00:02:00.860 the political establishment. So here's the video. Now, I want to warn you, there's a lot of swearing

00:02:05.040 here and then some spitting. So you're going to hear the F word a few times. There's another bad word

00:02:11.560 that was bleeped out by BlogTO. I don't even know what that word is. But I'm going to play

00:05:09.980 by the way. And he was careful enough not to poke her with the scissors, by the way. And she was happy

00:05:15.520 to do a national press conference from an elementary school, because apparently that happens all the

00:05:20.200 time, 11-year-olds holding national press conferences in elementary schools, right after

00:05:25.000 they're attacked and the attacker's still on the loose. And the younger brother comes to the press

00:05:35.700 that leftist actor, Jussie Smollett, claimed that he was attacked at 3 a.m. by some rednecks who were

00:05:43.440 walking around Chicago with a noose and some bleach, apparently, as one does at 3 a.m. in Chicago

00:05:57.940 an actor who plays an obscure role on that show. And they saw the actor and they attacked him because

00:06:03.740 they had a noose and bleach around with them. And they put the noose around Jussie Smollett's neck

00:06:07.780 and splashed bleach on him. But Jussie Smollett fought them off and they ran. And the whole time

00:06:13.100 he was holding on to his Subway sandwich and never dropped it. That was my favorite detail

00:07:57.420 finally proof of it. So BlogTO published it as news saying a woman was just caught on camera

00:08:05.620 screaming racial slurs outside Toronto City Hall. I mean, I guess that's technically true. That's not

00:08:10.520 a lie. But the lie was in the image and not disclosing that it's obviously a fake, a hoax,

00:08:16.640 a set up. Pictures absolutely can lie. In fact, they're the most powerful of lies because we

00:08:24.760 instantly see something. We instantly come to a judgment about it. You can't unsee that hand

00:08:30.440 painted sign for Andrew Scheer, can you? And so it's fused with this story in your mind. As of this

00:08:37.500 afternoon, that little video was seen about a half a million times on Twitter alone.

00:08:41.360 And like I say, I saw it via David Aiken. Here's what he tweeted. He has since deleted this tweet.

00:08:48.720 But here's a snapshot someone took of his tweet before he deleted. He said,

00:08:52.720 Scheer's opponents will shrug and say, well, of course, that's unfair, but that's politics. In the

00:08:58.300 meantime, Scheer would do well to go out of his way to denounce this kind of hatred and to do that

00:09:02.720 quickly. So David Aiken was not only giving great publicity to this hoax and putting zero effort

00:09:09.160 into scrutinizing and skeptically, doing no basic fact checks. He was also giving a prescription

00:09:14.100 this year. Hey, Andrew Scheer, you'd better react to this or you'll own it, says I. We all assume

00:09:20.560 this is who you really are. That's the default. So unless you stop what you're doing, stop talking

00:09:24.640 about what you're talking about and tell us for the empteenth time that you're not a racist,

00:13:49.220 said, I don't believe this. He's a Palestinian activist who used to work for Bill Morneau at

00:13:54.000 Morneau's company, Morneau Chappelle. That's a pretty coincidental thing, but I actually think

00:13:58.060 he's legitimate. I think the hoaxer was Talia Davidson. I think Farhan Rana's reaction,

00:14:03.880 I think, was real. I don't think he was in on it. I think he was actually assaulted. That's what

00:14:09.520 being spat upon is. If he's in on this hoax, that's a whole other level of misconduct. I

00:23:14.360 massed in the streets such an enormous percentage of the population. Are you betting on the spirit of Hong 0.99
