Rebel News Podcast - EZRA LEVANT ｜ Tommy Robinson speaks out after self-defence incident, faces three new police investigations

00:00:00.000 Tonight, a feature interview with Tommy Robinson.

00:00:02.820 I sit down with him hours after he's released by police.

00:00:06.660 It's August 5th, and this is the Ezra Levant Show.

00:00:12.120 Shame on you, you censorious who-bug! 0.99

00:00:23.740 Oh, hi everybody. As you can see, I'm in the United Kingdom again. 0.63

00:00:27.260 I'll be back in Toronto tomorrow morning.

00:00:30.000 But I just had to come over here because crazy things were afoot.

00:00:33.260 As you may know, Tommy Robinson was walking through St. Pancras train station.

00:00:38.220 It's a big station here in London.

00:00:40.880 Someone saw him, accosted him, assaulted him.

00:00:44.440 Tommy kept retreating, but the man persisted.

00:00:46.720 And finally, Tommy acted in self-defense and down went the man.

00:00:50.720 Hit the ground hard, actually wound up in the hospital.

00:00:53.640 Here's some footage of it moments after it happened.

00:00:55.920 Well, Tommy actually phoned police right away.

00:01:12.400 Tommy's got a liaison officer in the Met Police.

00:01:15.340 He deals with them so often.

00:01:17.020 He immediately called, asked for what to do.

00:01:19.620 The next morning at 6 a.m., Tommy's lawyer called.

00:01:22.080 They didn't make any requests or demands of him.

00:01:24.540 So he just went about his business, knowing that it was in self-defense.

00:01:29.420 But he made his foreign business trip end early so he could come home, present himself to police

00:01:35.380 because they wanted to interview him.

00:01:37.680 That happened last night.

00:01:39.380 In fact, they kept him until 1 a.m., but they viewed the surveillance tape in the train station together,

00:01:46.380 and it was clear that it was self-defense.

00:01:48.600 So luckily, what a relief, no prosecution so far.

00:01:52.240 They could change their mind theoretically.

00:01:54.280 I came to London thinking that there would be a bail hearing today.

00:01:57.260 I was delighted instead to talk to him.

00:01:59.320 There was one more thing Tommy said to me last night, that when he was done with those police at 1 a.m.,

00:02:04.760 for two more hours, police from the Met Police, that's the London City Police,

00:02:10.220 grilled him about three tweets, three posts on X that he made that violate the Online Safety Act.

00:02:17.640 That's the name of their censorship bill.

00:02:19.700 You really got to watch that part of the interview.

00:02:21.840 It's at the end, but it, frankly, is more riveting than the first part.

00:02:25.380 These are three tweets that are, you know, politically spicy, sure, but nothing out of the ordinary.

00:02:30.820 Things that, you know, I think millions of people would just click, retweet or repost on.

00:02:36.320 They're very normal.

00:02:37.820 One of them, in fact, was just text taken from a large newspaper in town here called the Daily Mail.

00:02:43.620 But the police said to Tommy, well, they have a journalism license, and you don't.

00:02:48.840 So they're allowed to say it, and you're not.

00:02:51.020 That's what they said to him.

00:02:52.420 That's the reality of the UK in 2025.

00:02:56.120 That's why I keep coming here and to Ireland, because there is a battle on for your mind, as Infowars says.

00:03:03.040 The censorship in this country is extreme, because it's intended to cover up reporting on another extreme thing, namely mass immigration.

00:03:12.020 Anyways, without further ado, here is my feature interview with Tommy Robinson.

00:03:16.860 Be back in Toronto tomorrow.

00:03:22.420 I can't be walking these streets.

00:03:24.280 Right.

00:03:24.720 Because something's going to happen.

00:03:26.180 So that, if that, like, yeah, I don't know what to do, man.

00:03:29.920 But I just want a plan for United Kingdom, September 13th.

00:03:33.220 I want everyone to be there.

00:03:34.020 Get these as well at nationware.co.uk.

00:03:36.000 It's almost too much to believe.

00:03:38.360 I was arrested for other charges yesterday by the Mets.

00:03:41.020 So you got these just yesterday.

00:03:42.420 They arrested me.

00:03:43.120 These are three?

00:03:43.760 Arrested, under caution, questioned about three tweets.

00:03:50.180 Ezra Levant here with Rebel News.

00:03:51.720 I'm with Tommy Robinson.

00:03:53.260 At about 1 a.m. last night, we got the good news.

00:03:56.840 He will not be detained by police in regards to an incident at St. Pancras train station a week ago.

00:04:03.900 Tommy, first of all, it is so good to see you free and in your natural habitat.

00:04:08.300 Hey, I was worried.

00:04:09.740 Do you know what?

00:04:10.340 I'll probably say it's the worst week of my life.

00:04:12.740 Because I looked at the charge that they said they were detaining me under, Section 18, with intent.

00:04:18.160 That charge carries a 16-year prison sentence.

00:04:20.660 Oh, my God.

00:04:21.220 It's one under attempted murder.

00:04:22.800 So you were at St. Pancras train station.

00:04:26.400 It's a big station.

00:04:27.660 There's subways and trains.

00:04:29.460 Now, I'm going to ask you about it.

00:04:30.900 But I also want to let viewers know that you are under a couple of conditions.

00:04:34.580 The police have let you go on bail.

00:04:36.380 There's no charges against you now.

00:04:37.980 But you did promise not to identify witnesses.

00:04:42.040 Not to identify witnesses or any information about witnesses and not to travel on the London

00:04:46.420 train stations.

00:04:48.180 Okay.

00:04:48.960 Which I don't want to.

00:04:50.120 Keeping those promises.

00:04:52.120 Tell us what happened.

00:04:52.980 Because a clip of just after what happened went viral.

00:04:57.340 It was a man on the ground.

00:04:59.180 A couple of what looked like security guards.

00:05:01.340 And you were there.

00:05:02.020 Here's a quick look at that video clip.

00:05:03.880 Hey! 0.99

00:05:06.220 Hey! 0.99

00:05:06.940 Hey! 0.99

00:05:07.940 Hey! 0.99

00:05:08.020 Hey! 0.99

00:05:08.520 Come on, maybe.

00:05:09.560 All right.

00:05:09.980 Come on, Sarge.

00:05:10.720 Up.

00:05:11.220 You want me, Sam.

00:05:16.100 Yeah.

00:05:16.580 Okay.

00:05:16.720 So that started after the action.

00:05:18.900 What had happened?

00:05:19.580 that a lot had happened before that so even there's some witnesses that only witnessed that

00:05:24.140 bit at the top of the top of the escalators but what you don't witness which i can now sit and

00:05:27.980 relax because i was concerned the police would not not get the footage and all there would be

00:05:32.940 is a couple of witness accounts that could be questionable the footage might go missing

00:05:39.100 that's what i was expecting so when i was away i was worried and when the more i read the more

00:05:44.940 i got worried but then when i've landed i've i've gone and met the police and i've looked at the

00:05:50.060 footage yesterday and the footage shows exactly what happened it shows me obviously i've been in

00:05:54.060 london all day unfortunately for me i don't have paid security yeah i don't have a monetized account

00:05:59.020 so some youtubers do so i don't have paid security i go everywhere on my own ezra if i'm in london i'm

00:06:04.780 on my own if i'm in london i'm on my own if i'm in manchester but you're very recognizable a lot

00:06:08.940 of people like you a lot of people hate you yeah yeah that's the problem it's like it's a hundred

00:06:12.460 handshakes and then one person would want to have a punch yeah one person so i lived that life anyway

00:06:16.700 but i've lived that life for 15 years yeah i shouldn't have to live that life but when i've

00:06:20.620 walked through the train station and anyone who's followed me that day i've put quite a few videos

00:06:23.900 up of muslims coming up to me being lovely every everyone was super nice all day i was all around

00:06:28.700 london and they get one negative word everything was positive and as i've come through the train

00:06:32.540 station little which i've now seen the footage so i come through a gentleman comes off of the train

00:06:37.340 and and just i don't blame this gentleman yeah i don't blame him because people who dislike me when

00:06:43.420 i actually get talking to them they dislike me because they believe i'm satan because the media

00:06:47.020 have told them i'm saying yeah the media have told them i'm this big scary figure i'm a racist i'm

00:06:51.900 extremist all these things i'm not yeah so he's he comes off the train so he should be walking out

00:06:56.940 some pancreas as i'm walking in but then he sees me and he makes a beeline straight at me and then he

00:07:02.860 literally he comes here he threatens me he threatens me with my life he and i try and when you watch the

00:07:09.980 footage which i couldn't remember so watching the footage was great yesterday because it just proves

00:07:14.220 everything he comes at me he doesn't let me go i try and get around him he stops me getting around him

00:07:19.420 i try and walk away you can see he's here he's in my face he's abusing me he's threatening me he's

00:07:24.700 harassing me i walk away he comes after me this goes on for a whole stretch it goes on for a whole

00:07:31.100 stretch so you're retreating and he's advancing i'm retreating he's about what's he saying what

00:07:35.340 are you saying i'm telling him to leave me alone i'm telling him to get out of my space i'm telling

00:07:38.380 him to stand back because what i what i know he was doing as i was watching him i thought he's

00:07:42.060 trying to get close enough to deep for me to have my guard down so he can catch me that's the

00:07:46.940 whole time i was watching so i'm constantly watching like that saying mate stand back don't

00:07:51.100 get don't get close enough to me because i was worried he's going to hit me yeah the whole time

00:07:55.660 he said he could end me um kept going about how little i was quite funny um so just giving me

00:08:02.380 constant abuse and threats and i'm trying to get away and i'm pushing and i'm going backwards and

00:08:06.620 then and then i turn to walk off and then he comes after me again and when we get to the top of

00:08:10.860 the escalators we get to the top of escalators this has already gone for a minute and a half

00:08:15.100 were people what were other people doing were they watching it wasn't really not through the

00:08:19.260 underpass which is all on camera though there wasn't really anyone else there so it's just me

00:08:23.420 and him but he's he's in he's on the e30 at night kind of thing yeah 9 30 at night and then we get

00:08:28.140 to the top of the escalators so i'm in front of him so i should go down the escalators i think i

00:08:31.740 can't go down the escalators he's gonna boot me down the escalator he's gonna boot me from behind

00:08:35.180 so i then stop and step out of the way and i move to my side and to let him go down the escalators

00:08:40.780 he doesn't go down the escalators he then turns um there's a few words between us he then comes at me

00:08:46.700 which is at the point i said i don't just go around ezra don't go around punching people

00:08:51.180 you'll be crazy if you tried yeah you're one guy in a in a city of millions and i just don't anyway 0.89

00:08:56.300 yeah i i i take a lot of style i take a lot of from people yeah i beat them with my mouth 0.96

00:09:01.340 yeah i beat them with my mouth and i beat them with fans and like you say they don't know you they know

00:09:05.820 the caricature of you that the mainstream media has propagandized i've seen you turn people around

00:09:11.660 because they have simply no other source of information and there's no debate on and we're right on what

00:09:15.660 we say so when i but i didn't get he was drunk as well he admitted being drunk he was drunk it's a

00:09:19.980 weird thing that he said like he said that to you in the front car no i'm drunk it's weird yeah that's

00:09:25.900 weird because that was when he got aggressive and then i was telling him to stand back or

00:09:29.660 or i'll defend myself i just kept saying mate i'm going to defend myself in a minute yeah i don't want

00:09:33.020 to stand back yeah i kept saying it i must have told him 10 times leave me alone man yeah and then he

00:09:39.660 comes after me at the top of the stairs he then comes at me now he's not a small bloke yeah he's not a

00:09:44.140 small bloke he's probably 18 stone and then at that point of him coming back at me which is what i was

00:09:49.500 waiting to see on the footage that point will come at me even then i go backwards even though i go

00:09:53.100 backwards but i do defend myself yeah i do defend myself now in defending myself he has unfortunately

00:09:58.460 took a quite serious injury yeah which again i wish him luck for i don't want any negative for him

00:10:03.500 i want him to have a full recovery but if you chase people you harass them you threaten them you leave

00:10:09.980 them in a corner with no option when you're coming to he come at me to violently attack me yeah on

00:10:14.140 camera he's coming at me he's running at me i saw the lies start within minutes of that viral clip people

00:10:20.940 were saying that it was an attack by you as opposed to self-defense you had a pre-existing business trip

00:10:27.580 abroad the newspaper said you absconded as if you were fleeing play the recording i sent you the

00:10:33.820 voice and i was sent to the copper dinner yeah so so so the minute this happened i think we have a

00:10:38.460 liaison officer at scotland yard who we deal with up for our demonstrations do you want me to do you

00:10:42.140 want us to play that all right here's the so tommy sent a voice note to the metropolitan police

00:10:48.140 immediately afterwards here's a copy of that clip take a listen wayne it's tommy mate how are you

00:10:55.740 so i was on the way to get my train home and i've had some lads come up starting at me squaring up to

00:11:01.820 me with his clenched fist i've stood away told him i off told him multiple times just off he's

00:11:08.060 carried on walking carried on chatting i've got to the top of the stairs and i've called him a

00:11:12.940 fat and then he's turned around he's gone yeah you want to try me clenching his fists turn around 0.98

00:11:18.620 i'm not i can't wait for him to knock me out yeah he's a big old fat fella so i've defended myself 0.97

00:11:24.700 and then he's come at me again but he's ended up on it asleep on the floor now i was worried about

00:11:31.020 i'm worried about him um i didn't have any other situation i couldn't there's nothing else i could

00:11:35.580 have done yeah other than wait to get knocked down but i i don't know he's all right i couldn't wait

00:11:41.260 to see if he's all right because mate i'm in central london it's going to be two minutes before i'm

00:11:45.260 spotted and other groups are going to come muslims are going to come i'm on my own so i've left i've 0.99

00:11:51.020 left and got out of there so i'm making contact with you wayne i don't know what else to do i've rang my

00:11:55.900 solicitor just to say look get me an interview a voluntary interview i'll talk to the police i've

00:12:00.380 got nothing to hide he come at me i'm just hoping there's cctv that shows him aggressively walking

00:12:06.220 towards me if it is his fist clenched and then shows what's going on but yeah just uh making contact

00:12:14.300 i don't know what else to do right yeah all right so so you weren't hiding you weren't running you got

00:12:19.100 out of there because you know if i would have stayed there if i would have stayed there at the moment

00:12:22.460 there would have been a swarm crowds would have gathered there would have been a swarm i'm in

00:12:25.260 london underground lots of people don't like me there'd be young young muslim gangs it's like it's 1.00

00:12:30.620 a recipe for disaster it's a lawless place for the best it's a lawless city everyone's getting stabbed

00:12:34.940 every day let alone me yeah now i go i take the risk to go and do what i do day to day i was going

00:12:41.100 in for interviews i had to go into london we had to meet the stage the screen guys we're planning the

00:12:45.900 biggest event about the september 13th the biggest event the country's ever seen we're planning it

00:12:50.540 so i spent the whole day in london planning it and then i then went to brian rose to do a podcast

00:12:55.580 so i and i was in good nature all day i was in good nature and then this happens top of the stairs

00:13:01.580 so when i've seen him at the floor there's no benefit in me being there there's already people

00:13:06.300 with him yeah so i contact the police say this has happened wayne look i'm worried for him yeah but

00:13:11.500 i've been put in a position here yeah and i said whatever you want me to do let me know and i'll do it

00:13:16.060 now i had for the media yeah i had pre-planned dates i had arrangements i can i've shown this

00:13:23.260 all to the police i said look that's when it was booked three weeks ago there's the accommodation

00:13:27.260 booked there's the rental car booked mate it's like and and the first thing i've done so six

00:13:31.580 o'clock in the morning that officer comes back to me with a british transport police officer at 9 30

00:13:35.900 the next day yeah this is who you need to speak to but by that point my solicitor at six in the morning

00:13:40.860 had already contacted the police and said look steve wants to cooperate fully what do you need to do

00:13:45.180 yeah when do you want to talk to him yeah and they said where where is he she said he's here he's in

00:13:49.420 tenerife yeah he's back on a flight into manchester monday night and they said okay can he come back

00:13:54.620 not via manchester will he come back into london yeah so she said yeah i'll speak to him now so i

00:13:59.020 changed my flight i flew back into i arranged i told the police here's the flight i'm on here's when i'm

00:14:04.860 coming back i'm ready for interview and then i get to the plane it's like the army come but police cars

00:14:10.300 everywhere and i'm thinking when i come i said to you if you came over in a dinghy from france

00:14:16.860 you want to be welcome right then and you'd be in a four-star hotel but the bearing in mind the

00:14:21.100 police know i've contacted them bearing in mind police know i was on a pre-com that i wasn't on

00:14:25.020 the run they know i've come back purposely to meet them and then but the police officers didn't know

00:14:29.100 that so when the police officers come off the plane i said to the air hostesses look i need to get out 0.99

00:14:32.060 there they're for me i said they're definitely going to be for me and they're like what i said f me and

00:14:36.940 there's playing full of people and there's like it's like there's a meat wagon cars blue lights

00:14:41.500 there was lots of excitement people were filming from the police officers and then i went down i

00:14:45.180 said all right and they said oh um but you didn't expect us i said i'm the one that's told you i'm on

00:14:51.180 this flight what are you talking about yeah i've contacted you but they're bosses yeah so my solicitors

00:14:56.540 contact their bosses they've just been a squad to go get tom robson he's come off this plane the

00:15:00.620 police were lovely listen all the police are talking about september 13th all the police officers every

00:15:05.820 piece of site rank and file police if if they're if the brass aren't watching them are they're with

00:15:10.380 us most of them not all but most so let me just sum up as soon as this thing went down you saw that

00:15:16.540 local security were on the scene so the man's safety health was already in the hands of authorities

00:15:21.740 you immediately left that voice message for your police liaison 6 a.m the next day your lawyer phones

00:15:27.260 the police in an authoritative way and say what do you need what you need at no time did they say

00:15:31.980 tommy robinson do not leave the country no no time did they say come back today we said i'm back on

00:15:36.620 monday and then you rearrange to come back earlier in to london to make it more convenient i made it

00:15:41.500 more convenient i'm going to be in budapest today yeah we're praying to you yeah i'm going to be in

00:15:45.180 budapest for work yeah so i changed my things come back come back because to be honest it was driving

00:15:51.580 me insane yeah i was worried well it's a hell of a you could spend a lot of time in prison well i don't

00:15:57.260 i thought i thought they're just going to remind me i'm watching what the media are saying you know the

00:15:59.820 media were tracking down and not the media were knocking on innocent families doors in tenerife

00:16:03.820 taking pictures of them putting them in the paper there's a madness to me you know what it's

00:16:08.460 they would say someone who knew me five years ago they went and knocked on his door and as he

00:16:11.900 starts the door they've got a long lens camera and they put a big big picture of him in the paper

00:16:16.140 this man called barry and they're saying tommy's hideaway it's like i haven't spoke to barry for five

00:16:21.180 years god you know if only they would take this interest in those boats coming across the channel

00:16:25.260 in real criminals yeah unreal 940 000 crimes reported to police in london last year that's

00:16:31.420 almost a million crimes and i think a lot of crimes go unreported right 16 officers come to get me off

00:16:36.300 my airplane yeah well 16 officers i guess they had nothing more important to do so you turned yourself

00:16:40.620 in your lawyer was there everything turns on that surveillance camera you can have more cameras

00:16:46.380 everything's on the footage yeah the footage clearly shows i was confronted time and time again i was

00:16:52.140 accosted i tried to get away i didn't i wasn't the aggressor i'm trying to get away from the

00:16:57.740 situation so you were in the room watching it with your lawyer and the cops just went on that oh and

00:17:03.100 the two people who was in the room me me the lawyer the two coppers two couples are very nice and the

00:17:07.340 cops had seen this footage before they've seen the footage they're interviewing me on it they've

00:17:10.860 obviously got seven witness statements but the witness statements don't see the two minutes before

00:17:15.100 i've traveled around the uk with you a little bit and i know that you don't move without your phone in

00:17:19.020 your hand because things can go sideways quickly and if you don't have a recording of it who will

00:17:24.780 and and i i think that i don't know there is a recording i don't know look that recording if it

00:17:31.820 needs to come out it will come out uh but it was better to let the let's see what the witnesses say

00:17:37.740 you're right and let's see what they say you're right if they want to take me to trial take me to

00:17:41.980 trial we'll have fun in trial look the fact that you were let go last night without any charges against you

00:17:48.060 again with the most minimal conditions if i if i had absconded like the media have told you yeah yeah

00:17:53.020 the media said i went on the run if i'd gone on the run i wouldn't have my passport now yeah i won't

00:17:57.020 be able to leave the country right now yeah it's just it's ridiculous and i'm glad the police saw it

00:18:01.340 for i'm glad it wasn't the police pushing that narrative it was the media and i'm glad that the

00:18:06.460 police officers who interviewed me seemed very fair obviously look i don't that doesn't mean they're not

00:18:11.420 going to charge me yeah i don't believe there's even a complainant in the case isn't that interesting

00:18:16.300 so the man who made assaulted you you defended he went down hard he's out of the hospital now and

00:18:22.540 you're saying that as far as you know he has not actually complained to the police that's very

00:18:28.060 interesting and it suggests that maybe he doesn't want to be inspected too closely if he watches the

00:18:33.100 video in fact if anyone should be prosecuted here it should be him well that's in a fantasy london

00:18:40.140 alternative reality where criminals are head to account he'll probably get some knighthood along

00:18:45.020 with sodic camp um well listen i'm so i i came over because i thought you were going to be in court

00:18:50.460 today with a lawyer trying to get what do you know the lawyer so i sat down my case i sat down with

00:18:54.860 we we was on the phone to the king's council the whole time in our interview so we had this is the

00:18:59.260 sad thing about this state of affairs yeah we had to prepare an entire defense a bail hearing we had

00:19:05.100 we had already prepared over the last four days for our bail application to try and get me back out of

00:19:10.860 jail i thought i was in jail when i landed i thought i'm gone for years here and i was sitting there

00:19:14.940 thinking i'm gonna be on solitary for years oh my god for defending myself and now i've come to

00:19:19.740 realization i can't walk around on my own i can't do it well because i can't face that same week i've

00:19:24.220 just had let me say this first of all the fact that you've come to that realization without a

00:19:28.380 disaster happening to you is actually a good thing better you you realize that now that in some terrible

00:19:35.260 case where you're actually let's say not one guy maybe five maybe six guys jump in yeah it's a sad

00:19:40.620 state of affairs in london but that's how it is also if the cops released you last night

00:19:46.780 because of the power of this surveillance video i i mean listen release the footage i think so and

00:19:53.340 i think the footage i think that the public may let the public see it and let the public decide what

00:19:57.820 they would have done you know they're really funny in the uk about releasing surveillance footage there

00:20:01.980 were a couple of pakistani lads in manchester who just beat up some cops including a female cop they

00:20:07.740 were hiding the footage in order to let the pakistan that's off and here i wonder they don't 1.00

00:20:15.020 want you to look sympathetic they don't want you to be corroborated that you were in defensive mode

00:20:20.700 i i don't know what your rights to that footage are because you're in it too maybe the guy who

00:20:25.100 attacks you maybe he could be blurred i think if they prosecute me on the 2nd of september we will

00:20:28.940 have to receive that footage so i don't i sit and think will they want the footage to go out there

00:20:33.900 now you meant you mentioned the 2nd of september is there something special about that's when i

00:20:37.340 answer bail so so right now you're on bail and they could charge they could charge me they haven't

00:20:42.860 they're doing more investigations and and that's decision days this number second that's what they've

00:20:47.420 said what makes me nervous about that is your big rally is coming up on september 13th yeah but

00:20:52.300 there's nothing when you watch the footage ezra i would have been concerned about that when you watch

00:20:56.540 the footage as well as the fridge we have yeah if it goes before a judge man it's like i know they can do

00:21:02.220 what they want but after watching that footage which that we've got which we they've agreed they

00:21:06.700 won't delete and we have a hundred percent copy of yeah there's no case yeah they're self-defense

00:21:11.180 it's the most evident case of self-defense well listen i just want to take a second and when you

00:21:16.460 when this whole thing happened you and i spoke a bit and i said well we can't stop them from harassing

00:21:22.060 you get stressing you out and burning up your time but one thing we can do is we can lift the load

00:21:27.180 of the legal fees and i spoke to the firm and they gave me a quote and i haven't received the bill yet

00:21:33.660 but but hundreds of people out there did chip in at save tommy.com you know what john pisses me off 0.56

00:21:40.220 i'm sorry you had to chip in i'm sorry you because we don't get that money back yeah because do you

00:21:44.780 know why because when i went through because they prepared so the king's council they've prepared for

00:21:49.180 the here they had to they had to get ready because i had to get the worst yeah assume the worst so they've

00:21:53.420 got ready prepared everything but that's what happens here i go out for a day's work i get

00:21:57.740 arrested i get threatened i'm in a position where i have to defend myself it's a 10 000 pound hit

00:22:03.100 i'm all that's that 10 000 i know and that's cheap like that's cheap not cheap but the other ones have

00:22:08.380 been 50 80. you don't get it back and the actual criminal nothing nothing happens to him in fact he's

00:22:13.020 been called the victim well i mean he's been hurt yeah he's been uh and again again i wish him i wish

00:22:17.420 him a full recovery you know what the media has a culpability here they are they have a constant

00:22:23.740 drumbeat of hatred against you they've painted a caricature of you and and they've still done it

00:22:29.740 this whole weekend yeah even when they're in tenerife they're going in restaurants going in the gym i use

00:22:34.380 going in everywhere there's got to be more reporters and more police on the tommy robinson beat

00:22:40.060 than of major games which really made me happy as we're watching all this because i was away and i

00:22:45.100 couldn't comment the amount of people who had my back the amount of people who put their face to

00:22:50.140 camera said he ain't innocent he's innocent and then these people blindly done that i'm sitting there

00:22:54.860 thinking they haven't seen the video they don't know what happened but they're still putting their

00:22:58.300 neck on the line and saying nope he's defended himself he ain't just attacked some man and you

00:23:03.340 know what the best bit of act he ain't 64. they just lied they just make things they just lied i've

00:23:08.620 seen that time and again 64 years old it's just a lie it's a lie isn't that crazy you know it's wow

00:23:16.700 but yeah i'm happy i'm happy i was very worried very scared i need to work out what i do now between

00:23:21.660 now and september 13th which is probably shouldn't be i'm going to work out today i can't be walking

00:23:26.620 these streets right because something's going to happen so that if that like yeah i don't know what

00:23:32.300 to do man but i just want a plan for united kingdom september 13th i want everyone to be there get

00:23:37.100 these as well at nationwide.co.uk and uh it's going to be the best event as well country's brewing

00:23:42.300 i'll be there and i'm going to bring some canadians too in fact we've got a little

00:23:46.860 package people come a couple days early we'll meet other political activists and journalists

00:23:51.260 we'll go to your big rally i'm speaking thanks for the invite if folks from canada want to come we've

00:23:57.500 got sort of a team that's going you can find more at freespeechmission.com hey i want to talk to you

00:24:03.660 about the biggest event in history i'm telling you the biggest free speech event there has been

00:24:07.580 the biggest gathering of some of the most worldwide figures the bravest people

00:24:11.740 and london is going to be the best welcoming city for it it's going to be jordan peterson

00:24:16.620 jordan peterson and eva i can't start sorry i can't say it yet so i can't say it

00:24:24.380 dominic cureski polish politician we've got a group coming from new zealand to do the hacker right

00:24:28.940 avi yemeni my good friend yeah it comes up to about here on me avi's coming um it's a long list

00:24:34.620 oh yeah it's a beautiful list it's a long list and it's not that it's that the british public are

00:24:40.540 coming out in their hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands maybe even millions the uk

00:24:46.300 has really transformed in the last six months i think things have changed in the last week

00:24:51.100 i feel like there's so many organic rallies and protests against these migrant hotels a year ago it

00:24:57.740 would have only been rallies that you and other sort of full-time activists would have led but

00:25:02.780 now it's ordinary people rising up country's awake mate and it's mums coming out everywhere and mums

00:25:07.500 that were thinking saying can now saying it the cat's out in the bag yeah people are awake talk about

00:25:13.340 them i want to talk about this you know we were i came here to talk about you getting bail but you

00:25:18.220 showed me this and i almost it's almost too much to believe i was arrested on i was arrested for

00:25:24.620 other charges yesterday so you got these just yesterday they arrested me these are i was

00:25:28.460 arrested arrested under caution questioned about three tweets so we've got those tweets here i'll

00:25:34.220 i'll start with this one here start this one okay let me explain this one so this says crime these are

00:25:39.580 crimes this is a crime this is not normal crime this is a crime i was arrested you were arrested i was

00:25:43.900 arrested for this now what i've done is this is sharing something from the daily mail newspaper

00:25:49.340 this is a daily mail article so when they sat me down they said are you i think it's in their

00:25:53.420 harms act 2023 that's the new lodges the last week are you accredited when they say credit

00:26:00.300 so media journalists they listed all these things and the point and let's say my solicitor butts in

00:26:06.060 and says hold on so they said you've you've shared this article yeah on your on your x and you say

00:26:12.860 that's a daily mail article because you shared and you don't have a it's almost like where's your

00:26:17.420 license mate yeah they're protected where's your twitter license they're they're exempt from oh my

00:26:22.700 god so that the recognized media as in the government recognized media are exempt from this

00:26:27.980 laws and they're now using the law so they're checking who's an official person before they

00:26:32.140 retweet a daily mail story and then you're arrested so this is completely different they said and they

00:26:37.740 said the point because this is a miracle what they say is uh a primary school in east london has been

00:26:43.420 named as the first in the uk where none of the children's first language is english yeah and then

00:26:48.060 they showed show some pictures of pupils the school sits in a quiet side street a busy commercial road

00:26:52.700 in whitechapel a district once synonymous with jack the ripper the cray twins and home to the nation's

00:26:58.380 true cockneys now this now that word was added onto daily mail article now this now what he said is

00:27:04.220 are you saying that those bengali girls wearing headscarves 0.95

00:27:08.060 are not cockneys and then he he he he he the copper red out the definition of cockney oh my god

00:27:14.300 the definition of cockney is too much the definition of cockney is oh i'm crying my eyes out at this

00:27:18.380 point the definition the definition of cockney is someone born in east london yeah oh my god are you

00:27:24.540 saying that they're not cockneys oh my god it's too much right that sounds like that sounds like

00:27:31.340 crazy comedy oh london cockney oh my god are you saying that these little bengali girls with hijabs 1.00

00:27:38.140 on are not cockneys and that's a crime and it's a cr and even if you were wrong and they were right

00:27:42.380 it's a crime it's a crime you're under arrest for that and here's one you know the uk has a last i

00:27:47.980 heard 43 000 jihadis under surveillance by mi5 like there's a real terrorism problem and i've seen some

00:27:55.100 of the big marches you tweeted just a little meme here well again there's lots of admins which i made

00:28:00.860 clear to the police i didn't tweet this anyway yeah i have multiple admins on my account posting

00:28:05.820 multiple news i post my videos yeah but regardless of that yeah yeah this was treated from my account

00:28:11.740 it says Palestine Hamas Islam want to protest off to a muslim country and protest this was posted

00:28:20.140 straight after uh a few months after this is this is from 2024 so this arrest is from a post on my

00:28:27.420 twitter from 2024. they've been keeping this for more than a year one year and just in case there's

00:28:31.980 any confusion here Palestine Hamas Islam and if you want to protest off to a muslim country

00:28:41.340 now that's profane language those are swear words and it might someone might say those are many

00:28:46.380 all those are crime is what's crazy and i'm only repeating that anyway yeah because it's they're

00:28:52.140 trying to nick me for that they've arrested me because someone one of my admins has shared a flag

00:28:56.780 that says that now let me now nick that means you've been arrested and they're arrested so i'm on

00:29:03.340 police bail for this also yeah so so is there something going to come from this are you going

00:29:08.620 to be charged let me know and this is the third one there this other one shh we are supposed to

00:29:13.980 celebrate this diversity so basically the fact that none of the children's first language is english

00:29:19.020 in the school and because the comment says shush we are supposed to celebrate this diversity

00:29:24.140 i'm under arrest what do you think of what's going on i don't i would not believe it if you

00:29:30.300 didn't show this i actually said to the two couples so these are different cops these are different

00:29:34.380 cops these are met so it was bridge transport piece question me first of all i was in there until

00:29:38.940 three in the morning until three in the morning because after the british transport piece the met

00:29:42.780 piece question so the twitter police yeah that's right i've heard that 30 people a day are arrested

00:29:47.340 under this is this i actually said i actually said to two lads who were sitting there trying to tell

00:29:51.020 me how these kids got these and i said that's you didn't sign up the police to protect and so no one

00:29:57.340 says when i want to grow up i wanted to i want to take on just asking twitter you didn't actually

00:30:01.820 do that to be sitting down with people like me about a post saying this is diversity like see

00:30:07.660 like on a serious note that's and they're both just looking at me i said no serious like you must

00:30:12.540 be pissed off you've got to be raging who's making you do this now can you describe these cops were

00:30:17.900 they sort of affirmative action dei hires no they weren't these are just regular cops who are on the

00:30:24.140 regular cops who were all right as well when i spoke to him after he interviewed the other lad said

00:30:28.300 we're all looking forward to september 5th tommy well but he's the enforcer of this but they're the

00:30:32.700 people who are sent to do an arrest is there and i actually just laughed when i read this

00:30:37.340 and they put them on the table that's crazy what's this arrest for and when i read that when

00:30:41.260 i read that one i was like have they really that's really they're just looking at me like

00:30:45.820 have they taken these down or censored them in any way do you know they're not taken down

00:30:49.820 see this is where they'll start saying crimes have been committed on x they'll start saying they'll

00:30:55.660 put a big in a month or two months or any year there'll be 1 000 crimes recorded from x where

00:31:02.300 the government couldn't do anything or something like that that's what i think they just build up

00:31:07.260 now anyone can see these it's like it's just they've gone back to bearing in mind it's now

00:31:13.660 2026. this post is from may to may 2024. they'll get you up what they actually said they spoke about

00:31:20.940 people's feelings being hurt and just i didn't i mean films i didn't know there was a crime story

00:31:27.180 rolls with this one one of the points with this was so it was shared in june june 2025. i think the

00:31:34.540 article might have been wrote in 2024. so by the time this was shared they're saying that

00:31:40.780 it's not all the kids don't speak english but they're saying it's a year later but so now it's

00:31:44.380 wrong so then but the thing that would be wrong i mean no no no the thing that the arrest is for

00:31:49.420 publishing something that's not correct that's what the arrest one so there's two arrests one of them

00:31:53.980 was for one of them was for going against thing and this was for publishing something which no not to

00:31:57.740 be right and it's like it's in the daily mail mate but then they said yeah but when you published it a year

00:32:02.380 later it means it's not right it's like are you fucking winding me up are you actually for real 0.98

00:32:07.260 is this actually we're actually sitting i'm under arrest in police interview because something was 0.82

00:32:11.660 shared a year later which then would have changed the statistic a little bit tommy there's a the

00:32:17.180 laurenti barrier the former soviet head of secret police had a saying show me the man and i'll find

00:32:23.740 you the crime which meant we got something on everyone just tell me who you want to go after

00:32:28.780 there is no public person in the uk who hasn't said something with a spicy opinion or a fact that

00:32:35.260 maybe was out of date every policy every mp and every okay he gets a community you know in every

00:32:42.380 week that's the thing and those things are part of the debate for police to arbitrate a debate

00:32:47.420 for police to be a fact checker that is terrifying to arrest to arrest so give me one more minute on

00:32:55.260 this arrest when i stepped off the plane i was arrested for gbh and i was arrested for these

00:33:00.620 charges did you know that no i didn't know what they're talking about i said i said read that out

00:33:03.740 to me again what am i being under arrest for and it's like communications blah blah blah it's not

00:33:07.980 to do with this uh communications act 2023 breaches of this so you have to go back to court on this

00:33:14.860 i'm just waiting i'm waiting oh my god i just gave a prepared statement that said actually because

00:33:19.260 i didn't post these anyway right i didn't post them but this is ridiculous and so they kept it

00:33:24.620 so you were done the whole subway fight uh tube fight at 1am but they kept you another two hours

00:33:30.780 questioning about this at 1am at 2am well first of all thanks to your lawyers for you for staying up

00:33:36.300 so late no the lawyers were thanks to the lawyers while they were on it man and thanks for paying

00:33:41.340 for this you know it's you know i don't know how much i was myself i might even tell you yeah like i

00:33:46.460 actually i have to say goodbye to the kids again i was crying on the phone i was crying on the phone

00:33:51.100 because i hadn't seen him because i was away and i was like kids i'm sorry man again and i felt like

00:33:55.260 i let him down again oh man oh i thought i'm gone for years here i thought i'm gone for years because

00:33:59.660 if i didn't have the cctv i probably would be you know what i i don't know if you've been paying

00:34:03.420 attention but donald trump and others secretary of state marco rubio and others in the administration

00:34:08.780 including vice president jd vance have been talking about censorship in the uk they raised it there

00:34:13.260 was a little delegation of congressmen that came to the uk and they're worried about free speech i don't

00:34:19.100 think they know how bad it is i'll do a video on this one guy you know and it's an american company

00:34:24.140 twitter's an american company it's called x now elon musk they're this they're censoring you tommy but

00:34:30.060 they're actually in a way they're attacking the companies x if they could they would shut it down

00:34:35.180 in the uk for sure that's their target oh my god wow well listen i'm i am relieved i feel like i came

00:34:46.140 over i thought you were good i thought i was going to see you through the glass i walked out

00:34:50.060 i walked out of that i walked out and went sit in the face yeah yeah because we built up this big

00:34:56.300 figure then i thought oh it's all over wow it's all over well listen thanks for spending time with me

00:35:01.740 and and all the best to your family thanks and and let me just say one more thing you know we've set

00:35:06.140 up a fund for tommy's kids it's a trust fund the money doesn't go to tommy it goes to the trust

00:35:11.820 just for the kids and it's called tommy robinson children.com and you're doing great today you're
