Rebel News Podcast - EZRA LEVANT ｜ We in Canada admire America, so we’re concerned when we see it falling away from freedom

00:00:00.000 i was asked by alex's team to guest host today it's an honor and a responsibility

00:00:19.700 an enormous forum i'm going to talk about issues that i think are important to americans into the

00:00:25.820 world and then for the third hour i'm going to do something a little bit different as i mentioned

00:00:30.160 before rebel news although we have viewers around the world we are based in canada and normally

00:00:35.040 canada is a boring subject for americans and frankly canadians have liked it that way canada

00:00:40.680 as one diplomat once said is a fireproof house far away from inflammable material well that is

00:00:47.520 no longer true and i want to tell you some stories about canada including about political prisoners

00:00:53.300 including about the trucker convoy including about justin trudeau who is the ultimate

00:00:58.440 world economic forum globalist will have proof of all these things i'll give you an update

00:01:03.140 call it a cautionary tale i think that americans know that they are the home of liberty and maybe

00:01:11.980 it's hard to imagine well how could that ever end surely it'll go on forever well i think if you look

00:01:18.440 at canada and if you look at the united kingdom you will see how these things are eroded 0.60

00:01:22.700 shame on you you sensorious bug

00:01:29.060 the right to say things someone doesn't want to hear that's so important it's the first amendment

00:01:43.600 but what if it's someone who is calling for the destruction of your own country and not just

00:01:50.980 calling for it in the abstraction they wear a mask they try to break into the white house perhaps not

00:01:58.580 as seriously as one might think they would they wear a mask they call for death to the jews they call for 1.00

00:02:05.640 intifada revolution by the way hamas is not just against jews they're against christians they're against

00:02:11.740 infidels they want a global caliphate and some of the flags these folks are flying say the same thing 0.99

00:02:16.040 at what point in time is it no longer is the pith and substance of what they're doing no longer speech

00:02:22.140 but i don't know supporting terrorism in canada we have laws against supporting a terrorist group

00:02:29.200 they break that into four different things participation instruction harboring terrorism or

00:02:35.880 facilitating terrorism so if you just say i like a terrorist group that's not against the law in

00:02:42.960 canada but if you participate instruct harbor or facilitate that is material help are these people

00:02:51.180 in the united states a hundred thousand marched through washington i think it was a little bit less

00:02:55.840 i think most of them were just expressing themselves but are there people who are for example

00:02:59.940 taking orders from a terrorist group ron de santa said something interesting the other day he stripped

00:03:08.160 two clubs from florida state universities not for anti-semitism which i imagine is protected by the

00:03:15.480 first amendment but rather for expressly saying they were going to participate in a terrorist movement

00:03:20.960 they had a toolkit for helping hamas ron de santa said that's not a first amendment issue that is

00:03:28.460 against the law he cited the law and stripped two clubs of their status

00:03:32.080 if someone is a foreign national here does that make a difference let me let me make my point more 0.69

00:03:41.640 clear if you're an american and you say i like hamas that's one thing if you're an american and say i

00:03:47.660 like hamas i want to help them that's another thing are you aiding the terrorist group but what if you are

00:03:52.360 in the united states or canada or the united kingdom as a guest what if you're a foreign national

00:03:57.000 and you're only here because we invited you to attend our universities you have a student visa

00:04:03.260 you're not an american citizen or canadian citizen or british citizen you were a guest in our house

00:04:08.280 and we are doing you the great favor of letting you learn at our universities and that is the reason

00:04:13.860 you're here but instead of studying you're going to these hamas hate marches i'm sorry they are hate marches

00:04:19.680 they're calling for intifada revolution sometimes in arabic they talk about kaibar kaibar yahood

00:04:25.940 kill the jews all right is a little bit different if you're at a rally you're not a citizen you're here 0.75

00:04:34.140 as a temporary guest look at this young woman that's our reporter david menzies on the streets 0.99

00:04:39.720 of mississauga she's got m16 i think those are i'm not sure which weapons she's got machine gun earrings

00:04:46.040 and a shirt which we translated which is never give up your gun but she's not a second amendment

00:04:50.620 activist in fact if you play that clip she's basically saying i do not renounce hamas i support

00:04:57.460 everything they did everything they did was justified uh and by the way what you're saying

00:05:02.600 they did is a lie play a clip of this this young woman by the she's a very attractive presentable 1.00

00:05:07.060 young woman her english is perfect i'm not sure if she was born in canada what do you do with

00:05:11.600 someone like this play the clip hamas is not a terrorist group oh it isn't ma'am first of all

00:05:16.440 hamas is not a terrorist group okay what is it like a motorcycle club it is a resistance

00:05:25.440 that has been fuming for 75 years of colonialism of occupation of murder of rape of little children

00:05:33.820 of women that's what they are they are resistance do you think canada is a colonialist country too 0.94

00:05:39.600 everything that they do is justified including what happened last week every single thing they

00:05:44.880 have done is justified ma'am there were children murdered there were babies beheaded babies beheaded

00:05:51.240 really please educate yourself please check the news because as as a news reporter you got to check the 0.99

00:05:58.260 news because they said that that shit was fake that truck you see that truck 0.99

00:06:02.920 if you support terrorism and you are not a citizen and you're here on a visa to be a student 1.00

00:06:12.140 and you're going to one of these hate rallies should you be deported i say yes

00:06:16.660 is that a violation of the first amendment is that un-american to kick someone out just because 0.99

00:06:23.940 they say i want to kill all the jews or kill the infidels or have an intifada revolution so we have a 1.00

00:06:30.120 petition to deport hamas.com i'm talking about rebel news we took this truck around washington dc we 0.99

00:06:35.420 took this truck around new york city and i was in and we interviewed people i was impressed that a lot

00:06:39.320 of people said hey you got to be careful about the first amendment i want to know from alex jones

00:06:44.560 info war listeners where do you draw the line because you love that first amendment is it something you

00:06:52.240 and and as i said a moment ago freedom of speech is such a curious gift it's a gift you got to give

00:06:58.880 your enemy if you want it for yourself you cannot just believe in freedom of speech when it's you

00:07:03.160 who's talking you got to give it to your opponents but what if that opponent is a foreign national who 0.99

00:07:07.400 is in your country as a guest and he says i want to kill you i want to kill the jews what was done 0.99

00:07:12.480 in gaza and israel i want to replicate here everything they did was justified and by the way 0.99

00:07:17.720 that young lady seemed quite sweet other than what she was saying that's the kind of girl you see at 0.99

00:07:21.980 the coffee shop or something you think okay this is a new canadian or a new american what if they say

00:07:26.160 no no no what happened over there we want to do here we got a bunch of calls i want to take your

00:07:30.580 calls i want to see what you have to think and you tell me do you support our petition at deport

00:07:35.760 hamas.com or do you say no no no i'm libertarian and you can come here and say death to america and

00:07:43.420 go hamas all you like first call is cameron from indiana cameron great to have you on the show go ahead

00:07:50.740 what's what's your view on america and hamas so you specifically asked the question what we should

00:07:58.500 do about people using their first amendment rights to protest for hamas my my thoughts on that are

00:08:04.840 you know if you're a citizen in this country you know go ahead use your ideology or or with this

00:08:11.980 ideology go ahead and use your first amendment right and shoot yourself in the foot by warmongering and

00:08:17.320 fueling the globalist agenda if you want to but i mean if you're not a citizen you should be deported

00:08:23.020 immediately which should be happening anyway i think we should have halted deportation a while ago

00:08:29.400 um uh with you know just being on the verge of world war three i i just i really do not think that

00:08:35.920 we should be having anybody come into our country right now that's just my thoughts i can lose my job 1.00

00:08:40.760 for my political beliefs you should have to go back you know you should have to be deportated you

00:08:46.320 know you don't want everything for free so that's my thoughts on it thanks cameron i appreciate your

00:08:51.680 comment i i think there is a moral difference between someone who is a citizen and someone who's

00:08:56.660 on a temporary student visa for the purpose of going to school it's the difference between someone

00:08:59.900 being in your house are they a family member or are they a dinner guest if they're a family member you

00:09:05.380 just don't kick them out because they're rude if they're a dinner guest and they're rude you kick them

00:09:08.760 on the house is that too facile an analogy in the united states you've got that open border that is

00:09:17.040 letting people in by the million and i tell you many of them are just coming to make make a buck

00:09:22.000 and and you can understand that in a way i think you got to respect that but what even though there's

00:09:27.140 breaking the rules but what about people who are coming here for the malign purpose i mean listen i i

00:09:31.940 believe that there should be a border wall i believe america should enforce its rules of law

00:09:35.580 as should can and as should the united kingdom and none of those three countries are what i'm telling

00:09:42.760 you is the kind of sneak attack across the israel border that was done by gaza do you doubt that the 0.92

00:09:49.300 same strategists in tehran who thought let's do that let's have an asymmetrical war there's no way

00:09:55.140 we're going to be able to go to war against the uss eisenhower and the uss jerald r ford and the ohio

00:10:00.500 class submarine that just arrived we are not going to go to war against the f-35 lightning we'll lose that

00:10:04.960 battle but we can cross over in paragliders and pickup trucks and we'll use a hamas front group

00:10:10.960 so it's not iran and we'll do a devastating blow that way do you doubt the same people who came up

00:10:15.520 with that strategy and trained for it do you doubt that they've noticed that america has an open

00:10:20.840 back door and that sneaking in amongst people from latin america central america are people who come

00:10:28.020 to wish america ill hey i want to show you something from my hometown of toronto because

00:10:33.380 i'm jewish and so i learned about the holocaust when i went to school and one of the things i learned

00:10:39.760 about was an anti-semitic boycott they did in germany there were there were a lot of jews in

00:10:44.800 germany and when hitler was ascending he had his brown shirts on the street stand outside jewish stores

00:10:51.460 with signs in germany saying boycott the jews don't buy from jews and i don't know if you

00:10:56.760 can find so there's a lot of images of it and and uh it's sort of terrifying from the old time

00:11:03.720 pictures from the 30s yeah these ones right here deutsche kauf nicht bei juden i'm not sure if my

00:11:11.000 accent's right that basically says germans don't buy from jews and you can see there's a little sign

00:11:16.160 there that says nj or n israel or something clearly a jewish store and um that would be terrifying

00:11:24.220 they're posting things on windows that looks like a jewish department store that's terrifying 1.00

00:11:30.000 and of course it was a premonition of things to come let me show you a video from toronto canada my

00:11:38.820 hometown there's a restaurant called aroma that is jewish themed like they have jewish food

00:11:45.780 it's it's just a restaurant in toronto the staff are multi-racial multi-ethnic it's not just for jews

00:11:52.640 but some of these pro-hamas protesters saw this restaurant knew it was jewish and they filmed

00:11:59.800 themselves a mob outside screaming at them and putting stickers on the window very reminiscent

00:12:06.940 of that kauf nicht bei juden forgive my accent from uh 90 years ago take a look at this clip

00:12:12.840 from toronto canada take a look

00:12:15.700 why why did did aroma have a foreign policy statement that they're opposed to did aroma

00:12:38.720 dispatch some military equipment aroma is just a restaurant it's an espresso bar that makes

00:12:45.080 sandwiches there is only one reason they're doing that because it's jewish it's visibly jewish and

00:12:50.500 and for all the talk about oh no no we're just against this policy by the state division no

00:12:55.320 those are anti-semites i'm sorry to say and the reason i say it is because of this conundrum i put

00:13:01.020 to you this paradox is tough question we love freedom of speech it's what makes us different

00:13:06.720 from other places it's a stronger way to live but what happens if you have yeah look at this is a

00:13:13.060 picture from canada's parliament there's swastika i remember during the trucker convoy the freak out

00:13:18.780 they about how when this trucker convoy i don't know if you remember in february 2022

00:13:25.600 canada had a very harsh lockdown in fact if you were not jabbed you couldn't even get on an airplane

00:13:32.840 even within the country you could not get in on train i couldn't travel and you could drive your

00:13:37.840 car but canada is the second largest country in the world you can't just drive around so it was

00:13:42.280 basically a no-fly list that trudeau brought in for the unvaxxed and then he applied it to truckers

00:13:49.400 truckers being the most isolated people other than maybe a lighthouse keeper like seriously you're in

00:13:53.240 the back of the truck you're in the front cab of the truck it's a solitary job imagine saying to them

00:13:57.820 they had to be vaxxed or they couldn't work so these truckers had this convoy peaceful went to

00:14:02.720 ottawa honked their horns trudeau called them implied that they were nazis said they were racist

00:14:08.060 trudeau actually in the end invoked martial law seized over 200 bank accounts through the lead and

00:14:15.180 we'll talk about this in the third hour through the leader in prison for 49 days reminiscent to the

00:14:21.220 political prisoner owen schroyer who we should bear in mind is being treated as he is absolutely a

00:14:30.280 political prisoner i should say

00:14:31.600 look at the martial law deployed for some peaceful truckers and yet we have people chanting death to

00:14:41.720 the jews intifada revolution final solution blocking roads in ways the truckers didn't leave it i think

00:14:51.380 it's a double standard non-conformity that's the hardest thing in the world isn't it we're social

00:14:57.840 animals you can see it fish swim in the school birds fly in a flock there's a safety in the herd and

00:15:04.760 to be a dissident and to say no when everyone else is saying yes or yes when everyone is is saying no

00:15:11.180 that's very hard that's the hardest thing in the world sometimes you're marginalized by your community

00:15:16.000 even by your own family that's one of the things i hate the most about the lockdowns and the vaccine

00:15:20.580 mandates is it actually pitted customer against shopkeeper it pitted students against teachers and

00:15:27.600 it even pitted families against each other and for that i'll never forgive the albert burlas of the

00:15:32.300 world and it felt emotionally satisfying to ask him some tough questions not that we got any answers

00:15:38.720 but i think his non-answers spoke volumes it showed that he thought he was above answering and how dare

00:15:44.360 you grubby unaccredited journalists ask me those and by the way albert burla probably did 1 000 media

00:15:52.840 interviews during the course of the pandemic but never were they unscripted never did anyone ask a

00:15:58.660 tough question it was all the regime media for whom pfizer was an enormous advertiser and i think

00:16:06.160 that's what that walking scrum with aviamini i showed our questions weren't particularly brilliant we

00:16:11.340 were coming up with them on the fly it was cold we were running around it's that no one had ever asked

00:16:17.840 him questions with a bit of a prickle no one asked him skeptical or critical questions and it was as much

00:16:23.180 the regime media the media party as i sometimes call it it was on trial at that moment as albert burla

00:16:29.080 himself

00:16:30.220 we have about 25 minutes left in the show what a pleasure to be here with you thank you to the

00:16:37.000 callers who called in earlier i'm sorry we couldn't get to everybody but i want to tell you about canada

00:16:43.760 i've told you about a few things in canada transgender extremism we talked to my colleague

00:16:48.400 sheila gun reed about the new euphemism for doctor assisted suicide medical assistance in dying and

00:16:55.000 they're deploying that against veterans by the way which i think is the greatest disgrace of all

00:16:59.140 as i mentioned earlier canada had a harsh lockdown the province of quebec actually had a curfew for the

00:17:06.280 whole province from 10 p.m to 5 a.m at night whether you were jabbed or not whether you were sick or not

00:17:11.740 you had to stay in your house could you imagine that a curfew okay i know what a curfew is it's what

00:17:16.960 you give to children a curfew it's what you give to someone under house arrest a curfew they put the

00:17:22.020 whole province under a curfew and no one objected incredible by the way canada's supreme court still

00:17:28.620 has not deigned to hear any matters of civil liberties violations during the lockdown they

00:17:32.700 just haven't gotten around to it it hasn't been important enough for them to deal not a single one

00:17:36.900 of these measures was ever struck down in canada as i mentioned before if you were not jabbed you

00:17:41.600 could not get on an airplane and i'm not just talking about foreign flights even within the country

00:17:45.180 the second largest country in the world but when they went after the truckers they went too far

00:17:50.000 one thing about truckers is a lot of them are independent and they're certainly independent

00:17:54.340 minded because you're on the road what do you do you listen you listen to radio you listen to podcast

00:17:58.600 you listen to call-in shows you listen and you think and you're an individual who lives by your wits

00:18:04.620 and and you work hard and so when you were told that if you didn't get the jab you couldn't work

00:18:10.500 anymore well something clicked and as george orwell said in his book 1984 if there's any hope it lies

00:18:16.280 with the proles which is what he the nickname for the proletariat for the working class we don't use

00:18:20.920 that marxist term that much but would you agree with me that no one works harder than a trucker

00:18:25.120 and they went after the truckers than truckers well there's a thing about a truck it's long

00:18:28.840 and they're used to driving so they converged on ottawa peacefully the most peaceful protest in

00:18:34.620 canadian history not one incident or infraction by the truckers and they went to ottawa simply to

00:18:40.120 honk their horns and justin trudeau freaked out because this was making international news normally

00:18:45.460 canada is ignored by the world normally canada is inconsequential it's vanilla but that time those

00:18:54.460 days the truckers were a global headline and they rallied the world and it proved to people

00:19:00.480 that they had a false consciousness of unanimity justin trudeau the canadian prime minister would

00:19:06.620 always say well everyone agrees 90 of people agree they've already got the jab we're all all the

00:19:11.200 media agrees all the professors agree all the celebrities agree all the political leaders agree

00:19:17.580 everyone agrees there was no non-conformity in canada we did not have a texas or a florida or a south

00:19:24.480 dakota in canada we did not have ronda santa saying now we're not going to lock down we didn't have

00:19:28.940 uh you know in 50 states you had 50 different approaches not so in canada you had unanimity

00:19:35.120 we had a federal election in the middle of this and every single candidate in that election agreed

00:19:39.980 the one candidate who didn't agree wasn't allowed in the leaders debates and so these truckers proved

00:19:46.220 that it was a false consciousness that actually no we didn't all agree just despite the fact that our

00:19:51.440 tvs were pumping that message to us through our telescreens as orwell would say and it's my estimate

00:19:57.700 that a hundred thousand people participated in the convoy itself for summer all of the journey but

00:20:02.520 that a million canadian which would be like 10 million americans came out to watch the convoy

00:20:09.180 drive by to line the overpasses to be on the side of the road they wanted to see with their own eyes

00:20:14.560 the citizen rebellion and of course it felt to the citizen journalists to watch the citizen rebellion

00:20:21.340 to report on it the regime media called it an insurrection and they demonized it they refused

00:20:27.820 to go and visit you can see on the screen right now that it was a happy festival feeling there were

00:20:32.660 bouncy castles there it was it was i went there people were spontaneously singing the anthem it was a

00:20:39.580 it felt like a kind of woodstock actually people it was so cold look how cold it was minus 20 or so

00:20:45.280 oh it was bitter but trudeau snapped he made an unforced error he invoked martial law he deployed

00:20:52.600 riot horses he arrested the sort of i would call it the spiritual leader of the truckers a woman named 0.82

00:21:00.820 tamara leach i think we have the video of her being arrested on a snowy street just a regular mom and

00:21:07.060 grandma metis which means she's part indigenous just a beautiful woman who was on the street that 0.95

00:21:13.520 arrested and jailed yeah there she is on the snowy street she's barely five feet tall 1.00

00:21:21.540 the cops arrested her handcuffed her like owen short there she is tamara leach like owen schroyer 0.97

00:21:30.180 put her in solitary confinement for her own health you see for covid reasons you see that's the reason

00:21:35.640 we're putting you in solitary solitary confinement not as a punishment no no no how would you think such a

00:21:40.840 thing it's for your own health don't you know 49 days this grandma non-violent very spiritual in

00:21:49.920 fact very peaceful in prison 49 days in fact she's on trial in ottawa right now

00:21:57.360 i'm proud to say rebel news has published her book you can get a copy of your book if you're curious

00:22:04.120 it's called the convoy book.com won't surprise you it's it not a single bookstore in canada

00:22:10.380 covers the carries the book but it went to number one on the amazon bestseller list that tells you

00:22:14.700 something again the regime media won't even review the book let alone not even just to to diminish it

00:22:20.480 or deride it they don't even want to acknowledge the book they don't acknowledge the different narrative

00:22:23.780 she was jailed and she's on trial to this day she's on trial a multi multi-week multi-month trial

00:22:32.320 in ottawa it's a disgrace

00:22:33.680 but it marked the beginning of the downfall of justin trudeau although he's still in office it

00:22:41.800 was then that his poll started to sink because the mask slipped and he's he showed that when he

00:22:47.280 told reporters a few years ago that china was the country he most admired that he actually meant it

00:22:55.860 imagine that do you have that old clip i bet you can find it quickly justin trudeau said

00:23:00.720 china is the country he most admires and that's not the end of the quote he said because

00:23:05.380 of its basic dictatorship there's a lot of reasons to admire china by the way you can like their

00:23:11.680 culture their history their language their food their archaeology their geo it's a there's a lot to

00:23:16.220 admire about china but what was the one thing justin trudeau selected amongst the various choices

00:23:21.880 because of their basic dictatorship find the clip let me know if you need i could i could find it's just

00:23:27.140 an amazing amazing clip and the mask slip and people saw who he really was he's behind by 10

00:23:35.320 points in the polls but he has an important ally the media party which is why justin trudeau has done

00:23:41.740 something that you americans need to know about we talked a while before about the first amendment and how

00:23:49.920 it's a difficult thing we have to give freedom of speech to those we hate to those we find odious

00:23:54.480 because that's the rule freedom of speech does not only apply to boring things yeah play that clip

00:23:59.300 play that clip you got there i want people to hear it with their own ears he doesn't just say i china

00:24:03.460 is the country i most admire he says because of their basic dictatorship and then he continued on he

00:24:08.640 said because they can make environmental decisions quickly and like a tyrant would if you got that clip 0.67

00:24:13.940 play it with audio i want people to know and and he does remind me of a dumber gavin newsom

00:24:20.500 and what's happening to canada should terrify americans do you have that clip play it if you

00:24:25.920 have it and then i want to tell you about the four laws that trudeau is invoking to censor

00:24:32.340 canadians let me know if we in my ear if we got that clip let's take a look he most admired and

00:24:39.040 referred to china there's a level of of uh admiration i actually have for china their

00:24:45.580 you know basic dictatorship is allowing them uh to actually turn their economy around on a dime 0.99

00:24:51.760 and say we need to go green as fast as we need to start you know investing in solar i mean there

00:24:56.580 is a flexibility that i know stephen harper must dream about of having a dictatorship that he could

00:25:01.240 do everything he wanted uh but i find quite interesting the federal government has invoked

00:25:07.960 the emergencies act to supplement provincial and territorial thanks for playing that clip i wanted

00:25:14.040 to show that chinese part you notice you notice what happened there he said i i admire china because

00:25:19.340 of the basic dictatorship allows them to move on and die for environmental movement environmental

00:25:23.640 causes and then he sort of realized what he had said he said oh oh my opponent would like that no

00:25:28.200 no no you're the one who just said it just quite incredible so this man who admires china and remember

00:25:34.980 he's the son of pierre trudeau the prime minister who admired the soviet union who took his who took

00:25:40.360 his sons to siberia during the cold war and said this is the future he really does admire tyranny and he 0.83

00:25:47.020 doesn't hide it so let me tell you what justin trudeau is doing you know there's a lot of problems in

00:25:53.000 canada there many of them are similar to the problem to the united states we have out of control

00:25:56.320 immigration we have inflation housing in canada is two times as expensive as it is in the united

00:26:02.680 states proportionately it's a disaster we have a lot of problems in canada but justin trudeau

00:26:07.560 has four bills or laws four for censorship that he doesn't have four bills or laws for inflation or

00:26:16.300 the cost of groceries or housing or health care he doesn't care about those things as much as he cares

00:26:22.640 about censorship he has passed a bill called c11 a bill called c18 he's proposing two more called c36

00:26:30.500 and one called online harms and i don't want to get too down the rabbit hole but i want to read to you

00:26:36.160 something about a law that was passed in canada a few months ago called c11 and it was buried in

00:26:43.500 there this is the law that gives justin trudeau power over the internet we have our version of the fcc

00:26:50.580 and like the fcc traditionally worried about radio and tv especially limited bandwidth you couldn't

00:26:57.680 have too many am radio stations near each other on the dial fair enough but what is the fcc doing in

00:27:03.500 the internet business well in canada rc rtc as it's called was just given the power over the internet i

00:27:09.080 want you to call up if you would the text of the bill and i think i sent it to you if you have it there

00:27:14.900 and i want you to go down to section 911e let me know if you need me to send that over again

00:27:21.660 this is the text of the law that justin trudeau passed

00:27:28.280 and i want to put it on the screen so you know what i mean do you guys have that perfect

00:27:36.600 so a lot of it is just technical how do you regulate the internet but there's this one

00:27:45.600 poisonous paragraph section 9-1-1-e and we'll put it on the screen when we get it and i'll uh

00:27:57.000 i'll just email that to you in case you guys don't have it

00:28:01.920 9-1-1-e i'm just going to read it we can catch up with the visuals later

00:28:08.440 it gives trudeau the power to make orders quote respecting the presentation of programs and

00:28:18.420 programming services for selection by the public including the showcasing and discoverability

00:28:25.700 of canadian programs and programming services we'll put that on the screen when we find it

00:28:31.100 but let me take that into plain language justin trudeau through bill c11 has given himself the power

00:28:38.020 to order internet broadcasters your netflix and your hulus but also your facebook's and your youtubes

00:28:47.440 and your rumbles and your twitters anyone who broadcasts anything on the internet which is everyone

00:28:53.040 really justin trudeau has given himself the power under c11 to alter the showcasing and discoverability

00:29:02.960 of programs as in he gets to alter the algorithms justin trudeau can now order facebook youtube twitter

00:29:14.200 instagram to boost media he likes and de-boost media he doesn't and in doing so he has given

00:29:24.520 himself a weapon to silence the info wars the rebel news is the critics the skeptics the citizen

00:29:30.200 journalists not by a bill of attainer saying ban info wars ban rebel news ban fox news ban news back no no

00:29:37.640 no yeah there it is right there you see that 9-1-1 if you scroll down to e 9-1-1 says we have the power

00:29:45.920 to make rules respecting the presentation of programs and programming services for selection by the public

00:29:52.720 including the showcasing and the discoverability of canadian programs and programming such as french

00:30:01.760 so they can boost french language stuff but but that's just an example they can tell the broadcasters

00:30:09.000 to alter the algorithm to hide what they consider non-trustworthy media they have passed a law allowing

00:30:17.740 them to tell broadcasters what to boost and what to suppress what to hide and what to promote and that 0.93

00:30:23.920 is how censorship is done in 2023 they're not stupid enough to pass a law banning rebel news why would 0.70

00:30:29.280 they now they have control over all the mediums and they say just deboost these fact-checked media that 0.92

00:30:37.040 didn't add up i mean for example the scoop that alex jones had today with stephen crowder that would be

00:30:43.660 tagged untrustworthy by a fact checker and then under canadian law all the broadcasters would be required

00:30:51.820 to suppress that so if you googled it you wouldn't find it that is the meaning of 9-1-1-e i know that

00:30:58.180 sounds legalistic and lawyerly but i showed you with your own eyes that is the power the power to alter the

00:31:04.760 discoverability and showcasing of the news that is in the law and that is just one of the laws

00:31:12.400 justin trudeau has also announced that he intends to introduce a law on what he calls online harms

00:31:22.960 well i'm against online harms aren't you what's an online harm well here's the cabinet minister who

00:31:31.620 came up with the idea he gives an example of harmful media that his online harms law

00:31:39.280 is designed to oppose and wouldn't you know it it's criticism of politicians you guys have that clip

00:31:47.540 here's stephen gilbeau who was then the minister of heritage as we call it in canada explaining one

00:31:54.940 of the reasons we need the online harms law is to stop rebel news or other conservative or skeptical

00:32:02.560 journalists from criticizing politicians take a look we've seen too many examples of public officials

00:32:09.800 retreating from public service due to the hateful online content targeted towards themselves

00:32:15.600 or even their families so there you go if you criticize a politician or their family if you

00:32:25.180 in the american context were to critic criticize barack obama or michelle obama or bill clinton or hillary

00:32:32.220 clinton you're you're committing an online harm he's calling that harmful you just heard it from

00:32:40.500 himself and what are the remedies for online harms what are they going to do i mean i showed you in bill

00:32:50.380 c11 they have the power to de-boost things that they call harmful but they go even further you're not

00:32:58.520 even going to believe the language of this guy he was asked in the same interview so what happens if

00:33:04.780 there is a disobedient news source out there that criticizes you in a way you don't like what is your

00:33:13.120 ultimate weapon this is the next clip please take a look at this envision having blocking orders i mean

00:33:21.620 that's that maybe um it's not you know it's a it would be it would likely be a a last result last result uh nuclear bomb

00:33:36.560 in in a in a toolbox of uh of mechanism for for regulate so blocking entire websites oh it wouldn't be his

00:33:47.280 first go to but it is in the toolbox he calls it for regulators remember that crazy digital safety

00:33:55.640 commissioner that biden briefly floated that's exactly what is happening in canada and that was our

00:34:02.460 heritage minister in the day stephen gilbeau explaining do not criticize politicians and if you do and if

00:34:10.400 you're unrepentant and if you don't stop well we got a lot of tools in the toolbox one of them is blocking

00:34:16.980 an entire website like they do in china iran or north korea and i am telling you and i'm not going

00:34:24.640 to go in into detail about the other laws because there are two other laws that trudeau has proposed

00:34:29.820 one of them is called bill c36 and uh he pledges to revive that that includes includes jail it

00:34:37.380 includes house arrest it includes ankle monitors it's that is what canada is like

00:34:44.540 we don't have a first amendment we have freedom of speech in our charter of rights it's called but

00:34:50.720 it is not as strong as the u.s first amendment and i look at these pro-hamas protesters and i want to be

00:34:59.260 careful because just because i find them odious and anti-semitic and nazi-like i want to be careful

00:35:06.180 that we don't throw the baby out with the bath water just like there is no pandemic exception to the

00:35:12.260 constitution there's no hamas exception to the constitution and i think it's important that we

00:35:18.920 deal with threats like hamas and its fifth column in a constitutional way that's why my idea of

00:35:26.380 deporthamas.com was if they are not here as permanent if they're here on a temporary student visa and

00:35:34.680 they're going to these hate marches kick them out because they're not american

00:35:40.060 now from edmonton alberta is our chief reporter sheila gun reid who has led our coverage of an

00:36:01.140 atrocious phenomenon that i want to warn americans about i mentioned earlier that because i'm canadian

00:36:09.300 i have a slightly different take on american affairs and you'll correct my errors but i also

00:36:14.820 want to bring with you cautionary tales because canada is so very much like the united states we

00:36:20.840 speak english like you do we listen to the same music we drive the same cars we eat the same food we

00:36:26.020 there's so many similarities but we are i suppose we are what would happen if gavin newsom became

00:36:32.440 president because we have our own shiny pony as i used to call him justin trudeau a kind of gavin

00:36:38.780 newsom a dumber gavin newsom as our prime minister justin trudeau was saying we're going to talk more

00:36:43.320 about him but it's not just laughing because terrible things have happened and one of them is called 0.81

00:36:49.560 made maid which is the new acronym that they've made up medical assistance in dying because the

00:36:57.060 old words were discredited so they threw them out and got a new word and sheila has been covering this

00:37:02.540 story and i want to tell americans about it sheila thanks very much for joining me down here at

00:37:08.880 infowars world headquarters nice to see you from up in canada i'll be home tomorrow you know thanks for

00:37:14.620 having me on the show i'm a connoisseur of infowars and i think you're doing a great job hosting boss

00:37:19.080 well thanks very much you know i got big shoes to fill now sheila you've been covering this story

00:37:24.240 and and i found out that and and i'm sure this number is under reported that four percent of all

00:37:31.400 deaths in canada now are from medical assistance in dying in other words government saying we are going

00:37:38.760 to off this person but i i am certain in my bones that's under reported here's why i saw the

00:37:44.980 guidance from the ontario college of physicians and surgeons which told doctors in the certificate

00:37:50.040 of death do not put medical assistance in dying do not put assisted suicide do not put euthanasia or

00:37:56.320 any bad words put the underlying complaint that called the person to be killed so if they uh were depressed

00:38:04.700 if they uh were in pain put that as the cause of death do not say that we killed them so i think

00:38:14.180 that the number is most likely a lot higher sheila take it away tell our american friends what is

00:38:20.080 happening north of the border and what they should be worried about coming south you know they really

00:38:24.720 should be worried because a lot of people were warning about the slippery slope when medical assistance

00:38:30.380 and dying as they like to call it in canada was first authorized here it's euthanizing the inconvenient 0.53

00:38:38.000 or the chronically ill at this point in canada and when i say inconvenient i really do mean that these

00:38:44.400 are not sick people ezra is right to point out that the numbers are under reported because of the reasons

00:38:52.400 he just mentioned but even so the numbers are absolutely atrocious and escalating so in between

00:39:00.760 2016 and 2021 32 000 canadians were euthanized at the hands of the state but the acceleration of this

00:39:10.300 is impossible to gauge so the most recent numbers we have are from 2021 so a full one-third of all those

00:39:19.400 euthanized by the state between 2016 and 2021 that occurred in 2021 so over 10 000 and by the way i

00:39:26.480 mean just for american listeners canada has one-tenth the population in the united states roughly speaking

00:39:32.100 so times this by 10 so that's 300 000 this is i mean this is coming up to the number of babies

00:39:42.540 aborted if you're if you're talking about another uh intervention that causes a loss of life sheila keep

00:39:48.120 going i didn't mean to interrupt you i just wanted to put that in perspective for americans those 30

00:39:52.020 plus thousand is enormous but that's a country one-tenth the size of america keep going yes so

00:39:58.680 to scale it up that's a hundred thousand people to scale up to american numbers in 2021 alone that's

00:40:06.960 the size of a small city euthanized at the hands of the state and it's only going to get worse because

00:40:11.820 very recently they the government has removed the 10-day wait period for a lot of people who are

00:40:19.620 accessing suicide at the hands of the state you no longer have to be uh imminently ill uh you no

00:40:27.900 longer have to be fatally ill your death does not have to be imminent um and the state of the

00:40:35.920 canadian health care system is actually a reason why you can access medical assistance in dying one of

00:40:43.540 the criteria is that you experience unbearable physical or mental suffering from your illness

00:40:50.100 disease disability or state of decline that cannot be relieved under conditions that you consider

00:40:56.920 acceptable now in canada we have rationed health care we're chronically in a state of

00:41:03.200 dissatisfaction with the health care system and that now is the reason why you can access

00:41:07.960 medical assistance in dying and it is showing up in the circumstances of the people who are accessing

00:41:13.780 this so just in the last year alone we've seen up to nine veterans who are dissatisfied with the care

00:41:19.760 they're receiving from veterans affairs including a paraplegic paralympian named christine gautier

00:41:26.980 being offered medical assistance in dying at the hands of the state uh we've seen somebody with

00:41:31.860 diabetes receiving medical assistance in dying uh eating disorder rather than getting treatment for

00:41:38.700 their eating disorder they just access medical assistance in dying we've seen old people who 1.00

00:41:44.800 were unwilling to go back into covid lockdown access medical assistance in dying people who are

00:41:51.060 chronically homeless now accessing medical assistance in dying and in just five short months

00:41:58.300 i think we'll be changing what we call the suicide hotlines here in canada because people who are

00:42:04.000 mentally ill can access medical assistance in dying and i want to be clear it does not have to be

00:42:11.400 done at the hands of a doctor it just has to be a medical professional you can get a nurse practitioner

00:42:16.520 to do this a pharmacist and so a veteran now in canada experiencing an acute ptsd episode can call up their

00:42:27.080 doctor and receive medical assistance in dying instead of the care they need and deserve you know

00:42:32.140 it's atrocious and that's the thing and this is a warning i have for americans oh uh canadian health

00:42:37.000 care it's wonderful it's uh there's no it's free well first of all enormous waiting lists so yeah free

00:42:43.820 access to a waiting list but but look at the incentives that come in if the government is on the hook

00:42:50.460 for a costly treatment oh hey have you ever considered suicide and of course canada is the

00:42:57.500 same fiscal mess that america has so all the instances you talk about it is a state that has

00:43:03.400 dehumanized people saying look this is going to be really and we showed we flashed on the screen there

00:43:08.280 about the veterans imagine that a veteran a soldier goes over canada deployed thousands of troops to

00:43:14.060 afghanistan some of them come back with ptsd and imagine being told by veteran affairs hey have you

00:43:19.780 thought of killing yourself absolutely atrocious sheila i'm so glad that you're on this beat 0.96

00:43:25.640 interestingly american media have covered it in some ways more than canadian media we only have 30 0.75

00:43:33.020 seconds of sheila but why don't you talk about that because the canadian media is so dominated by

00:43:37.840 the regime subsidized reporters that this is something that's sort of sweeping under the rug go ahead

00:43:42.880 yeah you know you're exactly right when you point out to why this is happening the media in canada is

00:43:49.600 funded by and large by justin trudeau and because they are funded by and large by justin trudeau they

00:43:55.340 become guards keepers of justin trudeau's narrative and right now the narrative in canada coming from the

00:44:02.220 federal government is that it could one day be your civic duty to just drop dead and the canadian media

00:44:08.520 seem to be completely fine with this

00:44:10.440 it wasn't the profanity it wasn't you know the middle fingers it wasn't even in one case a physical

00:44:24.220 assault that bothered me what bothered me was the indoctrination that this man who is injuring woman

00:44:33.420 on the sock on the rugby pitch rather is getting away with it and i might add ezra uh in

00:44:40.760 contravance to world rugby which a couple of years ago to its credit came out with a statement saying

00:44:48.880 you cannot as a male play on a female rugby team but i guess here in canada it's all about

00:44:57.080 diversity equity and inclusion and if real biological uh females are being carted off the pitch

00:45:04.220 in a stretcher well you know yeah i guess you gotta break a few eggs to make a diverse omelet these days

00:45:10.500 right

00:45:27.080 i've not been this excited ever

00:45:30.620 the re-platforming begins now join mug club and get one month free with promo code alex at jones

00:45:41.600 crowder.com

00:45:43.060 hey welcome back ezra levant here we were talking to my friend sheila gun reid a moment ago

00:45:49.580 i have another colleague in canada we call him our mission specialist and one of his special missions

00:45:56.000 is tracking transgender insanity and sometimes it can be a light-hearted matter because it's so absurd 1.00

00:46:02.140 of course this morning we saw the revelations about the mass murderer who was motivated by 0.95

00:46:09.020 a stew of insane cultural marxism fueled by drugs to transition from being a woman to a man so it

00:46:21.080 it's not all for mockery joining us now from toronto is my colleague david menzies david great

00:46:28.160 to see you on info wars great to be here ezra how you doing my friend good we've got a five minute

00:46:34.580 segment here so i want to jump right into it you cover the transgender beat and sometimes you have

00:46:40.320 to laugh because the alternative is to cry tell us about the rugby team that you've been covering

00:46:45.900 lately it's just crazy tell us it is crazy oh you know and that was a really jarring assignment for

00:46:54.920 me ezra because this is about a fellow called ash davis he was voted the male team's hardest hitter

00:47:02.440 of last year and suddenly he's a woman he's clearly a biological male he's muscle bound for goodness sakes 0.98

00:47:09.240 um and when i went there ezra i expected he might have an ally or two but if info wars viewers check

00:47:19.960 check out that video you'll see that the whole team well they went hysterical on me and it wasn't the

00:47:27.420 profanity it wasn't you know the middle fingers it wasn't even in one case a physical assault that

00:47:33.640 bothered me what bothered me was the indoctrination that this man who is injuring woman on the sock on

00:47:43.880 the rugby pitch rather is getting away with it and i might add ezra uh in contravance to world rugby

00:47:52.100 which a couple of years ago to its credit came out with a statement saying you cannot as a male play

00:48:00.620 on a female rugby team but i guess here in canada it's all about diversity equity and inclusion 0.75

00:48:08.140 and if real biological uh females are being carted off the pitch in a stretcher well you know yeah i 1.00

00:48:15.880 guess you gotta break a few eggs to make a diverse omelet these days right david as you were talking we

00:48:21.200 were showing some of the footage and i think viewers can discern immediately who the man is he's got

00:48:26.420 male pattern baldness and and he like you say he was voted hardest hitter the crazy thing and we

00:48:32.960 won't play it now just for a lack of time when you ask these questions they were all you net they were

00:48:38.680 shrieking at you like everyone on the team was defending this bloke like i i mean i guess any women

00:48:46.200 who were offended by this uh had already quit the team or they were terrified of of wrong think and

00:48:53.660 being punished and i guess having a bloke on the team well that's the problem for the other teams

00:48:58.080 who get hit i that's the only explanation i can figure out what do you think well there is the

00:49:05.600 indoctrination factor ezra they actually believe a trans woman is a so-called real woman and uh there's

00:49:12.940 the intimidation and by that ezra i mean the following week and we went to cover it uh fergus which is ash

00:49:20.200 davis's team was in waterloo to play the waterloo female team and prior to that match the head honcho

00:49:28.800 of waterloo rugby a guy called josh windsor who is a principal at a kitchener school by the way

00:49:34.100 sent out an email to all the female participants and it was basically saying this ezra if you have

00:49:42.260 any negative thoughts about this trans woman so-called you're off the team oh and by the way if i

00:49:50.080 deem what you say is hateful i'm phoning the waterloo regional police how do you like being

00:49:55.840 taken away from the pitch in a paddy wagon so when i went there to cover that match even though this

00:50:01.440 was the opposition i.e the victim group most of them ezra were wearing the baby blue pink and white

00:50:08.460 band the trans symbol saying yeah we're down with the trans revolution well you better be because 1.00

00:50:14.980 the president of waterloo rugby is uh you know intimating that he's going to have you arrested

00:50:20.580 if you're not down with the radical trans revolution you know uh we saw a police vehicle that was called

00:50:27.680 in response to your journalism listen we got to take a short break david but stick around because i want

00:50:32.400 to talk to you about the 50 year old man who went into a swimming competition against 13 year old girls

00:50:38.800 let's take a break we'll come back to that

00:50:40.480 your products have changed my life your brain force all that makes me better they make me more

00:50:59.680 focused they make me feel better a lot of lingering effects from when i was uh getting sober have now

00:51:04.660 uh believe me my girlfriend goes to the gym it goes hard she's done the turmeric the same stuff 0.99

00:51:09.060 these products will change your life they fund one of the greatest things out there right now for us

00:51:15.140 as free americans please do these people a favor go to their store support them do what you need to do

00:51:21.360 because if we lose info wars we lose a lot more than what people are willing to believe

00:51:25.120 if you want to really get in shape for this thing about to come get the hgh and get that testosterone

00:51:31.000 boost man get in the gym because i'm in the best shape of my life because of your products

00:51:35.240 and i'm willing to do whatever it takes to not lose the greatest symbol against tyranny the world

00:51:40.280 has ever seen and that's our american flag and with that i appreciate loving force i'll listen to you

00:51:45.000 the day i die or you go off air but i'm gonna do my part to make sure you don't have a great day

00:51:48.600 hey we got a few more minutes i want to go back to my uh toronto uh uh friend david menzies our 0.72

00:52:02.000 mission specialist david you recently covered the course we were talking about transgenderism

00:52:06.740 alex just talked about it i want to talk about that crazy swim meet for 13 year old girls

00:52:13.520 where a 50 year old man was allowed to enter and compete tell us about that and i think we've got

00:52:21.180 some visuals for that too go ahead it was unbelievable ezra we were tipped off by concerned parents and

00:52:27.220 they said you must get out to the markham pan am center that's a pool just north of toronto there is a

00:52:35.600 50 year old biological male and he's swimming against 13 and 14 year old biological females

00:52:44.740 and at first um the authorities tried to deny it but thank goodness we had the game sheet

00:52:51.720 um if you will which showed the names and ages of all competitors nine out of ten were females

00:53:00.580 either 13 or 14 and you see plop uh melody wiseheart that's not his real name his real name

00:53:07.560 is nicholas cepeda uh age 50 and this is this apparently has the blessing of swimming canada which

00:53:16.720 is outrageous um ezra because last month was the um world meet for swimming and uh world aquatics the

00:53:28.320 international governing body created for the first time an open category and that was if you're not

00:53:34.700 biological male not biological female here you go you've been clamoring for years and years and years

00:53:40.920 you want to compete so at the berlin swim meet they had this open category guess what zero entrance and to

00:53:48.820 me this is a big red flag ezra because maybe this is not about just getting in the pool to compete

00:53:55.360 uh with uh people of the opposite gender maybe this is about changing and showering with in this case 1.00

00:54:04.140 minors of the opposite gender once upon a time i think that will get you arrested now again it's a 1.00

00:54:10.200 celebration of diversity equity and inclusion and by the way ezra we cannot get a straight answer

00:54:16.780 from any of the authorities any of the people that ran the club meets whether this person got into the

00:54:23.820 change room with these 13 and 14 year old girls and got to get naked with them in terms of changing 1.00

00:54:29.800 and showering which i think is absolutely despicable david menzies mission specialist for rebel news

00:54:35.640 thanks for joining me as i guest host infowars great to see my friend we'll see you back in canada

00:54:41.920 tomorrow

00:54:43.220 a few minutes to say thanks i'd like to give my thanks to the team at infowars that invited me

00:55:01.420 to help out today i hope i lived up to expectations i certainly had a good time it was great to take

00:55:09.380 some calls i think that was my favorite part thanks to the hard-working staff in the control room i was

00:55:13.620 throwing video clips at them and they didn't know what i was talking about because they're not familiar

00:55:18.220 with the canadian lay of the land but i think they did a great job so thanks you guys for helping me out

00:55:22.440 and i hope i didn't stress you out by throwing some curveballs at you obviously thanks to alex jones

00:55:28.960 for trusting me with this chair and my heart goes out to owen schroyer who i truly believe is a

00:55:34.340 political prisoner and if he were a man of the left serving time in prison for the analogous actions

00:55:42.220 on the left he would be championed by he would he would be given a pulitzer prize

00:55:48.860 he would be championed by amnesty international and the aclu and the like and when he gets out of jail

00:55:57.960 he would be given an honorary professorship at columbia school of journalism do you doubt a word i've just

00:56:03.580 said i think uh he suffers for his journalism the same way infowars has suffered for its journalism

00:56:13.520 and there's something very compelling about that

00:56:16.980 and the motto of rebel news is telling the other side of the story and i think that's what infowars does

00:56:27.860 we have that as our motto because it's to remind people it's to explain what we do we tell the other

00:56:34.560 side of the story but to remind people that there is more than one side of the story used to we used

00:56:38.740 to know that we used to have both sides of the story in a report or at least aspire to these days

00:56:43.820 we don't have debates anymore the other side is canceled and silenced and censored and de-platformed

00:56:49.300 and demonetized that's not how it's supposed to be we talked about freedom of speech even for

00:56:55.380 people we find odious i think that the left no longer believes in debate i remember the atrocious

00:57:05.640 slogan they had punch a nazi well they've just decided anyone they want to punch is a nazi i think

00:57:13.560 that they've decided it's easier to cancel and denormalize people than engage with them and and beat

00:57:19.200 them we've seen in the last three years how weak even ivy league university students are they don't

00:57:27.100 know how to handle ideas without frankly walking the streets and chanting for violence we alluded to

00:57:33.140 it several times in the broadcast today cultural marxism applying the oppressor oppressed matrix to

00:57:39.760 everything whether it's race or transgenderism or feminism and and i think that's why you see bizarre

00:57:47.660 anomalies like gay jews for hamas which is a sign that was really in the in the hamas march in in 0.92

00:57:54.520 london that makes no sense at all until you realize that the reason they are aligned is they both want to 0.90

00:58:02.100 smash the free west and although israel is the little satan america is the great satan i think that 0.96

00:58:10.440 the only way america can lose is from the inside if the drawbridge is allowed down and the enemy at

00:58:20.380 the gates is allowed to rush in that is exactly what's going on and that's what terrifies me

00:58:24.920 i have a lot of concerns about these wars overseas of course i do i don't want to see world war three

00:58:30.000 and it's very interesting that trump's ahead in the polls and zelensky is uh you know changes that we

00:58:35.100 talked about at the top of the show but i think the real battlegrounds is for the hearts and minds

00:58:39.960 of americans and i'm very troubled what i see in american institutions of great learning world famous

00:58:46.220 institutions like harvard who knew harvard could breed such illiberalism and such a lust for violence

00:58:53.460 it's astonishing to me i'm an american no file america has saved the world many times it's a beacon

00:59:01.820 a freedom we in canada admire america and so we're concerned for it when we see it falling away

00:59:08.040 from freedom i hope some of the stories i told today and my colleagues david and sheila told

00:59:13.100 help to show you what could happen if god forbid gavin newsom actually does become

00:59:18.220 your president thanks again for having me and as i always like to end my shows at rebelnews.com
