A man residing at a women s shelter in Windsor was recently acquitted of a sexual assault charge. But the question arises, why wasn t the most important element of this story ever addressed in the trial? And why does that matter?
00:02:22.800That's because Desiree is now sporting a goatee.
00:02:28.040Oh, Juliet, Juliet, wherefore art thou?
00:02:31.380And I know what you're thinking, folks.
00:02:34.780Wasn't the Bearded Lady part of a traveling circus freak show back when Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey were still in business?
00:02:44.180Now, no wonder the circus conglomerate went out of business in 2016.
00:02:48.500I mean, how do you sell tickets for the beleaguered bearded lady and lobster boy when the freak meter is off the charts these days thanks to the rank-and-file participants marching in trans pride parades?
00:03:04.660Indeed, planet Earth is now a 24-7 circus, me thinks.
00:03:10.940And, of course, since we reside in such baffling times, I must ask a fundamental question.
00:03:21.580Because when it comes to womanhood, the uber-progressive left these past few years has had a very, very difficult time indeed defining the word woman.
00:03:32.760Oh, and I'm not talking about some garden-variety imbecile, mind you.
00:03:36.460I'm talking about the likes of, well, how about the very learned U.S. Supreme Court Judge Kacchani Jackson-Brown?
00:03:47.140Remember this surreal Q&A session in 2022 when Brown was being queried by Senator Marsha Blackburn?
00:03:56.000Can you provide a definition for the word woman?
00:04:12.360So you believe the meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can't give me a definition?
00:04:19.120Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes.
00:04:26.220If there's a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law, and I decide.
00:04:33.060The fact that you can't give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about.
00:04:50.500You know, the other day, somebody asked me, what's the sum of one plus one, and I said, oh, I'm sorry, I'm not a mathematician.
00:05:00.440Oh, by the way, it's not just the U.S. Supreme Court that has a monopoly on gender identity lunacy.
00:05:09.500Consider Canadian Supreme Court Justice Sheila L. Martin.
00:05:13.040Justice Martin made headlines for all the wrong reasons earlier this year when she argued that a more appropriate term for the female of the species is, quote,
00:05:31.700person with a vagina, end quote, person with a vagina, how would you like to have your fate decided by this kook?
00:07:46.620Anyway, back to Cody Dentremont, a.k.a. Desiree Anderson.
00:07:52.520I was in Windsor last week to take in his, her two-day trial for sexual assault.
00:07:59.000Oh, yes, you see, apparently the ostensible policy reason for Cody Dentremont reimagining himself as Desiree Anderson was to gain admission into the female section of the Welcome Center, a Windsor shelter.
00:08:16.080And since the Welcome Center is committed to that unholy trinity of diversity, equity, and inclusion, staff welcomed this female fraudster into the shelter, no ifs, ands, or buts.
00:08:29.900Yeah, this woman is certainly not a person with a vagina, that's for sure.
00:08:35.700But that's the thing when it comes to transgenderism these days, isn't it?
00:08:40.640Whatever it is you say you are, well, that's what you are.
00:08:44.720Maybe Cody claimed his penis identifies as a vagina.
00:08:49.140Hey, that's good enough for the loony leftists these days.
00:08:53.500Besides, we mustn't hurt the feelings of a wackadoodle transgender.
00:08:58.120That would be more criminal than potentially putting vulnerable real woman at risk.
00:09:03.900Yes, it's equal parts gross and despicable, and so much for the caveat that public safety trumps all else.
00:09:13.300And so it was that when Cody took up residence in the female section of the shelter, he allegedly sexually assaulted a real bonafide biological woman and was eventually charged with sexual assault.
00:09:28.680Golly, no one saw that one coming, I guess, eh?
00:09:32.020Now, before I go on, I must point out there was a publication ban regarding this case, which is to say I cannot report the name of the complainant,
00:09:41.520nor report any details that might identify her.
00:09:46.220In any event, I found the two-day trial downright disturbing.
00:09:50.480Even though I've been a journalist for almost 40 years now, I've never actually covered a sexual assault case before,
00:09:56.480and I was shocked by how graphic the testimony was.
00:10:01.080Since this is not an X-rated show, I won't delve into the real nitty-gritty disturbing details that the complainant delivered
00:10:10.000when she spoke of the alleged rape that took place on March 23, 2023.
00:10:16.200By the way, going back to 1983, with the passing of Bill C-127, the charge of rape was officially expunged from the Criminal Code of Canada.
00:10:29.120Now alleged violators are charged with sexual assault.
00:42:28.960And, you know, from years ago, I can't remember what year exactly, but the Canadian government was funding these posters.
00:42:36.400It was for an African nation and it had a pictograph, you know, basically the universal no slash to somebody in a squatting position, basically saying in graphics, don't defecate on the beach.
00:42:51.380So we know that this is a problem in certain nations.
00:42:58.200But, you know, what I see happening here by the usual suspects, especially on the left, this is the very epitome of political correctness, isn't it?
00:43:07.640That if the truth is hurtful or offensive to some people, you should self-censor yourself and not say it.
00:43:17.740That's what the vibe I'm getting, Natty, when I see the reaction, especially from those on the left, to your postings.
00:43:25.960Yeah, that's honestly what I've been seeing, too.
00:43:30.920People are going as far as saying, like, they said that I was a far right and I don't keep up with politics.
00:43:47.900It's like if I see something wrong or something bothering me or something that is affecting a lot of people that are too scared to stand up, I'm going to use my voice and I'm going to stand up.
00:43:59.180I've been thanked so many times by so many people for talking about the things that I'm now talking about on my platform because we've been conditioned as Canadians to sit back and watch things completely spiral and not say a thing about it because we're polite.
00:44:20.060And a lot of people are thankful for that fact.
00:44:22.640But I believe in standing up for things that are right.
00:44:26.320And I think we've been pushed around for far too long.
00:44:28.540And it's just now it's a matter of like whether it's not whether or not you're right or wrong.
00:44:34.540I think it's just we have to really take a stand and just stand up for what's right.
00:44:38.420Nothing's going to change if we don't speak up and say what's wrong.
00:44:42.700And, you know, Natty, I see these stickers that are put up in certain places by law enforcement that basically say, see something wrong, report it.
00:44:53.300They want to report it as opposed to, you know, silencing yourself.
00:44:58.440And here you report something and you get a visit from an OPP constable admonishing you for hurting the feelings of certain people incredibly.
00:45:07.940And from the political element, I mean, I think the mayor of Mississauga, sorry, Wasaga Beach, he reminds me of the mayor from Jaws.
00:45:18.200As you know, he's being told by the sheriff that there's a 20-foot great white shark near the beach.
00:45:59.160I said everything as nice as possible, considering everything I had seen and went through.
00:46:04.220But for Doug Ford to talk about it, it was very funny to me, because if this wasn't such a big issue, why were the tents banned right away?
00:46:22.260And the other women, the people in the town are outraged, because the lady that was supposed to be in place of the mayor didn't step up and defend the beach or say anything.
00:46:40.840But I feel like people need to look at the bigger picture and say, I'm not lying about any of this, because if it's gone as far as it did, I think my videos would have been shut down after day one of it going viral.
00:46:51.040If this was not an issue, people are interacting with it.
00:47:15.740And there's this allegation that some people are pitching tents.
00:47:19.580And that's where they do their business and then bury it afterwards.
00:47:22.900And there was a bylaw passed, I believe, I'm going by memory, where it was about banning tents.
00:47:31.580But it was a toothless tiger because the beach itself is provincial parkland.
00:47:37.320And as I understand it, shortly after this brouhaha erupted, didn't the town of Wasaga Beach pass a motion asking the provincial parks people to enforce the tent ban bylaw?
00:47:55.060And, Natty, that makes me ask, well, Mr. Mayor, you said there's no problem.
00:48:06.760And why did it go up to a higher level of, I'm not sure, see, I don't know about the government and politics, but that big house of people, you know, where they all vote and I don't know what it's called.
00:48:22.520So if this was just somebody saying one thing online and having, there was nothing to back it up, why did it go to the House of Commons for the bill to be passed for the tents to be banned on the beach?
00:48:33.900So, Natty, tell me, before you went off for a little break to Nova Scotia with your family, did you see anything in Wasaga Beach change because of all this publicity?
00:48:47.920You know, did you see maybe people being more wary, especially, and I'm not trying to condemn everyone that brings a tent to the beach, but, you know, maybe a little more, you know, self-policing or what have you that might be influencing bad behavior occurring on the beach?
00:49:07.940Like I've said, I have been avoiding the main end, and especially since I did get so much exposure on this and the messages and stuff I've told you about that I received from those men and warnings to be careful.
00:49:24.260I have not gone down to that part of the beach, but, excuse me, sorry, I have watched a live where the guy goes live on the beach, and it looks the exact same.
00:49:37.920There are still tents up, but I think the three-sided tents that we've seen, so I think people are being more mindful of it, which it sucks that a few bad apples ruined it for everyone else,
00:49:50.160but there are so many alternatives on the beach to use besides that, so I feel like all in all, this was a positive change for the beach.
00:49:58.400It'll be easier to keep it clean, too, because you don't know if people put their garbage under the tents along with whatever they were doing,
00:50:04.800and apparently patrol has picked up on the beach, so, like, more bylaw walking the beach and officers out there to enforce things on the beach.
00:50:14.460That's just what I've heard from people.
00:50:16.140Well, that's really hard to hear, because, you know, as you know, Nettie, Wasaga Beach has claimed the fame.
00:50:23.580It's the longest freshwater beach in the world.
00:50:26.920It is a gem, and we shouldn't be, whether it's litter or defecation, God forbid, we shouldn't be, you know, making this gem tarnished as the summer goes on.
00:50:41.080And also, bring us up to date, because another very relevant thing about this story, in terms of the backlash by some against you,
00:50:53.440was that TikTok canceled your account, and then I think they reinstated it, and then they took it down again.
00:51:01.160What is the status of your TikTok account right now, Nettie?
00:51:08.800I was banned for, and I emailed TikTok, and they're like, we can't seem to find your account.
00:51:14.600They banned me twice in one day, and that was two days ago that that happened to me.
00:51:19.380I have since created an X account, which I've gotten a good amount of followers on there now, nothing like my TikTok, but it's going to take time to build it.
00:51:27.880But it is complete censorship, because people are making accounts and telling everybody that's a part of those groups to go mass report my account.
00:51:37.580And I have emailed TikTok saying, I'm being targeted, literally, just for the color of my skin, because that's what it is, because it's a group of Indian people.
00:51:45.340They actually made a page on Instagram for people to go mass report my lives.
00:51:49.880If I'm just going live talking about my day, or even if I comment something, they report my comments, even if it's a nice comment.
00:51:59.600And I told TikTok, like, I'm being targeted, and I feel like this app is really enabling that, because people get excited when they see my accounts banned.
00:52:08.480They're like, oh, we did it, we did it.
00:52:09.840And then you guys reinstate it, on top of the mental stress that it causes me to know, like, look, I've worked hard for this, and you guys can just take it away because of people's false accusations.
00:52:19.840Why do I have to keep trying to email and contact you guys and tell you, hey, I'm being targeted?
00:52:25.060You guys need to put a stop on these bans, because you reinstate my account every time.
00:55:25.000At the end of the day, it's about respect.
00:55:27.400It's having respect for yourself as a human being.
00:55:30.540And it's having respect for a public beach that is used by thousands of people during the season.
00:55:38.340And there is, like I said, zero excuse for such despicable and disgusting and, well, borderline dangerous behavior if people come into contact with that substance.
00:55:52.940Natty, thank you so much for your time.
00:55:54.220Natty, thank you so much for your time.
