00:33:16.480 originally reported by the wall street journal that this administration is considering making payments

00:33:30.640 settlement talks for several lawsuits that claim the u.s government's policies under trump left

00:33:47.720 person who had been separated 450 000 according to the journal most families who have crossed the border are

00:36:58.720 funding in the past year uh they have also upped the budget for their own personal protection these

00:37:05.920 mayors and city officials so in chicago illinois for example the city spent 17.3 million dollars

00:37:13.800 between 2015 and 2020 to guard unnamed city officials that's as mayor lloyd lightfoot says

00:37:19.380 she opposed she's opposed defunding police while we found 400 police officer uh positions were quietly

00:37:26.340 cut during 2020 so she said that she opposed defunding the police but she cut 400 police officers i mean

00:37:32.940 chicago is riddled with violent crime the victims of which are disproportionately black men the very

00:37:39.040 people that these politicians say that they care about then if you look at san francisco california

00:37:44.420 the city spent 12.4 million dollars between uh to 2015 and 2020 to protect the mayor london breed

00:37:50.840 that's a san francisco officials promised to divest 120 million dollars from police over two years

00:37:58.680 then you've got a place like baltimore the city spent 3.6 million dollars in 2024 14 police to cover

00:38:05.800 the mayor brendan scott's um yet baltimore has eliminated about 22 million dollars from its police

00:38:13.600 budget san diego california same story denver colorado same story and then you've got oakland

00:38:20.420 california minneapolis minnesota portland oregon atlanta georgia they are reallocating funds or they have

00:38:28.060 reallocated funds away from the police in the name of caring about racial justice meanwhile they are

00:38:39.140 council members and city officials so people see the hypocrisy of this kind of thing they see the

00:38:45.020 deadly repercussions of defunding the police and they remember that joe biden was on that side when he

00:38:50.500 campaigned and then the thing that people are really feeling also the supply chain issues and biden's

00:38:56.340 agenda is worsening the supply chain so you can still maybe get the essentials that you need some

00:39:01.300 places are worse than others but you know where i go i go to the target in an affluent area of where i

00:39:47.800 increased purchases of parts for electric charging stations and indirectly as child care subsidies

00:39:52.700 push consumers to spend more in other areas but that will all place extra stress on the supply chain

00:43:36.880 turkeys may reach record highs this year as producers anticipated higher demand with the return of larger

00:43:43.900 gatherings but it's not all demand of course as uh we already discussed so that's a big issue people

00:44:29.160 economy there's also the problem of shutting down the keystone pipeline that's something that joe biden did

00:46:52.620 they weren't going to go along with biden's vaccine mandate so it seemed a little punitive and that's

00:47:17.740 and so the wall street journal says president biden's vaccine mandate for private sector businesses with

00:47:24.700 100 or more workers and details on how the requirement will work will likely be released later this week

00:47:36.940 occupational safety and health administration osha has been developing the vaccine mandate under a

00:47:42.700 federal rulemaking called an emergency temporary standard employers who fall under the regulation

00:49:27.200 uh international gender strategy that says that they are trying to work for the full inclusion of

00:49:34.920 women's and girls when really they are trying to rewrite what the definition of women and girls and they

00:49:42.760 also claim in this national gender strategy to be trying to advance the so-called right of abortion and so

00:49:50.320 they are very rabid and wanting to uh ensure that more babies can be aborted that's of course why

00:49:59.340 biden the biden administration is suing the state of texas because of their anti-abortion law

00:50:06.580 he has been very out front in wanting more abortions and more access to abortion i do just wonder what

00:50:14.500 the evangelicals for biden are thinking right now like all the people that claimed that he was going
