Summary

On the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack on a Jewish synagogue in Canada, why is there still no indicting anyone in Canada for the attack? And why is it that no one has been charged in connection with it?

00:00:00.000 Hello, my friends. It's almost the one-year anniversary of the massive terrorist attack
00:00:04.300 from Gaza into southern Israel, but I'm more concerned actually about the home front. We
00:00:10.440 have so many terrorists and terrorist supporters that Trudeau has brought to Canada. That's what
00:00:14.560 I'm worried about. I'll give you my thoughts on that in a moment. But first, let me invite you
00:00:18.640 to become a subscriber to Rebel News Plus. That's our video version of this podcast. Just go to

00:01:30.880 its front lines here in Canada. It's October 2nd, and this is the Ezra Levant Show.
00:01:35.260 You know, we're coming up on the one-year anniversary of October 7th. Israel's 9-11
00:01:55.920 times 20, proportionately. It was an absolute massacre, the worst killing of Jews since the
00:02:03.340 Holocaust. It was a starter pistol for a global jihadist movement, and a lot of that is happening
00:02:12.500 here in Canada and in the United States and Europe as well. Listen to the chants. These would have been
00:02:18.460 shocking a year ago, but now they're commonplace. Things like, from the river to the sea, or globalize
00:02:25.540 the Intifada. Maybe those don't mean as much to you as Sieg Heil or some Hitler Nazi chants, but they
00:02:32.240 really mean the same thing. Globalize the Intifada means have violent terrorism everywhere. It's what
00:02:38.260 it means. From the river to the sea is shorthand for kill all the Jews in Israel.
00:02:42.680 But they don't just mean Israel, because they're here in Canada too. There's violence here. There's arson. There's terrifying
00:02:58.680 things. And actual terrorism charges seem to be laid almost every month. I mean, we're almost used to the new normal of vandalism and other crimes, constant threats and menaces, masked thugs that police are
00:03:28.680 deferred to or even bring coffee to. The law is not being enforced. I asked Ontario's solicitor general, the cabinet minister in charge of the police for this province, why he was not laying charges for obvious crimes, including when Hamas masked protesters surrounded a Jewish synagogue and beset it for half a day.
00:03:51.740 There's actually a specific criminal code prohibition on that. I asked him. He didn't have a good answer other than to tell me he was a proud Jew, which is sort of beside the point. And I don't think it's an excuse. Take a listen.
00:04:03.660 How come there were no charges under Section 176 of the criminal code besetting a house of worship when all those protesters were outside the Bayat synagogue in Thornhill?
00:04:14.400 Well, it's a question that you're going to have to ask the York Regional Police or the Attorney General. I'm here because I'm not going to see my community intimidated. I speak out all the time in support of our Jewish community. I'm not afraid to wear my kippah. I'm not afraid to go to synagogue every Sabbath, every Shabbat. And I'm going to do everything that I can to stand up for our inherent right to live safely in our own homes and communities. And I'm not going to stop.
00:04:42.180 Everything short of prosecuting them, though, right? I mean, the U of T remains encamped with an illegal encampment. You're very good on Twitter, but have you actually done any prosecutions?
00:04:52.860 Well, again, this is something that you have to speak to the Attorney General.
00:04:56.080 He's your colleague. You're in the government. Why should you're on the inside?
00:04:59.500 No, what I can tell you is I'm working every day to tweeting every day that our legislation, that our regulations are adhered to. I'm standing up with my community.
00:05:09.680 I've been 34 weeks almost every single week to the rally of Bathurst and Shepard in support of remembering the hostages who have been held against their will in captivity in Gaza.
00:05:21.900 And it's not acceptable. And that's exactly and that's exactly why it obviously is acceptable since you're not prosecuting it.
00:05:28.460 You have condoned it. You've created a new normal where people can engage in low level, permanent anti-Semitic crimes, assault, threats, mischief.
00:05:38.760 Because you guys don't prosecute. But there you are on Twitter, though. So congrats for that.
00:05:43.780 It's important that the Jewish community sees a person from their own community in the Ontario legislature standing up against hate every single day who has the support of a premier who has called it out.
00:05:56.120 Where are the other levels of government today who exercise the same voice that Premier Ford does that we will not accept anti-Semitism?
00:06:06.200 You have accepted it. Where's the prosecution?
00:06:10.060 Again, this is something you could ask Minister Verrani. You can ask the Prime Minister.
00:06:15.320 The province. The province prosecutes. The province prosecutes. Better save your boss.
00:06:20.380 I think he's afraid and he's afraid of his boss, the premier, because his boss can count votes.
00:06:27.360 And there's about 350,000, 400,000 Jews in Canada and about five times as many Muslims.
00:06:34.740 Now, thankfully, not all Muslims are anti-Semitic, but many of them are.
00:06:38.540 And many of them come from places where anti-Semitism is taught in schools, where it is official government policy.
00:06:45.200 And no one told them before they came to Canada that that's not how we rule.
00:06:50.060 So that is now how we rule.
00:06:52.400 And you can tell by watching, just by looking who the bad guys are.
00:06:56.580 Who are the people standing in our streets, blocking roads, wearing masks, chanting threats?
00:07:02.900 They're overwhelmingly foreigners, either new Canadians or people not yet even Canadians.
00:07:09.040 They're guests here. They're visitors on a student visa or some other temporary visa.
00:07:14.380 Maybe they're a fake refugee applicant.
00:07:17.060 Many of them are paid and organized by foreign entities.
00:07:20.320 We learn from Global News that there are 700 agents in Canada from Iran working to organize these things.
00:07:28.180 Many of the others who are not foreigners, they're hardcore left-wing Canadians.
00:07:33.840 They're still paid and organized by, say, big labor.
00:07:36.480 There's Fred Hahn, the outrageous and ridiculous clown, head of the Public Sector Workers of Ontario, full-blown anti-Semite.
00:07:45.080 He gets paid for this stuff.
00:07:47.080 My friend David Menzies scrummed him on the street the other day.
00:07:49.800 Take a look how that went.
00:07:51.840 Hey, Mr. Hahn, how are you doing today?
00:07:53.960 Are you worried about using your cell phone or pager or walkie-talkie by any chance?
00:07:59.080 Could you get out of my way, please?
00:08:00.080 Oh, I'm not talking to you, sir.
00:08:01.600 You're in my way.
00:08:02.880 No, I'm not.
00:08:03.900 I'm not talking to you.
00:08:04.820 Mr. Hahn, given your sexual orientation, how well would you do in Gaza?
00:08:11.260 Or would you stay in the closet in Gaza?
00:08:14.500 Sorry.
00:08:15.120 Now, the fact that you are in, the fact that you are at this counter-demonstration, does that mean you agree with sexual, no, you're getting my way, sir.
00:08:24.360 Do you agree with radicalized sex education for children?
00:08:29.000 You have a good day, sir, thanks.
00:08:30.260 No, I don't think so.
00:08:31.420 Have a good day.
00:08:32.120 Stop bumping into me, actually.
00:08:33.740 I'm walking perfectly.
00:08:34.800 Okay, then.
00:08:35.900 Mr. Hahn, can you answer any of these questions?
00:08:37.920 Don't move back up.
00:08:39.260 Mr. Hahn?
00:08:40.060 Whoa, that was very aggressive.
00:08:42.280 Mr. Hahn, why do you think it's proper for you with a public sector?
00:08:48.000 Why do you think money from Russia?
00:08:49.840 Sir, I can't hear you with your face diaper on.
00:08:52.540 By the way, Mr. Hahn, why are so many of your allies wearing face diapers?
00:08:57.340 I thought COVID was over.
00:08:58.720 Sir, could you?
00:08:59.840 Sir, you're bumping right into me.
00:09:00.840 We've been beset by this.
00:09:02.860 It's now normal, where once the media would have a tizzy over a fleeting glimpse of a swastika flag.
00:09:09.860 I'm talking about the false flag stitch-up at the trucker convoy in Ottawa two and a half years ago.
00:09:17.120 Well, now they abide the same and worse all the time.
00:09:20.340 They don't talk about it because it's not a trucker they're trying to smear.
00:09:23.460 They're trying to protect new immigrants from the smear of anti-Semitism, but it's not a smear.
00:09:28.420 They actually are.
00:09:29.420 But as Sherlock Holmes would say, what about the dogs that didn't bark?
00:09:35.520 Remember that story?
00:09:37.620 There are no street protests like this in the Arab world.
00:09:40.780 None.
00:09:41.840 Not in the great Arab cities of Dubai.
00:09:44.360 Not in the key Arab countries, Saudi Arabia.
00:09:48.200 There are no Arab or Muslim countries in the world taking refugees from Gaza.
00:09:54.840 The Saudi crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, says he actually doesn't care about the Palestinian issue.
00:10:04.200 He has other things he cares about.
00:10:06.980 Here's a story about that.
00:10:09.260 The folly of bringing in Gazans as refugees is just on Canada and Australia.
00:10:15.040 Other countries know better.
00:10:16.080 Jordan, which is about 50 percent Palestinian demographically, they took Palestinians when Yasser Arafat was around.
00:10:23.460 He started a civil war there that almost toppled the current king's father.
00:10:28.280 Same thing happened in Syria.
00:10:30.120 Same thing happened in Lebanon, both of which have succumbed.
00:10:34.000 Israel can largely take care of itself, I'm glad to say.
00:10:38.360 It was hamstrung in its reaction to the Gaza-Hamas terrorist attacks by Joe Biden, by Anthony Blinken.
00:10:46.240 All of the Western allies of Israel told it not to extirpate Hamas, but to have ceasefires and to go easy.
00:10:54.680 But when Israel didn't listen to that in Lebanon, look at how effective it was.
00:11:00.200 First, with the incredible move of blowing up Hamas, sorry, Hezbollah pagers and walkie-talkies.
00:11:05.880 The entire Hezbollah organizational trial was gone, especially with the huge bombing of the headquarters.
00:11:13.460 Remember that extraordinary explosion?
00:11:24.680 Now, when the head of Hezbollah, named Hassan Nasrallah, basically an Iranian puppet in Lebanon, who had killed thousands of Lebanese too, by the way,
00:11:42.460 when he was assassinated, the Western leftists were in mourning.
00:11:47.660 But in the region, there were celebrations.
00:11:50.360 I'm not talking about Jews.
00:11:51.380 I'm talking about Christians and Muslims in Lebanon, in Syria, even in Iran.
00:11:58.060 They were cheering what Israel did.
00:12:01.120 Because Hezbollah doesn't just kill Jews.
00:12:03.800 They kill anyone that gets in their way, including thousands of Syrians and Lebanese.
00:12:08.740 Oh, and by the way, hundreds of U.S. Marines and nearly 100 French soldiers too.
00:12:15.220 But something interesting happened yesterday.
00:12:17.220 I don't know if you saw it.
00:12:17.980 It was actually sort of terrifying.
00:12:19.760 Hundreds of ballistic missiles fell on Israel.
00:12:24.040 They're much faster and harder to hit than the small rockets fired from southern Lebanon or Gaza.
00:12:30.300 There were about 200 of these ballistic missiles that were fired.
00:12:34.180 Incredibly, not one Israeli death, even though several of them did hit and created huge craters.
00:12:41.800 Compare Iran's attack on Israel with these inaccurate, hugely explosive ballistic missiles with the ultra-precision attacks Israel used in Hezbollah, the pagers, the precision-guided missiles.
00:12:58.260 Iran's approach is deliberately to kill as randomly as possible.
00:13:02.800 That's where the terror comes from.
00:13:04.900 Israel's approach is to avoid the civilians and get the terrorists.
00:13:08.660 Obviously, Israel has never attacked Iran, the country.
00:13:13.440 It just hasn't.
00:13:15.020 But this was Iran's second unprovoked attack on Israel.
00:13:18.920 The first was back in April, where, again, luckily they didn't kill anyone either.
00:13:23.020 Now, how can Iran be so ineffective?
00:13:27.660 I don't know if it's just they're a paper tiger or if this was some sort of just-for-show attack so they could look tough and keep some self-respect after having their proxy in Hezbollah smashed.
00:13:41.480 Speaking of tough talk, there's been some very tough talk from a variety of Israeli cabinet ministers saying they were going to retaliate against Iran in a brutal way.
00:13:52.220 Maybe, or maybe they're just huffing and puffing, too.
00:13:54.600 I don't quite know.
00:13:56.040 I don't know if they'll do anything.
00:13:57.600 I'm actually suspect that the United States has told them not to fight back at all, told Israel just to accept hundreds of missiles landing in their country without fighting back.
00:14:08.600 In some ways, I'm actually more worried, though, about what's happening here at home.
00:14:14.060 I see in the news two new command posts in the York region.
00:14:17.940 That's the area outside Toronto.
00:14:20.160 They're setting up command posts to protect the Jews.
00:14:23.360 There's still command posts after October 7th at various Jewish schools in Toronto proper.
00:14:28.720 But I don't think they actually stop anything.
00:14:30.820 Everyone can see there's just a truck parked there.
00:14:33.660 There's no one in them.
00:14:35.080 It seems like it would be deterring the least motivated of terrorists.
00:14:41.920 But it wouldn't stop someone who actually wants to follow through on the Hamas or the Hezbollah promise of killing the Jews.
00:14:48.400 And there are those people amongst us.
00:14:50.560 Like I said before, there are terrorism charges across this country on a regular basis now.
00:14:56.060 It barely makes the headlines anymore.
00:14:57.580 And those millions of immigrants we're bringing in, including the thousands from Gaza, well, you heard Mark Miller, the affirmative action immigration minister, chosen simply because he was in Justin Trudeau's wedding party.
00:15:11.220 He says he doesn't vet.
00:15:13.640 That's the job for our police to catch the bad guys afterwards.
00:15:17.420 Remember that?
00:15:17.940 You were accused in the Najjar killing were on student visas here in Canada?
00:15:22.700 I can't.
00:15:23.420 You cannot?
00:15:23.980 I can't.
00:15:24.620 There's information I just can't share with you at this time.
00:15:27.880 This is an ongoing police investigation.
00:15:30.120 And those questions reside properly with the RCMP or Minister LeBlanc.
00:15:34.980 Generally speaking, if someone were on a student visa, would there be criminal record checks?
00:15:40.040 Yes.
00:15:40.500 There would be?
00:15:41.260 Yeah.
00:15:41.580 And then how does that process work?
00:15:43.960 You check them.
00:15:44.520 And if they have a criminal record, they don't come in.
00:15:45.900 Okay.
00:15:46.980 And then, okay.
00:15:48.200 Do those reports concern you, though?
00:15:50.560 I can't.
00:15:51.360 Obviously, they do, yes.
00:15:54.020 But again, I can't speak to specifics, Olivia.
00:15:57.240 So you can't confirm or deny if they're on student visas?
00:16:00.780 No.
00:16:01.380 And you can't confirm or deny if they were still active or?
00:16:05.120 That's correct.
00:16:05.920 Okay.
00:16:06.560 Anything else you want to add?
00:16:08.040 No.
00:16:08.380 Okay.
00:16:08.880 Thanks.
00:16:09.100 Did you get your reaction to the fact that India's foreign minister responded to these arrests by saying they just show that Canada has been laxed about
00:16:15.740 who it lets into the country?
00:16:17.620 How do you, what do you think of that response?
00:16:19.200 How do you respond?
00:16:20.480 We're not lax, and the Indian foreign minister is entitled to his opinion.
00:16:24.800 What do you plan to do about this?
00:16:26.480 About what the Indian foreign minister said?
00:16:28.760 I'm going to let him speak his mind.
00:16:29.920 It's just not accurate.
00:16:31.100 And what about these reports?
00:16:32.040 Is there anything the government's going to do to respond to this?
00:16:34.520 I know you say you can't comment because it's RCMP, but like anything, is there anything at all that the government's going to do like this?
00:16:39.760 We take any report like this very seriously.
00:16:42.420 Are you involved in, is your office involved in the investigation at all, providing information to RCMP?
00:16:47.820 We always cooperate with the RCMP.
00:16:49.660 Have you been asked to cooperate in this case?
00:16:51.540 We're always asked to cooperate, can't speak to specifics.
00:16:54.400 Thanks.
00:16:55.040 Thank you.
00:16:56.360 Now, I'm not calling for censorship of Canadian citizens, but I don't believe foreign citizens have the right to be racist, hateful, genocidal agitators in our country.
00:17:11.180 I think if the roles were reversed, if we were tourists or on a temporary student or working visa in, say, Pakistan or Iran, and we whipped up protests against the regime, we would be deported immediately.
00:17:23.880 But I'm not even focused on the free speech aspect.
00:17:27.040 I'm focused on the real crimes, the trespass, the mischief, the vandalism, the uttering threats, and even the traffic violations.
00:17:35.620 This dominant move, the psychology move of suddenly blocking the main intersection and praying on the street, as opposed to one of the dozens of mosques in the city.
00:17:46.720 Compare how those traffic violations are met with the support of the police.
00:17:53.780 Compare that to how the trekkers, who simply honked their horns and parked in a no parking zone, how that was the cause of martial law.
00:18:03.340 No violence there, no death threats, just some honking.
00:18:07.180 And Justin Trudeau put the country under martial law.
00:18:09.620 I've noticed something in the past couple of days.
00:18:13.580 They're actually flying terrorist flags now.
00:18:16.780 Not just the Palestinian flag, which someone could say is a kind of a proxy for terrorism, but the outright flags of the Hezbollah terrorist group.
00:18:25.140 Those are the yellow flags with the green machine guns on them, a bit of a giveaway.
00:18:30.200 The media ignores those, though.
00:18:32.020 They prefer the swastikas carried by white men, even if they're just set up to embarrass the truckers.
00:18:39.100 They deliberately ignore these Hezbollah flags.
00:18:42.720 I'm not even sure if it's legal to carry a Hezbollah flag in Canada.
00:18:46.760 Here's what the criminal code says is illegal in regards to terrorism.
00:18:50.460 They say participating, facilitating, instructing, and harboring terrorism.
00:19:00.040 Those are all crimes.
00:19:01.260 I don't know if that would expand to marching in a march with a terrorist flag.
00:19:07.860 That might not be covered by it, but surely we should sweep in and check the citizen status of those people.
00:19:14.800 And if they're not Canadians, we should give them the boot.
00:19:17.940 Melanie Jolie, who is laughably out of her league as our foreign minister, just a deep embarrassment.
00:19:24.040 She signed a statement the day before Israel eliminated Hassan Nasrallah, calling for Israel not to shoot any more terrorists.
00:19:33.640 When I went to bed on Wednesday night, I was convinced that there was a ceasefire.
00:19:45.680 Just completely out of the loop, completely out of touch.
00:19:50.260 No one important talks to her.
00:19:51.680 Why would you imagine you're a very busy person, the prime minister of Israel, the president or whoever is running the United States.
00:19:59.740 Let's say you're the prime minister of Lebanon.
00:20:02.080 You have so many people to talk to, so many things to deal with.
00:20:05.460 Would you ever think, I've got to call the foreign minister of Canada to learn what she has to say.
00:20:11.420 She reminds me of Kamala Harris in that way.
00:20:14.260 Remember when Harris and Biden were asked what their message to Iran was, and they just looked at the camera and said, don't.
00:20:21.560 Remember that?
00:20:22.360 What's the message to Iran?
00:20:24.040 Don't.
00:20:25.660 As President Biden said, just don't.
00:20:27.420 Exactly.
00:20:28.980 One word.
00:20:30.320 Pretty straightforward.
00:20:31.500 Yeah, I don't think that was quite as terrifying as when Donald Trump says, if you do that, we'll blast you back to the Stone Age.
00:20:38.760 Melanie Jolie was asked what she thought about this Iranian missile attack on Israel.
00:20:44.000 And I say again, Israel has never attacked Iran.
00:20:47.280 This was the second attack by Iran on Israel since April.
00:20:51.900 Hundreds of ballistic missiles.
00:20:53.260 Luckily, no one was killed.
00:20:54.560 Actually, let me take that back, a poor Palestinian was killed by a piece of rocket that fell on him.
00:21:01.160 She was asked about it, and Jolie said, Israel should not respond.
00:21:07.680 Take a look.
00:21:08.320 Is Canada a position that Israel should not respond to Iran?
00:21:11.900 I mean, you called for a ceasefire vis-à-vis Hezbollah, but this attack from Iran, is Canada asking Israel not to respond in kind?
00:21:19.780 We need to make sure that there's no escalation.
00:21:22.040 Of course, Israel needs to be able to protect itself, and that's why we'll continue to support its security.
00:21:29.220 And we'll support, of course, through the Iron Dome.
00:21:33.200 At the same time, we need to make sure that parties sit down and the war stops.
00:21:38.800 Because we can see that what will happen, there will be even more further escalation, more innocent civilians, including women and children, die.
00:21:49.760 And that's what I said at the UN yesterday.
00:21:52.220 We need this war to stop.
00:21:53.800 She said the exact same thing back in April, when most of the missiles then were shot down.
00:22:00.260 She told Israel to take the win.
00:22:03.460 And we need to make sure that the conflict doesn't extend to the region.
00:22:08.240 So that is why I've been clear to my counterpart in Israel, please take the win and make sure that we can work together to bring back peace in the region.
00:22:18.980 Oh, is it a win to have a foreign country fire hundreds of missiles at you?
00:22:24.000 Is that take the win?
00:22:25.660 Would Canada take it as a win if hundreds of missiles were shot at us?
00:22:31.420 This is a woman who freaked out and called the riot police, along with Justin Trudeau, on truckers beeping their horns.
00:22:38.700 And she's telling Israel to shrug off missile attacks.
00:22:42.040 She said it would be an escalation for Israel to retaliate.
00:22:46.540 Is Canada taking the position that Israel should not respond to this attack by Iran?
00:22:51.720 We think that it is important that Israel be able to protect itself.
00:22:57.640 It has done so over the weekend.
00:22:59.860 And we are clearly pushing for a de-escalation.
00:23:03.480 Yeah, I don't think anyone listens to Canada anymore.
00:23:07.260 I mean, it's pretty clear that she's out of the loop.
00:23:10.520 When I went to bed on Wednesday night, I was convinced that there was a ceasefire.
00:23:14.940 But I say again, I'm more worried about what's happening here in Canada than I am in Israel.
00:23:18.460 I think Israel is aware of the existential crisis it faces.
00:23:22.460 And I think Israel has the means to protect itself.
00:23:25.320 Frankly, I think it's been hamstrung in Gaza.
00:23:27.920 But I'm worried about here at home because I don't think we have the awareness and the enlightenment to realize the pickle we're in.
00:23:35.160 We're still bringing in a record number of migrants, two million a year, many from endemically anti-Semitic countries, countries where violence is the norm.
00:23:43.400 We are becoming a terrorism and violence front line in a way we never have before.
00:23:51.940 Of course, I hope Israel defeats its enemies because they're enemies of freedom and enemies of the West.
00:23:57.400 And Israel goes today and the West falls tomorrow.
00:24:00.360 Of course, I care about that.
00:24:02.060 I've been to Israel.
00:24:02.900 I'm Jewish, so I have an ethnic affinity.
00:24:05.000 But I am deeply concerned about here, Canada, and what we're allowing this country to transform itself into, mainly through mass immigration, but also through a woke approach to everything from self-defense to fighting crime.
00:24:20.600 I'm deeply worried about Toronto and Vancouver and Montreal and Calgary and Edmonton more than I am about Israel.
00:24:28.020 Stay with us for more.
00:24:29.180 Stay with us for more.
00:24:59.180 You're not going to want to miss this one, but you have to be there, in person, at the Rebel News Live mega conference in Calgary on October the 5th.
00:25:09.120 Tickets are limited, so drop everything and go to rebelnewslive.com right now.
00:25:14.620 Special discounted prices for Patriots and special extra high prices if you're with the CBC.
00:25:20.600 Go to rebelnewslive.com now.
00:25:29.180 Hey, welcome back.
00:25:30.540 Well, last night was a debate between the two vice presidential candidates, and Rebel News live-streamed the debate and had active live color commentary by our rebel stars.
00:25:42.740 It reminded me of how things have changed and how others have not.
00:25:48.040 What has not changed are the mainstream media reporters who claim to be neutral moderators but only interrupt the Republican candidate, only purport to fact-check the Republican candidate.
00:26:00.640 That's been going on forever.
00:26:01.680 But one thing that changed was the foreign policy questions.
00:26:05.960 I remember when Barack Obama criticized Mitt Romney for being worried about Russia.
00:26:11.500 Remember when he said, hey, the 1980s called.
00:26:14.500 They want their foreign policy back.
00:26:16.560 Here's a clip of that.
00:26:17.620 Asked what's the biggest geopolitical threat facing America, you said Russia.
00:26:22.160 Not al-Qaeda.
00:26:23.240 You said Russia.
00:26:24.220 In the 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because, you know, the Cold War's been over for 20 years.
00:26:30.800 Well, oddly enough, it's the Democrats who have anathematized Russia.
00:26:35.540 He is the bogeyman for everything.
00:26:37.160 They claim that they are interfering in the U.S. elections and that Trump was colluding with them.
00:26:42.600 But there are real questions about China now.
00:26:45.900 I think they should have been asked much earlier.
00:26:48.460 And one of the things that I thought was weird was that the Democratic vice presidential candidate, Tim Walz, did you know that he's been to China 30 times?
00:26:59.840 30 times?
00:27:01.360 I don't even know if I've visited my in-laws 30 times over the course of my marriage.
00:27:08.060 Maybe I shouldn't give away personal details like that.
00:27:10.460 But think about 30 times.
00:27:12.700 That's very odd.
00:27:14.080 And, of course, he's a bit of a communist in his own way.
00:27:17.000 We'll talk a little bit about that.
00:27:18.460 Here's a clip from the debate where he was asked about, I don't know, some fibbing he did.
00:27:23.620 He was asked about a statement he made about communist China.
00:27:27.540 Take a look at this.
00:27:28.240 Governor Walz, you said you were in Hong Kong during the deadly Tiananmen Square protests in the spring of 1989.
00:27:37.620 But Minnesota Public Radio and other media outlets are reporting that you actually didn't travel to Asia until August of that year.
00:27:45.240 Can you explain that discrepancy?
00:27:48.620 Yeah, well, and to the folks out there who didn't get at the top of this, look, I grew up in small rural Nebraska, a town of 400, town that you rode your bike with your buddies till the streetlights come on.
00:27:59.360 And I'm proud of that service.
00:28:00.480 I joined the National Guard at 17, worked on family farms, and then I used the GI Bill to become a teacher, passionate about it, a young teacher.
00:28:09.560 My first year out, I got the opportunity in the summer of 89 to travel to China, 35 years ago, be able to do that.
00:28:16.480 I came back home and then started a program to take young people there.
00:28:21.400 We would take basketball teams.
00:28:22.780 We would take baseball teams.
00:28:24.240 We would take dancers.
00:28:25.280 And we would go back and forth to China.
00:28:27.160 The issue for that was to try and learn.
00:28:29.300 Now, look, my community knows who I am.
00:28:32.080 They saw where I was at.
00:28:33.560 They, look, I will be the first to tell you, I have poured my heart into my community.
00:28:38.240 I've tried to do the best I can, but I've not been perfect.
00:28:41.220 And I'm a knucklehead at times, but it's always been about that.
00:28:44.300 Those same people elected me to Congress for 12 years.
00:28:48.320 And in Congress, I was one of the most bipartisan people working on things like farm bills that we got done, working on veterans benefits.
00:28:55.060 And then the people of Minnesota were able to elect me to governor twice.
00:28:59.300 So, look, my commitment has been from the beginning to make sure that I'm there for the people, to make sure that I get this right.
00:29:05.980 I will say more than anything.
00:29:08.080 Many times I will talk a lot.
00:29:10.440 I will get caught up in the rhetoric.
00:29:11.960 But being there, the impact it made, the difference it made in my life, I learned a lot about China.
00:29:17.960 I hear the critiques of this.
00:29:19.300 I would make the case that Donald Trump should have come on one of those trips with us.
00:29:23.060 I guarantee you he wouldn't be praising Xi Jinping about COVID.
00:29:27.660 And I guarantee you he wouldn't start a trade war that he ends up losing.
00:29:31.340 So this is about trying to understand the world.
00:29:34.060 It's about trying to do the best you can for your community.
00:29:37.460 And then it's putting yourself out there and letting your folks understand what it is.
00:29:40.900 My commitment, whether it be through teaching, which I was good at, or whether it was being a good soldier or was being a good member of Congress, those are the things that I think are the values that people care about.
00:29:51.120 Governor, just to follow up on that, the question was, can you explain the discrepancy?
00:29:56.900 All I said on this was, is I got there that summer and misspoke on this.
00:30:00.740 So I will just, that's what I've said.
00:30:04.500 So I was in Hong Kong and China during the democracy protests went in.
00:30:10.600 And from that, I learned a lot of what needed to be in governance.
00:30:16.500 Well, there is Tim Walls.
00:30:18.760 He didn't really answer the question.
00:30:20.240 He was called on it a little bit.
00:30:21.900 He used the opportunity to basically give a biographical speech.
00:30:25.040 But what is it with Tim Walls?
00:30:27.120 Was it just a cultural exchange?
00:30:29.080 When he said he went there to learn, who was he learning from?
00:30:32.680 Because, of course, especially back in the 80s and 90s, when you visited China, you were handled.
00:30:38.040 You weren't free to go and do your own things.
00:30:40.900 Is Tim Walls too pro-CCP, Chinese Communist Party?
00:30:45.460 He had a shot at Xi Jinping there.
00:30:48.000 Is that just for show?
00:30:49.120 As you know, in Canada, we've had a massive inquiry into Chinese influence, 11 members of parliament, over 160 memos to our own prime minister about Chinese influence, most of which he ignored.
00:31:03.860 Joining us now to talk about this is Xi Van Fleet, who herself grew up under Communist China before coming to America and being an advocate for freedom.
00:31:13.360 Xi, it's great to see you again.
00:31:15.920 Well, thank you for having me back.
00:31:17.660 Well, it's a pleasure, and I need your help to crack the code here.
00:31:21.660 I don't know that much about Tim Walls.
00:31:23.640 I don't think most people do.
00:31:24.840 He's from Minnesota, which isn't really in the headlines a lot.
00:31:28.480 I was startled to hear he went back and forth to China 30 times.
00:31:32.000 He claims it was just student exchanges and cultural exchanges.
00:31:35.920 I don't know.
00:31:37.160 I think that when dictatorships of exchanges like that, it's either for propaganda reasons or to recruit spies, either witting or unwitting.
00:31:46.200 What do you think of all that?
00:31:49.000 Well, that is a softball question.
00:31:51.240 You know it.
00:31:52.380 And by the way, they just found out that he did not go to China for 30 times.
00:31:58.140 He went to China for about 15 times.
00:32:00.220 Why would he lie about it?
00:32:01.660 It's just, it's kind of weird.
00:32:04.480 Yeah.
00:32:04.600 The only thing we can say is that he's just a habitual liar.
00:32:08.760 So, it is important to know the background.
00:32:11.560 So, he went to China in 1989.
00:32:13.840 I came out of China in 1986.
00:32:16.560 China was still kind of starting to open.
00:32:19.180 And we started to have Americans or Westerners come to college most of the time in university to teach.
00:32:29.600 And very few would be allowed to teach in high school.
00:32:33.440 That's where he went.
00:32:34.260 And that's the whole teaching trip was organized by Harvard, knowing as really the university that's most pro-CCP since the 30s, 30s.
00:32:51.100 So, he was organized.
00:32:52.660 He was part of that organization that was sent to China.
00:32:58.440 And I have to tell you, the Chinese government back then, especially back then, they have to make sure who they are getting.
00:33:08.040 And there must be a vetting going on.
00:33:10.720 And he must pass their examination and say, okay, this guy looks like he's going to be a useful idiot.
00:33:19.140 It turned out he's not just a useful idiot.
00:33:21.520 He's a true believer.
00:33:23.560 He absolutely loved what he saw.
00:33:26.080 And he described China as the communism is the system that's so fair that everyone had the same thing.
00:33:34.560 He must be blind because not everyone had the same thing.
00:33:38.380 The ruling class have everything.
00:33:40.620 The average people have nothing.
00:33:43.620 And back then in 1989, it was obvious that there was absolutely two classes.
00:33:52.060 And he did not see that.
00:33:53.580 No, he saw it.
00:33:54.540 He loved it.
00:33:55.160 And so, back in China, back to the United States, he organized student trips.
00:34:02.040 And he told his students, stop being very American.
00:34:06.900 Go there and learn about China.
00:34:09.300 He's not talking about China.
00:34:10.760 He's talking about the system.
00:34:12.900 He loved it.
00:34:13.680 So, I will categorize him as a true believer.
00:34:17.460 He really found that himself so lined up with not just communism, but Maoism.
00:34:25.600 So, he is a communist, a Maoist through and through.
00:34:30.520 Wow.
00:34:31.640 You know, one of the interesting things about Kamala Harris, independent observers noted that she was the most left-wing senator in the entire U.S. Senate, even to the left of Bernie Sanders.
00:34:47.220 That wasn't a partisan ranking.
00:34:49.000 You can actually sort of measure these things based on what they support, what bills they support.
00:34:54.760 So, Harris herself is more communist than Bernie Sanders.
00:34:59.240 Absolutely.
00:34:59.840 And it seems like Tim Walz, I mean, he calls himself, oh, I'm just a knucklehead.
00:35:05.900 I think he's going for that goofy, lovable thing.
00:35:08.720 I think he actually is a bit of a knucklehead.
00:35:10.900 You used the word useful idiot.
00:35:12.080 But I think like Kamala Harris, he sort of is a communist.
00:35:16.300 Do you have any more details about either his statements or his policies?
00:35:21.840 I mean, I know he's an extremist on transgenderism.
00:35:25.940 He is a big believer in the Democrat version of replacement migration where you bring in an enormous number of migrants who then vote Democrat to replace sort of American voters.
00:35:38.700 In Minnesota, that's often Somalis and others like that.
00:35:42.880 Those are a few of the things I know about him.
00:35:45.020 Are there other things about him that you can tell our viewers?
00:35:48.260 Yeah, you said a lot already.
00:35:50.500 But also his connection with CCP is really, really alarming.
00:35:56.400 And they did not ask his question, why would you pick your wedding day as June 4th, the Tiananmen Square massacre, when tens of thousands of students were murdered by the CCP?
00:36:08.140 Broadcast to the whole world to see.
00:36:11.360 He chose that as his wedding day and brought his wife to Tiananmen Square, where the massacre took place at the wedding anniversary.
00:36:21.780 And that is something that people need to know.
00:36:24.580 This is alarming.
00:36:26.200 And who would pick a day like that for their wedding day, except you really want to celebrate it?
00:36:34.040 So his connection with CCP is really, really troublesome.
00:36:39.340 And I think that the American people deserve to know we not only have two communists running as nominee for the Communist Democratic Party, but we have something who really, really pro-CCP.
00:36:54.380 And so, and I think, I think there was an investigation going on about Team Watts and we should expose it as much as we can to the American people.
00:37:04.520 This is a dangerous person.
00:37:06.460 You know, it's incredible.
00:37:07.940 You mentioned about it.
00:37:09.040 I mean, and it was his wife who said that he chose the wedding day to be on the anniversary of Tiananmen Square because it was so memorable.
00:37:17.760 That's so shocking and bizarre that, I mean, that would be like saying, I want to get married on 9-11.
00:37:26.600 Exactly.
00:37:27.360 And go to the Ground Zero for your wedding anniversary.
00:37:31.100 Yeah.
00:37:31.300 To go there for a wedding trip, like an anniversary trip is crazy.
00:37:35.640 And again, that's like Bernie Sanders.
00:37:37.080 Bernie Sanders, for his honeymoon, went to the Soviet Union.
00:37:40.900 Went to Moscow.
00:37:41.640 Really, really weird.
00:37:42.140 Yeah, we have so many communists.
00:37:43.600 I think at this time, we should not be shy, calling them out.
00:37:48.120 They are communists.
00:37:50.400 They absolutely, just like, and we can see not just their narrative, but also their policies.
00:37:58.760 He hates, he absolutely hates First Amendment.
00:38:02.980 And he said that.
00:38:05.640 We can watch it on the clips that now it's going around, that he wants to really handle, take care of misinformation.
00:38:18.620 And for that, we can't have a free speech.
00:38:21.980 And he is not for Second Amendment.
00:38:25.480 He absolutely wants to disarm the population.
00:38:29.640 That's exactly what the CCP did.
00:38:31.640 And transgender, okay, there's no transgenderism back in China when I grew up.
00:38:38.700 But Mao also wanted to wipe out the gender difference.
00:38:42.320 And for him, it is to get rid of toxic femininity.
00:38:46.780 So, because it's not revolutionary, it's bourgeois.
00:38:49.840 So, as a young girl, we were taught that there's no difference between men and women.
00:38:56.240 What men can do, we can do better.
00:38:58.100 So, we were taught to dress like men, think like men, talk like men.
00:39:04.120 Back then, look at the picture.
00:39:06.320 Men and women dress so much alike, there's no difference.
00:39:09.360 And so, the transgender is just an improvement of the same thing.
00:39:12.900 It's absolutely Maoism.
00:39:14.780 That's such a good point.
00:39:16.260 Hey, you mentioned that Tim Walls, I mean, that's a whole thing right now in the Democratic Party.
00:39:21.180 John Kerry also said he thinks we need to rip up the First Amendment.
00:39:24.680 Here's that clip of Tim Walls saying he wants to censor misinformation.
00:39:29.000 Of course, he gets to decide what's misinformation or not.
00:39:33.280 Here's a clip of Tim Walls saying that.
00:39:36.000 I think we need to push back on this.
00:39:37.620 There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy.
00:39:43.220 I want to talk to you about the use of the word communist, because I remember for a long time, I didn't use the word communist to describe people on the other side of the aisle, because I thought it sounded over the top.
00:39:56.040 Maybe it sounded a little bit McCarthyist, that I was exaggerating.
00:40:01.000 Maybe they weren't that bad.
00:40:02.340 It felt almost like a cartoonish insult, but now I see it, and I see it partly because I spent time with Dr. James Lindsay, and he explains what the deep communist ideas are.
00:40:16.540 And just because we hear them in an American accent instead of a Russian accent or a Chinese accent doesn't mean it's any less communist.
00:40:23.640 Like, one of the things that Kamala Harris says over and over again is to act unburdened by the past, as in to start again from squares, to forget the past, to throw out the four olds, the old customs, the old beliefs, all the old...
00:40:42.460 You know, Mao wanted to recreate man in a new image.
00:40:48.260 Stalin, the same thing.
00:40:49.800 Destroy churches.
00:40:51.740 Destroy old ideas.
00:40:52.780 That's what Kamala Harris is unburdened by the past clip.
00:40:58.420 It's not even a clip.
00:40:59.260 She says it all the time.
00:41:00.840 I think that's communism.
00:41:02.760 It is.
00:41:03.700 It is.
00:41:04.400 Okay.
00:41:04.680 I have to tell you the story.
00:41:06.480 When I started to speak up, that was in 2021, after my comment in a school board meeting went viral, and I started to tell people this is communism.
00:41:18.180 CRT is communism.
00:41:19.180 We are having a Chinese-style cultural revolution.
00:41:22.780 Even my husband said, don't use the word communism or communist.
00:41:27.180 And I think people will think you're kind of crazy.
00:41:30.240 And then people will think that communism is associated with the Cold War.
00:41:35.600 And a lot of people think we defeated communism.
00:41:39.760 It's no more.
00:41:40.560 But I said, this is communism, because this is exactly what I experienced in China, and that's communism.
00:41:47.020 So I stick to it.
00:41:48.640 And I use this word, look at today.
00:41:51.680 Look at today.
00:41:52.860 People understand.
00:41:54.480 It is communism.
00:41:55.180 And so since the day before, I started this tweet.
00:42:00.880 So I'm going to tweet it every day until Election Day.
00:42:05.080 It is memes about – now the memes – there are so many memes they created and depicting Kamala Harris as a communist.
00:42:15.100 We've got some of those.
00:42:16.100 And this one is out.
00:42:17.620 I'm so glad.
00:42:19.240 I want to show you some of them.
00:42:21.380 Yeah.
00:42:22.120 And Trump called Harris comrade Kamala.
00:42:27.620 It's great.
00:42:28.280 It's wonderful.
00:42:29.100 It is what it is.
00:42:30.540 Communism.
00:42:31.500 Here's the first one.
00:42:33.000 I'll read it out to our viewers.
00:42:34.420 You said, from today till the election day, I will post a Kamala meme daily.
00:42:40.520 Please keep me supplied with new memes.
00:42:42.300 Thank you.
00:42:43.060 And there's a picture, and it actually makes you look quite beautiful, but it is in that Soviet style with the sun rising.
00:42:49.660 And, like, that is such a classic communist propaganda voter.
00:42:53.320 Put it back on the screen just for one more second, Olivia.
00:42:56.140 And the caption is, vote joyful, Kamala.
00:43:01.740 Now, joyful, that's a phrase that sometimes is used in communism, too.
00:43:07.020 Be happy, people.
00:43:08.100 Be joyful in your labors.
00:43:09.980 Tell me why that is such an iconic meme there.
00:43:15.060 Oh, you have to be joyful.
00:43:17.660 It's a requirement.
00:43:19.580 If you somehow – there is a person – this is absolutely true.
00:43:24.840 There is a person who was condemned as counter-revolutionary because he seldom smiles.
00:43:32.420 And his co-worker said he seldom smiles because he hates communism.
00:43:37.360 He hates our system.
00:43:39.680 And he gets imprisoned.
00:43:41.640 You've got to be joyful.
00:43:43.700 You have to be joyful.
00:43:45.380 It's not an option.
00:43:47.720 Wow.
00:43:48.180 I mean, that reminds me of the World Economic Forum saying you'll have nothing and you'll be happy.
00:43:54.100 No, change it.
00:43:55.400 Change it.
00:43:56.040 You will have nothing and you must be happy.
00:43:59.880 You must be happy.
00:44:01.700 You must be.
00:44:02.340 That's incredible.
00:44:03.500 Well, Xi, I want to remind our viewers of your book, which came out a few months ago, called
00:44:07.100 Mao's America, A Survivor's Warning.
00:44:11.760 And you can get that on Amazon, am I right?
00:44:15.180 Yes.
00:44:15.800 Or Barnes & Noble or anywhere, you know, major booksellers.
00:44:20.660 Right on.
00:44:20.940 Well, I recommend it because, again, as you were saying and as your husband mentioned to
00:44:24.500 you and as I said myself, calling people a communist is not something our side does.
00:44:29.980 The other side calls everyone they don't like a Nazi or whatever.
00:44:32.840 Oh, Nazi and Hitler.
00:44:35.840 Yeah.
00:44:36.120 And now it's Mao.
00:44:37.660 And it's almost never true.
00:44:39.640 But they really are communists by their own words and their deeds.
00:44:43.460 So I'm glad you're calling them out.
00:44:45.020 Great to see you again.
00:44:45.940 Xi, keep up the fight.
00:44:48.980 Definitely.
00:44:49.380 Thank you so much.
00:44:50.880 My pleasure.
00:44:51.560 There you have it.
00:44:52.080 Xi Van Fleet.
00:44:53.200 And again, her book is called Mao's America, A Survivor's Warning.
00:44:56.480 Stay with us.
00:44:57.200 More ahead.
00:44:57.660 Hey, welcome back.
00:45:07.380 Your letters to me about my trip to Austin to visit Alex Jones.
00:45:11.100 Tiny Go Home says, we need to make sure InfoWars sticks around.
00:45:15.800 Yeah.
00:45:16.020 I mean, he lost that defamation case for over a billion dollars, which doesn't make a lot of sense.
00:45:21.320 I mean, like I mentioned, when Libya blew up that plane over Lockerbie and paid a multi-billion dollar settlement, it worked out to $10 million a family for murdering them.
00:45:35.040 I don't know how mocking parents or criticizing parents or challenging parents, however unfortunate or bad that may be, I don't know how that's worth $50 million a person.
00:45:48.820 I just don't get it.
00:45:50.220 I think it was a political form of lawfare.
00:45:52.460 I'm not even quite sure how it's defamation.
00:45:55.020 But those are the courts these days in the States.
00:45:58.620 Howie Eck says, I lost my respect for Rebel News now.
00:46:01.700 Going to a conspiracy theorist that got sued for lies is not a good look for Rebel News.
00:46:06.800 Listen, I don't agree with everything that Alex Jones says.
00:46:09.260 I also point out that he has admitted he got it wrong and apologized to the families.
00:46:15.980 I saw that with my own eyes.
00:46:17.940 It was on TV.
00:46:20.240 I don't agree with everything he says.
00:46:21.780 I don't agree with everything my own family says.
00:46:23.800 They don't agree with every word I say.
00:46:25.480 Within our company, we have disagreements.
00:46:27.320 The reason I think that Alex Jones is important is because he's a leader in citizen journalism.
00:46:32.600 And he's what I call an omniskeptic.
00:46:34.520 I don't know if you watched that part of my interview with him when I said this, you know, we always want to get things right.
00:46:41.020 But if you're going to make a mistake, you could be too gullible and believe too many authorities.
00:46:47.760 Or you can be too skeptical and doubt too many authorities.
00:46:52.840 Which do you think is the greater problem?
00:46:55.020 In Canada, you had absolute obedience to authority, to colleges of physicians and surgeons, to the media, to politicians, to celebrities.
00:47:06.060 Everyone was so obedient.
00:47:07.760 We were overly gullible.
00:47:10.020 Alex Jones is on the other side of the spectrum.
00:47:11.900 He is an omniskeptic.
00:47:13.540 He'll look at everything with a skeptical eye.
00:47:16.220 And sometimes those positions are good.
00:47:19.340 Each of those positions.
00:47:20.360 Obviously, we want to get it right every time.
00:47:24.840 But if you said to me, Ezra, do we need more journalists who believe everything?
00:47:30.840 Or do we need more journalists who doubt everything?
00:47:34.500 I'd say we need a lot more doubters.
00:47:36.780 That's my view on Alex Jones.
00:47:38.040 Plus, I like the guy.
00:47:39.040 I find him well-read, entertaining, provocative.
00:47:42.960 He's not my style.
00:47:44.060 I have my own style, which you see me express every day.
00:47:47.840 Bruce Atchison said,
00:47:51.120 Hi, Ezra.
00:47:51.520 What a great story you had tonight.
00:47:53.640 Both Infowars interviews are must-watch programming, especially for Americans.
00:47:58.240 The hard left are getting dangerous and desperate.
00:48:00.380 They also don't have qualms about using dirty tricks and even physical violence to accomplish their ends.
00:48:04.880 As a donor to Rebel News, may I suggest that you put this episode outside the paywall.
00:48:09.060 What you said on this show is what all patriots and undecided voters must hear.
00:48:12.480 I hope you do that.
00:48:13.200 Yours in a rad way.
00:48:14.980 Thanks for that.
00:48:15.660 You know, I'm glad they were interested in my brief trip to Sao Paulo.
00:48:19.440 I had never been to a giant free speech rally before.
00:48:22.480 I mean, I hate to say it, but if we tried to get a free speech rally going in Ottawa or Toronto or Calgary or Vancouver,
00:48:29.260 I think we'd be lucky to get a few hundred people out.
00:48:32.880 If there was a real crisis, maybe we'd get a few thousand people out.
00:48:36.640 And that would be a huge success.
00:48:38.140 A rally for free speech, it's fairly, you know, idealistic and it's not very concrete.
00:48:47.240 It's a theoretical idea.
00:48:50.040 And even if it was manifested concretely, like if Twitter was banned, would you really get thousands of people out?
00:48:55.560 I don't know.
00:48:56.240 Well, in Sao Paulo, 200,000 people marched.
00:48:59.920 That blew me away.
00:49:00.980 And I knew Infowars would be interested in that.
00:49:04.280 Well, that's the show for today.
00:49:06.040 Until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us here at Rebel World Headquarters, see you at home.
00:49:09.540 Good night.
00:49:10.560 And keep fighting for freedom.
00:49:11.580 Good night.
00:49:25.480 Good night.
00:49:27.300 Good night.
