Rebel News Podcast - Ezra LIVE： Feminist attacks men with bleach, ISIS in Greece, & more PLUS your comments and questions!

00:00:00.000 It's October 5th, I'm Ezra Levan, and you're watching Battleground.

00:00:09.980 Oh, hey everybody, great to be here. I think I was away last week, if memory serves.

00:00:13.920 I was in London for Tommy's, what, fourth court appearance?

00:00:19.020 I'm referring, of course, to Tommy Robinson, a former employee of the Rebel, a friend of the Rebel,

00:00:24.620 even though he's no longer working for us.

00:00:27.380 And, of course, he's the center of much news, not just in the United Kingdom, but around the world,

00:00:32.100 because he has been targeted so clearly by the United Kingdom establishment.

00:00:37.760 The 5P professionals, as Daniel Pipes calls them, the press, the politicians, the police, the prosecutors, the professors,

00:00:44.420 because he says things he shouldn't say.

00:00:49.000 He wants to debate things that are supposedly off limits for debate.

00:00:52.920 Most expressly, the Islamification of the United Kingdom, 0.98

00:00:58.140 and what it means in policing and crime, including the particular species of crime of Muslim rape gangs. 1.00

00:01:07.500 And it's shocking to say those three words, Muslim rape gangs. 1.00

00:01:10.640 Rape is a shocking word. A rape gang is even more shocking. 1.00

00:01:13.740 And to add the adjective Muslim, you can see why those three words are so terrifying and paralyzing. 0.99

00:01:21.960 But, unfortunately, it is a fact.

00:01:24.540 They are overwhelmingly Pakistani men.

00:01:28.780 And the victims are overwhelmingly indigenous white British girls, working class.

00:01:34.200 This is not my opinion. It is a fact.

00:01:36.220 And it is one reiterated by Muslim spokesmen in the UK, such as Majid Nawaz,

00:01:44.020 who points out that the mainstream media has failed to report this because they're too politically correct.

00:01:48.660 So it has fallen to the Tommy Robinsons of the world. 0.58

00:01:51.440 In fact, the prosecutor of the Rotherham rape gangs himself is a Pakistani,

00:01:55.880 a Muslim Brit of Pakistani background, who says the same thing. 0.93

00:02:00.700 I think they obviously appointed the prosecutor to prosecute the Pakistani Muslim rape gangs. 0.93

00:02:07.320 They obviously appointed a Pakistani Muslim Brit 0.97

00:02:10.440 because no one else would be politically correct to get away with it.

00:02:15.860 So that's where I was last week.

00:02:17.260 The hearing, if I recall, was on a Thursday, but I spent Friday morning.

00:02:21.740 I had a breakfast meeting with Tommy up in Luton, so I didn't fly home until that afternoon.

00:02:26.180 So as usual, my friends David Menzies and Sheila Gunn-Reed took over the show, and I'm glad they did.

00:02:34.940 The reason I mention that is to explain where I was last week.

00:02:39.380 And I will be returning to the United Kingdom because I regret that the four times I've flown over there so far

00:02:44.260 does not yet spell the end of Tommy's legal odyssey.

00:02:48.980 In fact, it is starting anew, as you will recall.

00:02:52.760 The Court of Appeal, no one less than the Lord Chief Justice himself,

00:02:57.980 has quashed Tommy's first conviction for contempt of court, but sent him back for a retrial.

00:03:04.540 That was supposed to happen on September 27th. It did not.

00:03:08.740 It's now tentatively scheduled for October 23rd.

00:03:12.300 I will be there.

00:03:13.720 It has not yet been firmed up,

00:03:15.840 so we should have confirmation, maybe as soon as today.

00:03:18.980 As soon as it is locked in, I will let you know.

00:03:24.200 One of the things that I...

00:03:26.020 I'm going to talk about other things.

00:03:27.240 I'm going to talk about the feminist attack with Bleach.

00:03:29.560 I'm going to talk about ISIS in Greece.

00:03:31.160 I've got four video clips here for you.

00:03:35.200 But I do want to talk about...

00:03:37.180 Tommy, just for one more minute,

00:03:38.960 because it's on my mind.

00:03:40.460 I want to show the Real Reporters website

00:03:42.360 in a second.

00:03:43.520 When I was in London at the Old Bailey,

00:03:48.820 which is the nickname,

00:03:50.700 the customary name for the Central Criminal Courts,

00:03:53.820 it's a gorgeous building.

00:03:55.440 These courts in the UK,

00:03:57.780 beautiful.

00:03:58.760 The interiors of them look like museums.

00:04:01.580 The archways and the art.

00:04:03.080 It actually,

00:04:03.900 it actually for one second,

00:04:06.580 reminded me of the Sistine Chapel.

00:04:08.060 I know you're thinking, Ezra, that's crazy.

00:04:09.400 Don't ever compare anything else to the Sistine Chapel.

00:04:12.380 It's the finest room in the world.

00:04:15.080 I'm not saying it was of that level,

00:04:16.940 but it made me think of it.

00:04:18.660 It made me think of certain rooms in the Louvre.

00:04:22.140 It was so gorgeous, the Old Bailey.

00:04:23.600 And even in the Royal Courts of Justice,

00:04:26.120 where the Court of Appeal met,

00:04:26.980 it was an exquisite building.

00:04:30.180 The Old Bailey,

00:04:30.980 besides its exquisite and ornate art,

00:04:33.520 has a dungeon in it.

00:04:35.000 So it's not just a place of beauty,

00:04:37.020 it's a place of sorrow and hatred.

00:04:42.380 It is where the most serious crimes

00:04:44.220 in the United Kingdom are prosecuted.

00:04:46.160 While I was there,

00:04:48.320 for Tommy's hearing,

00:04:50.860 one of the Westminster terrorists

00:04:52.420 was on trial.

00:04:54.000 Same day, same building.

00:04:55.620 That's what they,

00:04:56.260 it's the kind of court

00:04:57.800 that you would try Jack the Ripper in.

00:05:00.200 That's the heavy crimes.

00:05:01.880 It's the most serious crimes in London,

00:05:04.640 which means the most serious crimes in the UK.

00:05:06.180 Murder, poisoning, terrorism,

00:05:10.260 massive conspiracies.

00:05:13.940 And in the midst of this,

00:05:16.060 a civil contempt matter,

00:05:17.180 because Tommy was chatting

00:05:18.040 on a YouTube live stream,

00:05:20.100 Facebook live stream,

00:05:21.200 are you kidding me?

00:05:23.700 Doesn't that seem ajar?

00:05:26.620 Doesn't that seem incongruous?

00:05:31.060 Why, yes it does.

00:05:33.940 But everything about this

00:05:34.940 is incongruous, isn't it?

00:05:36.800 Tommy served 10 weeks

00:05:37.980 in solitary confinement

00:05:39.220 for the same thing.

00:05:41.120 That's incongruous.

00:05:43.140 The police and state resources

00:05:45.000 dedicated to tackling Tommy 0.99

00:05:47.160 rather than the British Muslim rape gangs 1.00

00:05:50.260 is incongruous. 0.99

00:05:51.800 There's a lot that's incongruous,

00:05:53.260 and one of the greatest incongruities

00:05:55.180 is that the media in the United Kingdom,

00:05:59.180 which is generally quite vigorous,

00:06:01.140 I would say that the English language newspapers

00:06:05.080 in London

00:06:06.120 are probably the most competitive newspaper market

00:06:09.380 in the world,

00:06:09.980 certainly more so than New York City.

00:06:11.700 In New York City,

00:06:12.400 you've got the New York Post

00:06:13.180 and the Daily News

00:06:13.860 duking it out with two tabloids.

00:06:16.040 You've got the Wall Street Journal

00:06:17.180 and the New York Times

00:06:18.220 with the prestigious broadsheets.

00:06:23.260 And that's about it.

00:06:24.180 You've got other newspapers, true,

00:06:26.160 but you really, I think,

00:06:27.960 have four big papers in that town, right?

00:06:30.440 And the Daily News

00:06:31.160 was just gutted recently, by the way.

00:06:34.040 In London,

00:06:35.180 oh, I can't even list them all.

00:06:37.540 In the Guardian,

00:06:38.400 it used to be called

00:06:40.260 the Manchester Guardian.

00:06:43.580 You've got the Independent,

00:06:44.680 you've got the Daily Mail,

00:06:45.580 you've got the Daily Star,

00:06:46.480 you've got the Times,

00:06:48.060 you've got the Telegraph,

00:06:49.060 you've got the Sun,

00:06:50.420 you've got the Mirror.

00:06:52.120 It is the most vigorous newspaper market

00:06:54.180 in the world,

00:06:54.460 very competitive.

00:06:55.500 As Boris Johnson,

00:06:57.180 who is a journalist,

00:06:58.840 was a journalist,

00:06:59.820 and was the Mayor of London,

00:07:00.820 is an MP,

00:07:01.920 may yet be Prime Minister.

00:07:04.460 I read a wonderful essay by him,

00:07:06.520 I don't seek to find it right now,

00:07:08.240 where he defended what he called

00:07:09.980 the gutter press.

00:07:10.620 I am going to seek to find it right now.

00:07:12.920 Boris Johnson gutter press.

00:07:15.920 I'm just Googling that right now.

00:07:18.180 Yeah, yeah, here we go.

00:07:20.300 Fellas, I'm going to send you this.

00:07:22.100 If you just Google

00:07:22.720 Boris Johnson gutter press,

00:07:24.100 it's the first thing that comes up.

00:07:25.460 Can you put the link on the,

00:07:26.860 can you put the image up

00:07:28.160 in the link there?

00:07:29.780 It's a great line.

00:07:31.960 Boris Johnson said,

00:07:33.760 we need a gutter press 0.69

00:07:34.900 to keep the gutters clean.

00:07:38.640 Isn't that an interest?

00:07:39.840 There it is, yeah.

00:07:40.880 Only a gutter press

00:07:42.020 can keep clean

00:07:42.880 the gutters of public life.

00:07:45.180 Legislation to control newspapers

00:07:46.500 threatens our global reputation

00:07:47.840 for honest dealing.

00:07:48.700 Can you scroll down a little bit?

00:07:50.040 Yeah, you see this by Boris?

00:07:51.100 I remember that.

00:07:51.680 It's five years ago he wrote that.

00:07:52.920 It's stuck in my mind.

00:07:54.000 That line stuck in my mind

00:07:55.080 until this moment.

00:07:57.860 It's a great defense of tabloids.

00:08:02.400 Scroll down a little bit more.

00:08:03.740 Scroll down a little bit more.

00:08:08.960 There's, yeah,

00:08:09.560 I haven't looked at this in five years,

00:08:11.760 but it's all coming back.

00:08:12.500 Scroll down.

00:08:12.880 Keep scrolling.

00:08:13.660 Keep scrolling.

00:08:15.060 Yeah, look at this.

00:08:15.860 You cannot hope to win

00:08:17.820 a contract in London

00:08:19.060 by sending some public official

00:08:21.200 a Rolex

00:08:21.680 or a midnight

00:08:22.740 Poole Deluxe.

00:08:24.600 And that is because

00:08:25.240 that official would be

00:08:26.160 too amazed

00:08:27.080 to accept,

00:08:28.640 too honorable,

00:08:30.060 or,

00:08:30.540 to accept,

00:08:32.360 and above all,

00:08:34.140 too terrified

00:08:34.960 to accept

00:08:35.700 British business

00:08:36.660 and British politics

00:08:37.460 and the nexus

00:08:38.360 between business and politics

00:08:39.460 have been kept cleaner

00:08:40.700 than in virtually

00:08:41.340 all other countries

00:08:42.080 because for centuries

00:08:43.340 we have had a free press

00:08:44.620 and he talks about

00:08:46.640 how the press

00:08:48.060 snooping for scandal.

00:08:51.460 I mean,

00:08:51.640 let me read the paragraph

00:08:52.460 at the bottom of the screen

00:08:53.060 right now.

00:08:53.900 Of course,

00:08:54.200 not every business person

00:08:55.300 or investor

00:08:55.660 may personally relish

00:08:56.640 the exuberance

00:08:57.400 and ferocity

00:08:57.960 of the British media.

00:08:59.000 They may not enjoy

00:08:59.580 reading of their salaries,

00:09:00.600 yachts,

00:09:00.980 and subterranean

00:09:01.540 swimming pools,

00:09:02.700 but they also know

00:09:03.560 or should rationally accept

00:09:05.300 that it is the very boldness

00:09:06.820 of the British press

00:09:07.500 and it's refusable

00:09:08.440 to be bullied or cowed

00:09:09.400 that makes those deals

00:09:10.340 risk-free

00:09:10.920 and helps them create

00:09:11.600 the wealth they enjoy.

00:09:12.640 All right,

00:09:14.480 I'm done with that.

00:09:15.040 Thank you for finding it

00:09:15.900 so quickly.

00:09:17.280 Boris Johnson,

00:09:18.680 very thoughtful sometimes,

00:09:22.280 explained why a gutter press

00:09:23.640 and a tabloid press

00:09:24.420 is important.

00:09:25.280 It scares people straight,

00:09:26.300 don't it?

00:09:28.300 So I ask you,

00:09:29.440 this competitive press,

00:09:30.600 this vigorous press,

00:09:31.560 this Fleet Street press,

00:09:32.940 this tabloid press,

00:09:33.920 this gutter press,

00:09:35.340 where the hell is it

00:09:36.140 with Tommy Robinson?

00:09:37.120 Tommy Robinson,

00:09:37.780 a working-class bloke,

00:09:38.760 you would think

00:09:39.360 that at least

00:09:40.280 the working-class newspapers

00:09:41.480 would be by his side

00:09:42.500 the newspapers

00:09:43.000 that claim to be

00:09:44.200 for the working-class bloke.

00:09:45.220 It's a very classist society.

00:09:47.600 But what I saw

00:09:48.520 when I was in London,

00:09:49.360 and I'm almost

00:09:49.900 on this point,

00:09:51.260 what I saw

00:09:51.900 when I was in London

00:09:52.600 on Thursday,

00:09:53.640 it was a 19-minute hearing.

00:09:55.060 It was a procedural

00:09:55.700 case management hearing.

00:09:57.420 But in those 19 minutes,

00:09:58.800 I saw that there were

00:09:59.460 eight other journalists

00:10:00.480 in the court

00:10:00.900 besides myself.

00:10:03.300 BBC,

00:10:04.740 I think Sky News

00:10:05.460 was there,

00:10:06.480 The Independent was there.

00:10:07.320 And we left court

00:10:11.240 after 19 minutes

00:10:12.020 and we went into

00:10:12.540 this beautiful,

00:10:13.280 ornate hallway

00:10:13.820 and Tommy held court.

00:10:16.580 He had a briefing.

00:10:18.600 The reporters

00:10:19.100 had their microphones out.

00:10:22.600 Tommy explained his case

00:10:23.620 probably for 10 minutes,

00:10:25.140 took a few questions,

00:10:26.240 did his best.

00:10:26.880 He did not show a temper.

00:10:28.220 He was not rude

00:10:29.640 or angry in any way.

00:10:30.600 He was more earnest.

00:10:31.380 He was almost professorial.

00:10:32.980 He was explanatory.

00:10:34.740 And then,

00:10:35.200 to my surprise,

00:10:35.900 he gave out his

00:10:36.500 personal cell phone number

00:10:37.620 to all eight journalists

00:10:38.820 there.

00:10:39.260 And he just said it.

00:10:40.000 And then he said it

00:10:41.220 a second time.

00:10:42.300 I was surprised by that,

00:10:44.440 I suppose.

00:10:46.960 And then I watched

00:10:47.800 as those eight journalists

00:10:48.600 marched outside

00:10:49.200 and stuck a knife in them 0.62

00:10:50.080 and lied about 0.82

00:10:50.740 what happened in court.

00:10:52.160 Lied. 0.99

00:10:53.220 Minutes.

00:10:53.900 In fact,

00:10:54.220 as soon as Tommy was done,

00:10:55.420 that little scrum,

00:10:56.020 I walked with Tommy

00:10:57.080 to the cafeteria of the court,

00:10:58.940 the cantina,

00:10:59.560 as they called it in Britain.

00:11:00.740 And we sat down there

00:11:01.960 and his lawyers were there

00:11:02.840 and police

00:11:04.220 and court police

00:11:05.180 were there.

00:11:06.180 Remember,

00:11:06.680 there was a huge crowd

00:11:07.380 outside.

00:11:09.200 So by the time

00:11:10.260 it took us

00:11:10.980 to walk from that scrum

00:11:12.440 outside the courtroom

00:11:14.140 to the canteen,

00:11:16.500 what's that?

00:11:17.160 Five minutes?

00:11:18.440 We were in the same building.

00:11:20.360 They were already lying

00:11:22.140 about what had been said

00:11:23.520 in the court.

00:11:24.180 The minute we got

00:11:25.400 in the cafeteria,

00:11:27.640 Tommy was showing me

00:11:28.380 on social media

00:11:29.180 how they had lied

00:11:31.600 about what had been said

00:11:33.760 in the court minutes earlier.

00:11:36.340 So this vigorous press

00:11:38.600 so praised by Boris Johnson

00:11:41.000 keeping the gutters

00:11:43.260 of life clean,

00:11:45.400 holding the powerful

00:11:46.260 to account,

00:11:47.860 they were in collusion

00:11:49.620 with each other,

00:11:50.260 those eight reporters.

00:11:51.220 They were against Tommy.

00:11:52.820 They faked to him

00:11:54.180 that they were open-minded,

00:11:58.400 that they were there

00:11:58.900 as reporters.

00:11:59.360 They were there

00:11:59.840 to stick the knife in.

00:12:01.100 They were just

00:12:02.000 as antagonistic

00:12:03.300 as any prosecutor,

00:12:04.860 as any policeman.

00:12:08.660 And so the lesson

00:12:09.680 I took from that was,

00:12:11.660 well, I've got to keep

00:12:12.320 going back, first of all,

00:12:13.640 because even this

00:12:14.960 19-minute hearing

00:12:16.360 and my tweets that day,

00:12:17.320 I forget,

00:12:17.700 I think I got 3 million

00:12:18.660 views on my tweets

00:12:20.820 and videos that day,

00:12:22.720 3 million.

00:12:23.180 And on his court hearing

00:12:25.460 I had,

00:12:26.220 the court of appeal,

00:12:27.080 I had 5.7 million

00:12:28.960 if memory serves.

00:12:31.200 So I'm flying in

00:12:32.240 from Canada,

00:12:33.180 we got a 19-minute hearing

00:12:34.520 and my tweets are getting

00:12:35.760 3 million plus views.

00:12:37.600 Why?

00:12:38.780 Am I a scintillating writer?

00:12:40.700 No, that ain't why.

00:12:42.180 It's because people know 0.81

00:12:43.360 that the eight liars there 0.66

00:12:45.060 are not telling the truth 0.86

00:12:46.040 about Tommy.

00:12:48.360 So how are you going

00:12:49.060 to fix that problem?

00:12:49.740 I'm going back,

00:12:50.920 whether it's October 23rd

00:12:52.540 or whatever.

00:12:57.280 How are you going

00:12:57.840 to fix that problem?

00:12:59.260 Eight against one.

00:13:00.680 And it's not just

00:13:01.740 eight nobodies.

00:13:03.300 These people include,

00:13:04.420 for example,

00:13:05.840 the state broadcaster

00:13:07.260 over there,

00:13:07.740 the BBC,

00:13:08.800 the British Broadcasting

00:13:09.640 Corporation,

00:13:10.500 one of the best-funded

00:13:11.960 state broadcasters

00:13:12.940 in the world.

00:13:13.540 Really, the envy

00:13:14.320 of Al Jazeera

00:13:15.980 and Vladimir Putin's

00:13:17.820 RT.

00:13:19.960 And Al Jazeera,

00:13:20.980 of course,

00:13:21.280 is the state broadcaster

00:13:22.280 of the OPEC dictatorship

00:13:23.460 of Qatar.

00:13:24.260 They could only dream

00:13:25.420 of having the power

00:13:26.900 and the resources

00:13:27.440 and the reach

00:13:27.960 and the influence

00:13:28.580 of the BBC.

00:13:29.400 So you've got the

00:13:29.980 massive BBC state broadcaster.

00:13:32.360 They're probably

00:13:32.640 the most powerful

00:13:33.200 state broadcaster

00:13:34.020 in the world

00:13:34.480 after the Chinese 0.99

00:13:37.120 Xinhua.

00:13:40.340 You've got all these

00:13:41.140 tabloids,

00:13:42.280 right and left.

00:13:43.320 They're all against Tommy.

00:13:44.200 So how are you going

00:13:44.580 to fight that?

00:13:45.040 How are you going

00:13:45.260 to fight that?

00:13:45.820 Where you set up

00:13:49.320 a page

00:13:49.760 like I did

00:13:51.100 after a consultation

00:13:51.780 with Tommy

00:13:52.280 called

00:13:52.580 realreporters.uk.

00:13:55.560 If you want

00:13:56.100 to put that

00:13:56.400 on the screen

00:13:56.780 feel free, fellas.

00:14:01.020 realreporters.uk

00:14:01.800 It's very simple.

00:14:04.100 I'll read it.

00:14:05.440 Help crowdfund

00:14:06.260 real reporters

00:14:06.800 for Tommy Robinson's

00:14:07.700 trial.

00:14:09.600 I talked about

00:14:10.160 the Sky News

00:14:10.680 stitch-up.

00:14:11.160 I said when Sky News

00:14:11.980 interviewed Tommy Robinson

00:14:12.880 they edited the

00:14:14.020 videotape unethically

00:14:14.980 to make it look like

00:14:16.180 he said something

00:14:16.720 he didn't say.

00:14:18.160 Then they put their

00:14:18.840 lie, their fake news 0.54

00:14:20.180 right in their

00:14:20.740 headline.

00:14:22.540 And then I say

00:14:23.000 well here's my plan.

00:14:25.660 We're going to

00:14:26.180 crowdfund the cost

00:14:26.920 to fly in real

00:14:27.520 reporters from

00:14:28.080 other countries

00:14:28.580 to the Old Bailey

00:14:29.140 to do a proper

00:14:29.700 job of journalism.

00:14:31.440 We'll pay for

00:14:32.080 economy class air

00:14:32.840 for reporters

00:14:33.840 to come to

00:14:34.200 London for

00:14:34.520 Tommy's trial.

00:14:35.200 We'll pay for

00:14:35.780 a three-star hotel.

00:14:36.900 We'll pay for

00:14:37.340 the cabs.

00:14:38.060 We'll give them 0.92

00:14:38.380 100 pounds for

00:14:39.120 incidentals.

00:14:39.880 And in return

00:14:40.340 all they have to do

00:14:40.940 is come to

00:14:41.300 Tommy's trial

00:14:41.700 and report on it.

00:14:43.500 So far four

00:14:44.260 journalists have

00:14:44.760 agreed to come

00:14:45.200 with me.

00:14:45.700 I list them.

00:14:47.780 They're each from

00:14:48.200 different cities,

00:14:48.860 different media,

00:14:49.380 even different

00:14:49.760 languages, but they

00:14:50.540 all have one thing

00:14:51.060 in common.

00:14:51.440 They tell the 0.54

00:14:51.780 truth.

00:14:53.660 When Tommy goes

00:14:54.440 back to court

00:14:54.980 each of these

00:14:55.880 real reporters

00:14:56.500 will be there

00:14:57.000 as a counterweight

00:14:57.820 to the BBC

00:14:58.300 and the Guardian

00:14:58.820 and Sky News

00:14:59.400 who just lie

00:15:00.080 about Tommy.

00:15:00.520 Please help

00:15:00.840 cover their

00:15:01.480 economy class

00:15:02.020 travel by

00:15:02.900 donating below.

00:15:04.160 And I am

00:15:05.320 pleased to say

00:15:05.940 that this has

00:15:06.540 been well

00:15:06.860 received.

00:15:09.040 And as it

00:15:10.600 will not surprise

00:15:11.280 you to learn,

00:15:12.780 other journalists

00:15:13.440 have contacted me

00:15:14.160 and said,

00:15:14.440 hey, can I get

00:15:14.940 a piece of that?

00:15:16.640 To which I say,

00:15:17.460 okay, do you have

00:15:19.460 a real audience?

00:15:22.160 I mean, with all

00:15:23.280 respect to folks

00:15:24.540 with a tiny blog,

00:15:25.900 the point here is

00:15:27.020 to spread the word

00:15:27.580 as far and wide

00:15:28.220 as possible.

00:15:29.240 There's one nice

00:15:29.960 fellow who approached

00:15:30.700 me from South Africa.

00:15:32.660 He said, I'm an up

00:15:33.660 and comer on YouTube.

00:15:34.760 And he sent me

00:15:37.280 the link to it.

00:15:37.700 He's got four

00:15:38.180 videos and they

00:15:40.300 have a few hundred

00:15:40.820 views each.

00:15:41.560 Seems like a really

00:15:42.400 good guy, but I'm

00:15:44.680 sorry, I just don't

00:15:45.480 think that meets the

00:15:46.300 pragmatic test of

00:15:47.740 flying someone in all

00:15:48.540 the way from South

00:15:49.140 Africa, which is

00:15:50.080 going to be extremely

00:15:50.620 expensive, to broadcast

00:15:53.220 to his audience of

00:15:54.200 hundreds.

00:15:54.620 And it's no

00:15:55.080 disrespect.

00:15:56.000 What we're talking

00:15:56.660 about here is

00:15:57.140 spreading the word.

00:15:57.740 The four people who

00:15:58.440 were coming have

00:15:59.460 audiences of hundreds

00:16:00.380 of thousands or even

00:16:01.240 millions.

00:16:01.600 I hope I'm not

00:16:05.100 breaching confidences.

00:16:06.120 It's surely not a

00:16:06.820 confidence, but I'm

00:16:08.040 delighted to say that

00:16:08.900 both Tommy and I have

00:16:10.000 been talking to an

00:16:11.200 Australian named Avi

00:16:12.380 Yemini, who's been a

00:16:13.780 very strong supporter of

00:16:14.800 Tommy's, so those of you

00:16:15.600 in Australia know this.

00:16:17.300 And I've been going

00:16:18.720 back and forth, it's

00:16:19.360 hard because of the

00:16:19.920 time zones, but Avi

00:16:21.260 Yemini wants to come

00:16:22.300 all the way from

00:16:22.820 Australia.

00:16:24.240 Now that's a very long

00:16:25.220 flight, as you know.

00:16:26.320 Maybe you don't know.

00:16:28.220 But I believe he has a

00:16:30.860 sufficient audience, and

00:16:32.780 I know he cares about

00:16:34.180 Tommy and telling the

00:16:35.140 truth about Tommy, so I

00:16:36.920 haven't confirmed things

00:16:38.540 with Avi, but I've had a

00:16:39.380 little bit of a back and

00:16:40.040 forth with him.

00:16:40.800 I don't think I'm

00:16:41.440 telling tales out of

00:16:42.220 school to say so.

00:16:44.420 And it's my goal to

00:16:47.760 bring Avi Yemini up from

00:16:48.700 Australia.

00:16:49.160 Wouldn't that be

00:16:49.600 something?

00:16:50.080 There's a lot of

00:16:50.620 Tommy fans in Australia,

00:16:51.580 I can tell you that.

00:16:54.900 If there are other

00:16:55.700 people, I haven't had a

00:16:57.080 chance to go through all

00:16:57.720 my emails, all my

00:16:58.580 emails, but there may be

00:17:00.580 other journalists.

00:17:00.980 I've reached out to a

00:17:01.820 journalist in Italy who I

00:17:03.240 think might be

00:17:03.660 interested.

00:17:05.160 So we have four confirmed

00:17:06.540 right now.

00:17:07.620 If we confirm Avi, that's

00:17:09.780 five.

00:17:10.300 Obviously I'm going.

00:17:11.520 That's six.

00:17:13.760 I'd love to get one or two

00:17:16.400 other journalists.

00:17:17.780 Wouldn't it be fun?

00:17:19.220 I don't know if Gavin

00:17:19.980 can come back again.

00:17:21.400 I don't know.

00:17:22.420 He rolls.

00:17:22.980 He doesn't travel light.

00:17:25.320 Wouldn't it be great if we

00:17:35.660 had eight journalists there?

00:17:36.740 Do you see what I'm

00:17:37.320 saying?

00:17:38.540 And what I've made crystal

00:17:39.820 clear to these other

00:17:40.560 journalists is there's no

00:17:41.540 strings attached.

00:17:42.920 I'm not looking to review

00:17:44.080 their work.

00:17:45.180 I'm not going to tell them

00:17:45.880 what to say.

00:17:46.340 If they have questions for

00:17:47.140 me, obviously I'll talk

00:17:47.960 their ear off.

00:17:49.520 Will I help them arrange a

00:17:50.780 private sit-down with Tommy

00:17:51.800 if they want an interview?

00:17:52.580 Absolutely.

00:17:53.060 That's the whole point

00:17:53.700 here.

00:17:54.440 But I'm not going to be

00:17:55.340 staring over their

00:17:56.040 shoulder.

00:17:56.380 I'm not going to be saying,

00:17:57.320 oh, let me see what you've

00:17:58.260 No, no, no, no, no.

00:17:59.760 So for example, Cassandra

00:18:01.140 Fairbanks, who writes for

00:18:02.520 Gateway Pundit, she covers

00:18:03.920 their Washington, D.C.

00:18:05.020 She's in Capitol Hill.

00:18:07.700 She's very good at this sort

00:18:08.820 of thing.

00:18:09.180 She needs no advice on how 0.99

00:18:11.140 to be a journalist.

00:18:11.840 And she's good at covering 0.99

00:18:12.820 these kind of stitch-ups,

00:18:14.840 right?

00:18:15.040 I mean, she's a little bit 0.73

00:18:16.000 taken with Julian Assange,

00:18:17.420 more so than I am, of course.

00:18:19.120 But she's used to covering,

00:18:21.200 quote, enemies of the

00:18:22.320 state.

00:18:23.220 I think she'll do

00:18:23.700 excellent work.

00:18:25.360 So Cassandra's coming,

00:18:26.180 these other journalists

00:18:26.760 are coming.

00:18:27.360 So just, I want you to

00:18:28.200 understand what the deal

00:18:29.160 is.

00:18:30.200 And it's important that

00:18:30.960 you do, and it's important

00:18:32.020 that the whole world

00:18:32.620 understands.

00:18:33.600 This is not a pay-for-play

00:18:35.260 where they're getting cash

00:18:36.580 to write a certain angle

00:18:37.620 about Tommy.

00:18:38.140 I will not see what they write

00:18:41.600 until it's published publicly.

00:18:43.660 I will have no editorial

00:18:44.920 control or oversight

00:18:46.200 whatsoever.

00:18:47.160 They will continue to report

00:18:49.020 to their own bosses.

00:18:50.200 They receive no fee for this.

00:18:52.060 All we're doing is taking

00:18:53.320 care of the expense

00:18:54.920 of the travel.

00:18:56.640 Economy class airfare.

00:18:59.520 Transfers from the airport,

00:19:00.880 probably a cab.

00:19:01.880 A three-star hotel,

00:19:04.380 not a four-star,

00:19:05.120 not a five-star,

00:19:06.160 you know,

00:19:06.540 holiday-in type thing.

00:19:08.620 And a hundred pounds,

00:19:10.200 what I call incidentals.

00:19:11.820 You know,

00:19:12.340 step into a Tesco Express,

00:19:14.140 get one of those

00:19:15.140 British sarnies.

00:19:15.900 I'll probably have so much fun

00:19:21.160 I'll take people out

00:19:22.120 for dinner,

00:19:22.520 but that's,

00:19:23.100 that's probably just

00:19:24.200 happened spontaneously.

00:19:25.780 Maybe we'll just go

00:19:26.300 to a pub or something.

00:19:28.080 So this is not

00:19:29.280 come and write something

00:19:30.920 nice about Tommy.

00:19:32.780 I think that will happen

00:19:33.960 because Tommy's case

00:19:34.960 is very compelling.

00:19:36.260 This is just,

00:19:36.940 please come and write

00:19:37.640 about Tommy.

00:19:38.360 Full stop.

00:19:39.860 Because we need

00:19:40.800 real reporters in there

00:19:42.580 doing real journalism,

00:19:44.620 not,

00:19:45.900 the anti-Tommy propaganda

00:19:48.280 that the eight 0.66

00:19:50.040 incumbent legacy media

00:19:52.180 have done.

00:19:52.720 What do you think of that?

00:19:55.860 Tommy's excited by it.

00:19:57.000 In fact,

00:19:57.300 he's the one who suggested

00:19:58.100 Avi Yemini to me.

00:20:00.020 I'm open to more suggestions.

00:20:03.120 In fact,

00:20:05.740 I should,

00:20:06.940 I should look in

00:20:08.860 these comments

00:20:10.300 in case there's more suggestions.

00:20:12.580 By the way,

00:20:13.200 it's 12-19

00:20:13.740 and I haven't done anything

00:20:14.860 I was setting out

00:20:15.520 to do in this hour.

00:20:17.660 But let me tell you

00:20:18.300 what things,

00:20:19.280 how this works here on,

00:20:20.980 this is called

00:20:21.500 YouTube Super Chat.

00:20:24.280 As you can see,

00:20:25.000 and I'm sorry,

00:20:25.420 have I missed any Super Chats?

00:20:26.580 No,

00:20:26.820 there's none yet.

00:20:28.220 Maybe because

00:20:28.780 I didn't mention it.

00:20:31.360 A Super Chat is

00:20:32.260 you can make your comment

00:20:33.380 in a bright highlighted color

00:20:36.060 by kicking in a few bucks

00:20:38.260 or pounds

00:20:38.980 or lira

00:20:39.480 or whatever your currency is,

00:20:41.760 pesos.

00:20:41.980 and if you have

00:20:43.820 a certain amount,

00:20:44.460 I don't know if it's

00:20:44.840 like five bucks

00:20:45.400 or something,

00:20:46.880 it's appended

00:20:48.100 to the top

00:20:50.040 of that little box

00:20:50.840 there for all to see.

00:20:52.020 I saw someone

00:20:53.320 chip in $50 once,

00:20:54.780 I think,

00:20:55.680 and that was up there

00:20:56.840 for like half an hour.

00:20:58.080 So the more you chip in,

00:20:59.700 the longer it's appended

00:21:00.760 up there,

00:21:01.100 which is pretty cool.

00:21:02.400 And the reason it's great

00:21:03.820 is because I think

00:21:04.660 we get 70%

00:21:05.720 of that dough.

00:21:07.040 So it's a form

00:21:08.040 of crowdfunding,

00:21:08.820 really.

00:21:09.540 And more to the point,

00:21:10.480 if you want me

00:21:10.980 to read your comment

00:21:13.500 or statement out loud,

00:21:14.560 that will be,

00:21:15.440 yeah,

00:21:16.120 as Novi said,

00:21:17.040 it's like normal chat,

00:21:17.940 but super.

00:21:19.120 Absolutely.

00:21:24.040 Matt Turner,

00:21:24.840 Ezra,

00:21:25.240 London needs a free newspaper.

00:21:26.620 The Metro

00:21:26.960 and Evening Standard

00:21:27.620 is distributed

00:21:28.240 to millions of tube commuters

00:21:29.580 every day of the week.

00:21:30.340 Yeah,

00:21:32.400 there is something

00:21:32.860 to be said

00:21:33.360 about free newspapers,

00:21:34.360 but I got to tell you,

00:21:36.120 and I say this

00:21:37.520 not only for my own

00:21:38.400 eyeball observation,

00:21:39.780 but by seeing the analytics

00:21:41.240 on our YouTube videos,

00:21:42.680 everyone in the UK

00:21:43.660 is reading everything

00:21:44.880 on their smartphones.

00:21:46.360 If they're on the tube,

00:21:47.900 if they get reception,

00:21:48.980 if they're on them

00:21:50.640 double-decker buses,

00:21:51.500 if they're just

00:21:51.840 booting around,

00:21:52.680 that is a smartphone culture.

00:21:55.240 I think they're even more

00:21:56.280 into their phones

00:21:57.080 than Americans 0.72

00:21:58.360 and Canadians,

00:21:59.080 if that's even possible.

00:22:00.340 But that's what I sense.

00:22:05.360 Let me read some more comments.

00:22:07.260 There's no super chats.

00:22:10.920 Lauren Southern

00:22:11.900 spelt the masculine way.

00:22:13.080 He says,

00:22:13.280 Gavin is too prickly.

00:22:14.480 Yeah, well, you know,

00:22:15.280 I mean,

00:22:15.580 you can detect that

00:22:16.440 because the name of his show

00:22:17.620 on CRTV is

00:22:18.560 Get Off My Lawn.

00:22:22.720 I think he fancies himself

00:22:24.520 a young Clint Eastwood

00:22:27.080 in Gran Torino.

00:22:28.500 Don't get off my lawn.

00:22:31.200 Yeah, he's a little prickly.

00:22:34.200 I see Alex 0393 says,

00:22:36.600 I'd have left the country by now.

00:22:37.720 He really loves his country.

00:22:38.800 Well, that's the thing.

00:22:39.740 I mean,

00:22:40.560 Tommy leaves the country

00:22:42.580 all the time.

00:22:43.200 He goes to Italy.

00:22:44.840 He goes to Germany.

00:22:45.740 He goes to Austria.

00:22:46.480 He goes to Poland.

00:22:47.120 He goes to Spain.

00:22:51.880 But he doesn't want to flee.

00:22:53.460 He's not fleeing.

00:22:55.280 He's a Brit.

00:22:56.060 It's in his blood.

00:22:56.820 You can't take Tommy out of Britain.

00:22:59.700 From Prussia with Love,

00:23:00.840 chips in 299,

00:23:02.180 says,

00:23:02.460 should dual citizens

00:23:03.580 be banned from our government?

00:23:06.300 Now,

00:23:07.200 I don't know what country

00:23:08.160 you're in

00:23:08.780 because

00:23:10.680 in Canada,

00:23:14.020 there is no rule

00:23:15.320 against dual citizenship.

00:23:16.880 In fact,

00:23:17.920 a great number of MPs

00:23:20.980 have more than one citizenship.

00:23:22.240 I know that in Australia,

00:23:23.360 this has caused

00:23:23.860 a constitutional crisis

00:23:24.920 because it is prohibited

00:23:26.700 down under.

00:23:28.580 I would like to think

00:23:29.620 that if you want to govern

00:23:31.940 and rule

00:23:33.080 in a country,

00:23:34.360 you ought to have

00:23:35.000 no other loyalties

00:23:36.080 but to that one country.

00:23:37.700 And you would think that,

00:23:39.000 well,

00:23:39.340 what if it's another

00:23:39.980 friendly country?

00:23:42.120 I mean,

00:23:42.520 what are the two closest

00:23:43.320 countries in the world?

00:23:44.680 Canada and the United States.

00:23:46.100 How could that possibly

00:23:47.020 be at odds?

00:23:47.780 They would never go to war.

00:23:48.980 Well,

00:23:49.400 they could go to a trade war.

00:23:51.400 And I suppose it depends

00:23:53.240 what you think

00:23:54.060 the obligations of citizenship are.

00:23:56.100 If you think it's just

00:23:58.380 a way to fly around

00:23:59.620 or an ID card,

00:24:01.760 then it means nothing to you.

00:24:02.700 But if you believe

00:24:03.220 that being a citizen

00:24:04.180 comes with not only rights

00:24:06.580 but some sort of duties,

00:24:07.900 mainly a duty of loyalty,

00:24:09.920 emotional and patriotic loyalty,

00:24:12.680 then how can you be loyal

00:24:13.900 to two people?

00:24:14.680 It would be like

00:24:15.320 being a bigamist

00:24:16.740 or a polygamist.

00:24:18.300 How can you be loyal

00:24:19.540 to more than one?

00:24:21.660 So I suppose my answer is

00:24:23.140 I don't really think,

00:24:25.300 I haven't thought a lot

00:24:26.060 about it.

00:24:27.560 But I don't see it.

00:24:29.080 I don't see it as natural

00:24:30.580 to be a citizen

00:24:32.280 of more than one country

00:24:33.200 in government.

00:24:33.980 I'm not saying

00:24:34.480 it should be banned.

00:24:35.140 I'm not saying

00:24:35.500 it should be illegal

00:24:36.120 to be a dual citizen.

00:24:37.900 I don't think I would

00:24:38.680 go that far.

00:24:39.440 But certainly,

00:24:39.900 if you want to govern Canada,

00:24:42.240 be a Canadian.

00:24:43.120 If you want to govern America,

00:24:44.520 be an American.

00:24:45.680 As you know,

00:24:47.300 America requires its presidents 0.88

00:24:48.820 to be naturally born

00:24:50.000 in America.

00:24:52.340 You have to be born there. 0.56

00:24:53.300 I think that's a pretty

00:24:54.520 obvious point,

00:24:56.680 don't you?

00:24:57.920 All right,

00:24:58.120 it's 1224.

00:24:59.940 I invite,

00:25:00.760 oh, there we go,

00:25:01.760 Ingrid K. Warner

00:25:02.720 has a super chat for five bucks.

00:25:04.760 Your thoughts about Faith

00:25:05.720 being censored

00:25:06.320 by the mainstream media?

00:25:07.560 I know you think

00:25:08.380 she's a meme candidate, 0.99

00:25:09.860 but don't you think

00:25:10.480 she should have

00:25:11.240 a platform to speak?

00:25:12.200 There's some very

00:25:16.420 interesting points there,

00:25:17.500 Ingrid.

00:25:18.620 The first is,

00:25:20.060 I think that

00:25:20.940 if you are hosting

00:25:23.780 a forum,

00:25:24.960 a debate for mayor,

00:25:27.180 if you're a private

00:25:29.520 organization,

00:25:30.440 you should be able

00:25:31.040 to invite who you like,

00:25:31.960 especially if there's

00:25:33.280 30-odd candidates.

00:25:36.340 If it's your private property,

00:25:37.780 your private club,

00:25:39.020 invite whoever you want.

00:25:39.960 But I think you have

00:25:42.000 some sort of

00:25:42.660 a moral obligation.

00:25:44.960 Eh, not moral,

00:25:45.860 but if you're not

00:25:47.320 inviting the leading

00:25:49.480 candidates,

00:25:50.380 then you're not really

00:25:51.320 a forum, are you?

00:25:52.380 And it is a fact

00:25:53.480 that Faith has

00:25:54.580 polled to third.

00:25:57.260 And if you don't

00:25:59.240 want to have her,

00:25:59.840 then explain why.

00:26:01.400 Then explain why.

00:26:02.660 If there are any

00:26:03.940 forums that have

00:26:05.800 a public or

00:26:06.920 quasi-public nature

00:26:08.020 to them,

00:26:08.840 I think they ought

00:26:09.780 to be open

00:26:10.440 to anyone

00:26:11.620 who's a legitimate

00:26:12.320 candidate.

00:26:13.000 And if not,

00:26:15.660 what privileges

00:26:17.820 or powers

00:26:18.540 or rights

00:26:19.180 or benefits

00:26:20.020 do you get

00:26:20.560 by being a public

00:26:21.660 or quasi-public

00:26:22.420 institution?

00:26:23.500 There may even be

00:26:24.260 some laws

00:26:24.820 that touch on that.

00:26:27.200 For example,

00:26:27.780 I saw that Faith

00:26:28.600 tried to buy

00:26:29.180 some radio ads

00:26:30.280 and they were declined.

00:26:31.620 There may be some laws

00:26:32.700 governing political

00:26:34.220 expenditures,

00:26:34.880 because you could imagine

00:26:35.760 if you owned

00:26:37.040 a newspaper

00:26:37.660 or a radio station

00:26:38.620 and in a campaign

00:26:40.220 if you just banned

00:26:41.580 ads from a candidate

00:26:43.540 you opposed,

00:26:44.900 you could sink

00:26:45.580 a democracy.

00:26:47.280 I think there are

00:26:48.460 some laws

00:26:49.780 or regulations

00:26:50.300 in Canada,

00:26:50.960 especially with

00:26:51.360 regards to

00:26:52.200 electronic media

00:26:53.980 that are governed

00:26:55.960 by a lot of

00:26:57.300 regulations in Canada.

00:26:58.180 So those are my

00:27:00.940 answers to your

00:27:01.540 questions about

00:27:02.680 should she have

00:27:04.700 a platform to speak?

00:27:05.740 I would say

00:27:06.220 if someone in

00:27:07.740 private property

00:27:08.480 and a private

00:27:08.960 organization,

00:27:09.660 a private club

00:27:10.260 wants to have

00:27:10.940 their own

00:27:12.360 forum,

00:27:14.360 I think that's fine.

00:27:16.280 I think it might

00:27:17.140 lack credibility

00:27:17.840 if they don't

00:27:18.580 invite leading

00:27:19.100 candidates.

00:27:20.620 If there is

00:27:21.500 some public

00:27:22.480 or quasi-public

00:27:23.300 institution

00:27:23.960 or an institution

00:27:24.940 that's regulated

00:27:25.560 by law,

00:27:26.140 which I think

00:27:26.640 our radio and TV

00:27:27.340 are in this

00:27:27.900 respect,

00:27:29.260 then I think

00:27:29.880 they ought to

00:27:30.520 take ads from

00:27:31.940 anyone unless

00:27:32.500 that ad in some

00:27:33.380 other way

00:27:33.620 breaks the laws.

00:27:37.480 Keith McIntosh

00:27:38.300 says,

00:27:38.620 old news perhaps

00:27:39.340 but just found

00:27:39.920 out about the

00:27:40.400 cancellation of

00:27:41.020 the year of

00:27:41.280 cruise.

00:27:41.600 Anything else

00:27:42.020 in the works?

00:27:43.020 Yeah,

00:27:43.500 we were

00:27:43.840 deplatformed.

00:27:45.380 We always have

00:27:47.180 something on the

00:27:47.700 go.

00:27:48.040 I mean,

00:27:49.020 you say anything

00:27:49.720 else in the

00:27:50.100 works?

00:27:50.320 Just yesterday

00:27:50.920 actually we

00:27:51.480 announced,

00:27:52.000 can we put the

00:27:52.440 link up to

00:27:52.900 therebellive.com?

00:27:55.340 We announced

00:27:56.020 a terrestrial

00:27:57.520 get-together

00:27:58.340 next month

00:27:59.440 in Calgary,

00:28:00.860 Alberta.

00:28:01.400 I don't know

00:28:02.100 where you're

00:28:02.500 from,

00:28:02.920 Keith McIntosh,

00:28:04.680 so I don't

00:28:05.220 know what

00:28:05.800 province,

00:28:06.780 state,

00:28:07.120 city,

00:28:07.360 country you're

00:28:07.800 in,

00:28:07.960 but anyone

00:28:08.360 in Calgary.

00:28:09.560 Go to

00:28:10.100 therebellive.com,

00:28:11.400 scroll down

00:28:11.860 a bit there,

00:28:12.420 we can show

00:28:13.100 who some of

00:28:14.000 the speakers

00:28:14.480 are.

00:28:15.740 I think it's

00:28:16.360 a little bit

00:28:16.740 further down.

00:28:18.440 Yeah,

00:28:18.800 there we go,

00:28:19.520 there's my

00:28:20.220 chubby cheeks

00:28:22.180 right there in

00:28:22.960 the middle,

00:28:23.380 to my left

00:28:25.160 there is

00:28:25.620 Maxime Bernier,

00:28:26.480 to my right

00:28:26.840 Sheila Gunn-Reed,

00:28:28.040 Brad Trost,

00:28:28.860 look at that,

00:28:29.360 Lindsay Shepard,

00:28:30.560 she's great,

00:28:32.320 John Carbet,

00:28:33.640 the Justin,

00:28:34.320 anyway,

00:28:34.640 we got a lot

00:28:35.200 of folks coming,

00:28:35.880 got a lot of

00:28:36.280 folks coming,

00:28:37.080 Robbie Picard,

00:28:37.820 oil sands

00:28:38.280 activist,

00:28:38.740 Scott Winograd,

00:28:39.340 business activist,

00:28:41.140 oh yeah,

00:28:41.920 Lee Humphrey,

00:28:42.540 how could I forget,

00:28:43.440 he's a great

00:28:44.360 conservative

00:28:45.080 veterans activist.

00:28:47.800 So we got some

00:28:48.560 good stuff coming,

00:28:49.220 and we are

00:28:51.100 working on

00:28:52.400 other things,

00:28:54.300 I mean as you

00:28:54.700 may have heard,

00:28:55.920 in June and

00:28:56.380 July we took a

00:28:58.100 mission to

00:28:58.820 Israel,

00:28:59.300 which was very

00:28:59.760 interesting,

00:29:00.800 I want to go to

00:29:02.020 Hungary,

00:29:03.020 and what I mean

00:29:03.540 go to,

00:29:04.200 I don't mean a 0.99

00:29:04.980 vacation,

00:29:05.600 I'm not a

00:29:05.960 vacationer to

00:29:06.760 tell you the

00:29:07.160 truth,

00:29:08.620 I mean a

00:29:09.280 mission,

00:29:09.800 like a

00:29:10.000 fact-finding

00:29:10.420 mission,

00:29:11.080 a journalistic

00:29:11.740 mission,

00:29:12.700 but to take

00:29:13.720 enthusiastic rebels

00:29:15.420 with us,

00:29:16.040 I may give you

00:29:16.460 an example of

00:29:16.940 what I mean,

00:29:17.460 last year we

00:29:19.300 went to Iraq,

00:29:20.400 I think there

00:29:20.720 were six

00:29:21.040 of us,

00:29:21.700 and we made

00:29:22.380 a documentary

00:29:22.940 and we filmed

00:29:23.560 and we did

00:29:23.920 journalism,

00:29:25.260 but what happens

00:29:26.300 if there was a

00:29:26.900 superfan rebel

00:29:27.840 who said,

00:29:28.200 I want to

00:29:28.480 come?

00:29:30.080 Alright,

00:29:30.480 I mean Iraq

00:29:31.260 might be a

00:29:31.700 bad example

00:29:32.240 because of

00:29:32.660 security issues,

00:29:33.580 but for our

00:29:35.680 Israel trip I

00:29:36.240 think we had

00:29:36.600 61 people who

00:29:37.820 were superfans

00:29:38.500 who said,

00:29:38.840 well I'll pay

00:29:39.220 five grand or

00:29:40.540 whatever to

00:29:40.920 come to

00:29:41.860 Israel and

00:29:42.660 tootle around

00:29:43.220 with you guys,

00:29:43.760 so we had the

00:29:44.360 fact-finding

00:29:45.200 briefing for the

00:29:46.780 journalists,

00:29:47.460 but it was a

00:29:48.120 great time for

00:29:48.780 our most enthusiastic

00:29:49.540 rebels.

00:29:49.940 That's obviously

00:29:51.000 going to be a

00:29:51.440 lot more expensive

00:29:52.060 going to Israel,

00:29:52.840 going to Europe,

00:29:53.340 whatever,

00:29:53.880 than a one-day

00:29:55.320 conference in

00:29:56.020 Calgary,

00:29:56.480 but we will

00:29:57.260 continue to do

00:29:57.940 events.

00:29:58.200 We love events

00:29:59.020 and people seem

00:30:00.260 to like them

00:30:00.600 too.

00:30:00.820 All right,

00:30:02.940 I think,

00:30:03.400 have I caught up

00:30:04.060 with all the,

00:30:05.840 oh,

00:30:06.380 I think there's

00:30:07.360 one more super

00:30:08.100 chat,

00:30:08.380 I've got to

00:30:08.720 figure out

00:30:09.640 how to,

00:30:12.060 all righty,

00:30:14.500 top chat,

00:30:15.220 live chat,

00:30:15.740 here we go,

00:30:17.200 I'm just,

00:30:17.880 oh,

00:30:18.140 here we go,

00:30:18.680 Fraser McBurney,

00:30:19.720 thanks,

00:30:20.080 sorry it took me

00:30:20.540 a second to

00:30:21.060 find that,

00:30:22.280 the media party,

00:30:23.200 fake news,

00:30:23.900 CBC,

00:30:24.480 CTV,

00:30:24.960 global,

00:30:25.340 McLean's,

00:30:25.820 Toronto Star,

00:30:26.260 and politician,

00:30:28.040 did it arrive?

00:30:30.740 I don't understand

00:30:31.920 what you mean

00:30:32.540 by did it arrive.

00:30:36.740 But yeah,

00:30:37.440 that is,

00:30:37.840 that is what I,

00:30:38.660 that's what I call

00:30:39.840 the media party.

00:30:40.680 Okay,

00:30:41.240 it's 1230,

00:30:42.280 we've spent half

00:30:42.920 our time me

00:30:43.680 kibitzing about

00:30:44.500 the UK,

00:30:45.440 and then going

00:30:46.240 to some comments,

00:30:47.020 but I actually

00:30:47.520 have brought some

00:30:48.220 videos with me today.

00:30:49.320 I'm going to try

00:30:49.740 and get through them,

00:30:50.200 I've got four

00:30:50.620 videos here.

00:30:54.600 Let's take care

00:30:55.760 of the last one

00:30:56.820 from London.

00:30:57.360 When I was in London,

00:30:58.960 I went into the court,

00:31:01.400 19 minutes,

00:31:03.120 talked to Tommy,

00:31:04.380 went outside,

00:31:06.020 did a lot of

00:31:06.800 videos from the street.

00:31:09.060 If you want to see

00:31:09.560 my videos,

00:31:10.200 they're all up

00:31:10.760 on TommyTrial.com.

00:31:13.820 And so I was there

00:31:14.860 with our cameraman,

00:31:15.580 Ed,

00:31:15.760 and Gavin was there

00:31:16.640 and his cameraman,

00:31:17.200 Stuart,

00:31:18.360 and we sat down

00:31:21.200 at a pub.

00:31:22.640 Jason P.I.

00:31:23.880 says,

00:31:24.240 thank you,

00:31:24.740 Ezra,

00:31:24.980 for doing what

00:31:25.420 you're doing.

00:31:25.760 Hey,

00:31:26.580 thank you for

00:31:28.240 an amazing

00:31:28.600 super chat

00:31:29.300 contribution,

00:31:30.240 Jason.

00:31:32.100 So we're sitting

00:31:32.840 in this pub

00:31:33.420 right there

00:31:34.380 on the street

00:31:34.900 uploading our

00:31:39.180 video,

00:31:39.780 because our

00:31:40.360 cameramen record

00:31:41.140 like all these

00:31:41.780 megabytes of

00:31:42.920 video footage,

00:31:43.800 but we've got

00:31:44.180 to upload them

00:31:45.200 from their cameras

00:31:46.280 to our world

00:31:47.760 headquarters

00:31:48.320 here in Canada

00:31:49.260 to be edited

00:31:50.360 and uploaded,

00:31:51.580 right?

00:31:52.680 Just filming,

00:31:53.440 so we're in the pub

00:31:54.660 and added

00:31:55.580 and Stuart

00:31:55.920 are uploading

00:31:56.480 and I'm

00:31:57.600 obviously

00:31:57.880 snacking.

00:31:59.000 I had just

00:31:59.380 arrived that

00:31:59.880 morning.

00:32:00.220 Gavin's there

00:32:00.720 and we're there

00:32:02.220 for about an hour

00:32:02.840 and Gavin

00:32:04.240 says,

00:32:06.020 oh my God,

00:32:06.440 look at that,

00:32:06.860 look at that,

00:32:07.260 look at that.

00:32:07.740 and he says,

00:32:09.980 he points to a guy

00:32:10.840 outside on the street

00:32:11.680 and he says,

00:32:11.940 that's a jihadi. 0.81

00:32:14.140 That's a terrorist 0.80

00:32:15.100 or something.

00:32:15.660 He didn't say terrorist,

00:32:16.520 he said something

00:32:16.940 like it.

00:32:19.280 And I said,

00:32:19.960 what do you mean?

00:32:20.540 And he pointed out

00:32:21.520 that fella to me 1.00

00:32:22.460 and it's true

00:32:26.560 because I had earlier

00:32:29.500 when I was,

00:32:30.060 I told you,

00:32:30.360 when I was in the

00:32:30.760 canteen,

00:32:31.220 when I was in the

00:32:31.580 cafeteria,

00:32:32.200 I heard some cops

00:32:33.440 talking about,

00:32:34.980 they had intel

00:32:36.020 that a jihadist 0.95

00:32:36.820 was coming.

00:32:37.780 I didn't mention

00:32:38.360 that to you.

00:32:39.040 When I was in the

00:32:39.860 cafeteria,

00:32:40.780 there was a ton

00:32:41.500 of cops with us

00:32:42.380 for our own

00:32:43.480 protection,

00:32:44.040 by the way.

00:32:44.560 And there was

00:32:45.020 like 1,500

00:32:45.620 Tommy fans outside.

00:32:47.100 So we were up

00:32:47.960 there in the

00:32:48.360 cafeteria,

00:32:48.960 there was probably

00:32:49.520 three cops

00:32:50.420 and three

00:32:51.600 court police.

00:32:53.900 It felt good.

00:32:55.000 It felt safe.

00:32:56.560 Head of security

00:32:57.720 for the court

00:32:58.140 was there.

00:32:59.300 And I overheard

00:32:59.960 them talking

00:33:00.300 about some jihadi.

00:33:01.400 All right,

00:33:01.640 I thought,

00:33:01.920 well,

00:33:02.020 I'm glad they know.

00:33:03.520 So I guess

00:33:04.100 this was the guy.

00:33:04.920 And Gavin said,

00:33:06.280 there he is,

00:33:06.700 there he is.

00:33:07.860 And I said,

00:33:08.240 well,

00:33:08.360 look,

00:33:08.460 there's so many

00:33:09.080 cops here.

00:33:10.200 I'm not afraid.

00:33:11.680 Maybe I should be, 0.99

00:33:12.400 maybe I'm stupid. 0.99

00:33:13.480 And I got Ed, 0.99

00:33:14.460 our cameraman,

00:33:15.640 and he was

00:33:16.100 uploading stuff,

00:33:17.140 but,

00:33:18.420 you know,

00:33:19.460 I said,

00:33:19.760 well,

00:33:19.840 let's go and

00:33:20.280 talk to him.

00:33:23.300 And I just,

00:33:24.040 I said,

00:33:24.300 well,

00:33:24.420 how do you know

00:33:24.960 he's a jihadi?

00:33:26.400 And Gavin showed

00:33:27.140 me a story about him

00:33:28.700 in one of these

00:33:29.300 newspapers,

00:33:29.780 The Independent.

00:33:30.780 And he was on

00:33:31.280 some TV show

00:33:32.240 about jihadists.

00:33:33.280 I thought,

00:33:33.700 all right,

00:33:33.960 well,

00:33:34.100 that's enough for me.

00:33:34.520 Let's just go up

00:33:35.020 and talk to him.

00:33:36.840 So I did.

00:33:38.340 And it's about

00:33:39.340 a 15-minute interview,

00:33:40.480 and I encourage you

00:33:41.020 to watch the whole

00:33:41.740 thing on TommyTrial.com.

00:33:43.440 But I thought I'd

00:33:44.180 share it with you

00:33:44.600 in case you missed it.

00:33:45.680 Alex,

00:33:45.960 can we play all,

00:33:46.720 I don't know,

00:33:47.120 maybe two minutes

00:33:47.940 of my interview

00:33:49.720 with a jihadi,

00:33:50.680 real name,

00:33:52.620 Ricardo McFarlane.

00:33:54.740 But he,

00:33:55.540 of course,

00:33:55.960 has taken

00:33:56.460 a jihadi name.

00:33:58.460 Take a listen.

00:33:58.900 My name's Ezra Levant

00:34:01.760 from the rebel.media

00:34:02.920 in Canada.

00:34:03.820 What's your name?

00:34:04.960 Abdel Hakim.

00:34:07.060 Do you also go by

00:34:08.200 the name

00:34:08.440 Ricardo McFarlane?

00:34:09.880 That used to be

00:34:10.340 your name?

00:34:10.740 I'm Abdel Hakim.

00:34:11.520 That's my name.

00:34:12.640 And can I ask

00:34:13.680 what brought you

00:34:14.340 here today?

00:34:14.900 Were you here

00:34:15.200 for the Tommy

00:34:15.680 Robinson event?

00:34:17.220 You know what?

00:34:17.880 So it starts that way.

00:34:19.080 Can you guys

00:34:19.580 fast forward to

00:34:20.480 when I ask him

00:34:21.560 about what his

00:34:22.800 punishment for Tommy

00:34:24.000 would be?

00:34:24.600 I ask him

00:34:26.660 and that's about

00:34:27.320 two-thirds or

00:34:27.940 three-quarters

00:34:28.420 of the way through.

00:34:29.420 I say,

00:34:30.120 what do you think

00:34:30.560 should be done

00:34:31.060 to Tommy?

00:34:32.300 And he says,

00:34:33.640 well,

00:34:35.400 the Sharia punishment 0.99

00:34:36.300 for blasphemy.

00:34:37.720 And I said,

00:34:38.200 what's that?

00:34:39.660 And here.

00:34:41.820 You know what?

00:34:42.260 I put my hands up.

00:34:42.940 That's why I want

00:34:43.280 to debate Tommy Robinson.

00:34:44.360 If you put his hand up

00:34:45.020 and say,

00:34:45.200 you know,

00:34:45.320 I was wrong about this,

00:34:46.480 you know,

00:34:46.780 or even if you had

00:34:47.700 the intellectual debate

00:34:48.680 with a knowledgeable Muslim,

00:34:51.000 okay,

00:34:51.280 on the certain things

00:34:51.920 he's saying,

00:34:52.700 then Alhamdulillah,

00:34:53.360 like,

00:34:53.540 you know,

00:34:53.700 that's fine.

00:34:54.980 What he's saying

00:34:55.740 is very provocative

00:34:56.660 and it's very disingenuous.

00:34:58.420 Can I ask you

00:34:58.820 a few quick questions

00:34:59.700 then I'm going to get out of here.

00:35:00.520 You've been very generous

00:35:01.100 with your time

00:35:01.580 and I know there's other folks

00:35:02.660 who want to talk to you.

00:35:03.480 Just some quick snappers.

00:35:05.040 Do you think that,

00:35:06.460 do you think that someone

00:35:08.120 who is a homosexual 1.00

00:35:09.740 should be allowed 0.95

00:35:11.180 to be a teacher

00:35:11.940 in a school?

00:35:13.360 Say that again, sir?

00:35:13.960 Do you think that someone

00:35:14.720 who is gay,

00:35:15.620 who's a homosexual, 0.96

00:35:17.060 should they be allowed 0.51

00:35:17.660 to be a teacher

00:35:18.260 in a school in the UK?

00:35:19.720 I don't think it makes sense.

00:35:20.660 Homosexuality doesn't make sense. 1.00

00:35:22.020 If someone,

00:35:22.900 if someone...

00:35:23.040 You don't think they should be,

00:35:23.800 but...

00:35:24.080 I don't think there's

00:35:24.580 such thing as homosexuality.

00:35:25.540 Well, 0.97

00:35:26.400 gay people think there is. 1.00

00:35:27.640 Let me speak here. 0.57

00:35:28.200 But I'm not asking

00:35:29.020 about the deeper theory.

00:35:29.840 I want a quick answer.

00:35:30.840 Should they be allowed

00:35:31.500 to teach?

00:35:31.800 It's important though

00:35:32.160 because there's a belief 0.94

00:35:32.880 that says that you're born gay 0.96

00:35:34.400 and I don't believe that makes sense. 0.97

00:35:35.440 Okay.

00:35:35.820 Next question.

00:35:36.680 Should it be against the law

00:35:38.320 to criticize Mohammed?

00:35:40.420 Say again?

00:35:41.020 Should it be against the law

00:35:42.080 to criticize Mohammed?

00:35:44.640 Like to draw a cartoon of him?

00:35:46.860 Well,

00:35:47.100 that is against the law

00:35:47.700 in Islam, yeah.

00:35:48.360 And is it acceptable

00:35:50.680 to commit violence

00:35:52.540 against someone

00:35:53.360 who makes a cartoon of...

00:35:54.820 Are you interested in the foundations

00:35:57.300 of the Sharia?

00:35:58.220 I want to understand who you are

00:35:59.960 because I was told

00:36:00.620 you're a jihadist 0.77

00:36:01.540 and I want to know the truth.

00:36:02.440 Do you accept the foundation?

00:36:05.800 It went on for quite a while.

00:36:07.460 He was very evasive

00:36:08.460 but he did confirm for me

00:36:10.180 that he thought the death penalty

00:36:11.300 was the appropriate sanction 0.99

00:36:13.020 for anyone who mocked Islam.

00:36:14.980 He thought that Tommy

00:36:16.080 was guilty of blasphemy

00:36:17.340 and so the death penalty

00:36:18.340 should apply.

00:36:19.520 I asked him if he thought

00:36:20.340 gays should be allowed

00:36:21.040 to be teachers 0.96

00:36:21.620 which is an interesting question

00:36:22.920 I thought.

00:36:24.320 He wouldn't answer it.

00:36:25.300 He said there's no such thing

00:36:26.160 as gay.

00:36:27.660 I said 0.82

00:36:28.400 if someone

00:36:30.220 told you

00:36:33.100 they were going to join ISIS

00:36:34.080 and become a terrorist 0.54

00:36:34.900 would you report them

00:36:35.880 to the police?

00:36:37.240 He said no.

00:36:38.340 I would not.

00:36:39.420 I asked him if that ever happened

00:36:40.720 if anyone told him

00:36:41.640 he went to

00:36:42.220 join a terrorist group

00:36:43.920 he wouldn't tell me.

00:36:45.760 It was interesting.

00:36:47.060 He was a slippery fish.

00:36:48.440 He was evasive.

00:36:49.040 He was vague.

00:36:50.080 But as you could see there

00:36:51.240 from when I introduced myself

00:36:52.720 to him at first

00:36:53.300 to 10 minutes in

00:36:54.900 quite a crowd had gathered.

00:36:57.660 They were hostile to him

00:36:58.800 obviously.

00:36:59.260 they were chanting

00:37:00.320 and arguing

00:37:00.840 and I said

00:37:01.220 hush, hush

00:37:01.720 let me try and

00:37:02.660 extract some answers

00:37:03.760 from him.

00:37:04.280 You can have at him later.

00:37:05.800 It was an interesting

00:37:06.580 coda

00:37:07.260 to my day there

00:37:08.880 and a reminder

00:37:09.600 that though we had seen

00:37:10.980 hundreds

00:37:15.180 I think 1,500

00:37:16.680 Tommy supporters

00:37:18.240 there were also people

00:37:20.360 who would kill Tommy

00:37:21.260 if they could. 1.00

00:37:22.340 Kill him 1.00

00:37:22.920 if they could. 1.00

00:37:24.100 That's why we had the police.

00:37:26.440 For example

00:37:26.700 Bernie

00:37:27.140 says

00:37:28.760 it was a shirt

00:37:30.120 Alan Ansel

00:37:32.640 said

00:37:32.960 how do you like

00:37:33.520 the flag?

00:37:34.860 If you're talking

00:37:35.700 about the rebel flag

00:37:36.840 I loved it.

00:37:37.880 Thank you very much.

00:37:41.520 The phrase

00:37:42.200 I'm sorry

00:37:42.600 I just don't quite

00:37:43.520 understand what you mean

00:37:44.460 and forgive me.

00:37:45.120 I just don't understand

00:37:47.600 what you mean

00:37:49.360 but thank you

00:37:50.580 for your super chat

00:37:51.720 anyways.

00:37:52.400 Okay let's check the time

00:37:53.240 it's 1237

00:37:54.100 what are we doing?

00:37:55.280 It's called super chat.

00:37:56.520 I have some video clips

00:37:57.460 I want to show

00:37:58.040 I kibitz with you

00:37:59.440 real time

00:38:00.300 tell you about the week

00:38:01.340 I look at some

00:38:02.680 chat

00:38:03.360 I try and read

00:38:04.120 all the ones

00:38:04.620 that are super chats

00:38:05.400 because those help

00:38:06.240 pay our bills

00:38:06.800 thank you for that.

00:38:08.660 I showed you

00:38:09.580 the jihadi

00:38:10.260 let's do one more

00:38:13.260 on the jihad theme

00:38:14.100 I want to play

00:38:14.560 two minutes

00:38:15.160 this is from

00:38:16.380 Deutsche Well

00:38:17.020 which is a German

00:38:18.640 broadcaster

00:38:19.500 a friend of ours

00:38:21.380 translated it

00:38:23.280 into English

00:38:24.260 this is about

00:38:25.100 as you know

00:38:26.100 Greece

00:38:26.640 is in the Mediterranean

00:38:28.200 and obviously

00:38:29.800 a lot of the migrants 1.00

00:38:31.040 coming both

00:38:33.080 from Syria

00:38:34.060 and Iraq

00:38:34.780 and from

00:38:36.020 North Africa

00:38:36.660 wind up in Greece

00:38:39.200 either they go there

00:38:40.020 by boat

00:38:40.720 or the European Union

00:38:42.240 dumps them there

00:38:43.440 but the island

00:38:44.300 of Lesbos

00:38:45.380 once a tourist

00:38:47.340 destination

00:38:47.940 is now basically

00:38:49.220 a squalid

00:38:50.220 refugee camp

00:38:52.020 but that's not

00:38:52.560 all it is

00:38:53.160 because who runs

00:38:54.020 the refugee camp?

00:38:56.060 well look

00:38:56.660 it's not just

00:38:57.500 lambs

00:38:58.580 in the refugee camp

00:38:59.640 it's wolves

00:39:00.500 as well

00:39:01.960 no one is sorting

00:39:02.940 the lambs

00:39:03.520 from the wolves

00:39:04.160 when these folks

00:39:04.800 come over

00:39:05.300 from terrorist places

00:39:07.040 so well

00:39:08.040 I'll let you

00:39:08.440 watch for yourself

00:39:09.140 here's two minutes

00:39:09.780 from Deutsche Well

00:39:10.540 Eins scheint klar

00:39:13.760 ihre Methoden

00:39:14.840 sind brutal 1.00

00:39:15.680 wenn sie jemanden

00:39:19.700 angreifen

00:39:20.280 dann tun sie es

00:39:21.160 zu zwanzigst

00:39:22.060 sie benutzen

00:39:23.060 Eisenstangen

00:39:23.880 und schlagen

00:39:24.420 gnadenlos zu

00:39:25.420 dabei rufen sie

00:39:26.480 dieselben Parolen

00:39:27.380 wie der IS

00:39:28.020 sie sagen

00:39:28.740 Gott ist groß

00:39:29.940 und der IS

00:39:30.920 wird überleben

00:39:31.680 und sich ausbreiten

00:39:32.640 kabru

00:39:33.160 allahu akbar

00:39:34.100 wa baqia 0.86

00:39:35.280 watetamadad

00:39:36.740 that's fair enough

00:39:42.800 you know

00:39:43.300 you get the point

00:39:44.020 you get the point

00:39:44.920 is that

00:39:46.620 ISIS may be 0.96

00:39:48.760 stomped out

00:39:49.720 in Syria

00:39:50.520 thanks to

00:39:52.220 Donald Trump

00:39:52.680 and Vladimir Putin

00:39:53.420 but ISIS

00:39:53.960 is alive and well

00:39:55.600 on the Isle of Lesbos

00:39:57.160 in the refugee camps

00:39:58.940 and that is not

00:39:59.740 surprising to me

00:40:00.580 it may be surprising

00:40:01.240 to you

00:40:01.640 but

00:40:02.600 when I was in Germany

00:40:05.180 a couple years back

00:40:05.920 I met

00:40:06.420 people who had

00:40:07.520 fled

00:40:08.440 Syria and Iraq

00:40:10.520 to go to Germany

00:40:11.540 and then once in Germany

00:40:12.860 they had fled

00:40:13.920 the German

00:40:15.720 refugee absorption

00:40:17.320 centers

00:40:17.740 because they were

00:40:18.500 run

00:40:18.960 by ISIS

00:40:20.320 anyone who is

00:40:22.160 not Muslim 0.99

00:40:23.120 must obviously

00:40:24.160 flee

00:40:24.620 and anyone who is

00:40:25.780 a moderate Muslim

00:40:26.640 let's call them 0.88

00:40:27.100 a lamb

00:40:27.780 is devoured

00:40:29.420 by the wolves

00:40:29.980 and you heard there

00:40:30.680 that in this

00:40:31.220 refugee camp

00:40:31.940 in Greece

00:40:32.640 they attack

00:40:33.860 in packs

00:40:34.260 it's run

00:40:34.940 by the terrorists

00:40:35.500 and by the way

00:40:37.560 you can't even

00:40:39.480 get into a refugee 1.00

00:40:40.520 camp usually

00:40:41.440 if you're not

00:40:43.480 Muslim

00:40:43.880 when I was

00:40:45.260 in Iraq

00:40:45.880 I saw with my

00:40:46.460 own eyes

00:40:47.020 refugee camps

00:40:49.000 of forgotten

00:40:49.520 refugees

00:40:50.000 Christians

00:40:50.600 and Yazidis

00:40:51.440 who would

00:40:53.240 either be kept

00:40:53.800 out of the

00:40:54.220 UN

00:40:54.580 refugee camps

00:40:55.700 by UN

00:40:56.340 officials

00:40:56.820 or they knew

00:40:57.980 better than

00:40:58.700 to go in

00:40:59.340 because they

00:40:59.600 would be killed 0.91

00:41:00.020 there

00:41:00.340 fellas have I 0.92

00:41:03.320 missed any

00:41:03.840 super chats

00:41:04.560 all right

00:41:06.080 I want to

00:41:06.480 shift gears

00:41:07.380 let's check

00:41:08.860 the time

00:41:09.200 it's 1240

00:41:09.740 we've got a few

00:41:10.140 minutes

00:41:10.400 I saw a little

00:41:12.660 TV ad today

00:41:13.560 I don't know

00:41:13.900 if it's actually

00:41:14.280 going to air

00:41:15.020 but I like this

00:41:16.240 ad

00:41:16.540 I liked it

00:41:17.320 it's

00:41:18.000 it's

00:41:18.340 I'm shifting gears

00:41:19.220 now I'm talking

00:41:19.620 about other things

00:41:20.440 we talked enough

00:41:21.240 about Tommy

00:41:21.720 and she had

00:41:22.680 that can't be

00:41:23.100 the only thing

00:41:23.480 we talk about

00:41:23.960 the nomination

00:41:29.540 and ratification

00:41:31.480 of Brett

00:41:33.980 Kavanaugh

00:41:34.400 to the Supreme

00:41:35.460 Court of the

00:41:35.860 United States

00:41:36.420 has been very

00:41:37.040 interesting

00:41:37.540 in my view

00:41:39.500 every single

00:41:40.720 allegation

00:41:41.280 against him

00:41:41.900 has evaporated

00:41:43.680 and evanesced

00:41:45.000 look that word

00:41:45.780 up for you

00:41:46.580 evanesce

00:41:47.980 you've probably

00:41:48.620 heard of the

00:41:48.880 band evanescence

00:41:49.700 it's

00:41:53.000 faded away

00:41:54.600 like

00:41:55.000 like vapor

00:41:57.000 but the damage

00:41:59.360 is done

00:41:59.740 isn't it

00:42:00.280 take a look

00:42:01.840 at this very

00:42:02.360 touching video

00:42:03.260 called

00:42:04.120 Mums 0.75

00:42:34.480 an

00:42:36.000 I am innocent of this charge.

00:42:54.360 You must always believe the women. 1.00

00:42:58.260 Refuted by the people allegedly there.

00:43:01.340 I may never be able to teach again.

00:43:03.220 Totally and permanently destroyed.

00:43:15.940 Yeah, what do you think of that?

00:43:17.480 I think that's exactly right.

00:43:19.240 I saw a poll yesterday.

00:43:21.360 Well, Donald Trump himself tweeted it.

00:43:22.800 That's how I saw it.

00:43:24.320 Trump's at 50%.

00:43:25.380 He's back up at 50%.

00:43:26.780 A little bit of wind in the sails.

00:43:29.020 And the Republicans, how did that happen?

00:43:30.340 We've just had a disastrous two, three weeks of absolute smears against Brett Kavanaugh.

00:43:38.180 So how could the Republicans be up?

00:43:40.900 Well, because although the alt left and the Soros left and the media party left and the 0.99

00:43:45.220 Feinstein left loved the smear, I think the rest of America said, whoa, you guys are crazy.

00:43:53.440 You're going through someone's high school yearbook about how many beers he drank in high 1.00

00:43:58.620 school, you guys are crazy. 0.98

00:44:02.360 And not just crazy, but you're trying to set a new standard. 0.99

00:44:06.820 The Me Too movement had a lot of bases, especially liberal Hollywood, full of predators like 0.71

00:44:11.560 Harvey Weinstein.

00:44:13.320 But to say that Brett Kavanaugh, who's a Boy Scout, I mean, sure, he had some beers in high 0.88

00:44:19.260 school or college to say that to try and demonize him as a gang rapist.

00:44:24.280 That was actually one of the things they said.

00:44:26.000 Just shocking.

00:44:27.660 And I think it's backfired very much.

00:44:31.220 So, yeah.

00:44:31.940 By the way, I just want to say that while Donald Trump hit 50% approval in the Rasmussen poll

00:44:36.740 yesterday, I checked, and the latest poll for Justin Trudeau is 40%.

00:44:42.240 You wouldn't think so, based on the treatment that each candidate, each leader has in the

00:44:49.440 mainstream media.

00:44:51.040 Hey, Alex, I just clicked in what Fraser McBurney was referring to.

00:44:54.660 Can you bring me that white shirt back there?

00:44:57.640 Do you see the white shirt right behind you there?

00:44:59.520 Um, uh, you just come right on over here.

00:45:05.860 I think, it just hit me.

00:45:07.660 I think I know exactly.

00:45:09.600 Yeah, thanks.

00:45:10.780 What, uh, Fraser, is this what you mean?

00:45:15.600 The rebel.

00:45:17.040 Ha, ha, ha, ha.

00:45:19.080 The media party, fake news, CTV.

00:45:20.840 I did, I did get it.

00:45:22.560 So I just didn't understand what you meant at first.

00:45:24.700 So thank you very much for sending that.

00:45:27.300 It was just a bit of a time delay.

00:45:28.880 I did not know what you meant in your super chat.

00:45:31.420 But it was right there.

00:45:32.940 Um, you can't see it from here, but through the glass window in the studio, we got a little

00:45:37.080 makeup.

00:45:37.520 I put TV makeup on, and I got a little rack of clothes there, like shirts and stuff, and

00:45:41.740 it was right there.

00:45:42.340 So yes, I have it, and thank you for that.

00:45:45.100 Um, I want to show you one more video.

00:45:46.760 It's 12.45.

00:45:48.060 Oh, there's a super chat I hear in my ear.

00:45:50.000 Let's take a look.

00:45:50.600 See, primpal08, $5.

00:45:52.580 Thank you.

00:45:52.900 Meanwhile, Keith Ellison accuser came forward right away and has police reports and medical records

00:45:57.680 Democrats want her to shut up and go away. 1.00

00:46:00.540 Mainstream media blackout.

00:46:02.600 You're exactly right.

00:46:04.360 Um, there is an absolute double standard.

00:46:08.440 Um, Saturday Night Live had Matt Damon come on to play Brett Kavanaugh.

00:46:17.880 And I got to say, Matt Damon can be a good actor when he wants to be.

00:46:21.880 And I laughed.

00:46:22.600 I laughed.

00:46:23.640 But I thought, holy Lord, thunder and Jesus, Matt Damon?

00:46:30.900 Matt Damon had his own sexual misconduct, me too moment.

00:46:36.460 What, what are you doing? 0.90

00:46:39.400 Well, I'll tell you what, this was Hollywood's way of saying, hey, Matt, we know you're a sexual 0.99

00:46:45.560 predator, but you can get back in the cool kids club. 0.98

00:46:49.560 If you come on Saturday Night Live and attack Brett Kavanaugh with everything you got, if 0.96

00:46:55.760 you do that, if you take the stain of your own real sexual misconduct and fling it on

00:47:02.380 Brett Kavanaugh falsely, you'll have bought your, your indulgence.

00:47:08.280 You'll be out of purgatory.

00:47:09.380 That's what happened there.

00:47:10.420 The left does not actually care about sexual assault, especially from decades ago.

00:47:16.620 It was so, well, Bill Clinton would be prosecuted, wouldn't he?

00:47:22.700 I got one more video I want to show you today.

00:47:25.520 I might think of another, you never know.

00:47:28.680 Um, you know, it's hard for conservative YouTube channels like ours that are political

00:47:33.640 commentary to get a million views.

00:47:36.120 Now I know that the best of the best can get them.

00:47:39.180 Um, I can count them on one hand.

00:47:41.320 Mark Dice can get a million views.

00:47:43.780 Paul Joseph Watson can get a million views.

00:47:46.160 Steven Crowder can get a million views.

00:47:47.780 Obviously Joe Rogan.

00:47:49.500 Um, one of the ways those guys get a million views is they only do one video a day.

00:47:55.860 Or in some of those cases, they only do a couple of videos a week.

00:47:59.700 We do 10 videos a day.

00:48:01.880 Um, so just the amount of output we have, um, for a number of reasons, we're not going

00:48:09.500 to have 10 million view videos a day.

00:48:11.920 More to the point, we are under active censorship by YouTube, something they confirmed to us.

00:48:17.180 Um, so we used to be able to get half a million, a million views, not rarely, um, but it's been

00:48:25.060 harder under the new algorithms.

00:48:26.580 And if we have any key, it really kicked in, by the way, when we went to Iraq, that's when

00:48:30.660 I first noticed it very, very harshly.

00:48:33.840 Anything with word Trudeau, feminist, or ISIS in it, YouTube says, no, we're not showing

00:48:38.220 that to anyone.

00:48:39.700 Um, even the super chat, we've got 1.05 million subscribers and only half a thousand are watching.

00:48:48.300 Many people say they don't even get notifications.

00:48:50.320 That's YouTube for you.

00:48:51.180 That's YouTube.

00:48:51.660 What are you going to do?

00:48:52.060 Um, but I want to show you a video that is going to hit 1 million views today.

00:48:59.820 It's by our friend Sheila Gunn-Reed, and it's just a great little video, and it's gone so

00:49:04.760 viral, I thought, shoot, you know, that doesn't happen to, YouTube shuts us down.

00:49:09.420 They demonetize, they do things.

00:49:11.340 I don't know if someone was asleep at the switch, but they've neither demonetized nor, uh, suppressed

00:49:16.020 this video.

00:49:16.680 Here, take a look.

00:49:17.200 In a lot of those images, Dovgalyuk posts, the trains are mostly empty.

00:49:24.880 So if someone wants to just spread out, like who really cares?

00:49:28.740 Well, that activist cares, but she doesn't care about politeness or trying not to take 1.00

00:49:34.320 up too much space when there isn't a lot of space to go around.

00:49:38.140 You can see there's lots of space to share, enough for everybody.

00:49:42.580 Dovgalyuk's attacking these men who are very clearly depicted as minding their own business

00:49:49.240 because they aren't keeping their legs in a way she and her feminist leg police cohorts 1.00

00:49:55.560 want them to.

00:49:56.940 It's so weird.

00:49:58.460 This Russian protester, though, she's not exactly known for her good sense, at least amongst the 1.00

00:50:04.340 world of reasonable people.

00:50:05.720 Well, late last year, Dovgalyuk protested the fact that upskirting or taking clandestine

00:50:11.400 photos of women from below up their skirts isn't criminalized in Russia.

00:50:17.520 And how did she protest that injustice?

00:50:20.360 Well, she stood in the busy St. Petersburg subway station and lifted her skirt and flashed

00:50:27.540 her underpants for hundreds of people to see. 1.00

00:50:30.580 To protest upskirting, yeah, that'll teach those horny upskirting bastards, won't it? 1.00

00:50:37.420 Anyway, back to the alleged bleach assaults. 0.99

00:50:41.600 And that's really what they are if they indeed happened.

00:50:44.580 They are assaults.

00:50:45.860 You can't just go around pouring things on other people you don't like.

00:50:50.320 And by the female attackers... 1.00

00:50:52.340 Anyway, so you can see, maybe you can see why it got a lot of views, but it's about this

00:50:56.380 so-called feminist activist who just goes to... 1.00

00:51:00.260 I don't know if you caught it.

00:51:01.340 This feminist activist in Moscow just walks up to guys on the subway and pours bleach on 1.00

00:51:07.140 their crotches. 0.52

00:51:08.680 Now, there's some question as to whether or not that's real or if it's like a hoax or 0.69

00:51:13.340 a setup.

00:51:14.040 But what Sheila points out is it is very real that feminists are cheering what she did,

00:51:20.180 whether or not it's a real video of her pouring acid on people or not, or bleach on them.

00:51:26.380 And the reaction is, you go, girl.

00:51:29.000 Yeah, you pour bleach on those guys.

00:51:31.400 Woo, right on. 1.00

00:51:32.600 And she makes a very compelling point.

00:51:34.240 Imagine if the roles were reversed, if it was guys pouring bleach on women in a sexual 0.67

00:51:39.180 way or something.

00:51:40.240 But I just wanted to share that video with you.

00:51:42.420 If you haven't seen it, you can find it elsewhere on our YouTube page.

00:51:45.580 It's going to hit a million today.

00:51:46.780 I just thought it was a good video.

00:51:47.620 It was very well done by Sheila.

00:51:50.440 And I can see why it's getting a million views.

00:51:54.100 Okay, I see it's 12.51.

00:51:56.020 I see another super chat from Blaine Sandberg.

00:51:58.440 I would also like to see some actual footage of what is actually going on on the hotels

00:52:01.940 that house refugees.

00:52:03.200 Well, that is another one of Sheila's beats. 0.90

00:52:06.900 And she has used access to information requests to get information from the government about

00:52:11.340 what these hotels are reporting.

00:52:13.240 Just for those of you who are not from Canada, our prime minister, I call him the shiny pony,

00:52:19.220 Justin Trudeau, has decided to stack illegal refugees.

00:52:24.260 They're not refugees. 0.85

00:52:26.440 Most of them have just walked across the border from New York State into Canada.

00:52:30.660 He's storing them in hotels.

00:52:33.060 Like whole migrant families in hotels. 1.00

00:52:35.060 He's turning these hotels into refugees camps. 1.00

00:52:38.200 But no one's warning the public.

00:52:40.840 So there might be a few empty rooms in the hotel.

00:52:43.380 Someone books and shows up.

00:52:46.620 And they say, where the hell am I?

00:52:48.640 And it's not just a weirdness.

00:52:52.540 It's a danger.

00:52:53.800 It's a risk in a number of ways.

00:52:55.540 And these ways have been documented on TripAdvisor.

00:52:57.600 But two things happened.

00:53:00.360 First of all, Trudeau's staff went on TripAdvisor.

00:53:03.520 They had this scheme to put fake positive reviews on TripAdvisor.

00:53:09.700 And then TripAdvisor itself started blocking any critical reviews of hotels that had these

00:53:16.880 refugee camps in them.

00:53:17.740 That's incredible.

00:53:18.800 So more must-see TV from Sheila there.

00:53:24.060 I see another super chat from SN, who says, can the Menzoid make a video regarding Faith 0.92

00:53:29.860 Goldie being destroyed by censorship?

00:53:33.860 Well, you know, my view on Faith Goldie is what I've shared before.

00:53:40.840 We fired her a year ago because she went on an explicitly neo-Nazi podcast on the Daily

00:53:49.100 Stormer.

00:53:49.640 The name itself is an allusion to Hitler's propaganda newspaper, the Sturmer.

00:53:56.340 And frankly, the reasons that we fired Faith a year ago persist.

00:53:59.740 And she has not ameliorated, corrected, amended, or repudiated what she did there or for, frankly,

00:54:06.000 the year afterwards.

00:54:06.680 And while I have expressed myself about half an hour ago that I object to public or quasi-public

00:54:16.060 organizations banning any legitimate candidate for office from attending a forum or from

00:54:22.260 buying ads, that is not the same as me supporting Faith's candidacy, which I do not.

00:54:28.180 I don't feel the need to weigh in in a heavy manner.

00:54:32.640 I don't think she has a chance of winning.

00:54:34.500 I don't even think she would claim she does.

00:54:38.280 I think the campaign itself has actually been fairly well done.

00:54:42.820 But she has a stinger in her. 1.00

00:54:46.760 She's had it in her for a year.

00:54:48.580 And she's had this year-long odyssey of things she's said in public that are just unacceptable

00:54:55.180 things.

00:54:55.940 And you can't just delete some old tweets and pretend that year never happened.

00:55:00.520 That was not a private, you know, detour.

00:55:06.500 That was not a, you know, that was an extremely public bender of racialism, if not outright racism.

00:55:15.540 And you can't just delete some tweets and pretend it's done and that nobody noticed.

00:55:20.220 It may be that, you know, very few people actually listen to the Daily Stormer podcast,

00:55:24.720 but I did listen to it.

00:55:26.440 And I don't think that until Faith addresses those errors in judgment of the last year,

00:55:35.240 I don't think that she ought to be supported.

00:55:37.680 Now, that's, again, as I said about 45 minutes ago about Tommy Robinson.

00:55:41.460 You don't have to agree with someone, support them, or even like them to support their free

00:55:46.380 speech.

00:55:48.060 So I would, of course, support Faith's free speech as I would support any Canadian citizen

00:55:52.660 having free speech.

00:55:53.820 And if you meet the test to run for public office, you should be able to run for office.

00:55:57.460 And if there's a public forum, you should be allowed into the public forum.

00:56:00.940 If it's on private property by private event, they ought to have the right to exclude you

00:56:05.180 based on their own freedom of association.

00:56:06.740 But that's different than supporting her candidacy, which I'm afraid I can't do.

00:56:11.540 But other than really talking about it in super chats when people press me on the subject,

00:56:17.440 I don't feel compelled to weigh in.

00:56:19.120 I'm not going to do a big video on it.

00:56:21.740 I'm not going to do a show on it.

00:56:22.800 I'm not going to make a big to-do about it.

00:56:25.740 I think the election's going to come and go in a couple weeks, and it's going to be over.

00:56:29.880 And I think that's all I have to say about that.

00:56:35.400 It is 12.56.

00:56:37.040 We have four more minutes.

00:56:38.300 I'm not going to try and read, do any new video clip.

00:56:41.920 I'm going to read some more comments.

00:56:50.320 Alex O393.

00:56:51.820 Well, after the pants are off, I'd have homicide, so we just add it to the top.

00:56:55.380 Okay, I don't know what that means.

00:56:56.500 Pepper, 52435.

00:57:02.800 I used to be against spanking. 1.00

00:57:04.600 I don't know.

00:57:05.980 You know, there's a lot of comments here that seem to be off topic.

00:57:13.040 Scientologists are voting in Florida.

00:57:14.340 That's why the Democratic Party made it take Florida over. 1.00

00:57:17.780 I don't know where.

00:57:18.480 I'm looking for a comment that's on point here.

00:57:21.580 Lauren Southern.

00:57:22.360 What has she said that is unacceptable?

00:57:24.160 All right, I'll answer that.

00:57:24.900 Well, when she was on The Daily Stormer, which is a neo-Nazi podcast, it just is, she said,

00:57:35.460 I salute you.

00:57:37.320 She said, God bless you.

00:57:39.920 She said, I'd love to come back for the full two-hour show.

00:57:43.720 There was the neo-Nazi who was hosting the show made a Jewish joke about me.

00:57:50.480 I tell Jewish jokes about myself, and I don't even mind Jewish jokes most of the time. 0.99

00:57:54.640 I tell them.

00:57:55.040 But when you're on an explicitly neo-Nazi show and the neo-Nazi host makes a Jewish joke and you finish the punchline for him without pushing back in any way, that has a different context.

00:58:09.040 So I think there were about four things.

00:58:11.100 You can still find that appearance that she made on the neo-Nazi show online.

00:58:16.540 And you can't go on.

00:58:19.020 I mean, would I ever go on The Daily Stormer?

00:58:21.800 Is there a possible way that someone who's not anti-Semitic could go on an anti-Semitic show?

00:58:26.520 Well, obviously, yes.

00:58:27.380 If you're going to learn about them and report back, if you're going to speak truth to power, if you're going to debate them, well, of course.

00:58:35.640 I don't think I would have the interest to do that here, but it's possible.

00:58:38.060 That's not what Faith did.

00:58:40.180 She went on that and expressed her unreserved support and had no dividing line between her and her hosts.

00:58:49.440 I listened to the whole thing very carefully.

00:58:50.800 At no point whatsoever does she indicate any discomfort with their motives, their mission, their actions at all.

00:59:00.420 In fact, it was almost like she was finishing their sentences for them.

00:59:03.400 And in the case of the Jewish joke, she was. 0.88

00:59:04.920 I say again, I'm not against Jewish jokes.

00:59:07.460 But when you're on a neo-Nazi show and the host makes a Jewish joke, it's got a different context than if you're just bantering.

00:59:14.720 You're showing that you're down.

00:59:17.280 And it went more extreme after that.

00:59:20.800 There are some contexts in which you can refer to the 14 words of white nationalism.

00:59:26.120 But Faith went on a one-year racialist bender. 1.00

00:59:30.940 She just did.

00:59:32.120 Bad judgment.

00:59:34.020 And just no one pulling her back.

00:59:36.140 No one caring enough about her to pull her back.

00:59:38.780 And then about a month ago, she snaps out of it and says,

00:59:41.960 I'm going to run for mayor in the most multi-ethnic city in Toronto.

00:59:45.180 I'm going to scrub my Twitter feed of anything racialist.

00:59:48.820 And I'm going to take as many selfies with visible minorities as I can and just pretend the last year didn't happen.

00:59:55.700 I don't think you can do that without having a moment of reflection and reconsideration and correction.

01:00:02.260 Unless she thinks there's nothing that needs to be corrected.

01:00:04.420 And I guess what I'm talking about owning or disowning the past year.

01:00:10.920 That's what I'm talking about.

01:00:12.720 And I mean, that's in specific answer to your question about faith.

01:00:17.920 One more super chat from Tamajit Chakraborty.

01:00:25.440 Are irregulars also sent to apartment buildings?

01:00:29.600 By irregulars, I'm sure you mean illegal aliens. 0.99

01:00:33.480 I don't know if they're sent there.

01:00:35.300 But, of course, there are refugees and refugee applicants and illegal immigrants who have apartment housing, who have houses.

01:00:44.900 Some of them are homeless shelters.

01:00:47.920 Yes, they're housed in a great many ways.

01:00:50.320 The reason I pointed out the hotels is because that's a particularly inappropriate way to warehouse families with kids, don't you think?

01:01:01.040 We're out of time.

01:01:01.940 I see there's some folks here who don't like my comments on Faith Goldie.

01:01:06.760 That's fine.

01:01:07.220 As I've said to Faith both publicly and privately, her comments on open borders, migration, state-sponsored extreme multiculturalism, left-wingism, big governmentism, I agree with those.

01:01:25.480 But I do not agree with her abiding of neo-Nazis.

01:01:31.120 And she did on that broadcast, and then she went further down that road.

01:01:34.860 And if she's come back from that road, she, I think, owes the public an explanation of why she went down it, if it was an error, to correct the error, and to restate clearly where she is today.

01:01:47.980 Obviously, none of these racialist issues have been brought up by her in her campaign to be mayor of a multicultural, multiracial city.

01:01:56.300 And I just know too much about what she did on that neo-Nazi podcast and what she did in the year that followed to be like, I think, most Torontonians who don't know that back story.

01:02:10.980 So if you've just met Faith for the first time and see her on the campaign trail talking about crime and sanctuary cities and taxes, you say, yeah, right on.

01:02:19.440 And if you see her fighting censorship, you say, yeah, right on.

01:02:22.480 If that's all I knew about Faith, I'd say, yeah, right on.

01:02:24.320 But I know why I fired her a year ago, and those reasons still persist today.

01:02:28.980 I would fire her again today for those reasons, not because she's against crime or against sanctuary cities.

01:02:34.420 I am too.

01:02:35.460 That's not why we fired her. 1.00

01:02:37.220 Anyways, this question always comes up on Super Chat, and I suppose I'll answer them, at least until the campaign's over, and then maybe the questions will stop.

01:02:46.500 I hope that Faith does reconsider what she said a year ago and explain to the public if she has had second thoughts, but so far she's not done so.

01:02:56.620 Folks, it's already 1.02.

01:02:57.980 We've gone two minutes late.

01:02:59.560 That's it for me until our 8 p.m. show tonight, 8 p.m. Eastern time.

01:03:03.460 Until then, on behalf of all of us here at Rebel World Headquarters, goodbye and keep fighting for freedom.

01:03:08.960 We'll see you next time.
