A vote for Kamala Harris is a vote against women and girls. There is so much misinformation out there about abortion and miscarriage care, but it's not just that. We are also going to look at how Kamala's policies on illegal immigration, on gender, on Title IX, even on the military will significantly negatively impact our daughters, our granddaughters, our sisters, our moms, our friends.

Hey guys, welcome to Relatable. Happy Monday. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Well, it's a slow news week, y'all. We got nothing to talk about.
00:01:06.280
We could talk about, I don't know, my refreshed airport attire rules. We could talk about why I have a fear of inanimate butterflies. I don't know what this goes back to. It goes back to something in my youth and I can't quite put my finger on it. Or let's see, what else could we talk about?
00:01:28.420
Oh my gosh. The future of Western civilization is determined tomorrow. I almost forgot about it.
00:01:36.800
Okay, good thing that my team prepared this research document and we are going to go all in on the election today. Specifically, we are going to focus on how this affects women and girls.
00:01:48.560
And do I really think the future of Western civilization rides on how tomorrow turns out? I will get into all of that today. But first, let's just take a deep breath, okay?
00:02:01.480
It's Monday. It's the start of the week. We have said this many Mondays, but I want to remind you, especially this Monday, okay?
00:02:07.940
Because some of you have already messaged me on Instagram today telling me you woke up anxious. First of all, I'll say, I feel you. I have been battling just a feeling of nervousness and dread over the past few days.
00:02:20.780
But this is what I absolutely know for sure. And I feel this in my bones, what I've said a million times, that God's eternal plan of redemption is going off without a hitch.
00:02:34.740
There are no bumps in the road. He's not sitting there waiting to see how the election turns out. He's not wondering what's going to happen next week or next year or next century.
00:02:45.460
Nothing surprises him. Nothing surprises him. Nothing throws him off. Nothing takes him aback. He is on his throne. And everything that God in his sovereignty wills will come to pass.
00:03:02.220
And we can trust that Jesus is coming back. And one day there will be no more politics. There will be no more elections. There will be no more propaganda. No more media emotional manipulation. There will be no more abortion. There will be no more war.
00:03:17.940
Because Jesus will rule in perfect peace and Satan will be destroyed forever. And we get to look forward to that day we walk as people who have already won in Christ.
00:03:32.220
And we can trust that. We can rejoice in that. If Donald Trump wins, I will be saying, let's freaking go. I think this is amazing for the country. We at least stave off some of the destruction of progressivism at least for four years.
00:03:48.100
We can look forward to justice reigning in some ways, like pro-lifers being released from jail, possibly Planned Parenthood being defunded. We can certainly look forward to a better economy. We can look forward to evildoers being deported and being treated in a way that is just, that protects the rest of society.
00:04:16.920
Innocent people. Innocent people. We can trust that we will not have a health and human services department that recommends that children who are deceived about their gender get double mastectomies, puberty blockers, and chemical castration.
00:04:30.040
In short, we can look forward to a country that looks more like Romans 13, where good is rewarded and evil is punished, rather than the opposite.
00:04:39.840
So I will be saying, let's go. This is God's mercy on our nation if Donald Trump wins. And I have voted to that effect, and I encourage all of you to vote to that effect. Politics matter because policy matters, because people matter.
00:04:54.080
Politics affects policy. Policy affects people. People matter to God. People matter to us. And voting is a way to love your neighbor. I think voting for Donald Trump is a way to love your neighbor, because the policies that he advocates for promote better peace and order for our neighbor.
00:05:13.080
However, if Kamala Harris wins, I will also be saying, let's go, in a different way. Not because it is God's mercy on our nation, but because I think it is a sign of his judgment on our nation.
00:05:26.000
And I think that things will get ugly. I do. I think that things will turn dark. I do. I think it will look like the opposite of Romans 13, because I've looked at Kamala Harris's career very closely, and we've talked about it many times.
00:05:39.820
I think that good will be punished, and evil will be rewarded, because that's who Kamala Harris is. She's six authorities on the pro-life reporter, and she rewards those who are actually committing the abortions.
00:05:56.440
That's what she did when she was Attorney General of California. That's what she continues to do to this day, as she allows and helps the DOJ arrest and jail peaceful pro-lifers like 74-year-old Joan Bell.
00:06:09.200
And so I think that we are going to see a lot of evil, and we will look exactly policy-wise what that will look like in today's episode. The reason I will be saying, let's go, still, is because I think that this will be an incredible moment for Christian courage.
00:06:29.100
I think this will be an incredible moment. If she wins, and I pray to the Lord that she does not, it will be a moment for God's church to shine, and I pray that He will use it as a means for revival,
00:06:43.360
that the scales will be removed from people's eyes, and that they will see the evil of this ideology, and what it looks like to truly have a wicked person in power.
00:06:59.760
Now, some people, unfortunately, I think will stay blinded, but I think a lot of people's eyes will be opened.
00:07:07.500
There were people whose eyes were opened by Biden's presidency, whose eyes were opened after COVID and after the George Floyd riots.
00:07:15.160
Believe it or not, a lot of Christians who gave in to that propaganda at the time, they have really opened their eyes in the past few years, and that actually could be what wins this election for Donald Trump.
00:07:28.680
But even if not, I do believe that God uses times of great wickedness to draw His people to Himself, to seek the lost sheep, and to create a vigor and a resolve in His people who so obviously stick out like a sore thumb in the midst of this post-Christian culture.
00:07:51.620
And if it happens that abortion can no longer be restricted in any state, that's what Kamala Harris has promised to do.
00:08:01.540
Of course, she alone doesn't even have the power to do that, but Congress does.
00:08:06.080
So if Congress went her way and she was able to sign that bill into law, if that is the case, yes, we are saddened by that, of course, and we mourn because of that.
00:08:16.720
But after we are done crying, we pick ourselves up and we go back to the front lines and we continue to do the unseen, unsung work that the church has always done.
00:08:28.220
And we remember this, that from Nero to Newsom, from Herod to Harris, Jesus reigns, and the gates of hell will not prevail against His church.
00:08:44.540
Okay? So we're joyful. We're strong. We are hopeful. And yet we understand that we do occupy the here and the now. We occupy this temporal, physical space.
00:08:57.460
God has placed us here on this tiny speck of eternity, on this small spot of the universe for a reason, because we were placed here by a God who does nothing accidentally or spontaneously.
00:09:09.920
He does everything providentially and purposely.
00:09:15.240
And one of the ways that we as Christians in the United States living in 2024 get to affect change, get to help change the culture for the better, get to help protect the most vulnerable,
00:09:31.200
is to vote, is to have a voice in our culture. Just completely ignore any of the ridiculous rhetoric that says,
00:09:43.160
if you engage in politics with the full force of your Christian worldview, then you are some kind of scary Christian nationalist.
00:09:49.320
That is an emotional manipulation tactic to intimidate you into compartmentalizing your faith.
00:09:55.780
But they'll never say that to the Christian progressive.
00:10:00.680
They'll never call out Kamala Harris for being a Christian nationalist when she says something like,
00:10:07.020
morning may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
00:10:15.240
That's not Christian nationalism because she's a Democrat.
00:10:18.420
It's not Christian nationalism when black churches do souls to the polls because they're voting Democrat.
00:10:23.380
It's not Christian nationalism when someone uses a decontextualized verse from the Old Testament,
00:10:28.360
like love the sojourner, to declare a justification for open borders.
00:10:33.920
It's only Christian nationalism when your Christianity, when your faith informs your vote in a way that is Republican or conservative.
00:10:49.140
You cannot separate your belief in God's existence, his authority, and the goodness of his ways from your politics.
00:10:58.660
Because if God's ways are better, then we want his ways for our neighbor.
00:11:07.760
We're not forcing people to believe or worship or talk the way we do.
00:11:11.440
We do believe in freedom of religion, but separation of church and state is not the separation of God and law.
00:11:17.560
Separation of church and state is a doctrine that was in a letter to the Danbury Baptist from Thomas Jefferson
00:11:23.020
that basically promised protection of the church from the predation of the state.
00:11:33.640
The founders knew this very well, which is why they said that our rights actually come from our creator.
00:11:38.640
That's why they are transcendent and cannot be arbitrarily taken away from us by the state.
00:11:44.300
This entire experiment, this entire idea of America, this entire idea of rights is founded upon the concept of God,
00:11:56.760
of a transcendent power that is bigger than the state giving us our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
00:12:04.360
And that first fundamental right is primary for a reason, because without the right to life,
00:12:11.360
neither the right to liberty nor the right to happiness can exist.
00:12:17.120
And the group that is not recognized as deserving that right is the most vulnerable group in the world,
00:12:28.980
And that is the person whose cause we must take up.
00:12:32.960
And listen, neither candidate is as pro-life as I want them to be, that is for sure.
00:12:39.080
Donald Trump has said things about abortion that I just really don't agree with at all.
00:12:45.600
And yet, because of the Dobbs decision, we have states that have been able to protect unborn children by passing legislation
00:12:54.240
that honors the dignity of children inside the womb and protects their right to life.
00:13:02.740
And I understand that he is going to continue to allow states to pass those laws.
00:13:07.060
But if Kamala Harris, if she is able to get the power, she will federalize Roe,
00:13:12.160
which means that no state will be able to restrict abortion before 24 weeks
00:13:16.300
and virtually will not be able to restrict abortion after 24 weeks.
00:13:22.060
And what I mean by that is that there may be some narrow exceptions that they can restrict abortion after 24 weeks,
00:13:27.940
but it will be very difficult for them to do because it will have to fall under health of the mother.
00:13:44.620
And so that's the difference between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
00:13:48.320
Kamala Harris wants to make America an abortion sanctuary,
00:13:51.680
a place where everyone can go to murder their child through all nine months.
00:13:57.080
And Donald Trump, at the very least, will allow states to pass laws that protect babies inside the womb.
00:14:03.760
And yet you're hearing so much misinformation about this.
00:14:06.900
What you're hearing is that Kamala Harris is going to protect miscarriage care.
00:14:10.160
And you're hearing a lot of stories about that.
00:14:12.400
And so that's what we're going to get into first.
00:14:16.720
Kamala Harris is not going to protect miscarriage care.
00:14:19.460
Abortion bans are not causing the lack of miscarriage care that we are seeing.
00:14:24.740
And I'm going to show you some examples of the reporting that we've seen and debunk them for you that hopefully gives you the tools over the next 24 hours to talk to your friends.
00:14:39.160
I'm wearing their Holland jeans right now in olive green.
00:14:48.060
They have a lot of really basic, beautiful clothing items.
00:14:55.360
I really can't stand wearing any other kind of jeans because they're just so comfortable.
00:15:07.000
CJLA has seen me through all different stages of life, all different seasons of the year.
00:15:11.080
I've got stuff that I've been wearing for five years.

00:15:32.400
And it was this little cartoon of Handmaid's Tale women going into the voting booth.
00:15:38.920
And when they have come out of the voting booth, they've thrown off their Handmaid's
00:15:44.980
And they're wearing their, you know, their pantsuits, their tight dress, their skirt.
00:15:52.740
And of course, what this what this cartoon is trying to demonstrate is that when women
00:15:59.300
vote for Kamala Harris, they're no longer going to be a part of the Handmaid's Tale.
00:16:02.640
So are they the Handmaid's Tale now while Biden is president?
00:16:05.880
And while Kamala Harris is the vice president, have they have they been making women be in
00:16:12.540
like, let's think about what the Handmaid's Tale is.
00:16:15.060
These women were forced to bear children for others.
00:16:18.880
Like you understand that that actually does go on right now that goes on in the surrogacy
00:16:24.200
industry when men are renting the wombs of women and buying the eggs of other women,
00:16:29.780
paying them and then completely just like cutting them out of the baby's life.
00:16:35.720
In many cases, after these women have supplied them a child, they're purposely raising these
00:16:42.100
motherless children and literally buying the bodies of women to do it like the Handmaid's
00:16:50.800
But the left largely supports that what is not the Handmaid's Tale is a woman voluntarily
00:16:57.760
engaging in unprotected sex and then choosing to kill her child.
00:17:10.000
But rape accounts for less than one percent of all abortion cases.
00:17:14.260
And I haven't met any pro-choice person who thinks that we should narrow our abortion
00:17:23.100
So I'm not even sure why that's ever brought up.
00:17:25.460
What we are talking about is the right to kill your child or not.
00:17:31.000
And because babies inside the womb are human beings by DNA, they are also people.
00:17:36.220
And because they are people, they are entitled to the most fundamental right to life, which is
00:17:41.440
most fundamental human right, which is the right to life.
00:17:46.000
And that is exactly why, because abortion is really so hard to defend, you can't defend
00:17:54.920
That's a really good indication that you're on the wrong side, by the way.
00:17:58.280
If you can't just speak plainly and scientifically and medically about things, you have to use
00:18:02.440
all kinds of language to cover up the reality of the barbarism of abortion.
00:18:09.440
But because they really want, the Democrats really want that Christian woman vote, they
00:18:15.200
really want the suburban mom, they really want the center center right woman, they are
00:18:21.800
And they are telling you that if you allow these pro-life laws to stand, which they still
00:18:27.500
will, by the way, if Kamala Harris wins this election, then you are going to lose your
00:18:37.180
And by the way, if Kamala Harris wins, and all of these pro-life laws, by the way, and
00:18:40.980
all of these states will still be in place, like they'll still be in place, even if Kamala
00:18:45.200
Harris wins, they will no longer be telling the stories about these women who are dying.
00:18:50.100
This is only to get Kamala Harris elected, which is really disgusting.
00:18:57.040
Michelle Obama was on the campaign trail saying that, look, you got to vote for Kamala Harris
00:19:02.620
because it could be your daughter, your sister, your wife that is bleeding out on the hospital
00:19:06.900
gurney and unable to get the care that she needs because of Trump's abortion bans.
00:19:11.920
And here is an example of the kind of story that we are seeing that pulls on your heart
00:19:16.080
strings, perfect example of toxic empathy, gets you to feel exclusively for the woman involved
00:19:22.820
and completely ignore the reality and morality of the situation.
00:19:26.620
So ProPublica has been the outlet that has been publishing a lot of these stories.
00:19:32.400
A pregnant teenager died after trying to get care in three visits to Texas emergency room.
00:19:37.920
So Nevaeh Crane was six months pregnant when she became feverish and began vomiting while
00:19:56.520
And she went to these emergency rooms in Texas and they gave her fluids.
00:20:00.860
And I think they gave her pill antibiotics, but things just weren't getting better.
00:20:05.520
And she eventually passed away, which is really sad.
00:20:09.540
And everyone is sharing this story as an example of how the abortion ban in Texas killed this young
00:20:17.220
But here's the reality, because I read this piece.
00:20:35.920
But as the infection was advancing, the baby's heartbeat was slowing down, which is very normal,
00:20:40.780
especially if she had a high fever and couldn't get the fever to break.
00:20:45.360
And sometimes the baby's heart rate will speed up because of that, which is very dangerous.
00:20:49.920
But either way, neither of them were doing well.
00:20:55.000
She was past 24 weeks gestation, which means she was past the point of viability, which,
00:21:01.720
if anything, meant that she could deliver early.
00:21:08.280
And we're not even talking about a miscarriage.
00:21:10.480
What we are looking at is a story of medical malpractice.
00:21:14.320
She would not have been saved by an abortion in any way.
00:21:21.660
ProPublica even admitted this, that the provider at the emergency room who sent her home from the
00:21:27.900
second hospital had missed serious infections in other patients eight years ago, resulting in the
00:21:34.120
Texas Medical Board monitoring his practice for two years.
00:21:46.720
And by the way, even if she had been before 24 weeks, say she had been at 16 weeks before the
00:21:55.420
baby can survive outside of the womb, Texas law allows for a woman to have an abortion or to
00:22:02.320
have an early delivery if it would save her life or save her from serious bodily harm.
00:22:12.160
So this story literally has nothing to do with the problems with Texas law.
00:22:18.380
And now the pushback I get, well, doctors are scared.
00:22:21.300
Doctors are not scared to give antibiotics when needed.
00:22:24.280
And if they are scared to give antibiotics when needed, it is not the law's fault.
00:22:29.980
Obviously, what we are seeing in stories like this one is a huge competency crisis in the
00:22:36.060
If Donald Trump wins, y'all are going to be really sorry that you highlighted all of this
00:22:41.740
widespread malpractice that is happening in hospitals at the expense of women, because I
00:22:48.480
think the people that he is going to appoint are really going to do something about that.
00:22:53.780
They are actually going to investigate why this is happening.
00:22:58.980
I received a message and I've received many messages similar to this over the past couple
00:23:03.500
of years since the Dobbs decision was released, which overturned Roe v. Wade and kind of kickstarted
00:23:09.720
I got a message yesterday similar to others saying that you did not get the miscarriage
00:23:15.740
care that you needed, that you were bounced around from hospital to hospital.
00:23:22.140
And you were unable to get the miscarriage care that you needed, even though it was very
00:23:32.480
California has some of the most radical pro-abortion laws in the world, but certainly in America,
00:23:41.240
there's virtually no restriction on abortion in California.
00:23:45.060
And so this is what I'm seeing, that women in red states over the past couple of years,
00:23:50.460
many, many messages from you all, and I'm going to read some of them, telling me that you
00:23:56.760
sadly have had a miscarriage over the past couple of years since the Dobbs decision.
00:24:00.780
You live in a red state, and you were able to get the miscarriage care that you need.
00:24:04.320
And then I get messages from many women who are in Washington, in California, in New York,
00:24:11.420
in Illinois, where there are very liberal abortion laws, because Dobbs didn't change that.
00:24:16.880
Like, Dobbs didn't change the ability of these blue states to be able to have very liberal
00:24:21.120
abortion laws, that you were not able to get the miscarriage care that you need.
00:24:25.080
So obviously, it's not the pro-life law's fault.
00:24:31.100
Am I saying every doctor or even most doctors or most hospitals or most nurses?
00:24:39.140
Here's the truth, is that every single pro-life law that has been passed makes very clear that
00:24:45.120
what is restricted or what is prohibited is the purposeful termination of the life of
00:24:58.500
I'm not talking about the insurance coding, where it says spontaneous abortion versus an
00:25:06.160
Spontaneous abortion is sometimes the phrasing used for miscarriage.
00:25:09.460
That is not restricted in any way in these laws.
00:25:12.640
These laws don't just say, hey, abortion is banned.
00:25:17.460
The law says something like this, like here's the state of Texas, for example, abortion means
00:25:24.180
the act of using or prescribing an instrument, a drug, a medicine or any other substance device
00:25:29.500
or means with the intent to cause the death of an unborn child of a woman known to be pregnant.
00:25:36.380
The term does not include birth control devices or oral contraceptives.
00:25:42.240
The Texas law states if the act is done with the intent to A, save the life or preserve
00:25:47.340
the health of an unborn child, B, remove a dead unborn child whose death was caused by
00:25:52.500
spontaneous abortion or C, remove an ectopic pregnancy.
00:25:58.460
The law also shields health care providers who inadvertently cause harm to an unborn child
00:26:05.520
And women upon whom abortions are performed are not to be prosecuted.
00:26:15.420
And I want to read you some of these testimonials from women who have said that they've had these
00:26:20.840
had these miscarriage experiences in these red states, have gotten the great care that
00:26:29.880
One, I live in Nebraska, which is a pro-life state with a 12 week abortion ban.
00:26:34.640
I had a devastating 16 week miscarriage in December.
00:26:37.380
There was absolutely no hesitation from my doctor or my hospital on getting me the DNC required
00:26:46.380
In fact, I had surgery the same exact day I found out my baby had died.
00:26:52.020
My sister received immediate and life-saving surgery and care for an ectopic pregnancy in
00:26:59.860
Them making a woman think that they won't receive care and or die if they miscarry is tragic.
00:27:07.620
I'm married to a health care provider in PA, and I can affirm that he's seen loss not due
00:27:12.240
to lack of access to abortion, but due to abortion complications themselves that were
00:27:20.180
That's exactly what happened with Amber Thurman.
00:27:22.600
She was able to get abortion pills from North Carolina without even being seen.
00:27:27.440
And because of that, she suffered complications from her abortion pill.
00:27:31.560
The Georgia law had nothing to do with the fact that she died.
00:27:34.440
It was medical malpractice, and it was complications from the abortion pill.
00:27:38.420
In fact, if there had been a ban on that abortion pill in North Carolina, she and her babies
00:27:45.840
I had an ectopic pregnancy over the summer, and guess what?
00:27:48.300
Abortion laws never even came up because I wasn't having an abortion.
00:27:52.940
I had a life-threatening situation that was handled by my doctors as fast as humanly possible.
00:27:59.880
She said, I live in a state with the strictest abortion laws.
00:28:02.820
The hospital was so concerned for my life that they had me come in to get an ultrasound
00:28:06.280
almost every day until they located the pregnancy in my fallopian tube.
00:28:14.600
I live in a red state with strict abortion laws.
00:28:23.220
Some of my more progressive friends were surprised by this.
00:28:30.580
My daughter lives in Louisiana, and since Dobbs, she has had two miscarriages, both at
00:28:39.540
I'm in Texas and had a miscarriage DNC last November due to complications passing my deceased
00:28:44.040
child, and then 10 months later monitored for an ectopic pregnancy for over three weeks
00:28:48.480
till we could confirm my baby was not in the tube.
00:28:51.300
It was an extremely bad, ruptured cyst at four weeks, but never did my doctors compromise
00:28:58.880
So understand, when you are hearing a lot of these stories, I'm not saying that they are
00:29:02.180
all false, but most of them are missing a lot of details.
00:29:06.900
Most of them have nothing to do with abortion, even.
00:29:11.020
And this purposeful conflation of miscarriage and abortion making you think that these pro-life
00:29:17.920
It's a lie to get you to vote for the Democrat who supports unrestricted abortion through all
00:29:26.460
I'm going to debunk one more story on this to hopefully give you the tools that you need
00:29:30.500
that's a little bit different and more complicated in just a second.
00:29:33.400
Let me pause and tell you about our next sponsor.
00:29:37.020
You guys know how much I love Adele Natural Cosmetics.
00:29:40.120
I mean, they're a family-owned Christian company.
00:29:41.980
And I can just trust that every ingredient that's in their items, that's in their products
00:29:49.320
are really good for me and that I am taking the best care of my skin that I possibly can.
00:29:54.260
I am always, you know, tempted by the latest tips and tricks for reducing wrinkles and fine
00:30:03.500
But honestly, I think Adele works the best for me because it just makes my skin so smooth,
00:30:09.800
so moisturized, and it's completely holistic, which I love.

Here's the other Texas story that you're hearing by ProPublica.
00:30:32.940
A woman was told, she died after being told it would be a crime to intervene in her miscarriage
00:30:41.140
Um, the, so this young woman, her name is, or her name was Julesi Barnica.
00:30:49.020
She was 17 weeks pregnant when she was told that she was experiencing a miscarriage.
00:30:57.740
Within two hours, an ultrasound confirmed bulgy membranes in the vagina with the fetal head
00:31:03.020
in the open cervix, dilated at 8.9 centimeters.
00:31:06.360
So she was like about to give birth to this baby.
00:31:14.120
And the miscarriage was in progress, but the doctors apparently told her that they could
00:31:23.620
So 40 hours after Barnica had arrived, doctors no longer detected any heart activity.
00:31:30.640
She was given medication to speed up the labor.
00:31:32.740
And then her baby who had already died was delivered.
00:31:35.600
The doctor discharged her after eight hours, two days after her delivery, she was rushed
00:31:40.460
to the hospital by her husband, where she ended up dying.
00:31:44.400
Barnica is at least one of two Texas women who ProPublica found lost their lives.
00:31:50.020
And of course they, uh, blame the pro-life laws for this, but the American association of
00:31:58.360
They say Julesi Barnica was in the middle of the spontaneous and inevitable miscarriage
00:32:04.220
Texas law would have allowed her physicians to expedite her delivery because it was imminent.
00:32:09.520
Pro-life laws across the country allowed this before and after the Dobbs opinion and Texas
00:32:16.440
Julesi's cause of deathless sepsis from retained products of conception.
00:32:20.340
So really what she happened is that what happened is that she delivered the baby and either part
00:32:25.360
of the placenta was left inside of her, part of the baby was left inside of her, which of
00:32:31.140
When she delivered, uh, they left behind some pregnancy tissue.
00:32:35.360
This is what a plug says, uh, she was sent home after those eight hours.
00:32:40.100
She shouldn't have been, she should have been kept and monitored.
00:32:44.540
What changed is the intentional lack of guidance from professional medical organizations.
00:32:48.740
They are committing malpractice by intentionally creating confusion to blame the laws.
00:32:54.000
The consequence of their malpractice is the death of these women.
00:32:58.180
So there should be these medical organizations like ACOG, for example, or the hospitals themselves
00:33:04.200
who are giving specific guidance to these doctors and nurses so that there is no confusion
00:33:11.720
And I think that confusion is being caused by many of these organizations and by many of these
00:33:17.880
people in these hospitals for political purposes.
00:33:20.540
It's probably not the individual doctors and nurses.
00:33:23.640
Although like at the end of the day, you need to do what you have to do to save the life of this
00:33:31.340
But also I really think that these organizations are like malicious.
00:33:36.220
I think that they are causing confusion so that women will die so that these stories will come
00:33:46.500
And I'm really cynical about where journalism is.
00:34:00.180
Nicholas Kristof of The New York Times, he tweeted this out.
00:34:05.320
He said a struggling Nevada mom suffers a miscarriage.
00:34:07.900
Then the police show up and arrest her for manslaughter.
00:34:10.380
And she's sentenced to two and a half to eight years in prison.
00:34:13.920
Only when a pro bono lawyer steps up and appeals as a judge reversed the conviction and set her
00:34:26.800
This person who tweeted this has almost 2 million followers.
00:34:30.420
The reason why this is disgusting is that, again, this has nothing to do with pro-life
00:34:36.760
This woman purposely killed her baby when she was in the third trimester because she did
00:34:51.020
In 2018, Patience Frazier, a mother of two, found herself pregnant with a third child as
00:34:55.220
she struggled with homelessness and drug abuse.
00:34:57.740
Without the means to drive herself to get an abortion, she began to engage in marijuana use,
00:35:02.780
methamphetamines, and strenuous physical activity with the purpose of causing a miscarriage.
00:35:08.580
She delivered her deceased son between 28 and 32 weeks and buried him in her backyard.
00:35:14.440
She was later arrested and charged with manslaughter, taking drugs with a specific intent of ending
00:35:24.620
This story has nothing to do with the law, with the pro-life law.
00:35:29.560
This has nothing to do with abortion restrictions.
00:35:31.940
This has nothing to do with the Dobbs decision.
00:35:36.940
So just understand, this is what you have to do when you are looking at these stories.
00:35:42.260
What is any story that tries to make you think that Dobbs restricted miscarriage care and that
00:35:48.140
when Kamala Harris gets back in, that you're going to have this amazing miscarriage care
00:35:57.320
What we are looking at is medical malpractice and journalistic malpractice.
00:36:01.420
These are the problems here, not the pro-life laws.
00:36:05.200
So these are the two things you have to think about when you are reading these stories.
00:36:15.160
The details mean what actually happened in this story.
00:36:17.700
Like, would this person have been saved by an abortion?
00:36:30.380
Like I said, in every single state that has passed a pro-life law since Dobbs, there's exception
00:36:38.320
And it carves out specifications for ectopic pregnancy removal.
00:36:44.100
It defines abortion as purposely ending the life of the child, not miscarriage care.
00:37:00.220
And while I would love to answer every single message that I get, like, that's why I wrote
00:37:04.940
the book Toxic Empathy, so that you would have the tools.
00:37:12.080
Because when I say that, when I respond kind of in that way, which I don't mean to be snappy
00:37:17.320
or sassy at all, I sometimes get like, oh, well, I just want you to tell me the answer.
00:37:22.340
I just want you to give me some talking points.
00:37:24.100
I get hundreds and hundreds of those messages every day.
00:37:28.460
What happens is you do it and then you come back and you're like, okay, well, this is how
00:37:39.460
I exist to persuade and to try to give as many tools as I can.
00:37:44.540
That doesn't mean I'm always right, but I tried the best that I can to navigate with
00:37:47.740
clarity and courage and to give you the tools to do the same.
00:38:06.320
Always start with any pro-abortion position or article or argument being wrong.
00:38:11.500
Always start from that and then back up from there.
00:38:24.020
And praise God that we have states who are able to recognize that in the law.
00:38:29.140
You're hearing a couple other pieces of propaganda when it comes to this subject.
00:38:32.480
Let me pause and go ahead and tell you about our next sponsor.
00:38:37.980
7 Weeks Coffee is America's pro-life coffee company on a mission to fund the pro-life movement
00:38:45.520
Because at 7 Weeks, a baby is the size of a coffee bean.
00:38:47.940
And at the same time, a heartbeat is clearly detected on an ultrasound.
00:38:54.480
But more than that, I love supporting them because they have donated over half a million
00:38:58.660
dollars to pro-life pregnancy centers across the country.
00:39:04.260
They were at Share the Arrows providing coffee for us.
00:39:08.340
They are in this because they love high-quality coffee, but they also love those babies inside
00:39:13.960
Get that box of coffee to your front door every month.
00:39:18.380
Plus, when you use my code, Allie, you save an extra 10% on your order.
00:39:29.820
You're also hearing that maternal mortality is up because these abortion bans are in place
00:39:37.100
because of Donald Trump's overturning of Roe v. Wade.
00:39:41.240
While I also consulted a blog about this, the American Association of Pro-Life OBs and Gynecologists.
00:39:49.960
Restricting abortion does not lead to increased maternal mortality.
00:39:53.560
The risk of death from induced abortion increases by 38% for every week after eight weeks gestation.
00:40:07.420
That the CDC relies heavily on death certificates to determine maternal deaths,
00:40:11.700
but death certificates have been proven unreliable and accurately identifying all maternal deaths.
00:40:17.220
Published abortion mortality rates are inaccurate because the total number of legal abortions performed in the U.S. is not known.
00:40:23.540
Only 12 states require coroners, emergency rooms, and other health care providers to report abortion-related complications or deaths for investigation.
00:40:36.100
And truly, as APLOG says, abortion is dangerous.
00:40:42.740
We also hear that infant mortality has increased because of abortion bans.
00:40:48.300
And I just think this is stupid altogether that really, if we just think for one second, like, what is the mortality rate of abortion for the baby?
00:41:01.080
You're trying to tell me that we should be for abortion to save the babies?
00:41:06.300
Infant mortality doesn't increase because of abortion bans.
00:41:13.700
But what they're saying is that babies who are not aborted, who have these fetal anomalies,
00:41:19.500
they are actually born and they die after birth.
00:41:23.960
Well, yeah, when you're not dismembering the baby with Trisomy 18 inside the womb,
00:41:30.040
that baby is going to be delivered and probably die.
00:41:33.260
The thing is, though, that baby will be delivered, will be held, will be loved, will be cherished,
00:41:43.120
If that baby with Trisomy 18 or Trisomy 13 had been aborted at, say, 24 weeks,
00:41:52.640
He would have been discarded like medical waste.
00:41:55.340
His parents would have never been able to see him.
00:41:58.460
And so if you've got to deliver the baby either way, and it's a dead baby versus a whole living baby,
00:42:05.760
I think the better alternative is the whole living baby,
00:42:09.060
which also reminds me of the whole Kate Cox story.
00:42:14.960
I mean, she's the woman out of Texas who is using her, the murder of her child to get Democrats elected in the state.
00:42:27.680
I mean, she was also at the State of the Union.
00:42:31.420
But she is the mom who found out that her baby, I think it was Trisomy 13,
00:42:37.240
that her baby had that fetal anomaly, I think, at the 20-week mark.
00:42:41.520
And of course, in Texas, you can't just abort your baby at 20 weeks because he or she has special needs.
00:42:51.020
Basically, she didn't want to waste this delivery on the baby because she had had a previous C-section
00:42:59.400
And she knew that she would have to have another C-section, this go-round with this baby,
00:43:06.940
which would decrease her chances of being able to have a V-back with her next baby.
00:43:18.620
So when I was reading her case, I understood very much the medical terminology
00:43:25.900
And basically, she just wanted to abort this baby.
00:43:31.620
She wanted to make sure that the baby was killed so that she could try again for a V-back with her next baby.
00:43:40.600
She actually traveled out of state to be able to abort her child.
00:43:43.420
Well, I know many, many parents whose baby was diagnosed with trisomy 18 or trisomy 13,
00:43:50.220
and their stories are beautiful and redemptive.
00:43:52.680
And they were able to deliver that baby and hold that baby and name that baby and see that baby and love that baby
00:43:58.260
and kiss that baby before he or she took her final breath.
00:44:04.420
That is the heroic action, not traveling out of state so you can have an abortion.
00:44:08.140
And so Kate Cox is being used as a form of toxic empathy to blind you to the reality of abortion
00:44:15.600
and the significance of that baby inside the womb that does not deserve to die
00:44:19.460
just because he or she has some kind of abnormality.
00:44:23.420
So I just want to make it clear that Kamala Harris is not a vote for women
00:44:28.080
just because she supports abortion through nine months.
00:44:34.020
where did she say that she supports abortion through nine months?
00:44:36.760
Oh my gosh, I don't even have time to get into all of that today.
00:44:39.720
Go back and listen to several of my previous episodes where we listen to her talk.
00:44:47.500
She has voted against any and every restriction on abortion.
00:44:52.500
She will sacrifice every other right that you have to make sure that you can kill your children.
00:44:59.720
She also doesn't care about the safety of women,
00:45:01.660
which is why she has advocated for illegal immigration for so long.
00:45:06.200
There's this horrible story and we don't have too much time left,
00:45:09.080
so I'm going to kind of have to speed through the rest of this episode.
00:45:12.100
But there's this horrible story that is coming out of Georgia.
00:45:18.940
So maybe instead of focusing on a joke about Puerto Rico,
00:45:21.880
like we actually look at the Puerto Ricans who live here in the continental United States
00:45:32.340
not based on whether our feelings were hurt by an off-color joke.
00:45:39.340
Body of Georgia mom, Manilas Zoe Rodriguez Ramirez,
00:45:42.960
was found a week after she vanished from Walmart.
00:45:46.220
Angel DeJesus Rivera Sanchez, 24, was arrested in Atlanta last Monday
00:45:50.680
and charged with kidnapping related to the disappearance of Manilas Zoe Rodriguez Ramirez,
00:45:58.500
a 25-year-old mother who documented her fitness journey on TikTok.
00:46:05.440
According to press releases by Georgia State Senator John Albers and Steve Gooch,
00:46:11.180
Rivera Sanchez was an illegal immigrant who was trying to flee back to Mexico
00:46:15.060
when he was apprehended by law enforcement in Atlanta.
00:46:19.660
The victim in this case was an immigrant herself who moved from Puerto Rico
00:46:26.760
Her life is now over because this illegal alien supposedly kidnapped her from Walmart.
00:46:33.860
That was the last place she was seen and murdered her violently.
00:46:38.960
Of course, this seems to be a pattern for a lot of these illegal aliens.
00:46:42.660
In Louisiana, Kenner police arrested a teen who was an illegal alien of raping multiple children.
00:46:50.340
17-year-old Luis Renan Bonilla Alfaro, who is in the country illegally,
00:46:54.880
was arrested last Monday after an anonymous tip was called into the police station
00:46:58.560
that he had raped and sexually assaulted two children.
00:47:02.340
He is enrolled as a student at a public high school.
00:47:11.440
He confessed to forcing at least two boys, two boys, listen to this, this is so disturbing.
00:47:19.760
Now, I'm not saying all illegal immigrants, but this is what we get when we allow illegal immigration.
00:47:24.780
He forced at least two boys, ages four and seven, four, to perform sex acts on him.
00:47:33.080
He also admitted to filming the children on his phone.
00:47:35.900
Gosh, when police searched his phone, they found a third victim, also a minor, who had not yet been identified.
00:47:43.820
Later last week, one more victim came forward along with a third victim who had been filmed on the phone.
00:47:48.760
He faces charges of first-degree rape, sexual battery, pornography involving juveniles,
00:47:55.540
Every crime committed by an illegal alien, every single one, every rape, every assault, every murder, every instance of theft is preventable.
00:48:08.720
That is the difference between a crime committed by an illegal alien and a crime committed by a citizen.
00:48:13.400
Not every crime committed by a citizen is preventable.
00:48:16.620
Every crime committed by an illegal alien is preventable by just immigration law.
00:48:22.840
We've got in the state of New York, this is according to CBS,
00:48:26.440
illegal migrant arrested in New York for allegedly raping a five-year-old girl.
00:48:31.860
New York authorities announced Friday the arrest of 26-year-old Wilson Castillo Diaz,
00:48:36.740
an illegal immigrant, for allegedly raping a five-year-old girl on Long Island.
00:48:40.220
Diaz is facing charges of rape, attempted rape, and endangering the welfare of the child.
00:48:45.680
Authorities said Diaz was placed under arrest by U.S. Border Patrol after entering the U.S.,
00:48:52.080
He later failed to appear for an immigration court hearing.
00:49:00.300
gets rescued from a legal immigrant during alleged rape attempt.
00:49:04.620
The suspect, 27-year-old Luis Diego Hernandez Moncaio,
00:49:09.880
is in the U.S. illegally from Mexico, the sheriff's office confirmed to Fox News Digital.
00:49:16.260
Hernandez had applied for asylum the day before the alleged attack.
00:49:21.220
He was charged with attempted sexual battery, battery by strangulation, and false imprisonment.
00:49:26.620
In Florida, illegal immigrants arrested in Florida after sex trafficking a 15-year-old runaway girl from NYC.
00:49:38.040
In Louisiana, Honduran illegal migrant arrested for rape of girl 14,
00:49:42.760
stabbing a man during knife point during robbery.
00:49:46.280
He is an illegal immigrant from Honduras, 19 years old.
00:49:52.960
This is what Kamala Harris has allowed for the past three and a half years as borders are.
00:49:58.120
This is what she pushed for when she was Attorney General of California
00:50:00.960
and when she was District Attorney of San Francisco.
00:50:04.160
She enabled the vicious murder of Kate Steinle, of Laken Riley.
00:50:09.520
It's the kind of policies that led to the death of Molly Tibbetts.
00:50:15.700
this is why strong borders are not only practically good, but biblically righteous
00:50:22.940
and loving and compassionate and kind for the sake of women, for the sake of children.
00:50:32.220
And not even that, but if you rape a child, you should be publicly hung.
00:50:40.500
I think public execution would not only do that person good,
00:50:48.800
I fail to see how anything less than that is justice.
00:50:53.620
When you're talking about raping a five-year-old,
00:50:56.380
yeah, I think that that would probably end real fast
00:51:00.160
if we just had a consistent capital punishment for that across the board.
00:51:10.900
And remember, Kamala Harris has said over and over again,
00:51:16.820
that crossing the border illegally is not a crime.
00:51:19.840
That means that she doesn't believe that there is a basis for deportation
00:51:23.500
You have to wait until you rape a child, I guess.
00:51:26.840
And that is not to say every illegal immigrant has done something like that.
00:51:33.400
However, even if it's just one, which it's not,
00:51:45.620
because every country has the right and responsibility
00:51:59.380
Let me pause and tell you about our last sponsor for the day.
00:52:04.980
if you want to bring joy to poor and vulnerable kids across the country,
00:52:10.160
by showing them generosity through Operation Christmas Child.
00:52:16.980
I've been building these boxes for so long through my church,
00:52:22.240
And they collect boxes of non-perishable items,
00:52:26.900
of fun toys for boys and girls of different age groups.
00:52:35.500
And if you go to samaritanspurse.org slash OCC,
00:52:43.360
There are thousands of drop-off locations across the country.
00:52:46.360
You can look to see where those drop-off locations are.
00:52:55.920
who has actually seen these kids open these boxes,
00:53:01.560
just to see the joy that it brings to those kids.
00:53:05.980
I pray the gospel gets to each one of those children
00:53:20.940
just the danger, the predation of gender ideology,
00:53:23.180
but you should know that it's coming for your child.
00:53:29.960
where Kamala Harris is from and reigned for a long time,
00:53:44.540
The Biden-Harris rule expands the scope of Title IX.
00:54:18.360
We've already heard stories over and over again
00:54:36.700
by a trans-identifying male in a woman's bathroom.
00:54:52.940
a Massachusetts girls' high school basketball team
00:55:31.620
There is a reason why we have sex-exclusive spaces.
00:55:49.780
if you want to be able to legally kick out a man
00:55:54.240
with your little five-year-old girl at Chick-fil-A,
00:55:59.140
because this is actually what Kamala Harris can do.
00:56:07.860
thinking that she's going to change the game on abortion,
00:56:13.900
She is going to do whatever she can through bureaucracy,
00:56:20.400
The 5,000 people that are going to be under her authority,
00:56:26.480
she can use them to ensure that the policy like Title IX is changed
00:56:36.840
She also believes in a violation of parental rights.
00:56:39.880
The Biden-Harris rule says that it trumps parents' rights,
00:56:43.660
including their right to access their child's information,
00:56:48.180
This new Biden-Harris rule admits it may override parents' request
00:56:51.220
to treat students in accordance with biology or access records
00:56:57.100
They also don't believe in the freedom of speech
00:57:04.920
to include unwelcome conduct that is severe or pervasive,
00:57:08.920
thus pressuring schools to police and punish any
00:57:18.880
So if you misgender someone under this rewrite of Title IX,
00:57:26.080
you could be sued for sexual harassment of a child.
00:57:30.400
So if you are a teacher, a Christian teacher at a public school
00:57:34.100
or any institution that takes Title IX funding,
00:58:01.080
to require health care providers, hospitals, and insurers
00:58:03.760
to provide and pay for irreversible transgender procedures.
00:58:21.760
that they fear could offend the boy who identifies as the girl
00:58:29.600
They have to be allowed into opposite-sex spaces.
00:58:40.680
and our granddaughters and our sisters and our friends.
00:58:45.300
The Democrat Party believes in drafting women into the military.
00:58:52.160
In July, the Senate introduced the Fiscal Year 2025
00:58:57.160
which authorizes funding levels for the military
00:59:02.400
but would automatically register all women 18 to 26
00:59:25.500
It has now been introduced on the Senate floor.
00:59:28.240
However, she absolutely would sign off on that.
01:01:07.940
I'm just to represent a small piece of the pie,
