Transcript

00:00:00.000 good afternoon ladies and gentlemen you have tuned into the rebel news live stream
00:00:19.800 on this same monday november 18th 2024 i'm david menzies and my co-host well let me tell you a bit
00:00:28.300 about my co-host shall i do you know folks today is national princess day my co-host doesn't
00:00:36.060 celebrate national princess day you want to know why she is no princess she is the she devil with a
00:00:42.740 sword she is the khaleesi of northern alberta she is sheila gun reid how are you doing my highness
00:00:51.240 oh david i'm doing great i'm so sorry that i wasn't there on the weekend for your very exciting
00:00:58.700 uh i guess it was like a mutual support group on behalf of the entire company um which we'll get
00:01:07.040 to in a little minute but it's also megan kelly's birthday for people who don't know and she shares
00:01:12.580 a megan yeah and she shares a birthday with both mickey and minnie mouse when you know what they
00:01:18.240 both share birthdays so that's the what's happening in the world of today we have a very uh full show
00:01:25.400 and we've got lots of footage from over the weekend and i'll let david explain what happened and why it
00:01:31.580 happened and why people flew in from across the country and outside of the country in the case of
00:01:38.080 yankee pollock to toronto to stand with david menzies um but i'll tell everybody what we're doing
00:01:44.300 before we we get into that so this is the rebel news live stream it occurs on the first work day
00:01:52.180 of the week so usually a monday if there's a holiday expect us on the tuesday and on the friday
00:01:56.900 we talk about the news of the day completely unscripted um and you know it's sometimes it's stuff
00:02:03.920 that we don't have a time to do time to do a video on or a news item on but we still think it's
00:02:09.620 important and more than that we want to hear from you in a couple of different ways we want to hear
00:02:15.940 from you with your money but also um with your comments and suggestions so um if you are watching us
00:02:23.960 on the censorship platform of youtube i understand why you're there youtube is a it's kind of a convenient
00:02:30.680 way to watch things it's the world's second largest search engine but you should know that it
00:02:36.660 is a censorship platform that has completely demonetized rebel news along with hundreds if
00:02:41.980 not thousands of other prominent conservative channels it's their soft censorship by uh disincentivizing
00:02:49.000 your presence there so we remain there out of spite and because there are 1.6 million sets of
00:02:55.460 your eyeballs there and if you want to watch us there then we will be there however if you want
00:03:01.200 to support a platform that believes in your human right to free speech and allows you to support us
00:03:07.120 here at rebel news through something called a rumble rant head on over to rumble there as i said you can
00:03:14.100 participate in the show by the same sort of live chat that you know and love over on youtube but
00:03:21.160 since we're not allowed to uh have any sort of monetization over on youtube you can leave us
00:03:28.580 something called a rumble rant that's their paid chat um if it's over the five dollar u.s cutoff
00:03:33.480 we're obligating ourselves to read it on air but don't let that be the bar for entry because
00:03:37.520 we frequently make time to read the chats that fall below the five dollar u.s cutoff and we are
00:03:43.840 grateful for you for supporting us at whatever price point is affordable and works for you because i
00:03:50.060 i completely understand justin trudeau is picking your pocket harder than ever there's less money left in
00:03:56.220 your pocket um than ever before it's an inflationary time and we really appreciate the fact that you
00:04:02.540 choose us so that's it david tell the world why at uh extreme time and financial expense everybody
00:04:13.860 converged on well everybody with the exception of me because somebody had to stay sort of on the
00:04:17.800 outside in case everybody else ended up in jail um why the entire company just about ended up in
00:04:24.800 toronto at a protest in support of david menzies wearing hats before i do sheila we never cover
00:04:31.900 sports here unless there's a political element but let me take one minute to talk about the fun stuff
00:04:37.880 the toy department of life this uh the football uh season uh yesterday uh the toronto argonauts
00:04:46.680 right here folks they won the gray cup um against the winnipeg blue bombers which i'm now going to call
00:04:52.780 the winnipeg blue bills uh pay homage to the buffalo bills remember the bills in the early 90s folks
00:04:58.640 four super bowl appearances in a row and lost all four same deal with the winnipeg blue bombers uh it
00:05:06.520 kind of ironic isn't it sheila a city with the word win in it keeps losing it but uh anyways bomb that
00:05:13.580 winnipeg winnipeg and in the nfl my beloved detroit lions did you see that score sheila
00:05:19.840 they played i didn't even watch the gray cup shame on you well you're an elk supporter so uh you're part
00:05:26.660 of that woke uh cfl i refuse to use the improper grammar it's elk elk is the plural i still call
00:05:34.900 meskimos uh political correctness be damned um but folks uh the lions took on the jacksonville jaguars
00:05:42.820 it's not a misprint they beat them 52 to 6 i think the nfl has that you know uh have a mercy rule
00:05:50.940 you know my idea sheila i knew it was going to be a blowout not that big a blowout but i think the
00:05:56.380 next time the jacksonville jaguars come into detroit how about this don't field the teams go to the
00:06:02.460 detroit zoo get the lion out of the lion cage the jaguar out of the jaguar cage put them in a mutual
00:06:07.620 cage let's see what happens it'll be the same result as what happened on the field i would watch
00:06:14.460 that before i watched the football that's for sure you know what well peter would be very upset about
00:06:20.780 that but uh even better even better and the only reason i'm mentioning this folks uh it's uh to carry
00:06:28.340 on what sheila was saying i thought i was going to miss both games by being in the who's go or a
00:06:34.160 paddy wagon and it did not come to fruition because as astute viewers of rebel news know
00:06:41.800 i was covering the uh pro-israel and pro-hamas uh dueling demonstration in the heart of the jewish
00:06:50.440 community for a fourth week in a row that was last sunday on the eve of remembrance day which makes it
00:06:56.560 even further gross and um well uh i went over to ask these uh cultish jews uh there were four of them
00:07:06.360 why they were on the hamas side and the hamas mob lost their marbles i think the underlying
00:07:15.880 strategy was no no no how dare you question our useful idiots and then they went to the cops and said
00:07:25.220 arrest them and you know what the cops did they arrested me and there's the footage right there
00:07:29.940 uh you can see me being handcuffed there was a surreal sidebar story there they couldn't get the
00:07:35.420 handcuffs off they had to call the fire department and you know what i'll tell you sheila i still have
00:07:41.100 a major uh cut in my wrist from the uh blister that popped um that's really you're really playing
00:07:50.080 with fire handcuffing someone behind their back cramming them into a confined area of a police
00:07:57.160 cruiser and like i said the fire department had to be called in to literally use diamond drills
00:08:02.880 to get those cuffs off so thank you toronto fire services but flat uh fast forward to yesterday
00:08:12.160 thank god we have the kind of boss that says you tell us not to do something that we're entitled to do
00:08:19.560 guess what we don't bend the knee we double down triple down quadruple down quintuple down
00:08:25.160 is it sextuple is that the next one anyways you know what i'm getting at and it was all hands on deck
00:08:32.840 there's a great group shot i see isaac and efren yankee uh we got lincoln sid uh the big boss man
00:08:42.060 himself mariah adrea um uh let's see uh did i say um oh isaac and uh etan and uh avery armstrong
00:08:53.780 and tamara ugolini some of the people i referred to with both names folks i don't know why
00:08:58.940 alliteration maybe and as you can see we showed up on mass and we were told it's an incredible story
00:09:06.140 and by the way the only reason sheila wasn't along for the party is uh it wasn't because we
00:09:12.080 were snubbing her we were too cheap to fly her out from edmonton it was the fact that we needed
00:09:17.740 somebody on mission control right we needed someone up on the outside because all the other grown-ups
00:09:23.580 were there ezra was there a10 was there so we needed some somebody in the senior management position
00:09:30.980 in case the entire company was arrested a hundred percent it's just like a space mission you don't
00:09:36.940 put everybody in the space program on the rocket ship you gotta have somebody down in elon's not on
00:09:42.580 the rocket ship elon's not in the spaceship so um and thankfully i'm pleased to report we didn't need
00:09:50.700 sheila's help although i very much thought we would because the police and no one in no uncertain terms
00:09:58.460 they warned us you cross the street you go from the west side of bathurst to the east side
00:10:06.700 all of you are going to be placed under arrest which is kind of unusual i mean what are they
00:10:12.240 going to do uh call in the you know the the bus that serves as a prisoner transport when you have
00:10:18.180 riots because i think there might have been you know 12 or 13 of us at some point sheila well you know
00:10:24.520 what uh with the full expectation that i was going to get arrested i crossed over we called the cops
00:10:31.340 bluff they did not arrest anyone and i can say i believe ezra said to everybody look i can't tell
00:10:39.360 you to do something that will end up with you being criminally charged so if you don't want to cross you
00:10:44.760 don't want to cross you know what the kind of team we have at rebel news folks everybody crossed
00:10:49.520 it was the ultimate rebel news i'm spartacus moment and uh it paid off and ezra there he is
00:10:57.020 he was so magnificent in the field basically schooling the cops on the criminal code of canada
00:11:04.780 yeah you know what you might think if you're in law enforcement you should know that but as we've seen
00:11:10.060 before i want to get to your opinion sheila i will wrap it up with this i think yesterday
00:11:16.800 the toronto police service did the right thing for the wrong reason which is to say
00:11:24.000 what happened last sunday if you go online the cops were roasted like a pig on a barbecue
00:11:32.440 there were thousands and thousands of comments i don't think i saw a single solitary one going
00:11:37.980 that's how you do law enforcement uh arrest independent journalists and turn a blind eye
00:11:43.940 to people chanting genocide and displaying the swastika and i think the police probably phoned
00:11:50.920 uh their superiors maybe even chief mq sheila and said what are we going to do they are threatening
00:11:57.920 to cross the street even though we threaten them with disturbing the the peace and i think they were
00:12:04.400 told stand down not because they respect freedom of the press and freedom of expression it was because
00:12:13.200 we don't want on a second consecutive sunday to get another glaring pr black eye i think that's what
00:12:22.580 moved the narrative on yesterday sheila your thoughts uh i agree god who knew ezra had such a big head
00:12:30.340 i've never thought of his head as big but that hat looks like a doll's hat on his head and i mean
00:12:37.080 i you know something you got to keep that big brain inside of something um but yeah he's got a real big
00:12:44.020 big pumpkin on him i had no idea um but um good fumble recovery by the way sheila didn't know he had a big
00:12:52.080 head oh that's my boss it's about all those brains he has to contain no i bullied him into getting new
00:12:57.560 shoes one time so i i get away with a lot um but uh i think you're right i think it was uh strictly
00:13:05.220 for optics um and as some of the uh clips that we have from especially from our female journalists who
00:13:11.280 were there to support you um you can see how the optics would have played out for the cops because
00:13:16.980 they were already starting to play out poorly um we've got drea's clip yeah we've got drea's clip
00:13:23.400 here if you want to go to that one efron olivia um where she said where she has the police cautioning
00:13:29.700 her um and the rest of the rebel team that they face arrest if they cross the street so this is what
00:13:36.800 david was talking about well drea's got it there guys have been instructed to arrest us as journalists
00:13:44.820 with our journalist id asking questions of the pro hamas side they will arrest us now that's not
00:13:55.140 going to stop me because we're going to turn lemons into lemonade we're going to turn this into a
00:14:00.380 teachable moment what's your name by the way i just don't see your name on your back
00:14:03.280 officer grondon okay we got that what's your name again
00:14:07.400 officer ibrahim grondon colin so these guys have been instructed with the rest of them you can see
00:14:15.880 they're swarming rebel news they're not swarming the pro hamas thugs they're deploying the whole
00:14:23.340 bunch of them look at that you got this guys that's right there's uh mr anus he's the guy that
00:14:29.660 showed up at 32 division when i was being released wow and he spent at least a half hour there i don't
00:14:35.780 know is he an informant is he the guy instructing the police officer why is that carlo in the skirt
00:14:41.960 why what is his role why did he go to 32 division last week
00:14:46.460 all right oh anyways i think that's good there's more there's more the full video will be out i believe
00:14:58.300 later on today we've got another clip that i want to show but david explain what happened there um because
00:15:04.280 you pointed out somebody who just seems to be a civilian who is instructing police last week when
00:15:11.060 you were arrested and he showed up again his name and i'm not making this up folks is anus and uh he is
00:15:17.780 one of the pro uh palestinian um or pro hamas uh ringleaders and the surreal epilogue to last sunday
00:15:28.720 is that when i was finally released and i met up with isaac and uh cameraman lincoln jay and i was
00:15:35.480 doing sort of um an ending to the day in front of 32 division and who should show up and i'm not
00:15:43.080 making this up either folks in a rented cargo van um much like the one driven by alec manassian who
00:15:51.780 carried out the young street massacre which is exactly where 32 division is located and out pumps
00:15:58.480 anus looking like the um treasure cat and um mocking me mocking my arrest calling me a racist
00:16:07.280 and i said to him i said well you know i'm not criminally charged it was uh i was just being uh
00:16:14.380 held for um breach of peace which in and of itself is outrageous uh please tell me anything in my life
00:16:21.820 i've said that's racist and third what the hell are you doing here i mean are you turning yourself in
00:16:29.480 under section 319 of the criminal code uh in enchanting genocide and um no he wouldn't answer my
00:16:37.000 questions and he went into the the division and we waited a good 20-25 minutes but we figured
00:16:43.180 a we have enough uh for what we need and secondly um really what is he doing behind closed doors i mean
00:16:52.960 sheila i want you to look into your crystal ball to become a clairvoyant what is this guy he not only
00:17:00.540 assaulted me in front of the cops he was the tattletale that said arrest him they complied how does he have
00:17:08.480 this pull and when i saw him crossing the street uh i mentioned to them that's the guy that assaulted
00:17:15.340 me and you saw uh what's that the most cowardly response for that big hulking cop just to turn his
00:17:23.020 back on me um how shameful it's embarrassing this is an embarrassment to the good officers out there
00:17:30.680 that these guys are wearing the same uniform as the rest of them just grosses me out um many of you
00:17:37.280 know i have uh police officers in my own family and uh they put on their uniform to uh defend the
00:17:47.160 rights of the civilian and to make our community safer they kiss their wives goodbye and they head
00:17:52.840 out into the world and uh they work really hard they're the same people uh you will find at your
00:17:59.800 own local gun range they believe in many of the same things we do they hate the catch and release
00:18:04.380 policies and the worst part is they get painted with the same brush as these yahoos in toronto and
00:18:11.180 um the ones who joked about um their jack boots on the freedom convoy and it's a it's a disgrace it's
00:18:19.600 a disgrace that they hide behind the good reputations of the good cops to do the bad things um but what do
00:18:24.840 we expect out of toronto yeah mayor olivia chow is um uh rocking out with her uh wow i was gonna say
00:18:34.200 something gross there but she was scantily clad once again at the um taylor swift concert while
00:18:41.960 the hamas thugs take over her city and you know just up the road in mississauga uh hamasissauga
00:18:49.060 carolyn parish wondering hmm maybe with the benefit of hindsight yaya sinwar could be just a nelson
00:18:56.200 mandela figure so this is the leadership of the cities is it really um is it really so far a reach
00:19:05.500 to think that you know the police think that they can get away with stuff like this you know sheila
00:19:11.240 a good point and uh you forgot another key player uh prime minister trudeau who earlier this year
00:19:17.820 had a confidential meeting with uh toronto police service chief myron demke why the chief is not
00:19:25.020 answerable to the prime minister i mean it was completely inappropriate we don't know what was
00:19:30.020 said i can guess i don't have it was a recruitment meeting if i had to guess it was a recruitment
00:19:35.860 meeting uh because as i say it every every time we bring up myron demke he wants to be the next bill
00:19:41.880 blair and uh i would i don't know i don't even think bill blair wants to be bill blair but uh he wants
00:19:48.860 to be the next bill blair the police chief that became the public safety minister no uh and sheila i think
00:19:54.560 it was more than that i think and again i have no proof folks it's conjecture i think trudeau said
00:20:00.900 to demke look in about a year we have a federal election coming up uh we've crunched the number
00:20:06.740 it's strictly business baby there are five times as many muslims as there are jews in canada and by
00:20:12.360 the way um as an asterisk here i'm not saying all muslims in canada support the garbage that we're
00:20:21.080 seeing in fact i know uh muslim persians uh the most of them stand with the jewish community our
00:20:28.800 good friend selma sima is a an example so i think trudeau probably said so you know what yeah they're
00:20:36.300 chanting genocide they're displaying swastikas turn a blind eye and a deaf ear and oh by the way
00:20:43.020 if you don't mind if there are any peaceful counter demonstrators making a nuisance of themselves
00:20:48.640 if there's any pesky non-controlled non-state funded media people asking impolite questions
00:20:55.840 throw the book at them i really believe that sheila and to further your point and i got criticism for
00:21:03.620 this i too back the blue you have to back the blue without without law enforcement what do we have
00:21:11.100 chaos we have the law the jungle but what we are seeing is the politicization of the police one quick
00:21:19.400 anecdote our good friend joe wormington of the toronto sun sheila he mentioned to me an anecdote
00:21:26.060 he heard from the late great sun columnist bob mcdonald and he told joe do you know back in my day
00:21:33.180 and we're going back decades ago there was only one time the police chief showed up at city hall
00:21:40.100 and that was budget day and it was all about you know what the force was going to get in terms of
00:21:46.480 an annual operating budget sheila i can tell you right now and i i wouldn't be surprised if this is
00:21:51.300 every city in canada the police chief is at every um city council meeting oh why what are you doing
00:21:59.420 there i mean half the time they're just discussing bike lanes for goodness sakes but that is the
00:22:06.760 difference it the police chief i think today is less about law enforcement and more about being a
00:22:15.280 political animal yeah he's a politician like imagine how it feels to be a beat cop um in toronto just
00:22:22.460 doing your work trying to keep your community safe dealing with justin trudeau's uh explosion of crime
00:22:28.860 across the country the city's giving out drugs all over the place homeless encampments they won't deal
00:22:34.900 with and your boss the police chief sides with the defund the police movement imagine no wonder morale
00:22:42.700 stinks in policing um that sheila that is a very profound point you've made because
00:22:48.680 we see an unholy alliance today with the islamists and the marxists and uh basically they both have
00:22:56.680 the same goal tear down society as we know it and of course the marxists are all about uh defund the
00:23:04.280 police you're absolutely right and by the way sheila i forgot to mention yesterday uh on social media
00:23:09.740 days before the event and i think that's why there was even more law enforcement as uh per usual um the
00:23:16.820 communists uh coming out of um york university were going to come down and show their solidarity with
00:23:24.640 the islamists not a single commie showed up why well folks when you have to get up at the crack of noon
00:23:31.120 on a sunday that's way too much to ask for a lazy ass commie so there was zero commies there and i will
00:23:39.360 also report that in terms of the hamas all uh contingent it was much smaller than usual there
00:23:46.880 were more cops on the hamas side than there were hamas protesters i think that's a good sign and i
00:23:54.540 think as the weeks go on and sheila there's no there's no reason to cover this anymore as far as i'm
00:23:59.660 concerned it's just one group across the street yelling at another group and i think the numbers
00:24:05.800 as mother nature wields her wrath and it gets colder and colder and colder uh it's just going
00:24:12.720 to uh evaporate and that's good but but look at that that is gorgeous that's my top tier trolling
00:24:19.980 oh and it's top tier it's gorgeous and one other point too i want to thank my colleagues for standing
00:24:27.160 in solidarity with me sheila and of course our boss who has the heart of a lion and all the people on
00:24:34.360 the pro israel side who even made homemade signs stand with david i my my boss from the early 80s
00:24:41.780 when i worked at a now defunct restaurant called mickey's ribs nisa nisa showed up stuck 200 bucks
00:24:48.020 in ezra's palm right um like i haven't seen her in decades but that was the motivation for her
00:24:54.980 another lady came up to me sheila she gave me this beautiful thank you card it was from her and her
00:25:00.900 mother faith and sherry also made a donation and i i don't have time to read the card and besides the
00:25:08.980 i don't have my reading glasses and the the writing although beautiful is too small for me to read
00:25:13.500 um it it was absolutely gorgeous so thank you ladies i guess the point i'm getting at uh sheila
00:25:21.140 despite the criticism we get from the mainstream media and the shunning and all the rest of it
00:25:27.160 tell me when oh when did tom clark or rosemary barton have some canadian with their own money
00:25:35.600 not government money walk up to them and say i want you to have this i believe in what you're doing
00:25:40.860 you're standing up for our rights our freedoms yeah it's uh i mean they can be with the political
00:25:47.860 establishment but i'd much rather be with the people me too um and we tend to be yeah it's funny
00:25:53.080 your little anecdote about the communists those communists become capitalists real quick once
00:25:57.980 they are like where's my paycheck for attending the protest um we've got just one more clip i want to
00:26:05.360 show because this is what happens as the bad cops stand by in toronto so this is what i was talking about
00:26:15.880 about how the optics started to go bad even though they didn't arrest everybody because of optics but this
00:26:22.820 looks real bad on the police there's an army of police and rebel news female journalists are being
00:26:30.420 intimidated uh by grown men and masked agitators this is tamara ugolini's video
00:26:36.840 what are you guys doing over here
00:26:43.240 excuse me i'm trying to get by me i'm here in my way i'm not in your way you can walk around me
00:26:49.020 you can walk around me you can walk around me you're my way in my way now
00:26:52.020 you can walk around me walk around me walk around me i'm not in anyone's way walk around me keep going
00:26:59.960 Keep going.
00:27:08.120 So where's the mainstream media?
00:27:11.280 Every time they get a meme tweet,
00:27:13.380 they have to have a panel about the treatment of female journalists
00:27:17.040 and Tamara Ugolini is being intimidated on the street.
00:27:20.220 Excellent point, Sheila.
00:27:21.220 Well, I'll tell you where the mainstream media was that day.
00:27:23.540 Evidently, a crowd chanting genocide and displaying swastikas.
00:27:27.840 Nothing to see here.
00:27:28.740 They were down at Skydome chronicling the latest bowel movement
00:27:33.200 of Taylor Swift, for God's sakes.
00:27:35.220 That's where they are.
00:27:36.560 They're all about bread and circuses.
00:27:39.060 They're not covering this.
00:27:40.140 Why?
00:27:40.740 Because it shows you the failure of multiculturalism, Sheila.
00:27:45.400 And that's a no-go zone when it comes to their sugar daddy, Justin Trudeau.
00:27:50.460 Used to be, once upon a time, the deal was,
00:27:54.060 the unspoken deal with multiculturalism,
00:27:56.200 come from wherever.
00:27:57.460 However, pursue the Canadian dream.
00:27:59.700 Take advantage of our social programs,
00:28:01.680 ranging from free health care to welfare.
00:28:04.520 All we ask, all we ask, you behave yourself.
00:28:08.160 Don't break the law.
00:28:09.440 Don't import age-old hatreds.
00:28:11.960 And what do we see now for the last 13 months?
00:28:14.900 We have seen an abject failure of multiculturalism.
00:28:17.940 We see people that don't wave the Canadian flag.
00:28:21.620 We see people that, even on the eve of Remembrance Day,
00:28:24.480 aren't wearing a poppy.
00:28:26.000 We see people co-opting the poppy and the slogan,
00:28:29.000 lest we forget, for a grotesque event that may or may not occur
00:28:33.220 a week Tuesday in Mississauga's Celebration Square.
00:28:36.080 That is a scathing indictment of the failure of state-sponsored multiculturalism.
00:28:43.860 And I hope, and remember, that was something that was enacted back in 1971
00:28:49.820 when Justin's alleged father, Pierre Trudeau, came up with this.
00:28:54.600 I hope Pierre Paulyev puts that document in the paper shredder.
00:28:59.240 We can't do this.
00:29:00.700 We can't import silos of people full of hatred.
00:29:04.520 And we even see in other parts, Sheila,
00:29:06.960 Kalistani Sikhs versus Hindus, for goodness sake.
00:29:09.700 It's not just the pro-Hamas people.
00:29:12.440 But it's been a failure.
00:29:13.680 We need to be a melting pot.
00:29:15.460 We need to be Canada first.
00:29:16.980 And by the way, if you are chanting genocide
00:29:19.520 and you're not a Canadian citizen,
00:29:21.440 get on a plane and get the hell out of Dodge.
00:29:25.940 We don't need trash like that.
00:29:28.520 That's right.
00:29:29.380 I said it.
00:29:30.280 Garbage.
00:29:31.040 That's what you are if you come to Canada
00:29:33.480 and you're breaking the law and advocating for genocide
00:29:36.860 and you're not even a Canadian citizen yet.
00:29:39.380 And we see that every week, Sheila.
00:29:42.140 Yeah, I just, going back to that video of that
00:29:44.540 gross old dude trying to intimidate Tamera Ugolini.
00:29:48.680 Excuse me, Tamera Ugolini has like
00:29:50.380 a full hockey line of kids.
00:29:52.840 Some of them are boys.
00:29:54.100 You're not going to bully her.
00:29:55.720 Those little kids will pack up on her
00:29:57.460 and eat her alive
00:29:58.340 if she doesn't know how to control a situation.
00:30:00.680 So she's not going to be bullied
00:30:01.860 by some old, decrepit male feminist.
00:30:06.540 Like there's no misogynist out there
00:30:08.480 like a progressive liberal feminist is there.
00:30:12.400 But I should tell everybody
00:30:14.280 how they can follow along with our coverage
00:30:16.820 as it happened over the weekend.
00:30:18.720 They can go to standwithdavid.com.
00:30:21.100 We had a sort of like a live blog of as it happened.
00:30:24.380 If you want to update yourself
00:30:25.940 before the big video comes out to later on.
00:30:29.120 And if you want to support David
00:30:32.300 as of course we are going to sue
00:30:34.200 those bad cops into the dirt,
00:30:36.360 you can go to standwithdavid.com
00:30:38.980 and show your support for David Menzies.
00:30:41.820 Thank you.
00:30:42.480 Now, yes.
00:30:43.400 Now I know we've got a quick ad read
00:30:45.260 and then we've got an ad break
00:30:46.420 and then we've got to get into the rest of this show.
00:30:49.180 So I want to talk about the things
00:30:51.100 that people are afraid to say out loud.
00:30:52.920 Who is in control of America's nukes?
00:30:56.240 Isn't that frightening?
00:30:57.340 A couple more months.
00:30:58.940 Joe Biden's in charge.
00:31:01.540 Sure, sure, sure, sure, sure.
00:31:03.840 But it's definitely not Biden in charge of the nukes.
00:31:06.080 I don't know who is and that's scary.
00:31:08.100 Meanwhile, we have Russian ships off the coast of Florida
00:31:10.100 and full-blown wars in Ukraine and Israel.
00:31:12.800 The world is at its most unstable point
00:31:14.760 since World War II and with nuclear weapons.
00:31:18.360 The stakes are 10 times higher.
00:31:19.820 How do people like you and I stay safe?
00:31:21.920 Every prepper, and you know I'm one,
00:31:24.760 needs to have Radio Guard Ace,
00:31:26.940 the only FDA-approved drug
00:31:29.500 to treat radioactive fallout.
00:31:31.460 Only the feds had it until now.
00:31:32.940 That's why Rumble partnered with 5G Free,
00:31:35.160 the only company in the world
00:31:37.220 that has a supply of Radio Guard Ace
00:31:39.200 and the ability to prescribe it prophylactically.
00:31:42.980 Get their radiation emergency kit
00:31:44.900 with Radio Guard Ace, potassium iodide,
00:31:47.020 Zofran, and a Geiger counter.
00:31:48.540 There's simply no other tool in your arsenal
00:31:50.280 to protect against a radioactive threat.
00:31:52.540 Go to 5gfree.com, code studio,
00:31:54.880 and save 15% and get your radiation kit now.
00:31:57.820 Again, that's 5gfree.com.
00:32:01.440 All right, let's hit a quick Rebel News ad break
00:32:03.320 and then we'll circle back here
00:32:05.160 as they say in the White House.
00:32:06.340 And get on to the rest of the show.
00:32:09.260 What if governments are trying to reinvent the wheel
00:32:12.480 when the greatest teacher of all times
00:32:14.840 has already laid out the perfect blueprint
00:32:17.080 for a constitution for a kingdom
00:32:20.060 of love, faith, and freedom?

00:32:39.560 that you can carry with you every day.

00:33:01.240 Quality of life matters.
00:33:03.060 Affording groceries and the basics matters.
00:33:05.460 Ottawa has a different agenda.
00:33:07.420 Their energy production cap
00:33:08.600 will cut your family's budget,
00:33:10.240 which means less money in your wallet.
00:33:12.120 We say let common sense prevail.
00:33:13.920 Tell the feds at scrapthecap.ca.
00:33:15.680 I'm in Brazil,
00:33:18.600 so I'm using a VPN to get on the internet.
00:33:21.200 What's a VPN?
00:33:22.040 It stands for a virtual private network,
00:33:23.880 and you get around these government firewalls.
00:33:26.840 Suddenly, the president of Brazil
00:33:28.140 banned his whole country from going on Twitter.
00:33:30.580 It was a political censorship news.
00:33:32.640 I've downloaded the VPN
00:33:34.320 from a company called PIA VPN.
00:33:37.740 We've teamed up with them at Rebel,
00:33:39.500 and it's a great deal.
00:33:40.840 I got on the internet really quickly, safely,
00:33:43.200 and even a bit of a technophobe,
00:33:45.040 I managed to figure it out with two clicks.
00:33:47.380 And here's the great news.
00:33:48.720 If you go to piavpn.com slash rebelnews,
00:33:54.440 not only do you get a big discount,
00:33:56.180 but they pay us a bit of a commission too.
00:33:58.420 Everyone's a winner.
00:33:59.400 Your freedom, your VPN,
00:34:02.040 and a little bit of cash
00:34:03.240 coming to support Rebel News.
00:34:05.000 I'm using it myself
00:34:06.320 to get around the censors in Brazil.
00:34:08.660 You can use it too.
00:34:09.520 That's piavpn.com slash rebelnews.
00:34:14.800 You know, Sheila,
00:34:16.080 I'm not surprised,
00:34:18.220 but I always get a chuckle out of you
00:34:19.720 being a prepper.
00:34:21.280 Do you buy those Jim Baker food buckets?
00:34:26.440 I'm not buying a food bucket from Jim Baker.
00:34:29.640 I, my food buckets are,
00:34:33.340 will and are prepared by me.
00:34:35.800 Um, why do I need some failed televangelist
00:34:40.240 to sell me rice?
00:34:42.540 I can do that on my own.
00:34:44.120 Make me beef jerky.
00:34:45.180 Again, I can do that myself.
00:34:47.160 For those out there who are asking
00:34:49.160 who after a decade of ineptitude
00:34:52.040 and scandal and bad governance
00:34:54.480 would still vote for the Justin Trudeau liberals.
00:34:57.320 Well, there's your answer.
00:34:58.300 The idea that Jim Baker,
00:35:00.240 thoroughly disgraced televangelist,
00:35:03.120 still has a flock,
00:35:04.220 still on the air,
00:35:05.400 has a brand new Tammy Faye Baker,
00:35:07.280 and people are still donating
00:35:08.760 and buying his rubbish.
00:35:10.680 That tells you why
00:35:12.260 there is the low denomination voter.
00:35:15.880 Even though the liberals will be obliterated,
00:35:18.820 there will be some support.
00:35:21.300 That's the answer, I think, Sheila.
00:35:23.360 And speaking of blackface...
00:35:24.220 The problem is,
00:35:25.660 I believe in redemption, right?
00:35:27.620 And so many people do.
00:35:29.440 But it's very clear that Jim Baker
00:35:31.740 just used the COVID pandemic
00:35:33.100 to reinvent himself
00:35:34.400 as somebody relevant,
00:35:35.560 which so many people on the left
00:35:37.500 and the right did, right?
00:35:38.900 Like, we saw people deciding
00:35:42.360 that they were something called
00:35:43.500 a COVID actuary
00:35:44.680 and inventing these careers for themselves.
00:35:48.020 And some people were like,
00:35:49.240 I have the cure for COVID.
00:35:50.720 It's colloidal silver.
00:35:52.320 And my name is Jim Baker.
00:35:53.700 And so, like, there's a lot of that happening.
00:35:56.460 But he preys on the best parts of Christianity
00:36:00.760 in that we believe that all people are redeemable,
00:36:04.320 unlike the cancel culture left.
00:36:05.940 Well, Sheila, I too believe in second chances,
00:36:08.860 except for the ultimate sin, murder.
00:36:10.820 I'm a big staunch supporter of the death penalty.
00:36:13.740 But with Jim Baker,
00:36:14.840 the point I'm getting at,
00:36:15.920 yeah, give me a second chance.
00:36:18.000 But this guy was a financial grifter.
00:36:20.660 This guy was involved in a sex scandal.
00:36:24.680 And what I'm getting at,
00:36:26.780 with all that baggage,
00:36:28.440 you still have the chutzpah
00:36:30.760 to get in front of a camera
00:36:32.160 and portray yourself as a devout Christian?
00:36:35.560 Like, I don't know.
00:36:38.120 I think he shares that with Justin Trudeau,
00:36:41.960 you know, a psychopathic streak.
00:36:45.560 I'm all for a good Saul to Paul moment.
00:36:48.300 Yeah.
00:36:48.480 But he's just done like Saul to Saul,
00:36:51.680 to Saul, to Saul.
00:36:52.700 Like, he just didn't,
00:36:53.740 there's no nothing in the middle there.
00:36:56.040 Anyways, we should get on to Justin Trudeau,
00:36:58.180 because Justin Trudeau apparently
00:37:00.460 has had a Saul to Paul moment
00:37:03.540 where now it is no longer racist
00:37:06.060 to consider revamping the immigration levels.
00:37:10.460 When I can remember like 30 seconds ago,
00:37:14.260 Justin Trudeau was like the first guy
00:37:15.720 to call you racist if you're like,
00:37:17.300 I don't know if we can absorb all these people.
00:37:19.700 Yep.
00:37:20.160 Then you were a total racist.
00:37:21.720 But now Justin Trudeau can see
00:37:23.900 which way the electoral winds are blowing
00:37:25.920 and they are blowing him out to sea,
00:37:27.940 never to be seen again.
00:37:29.520 He's like,
00:37:30.420 I mean, now it's perfectly reasonable
00:37:32.720 to want to rejig our immigration levels.
00:37:37.360 Yeah.
00:37:37.600 It would be a clever comment
00:37:39.880 from someone who didn't break
00:37:41.080 the immigration system with one tweet.
00:37:42.940 Yeah, so blackface is admitting it was a mistake.
00:37:46.140 Oh, it's not his fault though.
00:37:47.680 No, no, no.
00:37:48.160 I'm not to blame.
00:37:49.680 It's other people.
00:37:51.100 Anyways, let's roll the video, Sheila,
00:37:52.860 and see Trudeau in his own words.
00:37:57.240 Immigration.
00:37:58.300 Let's talk about it.
00:37:58.980 Oh, God.
00:37:59.460 In the last two years,
00:38:00.500 our population has grown really fast,
00:38:02.800 like baby boom fast.
00:38:05.100 Increasingly, bad actors like fake colleges
00:38:07.300 and big chain corporations
00:38:08.540 have been exploiting our immigration system
00:38:11.100 for their own interests.
00:38:12.520 So we're doing something major.
00:38:14.040 We're reducing the numbers of immigrants
00:38:16.180 that will come to Canada
00:38:17.160 for the next three years.
00:38:19.220 Today, I'm going to let you in on what happened,
00:38:22.060 where we made some mistakes,
00:38:23.720 and why we're taking this big turn.
00:38:25.760 How about this to further enhance
00:38:30.440 the reduction, Sheila?
00:38:33.200 Deportation, like Donald Trump is going to do.
00:38:35.840 Call in the army and get out the illegal people,
00:38:40.040 the people that are breaking the laws
00:38:41.940 without even being citizens.
00:38:43.700 There's an express line
00:38:45.740 to get the immigration numbers down,
00:38:48.240 and you're targeting the right immigrants,
00:38:50.160 the wrong immigrants to Canada.
00:38:52.060 Yeah, I bet you in his big explanation
00:38:57.440 of what went wrong
00:38:59.580 and what we're going to do to fix it,
00:39:01.580 he doesn't say,
00:39:02.740 I sent a tweet like an idiot in 2017
00:39:05.960 to troll the president of the United States
00:39:09.040 who was cracking down on immigration problems,
00:39:12.640 as Justin Trudeau was doing right now,
00:39:15.420 and collapsed our immigration system
00:39:18.420 by inviting the huddled masses of the world
00:39:23.100 to just waltz into our country
00:39:25.260 unvetted and unconstrained.
00:39:28.500 So I bet you he doesn't say anything
00:39:30.400 about this 2017 welcome to Canada tweet.
00:39:33.460 Yeah.
00:39:33.800 Because people took it seriously.
00:39:36.280 Like, they're like, right on, off we go.
00:39:38.800 And now the people who followed his advice
00:39:42.660 are just loose in our country,
00:39:44.720 and it'll be years before they even get
00:39:47.560 an Immigration Review Board hearing.
00:39:49.340 A hundred percent.
00:39:50.140 And don't forget,
00:39:52.220 when you make the ultimate sin,
00:39:54.680 which I say is unforgivable,
00:39:56.360 first-degree murder,
00:39:58.100 let's look at our own homegrown
00:40:00.560 al-Qaeda terrorists, shall we?
00:40:02.260 Omar Khadr,
00:40:03.440 10.5 million of your tax dollars
00:40:06.060 for compensation.
00:40:08.600 For what?
00:40:09.900 Hurt feelings?
00:40:11.340 Are you kidding me?
00:40:12.920 It was for sleepless nights.
00:40:13.980 I read the ruling.
00:40:16.000 It wasn't even a ruling.
00:40:16.920 It was a settlement.
00:40:18.000 He didn't even bother to take it to trial.
00:40:20.940 I mean, to fight the veterans in court
00:40:22.700 for years and years and years and years,
00:40:24.920 every trucker who ever looked at him wrong
00:40:27.820 and honked too loud is being prosecuted
00:40:29.820 until they get thrown out
00:40:31.800 for taking too long in court.
00:40:34.360 But it was not worth the trouble
00:40:36.480 to fight Omar Khadr in court.
00:40:41.980 He got $10.5 million
00:40:43.680 and bought a strip mall
00:40:45.060 in North Edmonton.
00:40:47.160 And, you know, Sheila,
00:40:48.000 I think really what we have to do
00:40:50.380 with all our international airports
00:40:52.000 in Canada,
00:40:52.920 we have to have a new welcome sign.
00:40:55.400 Welcome to Canada.
00:40:57.080 Penalizing the makers,
00:40:58.600 rewarding the takers.
00:41:00.120 Have a nice day.
00:41:02.000 Now, Justin Trudeau says
00:41:04.140 that people from all over the world,
00:41:05.840 I want to know what people.
00:41:07.000 Give me names.
00:41:07.800 Right now, I want names
00:41:09.420 of the dumbest people
00:41:10.540 on the face of the earth.
00:41:13.000 He says that people
00:41:13.980 from all over the world
00:41:14.960 are coming to Canada
00:41:16.380 for advice from Trudeau
00:41:19.780 on how to deal with Donald Trump.
00:41:24.080 Look at him standing beside
00:41:25.260 the little foreign interference lady,
00:41:27.080 Mary Ng.
00:41:27.520 What an unfortunate screen capture
00:41:31.400 that is for Mary Ng, Sheila.
00:41:33.160 There's something there
00:41:34.180 that's really getting
00:41:36.140 my spidey senses tangled.
00:41:38.660 Trudeau farted.
00:41:39.760 Look at her.
00:41:40.380 Look, she's smelling something bad.
00:41:43.360 But tell me, Trudeau,
00:41:45.520 that you're not giving
00:41:46.240 these people advice
00:41:47.180 to tweet welcome to country X
00:41:49.480 because you just gave them advice
00:41:52.020 to collapse their immigration system.
00:41:54.080 Like Trump makes fun of him,
00:41:55.620 snubs him at all international meetings,
00:41:58.280 joked that his dad
00:41:59.360 was Fidel Castro publicly.
00:42:03.380 Like just does not take him seriously.
00:42:05.700 Is it a joke?
00:42:08.200 You know what?
00:42:09.720 Steal a paper straw
00:42:12.000 from Justin Trudeau
00:42:13.000 next time he throws out
00:42:14.380 his Starbucks
00:42:15.580 and we'll have a DNA test.
00:42:17.900 But does he really think
00:42:19.900 that after everything we know
00:42:22.560 about how just or how
00:42:23.900 President Trump feels
00:42:25.660 about the Canadian administration
00:42:28.880 right now
00:42:29.600 and Chrystia Freeland
00:42:30.680 and Justin Trudeau's patronage
00:42:34.040 or his paternity,
00:42:36.120 do you really,
00:42:37.040 does he want us to believe
00:42:38.060 the rest of the world
00:42:38.900 is like,
00:42:39.320 Justin, tell us,
00:42:40.280 help us, tell us.
00:42:41.560 Anyways, let's watch this.
00:42:43.000 And Mary Ng
00:42:43.620 having a sniff of something.
00:42:46.320 Question for the three of you
00:42:47.440 at the podium.
00:42:48.100 I was wondering about
00:42:48.960 countries turning to Canada
00:42:50.380 for advice on how to navigate
00:42:51.800 a second Trump presidency.
00:42:54.220 Who's asking us?
00:42:56.840 I think they're
00:42:57.700 generalized conversations.
00:42:59.080 People know that Canada
00:43:00.300 has had a certain amount
00:43:05.200 of experience
00:43:06.260 dealing with various
00:43:08.340 American administrations
00:43:09.660 and specifically
00:43:10.780 our government
00:43:11.840 navigated in a win-win way
00:43:14.700 through the first
00:43:16.620 Trump presidency.
00:43:17.440 You know,
00:43:18.920 people are sharing notes,
00:43:20.520 asking for advice,
00:43:21.400 and we're happy to,
00:43:23.000 you know,
00:43:23.240 talk about our approach
00:43:24.380 that is grounded in
00:43:25.340 demonstrating that
00:43:27.420 middle classes
00:43:28.760 in both of our countries
00:43:30.120 can do well
00:43:31.440 when we work together.
00:43:33.620 What?
00:43:33.960 He didn't name anybody.
00:43:35.740 No, he didn't name anyone.
00:43:36.700 He said, who's asking us?
00:43:37.380 But I'm calling BS
00:43:38.760 on steroids.
00:43:39.980 Going to Trudeau
00:43:41.120 for political advice,
00:43:43.500 social economic policy advice,
00:43:45.480 isn't that kind of like
00:43:46.660 consulting the captain
00:43:47.780 of the Titanic
00:43:48.580 regarding iceberg navigation?
00:43:51.500 I mean, are you kidding me?
00:43:53.140 Who would want
00:43:54.780 that guy's advice?
00:43:56.420 This is,
00:43:57.160 Sheila,
00:43:57.520 I'm not being funny here.
00:43:59.300 I'm not being mean.
00:44:00.660 If Justin Trudeau,
00:44:01.900 since the day he took office,
00:44:03.640 flipped a coin
00:44:04.520 and made his decision
00:44:06.660 based on the coin toss,
00:44:08.240 kind of like Harvey Dent,
00:44:10.200 Two-Face,
00:44:10.760 in the Batman comics,
00:44:11.780 this country would be
00:44:13.740 much better off
00:44:15.140 him only screwing up
00:44:16.740 half the time.
00:44:18.260 Instead,
00:44:19.000 it's a 100%
00:44:20.700 screw up.
00:44:22.320 I mean,
00:44:22.480 and the only thing
00:44:23.900 I can ever get
00:44:24.640 from his supporters
00:44:26.040 when you ask them
00:44:28.380 their greatest accomplishment
00:44:29.420 is the legalization of pot,
00:44:31.680 which for a lot of people
00:44:32.720 is not an accomplishment.
00:44:34.580 What else is there?
00:44:36.280 Who's coming to him
00:44:37.240 for advice, Sheila?
00:44:39.280 Nobody.
00:44:40.080 That's why he couldn't say.
00:44:41.080 The journalist actually asked,
00:44:43.740 like,
00:44:43.980 who is asking us people?
00:44:47.240 Generalized conversations.
00:44:48.540 I would have pushed back
00:44:49.640 and said,
00:44:50.220 names, please.
00:44:51.320 Who, people, please.
00:44:53.100 Give me a vague country.
00:44:55.220 Give me a continent
00:44:56.100 from which these people
00:44:57.440 are coming from.
00:44:59.400 But we know how
00:45:00.500 Donald Trump feels
00:45:01.500 about Trudeau.
00:45:02.820 I mean,
00:45:03.160 he's appointed
00:45:04.220 a very anti-Trudeau cabinet.
00:45:07.020 Tulsi Gabbard
00:45:07.740 has criticized him.
00:45:09.480 RFK has.
00:45:12.280 Matt Gaetz has.
00:45:14.540 So,
00:45:15.820 I mean,
00:45:16.620 a lot,
00:45:17.220 a lot of Trump's cabinet
00:45:18.880 thinks that Trudeau
00:45:20.360 is an absolute joke.
00:45:23.340 And as Canadians,
00:45:24.140 I think we're in
00:45:25.060 for a tough go
00:45:25.940 for about
00:45:26.920 the next
00:45:27.960 year,
00:45:29.700 maybe a little less,
00:45:30.740 until we have a change
00:45:31.760 in administration here.
00:45:32.820 Sorry,
00:45:35.700 Mike Waltz
00:45:36.280 also made fun
00:45:37.220 of Trudeau,
00:45:40.060 particularly
00:45:40.700 on issues
00:45:41.560 related to China,
00:45:42.600 as Trudeau
00:45:43.100 gives a press conference
00:45:43.960 standing beside
00:45:44.720 Mary Ng,
00:45:45.660 who is implicated
00:45:46.620 in foreign interference.
00:45:48.220 Wow.
00:45:48.440 Like, it's just,
00:45:49.520 they've criticized him
00:45:51.760 on not spending
00:45:52.980 enough at NATO.
00:45:54.380 Like,
00:45:54.920 no one is going
00:45:56.800 to take Justin Trudeau's
00:45:57.740 advice
00:45:58.220 on dealing
00:45:59.420 with Trump.
00:46:00.100 And that is just
00:46:01.700 absolute craziness
00:46:03.260 that he even thought
00:46:04.060 that that was
00:46:04.480 a believable thing
00:46:05.520 to say in public.
00:46:08.360 And
00:46:08.960 on the flip side
00:46:11.060 of Canadian politics,
00:46:12.180 we have
00:46:12.940 Pierre Polyev,
00:46:14.440 most likely
00:46:15.680 the
00:46:16.780 prime minister
00:46:17.680 after the next election
00:46:19.120 with,
00:46:20.160 if you believe,
00:46:20.620 the polls,
00:46:21.180 and I do,
00:46:22.380 in this case,
00:46:23.800 having a majority
00:46:25.160 conservative government.
00:46:26.860 Let's see
00:46:27.720 what Mr. Polyev
00:46:28.840 has to say
00:46:29.820 when he assesses
00:46:31.220 nine years
00:46:32.760 of
00:46:33.540 Justin Trudeau
00:46:34.840 and, of course,
00:46:35.840 former Immigration
00:46:36.700 Minister Sean Fraser
00:46:37.980 losing track of,
00:46:39.480 oh, a few people.
00:46:40.460 Would you believe
00:46:41.020 a million people?
00:46:42.040 Oh, yeah.
00:46:42.580 That seems low.
00:46:45.960 Let's not
00:46:46.780 distract,
00:46:47.820 turn our gaze away
00:46:49.240 from the source
00:46:49.960 of the problem,
00:46:50.680 which is Justin Trudeau,
00:46:51.880 who increased
00:46:53.080 our population growth
00:46:54.640 by 300%
00:46:56.080 in a matter
00:46:56.820 of a couple of years,
00:46:58.120 who,
00:46:58.500 by his own admission,
00:46:59.820 by his admission,
00:47:01.140 this isn't me,
00:47:02.180 allowed massive fraud
00:47:03.480 in international students,
00:47:05.200 temporary foreign workers,
00:47:06.600 and the refugee system.
00:47:08.100 By his own admission,
00:47:09.960 the liberal immigration policies
00:47:11.500 have caused massive housing,
00:47:13.460 job,
00:47:13.920 and healthcare shortages.
00:47:15.780 And now,
00:47:17.000 he's basically denouncing
00:47:18.580 his entire immigration policy
00:47:20.480 and expecting us
00:47:21.560 to believe
00:47:21.920 that he can fix
00:47:22.640 the problems
00:47:23.200 that he caused.
00:47:24.540 This rampant
00:47:25.700 incompetence
00:47:26.940 has caused human misery,
00:47:28.300 both for newcomers
00:47:29.220 and for multi-generational
00:47:31.060 Canadians like you and I.
00:47:32.920 The bottom line is
00:47:33.980 we have to fix
00:47:34.760 our immigration,
00:47:35.520 get back to the best system
00:47:36.740 in the world,
00:47:37.620 the one that brought
00:47:38.260 my wife here
00:47:39.040 as a refugee
00:47:39.720 legally and lawfully,
00:47:41.680 the one that brought
00:47:42.540 so many people here
00:47:43.460 to pursue the Canadian promise.
00:47:45.120 Let's not.
00:47:45.600 You know, Sheila,
00:47:47.520 isn't it amazing
00:47:48.200 as we discussed
00:47:49.380 briefly earlier,
00:47:50.740 it was about three months ago,
00:47:52.620 Polly have made pronouncements
00:47:53.980 on cutting immigration levels
00:47:56.460 and he was branded
00:47:57.320 as a racist
00:47:58.060 and a xenophobe
00:47:59.200 by the Trudeau liberals.
00:48:00.760 And then,
00:48:01.460 oh, you know what,
00:48:02.140 we're going to do it.
00:48:02.920 Yeah, never mind
00:48:03.580 what we said back then.
00:48:04.780 He's still a racist
00:48:05.700 and a xenophobe,
00:48:06.620 but we're going to do it.
00:48:07.660 And as for that one million,
00:48:09.640 Sheila,
00:48:10.260 think about this.
00:48:11.860 You know,
00:48:12.100 the Taylor Swift concerts
00:48:13.460 at SkyDome,
00:48:14.180 they're packing in
00:48:15.220 50,000 people
00:48:16.940 into that building.
00:48:18.800 One million people
00:48:20.100 is 20 jam-packed SkyDomes.
00:48:24.300 That's the equivalent
00:48:25.480 of people
00:48:26.580 we've lost track of.
00:48:28.560 That's an entire Edmonton.
00:48:30.520 Yeah.
00:48:30.920 That we've lost track of.
00:48:32.400 Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
00:48:34.620 That we've just,
00:48:35.380 they're just loose in the country.
00:48:36.980 I say it over and over again,
00:48:38.940 but it remains true.
00:48:40.580 Trudeau on this issue
00:48:41.520 is like an arsonist
00:48:42.580 showing up
00:48:43.160 with a bucket of water
00:48:44.200 to put out the fire
00:48:45.080 that he started
00:48:45.740 and then wanting you
00:48:46.720 to pat him on the back
00:48:47.660 and give him a reward for it.
00:48:49.800 He did this.
00:48:51.420 He broke the system.
00:48:53.380 He called everybody
00:48:54.320 who said
00:48:54.880 we should do something different.
00:48:56.520 He called everybody
00:48:57.700 who said
00:48:58.300 that the system was broken.
00:49:00.780 A racist,
00:49:01.740 a bigot,
00:49:02.160 a xenophobe.
00:49:04.520 And now he's saying,
00:49:06.320 guys,
00:49:07.360 I don't want to scare you,
00:49:09.100 but I think there's
00:49:09.680 a problem here.
00:49:10.700 And I think maybe
00:49:11.260 we should fix it.
00:49:12.280 I mean,
00:49:12.460 it's absolutely insane
00:49:13.640 that he thinks Canadians
00:49:14.740 are stupid enough
00:49:15.640 to buy it.
00:49:16.900 And you know,
00:49:17.240 Sheila,
00:49:17.500 it's funny you make
00:49:18.140 that analogy
00:49:18.860 because very often
00:49:20.720 arsonists do show up
00:49:23.460 to watch
00:49:24.140 after they've changed
00:49:25.560 their clothing,
00:49:26.520 which is why law enforcement
00:49:27.740 always makes note
00:49:29.480 of who's who
00:49:31.060 in the spectators gallery.
00:49:33.160 Same,
00:49:33.760 if you can believe it,
00:49:34.620 tragically,
00:49:35.760 murderers of children,
00:49:37.840 and especially
00:49:38.180 showing up to the funeral.
00:49:40.280 Yeah.
00:49:40.540 And, you know,
00:49:41.460 so,
00:49:42.360 yeah,
00:49:43.300 I don't know
00:49:43.640 why I'm going down
00:49:44.340 that tangerine,
00:49:45.440 but he is an arsonist.
00:49:48.320 Too bad it's
00:49:49.120 not just a house
00:49:50.800 going up in flames,
00:49:51.860 but an entire nation.
00:49:54.000 Oh,
00:49:54.260 does Poliev
00:49:54.900 have his work
00:49:55.680 cut out for him?
00:49:57.500 I don't think
00:49:58.280 things are going
00:49:58.980 to get better
00:49:59.440 for the first two.
00:50:00.400 You know what?
00:50:00.940 I think things
00:50:01.520 will get better
00:50:02.580 just because
00:50:03.400 we'll have a much
00:50:04.120 better relationship
00:50:05.040 with the United States
00:50:06.300 and they'll be booming,
00:50:08.020 will be booming.
00:50:08.780 Alberta will be unleashed,
00:50:10.680 unchained
00:50:11.460 from the federal government
00:50:13.500 and that's good
00:50:14.220 for the entire country.
00:50:15.860 But I think
00:50:16.780 to see like
00:50:17.800 real economic recovery
00:50:19.620 in this country,
00:50:21.040 it's going to take years.
00:50:22.380 And I think
00:50:22.960 it's going to take years
00:50:23.760 for us to even get
00:50:24.500 to the bottom
00:50:25.120 of the corruption
00:50:25.960 because every day
00:50:28.160 we touch on a little bit,
00:50:29.560 including
00:50:29.940 the ever-evolving
00:50:31.880 Randy Blossino story.
00:50:34.060 Oh,
00:50:34.340 which Randy?
00:50:35.320 Sorry?
00:50:35.960 Which Randy?
00:50:37.160 You know,
00:50:37.780 I asked Grok,
00:50:39.280 which is like
00:50:40.080 Twitter's AI,
00:50:41.380 X's AI,
00:50:42.600 and I never
00:50:43.160 got around
00:50:44.440 to publishing it.
00:50:45.120 I still need
00:50:45.520 to tweak it.
00:50:46.080 I asked it
00:50:46.860 to make me
00:50:48.700 an AI image
00:50:49.800 of Randy Blossino
00:50:50.780 gazing into a mirror
00:50:51.960 where the reflections
00:50:53.280 are endless.
00:50:54.360 You know that?
00:50:54.880 Like mirror behind,
00:50:56.120 like looking at
00:50:56.880 a picture of yourself
00:50:57.740 in a mirror
00:50:58.160 and then it was just
00:50:58.860 like endless,
00:50:59.560 endless,
00:50:59.960 endless Randys
00:51:01.780 because now we've
00:51:02.460 got another Randy.
00:51:03.360 So we've had
00:51:03.840 the other Randy
00:51:04.680 who is running
00:51:05.240 the company
00:51:05.820 with Randy Blossino.
00:51:08.020 Global Health Imports
00:51:09.520 started a company
00:51:10.800 with a very
00:51:13.180 end-stage
00:51:13.960 humanity alien
00:51:14.740 looking guy
00:51:15.360 named Steven Anderson.
00:51:16.280 and that company,
00:51:21.380 Randy Blossino,
00:51:22.660 is implicated
00:51:23.380 in running the company
00:51:24.700 while being
00:51:25.860 a sitting MP
00:51:26.620 while voting
00:51:28.060 on policies
00:51:28.920 that would enrich
00:51:29.840 the company,
00:51:30.740 i.e. lockdowns.
00:51:32.460 And also,
00:51:34.200 simultaneously,
00:51:35.120 getting contracts
00:51:37.000 from,
00:51:37.440 I believe it was
00:51:38.060 Elections Canada
00:51:38.860 to provide PPE.
00:51:40.060 Now,
00:51:40.840 then,
00:51:41.380 Global Health Imports
00:51:42.500 has been involved
00:51:43.840 in a series
00:51:44.360 of fraud cases,
00:51:46.400 taking money
00:51:47.040 and deposits
00:51:47.600 not delivering.
00:51:49.460 And then,
00:51:51.120 Randy Blossino
00:51:52.000 identified as
00:51:52.940 Indigenous.
00:51:54.900 And then,
00:51:55.300 now he says
00:51:55.760 he wasn't Indigenous,
00:51:56.720 but he was adopted
00:51:57.380 into a Métis family,
00:51:58.460 but he was also
00:51:59.100 sitting in the Indigenous
00:52:00.160 caucus of the Liberals
00:52:02.220 and the Liberals
00:52:02.880 celebrated him
00:52:03.820 as like,
00:52:04.620 look at one of the
00:52:05.580 Indigenous members
00:52:07.060 of Parliament
00:52:07.700 we elected
00:52:08.500 out of Edmonton.
00:52:09.740 Well,
00:52:09.920 he's not Indigenous
00:52:10.720 at all.
00:52:12.940 And then,
00:52:14.140 he took advantage
00:52:15.300 of the preferential
00:52:16.260 contracting system
00:52:18.580 in the federal government
00:52:20.940 to get contracts
00:52:22.260 because he was Indigenous.
00:52:23.600 So,
00:52:23.780 he was riding
00:52:24.180 the Indigeneity wave
00:52:25.560 on the gravy train
00:52:27.440 with biscuit wheels.
00:52:28.500 Now,
00:52:28.960 it gets even better.
00:52:30.880 I just,
00:52:31.340 I love the Randy Blossino
00:52:32.520 story just so dang much.
00:52:34.500 And they keep stuffing
00:52:35.880 Randy Blossino
00:52:36.740 in our faces
00:52:37.520 because in Alberta,
00:52:38.720 they,
00:52:39.220 Randy Blossino
00:52:39.940 has failed upwards
00:52:40.860 because despite all
00:52:42.440 of the scandals
00:52:43.040 involved with him
00:52:43.820 and the fraud cases
00:52:44.920 and the procurement cases
00:52:46.600 and the pretendian stuff,
00:52:50.340 they,
00:52:50.800 they,
00:52:51.360 the Liberals,
00:52:51.900 appointed him
00:52:52.560 the minister in charge
00:52:54.000 of Jasper Rebuild.
00:52:56.280 So,
00:52:57.060 anyway,
00:52:58.080 now,
00:52:59.720 the cabinet minister's firm
00:53:02.300 that's Global Health Imports
00:53:04.280 that he started
00:53:04.940 with the alien gray
00:53:06.800 shared a mailing address
00:53:10.580 with a person
00:53:11.200 named in cocaine busts.
00:53:12.940 And there's another,
00:53:13.820 there's a real crime in here
00:53:14.820 and I'll get to it
00:53:15.300 in a second.
00:53:16.100 So,
00:53:16.280 a company co-owned
00:53:17.140 by Employment Minister
00:53:18.360 Randy Blossino
00:53:19.040 shared a post office box
00:53:20.120 with a woman
00:53:20.620 detained
00:53:21.400 in two major drug busts.
00:53:24.280 That's the medical supply company.
00:53:27.120 They discovered this
00:53:28.160 through corporate filings.
00:53:29.340 It's a connection
00:53:30.320 that could reveal
00:53:31.000 security gaps
00:53:31.780 in the federal government's
00:53:32.680 vetting of cabinet picks.
00:53:33.860 You think so?
00:53:35.140 Mary Ng has not been demoted
00:53:37.020 and she was named
00:53:38.640 as someone
00:53:39.340 unwittingly,
00:53:41.020 although I don't think
00:53:41.740 Mary Ng is bright enough
00:53:43.380 to be wittingly anything
00:53:44.800 involved in foreign interference.
00:53:48.560 Anyways,
00:53:49.200 vetting of cabinet picks,
00:53:50.740 corporate ethics,
00:53:51.400 and it raises new questions
00:53:53.500 about the minister's judgment,
00:53:54.860 you think,
00:53:55.380 amid a recent series
00:53:57.400 of troubling revelations.
00:53:59.880 So,
00:54:00.380 a mailbox rented
00:54:01.660 at an Edmonton UPS store
00:54:03.160 appears in an April 2020 license
00:54:05.240 for the Edmonton MP's
00:54:06.740 former Enterprise
00:54:07.800 Global Health Imports.
00:54:10.320 The mailbox
00:54:11.360 is listed
00:54:12.560 on a different company.
00:54:13.880 So,
00:54:14.220 this is literally
00:54:15.080 the same mailbox,
00:54:16.500 not like the same place.
00:54:18.240 It's the same
00:54:19.040 physical mailbox,
00:54:20.540 okay?
00:54:22.160 The mailbox
00:54:22.680 is also listed
00:54:23.720 on a different company's
00:54:25.100 registration document
00:54:26.120 as the home address,
00:54:27.760 and this is the real crime,
00:54:29.480 the spelling of Francesca.
00:54:31.160 The home address
00:54:32.500 for Francesca LeBlond,
00:54:35.200 a woman who has been named
00:54:36.680 in run-ins with police
00:54:37.860 since at least 2008,
00:54:39.400 according to
00:54:40.080 Alberta Court of Justice records.
00:54:42.920 This is the worst.
00:54:44.960 She's also used
00:54:46.280 the name Francesca
00:54:47.640 Kwach
00:54:48.820 in the past.
00:54:50.720 As in Sasquatch?
00:54:55.920 Kwach.
00:54:57.080 Francesca,
00:54:57.720 which is just
00:54:58.360 an absolute
00:54:59.020 abomination
00:54:59.720 of a spelling.
00:55:01.240 She's rented
00:55:01.720 the mailbox
00:55:02.200 since 2013.
00:55:06.220 Global Health Imports
00:55:07.540 name is not
00:55:08.420 on the rental agreement,
00:55:09.620 so she's been
00:55:10.320 retrieving the mail
00:55:11.140 from there.
00:55:12.860 Global Health Imports
00:55:13.900 mail
00:55:14.900 arrived
00:55:15.800 in the inbox
00:55:16.700 and, yeah,
00:55:19.100 so,
00:55:19.600 and people,
00:55:20.760 he said,
00:55:21.240 this is like the manager
00:55:22.220 of the UPS store said,
00:55:23.620 people occasionally
00:55:24.600 turn up at the store
00:55:26.180 in the Edmonton
00:55:27.440 Strip Mall
00:55:28.100 looking for
00:55:29.180 Global Health Imports.
00:55:30.620 I'm going to do that.
00:55:31.500 I'm going to be like,
00:55:32.160 I'm looking for Randy Blosseno.
00:55:33.480 Have you seen this man?
00:55:35.000 And I'm going to go
00:55:35.720 to the UPS store.
00:55:39.220 You know,
00:55:39.540 Sheila,
00:55:39.740 you know what that
00:55:40.080 reminds me of
00:55:40.700 is that one of the
00:55:41.420 secret Chinese police
00:55:42.820 stations in the GTA
00:55:44.900 operating out of
00:55:47.220 a Scarborough
00:55:48.540 variety store,
00:55:50.360 like something
00:55:51.000 out of Men in Black
00:55:51.920 as you once remarked.
00:55:54.040 Yeah,
00:55:54.660 I should.
00:55:56.660 I'm just curious now.
00:55:58.220 I'm just curious,
00:55:59.300 like,
00:55:59.560 where is,
00:56:00.100 like,
00:56:00.680 the epicenter
00:56:02.120 of the next
00:56:03.340 Randy Blosseno
00:56:04.940 scandal?
00:56:06.580 What a piece of work
00:56:07.660 that guy is.
00:56:07.960 Yeah,
00:56:08.080 but you know what,
00:56:08.680 Sheila,
00:56:08.840 I'm sure the mainstream
00:56:09.680 media will be
00:56:10.560 watchdogs on this.
00:56:11.940 I'm sure they'll do
00:56:12.640 their due diligence.
00:56:13.720 I mean,
00:56:13.980 kudos to the Post
00:56:14.960 for exposing it.
00:56:16.280 It's one of the few
00:56:17.280 media outlets
00:56:18.920 left with a
00:56:20.400 scintilla of honor.
00:56:22.540 But,
00:56:22.720 you know,
00:56:24.000 if the roles
00:56:25.140 were reversed,
00:56:25.800 if this was a
00:56:26.360 conservative government,
00:56:27.960 it would be
00:56:29.180 front page
00:56:30.000 today and every day.
00:56:32.220 And it's just
00:56:33.060 despicable.
00:56:34.160 This is just,
00:56:35.000 it's,
00:56:35.300 it reeks
00:56:36.300 of scandal.
00:56:38.280 How do you get
00:56:39.140 kicked out of
00:56:39.860 Justin Trudeau's
00:56:40.620 cabinet?
00:56:41.040 Like,
00:56:41.220 how do you get
00:56:42.180 kicked out at this
00:56:43.560 point?
00:56:44.220 Chrystia Freeland
00:56:45.160 illegally used
00:56:47.420 the Emergencies Act.
00:56:49.120 She remains the
00:56:50.080 Deputy Prime Minister
00:56:51.280 and the Finance
00:56:52.620 Minister.
00:56:53.500 We've got a
00:56:54.320 housing crisis.
00:56:56.060 We've got
00:56:56.940 an inflation
00:56:58.740 crisis.
00:56:59.320 and yet
00:57:00.040 she is still
00:57:01.000 in charge
00:57:01.400 of the
00:57:01.680 country's
00:57:02.740 finances,
00:57:03.260 even though
00:57:03.580 she did
00:57:04.420 destroy an
00:57:05.240 entire
00:57:05.520 division of
00:57:06.300 Reuters
00:57:06.600 through her
00:57:07.140 mismanagement.
00:57:08.300 Justin Trudeau's
00:57:08.840 like,
00:57:09.040 you know,
00:57:09.240 that's the
00:57:09.560 lady we
00:57:09.900 should put
00:57:10.180 in charge.
00:57:12.500 Randy
00:57:13.000 Boasino remains
00:57:14.240 a cabinet
00:57:14.920 minister.
00:57:15.780 Mary Ng
00:57:16.580 turns up
00:57:17.680 at press
00:57:19.780 conferences with
00:57:20.580 Justin Trudeau
00:57:21.200 front and
00:57:22.140 center.
00:57:22.400 I think
00:57:23.020 the only
00:57:23.500 way you
00:57:23.920 can get
00:57:24.340 removed
00:57:24.680 from cabinet
00:57:25.400 is not
00:57:26.340 being
00:57:26.820 adequately
00:57:27.960 sycophantic
00:57:28.880 enough to
00:57:30.080 dear leader.
00:57:31.020 That's the
00:57:31.340 only way
00:57:31.720 you get
00:57:32.020 booted.
00:57:32.780 Although,
00:57:33.140 in fairness
00:57:33.600 to Blackface
00:57:34.520 Sheila,
00:57:35.200 when it
00:57:35.420 comes to
00:57:35.820 Fraulein
00:57:36.360 Freeland,
00:57:37.860 he did
00:57:38.780 try to
00:57:39.460 manufacture
00:57:40.080 a little
00:57:40.500 palace
00:57:41.000 coup.
00:57:41.320 Remember
00:57:41.560 getting
00:57:42.120 Mark Carney
00:57:42.860 to potentially
00:57:43.860 come in
00:57:44.560 until
00:57:45.100 allegedly
00:57:45.680 Carney
00:57:46.380 went,
00:57:46.860 are you
00:57:47.200 crazy?
00:57:47.880 I'm waiting
00:57:48.420 for you guys
00:57:48.960 to go down
00:57:49.420 in flames.
00:57:50.240 Then I'll
00:57:51.280 be the
00:57:52.260 rescuing
00:57:53.160 knight of
00:57:53.820 the Liberal
00:57:54.200 Party of
00:57:54.760 Canada.
00:57:56.240 I think
00:57:57.540 if Trudeau
00:57:58.660 had got
00:57:59.120 his way,
00:58:00.800 Freeland
00:58:01.080 would have
00:58:01.420 been the
00:58:01.760 sacrificial
00:58:02.400 lamb under
00:58:03.080 the bus.
00:58:04.340 Yet again,
00:58:06.020 Trudeau
00:58:06.540 screws up.
00:58:07.520 There's your
00:58:07.900 headline for
00:58:08.560 nine years
00:58:09.420 of Justin
00:58:10.520 Trudeau
00:58:10.900 governance,
00:58:11.620 folks.
00:58:12.720 I'm just
00:58:13.260 really excited
00:58:13.960 to have
00:58:15.140 Freeland
00:58:16.320 still around
00:58:17.300 for a second
00:58:17.960 Donald Trump
00:58:18.720 presidency,
00:58:19.560 so he can
00:58:19.920 just put her
00:58:20.700 through the
00:58:21.260 ringer one
00:58:21.900 more time.
00:58:22.800 Didn't she
00:58:23.200 say she
00:58:23.600 laid on
00:58:24.320 Justin Trudeau's
00:58:25.060 floor and
00:58:25.500 cried after
00:58:26.800 negotiating a
00:58:30.060 trade agreement
00:58:30.800 with Trump?
00:58:32.000 Seriously?
00:58:33.040 I never heard
00:58:33.740 that.
00:58:34.440 Yeah,
00:58:34.680 she said she
00:58:35.180 was exhausted
00:58:36.020 and she
00:58:36.780 went to the
00:58:39.640 prime minister's
00:58:40.280 office to tell
00:58:41.060 him about the
00:58:41.580 deal that she
00:58:42.200 made and then
00:58:42.760 she was just
00:58:43.140 so exhausted
00:58:43.840 that she cried
00:58:44.800 and I was
00:58:45.180 like,
00:58:45.360 what a
00:58:45.560 disgrace you
00:58:46.220 are for
00:58:46.580 women.
00:58:47.240 All I
00:58:47.900 remember about
00:58:49.080 that time
00:58:49.620 period,
00:58:50.000 Sheila,
00:58:50.280 she wore
00:58:50.840 some kind
00:58:51.380 of homemade
00:58:52.020 shirt that
00:58:53.160 her daughters
00:58:53.840 created.
00:58:55.100 I can't even
00:58:55.600 remember what
00:58:56.120 the slogan was
00:58:56.900 on the t-shirt,
00:58:58.460 but it was
00:58:59.240 predictably
00:59:01.400 ludicrous.
00:59:02.100 An emotional
00:59:05.080 Freeland
00:59:05.780 walks out
00:59:06.640 of tears,
00:59:08.720 fights back
00:59:09.680 tears as
00:59:10.620 she tried
00:59:11.960 to save a
00:59:12.620 trade deal
00:59:13.080 with the
00:59:13.540 European
00:59:13.920 Union.
00:59:16.700 There's
00:59:16.980 just so
00:59:17.980 much.
00:59:19.160 It's like,
00:59:21.320 anyways,
00:59:21.840 I'll dig it
00:59:22.340 up.
00:59:24.100 She cried
00:59:24.820 after the
00:59:25.320 collapse of
00:59:25.800 the EU
00:59:26.220 trade deal,
00:59:27.460 but I just
00:59:28.200 remember her
00:59:28.740 going into
00:59:29.620 after negotiating
00:59:30.580 the,
00:59:31.240 North American
00:59:32.700 deal,
00:59:33.860 she collapsed
00:59:34.880 out of
00:59:35.180 emotional
00:59:36.020 exhaustion.
00:59:37.100 She just
00:59:37.480 was,
00:59:38.100 anyways,
00:59:38.500 what a joke.
00:59:38.920 Sheila,
00:59:39.380 it was the
00:59:39.820 straw that
00:59:40.200 broke the
00:59:40.580 camel's back.
00:59:41.360 Obviously,
00:59:41.700 it was around
00:59:42.220 that time
00:59:42.900 Freeland
00:59:43.540 had to
00:59:43.980 cancel her
00:59:44.720 Disney Plus
00:59:45.480 subscription
00:59:46.120 to give a
00:59:47.700 fiscal example
00:59:48.720 to Canadians
00:59:49.960 on how to
00:59:50.680 be,
00:59:51.080 you know,
00:59:51.640 how to be,
00:59:52.220 you know,
00:59:53.640 to practice
00:59:54.080 restraint in a
00:59:55.060 bad economy.
00:59:56.040 By the way,
00:59:56.460 I don't believe
00:59:57.240 she canceled
00:59:58.160 her Disney Plus
00:59:59.380 subscription.
01:00:00.160 No,
01:00:00.420 of course she
01:00:00.980 did.
01:00:01.240 I bet that
01:00:02.640 was another
01:00:03.000 lie.
01:00:03.560 That's a deal
01:00:04.280 she can even
01:00:04.920 negotiate with
01:00:05.580 her kids.
01:00:06.960 Okay,
01:00:07.560 let's,
01:00:08.160 we've got a
01:00:08.580 quick ad
01:00:08.980 read and
01:00:09.300 then we've
01:00:09.620 got,
01:00:09.960 we've got
01:00:12.140 Premier Smith
01:00:12.600 being awesome
01:00:13.280 that we
01:00:13.620 should talk
01:00:14.020 about.
01:00:14.980 That's a
01:00:15.340 perennial
01:00:15.740 comment from
01:00:16.980 me these
01:00:17.420 days.
01:00:18.100 Okay,
01:00:18.940 this sponsorship
01:00:20.740 is from our
01:00:21.660 friends at
01:00:22.000 Rumble and
01:00:22.420 it's one
01:00:22.680 that's
01:00:22.920 incredibly
01:00:23.380 important to
01:00:23.880 the survival
01:00:24.400 of their
01:00:24.820 company,
01:00:25.400 but also
01:00:25.880 ours.
01:00:26.900 When Rumble
01:00:27.340 first started
01:00:27.860 in 2013,
01:00:28.700 they built
01:00:29.000 the platform
01:00:29.480 for the small
01:00:30.100 creator.
01:00:30.540 They didn't
01:00:30.960 censor or
01:00:31.460 have biases.
01:00:32.260 They were
01:00:32.520 fair and
01:00:33.000 treated all
01:00:33.500 creators equally.
01:00:34.740 No one thought
01:00:35.060 the platforms
01:00:35.600 would censor
01:00:36.220 political
01:00:37.780 conversations or
01:00:38.720 censor opinions
01:00:39.320 on COVID,
01:00:40.000 but they did.
01:00:41.940 Facebook
01:00:42.380 admitted they
01:00:42.900 felt pressure
01:00:43.400 from the Biden
01:00:43.940 and Harris
01:00:44.400 administration.
01:00:44.940 We saw the
01:00:45.460 same thing in
01:00:45.960 records here
01:00:47.160 obtained through
01:00:48.500 access to
01:00:49.020 information that
01:00:49.860 Facebook was
01:00:51.240 actively censoring
01:00:52.440 people on
01:00:53.480 behalf of
01:00:54.420 Health Canada.
01:00:56.440 But Rumble
01:00:56.800 didn't.
01:00:57.220 They held the
01:00:57.640 line.
01:00:58.880 They're attacked
01:00:59.220 daily for giving
01:00:59.880 us a voice here
01:01:00.840 at Rebel News
01:01:01.280 to talk to you.
01:01:01.940 They're attacked
01:01:02.360 in corporate
01:01:02.740 media.
01:01:03.500 They're attacked
01:01:03.860 by governments
01:01:04.480 like France.
01:01:05.060 They're attacked
01:01:05.480 from brand
01:01:06.360 advertisers who
01:01:07.180 refuse to work
01:01:07.920 with them.
01:01:08.980 Corporate America
01:01:09.580 is fighting to
01:01:10.280 remove speech.
01:01:11.400 Rumble's fighting
01:01:11.840 to keep it,
01:01:12.460 but Rumble
01:01:12.940 won't survive
01:01:13.660 with brand
01:01:14.220 advertisers.
01:01:15.060 They don't get
01:01:15.420 much of it.
01:01:16.540 Watching our
01:01:16.940 show on Rumble
01:01:17.420 is the most
01:01:17.980 they can ask
01:01:18.600 from you,
01:01:18.980 but if you
01:01:19.340 really believe
01:01:20.100 in this fight
01:01:20.640 and if you
01:01:21.160 have the means,
01:01:22.000 one major way
01:01:22.560 you can help
01:01:23.060 Rumble survive
01:01:23.600 is by joining
01:01:24.240 Rumble Premium.
01:01:25.100 It's really easy.
01:01:25.680 Just cancel
01:01:26.240 your YouTube
01:01:26.980 Premium and
01:01:28.540 move that
01:01:29.460 over to
01:01:30.260 Rumble.
01:01:32.320 Join the
01:01:32.920 community that
01:01:33.500 believes in

01:01:34.180 Amendment in
01:01:35.340 the United
01:01:35.680 States and
01:01:36.740 believes in
01:01:37.120 our human
01:01:37.460 right to
01:01:38.200 free speech.
01:01:38.840 Rumble is
01:01:39.280 offering $10
01:01:39.980 off with the
01:01:40.840 promo code
01:01:41.320 studio when
01:01:41.860 you purchase
01:01:42.260 an annual
01:01:42.820 subscription.
01:01:43.540 Go to
01:01:43.780 rumble.com
01:01:44.540 slash
01:01:45.020 premium.
01:01:46.000 Use the
01:01:46.840 code studio.
01:01:47.900 Like I said,
01:01:48.260 if you have
01:01:48.660 the means
01:01:49.160 and believe
01:01:49.860 in the cause,
01:01:50.420 now's the
01:01:50.740 time to
01:01:51.040 join Rumble
01:01:51.420 Premium.
01:01:51.900 But if you
01:01:52.280 don't have
01:01:52.700 the means,
01:01:53.120 and I
01:01:53.340 completely
01:01:53.680 understand,
01:01:54.880 we're just
01:01:55.300 happy if
01:01:55.760 you watch
01:01:56.140 us here
01:01:56.520 on Rumble.
01:01:57.900 Okay,
01:01:58.500 so let's
01:01:59.360 go into
01:02:00.200 here in
01:02:03.380 Alberta.
01:02:03.900 we're
01:02:05.480 we're
01:02:05.500 we're
01:02:05.580 not
01:02:05.820 waiting
01:02:06.380 for
01:02:07.160 Pierre
01:02:08.740 Polyev
01:02:09.400 for a
01:02:10.120 year from
01:02:10.540 now to
01:02:10.880 become
01:02:11.140 prime
01:02:11.420 minister
01:02:11.780 to help
01:02:12.660 reignite a
01:02:14.080 good relationship
01:02:14.940 with the
01:02:15.340 United States.
01:02:15.960 We're not
01:02:16.260 letting Trudeau
01:02:17.100 take the
01:02:17.620 charge on
01:02:18.140 this.
01:02:19.080 We are
01:02:19.740 our
01:02:20.300 Premier
01:02:20.840 Smith is
01:02:21.500 going to
01:02:22.280 President
01:02:22.760 Trump's
01:02:23.180 inauguration.
01:02:23.920 we used
01:02:25.380 to have
01:02:25.720 I don't
01:02:25.980 know if
01:02:26.240 we have
01:02:26.560 him anymore.
01:02:27.460 I remember
01:02:27.860 the NDP
01:02:28.340 fired him.
01:02:29.060 We used
01:02:29.240 to have
01:02:29.440 a special
01:02:29.780 envoy who
01:02:30.340 just was
01:02:30.760 in Ottawa
01:02:31.200 and all
01:02:31.880 he did
01:02:32.120 was work
01:02:32.480 to advance
01:02:35.780 Alberta's
01:02:36.280 interests.
01:02:36.700 It was
01:02:36.860 Rob
01:02:37.080 Merrifield.
01:02:38.200 And when
01:02:38.600 Notley was
01:02:39.120 elected,
01:02:39.540 she fired
01:02:39.900 him.
01:02:40.220 Her first
01:02:42.680 thing of
01:02:43.660 business was
01:02:44.200 like, no,
01:02:44.660 Rob
01:02:44.920 Merrifield,
01:02:45.480 you're fired.
01:02:46.200 And I
01:02:46.540 was like,
01:02:46.860 so I guess
01:02:47.220 you don't
01:02:47.600 want Keystone
01:02:48.200 XL.
01:02:48.800 Okay.
01:02:50.320 But Premier
01:02:51.620 Smith has
01:02:52.320 joined the
01:02:53.260 United States
01:02:53.980 Energy Coalition
01:02:54.840 to secure
01:02:55.420 North America's
01:02:56.260 energy future.
01:02:57.600 So she's
01:02:57.940 the first
01:02:58.400 non-U.S.
01:03:01.300 state to
01:03:02.200 join the
01:03:02.680 United States
01:03:03.280 Energy Pact,
01:03:04.160 featuring 12
01:03:04.760 states that
01:03:05.240 have already
01:03:05.660 signed to
01:03:06.340 the coalition.
01:03:08.140 So she
01:03:08.740 made the
01:03:09.020 announcement
01:03:09.320 Thursday.
01:03:10.080 She thanked
01:03:10.400 Louisiana
01:03:11.120 Governor
01:03:11.680 Jeff Laundrie
01:03:12.560 and New
01:03:13.200 Hampshire
01:03:13.520 Governor
01:03:13.960 Chris
01:03:14.480 Sununu
01:03:14.840 for inviting
01:03:15.580 her,
01:03:16.380 along with
01:03:16.800 President
01:03:17.140 Elect
01:03:17.460 Donald
01:03:17.720 Trump.
01:03:18.100 She thanked
01:03:18.460 the other
01:03:18.800 10
01:03:19.040 governors
01:03:19.400 involved.
01:03:21.000 This is
01:03:21.400 what Premier
01:03:21.840 Smith said.
01:03:22.560 With 200
01:03:23.760 billion
01:03:24.580 barrels of
01:03:25.560 recoverable
01:03:26.200 oil,
01:03:27.500 200
01:03:27.820 trillion
01:03:28.700 cubic feet
01:03:29.560 of
01:03:29.740 recoverable
01:03:30.280 natural
01:03:30.680 gas,
01:03:31.580 and I'm
01:03:31.940 sad that
01:03:32.340 we didn't
01:03:32.620 list our
01:03:33.040 coal,
01:03:33.840 significant
01:03:34.380 natural gas
01:03:35.040 liquids and
01:03:35.580 ample
01:03:36.020 poor space
01:03:37.920 for carbon
01:03:38.980 capture.
01:03:39.980 Alberta's
01:03:40.300 contribution is
01:03:40.940 set to grow
01:03:41.300 even further
01:03:41.780 as we look
01:03:42.740 to work with
01:03:43.380 the Trump
01:03:43.920 administration
01:03:44.480 and other
01:03:44.780 U.S.
01:03:45.040 partners to
01:03:45.400 increase our
01:03:45.860 pipeline capacity
01:03:46.600 to our
01:03:47.300 greatest friend
01:03:47.820 and ally
01:03:48.200 the United
01:03:48.640 States.
01:03:49.060 We're
01:03:49.260 proud to
01:03:49.660 collaborate
01:03:49.960 with this
01:03:50.440 coalition of
01:03:50.980 allied states
01:03:51.920 in advancing
01:03:52.600 energy security,
01:03:54.000 reliability,
01:03:54.980 and affordability
01:03:55.900 for Americans
01:03:56.880 and Canadians.
01:03:58.140 So they've
01:04:00.020 reignited
01:04:00.440 conversations about
01:04:01.340 the Keystone XL
01:04:02.000 pipeline,
01:04:02.580 which was
01:04:02.900 approved,
01:04:04.560 shelved,
01:04:05.600 approved,
01:04:06.840 and then shelved.
01:04:08.260 And as it
01:04:10.620 stands, it makes
01:04:11.320 perfect sense
01:04:11.960 because Alberta
01:04:12.860 amounts for
01:04:13.920 56% of oil
01:04:15.520 imports to the
01:04:16.520 United States.
01:04:17.480 Double
01:04:17.960 Mexico,
01:04:19.380 Saudi Arabia,
01:04:20.300 and Iraq
01:04:20.900 combined.
01:04:22.040 So it makes
01:04:22.780 sense that we're
01:04:23.320 there, and I'm
01:04:23.960 very happy that
01:04:24.760 we're not letting
01:04:25.820 Stephen Gilbo
01:04:26.660 take the lead
01:04:27.340 on this.
01:04:28.640 Yeah, and you
01:04:29.180 know, Sheila,
01:04:29.640 it's a great
01:04:30.120 strategy for
01:04:31.100 Premier Smith
01:04:31.720 to pursue.
01:04:32.900 One of Trump's
01:04:33.880 promises is
01:04:35.100 energy independence,
01:04:36.580 something he
01:04:37.380 achieved in his
01:04:38.360 first term, and
01:04:39.840 Alberta oil
01:04:40.960 will help him
01:04:41.980 get that way
01:04:43.080 as they're
01:04:44.240 getting energy
01:04:45.340 independent.
01:04:46.020 And it's
01:04:46.860 energy coming
01:04:47.820 not from an
01:04:49.800 enemy state,
01:04:51.640 not from a
01:04:52.960 region that
01:04:53.600 chants death
01:04:54.420 to America,
01:04:55.380 but a friendly
01:04:56.760 Canadian province.
01:04:58.180 Too bad the
01:04:58.720 federal government
01:04:59.340 doesn't see it
01:05:00.060 that way, because
01:05:00.620 there's some
01:05:01.020 kind of other,
01:05:02.120 forgive me,
01:05:02.740 Sheila, I heard
01:05:03.580 Daniel Smith
01:05:04.280 interviewed earlier
01:05:05.300 today, it's not
01:05:06.400 a carbon tax, but
01:05:07.580 it's some kind of
01:05:08.360 other tax that
01:05:09.800 the Trudeau
01:05:10.520 liberals want to
01:05:11.260 put on the
01:05:12.560 Alberta oil
01:05:13.260 industry.
01:05:13.820 Emissions cap.
01:05:14.380 Pardon me?
01:05:14.740 It's emissions.
01:05:15.200 It's an emissions
01:05:16.040 cap.
01:05:16.660 In a sense, it's
01:05:19.500 another carbon
01:05:20.200 tax, really.
01:05:21.020 It's not just a
01:05:21.740 carbon tax, it's a
01:05:22.540 production cap.
01:05:23.380 Yeah.
01:05:23.680 It's a cap on
01:05:24.500 jobs, it's a cap
01:05:25.580 on our prosperity,
01:05:26.640 it's a cap on
01:05:27.260 affordability.
01:05:28.540 If you put an
01:05:29.520 emissions cap, that
01:05:30.460 means you cannot
01:05:31.380 drill past a
01:05:33.020 certain point.
01:05:33.920 Can you imagine?
01:05:34.480 think National Energy
01:05:37.920 Program 2.0.
01:05:39.760 Unbelievable.
01:05:41.020 So we're having
01:05:41.960 none of it, we're
01:05:42.560 going to fight the
01:05:43.040 feds in court, and
01:05:44.800 there's a huge
01:05:46.020 public relations
01:05:47.580 campaign to
01:05:48.540 remind the rest of
01:05:49.380 Canada, you know
01:05:50.720 how expensive gas is
01:05:51.740 right now?
01:05:52.360 It's about to get
01:05:53.100 worse if the feds
01:05:54.420 don't let us produce
01:05:55.260 it for you.
01:05:55.740 And people
01:05:59.040 wonder why, whether
01:06:00.900 it's Alberta or
01:06:01.820 Quebec, the
01:06:02.960 separatist movements
01:06:03.960 in both provinces
01:06:05.160 are getting
01:06:06.200 reignited.
01:06:08.380 Although I will
01:06:09.480 tell you that
01:06:10.380 since the election
01:06:11.500 of Premier Smith,
01:06:12.740 the separatist
01:06:13.580 movement has
01:06:14.320 sort of quieted
01:06:17.020 down here in
01:06:17.680 Alberta because
01:06:18.160 she's giving them
01:06:18.840 everything they
01:06:19.400 want.
01:06:20.020 Yeah.
01:06:20.480 Anyway, while
01:06:21.640 remaining in Canada,
01:06:22.700 she's like, you
01:06:23.220 want to fight with
01:06:23.680 the feds?
01:06:24.360 You got it.
01:06:25.740 We're suing them
01:06:26.340 over everything.
01:06:27.480 You want a better,
01:06:28.600 closer relationship
01:06:29.520 with the United
01:06:30.220 States?
01:06:30.900 Guess what?
01:06:31.340 We're doing that
01:06:31.880 too.
01:06:32.900 So you want
01:06:34.380 control over
01:06:34.980 firearms rights?
01:06:35.740 We're doing it.
01:06:36.540 You want control
01:06:37.160 over immigration?
01:06:38.340 Hang tight.
01:06:38.900 We're going to get
01:06:39.340 it done.
01:06:39.680 You want property
01:06:40.260 rights?
01:06:40.640 We're doing that
01:06:41.080 too.
01:06:41.280 So all the things
01:06:42.100 that made that
01:06:43.580 separatist movement
01:06:44.360 say we're not
01:06:46.220 culturally compatible
01:06:47.220 with the rest of
01:06:48.000 the country, she's
01:06:48.960 saying, look, hold
01:06:50.440 your horses, we're
01:06:51.480 going to have our
01:06:52.000 little firewall, and
01:06:53.120 we're going to
01:06:53.740 flex our muscles
01:06:54.640 within confederation.
01:06:55.740 So she's the best
01:06:57.140 of both worlds.
01:06:58.000 You know what,
01:06:58.340 Sheila, good point.
01:07:00.320 Premier Smith as the
01:07:02.060 premier in Alberta,
01:07:03.900 Donald Trump taking
01:07:05.240 over come January
01:07:06.280 as president, and the
01:07:09.380 only missing piece of
01:07:10.380 the puzzle is regime
01:07:11.860 change in Ottawa,
01:07:12.960 which, like I said
01:07:13.940 earlier, if you believe
01:07:14.680 the polls, and I sure
01:07:15.560 do, is inevitable in
01:07:17.560 less than a year.
01:07:18.280 So, yeah, that might
01:07:21.640 extinguish any kind of
01:07:23.280 independence movement
01:07:24.540 because you have a
01:07:26.240 provincial, a federal
01:07:28.340 government, and the
01:07:29.900 government in the U.S.
01:07:30.920 all on board in terms of
01:07:32.840 promoting Alberta's
01:07:33.940 interests.
01:07:34.760 I can't wait.
01:07:36.880 Yeah, we just want to be
01:07:37.820 free of the federal
01:07:39.820 government telling us
01:07:42.040 what to do and how to
01:07:43.040 live because we live
01:07:45.480 differently out here,
01:07:46.400 and she's helping us
01:07:47.420 do that.
01:07:48.080 So, and she's not
01:07:50.220 scared of the media,
01:07:51.700 independent media, but
01:07:53.520 also the mainstream
01:07:54.260 media.
01:07:54.940 She's happy to take
01:07:56.020 questions from us.
01:07:56.820 She's got all kinds of
01:07:57.660 time for independent
01:07:58.460 media, and she's happy
01:08:01.040 to kick around the
01:08:03.500 mainstream media and
01:08:04.780 the likes of Rosie
01:08:05.980 Barton.
01:08:07.440 Let's just go into
01:08:08.640 this video with Rosie
01:08:10.680 Barton and Daniel
01:08:11.920 Smith talking about the
01:08:14.460 close relationships.
01:08:16.220 she's trying to build
01:08:17.320 with our American
01:08:18.080 friends as a pro-oil
01:08:21.220 and gas administration
01:08:22.980 is coming into
01:08:23.880 Washington.
01:08:24.540 Like, it's just such a
01:08:25.780 stupid thing for Rosie
01:08:27.740 Barton to even
01:08:28.360 question.
01:08:28.900 Like, what?
01:08:30.080 Like, if you...
01:08:31.040 Oh, it's the climate
01:08:31.820 crisis, Sheila.
01:08:32.880 That's why.
01:08:34.220 Right.
01:08:34.540 It's the climate
01:08:35.100 crisis.
01:08:35.680 Yeah.
01:08:36.500 Anyways, let's just
01:08:37.880 watch this.
01:08:38.840 Our premier's so good.
01:08:40.460 Donald Trump has
01:08:41.140 named now his energy
01:08:42.860 secretary, Chris Wright.
01:08:43.980 He's a fracking
01:08:45.040 executive.
01:08:46.740 Questions, I think, a
01:08:47.800 little bit.
01:08:48.260 Climate change, I think
01:08:49.100 that's fair to say.
01:08:50.160 What do you make of that
01:08:51.000 appointment, and how do
01:08:52.120 you plan to work with
01:08:53.160 him?
01:08:53.380 Because his goal is
01:08:54.700 really to make sure that
01:08:55.820 they can produce more
01:08:57.000 energy within the United
01:08:58.200 States.
01:08:59.560 Well, I would say the
01:09:00.520 most important appointment
01:09:01.660 is actually Doug Burgum,
01:09:03.040 who is the secretary of
01:09:04.180 the interior, as well as
01:09:05.380 the energy czar.
01:09:06.620 I think as the former
01:09:07.700 governor of North Dakota,
01:09:09.040 one of the things he's
01:09:09.820 realized is that getting
01:09:10.720 pipelines built requires
01:09:12.420 coordination across multiple
01:09:14.040 ministries, including
01:09:15.860 especially on federal
01:09:17.200 lands.
01:09:17.780 And so the fact that they
01:09:18.620 put Doug Burgum in charge
01:09:20.280 of that portfolio, as
01:09:21.840 well as, I think, some
01:09:22.960 pretty strong energy
01:09:24.640 advocates in the other
01:09:26.240 portfolios that matter, I
01:09:27.920 think that that sends a
01:09:28.800 very clear message that
01:09:29.980 they understand, the
01:09:31.080 Americans understand
01:09:31.740 something that it seems
01:09:32.540 that the federal
01:09:33.560 government doesn't, is
01:09:34.820 that if you have low
01:09:35.800 cost energy for your
01:09:37.120 consumers, that's going
01:09:38.400 to address the
01:09:39.540 affordability issues, it
01:09:40.640 will address the
01:09:41.420 inflation issues, it'll
01:09:42.520 address the investment
01:09:44.200 issues, it'll make
01:09:45.340 everything less, it'll
01:09:47.000 reduce costs, which
01:09:48.360 will increase economic
01:09:49.340 performance.
01:09:50.120 That, I think, is what
01:09:51.000 we should see about what
01:09:51.880 the Americans are trying
01:09:52.800 to achieve.
01:09:53.780 And if we can help
01:09:54.560 provide that, but also
01:09:56.000 align our energy policy
01:09:57.680 around that, it'll
01:09:58.340 benefit both of our
01:09:59.400 countries.
01:10:00.620 You know, Sheila, right
01:10:01.920 off the hop, Rosemary
01:10:03.760 Byrne, in what has to be
01:10:06.900 such a moronic, loaded
01:10:08.720 question, when she's
01:10:10.460 speaking of Chris
01:10:11.180 Wright, the fracking
01:10:13.560 CEO, quote, his goal
01:10:16.280 is to produce more
01:10:18.240 energy in the United
01:10:19.840 States.
01:10:20.960 Oh, no, no, not that.
01:10:24.320 Let's have a dependent on,
01:10:26.780 you know, Middle East
01:10:28.240 despots or Venezuela.
01:10:30.500 I mean, that's crazy.
01:10:33.140 How is that a bad thing
01:10:35.000 in anyone's mind?
01:10:36.800 Well, who's driven by
01:10:38.520 common sense and is not
01:10:39.820 some woke climate
01:10:41.580 catastrophe nabob?
01:10:45.160 I just want to point out
01:10:46.580 just how insufferably
01:10:48.100 stupid Rosie Barton is on
01:10:49.960 this topic.
01:10:51.160 And I want everybody at
01:10:53.640 home to realize that when
01:10:54.940 you are watching the CBC,
01:10:56.540 they are experts on
01:10:57.900 nothing.
01:10:59.120 And I don't claim to be
01:11:00.700 an expert on this topic,
01:11:02.280 but I have been around
01:11:04.080 the oil and gas sector
01:11:05.420 since before I was
01:11:06.980 born.
01:11:07.680 OK, I'm a multi-generational
01:11:09.420 oil patch family.
01:11:11.680 And if you pay attention
01:11:13.260 to this stuff, like she
01:11:14.780 says fracking like it's a
01:11:16.080 crazy thing.
01:11:17.000 If fracking were dangerous,
01:11:19.220 Alberta would be a hell
01:11:20.240 hole instead of one of the
01:11:21.440 most beautiful places.
01:11:22.820 No, the most beautiful
01:11:24.100 place on the face of the
01:11:25.380 earth.
01:11:25.640 We frack like crazy here.
01:11:26.720 Um, but she says, you
01:11:29.440 know, he he denies
01:11:31.920 climate change and he's a
01:11:33.000 fracking CEO.
01:11:34.560 Rosie, if you care about
01:11:36.260 carbon emissions and I
01:11:38.320 don't, but the CBC tells
01:11:40.180 me they do, then you
01:11:41.800 should support fracking
01:11:42.760 because the last and you
01:11:44.420 should support President
01:11:45.400 Trump if you care about
01:11:46.360 emissions lowering,
01:11:47.480 because the last time
01:11:49.420 around when there was a
01:11:50.480 fracking renaissance under
01:11:51.860 President Trump, guess
01:11:53.460 what happened in the
01:11:54.180 United States?
01:11:55.180 Emissions fell.
01:11:56.720 And everyone from
01:11:57.660 Slate to the American
01:11:58.780 Enterprise Institute to
01:12:00.880 the Heartland Institute
01:12:03.020 to places on the left
01:12:04.760 all were forced to admit
01:12:06.400 that the fracking boom in
01:12:10.140 the United States caused
01:12:11.980 energy to become cheaper
01:12:13.460 and emissions to fall.
01:12:16.680 So if you care about the
01:12:18.360 environment in emissions,
01:12:19.700 again, let me reiterate over
01:12:21.120 and over again.
01:12:21.720 I don't.
01:12:22.700 But if you do, and big old
01:12:24.760 Rosie says that she does,
01:12:26.380 well, then you want the
01:12:27.940 fracking guy in charge of
01:12:28.980 the energy department.
01:12:31.880 Yeah.
01:12:32.240 Imagine that.
01:12:33.260 Putting somebody in charge
01:12:34.600 of energy who has a
01:12:36.140 background in energy as
01:12:38.060 opposed to activism,
01:12:40.500 you know, as opposed to,
01:12:41.580 I don't know, climbing the
01:12:42.900 CN Tower illegally and
01:12:44.720 getting on somebody's roof,
01:12:47.980 you know, being the
01:12:49.060 environment minister to shut
01:12:50.480 down the energy sector.
01:12:52.980 It's unbelievable.
01:12:54.280 Like I said, Sheila, I feel
01:12:56.080 like I know you're an SCTV
01:12:57.540 fan.
01:12:58.340 Remember that Ed Grimley,
01:13:00.980 the boy who could not wait
01:13:03.360 for Christmas.
01:13:04.640 It's Ed Grimley staying up
01:13:07.100 all night.
01:13:07.860 Like, this is insane, man.
01:13:09.760 It's only 2 a.m.
01:13:11.020 When is Christmas coming?
01:13:13.660 It's funny because I have my
01:13:15.000 Edith's prickly glasses on.
01:13:16.280 All you need is the leopard
01:13:19.660 print shirt and you're in
01:13:21.400 business.
01:13:22.540 Oh, I should do that.
01:13:24.220 I could.
01:13:25.380 Ed remark is so funny.
01:13:28.060 OK, let's we've got one
01:13:29.300 more clip from Premier
01:13:31.440 Smith.
01:13:31.980 And then I think we have to
01:13:32.740 wrap up the show because
01:13:33.440 we're already a quarter
01:13:34.320 after.
01:13:35.420 Wow.
01:13:36.500 Yeah.
01:13:37.680 Daniel Smith slams the
01:13:39.180 Trudeau liberals for chasing
01:13:40.480 away tens of billions of
01:13:41.800 investment.
01:13:42.340 Again, this could be just an
01:13:43.420 evergreen video for the next
01:13:45.260 12 months from her.
01:13:49.080 The first small modular
01:13:50.620 reactor, as I understand it,
01:13:52.160 is being rolled out in
01:13:53.180 Darlington in 2026.
01:13:55.920 And once you've established
01:13:57.120 the framework for that, it
01:13:58.580 should be fairly
01:13:59.220 straightforward to be able to
01:14:00.520 roll it out elsewhere.
01:14:01.520 We've never had nuclear in
01:14:02.760 our province.
01:14:03.520 But when I talk to the
01:14:04.640 officials about what it
01:14:05.680 would take to get there,
01:14:06.620 they're telling me the
01:14:07.260 earliest is 2035.
01:14:08.840 Look, I mean, we have to
01:14:09.960 understand the reason why
01:14:11.740 tens of billions of
01:14:13.500 dollars have left our
01:14:14.860 country is because of a
01:14:16.800 federal regulatory process
01:14:18.080 where there is no end in
01:14:19.380 sight.
01:14:19.980 We lost the Tech Frontier
01:14:21.060 mine.
01:14:21.700 We lost Energy East.
01:14:23.300 We've lost multi-billion
01:14:24.800 dollar projects because the
01:14:26.080 federal government has
01:14:26.780 created such a convoluted
01:14:28.360 process where there isn't a
01:14:30.020 clear pathway to finishing.
01:14:31.720 So I'm not going to hold
01:14:32.480 out hope that all of a
01:14:33.800 sudden they're going to see
01:14:34.600 the light after nine years
01:14:35.740 and come up with a process
01:14:36.800 that's going to allow this.
01:14:38.120 If it's going to take the
01:14:38.920 time, we need to give
01:14:39.880 industry the time to be able
01:14:41.340 to do it.
01:14:41.820 And we simply are not
01:14:43.120 going to agree to any
01:14:44.720 kind of arbitrary emissions
01:14:46.400 cap that we know will
01:14:47.260 shut in our production.
01:14:48.220 We're just not going to do
01:14:49.020 it.
01:14:49.260 And I do understand.
01:14:51.060 Yeah, you know, Sheila,
01:14:52.060 that was the interview I was
01:14:53.000 hearing on radio earlier
01:14:54.940 today.
01:14:55.760 And the host, Vashti
01:14:57.280 Capellas, was going after
01:14:58.360 the premier.
01:14:59.520 Yeah, but what if industry,
01:15:01.020 you know, isn't telling the
01:15:03.420 truth?
01:15:03.800 What if they're, you know,
01:15:05.260 overestimating the
01:15:07.360 shortness of time they can
01:15:08.680 get that technology in place?
01:15:10.520 Excuse me, how many times
01:15:13.600 has this government lied
01:15:15.780 through its teeth and look
01:15:17.980 at the, as the beleaguered
01:15:21.100 consumer paying the price
01:15:22.480 and suddenly we have to worry
01:15:24.260 about the energy industry
01:15:26.020 not being transparent?
01:15:27.640 Are you kidding me?
01:15:29.440 Yeah, but Premier Smith
01:15:30.440 isn't wrong here.
01:15:31.640 There's a reason why in
01:15:33.320 Alberta we have energy
01:15:35.060 shortages, even though we're
01:15:37.180 rich with oil and natural
01:15:39.940 gas and coal, we have
01:15:42.200 energy and electricity
01:15:43.380 shortages here.
01:15:44.680 Why?
01:15:45.300 Because they transitioned us
01:15:46.740 off coal too early, thanks
01:15:48.020 to Rachel Notley.
01:15:49.360 But because they transitioned
01:15:51.980 us off coal, but there was
01:15:53.360 regulatory uncertainty and
01:15:55.680 two levels of government,
01:15:57.360 both provincially and
01:15:58.240 federally, that were very
01:15:59.740 clearly anti-fossil fuels.
01:16:02.260 Guess what didn't happen?
01:16:03.640 They didn't bring more
01:16:04.740 natural gas capacity
01:16:06.140 online.
01:16:06.760 The companies were like,
01:16:07.600 what are you talking about?
01:16:08.580 We're not building anything
01:16:09.580 there because we're going to
01:16:11.360 start building it and they're
01:16:12.400 either going to yank the
01:16:13.700 approvals or put on these
01:16:15.380 extra restrictions and now
01:16:17.540 emissions caps.
01:16:18.480 So they didn't ramp up
01:16:20.320 natural gas electricity here
01:16:22.440 until there was regime change
01:16:25.680 in Alberta.
01:16:26.760 And so now we're paying the
01:16:27.940 price.
01:16:28.340 And the same thing is going to
01:16:29.680 happen with this energy
01:16:30.740 transition that Justin Trudeau
01:16:32.900 wants.
01:16:33.320 Who's going to build a reactor
01:16:34.960 here?
01:16:35.840 Who would build a reactor
01:16:37.540 here when you've got Justin
01:16:38.540 Trudeau in Ottawa?
01:16:39.400 It's just not a thing.
01:16:40.600 And so you're going to have
01:16:41.300 energy shortages.
01:16:43.120 Wow.
01:16:44.100 Well, Sheila, like you said,
01:16:45.540 we are at the end of the
01:16:46.700 road.
01:16:46.900 I think we do have at least
01:16:48.140 one super chat.
01:16:50.080 Two, actually.
01:16:51.220 Oh, excellent.
01:16:51.720 We've got one from our
01:16:52.700 friend Ryerson Gary, regular
01:16:54.360 supporter of the show.
01:16:56.680 David Menzies, super fan,
01:16:58.900 gives us five bucks.
01:17:00.160 David, is it possible that the
01:17:01.480 Detroit Lions may finally
01:17:02.900 overcome the hex they put on
01:17:05.220 themselves when they lost
01:17:07.080 Tobin Rote to the Argos in
01:17:10.000 1960?
01:17:10.980 David Menzies, you're the only
01:17:11.880 person I know who might know
01:17:12.940 anything about this.
01:17:13.960 Wow.
01:17:14.240 Ryerson Gary, what an
01:17:15.320 incredible connection of the
01:17:16.740 two teams that I mentioned
01:17:17.860 right off the hop.
01:17:19.940 Well, when it comes to sports
01:17:22.420 droughts, the Detroit Lions,
01:17:25.420 that franchise is 91 years old.
01:17:27.520 They've never won a Super Bowl.
01:17:28.760 They've never even been to a
01:17:29.920 Super Bowl.
01:17:30.380 I think they're due and they
01:17:32.580 are nine and one.
01:17:34.320 So I'm very hopeful.
01:17:36.180 Oh, and by the way, anyone that
01:17:37.420 thinks I jumped on the bandwagon
01:17:38.980 know when my sons moved to
01:17:40.360 Windsor, I said, guys, we got to
01:17:42.360 start supporting Detroit teams
01:17:44.360 and the Lions were pretty sucky
01:17:47.080 back then.
01:17:47.820 So I'm just so enjoying this.
01:17:50.440 But listen, 91 year drought,
01:17:53.740 that makes the Leafs 57 year
01:17:55.760 drought look like the breakfast
01:17:57.820 of champions.
01:17:58.500 So, you know, and really, how
01:18:01.020 can you not like the Lions?
01:18:02.320 How can you not like the city of
01:18:03.680 Detroit?
01:18:04.740 You know, the city that made the
01:18:07.560 motors that put the world, you
01:18:09.780 know, behind the driver, the
01:18:11.340 steering wheel and, you know,
01:18:14.200 a city that's had such hard times
01:18:17.740 of late.
01:18:18.220 So it truly is the underdog
01:18:21.500 Rocky City and the Lions of the
01:18:24.580 Rocky team.
01:18:25.400 So I can't predict who's going to
01:18:27.260 win, but looks good on paper.
01:18:29.760 But then again, so did the 1970
01:18:32.140 Ford Pinto.
01:18:34.100 Yeah, the grandkids of the Leafs
01:18:36.280 drought should be able to vote for
01:18:38.960 Polyev in the next election at 57
01:18:41.200 years, roughly.
01:18:43.520 Yeah, it would be 18.
01:18:45.620 We've got one more
01:18:47.820 rumble rant.
01:18:50.580 It's from Nana Awake, who says the
01:18:52.340 radiation kit not available in
01:18:53.920 Canada, not cool considering
01:18:55.400 bumbling Biden is supposedly in
01:18:57.500 charge of the codes.
01:18:58.600 That and the nuclear warheads will
01:19:01.200 pass right over Canada.
01:19:03.960 The like mutually assured
01:19:06.000 destruction warheads would pass
01:19:08.280 right over Canada.
01:19:09.500 I don't think you have to worry,
01:19:11.280 Sheila.
01:19:11.480 I think, you know, Joe Biden is
01:19:14.620 ragging the puck by being on a
01:19:16.540 beach making sandcastles.
01:19:18.840 My sources tell me that he's
01:19:21.280 figured out if he builds the
01:19:22.700 sandcastle 18 feet away from the
01:19:25.440 waterline, it won't dissolve when
01:19:27.760 the tide comes in.
01:19:28.780 So he's very proud of himself.
01:19:31.180 Do you know what?
01:19:32.160 He looks like he found life again
01:19:34.740 a little bit.
01:19:36.140 Oh, wasn't he?
01:19:38.120 He that meeting last week between
01:19:40.820 Trump and Biden about the
01:19:42.920 transferring of power.
01:19:44.320 Smiling.
01:19:45.020 He looked exhilarated, you know.
01:19:47.300 Yeah.
01:19:48.000 And, you know, Jill Biden, who
01:19:50.160 evidently doesn't even look Kamala
01:19:52.340 Harris in the eye, who is wearing a
01:19:54.660 red dress on election night.
01:19:57.180 Totally symbolic.
01:19:58.140 Um, you know, she is the biggest or
01:20:01.640 loser of all.
01:20:02.420 I have never seen a woman that so
01:20:05.740 loved being the first lady, the
01:20:07.960 Rose Garden, flying around the world
01:20:10.120 in Air Force One.
01:20:10.940 To the point that she would exploit
01:20:12.880 her, obviously, in the throes of
01:20:15.360 dementia husband.
01:20:16.460 Yeah.
01:20:16.820 So that she could still be the first
01:20:18.920 lady.
01:20:19.760 Yeah.
01:20:19.920 Talk about elder abuse, eh, Sheila?
01:20:22.340 Well, yeah, completely.
01:20:23.780 I, I just, I wonder if they tweaked
01:20:26.600 his meds now, um, so that he's not,
01:20:29.800 uh, as clearly, uh, Swiss cheese
01:20:33.000 addled in his brain.
01:20:34.660 Uh, I don't, I don't know.
01:20:36.240 It's like, he's just became able to
01:20:38.220 walk, you know, like his gait got
01:20:40.780 better.
01:20:41.440 He's smiling.
01:20:42.640 He's not wandering off.
01:20:44.300 He looks good in that photo.
01:20:46.500 Yeah.
01:20:46.680 I mean, they've got to leave, leave
01:20:48.580 his face alone a little bit.
01:20:49.920 He looks like the Geico gecko a
01:20:52.520 little bit because they've just
01:20:53.700 yanked on his face and frozen it a
01:20:57.360 little bit too much.
01:20:58.260 But I mean, he does, he looks like,
01:21:00.640 uh, at least momentarily coherent.
01:21:02.940 I've never seen him look better that
01:21:04.160 he's untethered from the presidency.
01:21:06.960 Wow.
01:21:07.660 Well, thank you very much for that
01:21:09.160 super chat as well as Ryerson Gary.
01:21:11.060 And thank you all for tuning in.
01:21:13.440 I had a blast.
01:21:14.300 I had no idea we're 21 minutes over
01:21:16.560 time, but as they say, you know what
01:21:18.660 flies when you're having fun.
01:21:20.640 Sheila and I will be back here on
01:21:23.140 Friday.
01:21:24.500 In the meantime, as always, folks,
01:21:27.140 stay safe and stay sane.
01:21:30.260 The challenge we're facing right now
01:21:32.780 is that the direct pressures on
01:21:35.380 individuals and households, the
01:21:37.680 affordability crisis, uh, that being
01:21:40.260 kicked in the teeth by inflation around
01:21:41.980 the world over the past few years, uh,
01:21:44.560 the concerns around the rapid pace of
01:21:47.260 change, the instabilities we're seeing,
01:21:49.740 the shifting geopolitics, the
01:21:51.540 disruptions of the supply chain have a
01:21:54.440 lot of individual citizens, voters,
01:21:57.460 families really worried that they're not
01:22:01.280 able to make ends meet.
01:22:02.960 And it's really, really easy when
01:22:05.280 you're in a short term survive.
01:22:07.640 I got to be able to pay the rent this
01:22:09.220 month.
01:22:09.500 I got to be able to buy groceries for
01:22:11.000 my kids to say, okay, let's put
01:22:15.300 climate change as a slightly lower
01:22:17.860 priority.
01:22:19.440 And that's something that's instinctive.
01:22:21.300 When the storm comes, you want to hunker
01:22:23.000 down and just sort of huddle up and wait
01:22:24.800 for it to blow over.
01:22:25.880 We can't do that around climate change.
01:22:29.060 And unfortunately we have an awful lot
01:22:31.920 of political amplification of the kind
01:22:36.300 of narrative that is directly opposed to
01:22:38.580 that.
01:22:38.820 It's, you know, some very, very
01:22:40.760 profitable oil and gas companies and
01:22:43.020 entrenched interests that very much
01:22:45.680 want people to, you know, put in
01:22:48.160 opposition affordability and the fight
01:22:50.900 against climate change.
01:22:51.820 And that's really the challenge we have
01:22:53.740 to take on.
01:22:54.300 Everyone sort of understands, oh yes, we
01:22:55.760 need to grow an economy and protect the
01:22:58.420 environment at the same time.
01:22:59.660 But when it comes to putting dollars in
01:23:01.820 pockets for people, they don't want to
01:23:05.360 hear about, oh, if they, you know, if they
01:23:07.920 just, you know, pay a little more for an
01:23:10.020 electric car, then that'll be protecting
01:23:12.300 the environment.
01:23:13.180 They can't pay a little more for an
01:23:14.920 electric car right now.
01:23:15.920 There's a sense that affordability is in
01:23:18.380 direct contrast with our moral responsibility
01:23:23.360 to protect the planet.
01:23:25.040 And that is something that unfortunately
01:23:27.860 people have been amplified and use propaganda,
01:23:33.220 misinformation, disinformation, and flat out
01:23:36.360 lies to scare people into saying, oh, no, no, no.
01:23:41.440 We got to take care of our household budget
01:23:44.560 and bottom line first and environment second.
01:23:48.600 And that's one of the things that we've
01:23:49.820 really tried to tackle in Canada, because
01:23:51.640 ultimately, even as we talk about global
01:23:54.320 collective action and responsibility, we have
01:23:58.120 a first primary responsibility to citizens in
01:24:00.720 our own countries, because if they're not on
01:24:03.880 board with us stepping up to fight climate
01:24:06.060 change, both at home and around the world, they
01:24:08.100 will withdraw political support from parties that
01:24:10.580 are that are focused on doing that.
01:24:12.840 And that's the challenge we have to tackle.
