00:04:12.460 his appointments as a woman, pretending to be a woman, claiming to be a woman. Then he shows up as a man
00:04:18.580 and insists that they wax them, and that they touch him, and do to him what he wants. And often, by the
00:04:24.980 way, those estheticians happen to be immigrant women working from home. He literally comes to their house,
00:04:30.260 and he does this again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again,
00:04:34.520 and again, and when they say no, he demands money from them. He sues them at, you guessed it, the BC Human
00:04:41.480 Rights Tribunal. I mean, if you get 50 grand for not wanting to wash your hands as a McDonald's employee,
00:04:49.060 for the human right not to have to wash your hand before touching a hamburger, why not? I mean, it's not
00:04:55.180 like he has to pay for anything. It's all governed, all covered by the government, and they do say he has
00:05:01.180 a right because they're discriminating against him on the basis of gender identity. He says he's not a
00:05:07.180 woman. He said he's a woman, excuse me. He's not, but he says he is. He says he's a trans woman, and he
00:05:14.700 says that's the law now. So he took all these women to the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and he managed to get
00:05:21.560 them prosecuted, to let him prosecute them in secret, as in, he got to hide his name. He actually
00:05:32.380 played the victim. He claimed he was in danger, so he managed to get a publication ban on his own
00:05:39.040 lawsuits, so he could continue to go out there and harass and entrap other women. This happened.
00:05:46.520 Well, it also happened that he finally got the ruling from the BC Human Rights Tribunal,
00:05:52.500 and he lost, and it is glorious. Now, I say again, this is still a kangaroo court. It is still a farce,
00:06:01.060 a clown show. This is the Human Rights Tribunal member, Devin Cousineau, who heard the case. She is a
00:06:08.660 cookie-crazy nut herself. She's a radical herself, who has issued extremist rulings in cases very much like 0.87
00:06:14.960 this one before, in favor of Morgaine Ogre, a well-named trans extremist from BC. So this Human
00:06:22.040 Rights Tribunal kook is out there all the way, but Jonathan Yaniv was just a bridge too far,
00:06:27.680 so I would like to go through the ruling of this kangaroo court, the BC Human Rights Tribunal,
00:06:33.380 as written by the chief kangaroo herself, Devin Cousineau, because you've got to be like a 10th degree
00:06:39.260 black belt in the crazy department for even Devin Cousineau to say you've gone too far.
00:06:46.520 But we know that. We've seen Yaniv and his crazy mom attack our own David Menzies, too. Just nuts.
00:06:55.640 So the ruling is out. Yaniv had taken all these estheticians to the Human Rights Tribunal,
00:07:04.760 and he lost. And he has to pay each of the estheticians $2,000 for his harassment of them.
00:07:11.520 That's very, very rare in human rights land. Normally, nuisance suits are unpunished, because
00:07:16.240 really, they're all nuisance suits at the Human Rights Tribunal. What do you think that McDonald's
00:07:20.480 thing was? But this was so deeply damaging to the Human Rights Tribunals themselves, to their
00:07:25.040 reputation themselves, to show the world that they could be hijacked in this way. This was really
00:07:29.820 about self-preservation by the BC Human Rights Tribunal. So that's how it ends. He lost. But
00:07:35.380 let me tell you how the ruling begins. Here's the very first paragraph in this 60-page ruling. See,
00:07:42.000 Yaniv isn't just the crazy one. So is the tribunal. Let me read it to you.
00:07:45.340 Jessica Yaniv is a transgender woman. All of the respondents operate businesses which offer
00:07:52.860 waxing services. Miss Yaniv requested waxing services from each of the respondents. In five
00:08:01.220 cases, she requested waxing of her scrotum. In two, she requests waxing of her arms or legs. In each 0.59
00:08:08.400 case, she told the respondent that she was a transgender woman, and the respondent refused to
00:08:13.040 provide Miss Yaniv with service. Miss Yaniv says that this refusal to serve her is discrimination
00:08:19.460 on the basis of her gender identity and expression, in violation of Section 8 of the Human Rights
00:08:24.320 Code. Okay, let's start. It's Jonathan. It's not Jessica. I suppose we can call ourselves whatever

00:13:55.180 The woman's name is Sandeep Benipal.

00:13:58.720 Miss Benipal operates a salon business from a small room in her home. 0.75
00:14:03.180 During business hours, she is alone in the home with her children.
00:14:06.860 She testified that she runs this business to earn some extra money to support her children.

00:14:21.980 She has not been trained to wax a scrotum and said that the request made her feel nervous and uncomfortable.
00:14:28.960 During the hearing, she testified that she felt uncomfortable just talking about it, and her discomfort was apparent.

00:14:44.000 This time, she used a Facebook account with the name Jessica and a picture showing a person wearing makeup with longer blonde hair, which she found on the Internet.

00:21:28.660 on these same issues, she undermined the integrity of the very order she had sought.

00:21:37.900 Ms. Yaniv's representations did not prejudice the integrity of the tribunal's process.

00:21:45.960 So Yaniv lied to the tribunal to get them to put a publication ban over everything he

00:21:52.380 But then he used that secrecy given to him by the government to harass a dozen women. 0.64

00:22:28.840 He abandoned some of his complaints just to get the lawyers out of the room.
00:22:32.780 Anyone the Justice Center worked for, he dropped his complaints against them.
00:22:36.420 And then he applied to kick those lawyers off the case for the remaining clients.
00:22:40.800 He was obviously terrified of fighting real men, real lawyers.

00:23:24.040 to have him removed and found that her pattern of withdrawals was improper.

00:26:51.300 access to make some political-style statement as if there was, like, an airplane hostage-taking,

00:26:59.300 And secondly, to actually approve and oversee the theft of five turkeys.

00:27:52.500 is the fourth person to be charged, a 46-year-old man named Maxwell Ma,
00:27:59.860 who just happens to be an employee of Global News, a journalist.
00:28:08.100 And I say again, part of the hostage shakedown extortion deal was that Global News be given
00:28:17.960 access to these protesters.
00:28:19.740 So it was an inside job.

00:29:55.940 to come out that a Global News employee was involved in this.
00:29:59.140 So they begrudgingly tell the world in the third to last sentence of their story.

00:30:14.320 a global journalist as one of the accused terrorists.
