time it felt comfortable peaceful it flourished and now i think
00:34:09.880it's it's being overcome by fear and all the time you hear of people moving away from the city so
00:34:16.680maybe what you're talking about is even if the gunshot i think in i think let's be candid the
00:34:22.040gunshots have all been at night when most of these institutions it would have been safe to assume no
00:34:29.160one was in there so i i think that um had i mean maybe that's also the time that it's easier to
00:34:37.880run away you know come undetected and leave there's not that many people filming so it it may
00:34:43.960be a strategic decision on the part of these terrorists i think they're terrorists and even
00:34:49.800if the gunman is just a hired hand they would be orchestrated by a terrorist but i i don't know if
00:34:56.120i see a reaction to it that's of a similar gravity like if we have a shooting every day
00:35:02.680if they're hiring gangland gunmen who are sort of ideologically neutral but they're being
00:35:08.200orchestrated by activists i just don't think that the the the police are doing
00:35:15.000everything they can because they're just treating this as a regular crime but i think on the other
00:35:19.960side is a foreign state that is doing something on the level of terrorism not just gangs what do you
00:35:26.040think yeah well let's put this in sort of personal terms as i think the viewers could relate to it0.87
00:35:31.400this way because i think it is kind of obtuse to people imagine you just bought into a new town home
00:35:37.960in a nice little subdivision a neighborhood your teenage kid comes back home black and blue had the0.94
00:35:42.520living crap kicked out of him by the local gang and they're all coming by screaming get out of0.95
00:35:47.480here don't live in this house whatever ah then your house gets shot up during the day when everybody's1.00
00:35:52.600away you come home bullets right through your door how are you going to feel how are you really going0.96
00:35:59.000to feel when that's happening to you so the way that this is going with the jewish community the0.73
00:36:04.200message is being sent and you're right it could still be these contractors right that we've seen
00:36:10.520where they pay them online they don't know who it is they go they fire the shots and they go
00:36:15.560and that's part of the demoralization like you talked about it's part of the driving out it's
00:36:20.520part of the shutting up but then all they need to go to the next level is to get one true believer
00:36:26.600there who's going to go do it and is going to actually work to kill somebody. And I personally
00:36:33.380don't see that as being a bridge too far at all. I think everybody's on that bridge. It's not too
00:36:39.420far. Yeah. And then there's one more thing, which is you're suggesting there might be someone who
00:36:44.480takes a professional quote unquote approach to terrorism and is maybe a jihadist and isn't
00:36:50.100worried about being caught. They want to blow themselves up in the fit of glory. But there's
00:36:54.160also the thought of someone who has just a regular person not contracted to do anything not part of a
00:37:00.760gang or a terrorist group who just is so whipped up by this that in an opportunistic basis he does
00:37:08.040something stabs someone hits someone i mean we see encounters our our friend alexa lavoy in
00:37:13.380montreal just the other day showed a woman screaming jews are not allowed in the park here's
00:37:19.460quick clip of that from montreal in 2026 take a look
00:37:37.060that's called intimidation yes yeah where's your neighborhood hey where is your neighborhood
00:37:43.540i don't want to interact with you no the police is on their way doing what
00:37:48.260we'll see we'll find out you think i'm not allowed with my dog in this park there is a clear sign
00:37:54.580yes 20 feet away you know what say mind your own business but my kids my kids yeah were afraid to
00:38:02.820go into this your kids are up because they don't even go to normal school so don't tell me what to
00:38:08.660do i mean that's a woman who was just using her voice but we've also seen in montreal a visibly
00:38:16.020jewish man attacked in front of his kids in public and i and you can say you know the authorities
00:38:21.380often say mental illness really it's not mental illness it's a it's an ideology here's a clip of
00:38:27.160that attack from a few months ago so you have gangland style contract killers you don't yet
00:38:42.860have an ideological terrorist himself who doesn't care about getting away. But you are starting to
00:38:48.200see some of these grassroots people who've been radicalized. And all of this has really ramped up
00:38:53.080over the last three years. I mean, it's been sort of in the margins before that. But I don't know
00:38:59.240has policing changed in a significant way in the last three years since the Hamas attack on
00:39:06.160southern israel and israel's response has there been any change in how canadian police respond
00:39:13.360to these kind of attacks well let me get to that i'll tie on to what you said first
00:39:19.460it has happened here remember when the fbi once again tipped off the police about the jihadis the
00:39:26.860isis jihadis in the markham hotel they were ready to go out that day and butcher people we've had
00:39:31.960other people arrested just before they went and we're going to commit murders in the name of
00:39:36.820terrorism in Toronto right so it happens we have them here just last week they arrested someone for
00:39:43.420supporting terrorism that hasn't been fleshed out right we have them here that guy I met that guy
00:39:48.980outside a synagogue he's his nickname on the street is Gerard and I talked to him and uh like he he
00:39:57.400He hangs out outside synagogues and now he's charged with terrorism in support of Hamas.
00:40:02.080I mean, that's that's terrifying that his hobby is to harass Jews and he's accused of terrorism.
00:40:10.180Yeah. Now, let me go to the second half of your question. Has policing changed?
00:40:14.460I dare say it has. It absolutely has in Toronto.
00:40:17.900I have watched the reaction to the protests, the Hamas terror protests, which, by the way, now there's a nexus between these protests march.
00:40:27.400marches, and Hamas because the police have charged that guy who you met, who was the face of those
00:40:35.520protests, with supporting Hamas. So there is a nexus between terrorism and these protests.
00:40:42.280Now, the police have not been arresting people, despite the fact there's criminal acts taking
00:40:48.060place, everything from vandalism to threats to actual hate speech, to intimidation to harassment.
00:40:57.400they're not making arrests and i i keep on hearing and i'd love to talk to the chief sometime about
00:41:03.560this this story about our our role is to be neutral at these things there's no such thing
00:41:09.640in law that says that in fact there's case law and there are court cases that say the police
00:41:15.000have to arrest people who are breaking the law at protest which includes blocking roadways when
00:41:20.760you're not supposed to be on there let alone harassing someone for two and a half years
00:41:25.400straight in their neighborhood so the police have taken this hands-off approach which i in my humble
00:41:32.600opinion i didn't ever think i'd see police do that and leadership do that that when i have my city
00:41:39.560being called the anti-semitic capital of of the world just about right now that i would not want
00:41:45.160that cleaned up yeah and uh olivia olivia's been no word there about it's the gun she wants out
00:44:32.300Because there are some who feel not that they've been passive, but they'd like to see more people arrested.
00:44:36.860They just, if somebody pulls out a Hamas flag, then cops just have to go in there and yank them out.
00:44:41.920Yeah, the chief have communicated to me, as you know, I can't direct the chief in terms of operation, but we can set policy.
00:44:52.120And the chief have been saying that they have charged, he has made charges, but then it gets thrown out by the crown and they won't even accept it.
00:45:05.120So you do all the work to do the charges, and then yet it doesn't go anywhere.
00:45:11.320So at some point they said they have a lawyer at the police headquarters that looked at cases and said,
00:45:18.840OK, there's no hope of you getting anywhere, so don't bother, which is why sometimes they don't do it.
00:45:25.500Yesterday, the mayor of Toronto said effectively that there's a lawyer at police headquarters
00:45:30.680who has advised police not to bother arresting people at pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel protests
00:45:38.040because there's no chance of the Crown actually booking this through to trial.
00:45:44.780Well, John, I appreciate the opportunity to impact what I know over the last 24 hours has been talked about.
00:45:50.540But, you know, when I reflect on why I'm here in regards to that question,
00:45:55.200you know, you've got to take a moment and pause and reflect on the pain in our community,
00:45:59.420actually right now that's driving an incredible concern around hate crimes, in particular
00:46:04.980anti-Semitism. And let me start by making one thing really clear that we have and will stand
00:46:11.380shoulder to shoulder with all our communities, including our Jewish community, as we deal with
00:46:15.960the anti-Semitism and the hate that we see in our city. And when the mayor says that there is a
00:46:22.320lawyer who has advised, do not engage, do not arrest, is she in error? Well, listen, I don't
00:46:28.560know where she's getting that narrative she says you yeah well we didn't have a discussion that
00:46:33.140would suggest quite the way that's been framed so um you know no there is not yet yet the main
00:46:39.780lawyer that was at toronto police she was very very high in the court of justice right and one
00:46:45.840of the issues we have as we're in this two-tiered system as you talk about there is who do the
00:46:50.900prosecutors decide to prosecute who did they decide not to prosecute you'll see all these
00:46:56.380arrests that we're seeing for the pro-Hamas marches, if you will, when they clearly are
00:47:02.500beyond the line, they're choosing not to prosecute. As you say, Tamara Leach, they're going to go to
00:47:08.460the end of the earth to prosecute Tamara Leach. And there's supposed to be a prosecutor's book1.00
00:47:13.200that talks about whether something's in the public interest or not, that you continue doing it. You
00:47:18.480continue spending the money. You continue using the court's time. And we don't have anybody
00:47:25.160investigating this and looking at this i don't see the police board doing its job of looking
00:47:32.200into what the chief's doing they didn't you know until recently i did an interview with david
00:47:38.600benzes about it i i shamed the police for the way they let the the walk for israel go on the last
00:47:44.440couple of years where they made jews go through a walk of hate and hate speech little children
00:47:51.320yeah families yeah parents were sitting there with people waving bloody babies and screaming
00:47:56.440at them yeah yeah you that is not free public expression yeah and they once we raised the
00:48:02.840issue they did something yeah finally i'm not sure what it's going to take now you were really the
00:48:07.800chief whistleblower on that hey i got one last question for you i mean um there's a local city
00:48:13.560counselor who i've talked to a few times saying mike cole who says look these are not just regular
00:48:19.320people they may look that way on the outside but they're being directed and funded by foreign
00:48:24.940entities on a this is international stuff this is countries behind it um there's money behind it
00:48:33.020there there are darker forces that we just can't see and he has said one of the things he says he
00:48:39.260wants is he says look the toronto police is not equipped to take on the government of iran or to
00:48:44.340take on, you know, a terrorist international force. We need help, he says, whether it's RCMP
00:48:52.120or CSIS or OPP. And that sounds reasonable to me, but I'm not a cop or an ex-cop, obviously.
00:48:59.960If there was something that could be done, what would it be? What should the city do? What should
00:49:07.080the province do? What should police do or prosecutors? Is there one thing, if you were
00:49:11.980in charge for a day, what change would you make? Or are we just going to have this like that movie
00:49:17.840Groundhog Day where every single day it's the same thing? Another shooting and the politicians
00:49:22.100say, oh, hate is not acceptable here. Well, it obviously is. What would you do if you were king
00:49:28.120for a day? Yeah, my term for all of this, Ezra, is low tech ethnic organized crime. We have it0.89
00:49:35.960certainly with the pro Hamas crowd. We have it with the Indian crowd from human trafficking to1.00
00:49:40.720drug smuggling, to you name it. We have the extortions from the Indian gangs. It's all1.00
00:49:48.500organized and the police aren't set up for that. They don't have all these big projects and
00:49:52.480police to spare for it. But you asked me what I would change. I would change the leadership
00:49:57.920because this leadership is out of touch with what the problem is and how to fix it. There's limited
00:50:05.420resources that police have and they are just wasting them by having police line up i dare
00:50:11.980say it's probably costing us 60 million dollars a year to have toronto police escort these little
00:50:16.860protests all over the place that's that's a lot of money and they need to decide that we are not
00:50:23.580going to allow this and i need a i need a chief of police or or the premier or someone to stand up
00:50:30.060and go up to the attorney general and say we want courts that are going to prosecute this
00:50:35.340We want jails that we're going to put these people away because the other thing I'm starting to see and I'm smelling, it just started coming up the last 12 months, is a lot of the judges now are finding any little reason they can to throw out guys who have got drugs and loaded automatic handguns on them.
00:50:53.500The one one guy was arrested for impaired and it came back. Well, I don't really think you smell alcohol in his breath, so I'm not letting the gun charges go through. Yeah, I'm like, what? Yeah, you will. You will crush my charter rights in a heartbeat and say it's OK for the good of society, but you're going to allow a criminal carrying a loaded automatic handgun in public to say, oh, well, you can't infringe on his or the rights that you stopped him for the wrong reason.
00:51:22.160and the courts have to get together and the judges have to get their acts together.
00:51:27.440That's where a lot of this comes from.
00:51:29.120When there's no price to pay, the criminals are going to come out and play.
