00:00:00.840 Donald Trump was almost assassinated yet again.
00:00:05.340 And who is the media blaming?
00:00:08.100 Well, Donald Trump, but not only Donald Trump, but also his supporters, you.
00:00:15.040 What are they saying and what does this really mean?
00:00:18.440 What does this look like as we enter into the homestretch of this election season?
00:00:24.260 We've got all of the examples of how the left has talked about violence over the years
00:00:30.780 and all of the analysis on today's episode of Relatable.
00:00:34.440 It's brought to you by our friends at Good Ranchers.
00:00:36.020 Go to goodranchers.com, use code Allie at checkout.
00:00:38.360 That's goodranchers.com, code Allie.
00:00:50.240 Hey, guys, welcome to Relatable.
00:00:51.960 Happy Tuesday.
00:00:53.020 Hope everyone is having a wonderful week.
00:00:56.540 Okay, I was just telling producer Brie that I am going to try to bring as much energy as
00:01:01.660 possible to today's episode.
00:01:03.660 But Justin, FYI, I'm dealing with this headache and I'm very tired this morning.
00:01:08.940 And so I am going to pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to get us through that.
00:01:14.240 But that's just a for your information.
00:01:17.020 And maybe to break up some of the more serious content that we are going to get into today.
00:01:22.120 And yesterday's content was obviously very serious.
00:01:26.160 I'll take a little bit of a break just to tell you about my health journey that is probably
00:01:30.480 leading to this headache right now.
00:01:33.520 Okay, so I'm seeing this functional medicine doctor.
00:01:37.000 And I've had a lot of people on my show on Wellness Wednesdays talk about the importance
00:01:41.480 of functional medicine and getting all of this comprehensive blood work done and working with
00:01:47.440 someone who really knows how to look at your entire health map, the entirety of all of your
00:01:55.080 functions and how you can optimize them through various means.
00:02:02.860 And one of them, of course, is changing your diet.
00:02:05.740 I'm about a year postpartum.
00:02:08.240 And just to be candid, this has been the hardest postpartum time for me and losing weight and
00:02:17.140 getting back into like a workout routine and a healthy eating regimen.
00:02:21.960 Maybe it's just because I have more kids than I've ever had before.
00:02:25.760 Maybe it's because of busyness.
00:02:27.680 Maybe it's because of other things.
00:02:29.920 I'm not sure.
00:02:31.020 And I'm just older.
00:02:32.460 And so it seemed that my metabolism was faster.
00:02:36.160 Actually, I think that's not even the correct way to say that if I remember correctly.
00:02:40.480 Whatever it is, I'm older.
00:02:42.280 And so it's more difficult this time.
00:02:44.480 And so as I was talking to my functional medicine doctor and we were going over some of my blood
00:02:48.860 work, I will say, shout out We Heart Nutrition, who is a sponsor today that I'll get to later.
00:02:54.480 Iron levels were good, but some of my other levels were not.
00:02:57.880 And it just seemed like I wasn't absorbing the nutrients that I need to.
00:03:01.440 And I also have hypothyroidism.
00:03:03.220 So she was recommending, you know, as we do some other tests, why don't you try to go ahead
00:03:08.860 and cut out gluten and dairy?
00:03:11.040 Now, this is tough because gluten and dairy are two of my main sources of joy in my life.
00:03:15.880 I love gluten and dairy and I love gluten and dairy together on pizza, in pasta, on fajitas
00:03:22.880 with queso, like gluten and dairy is a match made in heaven.
00:03:27.860 And I think I mean that literally, like when we get to heaven, I think there will be a lot
00:03:33.380 of gluten and dairy, but it will be good for us and it won't be bad for our health and
00:03:40.400 it won't cause the inflammation that it causes a lot of people today.
00:03:43.220 And I know a lot of you out there are going to say, you should try raw dairy or you should
00:03:47.720 try sourdough bread.
00:03:49.160 I've tried all of those things.
00:03:51.080 It's still just like messes with me.
00:03:53.840 I don't I don't know.
00:03:54.800 It just makes me feel tired.
00:03:58.100 It makes me feel inflamed.
00:03:59.580 So I don't know.
00:04:00.200 I'm going to try this and I've been trying it for three weeks, y'all for three weeks.
00:04:04.880 I've been without gluten and dairy and that has been really tough.
00:04:08.380 I've gone through different like seasons in the past year of trying to do carnivore,
00:04:13.080 trying to do different things.
00:04:14.720 This is the first time I focused on this and the first time I've really been successful.
00:04:18.840 And I will say it's worked in some in some ways in that like in three weeks, seven pounds
00:04:26.440 gone.
00:04:27.040 And that is really just because I am realizing just by cutting out gluten and dairy, like
00:04:34.540 how much I was mindlessly eating.
00:04:36.620 And you moms can probably relate to this, but it's like, oh, I'll just finish the waffles
00:04:41.200 in the morning.
00:04:42.020 I'll just finish the peanut butter and jelly at lunch.
00:04:45.520 I'll just finish the mac and cheese or the cheese pizza at dinner.
00:04:49.280 And that's fine from time to time.
00:04:51.500 But as you're doing that every day, that adds up to like a thousand extra calories that you're
00:04:55.800 not even thinking about consuming and you're not even calculating into like how much you're
00:05:01.460 actually eating in that day.
00:05:02.880 And so getting rid of gluten and dairy has made me so much more cognizant of what I'm
00:05:09.540 eating and a lot more thoughtful about it.
00:05:12.620 However, it also is if you've ever done something like Whole30 and actually like hate to promote
00:05:19.480 that program because of the values of some of the people that started it.
00:05:23.200 But I've done that before.
00:05:24.880 And you do go through that like detox period to where you are like your head hurts and
00:05:31.400 you're really tired and your body is like, give me a biscuit.
00:05:35.960 That's all I want.
00:05:37.380 Give me a biscuit and some ice cream.
00:05:39.700 I need sugar and I need carbs.
00:05:41.800 And then you kind of get over it.
00:05:43.560 Well, I did go through that a couple of weeks ago and now I'm kind of going through it again.
00:05:49.500 Like that's where I'm like, I got plenty of sleep last night, but I'm tired.
00:05:55.040 My head hurts.
00:05:56.400 I'm like, someone give this girl chicken fingers.
00:06:00.140 That's all I need right now.
00:06:02.020 And so I'm hoping that I can get over this soon and start to like really feel better.
00:06:08.280 Part of my problem too, though, is that even though I cut out a lot of just like processed
00:06:14.040 stuff and I'm hopeful maybe one day I can add in some like healthy gluten and dairy one
00:06:18.980 day, maybe, I don't know.
00:06:20.920 But I've eliminated so much processed stuff just by getting rid of that.
00:06:25.500 And I have necessarily added in like, you know, more protein and things because I can
00:06:30.880 just snack less because I have fewer options.
00:06:33.200 But I still have like a very unhealthy eating pattern and that I know I don't eat a good
00:06:40.020 breakfast and that I get too hungry and my blood sugar gets too low.
00:06:43.620 That's something that my functional medicine doctor told me that my blood sugar is actually
00:06:46.720 way too low.
00:06:48.340 And so I think that is probably part of my issue.
00:06:51.260 So hopefully my next stage of healthy eating will actually be adding in a good eating schedule
00:06:57.980 and good food and not just cutting out.
00:07:01.760 So I just share that because I know a lot of you are on the same journey.
00:07:05.440 A lot of you are postpartum like me.
00:07:08.660 And I have always said, oh, after a year postpartum, I'm always down to my pre-pregnancy weight.
00:07:13.320 Well, I'm a year postpartum and I'm not there yet.
00:07:16.020 And so I just want to encourage you, especially if you're breastfeeding like I am, that's more
00:07:23.080 important.
00:07:23.580 Every time I tried to cut too many calories like early on when she was still like feeding
00:07:28.760 a lot, my supply went down and I just had to say, you know what?
00:07:32.760 It's not that's not that important.
00:07:35.420 And I will say for the purpose of breastfeeding, like sourdough bread with some butter on it,
00:07:39.820 it's not good for the weight, but it is really good for like your supply and for feeding.
00:07:46.660 And that was just like my priority.
00:07:48.600 So I finally feel like I'm getting in a time where I can focus on this.
00:07:53.040 And so I don't want any counter advice.
00:07:55.860 I don't want any negative opinions because there's too many contradictory opinions out
00:07:59.140 there and it's overwhelming.
00:08:00.020 But if you have encouragement, if you have some advice for me, also, y'all have seen on
00:08:05.000 Instagram that I'm rucking these days, which is I really like.
00:08:08.960 I just I love strength training.
00:08:10.700 Actually, that's my favorite kind of working out.
00:08:12.820 And I just really don't have time to like set up a plan and do all of that right now.
00:08:17.060 But rucking kind of kills two birds with one stone because like you've got the weighted
00:08:22.040 backpack on.
00:08:23.140 My husband convinced me to do this.
00:08:25.460 And so that's that's my health update right now that hopefully a lot of y'all can relate
00:08:31.040 to.
00:08:32.060 And if you're not there yet, that is OK.
00:08:35.220 And I will warn you that you will lose a good amount of joy by cutting out gluten and dairy.
00:08:41.440 But I I can't say it's worth it yet.
00:08:44.180 Minus the minus the weight loss.
00:08:45.940 The weight loss was good.
00:08:47.060 But I cannot yet say you will feel so amazing.
00:08:51.080 It's worth it.
00:08:52.200 Maybe in a couple of weeks, I'll be able to say that.
00:08:54.480 I'll update y'all then.
00:08:55.920 All right.
00:08:56.300 That's just a little personal update.
00:08:57.880 Now we got to dive into the really unfortunate stuff, the really sad and dark and disturbing
00:09:02.840 stuff, the stuff that really does matter because people's lives matter.
00:09:06.220 This election really matters and the truth matters.
00:09:10.220 And so let's get into that.
00:09:11.420 But let me go ahead and pause.
00:09:12.540 I'll tell you about our first sponsor for the day.
00:09:14.300 And that is Carly Jean Los Angeles.
00:09:16.640 I'm wearing CJLA right now.
00:09:19.220 Look how cute this is, y'all.
00:09:20.640 I feel like I have finally kind of mastered transitional fall wear because, you know, we
00:09:27.280 live in the South.
00:09:28.240 We have to wear our fall costumes.
00:09:30.020 I think it's literally going to be 95 degrees this week.
00:09:32.620 So I want to look like fall, but I don't want to be sweating bullets.
00:09:35.700 And so I've got this cute, I think it's called the, I don't know, golden poppy blouse or something
00:09:41.760 for Carly Jean Los Angeles.
00:09:43.260 But it's super cute.
00:09:44.220 It's really lightweight.
00:09:45.080 I absolutely love it.
00:09:46.240 And then I've got these cargo pants, which I love.
00:09:48.960 I want one in every color.
00:09:50.240 Very flattering.
00:09:51.000 Very comfortable.
00:09:51.660 Um, and I love Carly Jean Los Angeles.
00:09:54.760 I love, uh, creating capsules by CJLA.
00:09:58.720 You can mix and match a lot of really nice pieces that can adapt to all different kinds
00:10:04.180 of occasions and seasons of the year, different weather and different times of your life.
00:10:09.040 Pregnancy, postpartum.
00:10:10.420 That's what I love about CJLA.
00:10:12.300 They're really quality pieces that you can wear all the time.
00:10:15.780 If you go to CarlyJeanLosAngeles.com and use code AllieB, you'll get 20% off your next
00:10:21.560 order.
00:10:22.740 Go to CarlyJeanLosAngeles.com, code AllieB.
00:10:29.700 All right.
00:10:30.500 We had already, uh, we had actually, uh, planned to talk about some other things on today's episode,
00:10:36.260 but obviously with the events that occurred over the weekend, we had to kind of adjust
00:10:41.760 and focus on yet another assassination attempt on President Trump.
00:10:46.900 What happens?
00:10:48.280 What's the truth?
00:10:49.200 There's so many mixed signals and like mixed information out there.
00:10:54.600 And so we're going to try to wade through that and separate fact from fiction on this.
00:11:00.480 Uh, for the second time in two months, there was an attempted assassination of former President
00:11:05.020 Donald Trump.
00:11:05.760 This time as he was golfing at his Florida golf club on Sunday, uh, Trump was not harmed.
00:11:11.920 Thank God.
00:11:12.660 And the incident and the would-be assassin was taken into custody.
00:11:17.200 I'm, I'm glad that that would-be assassin is alive because they need to get as much information
00:11:23.080 out of him as possible.
00:11:24.240 Like, how did he know that he was golfing that day?
00:11:27.220 Did he just assume that apparently this man, we're not going to say his name because part
00:11:32.020 of what he wants, I think, is fame.
00:11:35.040 Um, he was camped out there allegedly for 12 hours the night before, just staked out
00:11:42.280 with his rifle ready to literally hunt Trump down like an animal.
00:11:48.000 And of course, he was known by authorities, which we will get to in just a little bit.
00:11:53.860 Trump was moving between holes five and six at the Trump International Golf Club in West
00:11:58.080 Palm Beach with donor Steve Wyckoff when gunshots went off.
00:12:01.700 The golf game was a last minute addition to Trump's schedule, sources said.
00:12:05.520 So again, it's strange that this person apparently knew he was going to be there.
00:12:09.280 A Secret Service agent spotted a rifle barrel sticking out of a fence and agents fired at
00:12:16.300 a man in the bushes along the perimeter, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw.
00:12:21.500 Bradshaw said his office was alerted at 1.30 p.m.
00:12:24.380 Eastern time that the Secret Service had fired gunshots.
00:12:27.420 The person was 300 to 500 yards away from Trump, an official said.
00:12:31.580 Now we know there was clearly a dereliction of duty from Secret Service leadership when it
00:12:36.740 came to the last assassination attempt, but I'm very glad that they were there.
00:12:42.340 Yes, or Sunday doing their job and doing it well.
00:12:46.400 Bradshaw said no shots were fired by the person who fled in a car.
00:12:51.780 There was a female witness who saw the suspect run from the bushes.
00:12:55.680 And as he was driving away, he took she took a picture of his car that led to the suspect's
00:13:01.760 apprehension.
00:13:02.380 And so you go, girl, good for you for being brave enough and quick thinking enough in a
00:13:08.040 moment of chaos to snap that picture of the license plate.
00:13:11.500 Praise God for his providence there.
00:13:13.980 Police flooded Interstate 95 before stopping the suspect's car and detaining him.
00:13:18.420 The suspect was not armed when law enforcement officials took him out of the car, and he has
00:13:24.240 not made any statements, at least that we know of.
00:13:28.040 The sheriff of Martin County, Florida, recalled that this man was really calm when he was
00:13:33.500 stopped, that it was really off-putting.
00:13:35.620 He said, his facial effect was so flat.
00:13:38.180 His demeanor was relaxed.
00:13:39.780 I honestly thought it looked like somebody that had just left the church picnic and was
00:13:43.940 on his way home.
00:13:45.420 I'm not a psychologist, but I would assume that's probably the indication or the indicator
00:13:51.300 that he is some kind of sociopath.
00:13:53.100 Um, this man appeared at a federal court in Florida yesterday morning and has been charged
00:13:59.680 with two counts, including possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and possessing a firearm
00:14:04.780 with an obliterated serial number.
00:14:07.780 The first charge carries up to 15 years of prison time.
00:14:11.820 Additional charges could be brought.
00:14:13.560 Law enforcement officials familiar with the matter told CNN.
00:14:17.180 There's more on this suspect, and it's always wise to wait a little bit to share information
00:14:24.140 about suspects because Russia and China, um, and other enemies that we have love to infiltrate
00:14:34.480 American discourse with purposeful disinformation that causes division, that causes disagreements,
00:14:41.860 that stokes resentment and anger and fear.
00:14:46.080 And so we have to do the best that we can to wade through it.
00:14:49.700 And usually if we wait for the noise to die down, if people release their desire to be the first,
00:14:57.480 because when you always want to be the first, you are most likely to put out wrong information
00:15:04.000 that can really have an effect.
00:15:05.940 And certainly I'm not perfect in being as patient as I can possibly be, but it's something I have
00:15:12.440 learned over the years that if you wait, not forever, but for, you know, 24 to 48 hours,
00:15:18.640 then you're usually more likely to get the facts right the first time.
00:15:25.640 So people have been debating his politics.
00:15:30.260 There have been arguments about whether he was a Trump supporter or whether he was against Donald
00:15:36.600 Trump, but it's kind of odd because the media won't really say, they'll say, oh, his politics
00:15:41.000 were a mystery.
00:15:42.100 His politics were a mystery.
00:15:44.120 Like he literally tried to murder Donald Trump.
00:15:46.500 I think that we can suppose that he was against Donald Trump, right?
00:15:49.860 Like we can, it's probably safe to assume that.
00:15:52.700 Do we think that the diehard MAGA was going to assassinate the guy that he was hoping would
00:15:58.000 become president?
00:15:58.700 I think it's pretty safe to say that he did not want Trump to become president.
00:16:03.820 I'm not saying that all of his political views make sense.
00:16:07.540 I'm not saying that he was like a diehard lib forever because we don't know that.
00:16:11.680 A lot of his political statements apparently contradict each other and seem just kind of
00:16:16.140 scattered, but he didn't like President Trump.
00:16:18.740 That part of his politics is abundantly obvious by the fact that he tried to kill him.
00:16:24.100 Apparently this guy, according to his social media, which was archived, it's now scrubbed.
00:16:28.700 And he was a big supporter of Ukraine, like really tried to recruit military, tried to recruit
00:16:38.420 people both from America and Afghanistan to Ukraine to fight in the war.
00:16:45.500 He does seem to lean left.
00:16:47.540 He does seem to be more of a democratic supporter.
00:16:50.500 He made 19 small donations totaling to $140 since 2019 to Act Blue, a political action committee
00:17:00.340 that supports Democratic candidates.
00:17:02.100 According to federal campaign finance records, he tweeted at Joe Biden not too long ago, just
00:17:13.520 a couple of months ago to Kamala Harris.
00:17:15.880 You and Biden should visit the injured people at the hospital from the Trump rally and attend
00:17:20.320 the funeral of the of the murdered fireman.
00:17:25.420 Trump will never do anything for him.
00:17:28.420 He said to Iran or he wrote this about Iran in a self-published book in 2023.
00:17:35.520 You are free to assassinate Trump.
00:17:39.220 This was a book titled Ukraine's Unwinnable War, which described the former president as
00:17:43.660 a fool and a buffoon for both the January 6th, 2021 Capitol riots and the quote unquote
00:17:49.900 tremendous blunder of leaving the Iran nuclear deal.
00:17:55.200 And he also has tweeted to President Biden different pieces of advice for his campaign, telling him
00:18:03.900 that his campaign should be keep America free to try to protect America from the anti-democracy
00:18:11.420 stance, what he would call an anti-democracy stance of Donald Trump.
00:18:15.760 So we don't know exactly where he was politically.
00:18:20.120 There is some indication that he also supported Nikki Haley, that he also supported Vivek.
00:18:25.080 Again, it's just really hard to know what exactly is true here.
00:18:30.640 So I don't want to say that he was exclusively a Democrat, but it's pretty clear that he supported
00:18:36.820 Harris Biden and that he didn't like Donald Trump.
00:18:40.400 So what has been the Democrat response to this?
00:18:43.360 What has been the media's response to this?
00:18:45.500 Has it been to cool it for us to look around and say, OK, like we've got to figure this out
00:18:50.160 because if President Trump or any politician is assassinated, that is going to change the
00:18:57.800 country far more than anything has ever changed the country for the worse.
00:19:01.800 And I don't know with where we are now, morally, religiously, politically, ideologically, culturally,
00:19:08.980 all of it, that we will be able to come back together.
00:19:12.680 I think it would take literally a miracle.
00:19:16.100 So let us let us look at the response.
00:19:19.640 Has it been that a moment of self-reflection and peace?
00:19:23.220 Or has it been what you probably expect, something far worse and far more disturbing?
00:19:29.000 Let me pause and tell you about our second sponsor.
00:19:31.080 That's WeHeart Nutrition.
00:19:33.060 I'm so thankful for WeHeart Nutrition.
00:19:35.580 Like I said, when I got some blood work the other day from my functional medicine doctor,
00:19:41.120 she praised my iron levels, which is literally the first time in my life that I have had normal
00:19:46.920 iron levels.
00:19:47.600 I'm always running anemic.
00:19:48.920 I've taken all kinds of iron supplements, and this is the only kind that's helped.
00:19:53.640 And even as I'm working through my health journey, one thing that I'm very thankful for
00:19:57.180 is that I have avoided like cold season.
00:20:01.740 I've even avoided allergies this year, it seems like.
00:20:04.820 And I really attribute that to my supplements from WeHeart Nutrition that I started taking
00:20:09.960 at the beginning of the year.
00:20:11.200 It's really been a game changer for me.
00:20:13.360 And I didn't even go through postpartum hair loss or anything.
00:20:16.540 Again, I think it's because of the nutrients that are in WeHeart Nutrition and the fact
00:20:22.060 that they come in the most bioavailable form so our body can actually absorb them.
00:20:26.500 They have a 60-day happy heart guarantee.
00:20:28.760 So if you order your supplements and for whatever reason you're not happy with them, you can return
00:20:34.560 them even if the bottle is empty and you will get your money back.
00:20:39.280 Go to WeHeartNutrition.com.
00:20:41.000 Use code Allie for 20% off.
00:20:43.480 WeHeartNutrition.com.
00:20:44.620 Code Allie.
00:20:46.540 So Biden's team.
00:20:51.000 Do you remember Joe Biden?
00:20:52.420 Do you remember Joe Biden?
00:20:53.760 Like, who is he?
00:20:54.920 Where is he?
00:20:55.880 What is he up to?
00:20:57.460 We literally do not hear from him anymore, which is kind of scary when you start wondering,
00:21:03.480 like, who is actually running our country?
00:21:05.380 Who has the nuclear codes?
00:21:07.060 Like, who is at the helm if something goes really wrong until the next president is inaugurated?
00:21:15.780 It's not going to be Joe Biden.
00:21:18.120 I mean, he's basically an absentee president right now.
00:21:22.900 But someone in Biden's name put out this statement on X.
00:21:27.420 I have been briefed by my team regarding what federal law enforcement is investigating as
00:21:32.800 a possible assassination attempt of former President Trump.
00:21:36.260 I am relieved that the former president is unharmed.
00:21:39.840 Are you, though?
00:21:40.640 Because as we'll see in just a second, like, I mean, they've been talking about justified
00:21:46.420 violence against Trump because he is a fascist dictator threat to democracy for a very long
00:21:52.900 time.
00:21:53.340 If that's the case, why wouldn't you want him to be harmed?
00:21:57.480 As other people have pointed out, it's either one or the other.
00:22:00.180 Either he's not really Hitler and you're relieved that he's unharmed or he is basically
00:22:09.460 like Hitler and you're not really relieved that he's unharmed.
00:22:13.680 But it can't be both logically, right?
00:22:16.660 Unless they're playing us, which politicians would never do.
00:22:19.960 As I have said many times, President Biden said, there is no place for political violence
00:22:25.800 or for any violence ever in our country.
00:22:30.920 That's interesting, as we will hear in just a second.
00:22:35.200 That doesn't seem like a sincere sentiment.
00:22:39.160 Here's how the media responded to all of this.
00:22:42.520 Pretty amazing.
00:22:44.220 Here's Politico.
00:22:45.120 Republicans outraged over a possible assassination attempt.
00:22:50.680 Quote, they are going to keep trying to kill Trump.
00:22:53.620 They're quoting a Republican.
00:22:55.480 So again, it's the headline is not about the assassination attempt.
00:22:58.780 It's that people could possibly be angry about it.
00:23:02.360 The Washington Post.
00:23:03.860 Another chance for Trump to frame Democrats as dangerous has emerged.
00:23:08.540 Oh, it's Trump's fault.
00:23:10.800 He's seizing on this opportunity when he again almost lost his life.
00:23:15.400 If it's his fault that he is framing Democrats as dangerous, maybe it's because they've proved
00:23:23.600 that to be true.
00:23:25.540 The intelligence answer.
00:23:28.420 Donald Trump is a threat to democracy and saying so is not incitement.
00:23:33.400 Just to be clear.
00:23:35.140 The Cincinnati Inquirer.
00:23:36.680 Trump brings these assassination attempts on himself.
00:23:39.980 That's even worse than, well, what was she wearing?
00:23:45.060 I mean, these are the people who championed Me Too, who rightly said that there is never
00:23:50.360 any justification for a man assaulting a woman, no matter what she did.
00:23:54.780 I agree with that, by the way.
00:23:56.840 There is never any excuse for sexual harassment, no matter what a woman is wearing or what she
00:24:02.900 did, but in this case, it's Trump's fault that he has been almost murdered in the past
00:24:10.400 two months.
00:24:11.660 Because why?
00:24:13.180 Because he is welcoming explicitly this violence?
00:24:16.920 No, because he has different opinions than Democrats.
00:24:20.780 So just keep in mind, when they're saying that Donald Trump is bringing these assassination
00:24:27.340 attempts upon himself, what they're saying is that because Donald Trump believes the things
00:24:32.960 he does, says the things that he does about, say, immigration, it is justified for someone
00:24:40.600 to try to murder him.
00:24:41.700 Who else agrees with Donald Trump about immigration?
00:24:45.000 Oh, just about tens of millions of Americans.
00:24:48.340 So what they are saying is that an assassination attempt on you would also be justified.
00:24:53.180 You'll remember that really dark and disturbing speech that President Biden gave a couple years
00:24:59.600 ago when he was standing in front of that blood-red wall flanked by the military.
00:25:03.300 I mean, talk about dictator-coded.
00:25:05.540 And he said these extreme MAGA Republicans are a threat to democracy, they're radicals,
00:25:10.480 extremists, all of this stuff.
00:25:12.800 And they acted like they were just talking about Donald Trump or just talking about these
00:25:18.420 radical far-right people in Congress.
00:25:21.600 But when you say MAGA Republicans, you're talking about the tens of millions of people
00:25:26.560 that voted for Donald Trump and his MAGA platform.
00:25:30.180 So you're saying half of the country is a threat to democracy.
00:25:34.740 They'll say something like this, and they'll say just, you know, for PR purposes that they're
00:25:39.440 not talking about you.
00:25:40.680 They're talking about you.
00:25:42.900 Keep that in mind.
00:25:44.540 NBC News, man in custody after Trump golf club incident was once convicted of man in
00:25:51.300 custody after Trump golf club incident was once convicted of possessing a machine gun.
00:25:56.820 And yeah, there he was with another machine gun.
00:26:00.580 Bloomberg, Trump blames Harris rhetoric, seizing on assassination attempt.
00:26:06.160 The Atlantic, Trump is no Gerald Ford.
00:26:08.940 No other president has used an assassination attempt to inflame American politics the way
00:26:13.780 Donald Trump does.
00:26:14.560 Again, it's Trump that's doing the inflaming, not the Biden supporter who tried to murder
00:26:20.740 him on a golf course.
00:26:23.400 Here's more of that Atlantic article.
00:26:25.460 After the attack in July, Trump engaged in a self-indulgent ramble at the GOP convention.
00:26:30.560 Actually, that was like one of the best speeches that Donald Trump ever gave when he focused on
00:26:35.380 that, almost losing his life.
00:26:37.600 Is that self-indulgent to talk about the fact that you were almost murdered, that a bullet
00:26:43.380 literally grazed your ear?
00:26:45.360 It's incredible that we have stopped talking about that.
00:26:49.820 But he did not blame Democrats.
00:26:52.040 The author of this article acknowledges he left that for his surrogates in the party.
00:26:56.360 This time, he's not even bothering with any of that outsourcing and is instead using his
00:27:01.180 latest incident to blame his political opponents, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, for putting him
00:27:06.580 in danger.
00:27:08.320 In other words, Trump is blaming two possible attempts to kill him on pretty much anyone
00:27:12.020 who isn't an open partisan on his side.
00:27:14.680 But that's funny because Democrats are blaming him for being almost murdered, for not agreeing
00:27:22.480 with them.
00:27:24.160 At this point, with two apparent plots against Tim Foyle, a more thoughtful person would consider
00:27:28.720 what he could do to help turn down the temperature in the nation.
00:27:33.080 So it's Trump's responsibility to turn down the temperature, even though he is the victim
00:27:37.800 of two almost assassinations.
00:27:40.760 Not the media's job, not the Democrats job, not the people who are apparently in some ways,
00:27:50.700 in some subsets of the left, inspiring these kinds of people to enact this kind of violence.
00:27:57.400 But Trump himself, Trump himself.
00:28:01.900 OK, let's see what else the media had to say about this.
00:28:05.580 How did they frame this?
00:28:07.180 Insane, rational, reasonable ways?
00:28:09.760 No, we know too much at this point.
00:28:12.100 Here is Lester Holt from NBC Nightly News.
00:28:14.960 Sot One.
00:28:15.360 Today's apparent assassination attempt comes amid increasingly fierce rhetoric on the campaign
00:28:20.840 trail itself.
00:28:21.980 Mr. Trump, his running mate J.D.
00:28:23.760 Vance continue to make baseless claims about Haitian immigrants in Ohio.
00:28:30.040 What?
00:28:31.600 Are you kidding me?
00:28:33.000 It is because Donald Trump pointed out residents of Springfield, Ohio, are concerned about the
00:28:44.880 integration of Haitian migrants.
00:28:47.320 That's why he was almost murdered on the golf course again.
00:28:51.440 Blaming him for his own would-be murder is insane behavior.
00:28:58.580 That is insane behavior.
00:29:00.220 Look, I've said this before.
00:29:02.920 I didn't agree with Donald Trump's strategy and bringing up the pet's story, because even
00:29:07.800 if there is some truth to it, and we don't really know if there's truth to that part of
00:29:12.800 the story, as I've said many times, it sounded too fantastical.
00:29:16.860 And there are actually bigger and provable problems going on there.
00:29:22.060 Of course, that's what happens when you import tens of thousands of people who have no idea
00:29:28.200 what a first world country is like, no idea about the culture.
00:29:31.820 It's really not fair to the immigrants who have been suddenly imported.
00:29:37.280 It's also not fair to the Springfield residents who have had to deal with increased crime,
00:29:43.320 higher housing prices, and a more difficult time finding a job because they cannot compete
00:29:49.800 against the subsidized Haitian immigrants in their community.
00:29:55.360 And these Haitian immigrants are not being held to the same standard when it comes to the
00:29:59.900 driving rules and regulations, which is why both an 11-year-old boy and a 75-year-old
00:30:08.180 woman have been killed due to the reckless driving of Haitian immigrants in that area.
00:30:14.020 I mean, those are real, valid concerns.
00:30:17.540 And these Springfield residents are allowed to voice their fear and to voice their worry
00:30:25.640 and to ask their elected officials to protect them.
00:30:30.100 Someone's got to advocate on behalf of American citizens.
00:30:34.380 Unfortunately, many people, I would say almost everyone in the media, but also some Christians
00:30:41.140 believe that loving your neighbor means selling out your fellow citizens for non-citizens.
00:30:48.440 And that's just not true.
00:30:49.780 We can love all of our neighbors, no matter their background and no matter their nationality.
00:30:56.280 That's true.
00:30:57.080 But we also have to ask ourselves, what is right?
00:31:00.440 And what is right is protecting the citizenship and the rights that come with citizenship of our
00:31:07.140 fellow Americans.
00:31:07.880 That is like the sole primary, at least, responsibility of the government.
00:31:13.500 And it is OK for us to put the well-being and the rights and the safety and security of our
00:31:20.700 fellow citizens first.
00:31:22.860 We, at the very least, have to prioritize that and care about that.
00:31:27.600 And Lester Holt is saying because Donald Trump and his campaign have brought that up,
00:31:32.180 totally legitimate argument, that he deserves to be murdered.
00:31:35.000 Again, who else believes the same things that Donald Trump is saying about immigration and
00:31:40.520 what's happening in Springfield?
00:31:42.580 Most of the Springfield residents, most of you out there.
00:31:46.100 And Lester Holt is saying, no, like, if you say that, if you hold to that belief, don't
00:31:50.940 be surprised if you get murdered.
00:31:53.720 Here's Alex Witt from MSNBC, SOT2.
00:31:57.480 Do you expect to hear anything from the Trump campaign about toning down the rhetoric, toning
00:32:03.980 down the violence, or would that be atypical of the former president?
00:32:08.440 I would love for us to have a unity type moment, but I think it's probably going to be pretty
00:32:13.000 fleeting, as we've seen in the past.
00:32:16.100 Again, is it Donald Trump's responsibility to tone down the rhetoric?
00:32:20.780 I'm not saying that he shouldn't.
00:32:22.320 I mean, maybe in some cases he should.
00:32:23.840 Actually, I would say 100% he should.
00:32:26.280 What he said about Taylor Swift on Sunday morning was absolutely athinine.
00:32:31.620 Like, are you kidding me?
00:32:32.640 Do you want to lose?
00:32:33.560 That was so dumb and so unnecessary.
00:32:35.440 So I'm not saying that I agree with all of Donald Trump's rhetoric, but nothing that
00:32:40.680 he says justifies the actions that have been taken against him.
00:32:44.120 Absolutely not.
00:32:45.380 And that, again, is insane behavior and an insane mentality to say something like that.
00:32:51.440 Okay, we'll get into more of this in just a second.
00:32:53.480 Let me pause and tell you about our next sponsor.
00:32:55.560 That's Cozy Earth.
00:32:56.740 Y'all, I love my Cozy Earth sheets.
00:32:59.240 Love them so much.
00:33:00.700 I sleep so well on them.
00:33:02.280 They're temperature regulating.
00:33:03.540 They're the softest sheets that I've ever had.
00:33:05.620 And I also love their towels.
00:33:07.940 Their towels and sheets, it's all I can use now.
00:33:10.820 I ignore all of my other towels.
00:33:13.660 I put in storage all of my other sheets because I only ever want to sleep on Cozy Earth.
00:33:19.240 They're so comfortable, so luxurious feeling.
00:33:22.400 Also, their loungewear is amazing.
00:33:24.380 I have this quarter zip that I just got from Cozy Earth that I wear all the time, even when
00:33:28.780 it's 95 degrees outside.
00:33:30.740 They offer a 100-night sleep trial for their sheets.
00:33:34.200 So if you're not completely in love with their sheet set, after three months, you can return
00:33:39.260 them for a full refund.
00:33:40.720 But I know you're going to love them.
00:33:42.400 Go to CozyEarth.com slash relatable.
00:33:44.440 Use code relatable for an exclusive discount of up to 40% off.
00:33:49.560 Go to CozyEarth.com slash relatable, code relatable.
00:33:56.800 The callousness of the responses by some people on the left is just so disheartening, not
00:34:04.940 surprising at this point.
00:34:07.520 Rachel Venman, she's the wife of Alexander Venman.
00:34:11.460 Like you remember, he testified against Trump in the first impeachment hearing against Trump.
00:34:17.580 She's also host of the Suburban Women Problem podcast.
00:34:21.120 You might be the problem.
00:34:23.180 You might be the problem.
00:34:25.040 She said this on X.
00:34:26.760 No ears were harmed.
00:34:27.980 Carry on with your Sunday afternoon.
00:34:31.340 Just so heartless.
00:34:33.060 Bill Kristol, he used to be, I think, considered a conservative.
00:34:37.800 He is the editor at the left-wing rag, the Bulwark.
00:34:42.560 And he said, Walls should consider canceling the debate with Vance.
00:34:46.360 Vance would use his time on a national stage to slander minorities, further poison the national
00:34:51.660 discourse, and incite potential violence with lies.
00:34:55.420 Walls could rebut Vance's falsehoods, but why risk the further incitements?
00:35:00.360 Again, just incredible.
00:35:03.160 Like, who is doing the incitement here?
00:35:05.460 Like, where is the violence coming from?
00:35:08.140 I want to know.
00:35:10.040 That's going to be an interesting debate, by the way.
00:35:12.580 That's happening on October 1st, I believe.
00:35:14.680 I think I'm going to help provide coverage for that on Blaze TV, and I would not assume
00:35:22.820 that Tim Walls is not going to do a good job.
00:35:25.040 I think that Vance is extremely articulate.
00:35:28.040 I think he's going to do a great job.
00:35:30.880 But I would not count Walls out, just like I didn't count Kamala out.
00:35:36.820 I knew she was going to be very well prepared.
00:35:39.860 Walls is too.
00:35:40.780 Walls is naturally, I know this is an aside, we'll talk more about this, but Walls is naturally
00:35:47.080 more likable than J.D. Vance.
00:35:49.300 I like J.D. Vance, obviously, 100 times more.
00:35:52.420 I actually find, personally, J.D. Vance likable, but I can understand, just kind of, I understand.
00:36:00.440 I understand why a lot of suburban women might feel that he is a little bit too brash and
00:36:07.200 off-putting.
00:36:08.680 And so I would be wary of that if I were the Trump campaign.
00:36:14.200 Also, we've got Trump's responses here.
00:36:17.020 He thanked everyone.
00:36:18.300 This is on X.
00:36:19.560 He thanked everyone for their concern and well wishes.
00:36:23.520 He said it was the most interesting day.
00:36:25.780 He thanked Secret Service as well as law enforcement, where he is.
00:36:30.400 He said, as the 45th President of the United States and the Republican nominee in the upcoming
00:36:35.620 presidential election, you know, he says that he was safe and the job was done absolutely
00:36:41.880 outstanding.
00:36:42.800 I am very proud to be an American.
00:36:45.160 So that's nice to hear.
00:36:46.540 I would say, like, that's a unifying statement, and he also lays blame on Democrats.
00:36:57.600 He said, the rhetoric lies as exemplified by the false statements made by Comrade Kamala
00:37:02.060 Harris during the rigged and highly partisan ABC debate, and all of the ridiculous lawsuits
00:37:06.800 specifically designed to inflict damage on Joe's and Kamala's political opponent, me, has
00:37:13.740 taken, sorry, he just makes me giggle the way he talks sometimes, has taken politics
00:37:19.360 in our country to a whole new level of hatred, abuse, and distrust.
00:37:22.660 I completely agree with that.
00:37:24.880 Because of this communist left rhetoric, the bullets are flying, and it will only get worse.
00:37:29.520 I mean, he's right to point out that communism has always unconditionally been a very violent
00:37:34.440 ideology.
00:37:36.420 Our borders must be closed, and the terrorist criminals and mentally insane immediately removed
00:37:41.100 from American cities and towns, deported back to their countries of origin.
00:37:44.920 This is the kind of rhetoric that the media said incites violence and justifies murder.
00:37:51.620 Again, who else believes all of this?
00:37:53.900 Tens of millions of Americans, and they happen to be right, by the way, to believe that.
00:37:58.660 We want people to come into our country that love our nation and come in legally through
00:38:03.220 a system of merit.
00:38:04.820 The world is laughing at us as fools.
00:38:07.220 They are stealing our jobs and our wealth.
00:38:08.840 We cannot let them laugh any longer, make America great again.
00:38:11.920 Like, I think that this is really the heart behind why Trump ran for president, is to truly
00:38:18.560 ensure that America's jobs and that their wealth and that our wealth and that our place in the
00:38:26.680 world is protected.
00:38:28.060 I think he really believes that.
00:38:31.060 Sincerely, I think the driving force behind Kamala Harris's campaign is abortion.
00:38:36.700 So decide what you want.
00:38:38.560 The person who believes in borders and keeping our country safe and secure and prominent and
00:38:45.500 prosperous or the person whose entire career has been dedicated to making it as easy as
00:38:50.740 possible to abort children through all nine months, who voted against the Born Alive Survivors
00:38:54.920 Protection Act, who also, while she was attorney general, while she was district attorney in
00:38:59.900 California, made it as easy as possible for criminal legal aliens.
00:39:04.420 So legal aliens who have committed more than just the crime of illegally crossing the border
00:39:09.100 to stay like she is part of the reason why Kate Steinle was murdered in San Francisco in 2015.
00:39:14.920 She has a very murderous history.
00:39:17.720 And so, like, when you're looking at which side is more violent, like which side encourages chaos
00:39:24.180 more, it's absolutely Kamala Harris's side.
00:39:27.240 And so it's just it's projection, everything that we're seeing from the left.
00:39:32.680 DeSantis, being the governor of Florida where this occurred, made a statement, too.
00:39:36.620 He said the state of Florida will be conducting its own investigation regarding the attempted
00:39:40.440 assassination at Trump International Golf Club.
00:39:43.180 The people deserve the truth about the would-be assassin and how he was able to get within 500
00:39:47.480 yards of the former president and current GOP nominee.
00:39:50.040 I still love Ron DeSantis.
00:39:52.180 Like, I still think he's doing such a great job as the governor of Florida.
00:39:56.800 So good job, Ron DeSantis.
00:40:01.000 Let's look at how the left has played a role in this.
00:40:06.320 And look, let me say what I'm not saying.
00:40:09.360 I am not saying that criticizing Donald Trump or criticizing anyone is inciting violence.
00:40:16.240 I am not saying even that all comparisons to a dictator or a tyrant are incitements of violence.
00:40:24.700 I am not saying that intense disagreement is an incitement of violence.
00:40:29.560 I am not saying that we have to pretend that we all get along, that we are on morally equal
00:40:37.460 sides and that we just have these slight divisions when it comes to certain policies.
00:40:43.940 That's just not the truth.
00:40:46.220 That's not how the right operates.
00:40:48.000 That's not how the left operates.
00:40:49.940 Truly, our disagreements between the right and the left are very fundamental.
00:40:55.060 They're largely foundational.
00:40:57.280 They are spiritual.
00:40:58.840 They are profound.
00:41:00.540 Maybe not as deep in every single area on every single policy, but in a lot of ways,
00:41:07.340 we are talking about disagreements about human nature and where we come from and where we
00:41:12.620 get our worth and value from.
00:41:14.240 So we've got some really big differences on the right and the left, and I am not saying
00:41:19.020 that highlighting those differences, defending your position is an incitement to violence.
00:41:24.900 I'm not saying that.
00:41:26.180 But calling for violence, talking about hurting the other side, especially physically, vindictively,
00:41:37.800 like I do think that is an incitement to violence.
00:41:41.000 And yes, when you say things that are not true, as in Donald Trump is Hitler or he's worse than Hitler,
00:41:49.700 he's exactly like Hitler.
00:41:51.280 He's going to do what Hitler did.
00:41:53.940 When you lie like that, because that's not true, that's based in irrational hate that
00:41:59.620 someone who is already unstable is going to latch onto and then capitalize on to inflict
00:42:06.120 violence.
00:42:06.640 When you spread those kinds of malicious lies, yes, you are encouraging a level of violence.
00:42:13.400 So listen, I'm not talking about disagreement and debate and even intense scrutiny and criticism.
00:42:19.420 I think you're totally allowed to do that.
00:42:22.100 I think that's totally fair game without being accused of inspiring violence.
00:42:27.720 But the level of disgust and irrational hate and encouragement of retribution by many Democrat
00:42:35.540 politicians, I do think has created this culture of violence that we see disproportionately
00:42:41.040 from the left.
00:42:43.380 And I will go through the examples, the most prominent examples of how this has happened over
00:42:47.960 the past few years.
00:42:48.840 But first, let's look at what I'm talking about.
00:42:52.320 These are montages that have been created, the first by Trump war room of Kamala Harris and
00:42:57.960 the Democrats explicitly calling for violence or joking about violence, which we just don't
00:43:05.120 need over the past few years.
00:43:07.820 Here's top three.
00:43:09.500 If you had to be stuck in an elevator with either President Trump, Mike Pence or Jeff Sessions,
00:43:13.780 who would it be?
00:43:16.860 Does one of us have to come out alive?
00:43:22.500 Chris always asks me, don't I wish I were debating him?
00:43:25.900 No, I wish during high school I could take him behind the gym.
00:43:29.260 That's what I wish.
00:43:30.920 I said, no, I said if we were in high school I'd take him behind the gym and beat the hell
00:43:34.240 out of him.
00:43:35.100 I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
00:43:38.660 Maybe there will be that you cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy
00:43:45.260 what you stand for, what you care about.
00:43:49.120 That's just unfortunate.
00:43:50.500 And I wish I could say that the context for those clips make it better.
00:43:55.460 But they don't.
00:43:57.120 And the next compilation, the full version is two and a half minutes.
00:44:00.500 We can't play the full two and a half minutes.
00:44:02.700 And so here's an excerpt of this.
00:44:05.100 It's top four.
00:44:05.680 They're still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump.
00:44:09.120 And that's a fact.
00:44:12.860 Look as his character is stabbed to death.
00:44:15.920 Where is John Wilkes Booth when you need him?
00:44:22.100 I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
00:44:27.280 A Missouri state senator is under investigation by the Secret Service after saying she hopes
00:44:33.380 President Trump is assassinated.
00:44:35.320 I will go and take Trump out tonight.
00:44:39.560 Okay.
00:44:40.120 So we're not just talking about disagreement there.
00:44:42.260 Like we're not talking about debate.
00:44:44.960 Debates.
00:44:45.520 We're not talking about divisions on policy.
00:44:48.680 We're not talking about intense scrutiny.
00:44:51.020 We're not talking about a thoughtful analysis about the ways, you know, of the ways that Donald
00:44:56.240 Trump reflects some Hitlerian characteristics or behavior.
00:45:01.720 We are talking about explicit calls to violence.
00:45:05.100 The Trump fans campaign released a statement yesterday that offered examples of the Democrats
00:45:13.100 calling for violence over the years or different statements that have that have compared Donald
00:45:20.780 Trump to a horrific fascist that is going to bring this country to ruin, take away everyone's
00:45:27.940 freedoms and rights.
00:45:29.080 Like you could see how an unstable person would hear that over and over again and believe that
00:45:34.020 he is going to become a hero by taking out Hitler 2.0, right?
00:45:37.460 And they know that they know that at this point and they persist in it.
00:45:42.920 Anyway, Joe Biden said it's time to put Trump in a bullseye.
00:45:47.360 Joe Biden said, I mean this from the bottom of my heart.
00:45:50.640 Trump is a threat to this nation.
00:45:52.960 Joe Biden said there is one existential threat.
00:45:56.200 It's Donald Trump.
00:45:57.340 Joe Biden.
00:45:57.980 Trump is a genuine threat to this nation.
00:45:59.740 He's literally a threat to everything America stands for.
00:46:04.820 Joe Biden.
00:46:05.400 Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.
00:46:11.220 Remember the speech that we referenced earlier.
00:46:14.460 Joe Biden.
00:46:15.020 Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations
00:46:18.780 of our republic.
00:46:21.840 Tim Walz.
00:46:22.740 Are Republicans a threat to democracy?
00:46:24.580 Yes.
00:46:24.880 Are they going to put people's lives in danger?
00:46:27.560 Yes.
00:46:27.900 Here's top five.
00:46:29.740 But these guys are just weird.
00:46:31.000 That's right.
00:46:32.480 And it is much.
00:46:33.620 Don't give them the power.
00:46:34.780 Look, are they a threat to democracy?
00:46:36.120 Yes.
00:46:36.520 Are they going to take our rights away?
00:46:37.900 Yes.
00:46:38.180 Are they going to put people's lives in danger?
00:46:39.960 Yes.
00:46:40.240 Are they going to endanger the planet by not healing the climate change?
00:46:43.040 Yes.
00:46:43.400 They're going to do all that.
00:46:46.060 Yeah.
00:46:46.420 So, I mean, this is the guy who is the governor of a state in which at least eight babies
00:46:51.820 who survived abortions were left to die because of the health care policies and the
00:46:58.100 lack of health care policies in his state.
00:47:00.400 He is an extremist on abortion.
00:47:02.520 He has said so.
00:47:03.420 He's proudly.
00:47:04.040 We've played the clip of him at a Planned Parenthood rally saying that he is more pro-choice
00:47:10.200 than Nancy Pelosi.
00:47:12.460 He claims that Nancy Pelosi told him to tone it down on abortion and he can't.
00:47:15.900 He can't get enough of it.
00:47:16.880 He loves it so much.
00:47:17.980 He is an ardent supporter of the killing of unborn children, and yet he says that Republicans
00:47:23.460 are putting people's lives in danger.
00:47:26.640 Nancy Pelosi said that Donald Trump is a threat to our democracy of the kind that we have not
00:47:32.060 seen.
00:47:33.300 Representative Jasmine Crockett, MAGA, they are threats to us domestically.
00:47:38.760 Representative Dan Goldman, that Trump has to be eliminated because he's destructive to
00:47:44.440 our democracy, a democracy.
00:47:48.260 Harris surrogate Liz Cheney says Trump presents a fundamental threat to the republic, and we
00:47:53.160 are seeing it on a daily basis.
00:47:56.040 Representative Maxine Waters, are Trump supporters preparing a civil war against us?
00:48:01.900 Crazy conspiracy theory there.
00:48:04.740 And you'll also remember that the federal government claims that it's right wing white
00:48:12.680 supremacists that are the greatest domestic terrorist threat to this country, not the
00:48:17.660 rioters that we saw destroying cities in 2020, the summer of George Floyd.
00:48:24.900 I mean, not these people who are trying to assassinate Donald Trump, not these people who are calling
00:48:30.800 for explicit violence against Donald Trump, but these organizations of apparent right wing
00:48:37.100 white supremacists that we don't even know about.
00:48:39.140 We don't even know any of their names.
00:48:40.600 We don't even know any of their group names, but they're just out there and they're apparently
00:48:44.520 the biggest threat.
00:48:45.280 They haven't done anything.
00:48:46.460 They didn't kill anybody, but they're apparently the biggest threat.
00:48:50.900 Scare tactic.
00:48:52.680 Representative Eric Sorensen, he is the greatest threat to law and order that we have in our
00:48:57.540 country.
00:48:58.580 Rick Wilson of the Lincoln Project.
00:49:00.900 They're still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump.
00:49:05.060 I'm sure it's all metaphorical, right?
00:49:07.680 Right.
00:49:08.160 Well, here's an organization that is doing everything they can to stop violence, and they
00:49:14.300 are stopping violence for the most prominent victims of violence in this country, and that
00:49:21.140 is the unborn child who about a million times every year is killed inside the womb.
00:49:29.500 And Preborn is a network of clinics trying to do everything they can to save those babies.
00:49:35.220 They offer free resources to moms in need.
00:49:38.780 They offer free sonograms to moms who come in and need more information about pregnancy,
00:49:45.120 about keeping their baby, or about adoption.
00:49:47.940 And when a mom sees that baby on the ultrasound and she hears that beating heart, she is so
00:49:53.020 much more likely to choose life.
00:49:56.120 And Preborn is there for her to make that life-affirming choice.
00:50:00.140 But they need your help.
00:50:01.880 The cost of a free sonogram is $28.
00:50:04.880 If you can go to preborn.com slash Allie, donate that $28.
00:50:09.400 You can help save a life, but donate whatever you can.
00:50:12.260 Donate $5.
00:50:13.620 Donate maybe $5,000.
00:50:15.520 Whatever is your best gift, donate that.
00:50:17.980 Go to preborn.com slash Allie.
00:50:21.080 All right.
00:50:26.200 The New Republic, you might remember this.
00:50:29.880 They published a series in May, starting in May, called What American Fascism Would Look
00:50:36.180 Like.
00:50:36.600 And the front cover is Donald Trump looking like Adolf Hitler.
00:50:41.440 American Fascism.
00:50:43.340 Donald Trump with the little Hitler stash right there, as you can see if you're watching on
00:50:48.460 YouTube.
00:50:48.800 We've got Claire McCaskill.
00:50:50.900 She is a former Democratic senator from Missouri, saying that actually Trump is worse than Hitler
00:50:56.500 and Mussolini.
00:50:57.760 Here's thought six.
00:50:59.220 A lot of people have tried to draw similarities between Mussolini and Hitler and the use of
00:51:05.920 the terminology like vermin and the drive that those men had towards autocracy and dictatorship.
00:51:14.580 The difference, though, I think makes Donald Trump even more dangerous, and that is he has
00:51:20.540 no philosophy he believes in.
00:51:22.400 He is not trying to expand the boundaries of the United States of America.
00:51:26.800 He's not trying to overcome a neighboring country like Putin is in Ukraine.
00:51:30.640 I don't really understand how that makes Trump more dangerous that he's not trying to do that.
00:51:38.340 I know we have this idea that people in Congress are smart, that they're smarter than us.
00:51:45.580 They're not.
00:51:46.320 They're actually not.
00:51:47.840 It's not just that we're seeing these soundbites and we're like, oh, they seem dumb, but I'm
00:51:51.280 sure they're really smart.
00:51:52.100 If you're a politician, you're in the halls of power.
00:51:54.700 Surely you've got to be kind of smart.
00:51:56.960 I promise you that they're not.
00:51:58.640 I have been a pro-life witness in Congress, House Congressional Committee meeting, and
00:52:04.840 I went back and forth with Democrats.
00:52:07.160 And I thought I was intimidated at first because I was like, I'm going to hear some really good
00:52:10.580 arguments that I haven't heard before.
00:52:12.040 Am I going to have a response to their defense of abortion?
00:52:16.120 I'm telling you, these people are not smart.
00:52:18.840 They're not.
00:52:19.420 Like, they gave me no better arguments than I saw by the, you know, from the random Twitter
00:52:24.920 troll about abortion.
00:52:27.120 I was like, oh, my gosh, I am.
00:52:29.040 And I am not saying that I am Elon Musk brilliant by any means.
00:52:37.560 I just know my arguments when it comes to these issues, but especially on the issue of abortion.
00:52:43.980 And I was like, oh, my gosh, this is I don't even feel fair going against you, Debbie
00:52:49.280 Wasserman Schultz, because, like, your arguments are so dumb.
00:52:53.320 They are so dumb.
00:52:54.220 Like, we are not matched well.
00:52:56.700 So understand that you all of you out there are smarter than these Congress people.
00:53:01.560 So if you ever hear them give an argument and you're like, they surely didn't say something
00:53:05.900 that was that vapid, right?
00:53:07.380 No, they did.
00:53:08.280 They did.
00:53:09.120 That's their best.
00:53:10.400 That's the best argument that they can possibly give.
00:53:13.240 And, like, giving power to people that are not smart and also have no moral compass is
00:53:19.420 the worst idea ever.
00:53:20.920 That's why we live in this cakeistocracy right now.
00:53:24.320 Let's give some examples of this violence, how it's manifested itself over the years, because
00:53:29.660 it's easy to forget about these examples.
00:53:32.140 I went through some of them on my Instagram, and I saved this to my election 2024 highlight
00:53:37.600 so you can go through them.
00:53:38.880 You can share them if you need to, but you'll remember in 2017 when Steve Scalise, the Republican
00:53:45.240 congressman, he was seriously wounded when a gunman opened fire on members of the Republican
00:53:52.600 congressional team.
00:53:55.020 Three others were also wounded.
00:53:57.500 This 66-year-old gunman was a supporter of Bernie Sanders.
00:54:02.160 He called Trump a traitor who has destroyed our democracy.
00:54:05.140 He said it's time to destroy Trump and co.
00:54:08.740 And he was also heard yelling at the time, this is for health care.
00:54:14.280 Now, you'll remember it was very popular during the 2016 election and even after for Democrats,
00:54:21.080 including Bernie Sanders, to say that Republicans are going to kill tens of millions of people.
00:54:26.220 I think the exact number was like 24 million people or something like that because they are
00:54:30.460 going to destroy health care and they don't support socialized health care like Bernie Sanders did.
00:54:36.560 And so an unstable person hears something like that and they're thinking, oh my gosh,
00:54:42.120 wow, I'm going to save 24 million people by taking out these Republicans.
00:54:46.940 And again, it would be one thing if that statement were true.
00:54:49.780 It wasn't true.
00:54:51.600 It was a lie.
00:54:52.600 That number was a lie.
00:54:53.720 In 2022, Kaler Ellingson, he was an 18-year-old Republican.
00:54:59.760 He was killed by a man who ran him over and this man was sentenced to five years in prison
00:55:07.440 after he pled guilty.
00:55:09.640 And the man who ran him over, and I'm really trying to avoid saying their names because,
00:55:14.500 again, I just wonder if these people do this for fame to be seen as some kind of hero and
00:55:19.140 vigilante.
00:55:19.720 I might have said some of these people's names before, but I'm trying to avoid that from
00:55:26.500 the past few months onward.
00:55:29.280 And he said that this teen, this 18-year-old who lost his life, who was run over, was a
00:55:36.360 quote-unquote Republican extremist.
00:55:39.260 This happened in North Dakota in 2022.
00:55:42.260 In Michigan in 2022, a former nurse named Joan Jacobson, 84 years old,
00:55:49.180 was canvassing with the right to life of West Michigan when a man and his wife told Jacobson
00:55:56.200 they wouldn't vote against Prop 3.
00:55:58.320 Prop 3 enshrined so-called reproductive rights, abortion into the state constitution, allowing
00:56:05.080 it for virtually any reason through nine months.
00:56:07.500 She was going house to house trying to convince people to vote against Prop 3.
00:56:11.480 When this 84-year-old woman walked away from this discussion, the man shot her in the back.
00:56:20.940 And guess what?
00:56:22.320 He pled no contest to three charges, assault with a dangerous weapon, careless discharge,
00:56:26.940 reckless use of a firearm.
00:56:28.560 He received no jail time.
00:56:31.140 He was sentenced to 12 months probation and 100 hours of community service for shooting
00:56:35.840 an 84-year-old in the back.
00:56:40.220 Wow.
00:56:41.980 Social justice kills.
00:56:44.520 2022, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
00:56:48.820 A man was arrested outside of his home in charge with trying to assassinate the Supreme
00:56:53.740 Court Justice.
00:56:54.920 The would-be assassin allegedly traveled from his home in California to Kavanaugh's home in
00:56:59.720 Maryland to kill him.
00:57:01.520 According to an affidavit filed after his arrest, the man said he had been upset by a school
00:57:06.820 shooting in Uvalde, Texas, and believed Kavanaugh would vote to loosen gun regulations.
00:57:11.900 But you will also remember this was right around the time.
00:57:14.840 This was after the Dobbs decision had been leaked.
00:57:19.160 And so it was known that he was one of the justices that was going to vote for overturning
00:57:26.300 Roe v. Wade.
00:57:27.440 And this happened amidst a lot of rhetoric, you'll remember, online from Democrat activists
00:57:36.360 actually saying that Clarence Thomas and Kavanaugh and other conservative justices should be
00:57:41.900 killed, should be made afraid.
00:57:44.420 There were activists and protesters outside of their homes at this time because they voted
00:57:49.320 in accordance with the Constitution on the Dobbs decision.
00:57:52.840 In 2023, this picture is very disturbing.
00:57:57.520 Mark Crosby was praying at a Planned Parenthood in Baltimore alongside an 84-year-old pro-lifer
00:58:05.280 when both of them were brutally attacked and knocked unconscious.
00:58:11.660 Crosby tried to help his friend, but then he was also knocked to the ground.
00:58:15.660 He sustained traumatic injuries to the head, including a fractured bone in his face, blindness
00:58:21.540 in one eye, two fractured fingers, severe bruising.
00:58:25.920 The orbit around his eye had to be replaced with metal because it was completely smashed
00:58:31.020 for praying in front of a Planned Parenthood.
00:58:35.500 Also, you'll remember, just going out of order here, I forgot about in 2017 when Rand Paul
00:58:41.980 was attacked.
00:58:43.020 Now, this apparently, according to the neighbor, was some kind of like domestic dispute or not
00:58:52.360 domestic dispute, but just like a neighbor disagreement about the leaves in the yard.
00:58:56.740 But it's really hard to believe considering how prominent of a Republican Rand Paul has
00:59:01.400 been.
00:59:02.240 And he was attacked by his neighbor.
00:59:05.580 He suffered five broken ribs, bruised lungs.
00:59:07.780 Apparently, his lungs have never been the same since then because of this person's political
00:59:12.900 violence.
00:59:13.740 So I don't know of mirroring instances on the other side.
00:59:19.560 Do you?
00:59:20.180 Am I forgetting?
00:59:21.760 I mean, I know the awful Charlottesville incident where there was a woman who was run over.
00:59:29.700 Are there instances of prominent Democrats being assassinated or almost assassinated?
00:59:37.120 Or attacked in in recent years?
00:59:40.700 Because if not, I don't think it's Republicans who need to be chastised for rhetoric.
00:59:46.760 I mean, and then we didn't even include the recent slew of those who claim to be transgender
00:59:53.660 who have inflicted violence on their communities.
00:59:58.020 Covenant Christian, for example, when she said explicitly in her manifesto that she was going
01:00:04.960 out to kill Christians and Christian conservatives and transphobes.
01:00:10.540 And allegedly, the shooter in Georgia also felt that he was defending the cause of transgenderism.
01:00:18.720 So, like, I'm not saying that everyone on the left is violent.
01:00:23.240 I'm not saying everyone on the left wants violence or is promoting violence.
01:00:27.180 There are violent, baddie people on both sides.
01:00:31.040 I think that there are kind, considerate people on both sides.
01:00:35.140 But when we look at the instances of violence, it seems to come from the party whose keystone,
01:00:41.860 who's like rallying cry right now, is murder of babies inside the womb.
01:00:46.360 So I can't say that's all that surprising.
01:00:48.540 And, like, I can say that that party stands for murdering babies inside the womb because
01:00:55.260 that's literal.
01:00:56.880 That's true.
01:00:57.920 That's not hyperbole.
01:00:59.160 That's literally what abortion is.
01:01:01.040 That is literally a key part of the platform of the Democrat Party and a huge part of Kamala
01:01:06.060 Harris's career.
01:01:07.640 And so, like, that seems really violent to me.
01:01:12.020 I don't really want to see the finger wagging.
01:01:14.600 I want to see some self-reflection.
01:01:16.300 But then you start to get far more worrying thoughts that maybe this is intentional, that
01:01:21.720 maybe this is the effect that they want.
01:01:25.160 I really hope not.
01:01:27.380 I mean, what's going to be the result of that?
01:01:29.480 Can you imagine that that kind of side is going to take Donald Trump winning the election
01:01:34.300 well?
01:01:35.660 I mean, again, like, we saw January 6th.
01:01:38.540 I saw January 6th.
01:01:39.500 I cried when I saw what was happening on TV on January 6th.
01:01:43.560 I, of course, am against that.
01:01:44.860 But remember, the only person that died that day was an unarmed protester, Ashley Babbitt,
01:01:50.020 who was shot in the chest.
01:01:52.340 And so that's not even, like, a good comparison.
01:01:54.880 And even if that was the only counterfactual you had, like, it's still very lopsided when
01:02:01.380 we're looking at who is inflicting the terrorism and the violence, right?
01:02:05.480 So that is the unfortunate reality of it.
01:02:09.760 And it's something to keep in your tool belt as you are having these conversations with
01:02:15.480 your friends from the other side.
01:02:17.680 My preference is that we would be able to debate and discuss and critique and even criticize
01:02:23.740 without there being any threat of violence anywhere, no matter how much I disagree with
01:02:28.540 someone from the other side.
01:02:30.800 Like, of course, this is not the answer.
01:02:33.340 Of course, I want us to have these peaceful but lively debates.
01:02:37.140 It just seems like we are so far apart.
01:02:39.580 And Lord, I just pray for his mercy.
01:02:41.840 I just pray for his grace.
01:02:43.760 I pray for him to help this nation and to change hearts and to change minds.
01:02:49.200 That's the only way this is going to be fixed at all.
01:02:53.360 And may Christians continue to be lights in the darkness.
01:02:56.880 Don't believe that speaking the truth in love is divisive or is wrong or is unloving.
01:03:09.400 It is the most loving thing that we can do.
01:03:12.360 And yes, it will offend.
01:03:13.560 Like, remember Stephen, full of grace and truth, who was so kind and shared the gospel
01:03:19.100 with those who needed it.
01:03:21.420 And what was the result?
01:03:22.380 He was stoned to death.
01:03:23.620 So don't measure your obedience by people's reaction to you.
01:03:28.160 Keep on speaking the truth in love.
01:03:30.180 Please continue to be a refuge of clarity and courage in this age of chaos and cowardice.
01:03:37.920 We need that more than ever.
01:03:39.340 And remember that you are immortal until God calls you home.
01:03:43.640 He has planned every single one of your days before any of them came to be.
01:03:47.600 And all of this that we're seeing is a fear tactic to tell you that the price is too high
01:03:51.820 to stand up for what you know is good, right, and true.
01:03:54.760 Or something even just that is controversial, like voting for President Trump.
01:03:59.980 But don't let that fear control you.
01:04:02.720 Do the next right thing in faith with excellence and for the glory of God.
01:04:05.700 And God has got you.
01:04:06.960 He's got you.
01:04:07.620 He's got his people.
01:04:08.800 His eternal plan of redemption is always going off without a hitch.
01:04:11.580 The earth is the Lord's and the fullness therein.
01:04:15.400 Remember that.
01:04:17.400 All right.

01:05:22.900 All right, y'all.
01:05:23.960 Just a couple of announcements.
01:05:25.740 All this craziness that we are talking about, the fear, the anxiety that you might feel,
01:05:32.200 I want you to know that you are not alone and that when it comes to what is biblically
01:05:37.200 true, I'm not even talking about more nuanced political disagreements or debates, but when
01:05:42.060 it comes to what is biblically true, when we're talking about life inside the womb, when we're
01:05:45.920 talking about the definition of marriage, when we're talking about the reality of male and
01:05:49.740 female, when we're talking about all these issues that are considered culture war issues,
01:05:54.640 these controversial issues that we're not supposed to touch because it's unloving or
01:05:59.000 unempathetic, like we need to be reminded what is true.
01:06:02.500 We need to be reminded that on these things, on the biblical things, like we are on the
01:06:07.460 right side and we are not alone.
01:06:10.440 And that is why we're having Share the Arrows.
01:06:12.480 We are less than two weeks away, which is just, oh my gosh, I can't believe that it's
01:06:16.820 finally here.

01:06:44.860 that you can think of.
01:06:46.140 Abby is going to talk specifically to moms, but not only to moms, but she is a mom of
01:06:52.420 10.
01:06:52.800 And so she's got a lot of encouragement and advice for us.
01:06:55.360 We're also going to hear from Candice Cameron-Bure.
01:06:57.180 She's going to be on stage with me answering my questions about how to champion our faith
01:07:02.880 in all different spheres, whether it's at home or in the workplace or in entertainment.
01:07:08.960 And of course, yours truly is going to give a speech too.

01:07:29.080 Sharethearrows.com.
01:07:30.320 And also, as we're talking about these very contentious conversations in this election season,
01:07:35.340 I wrote the book Toxic Empathy and it's out October 15th.
01:07:40.100 And this is a guidebook for how to have conversations about the issues that I just listed.
01:07:46.340 Abortion, gender, sexuality and marriage, immigration, so-called social justice.
01:07:52.340 These are the five chapters of this book.
01:07:54.860 How progressives use toxic empathy to manipulate women into believing that the left-wing side of
01:08:02.100 this is the compassionate side.
01:08:03.500 And then I give a response to that manipulation tactic with the truth of God's word and also
01:08:11.480 just kind of enlarging our compassion to look at both sides of the moral equation when it
01:08:16.200 comes to all of those subjects.
01:08:18.160 And so if you want to be fully equipped and fully prepared to have these conversations about
01:08:24.300 these topics in this election season, you can pre-order the book.
01:08:27.340 Go to toxicempathy.com.
01:08:29.080 It's really easy to read.
01:08:30.320 It's a short book, but it is jam-packed with the information and arguments that you need.
01:08:34.620 So that's toxicempathy.com.
01:08:36.780 And sharethearrows.com for our awesome event that is coming up so soon in Plano, Texas.
01:08:45.180 All right.
01:08:45.600 Thank you guys so much for watching.
01:08:47.340 We'll be back here tomorrow.
