Red Ice TV - FBI Covered Up Child Sex Abuse, Father Goes On Revenge Rampage In Court Room

00:00:00.000 Priorities by the FBI.

00:00:01.280 This is an interesting story from today here.

00:00:04.300 The girl, I think it was multiple girls, 1.00

00:00:07.520 that were sexually abused by Larry Nazar.

00:00:12.000 And he was a sports coach, right?

00:00:16.080 Let me just find his details real quick here.

00:00:18.540 It's a sports coach, and he was molesting these kids, right?

00:00:23.940 I remember this was the footage where the dad,

00:00:27.640 literally in the courtroom, I'll see if I can find that later too, 0.98

00:00:30.520 was getting up from his chair to beat the living shit out of this guy. 0.99

00:00:36.840 But yeah, former doctor, convicted sex offender. 1.00

00:00:41.860 For 18 years, he was the team doctor

00:00:43.940 of the United States Women's National Gymnastics Team. 0.71

00:00:46.860 So he was sexually abusing and molesting,

00:00:50.580 in many cases, underaged girls, right? 0.76

00:00:54.220 And of course, what happened?

00:00:56.120 The FBI didn't even take down the reports.

00:00:58.460 It took them 17 or 18 months before they decided to even note anything about this.

00:01:04.040 And when they did, claims one of the victims here, Michaela Marooney,

00:01:07.540 they lied about it.

00:01:09.340 They wanted to cover up, and then they lied about it.

00:01:11.980 See, they're busy framing people who's posting memes on the internet

00:01:16.700 or something like that, right?

00:01:17.880 I'm going to read it a bit here.

00:01:20.400 U.S. Olympics gymnast Michaela Marooney accused the FBI of concealing her detailed account of sexual abuse

00:01:26.120 by Larry Nazar at a Senate hearing on the agency's investigation.

00:01:30.240 Not only did the FBI not report my abuse,

00:01:33.720 but when they eventually documented my report, 17 months later,

00:01:38.580 they made entirely false claims about what I said.

00:01:41.660 She said Wednesday, alongside her fellow gymnast,

00:01:44.220 she detailed how she spoke of the phone to the FBI

00:01:46.540 and described her sexual abuse in extreme detail.

00:01:49.900 Marooney said that the FBI, she first met Nazar,

00:01:54.580 Marooney said she told the FBI she first met Nazar when she was 13 years old

00:02:00.240 and that the first thing he ever said to her was to change into shorts without wearing underwear

00:02:05.920 because it would be easier for him to work on her.

00:02:08.680 There you go. 1.00

00:02:09.040 Within minutes, he had his fingers in my vagina, she testified. 1.00

00:02:13.140 But these are the people, folks, that are running the show, right? 0.99

00:02:24.200 These are the people that are getting leniency from the FBI's.

00:02:28.120 They try to help to cover it up.

00:02:29.780 They try to—I mean, it's so utterly deprived and despicable.

00:02:34.740 We're at the—sometimes I just—sometimes I think about antibody-dependent enhancement

00:02:43.360 and I just like, please let it be true.

00:02:47.120 Please let this happen.

00:02:48.800 Please end this thing, right?

00:02:51.640 I have a clip here.

00:02:52.380 It's kind of long, but let's play a little bit from it.

00:02:54.340 It's from her testimony here.

00:02:55.820 Let's see what she says.

00:02:56.800 Good morning.

00:02:57.700 Thank you, Chairman Durbin, Ranking Member Grassley,

00:03:00.280 and members of the Judiciary Committee for inviting me to speak today.

00:03:03.440 As most of you are probably aware, I was molested by the U.S. gymnastics national team

00:03:08.840 and Olympic team doctor Larry Nassar. 0.82

00:03:11.880 And in actuality, he turned out to be more of a pedophile than he was a doctor.

00:03:16.520 What I'm trying to bring to your attention today is something incredibly disturbing and illegal.

00:03:22.100 After telling my entire story of abuse to the FBI in the summer of 2015,

00:03:27.720 not only did the FBI not report my abuse,

00:03:30.940 but when they eventually documented my report, 17 months later,

00:03:35.720 they made entirely false claims about what I said.

00:03:40.260 After reading the Office of Inspector General's OIG report, I was shocked.

00:03:46.100 Here's the guy right there.

00:03:47.420 I just want to show you a picture of him.

00:03:48.480 That's him right there.

00:03:49.680 Deeply disappointed at this narrative they chose to fabricate.

00:03:52.380 Just look at that face.

00:03:53.020 They chose to lie about what I said and protect a serial child molester

00:03:57.680 rather than protect not only me, but countless others.

00:04:02.240 My story is one in which Special Agent in Charge Jay Abbott and his subordinates

00:04:07.560 did not want you to hear.

00:04:09.700 And it's time that I tell you.

00:04:11.860 In the summer of 2015, like I said,

00:04:14.500 I was scheduled to speak to the FBI about my abuse with Larry Nassar over the phone.

00:04:18.900 I was too sick to go meet with anyone in person,

00:04:22.120 and talking about this abuse would give me PTSD for days.

00:04:26.060 But I chose to speak about it to try and make a difference and protect others.

00:04:31.700 I remember sitting on my bedroom floor for nearly three hours

00:04:35.220 as I told them what happened to me.

00:04:37.060 I hadn't even told my own mother about these facts,

00:04:39.940 but I thought as uncomfortable and as hard as it was to tell my story,

00:04:44.700 I was going to make a difference, and hopefully protecting others from the same abuse.

00:04:49.880 I answered all of their questions honestly and clearly,

00:04:53.060 and I disclosed all of my molestations I had endured by Nassar to them in extreme detail.

00:05:01.100 They told me to start from the beginning.

00:05:03.440 I told them about the sport of gymnastics, how you make the national team,

00:05:07.340 and how I came to meet Larry Nassar when I was 13 at a Texas camp.

00:05:11.960 I told them that the first thing Larry Nassar ever said to me

00:05:15.800 was to change into shorts with no underwear,

00:05:18.700 because that would make it easier for him to work on me. 1.00

00:05:21.540 And within minutes, he had his fingers in my vagina. 1.00

00:05:25.120 The FBI then immediately asked, did he insert his fingers into your... 0.99

00:05:29.060 So just for the record here,

00:05:32.700 that means that the FBI are protecting pedophiles, right?

00:05:36.200 They're protecting child molesters.

00:05:37.900 While they're busy trying to set up sting operations and frame people for January 6th,

00:05:43.060 and you do, they are the real domestic terrorists, 1.00

00:05:45.680 or the white supremacists, and all this bullshit, 1.00

00:05:49.080 they're protecting and helping to cover up pedophiles, right? 1.00

00:05:53.300 Their activities.

00:05:54.820 Should tell you something right there,

00:05:56.480 who these people are and who we're dealing with here.

00:05:58.420 I said no, he never did.

00:06:01.200 They asked if he used gloves.

00:06:03.040 I said no, he never did.

00:06:04.660 They asked if this treatment ever helped me.

00:06:07.940 I said no, it never did.

00:06:10.700 This treatment was 100% abuse and never gave me any relief.

00:06:16.240 I then told the FBI about Tokyo the day he gave me a sleeping pill for the plane ride

00:06:21.580 to then work on me later that night.

00:06:23.940 That evening, I was naked, completely alone, 0.93

00:06:27.280 with him on top of me, molesting me for hours. 0.82

00:06:30.040 I told them I thought I was going to die that night

00:06:33.160 because there was no way that he would let me go.

00:06:36.260 But he did.

00:06:38.300 I told them I walked the halls of Tokyo Hotel at 2 a.m.

00:06:42.680 at only 15 years old.

00:06:44.360 I began crying at the memory over the phone,

00:06:46.940 and there was just dead silence.

00:06:48.580 I was so shocked at the agent's silence and disregard for my trauma.

00:06:53.140 After that minute of silence, he asked,

00:06:55.120 Is that all?

00:06:57.940 Those words in itself

00:06:59.320 was one of the worst moments of this entire process for me.

00:07:03.980 To have my abuse be minimized and disregarded

00:07:06.680 by the people who were supposed to protect me

00:07:09.040 just to feel like my abuse was not enough.

00:07:12.660 Yep.

00:07:13.200 But the truth is, my abuse was enough,

00:07:15.980 and they wanted to cover it up.

00:07:17.580 USA Gymnastics, in concert with the FBI and the Olympic Committee,

00:07:23.400 were working together to conceal that Larry Nassar was a predator.

00:07:27.060 I then proceeded to tell them about London

00:07:29.100 and how he'd signed me up last on his sheet

00:07:32.060 so he could molest me for hours twice a day.

00:07:34.720 I told them how he molested me

00:07:37.360 right before I won my team gold medal,

00:07:41.260 how he gave me presents,

00:07:42.720 bought me caramel macchiatos and bread when I was hungry.

00:07:45.140 I even sent them screenshots of Nassar's last text to me,

00:07:49.740 which was,

00:07:50.200 Michaela,

00:07:50.800 I love how you see the world with rose-colored glasses.

00:07:53.940 I hope you continue to do so.

00:07:55.500 This was very clear, cookie-cutter, pedophilia, and abuse.

00:08:01.780 And this is important.

00:08:02.560 Did you recognize that other guy right there?

00:08:04.400 Yeah, another one who's covering this kind of stuff up.

00:08:06.900 Absolutely.

00:08:07.520 Important because I told the FBI all of this,

00:08:10.100 and they chose to falsify my report

00:08:12.060 and to not only minimize my abuse,

00:08:14.380 but silence me yet again.

00:08:16.440 I thought, given the severity of this situation,

00:08:19.980 that they would act quickly

00:08:20.940 for the sake of protecting other girls.

00:08:23.080 But instead, it took them 14 months to report anything

00:08:26.780 when Larry Nassar, in my opinion,

00:08:29.160 should have been in jail that day.

00:08:31.540 The FBI, USOC, and USAG sat idly by

00:08:35.300 as dozens of girls and women

00:08:37.200 continued to be molested by Larry Nassar.

00:08:40.200 According to the OIG report,

00:08:43.740 about 14 months after I disclosed my abuse to the FBI,

00:08:47.380 nearly a year and a half later,

00:08:49.420 the FBI agent who interviewed me in 2015

00:08:52.140 decided to write down my statement,

00:08:55.200 a statement that the OIG report

00:08:57.120 determined to be materially false.

00:08:59.740 Let's be honest.

00:09:01.380 By not taking immediate action from my report,

00:09:04.160 they allowed a child molester

00:09:06.320 to go free for more than a year.

00:09:09.240 And this inaction directly allowed Nassar's abuse to continue.

00:09:14.940 What is the point of reporting abuse

00:09:18.480 if our own FBI agents are going to take it upon themselves

00:09:22.300 to bury that report in a drawer?

00:09:25.440 They had legal, legitimate evidence of child abuse

00:09:29.260 and did nothing.

00:09:31.160 If they're not going to protect me,

00:09:33.500 I want to know who are they trying to protect. 0.98

00:09:36.300 The pedos.

00:09:36.980 What's even more upsetting to me

00:09:38.480 is that we know that these FBI agents

00:09:42.220 have committed an obvious crime.

00:09:44.540 They falsified my statement

00:09:45.900 and that is illegal in itself.

00:09:49.040 Yet no recourse has been taken against them.

00:09:51.880 The Department of Justice refused to prosecute

00:09:54.320 these individuals.

00:09:56.320 Why?

00:09:57.860 Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco

00:10:00.220 couldn't even bring herself to be here today.

00:10:02.560 And it is the Department of Justice's job

00:10:04.820 to hold them accountable.

00:10:06.680 I am tired of waiting for people to do the right thing

00:10:10.520 because my abuse was enough

00:10:13.220 and we deserve justice.

00:10:16.220 You're expecting the fox to do justice by the hens.

00:10:21.980 It's the fox guarding the hen house.

00:10:24.060 That's what this is.

00:10:25.980 They're part of a system

00:10:27.300 that thrives and lives

00:10:30.880 and continues.

00:10:33.980 The lifeblood of the system

00:10:35.980 has this as an integral part to it.

00:10:40.640 Right?

00:10:42.340 Child abuse

00:10:43.220 which leads to, you know, blackmail

00:10:45.400 people being compromised, right?

00:10:47.600 The whole Epstein thing.

00:10:49.500 There's people in, you know,

00:10:50.700 celebrity culture.

00:10:51.980 Here's people now in sports

00:10:53.160 and stuff like that, right?

00:10:54.060 Tied into it and stuff like that.

00:10:56.040 And who knows?

00:10:56.480 Maybe some of these girls were, you know, 1.00

00:10:58.000 trafficked further later on

00:11:00.540 or something like that, right?

00:11:02.120 Anyway, let's hear

00:11:02.880 the last minute of her out here.

00:11:04.440 These individuals clearly violated policies

00:11:08.080 and were negligent in executing their duties

00:11:10.440 and in doing so,

00:11:11.920 more girls were abused by Larry Nassar

00:11:14.780 for over a year.

00:11:16.700 To not indict these agents

00:11:17.880 is a disservice to me and my teammates.

00:11:20.460 It is a disservice to the system

00:11:22.180 which was built to protect all of us from abuse.

00:11:25.760 It was a disservice to every victim

00:11:27.320 who suffered needlessly

00:11:28.660 at the hands of Larry Nassar

00:11:30.340 after I spoke up.

00:11:32.260 Why are public servants

00:11:33.680 whose job is to protect

00:11:34.780 getting away with this?

00:11:36.200 This is not justice.

00:11:38.400 Enough is enough.

00:11:40.280 Today, I ask you all to hear my voice.

00:11:43.200 I ask you, please,

00:11:44.680 do all that is in your power

00:11:45.980 to ensure that these individuals

00:11:47.340 are held responsible and accountable

00:11:49.500 for ignoring my initial report,

00:11:51.660 for lying about my initial report,

00:11:53.700 and for covering up for a child molester.

00:11:56.940 Yep.

00:11:57.640 In closing,

00:11:58.800 I would like to express

00:12:00.480 my deep gratitude

00:12:01.560 to the United States Senate

00:12:03.200 a very powerful institution

00:12:05.040 that from the very beginning

00:12:06.940 has fought for us

00:12:07.960 rather than against us.

00:12:09.240 No.

00:12:09.520 Just for sure.

00:12:10.000 Thank you,

00:12:10.360 and I welcome any questions.

00:12:12.160 Yeah.

00:12:13.620 All right.

00:12:14.040 So it's just for sure.

00:12:15.320 This is part of the system.

00:12:16.340 This is part of the lifeblood of it.

00:12:17.920 This is what it feeds on.

00:12:19.020 It's evil, demonic,

00:12:20.520 call it whatever you want, 0.87

00:12:21.660 satanic.

00:12:22.700 This is the elite.

00:12:25.340 This is what they do.

00:12:27.460 Right?

00:12:27.620 And Larry Nazar was an integral part of that.

00:12:30.400 A small part.

00:12:31.400 I'm not saying he's the main guy here.

00:12:33.840 You know,

00:12:33.980 he's not a,

00:12:34.460 you know,

00:12:34.880 detroit like in Belgium,

00:12:36.300 right?

00:12:38.440 But it's part of it.

00:12:40.180 And so you're turning

00:12:41.600 to the very people for help

00:12:42.900 that are actually enabling

00:12:44.560 some of this.

00:12:45.660 Right?

00:12:46.400 Do you guys remember the dad?

00:12:47.360 I found the clip.

00:12:47.920 Check this out.

00:12:48.420 This is,

00:12:48.640 this is now he,

00:12:50.400 see the dad's arrested.

00:12:52.600 He's the problem.

00:12:53.540 Look at that.

00:12:53.980 He's the,

00:12:54.900 look,

00:12:55.100 look at this footage.

00:12:55.920 You have some words

00:12:56.680 that you would like to say.

00:12:57.880 This is the father.

00:12:58.460 I would like to give you

00:12:58.960 the opportunity to say.

00:12:59.360 I would ask you to,

00:13:01.580 as part of this sentencing,

00:13:03.660 to grant me five minutes

00:13:05.820 in a locked room 0.75

00:13:06.840 of this demon.

00:13:09.760 I have a feeling.

00:13:10.660 Would you do that?

00:13:12.100 That is not how our.

00:13:13.120 Yes or no?

00:13:14.220 No, sir.

00:13:15.020 I can't do that.

00:13:15.180 Would you give me one minute?

00:13:16.240 You know that I can't do that.

00:13:19.620 That's not how our legal system. 0.94

00:13:21.000 Well, man.

00:13:21.580 Stop it.

00:13:26.940 I want that.

00:13:39.720 I want that.

00:13:40.740 I want that.

00:13:41.600 I want that.

00:13:42.120 I want that.

00:13:43.540 I don't.

00:13:46.240 One minute with that.

00:13:48.100 Go ahead.

00:13:50.000 What if this happened to you guys?

00:13:52.500 No.

00:13:53.080 You cannot behave like that.

00:13:56.780 No one can behave like this.

00:13:58.340 I want to make sure it's crystal clear.

00:13:59.720 Make sure it's crystal clear.

00:14:00.220 You cannot behave like this.

00:14:04.240 This is letting him

00:14:05.420 have this power over us.

00:14:07.240 Okay?

00:14:08.200 See, we'll come out

00:14:08.880 and tell you this.

00:14:10.160 I didn't want to see

00:14:11.120 another parent get arrested

00:14:12.400 or put handcuffs on

00:14:13.740 or evict them.

00:14:14.640 We cannot behave like this.

00:14:18.000 I understand Mr. Margaret's frustration,

00:14:20.440 but you cannot do this.

00:14:23.560 This is not helping your children.

00:14:25.420 This is not helping your community.

00:14:26.820 This is not helping us.

00:14:28.340 This is not helping the police department.

00:14:31.440 Use your words.

00:14:32.760 They're depriving this father

00:14:35.780 of something

00:14:38.820 which has been part

00:14:39.940 of human nature

00:14:40.800 for as long as we can remember.

00:14:43.480 And injustice.

00:14:46.340 I mean, it goes beyond these words, right?

00:14:47.700 But injustice

00:14:48.860 that had been made

00:14:51.120 towards his daughters.

00:14:53.560 And he's the one, right?

00:14:55.840 That's getting...

00:14:56.480 I don't even know

00:14:57.000 what happened to this guy afterward.

00:14:58.180 I'm sure he was prosecuted.

00:14:59.580 I'm sure there was fines

00:15:01.280 or maybe he even went to jail for a while.

00:15:03.960 I should look it up, in fact.

00:15:04.880 We played it a while ago,

00:15:06.120 way back, right?

00:15:08.760 This is the system

00:15:09.920 that we're in right now.

00:15:11.820 I'm not saying that

00:15:12.660 it's always going to be better

00:15:14.100 like a tooth for a tooth

00:15:15.660 or an eye for an eye

00:15:16.560 or something like that, right?

00:15:17.320 But there's something to this

00:15:19.160 where you can't get...

00:15:23.580 A man like that needs revenge, right?

00:15:26.700 That's why he was asking

00:15:27.760 for a minute in a cage

00:15:29.260 with his demon, right?

00:15:33.920 To correct an error, right?

00:15:36.880 To fix an obvious flaw.

00:15:40.840 Right?

00:15:42.220 You understand?

00:15:43.960 And that's what they're depriving.

00:15:45.700 So ask the very system

00:15:48.200 that these people are turning to

00:15:49.780 to get help,

00:15:50.820 to stop criminal acts.

00:15:53.500 They're helping to cover it up.

00:15:55.360 And the father is the bad guy

00:15:57.480 for wanting to fix this problem.

00:16:01.060 Something which should not exist

00:16:03.540 in a healthy and functioning society.

00:16:10.300 Holmgong, something, right? 0.94

00:16:12.100 You know what I mean?

00:16:12.600 Holmgong, do you guys know about that?

00:16:14.780 Holmgong, old classic

00:16:17.260 Nordic legal requirement, right?

00:16:21.680 You've lied about someone.

00:16:23.440 You've made something up.

00:16:24.440 You've done a grave error on someone.

00:16:27.860 You grant the accuser

00:16:30.400 the chance to face the accused, right?

00:16:34.560 And vice versa in a sense then, I guess.

00:16:36.800 But that needs to be solved

00:16:40.500 energetically.

00:16:41.980 That's what I talked about earlier.

00:16:43.480 It's more just...

00:16:44.200 It's camped up and pinned...

00:16:46.680 There's no release for this,

00:16:48.460 for the wrongdoing, right?

00:16:50.240 And so hence, instead,

00:16:52.780 from the suppression,

00:16:53.960 our system is just rotting

00:16:55.960 from the inside, in a way.

00:16:58.280 It's just an incredible case, really.

00:17:02.000 Unbelievable times. 1.00

00:17:03.540 These fucking monsters 1.00

00:17:04.400 are getting away with it, right? 1.00
