Relatable with Allie Beth Stuckey - Ep 1201 ｜ ‘Women Will Die'： Debunking the Myths About Trump’s Hospital Policy

00:00:00.000 A new Trump administration policy will allow women to die in emergency rooms, or at least

00:00:07.360 that's what you're hearing from the media.

00:00:09.260 But surprise, surprise, it is not true at all.

00:00:12.580 We are bringing you the actual facts about this story today.

00:00:16.640 Also, Ameen Khalif, remember that guy who was boxing against women at the 2023 Olympics?

00:00:23.680 Yeah, he was actually a man, despite what you heard over and over again about him being

00:00:30.240 a woman.

00:00:31.100 We've got all of this and much more in a new segment on today's episode of Relatable.

00:00:36.700 It's brought to you by our friends at Good Ranchers.

00:00:53.680 Hey guys, welcome to Relatable.

00:00:55.460 Happy Thursday.

00:00:56.440 Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far.

00:00:58.540 If you have not listened to or watched yesterday's episode about the Innocence Project, please

00:01:04.340 do so.

00:01:05.020 And if you've already watched it or listened to it, please share it.

00:01:08.720 And if you've got anyone that you know that works in Texas politics, make sure that they

00:01:15.240 know about this.

00:01:16.280 Make sure your pastor knows about this.

00:01:18.880 This is going to be a big media issue headline in the coming months, especially in the state

00:01:25.200 of Texas.

00:01:26.040 As the Robert Robertson person is presented by the Innocence Project and by the media and

00:01:31.700 even people on our quote unquote side as this like innocent, sympathetic figure, you need

00:01:37.960 to be armed with the facts.

00:01:39.580 Those that you know who are influential need to be armed with the facts because remember,

00:01:43.680 it is no small thing to stand in the way of justice for the innocent.

00:01:50.200 So if you need more details on that, please go listen to, watch, and share it with everyone

00:01:58.060 in your life.

00:01:59.180 All right.

00:01:59.620 We've got to debunk some more media myths today.

00:02:03.540 You have probably seen headlines going around, especially on Instagram saying that Trump is

00:02:09.460 now letting hospitals allow women to die. 1.00

00:02:14.700 Women who need these life-saving abortions we hear are now going to bleed out and die because 1.00

00:02:22.560 of Trump's draconian and cruel anti-abortion policies.

00:02:29.420 And a lot of you have been sending me messages asking me, okay, what is true about this?

00:02:33.480 Whenever you see headlines like this, you should have a little alarm that goes off in your head

00:02:41.100 that says that's probably not true.

00:02:42.960 When anything sounds too good or too bad to be true, you should ask yourself, but is it

00:02:51.400 really true?

00:02:52.300 And it is almost always the case when it comes to pro-abortion propaganda that the story that

00:02:58.380 you are reading, that those little pro-abortion influencers and accounts are pushing, that

00:03:04.820 it's just not true, that they're leaving facts out, they're distorting what's really going

00:03:09.180 on, they're taking one fact, they're amplifying it and distorting or ignoring the rest of it.

00:03:14.620 This is the formula of toxic empathy.

00:03:17.240 You are presented with a purported victim.

00:03:20.400 You are told a very sad story that leads you to a particular political conclusion and made

00:03:26.040 to feel if you are a good, compassionate person, then you will be on that side.

00:03:31.300 If you're a bad person, then you'll be on the other side of this issue.

00:03:35.900 But for the Christian, we don't just ask, but what sounds good or what feels good or what

00:03:43.000 is the outrage mob saying?

00:03:45.060 We have to ask ourselves what is true because love, which we are called to above our calling

00:03:51.580 to feel empathy towards someone, is inextricably intertwined with the truth.

00:03:57.840 That's what we read in 1 Corinthians 13, 6, by the God who is love himself.

00:04:04.000 So that should be the first instinct that you have whenever you see any story, especially

00:04:09.700 coming from the progressive side.

00:04:12.220 If you have not read my book, Toxic Empathy, I really encourage you to do so.

00:04:17.680 You will get a guidebook on how to think about and how to respond to stories that have to

00:04:23.940 do with abortion, that have to do with immigration, gender, sexuality, justice, and the formula that

00:04:29.580 you see in that can really be applied to any issue, whether it's COVID or climate change

00:04:34.160 or school choice.

00:04:35.600 So it's a short book.

00:04:36.720 It is jam-packed with facts, but also biblical truth and true compassion that will really

00:04:41.940 help you.

00:04:42.680 And if you've already read it, get one for your friend.

00:04:45.720 Okay, this story that Trump is overturning some policy by the Biden administration that

00:04:53.300 protected women and now women aren't going to be protected. 1.00

00:04:56.360 Let us talk about what is actually happening.

00:04:59.720 So the Trump administration has reversed a Biden policy regarding hospital emergency abortion

00:05:06.720 requirements.

00:05:07.960 This is according to Life News and the Associated Press.

00:05:11.060 So we've got a pro-life entity resource, and then we've also got a very pro-abortion

00:05:16.780 left-wing resource that we're getting this information from.

00:05:20.060 The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, which is also known as EMTALA or E-M-T-A-L-A,

00:05:27.520 was passed in 1986, requires hospitals to provide necessary emergency care, including for pregnant

00:05:34.520 women, to stabilize serious medical conditions. 0.99

00:05:37.120 The law's initial intent was to ensure patient access to emergency medical care and to prevent

00:05:43.420 the practice of patient dumping.

00:05:46.300 So patient dumping is where uninsured patients are transferred from private to public hospitals

00:05:51.860 without consideration of their medical condition or stability for transfers.

00:05:56.720 You know, they are transferring solely for financial reasons.

00:06:00.320 The law includes specific references to pregnant women and unborn children throughout, particularly

00:06:05.720 in transfer decisions where doctors must consider, quote, the increased risks to the individual

00:06:10.820 and in the case of labor to the unborn child from affecting the transfer and requirements for

00:06:18.180 hospitals to provide treatment that minimizes the risks to the individual's health and in the

00:06:23.440 case of a woman in labor, the health of the unborn child.

00:06:26.240 So as I said, this was from 1986.

00:06:29.980 And so what do the headlines mean when they're talking about Biden and Trump?

00:06:34.080 So the Biden administration issued a guidance on this law in 2022 that interpreted EMTALA,

00:06:41.200 that law, as requiring hospitals to perform abortions in emergency rooms, even in states with pro-life

00:06:48.500 laws if deemed necessary to stabilize a pregnant woman's condition.

00:06:53.000 They argue that the law gives federal authority to override state abortion ban.

00:06:59.560 So you can see if you're familiar at all with how the left interprets these kind of health

00:07:05.400 care laws, you can see the problem right away because how the left interprets the health

00:07:12.880 or life of the mother or the stability of the mother is not that the woman's life actually

00:07:19.500 has to be at risk.

00:07:20.880 They refer to a Supreme Court case called Doe v.

00:07:24.280 Bolton, where health and life of the mother is defined as not only the physical health of

00:07:30.140 the mother, but the mental health of the mother, the financial situation of the mother, the familial

00:07:35.460 circumstances of the mother.

00:07:37.560 And that is why you have, for example, a law in the state of New York, which says through

00:07:42.660 all nine months, abortion is legal.

00:07:44.940 And after viability, so typically around 24 weeks, the abortion has to be for, quote unquote,

00:07:52.040 the life or health of the mother.

00:07:54.780 Again, life or health is interpreted as virtually for any reason.

00:07:59.200 As long as the mom and the doctor say, well, yeah, I'm not really feeling good.

00:08:03.080 This doesn't make me happy.

00:08:04.380 This is making me feel mentally unwell.

00:08:06.820 It could even be, well, my boyfriend broke up with me or my family isn't supporting me.

00:08:11.840 So at 36 weeks gestation, if the woman finds herself in really dire circumstances, she can,

00:08:17.340 in several states, including in the state of New York, abort that child.

00:08:22.240 There is no reason, particularly after viability, after that baby can survive outside of the womb,

00:08:27.880 which can be as early as 19 weeks for that baby to die.

00:08:32.220 It's never necessary to purposely kill the child in order to save the life of the mother.

00:08:37.440 If the mother's life, physical life, actually has to be saved and she cannot remain pregnant 1.00

00:08:44.980 anymore or she will die, then that baby should be delivered.

00:08:49.220 And if it's after a time when that baby is viable so the baby can survive outside of the

00:08:54.200 womb, then life-saving care should be given to that baby to try to protect and preserve

00:08:58.200 that baby's life and save the mother's life.

00:09:00.780 Now, if it's before that, if the mother is suffering some kind of condition where she cannot

00:09:05.980 be pregnant anymore, her life absolutely matters. 0.99

00:09:08.980 She is just as much made in the image of God as that baby inside the womb. 0.78

00:09:13.420 That mother's life should be attended to and that baby should be delivered, even knowing 1.00

00:09:18.300 that the tragic outcome of that baby being delivered early will be that baby's death.

00:09:23.620 That is not the same thing as poisoning that baby.

00:09:26.520 That's not the same thing as intentionally dismembering that baby.

00:09:29.780 And remember, all pro-life laws across the states actually define abortion as the intentional

00:09:36.320 killing of the child using a different kind of chemical or instrument.

00:09:42.920 So saving the mother's life by early delivery, whether or not that is pre or post viability,

00:09:49.280 is the option for trying to save that woman's life and, if possible, protecting that child's

00:09:55.540 life.

00:09:55.760 So just understand that, that there's no real scenario that requires the poisoning or dismembering

00:10:02.840 or any other kind of intentionally, brutally abusing and murdering that unborn child.

00:10:08.900 Just understand that.

00:10:09.880 You don't have to be a doctor.

00:10:11.440 You don't have to have MD after your name to understand the logic there.

00:10:14.720 And by the way, I've talked to a lot of doctors about this.

00:10:17.900 I'm not just coming up with this on my own.

00:10:20.480 And we will link the episode that I did on this particular subject with an OBGYN before

00:10:25.800 the election.

00:10:27.900 So this was a Biden era reinterpretation of a 1986 law that said, hospitals, you have to

00:10:36.540 provide an abortion. 1.00

00:10:37.540 And this obviously created a lot of conscience issues, a lot of conflict with state laws,

00:10:43.200 but also a lot of religious liberty issues.

00:10:46.280 When you have emergency room doctors or say a Catholic hospital that doesn't perform abortions

00:10:53.560 at all saying, well, now you are required to do so if the quote unquote undefined stability

00:10:59.980 of the mother depends upon it.

00:11:02.700 So it was actually the Biden administration that was infringing upon people's rights here.

00:11:07.620 It's not the Trump administration doing that.

00:11:09.920 And I'll talk about what the Trump administration is actually doing in a second.

00:11:13.300 But let me pause and tell you about our first sponsor for the day.

00:11:16.500 And it is Carly Jean Los Angeles.

00:11:18.820 I am wearing my chocolate Carly Jean Los Angeles tank top.

00:11:39.380 the year, throughout your seasons of life.

00:11:40.860 I have relied on CJLA to look my best when I'm pregnant, when I'm postpartum, when I'm

00:11:46.800 neither of those things.

00:11:48.560 And I'm like a simple girl.

00:11:50.320 I like a classic style.

00:11:52.000 That's what I love about CJLA.

00:12:06.380 They've got a new like East Coast line out that I absolutely love.

00:12:11.400 Carly and her family are amazing.

00:12:15.580 Go to CarlyJeanLosAngeles.com.

00:12:18.200 Use code AllieB for 20% off your order.

00:12:21.060 That's CarlyJeanLosAngeles.com.

00:12:22.880 Code AllieB. 1.00

00:12:23.720 On Tuesday, the Trump administration rescinded this 2022 guidance in a statement arguing it

00:12:36.060 wrongly turned emergency rooms into abortion clinics by forcing doctors to perform elective

00:12:42.060 abortions, which is true because a woman could come in and say, I have to have an abortion. 1.00

00:12:47.880 I don't feel stable or I'm not feeling good or whatever.

00:12:51.520 And instead of a doctor saying, you know what, we can help you in different ways or here's

00:12:56.680 where you need to go.

00:12:57.960 Let me give you other resources.

00:12:59.860 They would be required by the Biden administration to perform an abortion. 1.00

00:13:04.440 So the Trump administration's policy clarifies that EMTALA does not mandate abortions beyond

00:13:11.620 what is necessary for emergency care, aligning with the law's intent to protect both the mother

00:13:17.860 and the unborn child.

00:13:19.620 So they're just saying, look, you have to look after both, whereas the Biden administration

00:13:23.180 was saying, you don't have to look after the unborn child.

00:13:25.760 You don't have to consider the life of the unborn child at all.

00:13:28.800 If you need an abortion, you got to get an abortion and you have to do it. 0.91

00:13:35.000 And the Trump administration is saying no.

00:13:37.820 In its letter rescinding Biden's guidance, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services,

00:13:41.860 also known as CMS, which provides oversight of hospitals, said it will continue to enforce

00:13:46.880 the federal law that, quote, protects all individuals who present to a hospital emergency

00:13:51.160 department seeking examination or treatment, including for identified emergency medical

00:13:55.420 conditions that place the health of a pregnant woman or her unborn child in serious jeopardy.

00:14:00.220 And I just want to take a moment.

00:14:01.440 It's it might seem like a little thing, but the choice of words here that is so distinct

00:14:06.760 from the Biden administration.

00:14:07.820 When we read the words pregnant woman or unborn child nowadays, language indicates your belief 0.94

00:14:15.840 system.

00:14:16.240 It indicates your worldview.

00:14:17.840 And you could argue that it always has.

00:14:19.680 But at one point, we all had the belief that only women could get pregnant.

00:14:23.700 We all had the knowledge of that reality.

00:14:25.760 And we all acknowledge that the baby inside the womb was indeed an unborn child, whether or

00:14:31.540 not you believed in someone's legal right to abort that child.

00:14:35.420 But the Biden administration would use euphemisms and lie to cover up that reality.

00:14:42.740 They would say pregnant patient or pregnant individual.

00:14:46.100 They wouldn't say unborn child.

00:14:47.580 They might say fetus or even more euphemistically and deceptively, they would say terminate the

00:14:53.500 pregnancy.

00:14:54.280 You can't even acknowledge the baby inside the womb.

00:14:56.600 That's also another tactic of toxic empathy, that kind of sleight of hand and that linguistic 0.88

00:15:03.760 manipulation that a lot of people don't even notice.

00:15:07.280 But it slowly, over time, reshapes your conscience into latching on to the secular progressive

00:15:14.180 idea that abortion is right and compassionate. 0.62

00:15:17.040 So I just like praise God yet again that Trump won.

00:15:21.620 And I know it's only four years.

00:15:23.280 And I know America and certainly eternity does not live or die or rise or fall based on who

00:15:29.900 is in office.

00:15:30.720 But can we just appreciate this, that this is such a stark difference in reality versus

00:15:37.360 falsehood and light versus darkness in the Trump administration versus what would have

00:15:43.000 been the Kamala Harris administration?

00:15:45.340 We would have seen abortion radicalism in ways that we can't even comprehend right now.

00:15:50.580 So I'm just grateful for that.

00:15:52.220 CMS Administrator Dr.

00:15:53.940 Mehmet Oz.

00:15:54.680 I admittedly am not like a huge Dr. Oz fan, but OK, emphasize that pregnant women will continue 0.99

00:16:02.040 to receive care that they need under the new guidance in a poson X that says he said this

00:16:07.480 the law has not changed.

00:16:09.580 Don't believe the spin and fear mongering of the fake news.

00:16:12.680 The Biden administration created confusion, but this law is clear and the law has not changed.

00:16:17.440 Women will receive care for miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and medical emergencies in all

00:16:21.880 50 states. This has not and will never change in the Trump administration.

00:16:26.200 That's what you're hearing, that women who are miscarrying won't be able to get a DNC. 1.00

00:16:30.600 Women who have an ectopic pregnancy where the baby, the embryo was growing in the fallopian tube.

00:16:36.680 You're hearing that they won't get the care that they need.

00:16:39.420 You're hearing that sepsis won't be able to be treated, that now hospitals are forced to let

00:16:44.500 these women die. 1.00

00:16:45.600 No, the law that has been there since 1986 still stands.

00:16:48.880 It was the Biden administration that reinterpreted that law to force emergency rooms to perform

00:16:54.180 abortions on women who wanted abortions for basically any reason. 1.00

00:16:59.140 And the Trump administration say, no, we're just going to go back to what the law said,

00:17:02.660 which means emergency room people, you take care of the emergencies.

00:17:06.860 You remove the atopic pregnancy.

00:17:08.720 You perform the DNC for women who are having miscarriages. 0.99

00:17:13.100 You treat the patient, both patients, the unborn child and the woman with the dignity and the

00:17:19.420 life-preserving care that they need.

00:17:22.160 Alliance Defending Freedom has since dropped their case, Catholic Medical Association versus

00:17:27.340 U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, representing 2,500 Catholic doctors and health

00:17:33.320 care workers who claimed Biden's rule violated religious beliefs.

00:17:36.560 Thank goodness ADF no longer has to represent these Catholic hospitals in this case, who 1.00

00:17:43.080 were forced, by the way, by the Biden administration, or they were saying that they were going to

00:17:46.980 be forced to perform these abortions. 0.83

00:17:50.420 ADF senior counsel Matt Bowman said the change allows doctors to, quote, perform their life-giving

00:17:55.440 duties without fear of government officials forcing them to end life.

00:17:59.540 So if you are on the side of autonomy, like if you are on the side of freedom, if you're on

00:18:03.820 the side of liberty, you should actually have an issue with what the Biden administration

00:18:07.820 did in 2022.

00:18:09.740 But you don't because you're pro-abortion.

00:18:12.240 You want more abortions. 1.00

00:18:13.240 You want more babies to die.

00:18:14.520 Again, I will say there is only one side of this debate that wants someone to die, and

00:18:18.740 it's the pro-abortion side.

00:18:20.080 And they're completely unashamed of it.

00:18:22.120 They don't try to hide it.

00:18:24.560 They are OK with at least one party in the abortion scenario dying.

00:18:30.680 Those of us who are on the life side, we want zero people to die.

00:18:33.300 We want zero moms to die, and we want zero babies to die. 1.00

00:18:36.780 There is one side of this debate that is OK with people dying, and it's the pro-abortion

00:18:40.960 side.

00:18:42.540 So I'm glad about this.

00:18:44.760 Go Trump.

00:18:46.340 We've got people, of course, pushing the propaganda.

00:18:50.080 We've got Katie Hobbs, who is the disgraced governor of Arizona. 1.00

00:18:55.000 Politicians should not make decisions for women and their doctors. 1.00

00:18:57.340 This cruel and reckless policy will put women's lives at risk. 0.66

00:19:01.640 Again, just complete disinformation there.

00:19:04.540 Senator Patty Murray.

00:19:06.300 Trump just quietly erased guidance that told hospitals they had to save pregnant women's

00:19:10.020 lives.

00:19:10.520 That's right.

00:19:10.960 They don't care how many women die or are forced into health crises to advance their 0.94

00:19:14.020 anti-abortion agenda.

00:19:15.200 I won't let this fly under my radar.

00:19:17.280 That's a Washington state senator.

00:19:19.360 Again, just complete and total lies.

00:19:22.700 And there's a picture actually in her post that says it's from The Guardian.

00:19:28.600 So this is an article from The Guardian, and the header picture is a bunch of protesters

00:19:35.020 saying, let doctors save lives.

00:19:37.680 Protect EMTALA. 0.56

00:19:39.540 You've got a lot of people who have these signs saying that.

00:19:43.480 But again, EMTALA is being protected.

00:19:46.440 That's exactly what the Trump administration is doing.

00:19:48.680 That is the opposite of what the Biden administration did.

00:19:51.780 OK, be able to refute and rebut this propaganda by just digging into what is actually true.

00:19:59.840 And I'm here to try to help you do that.

00:20:02.080 All right.

00:20:02.760 Some more propaganda, y'all.

00:20:04.740 That it's come back around.

00:20:06.820 I mean, just start with conservatives being right and then back up from there.

00:20:11.080 And you will be right a lot more often and a lot more quickly than if you start with the

00:20:17.100 left being correct.

00:20:18.800 Maybe sometimes the left is correct, but usually not.

00:20:21.620 Usually if you just start with conservatives are probably right, then you'll at least be

00:20:26.080 closer to the truth more quickly.

00:20:27.920 So we'll get into another story that proves that in a second.

00:20:30.840 Let me pause and tell you about Share the Arrows.

00:20:32.960 Y'all Share the Arrows.

00:20:33.940 It's going to be here before you know it.

00:20:35.820 If you have been like, oh, should I?

00:20:38.300 Should I not?

00:20:39.320 Is it worth it?

00:20:40.240 Should I take the time, y'all?

00:20:41.440 It is a one-day event that you are going to benefit from for years to come because you

00:20:47.200 will be challenged with apologetics teaching from Elisa Childers.

00:20:51.880 You will be encouraged to share your testimony and to understand the true gospel from Ginger

00:20:56.620 Duggar Volo.

00:20:57.460 You will be equipped as a mother or as a future mother by Hilary Morgan Ferrer and Abby Halberstad.

00:21:03.960 You will be encouraged to take your health seriously from a biblical perspective by Shauna

00:21:09.920 Holman and Taylor Dukes.

00:21:11.880 You will be challenged by Katie Faust and her incredible pro-child politics mission.

00:21:19.880 You will be edified by powerful worship by Francesca Battistelli.

00:21:24.240 And I hope in my own speech to call you to courage.

00:21:27.940 I remember one of my favorite testimonies from last year is someone who messaged me saying,

00:21:32.160 I walked out of Share the Arrows 2024 with zero fear of man.

00:21:37.880 If you want to feel that, then come to Share the Arrows 2025, Dallas, Texas, October 11th.

00:21:43.360 Get your tickets by going to sharethearrows.com.

00:21:47.800 Share the Arrows is brought to you by Every Life this year.

00:21:51.940 It's going to be amazing.

00:21:53.220 Go to sharethearrows.com.

00:21:55.320 All right.

00:21:55.800 Also, I want to remind you to subscribe to Blaze TV.

00:21:59.760 Blaze TV just dropped an explosive investigation that you've got to see.

00:22:04.140 Believe it or not, we are five years out from the George Floyd incident and the destructive

00:22:08.320 riots that ensued and just burned down Minneapolis.

00:22:12.480 That didn't just happen.

00:22:14.140 There was a dereliction of duty, a deliberate dereliction of duty that went on there with Governor

00:22:19.560 Tim Walz and also the local government there in Minneapolis.

00:22:24.560 And now we have three law enforcement officers who are bravely speaking out about what actually

00:22:30.700 went on, how people were allowed to die, a town was allowed to burn in the name of a

00:22:36.680 false narrative of racial justice.

00:22:40.480 It's important for us to know what really goes on behind the scenes and these kind of

00:22:44.540 situations so we can be fully prepared for the next time and make sure we are voting people

00:22:49.500 in office who are going to stand strong even amidst the demands of the mob.

00:22:55.820 Go to blazetv.com slash Allie.

00:22:58.980 You'll get $20 off your subscription.

00:23:01.220 You get access to not only this documentary, but all content that Blaze TV hosts have created

00:23:08.320 for their subscribers.

00:23:09.800 Go to blazetv.com slash Allie.

00:23:12.420 Okay, Amain Khalif.

00:23:18.740 Do you remember that name?

00:23:20.540 That is the Algerian boxer who boxed in the Olympics.

00:23:24.280 Was it last year or 2023?

00:23:26.700 Wow.

00:23:27.060 Time goes by fast.

00:23:28.800 And it was very obvious that this person was male.

00:23:31.160 There were several reports that this person was male.

00:23:33.620 I said that this person was male.

00:23:35.760 Many others said this person was male.

00:23:37.500 And I was told by many people, including people on the right, that this was absolutely

00:23:42.100 cruel, that this was inhumane, that the right is getting this wrong, that because we are

00:23:47.280 being too, we're being so zealous over the transgender issue and fighting for the rights

00:23:52.180 of girls that we have accidentally included someone who just kind of looks masculine but

00:23:56.860 is actually male in our crosshairs and we shouldn't have done that.

00:24:01.000 No, I wasn't.

00:24:01.920 I mean, I wasn't just speaking emotionally about this.

00:24:04.880 I would have no incentive to get something like this wrong.

00:24:07.700 All of us said Amain Khalif was a male because it was obvious that he's a male.

00:24:12.000 So Olympic boxer, Amain Khalif, who competed in the women's category at the 2024 Paris Olympics

00:24:17.180 and has consistently claimed that he's female, was revealed to have XY chromosomes.

00:24:23.380 According to a 2023 medical report leaked this week, the report was previously rumored to

00:24:28.800 exist, but a screenshot has now been released verifying the claim.

00:24:31.780 The International Olympic Committee has decided to allow, had, had decided to allow Khalif

00:24:39.640 to compete in the 2024 games based on a female marker on his passport.

00:24:45.980 And there were all, there was all this propaganda, like these pictures of him dressed up as a woman,

00:24:50.760 like with a blowout and like sparkly lip gloss to prove like this person is really a woman. 0.99

00:24:56.900 And at the same time, like he comes from a very strict Islamic society and you had all 1.00

00:25:03.280 of these men like hugging him, putting him on their shoulders.

00:25:07.680 Like you're telling me that they thought that this person was a woman?

00:25:12.660 No, I just saw a video the other day.

00:25:14.700 I don't know.

00:25:15.280 A Muslim fighter was on the sidelines of some game and a female sports reporter tried to 1.00

00:25:20.580 like reach out her hand and shake his hand.

00:25:23.040 I don't even remember who the person was and he didn't because in Islamic societies, you're 1.00

00:25:28.780 not supposed to shake the hand of a woman.

00:25:30.140 And this poor woman apologized and she shouldn't have apologized, by the way, but she did. 1.00

00:25:35.920 So they're very strict about this.

00:25:37.760 And yet this person was seen as an exception.

00:25:39.820 No, I think that everyone knew on a main Khalif's team that he was a male and they were,

00:25:45.460 you know, pulling the wool over your eyes.

00:25:47.180 So the 2023 blood test document was leaked by Olympic press committee member Alan Abramson

00:25:53.260 on threewire sports.com.

00:25:55.120 We talked about him at the time and he claims to be the only journalistic outlet to have

00:25:59.300 seen these 2022 and 2023 tests, which confirmed that Khalif is male.

00:26:04.880 The test was conducted in 2023 at the request of the International Boxing Association and

00:26:10.400 the IBA had subsequently disqualified Khalif from the 2023 Women's World Championships

00:26:16.300 in New Delhi for failing the gender eligibility test.

00:26:19.620 Those specifics were not disclosed at the time.

00:26:22.280 The article doesn't explicitly identify who leaked the 2023 medical report or provide details

00:26:28.220 on how the report was obtained, but we will put this up.

00:26:31.640 So we see these pathology labs and you can see that the karyotype is male.

00:26:37.800 Chromosome analysis reveals male karyotype.

00:26:42.140 Abramson claims that the IOC knew about Khalif's genetic testing results during the Paris Olympics

00:26:47.240 in 2024, quote, and still it permitted Khalif and Lin Yu Ting of Taipei, whose test turned

00:26:57.560 up the same markers to compete in Paris.

00:26:59.960 Both Khalif and Yu Ting won gold.

00:27:04.180 You'll remember Italy's Angela Karini said she feared for her life when she faced Khalif.

00:27:09.880 She also said that she had never felt such a pain in her life after being hit twice by Khalif.

00:27:15.600 Here's that one.

00:27:16.240 In Iran from Algeria.

00:27:22.680 Khalif taking the win.

00:27:25.660 Has Karini abandoned the bout?

00:27:29.960 During a press conference at the Paris Olympics in August 2024, the IOC described the 2023 test

00:27:41.960 as ad hoc and not legitimate.

00:27:43.900 They argued that according to Olympic rules, Khalif was allowed to compete as a woman because 0.95

00:27:48.040 his passport indicated that he was one.

00:27:50.600 Well, we know that there are self-ID laws and policies and all different kinds of ways

00:27:54.960 that you can get your identification to say things that aren't actually true.

00:27:59.040 I'm sure that there are plenty of people who say that they're a certain height or a certain

00:28:03.600 weight that they actually aren't.

00:28:05.340 IOC president Thomas Bach suggested it was Russian-led disinformation.

00:28:11.260 During the Olympics, Bach also criticized those who were speculating about Khalif gender,

00:28:16.180 arguing that some want to own the definition of who is a woman.

00:28:19.400 That sounds like an admission to me.

00:28:21.000 Here's that two.

00:28:21.980 Some want to own the definition of who is a woman. 1.00

00:28:30.900 And there I can only invite them to come up with a scientific-based, a new definition of

00:28:41.340 who is a woman. 0.94

00:28:42.180 And how can somebody being born, raised, competed, and having a passport as a woman 0.99

00:28:49.140 cannot be considered a woman? 0.97

00:28:52.600 So it was claimed at the time that Khalif had some kind of, quote, intersex problem,

00:28:58.860 that there was some kind of anomaly that he had maybe with his chromosomes or his anatomy

00:29:05.900 that maybe made him look male, but that he actually was a woman, that he actually had, like, you

00:29:14.380 know, female internal reproductive organs. 1.00

00:29:17.960 But it's actually not the case.

00:29:20.420 What is, what does seem to be the case that maybe, possibly, if you want to be generous, 0.90

00:29:26.840 the guess is that perhaps this man had some kind of mangled genitalia, unfortunately, when 0.97

00:29:36.360 he was born. 0.89

00:29:37.680 And because of that, in their society, they decided to call him a her. 0.52

00:29:42.280 But if that is the case, that is very sad.

00:29:45.020 That doesn't make you, like, half boy, half girl.

00:29:47.480 That doesn't make you a girl. 0.82

00:29:49.360 It is your gametes and your chromosomes that determine what your gender is. 0.93

00:29:54.300 And if that is the case, then he would have produced testosterone that men produce.

00:30:01.180 And it is the testosterone that is produced in a man's body during puberty that makes you

00:30:07.060 a lot stronger, that makes you a lot bigger, that changes your muscle mass.

00:30:10.820 It changes your bone density.

00:30:12.240 It changes your anaerobic and your aerobic capacity.

00:30:15.600 It changes the size of your heart.

00:30:17.540 It changes the level of your aggression.

00:30:19.620 That's why it's not fair for, especially post-puberty, for males and females to be competing against 0.95

00:30:25.660 each other, especially in this kind of combat.

00:30:28.920 But Khalif said this at the Olympics.

00:30:30.680 I'm a woman like any other woman.

00:30:32.380 I was born a woman.

00:30:33.460 I have lived as a woman.

00:30:34.480 I compete as a woman.

00:30:35.920 There's no doubt about that.

00:30:38.700 And he has doubled down on his female identity over the years since he has won the gold.

00:30:47.480 He was even on the cover of Vogue.

00:30:49.860 We've got pictures of that, like made in Arabia.

00:30:54.920 So obviously, this is not United States Vogue.

00:30:57.980 But this is not helping, by the way.

00:31:00.540 If you're trying to prove that this person is a woman, this is not helping at all. 0.89

00:31:07.160 Uh, you've also got Cotino Sports.

00:31:09.900 I don't even know what Cotino Sports is.

00:31:11.760 But this is a post on Instagram where you've got him in his boxing gloves leaning over the

00:31:19.860 side of the ring.

00:31:20.480 The ring is hers also not helping, not helping the case that this is a woman. 0.99

00:31:28.100 A few days before Abramson's report on Khalif was released, World Boxing had announced

00:31:33.620 mandatory genetic screening for future competitions, which will require Khalif to undergo testing

00:31:38.580 before competing again.

00:31:40.220 World Boxing explained its new policy in a press release, saying this decision reflects

00:31:44.620 concerns over the safety and well-being of all boxers, including a main Khalif.

00:31:48.720 And it aims to protect the mental and physical health of all participants in light of some

00:31:53.620 of the reactions that have been expressed in relation to the boxers' potential participation

00:31:58.780 at the Eindhoven Box Cup.

00:32:01.880 And the statement also disclosed that the organization sent a letter to the Algerian

00:32:05.400 Boxing Federation saying that a main Khalif may not participate in the female category.

00:32:10.360 He can compete in the male category.

00:32:12.140 Cannot compete in the female category at the Eindhoven Box Cup in June of 2025.

00:32:19.180 And any world boxing event until a main Khalif undergoes genetic sex screening in accordance 0.99

00:32:23.940 with world boxing's rules and testing procedures.

00:32:26.240 See, that's the thing, is that a main Khalif won't actually get the testing that is being 0.55

00:32:31.780 specifically required by world boxing.

00:32:34.460 And why not?

00:32:35.540 If you are a woman, if you've got XX chromosomes, then why would you not get the testing that 0.98

00:32:43.320 is required?

00:32:44.020 Because all this stuff has been leaked that indicates that he is actually a he, and he 0.99

00:32:49.140 doesn't, he doesn't want to test because obviously we know what the results of that test will

00:32:54.540 be.

00:32:55.060 Let us take a walk down memory lane in just a second and look at some of the people who

00:32:59.320 insisted that we are just being raging bigots and that this person is a woman and that we 0.95

00:33:05.940 should just all sit down and shut up. 0.90

00:33:09.100 Let us just look at that because the internet is forever. 0.72

00:33:12.620 Let me pause and tell you about our next sponsor.

00:33:14.500 It's Patriot Mobile.

00:33:16.000 You've heard me talking about Patriot Mobile for a while now.

00:34:01.380 of service.

00:34:02.440 That's patriotmobile.com slash Allie, code Allie.

00:34:05.300 So we've got Jamel Hill, the sports writer.

00:34:13.040 She said this at the time.

00:34:14.600 A lot of people need to apologize.

00:34:16.500 I hope Khalif sues some people over their reckless remarks.

00:34:21.220 All this story did was expose ugliness, hatred, and transphobia.

00:34:25.960 As Karini admitted here, she was the woman who competed against Khalif that we referenced

00:34:31.120 earlier. 0.53

00:34:31.720 She quit because she was upset she was going to get her ASS whooped and other folks turned 1.00

00:34:38.600 it into something else. 0.87

00:34:41.500 And it might be true that Karini wasn't trying to start any kind of political conversation.

00:34:47.100 It was Karini or it was someone else.

00:34:48.560 I don't see it in my notes.

00:34:50.320 Who during the, like at the time, put up XX after she was competing with either it was 0.95

00:34:57.900 the Chinese guy or a main Khalif, I don't remember, but certainly there was at least bubbling under

00:35:04.560 the surface, if not an overt movement within women's boxing to say, this is a man and we

00:35:11.940 should only have to compete against women. 1.00

00:35:14.460 Um, now, apparently Karini said, according to BBC, um, that she actually did want to apologize to

00:35:25.120 Khalif.

00:35:25.840 There's a Toronto Star columnist named Bruce Arthur, um, who said, again, deemed a woman

00:35:34.020 in Algeria.

00:35:34.760 Uh, all other info about a man Khalif comes from the suspended IBA run by a Putin guy.

00:35:40.580 And so, of course, he was saying it's Russian disinformation that this guy is a man.

00:35:47.180 By the way, it was Ezra Yildiz Karaman who lost to the Taiwanese boxer Lin Yuting in the

00:35:56.320 semifinals of the women's featherweight division, uh, she made the double X.

00:36:02.640 And then we've got an investigative journalist named Ahmed Eldon, who said, FJK Rowling and

00:36:09.100 every other sexist racist turf endangering this woman in all other women's lives. 1.00

00:36:15.400 This is a disgusting campaign against a man elite. 0.98

00:36:18.720 This is, uh, Khalif, whatever his name is. 0.99

00:36:21.520 Um, this is misogyny.

00:36:23.820 Of course, Genevieve Gluck of Redux was right.

00:36:27.360 She said at the time, and she was correct, or she's saying now, but also said at the time

00:36:32.240 of Maine Khalif is a man who robbed women of their Olympic medals.

00:36:36.940 Riley Gaines, to all the people that insisted a Maine Khalif was a woman because his passport

00:36:40.880 said so, you were wrong and we were right.

00:36:46.040 It's absolutely true.

00:36:47.560 Speaking of Riley Gaines, she is doing a great job of sounding the alarm about a similar story.

00:36:53.820 That is happening in high school athletics, this time in the state of California.

00:36:59.860 And there are so many different parts of the story and so much has unfolded over the past

00:37:04.640 few weeks.

00:37:05.520 And we'll have to continue on this story over the next couple of weeks because we don't

00:37:09.700 have time to get into everything today.

00:37:12.020 But this boy, A.B.

00:37:14.320 Hernandez is a 16 year old man, a young man who believes that he's a girl from Darupa Valley

00:37:20.840 High School.

00:37:21.500 He was allowed to compete at California's state track finals on Saturday, May 31st,

00:37:26.860 placed in all three events.

00:37:29.420 The Trump administration has threatened to cut federal education funding from California

00:37:33.780 over the state's policy, allowing Hernandez to compete in a girls championship event. 0.90

00:37:38.700 And an investigation has been opened by the DOJ.

00:37:41.400 Again, let's just take a moment to acknowledge and express our gratitude that we have a very

00:37:46.680 different DOJ than we had under the last administration.

00:37:50.380 The last administration did the opposite.

00:37:53.040 They took SNAP funding, so school breakfast and lunch funding, away from poor schools that

00:37:58.600 didn't abide by their new interpretation of Title IX, which said that boys must be allowed

00:38:04.340 into girls' locker rooms and bathrooms.

00:38:06.960 OK?

00:38:07.180 Now we've got an administration who are saying, if you are allowing boys to take away scholarships,

00:38:14.040 to take away places, medals, to infiltrate the spaces of women and girls, we're going 1.00

00:38:20.100 to come after you.

00:38:21.320 That is justice doing what it is supposed to do.

00:38:25.540 That is actual justice in alignment with the truth.

00:38:27.580 The progressive definition of justice is exactly the opposite.

00:38:31.460 OK?

00:38:32.160 A.B. Hernandez took first place in the state's girls' high jump and triple jump, and second

00:38:36.640 place in the long jump at last weekend's finals.

00:38:39.320 Trump had sent a warning to California Governor Gavin Newsom and the state last Tuesday before

00:38:43.560 the event, threatening to cut federal funding to the state.

00:38:46.060 If A.B.

00:38:47.300 Hernandez competed in girls' track and field championship, the California Interscholastic

00:38:52.200 Federation, CIF, responded by amending its rules to accommodate female athletes who finished

00:38:57.440 behind a trans athlete, so-called trans.

00:38:59.940 It's not possible to transition genders, and so we have to say so-called, in the three events 0.99

00:39:05.040 Hernandez competed in, granting them qualification and podium finishes they would have earned had

00:39:11.040 a male athlete not competed in those events.

00:39:13.780 That's just crazy.

00:39:14.680 That is, like, maybe the most inconsistent position.

00:39:17.980 This resulted in Hernandez having to share podium spots with a female athlete who finished 0.98

00:39:22.560 one spot behind Hernandez.

00:39:24.740 So you can see the picture there.

00:39:27.860 And I'm sorry, but he doesn't.

00:39:29.400 The person who is holding up a number one, like, he doesn't look like a female. 0.92

00:39:34.200 He doesn't.

00:39:35.200 You've got the narrow hips, and you don't look like a girl. 1.00

00:39:40.040 You might look more like a girl than, like, the 30-year-old obese guy with a 5 o'clock

00:39:45.780 shadow, but you will never be a girl.

00:39:49.740 And what kind of guy wants to compete against women? 1.00

00:39:55.040 Not a good kind.

00:39:56.900 Brooke White, a female athlete who shared second place with A.B.

00:40:01.100 Hernandez.

00:40:01.540 I am diagnosing her with a very severe case of toxic empathy, and this is her symptom.

00:40:09.160 SOT 3.

00:40:09.520 They gave me the medal that I deserved.

00:40:11.900 They gave her the medal that she deserved, and sharing the podium was nothing but an

00:40:15.600 honor.

00:40:15.860 As a part of the queer community, like, I want A.B.

00:40:18.680 Hernandez to know that we all have her back and we all have her support.

00:40:21.120 Although the publicity she's receiving has been pretty negative, I believe she deserves

00:40:25.020 publicity because she is a superstar. 0.63

00:40:27.300 She's a rock star. 0.98

00:40:27.980 She's representing who she is.

00:40:29.380 And to be up there with her, like, that was amazing for me, honestly.

00:40:32.740 Yeah.

00:40:32.920 I'm really proud of us both.

00:40:35.380 Oh, see, it's women like this who are holding women back, who are actually stepping on women's 1.00

00:40:41.080 rights, who are an impediment to fairness and actual equality.

00:40:46.680 And you're doing it, one, because you have been inundated with progressive ideology for

00:40:51.480 a very long time, but also there's social capital.

00:40:53.960 You are getting patted on the back.

00:40:55.940 You feel like you are taking care of someone who is marginalized.

00:40:59.720 You feel like you're standing up for a worthy cause.

00:41:03.620 And it's, as we've talked about many times, this misplaced mothering.

00:41:07.940 You are taking on these purported victims, placing them under your wing.

00:41:11.720 You're making yourself feel very virtuous and heroic when, in reality, you are supporting

00:41:17.860 a lie, a destructive lie.

00:41:20.200 You are out there championing two plus two equals five.

00:41:23.400 And you think that you are some kind of champion for truth, and you're not.

00:41:28.660 And it's just, it's very lucrative in a lot of different ways to be this kind of person

00:41:36.800 who supports the idea that men can become a woman.

00:41:42.400 In a Truth Social post on June 2nd, 2025, President Donald Trump said he would impose fines

00:41:47.960 on California because the state didn't comply with his February 2025 executive order.

00:41:54.460 He says a biological male competed in California Girls State Finals, winning big despite the

00:41:59.320 fact that they were warned by me not to do so.

00:42:02.800 As Governor Gavin Newsom fully understands, large-scale fines will be imposed.

00:42:07.040 Now, I wish we had the clip.

00:42:08.520 I don't think I have the clip in front of me.

00:42:10.880 Gavin Newsom, just a few weeks ago in a conversation with Charlie Kirk, where he was supposed to be

00:42:16.360 interviewing Charlie Kirk, but Charlie, like, quickly took control of the conversation

00:42:20.580 and put Governor Newsom on the hot seat.

00:42:24.260 Like, he said that he doesn't believe that boys should be competing against girls in sports.

00:42:30.460 He said that he thinks it's unfair. 1.00

00:42:32.560 I mean, he is such a scumbag. 1.00

00:42:35.020 He is such a snake. 1.00

00:42:36.480 And he is such a cartoonish villain. 0.99

00:42:39.900 We shouldn't believe a word that he has to say.

00:42:42.540 The U.S. Department of Justice also announced, as I said earlier, an investigation into whether

00:42:49.920 California is violating the law here.

00:42:55.880 And so we've got, thankfully, we've got other states who are doing it correctly.

00:43:01.000 Nebraska just passed the Stand with Women Act.

00:43:04.100 Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen signed the Stand with Women Act into law, calling the legislation

00:43:09.880 a victory.

00:43:10.860 This is according to local news there.

00:43:13.020 The bill requires students to play on sports teams that align with their biological sex assigned

00:43:17.620 at birth.

00:43:18.100 That's horrible language.

00:43:19.340 It's not biological sex that's assigned at birth.

00:43:22.960 Assignments are arbitrary.

00:43:25.140 It is acknowledged at birth.

00:43:27.020 It's actually usually acknowledged nowadays in the womb.

00:43:30.460 It is observed.

00:43:31.560 It's not assigned.

00:43:32.760 And also, we don't need to say biological sex.

00:43:35.400 We don't need to say biological males.

00:43:37.040 We don't need to say biological females because that denotes that there's another kind of sex 1.00

00:43:41.520 or another kind of female or another kind of male that exists.

00:43:44.640 It's male, female. 0.93

00:43:45.680 It's sex.

00:43:46.260 I think sex and gender are interchangeable.

00:43:48.920 Some people don't like to use gender.

00:43:50.980 But I don't like separating the two because that actually seems to affirm this idea that

00:43:55.820 they are separate things.

00:43:57.180 One's a stated identity.

00:43:58.800 One's a sex. 0.53

00:43:59.360 You can't have a stated identity that is separate from your sex. 0.94

00:44:02.260 It's not real.

00:44:02.920 It's your imagination.

00:44:04.160 And I should not be forced to go along and affirm your delusions.

00:44:09.180 And I'm just glad that the Trump administration is using the just power that they have to enforce

00:44:15.380 reality, to enact reality, and to defend girls' fairness, even in a state like California 1.00

00:44:21.300 that has chosen to throw their girls both in and outside of the womb under the bus. 1.00

00:44:28.140 All right.

00:44:29.040 We've got a new last segment that we're doing.

00:44:31.860 And we're playing around with the title of it.

00:44:34.620 But basically, the theme is going to be hard pills to swallow.

00:44:44.080 And it will be a short segment where I am giving you my advice as bluntly and as truthfully

00:44:49.240 as I possibly can.

00:44:51.020 You might have someone who needs to hear the next segment.

00:45:48.440 Here's the hard pill to swallow.

00:45:55.640 You need to stop living with your boyfriend.

00:45:57.700 You need to stop living with your fiance.

00:46:00.040 You need to stop playing house with men that are not your husband.

00:46:03.920 And you might be thinking, well, it's good practice.

00:46:06.400 Or you might be thinking, well, we know that we're going to get married anyway.

00:46:11.780 You don't know that you're going to get married anyway, even if you are engaged.

00:46:15.600 Now, if you are a Christian, you are actually living in sin because the marriage bed is supposed 1.00

00:46:20.500 to be reserved for those who are married.

00:46:23.340 You are only supposed to become one flesh with the person that is your husband.

00:46:28.300 And if maybe you're one of those people who say, okay, well, we're not violating that.

00:46:32.400 We're not actually having sex.

00:46:33.920 We're just living together because it's more convenient.

00:46:36.500 You are purposely putting yourself in the way of temptation.

00:46:41.520 You are making it much more difficult for yourself to honor God and stay pure.

00:46:47.000 Plus, practically, it's just a bad idea.

00:46:49.680 Let me read some statistics for you.

00:46:51.800 A 2023 study from the University of Denver found that couples who cohabitate before engagement

00:46:58.740 were 48% more likely to divorce, 34% of marriages ended, compared to those who cohabitated after

00:47:07.960 engagement or marriage, 23% of those marriages ended.

00:47:13.660 The study notes that about 70% of couples live together before marriage.

00:47:19.160 And those couples are much more likely to get a divorce or to break up.

00:47:25.320 A 2018 study by Rosenfeld and Rosler noted that premarital cohabitation is associated with

00:47:32.140 lower divorce rates in the first year of marriage, but higher divorce rates in subsequent years,

00:47:37.620 with odds of divorce 1.31 times higher for women who cohabitated before marriage.

00:47:44.420 According to a 1995 study by the National Survey of Families and Households, in the U.S.,

00:47:49.800 the risk of divorce for couples who cohabitated before marriage was 50% higher than for

00:47:55.040 non-cohabitators.

00:47:56.920 In some Western European countries, the risk was estimated at 80% higher.

00:48:02.200 It's bad for you.

00:48:03.520 It's bad for your significant other.

00:48:05.760 It's bad for your relationship with God.

00:48:08.960 Science and studies are always catching up to God, and God's ways are better.

00:48:14.360 That is your hard pill to swallow for today, that you should not be living with and playing

00:48:19.800 house with someone that is not your husband.

00:48:24.220 All right, that's all we've got time for today.

00:48:26.520 We will be back here on Monday.
