00:00:30.020 Ballard is here today to discuss the film and the media's troubling reaction to it.
00:00:35.320 Also, a couple things.
00:00:36.980 If you're watching on YouTube, you'll notice that his video feed is a little off.
00:00:41.340 The audio is perfectly fine, though.
00:00:43.860 And also, if you're listening or watching to this, you know it looks and sounds a little different.
00:00:47.860 I am recording remote, but this is an awesome conversation.
00:00:52.500 You're not going to want to miss it.
00:00:54.800 Wow, there's so much, so much to be learned from the discussion that we're about to have in this movie.

00:01:07.260 Tim Ballard, thanks so much for joining me.
00:01:19.760 I'm sure it's been a very exciting couple weeks for you.
00:01:23.360 A lot of media coverage about Sound of Freedom.
00:01:26.240 First, just tell us about it.
00:01:27.560 Tell us why you made this movie for people who may not know.
00:01:30.140 Well, I spent 12 years as a special agent with the U.S. government, undercover operator, working child crimes cases.
00:01:39.040 Ten of those years were on the border, a southern border with Mexico.
00:01:42.920 And I just got frustrated with the bureaucracy, the inability to do my job appropriately because, you know, child trafficking knows no borders and boundaries, and yet sovereign governments do.
00:01:56.800 And so that creates a conflict.
00:01:58.200 And I was working a case in Colombia in 2012, also one in Haiti.
00:02:04.040 I thought I could make them both U.S. cases.
00:02:06.900 I overextended.
00:02:08.040 It probably went a little further than I was supposed to go.
00:02:09.840 And ultimately, I had to make a choice, either finish these cases that I believed would end in child rescues or come home and keep my job.
00:02:21.800 And my wife and I ultimately decided to quit the government job so we could do these two rescue operations.
00:02:30.220 So the Sound of Freedom is basically that story.
00:02:32.760 That's kind of how it kicks off.
00:02:34.440 In the end, it ended up being one of the largest rescue operations that we know of in Colombia.
00:02:40.200 And so that's kind of the basis for the film.
00:02:43.800 I never dreamed they'd make a movie about this.
00:02:46.260 But when the producers saw the story in the news, they came in and asked us if we would let them do our story on a feature film.
00:02:57.060 So here we are.
00:02:59.180 And here you are.
00:03:01.780 And how close is this to your actual experiences, the movie?
00:03:08.220 So, of course, they take liberties.
00:03:09.860 You know, I'm very open about the fact that they make Jim Caviezel.
00:03:14.660 Caviezel makes me look way better than I am.
00:03:17.840 Way cooler.
00:03:19.040 But I will say that all the good guys are real.
00:03:21.820 All the bad guys are real.
00:03:22.820 All the kids are real.
00:03:25.040 These are all true stories.
00:03:26.920 With liberties taken, of course.
00:03:29.460 But what happens to these kids is actually what happened to them.
00:03:31.860 Or worse, frankly.
00:03:33.860 So it is an accurate depiction of how this operation goes and how others go as well.
00:03:41.220 Right.
00:03:41.620 And the movie has done extremely well.
00:03:45.300 Outperforming Indiana Jones.
00:03:48.220 Angel Studios.
00:03:49.580 Sound of Freedom took the top spot at the U.S. box office on July 4th.
00:03:53.160 Beating out Disney's recently released and highly anticipated Indiana Jones.
00:03:56.300 And the dial of destiny as the as it was being reported, the new film scored 14.2 million at the box office versus Indiana Jones, 11.7 million.
00:04:08.500 I mean, that is pretty darn incredible, especially for a movie that people may describe as not exactly being mainstream.
00:04:18.460 Because it's not this big Hollywood production, even though it's very well made.
00:04:24.080 It's something that, you know, really a contingency of Americans supported and wanted to see.
00:04:30.200 And wow, it's been insanely, insanely successful.
00:04:33.940 It has.
00:04:36.180 In fact, the recent numbers through this weekend, we're now at $40 million in box office ticket sales.
00:04:43.420 And what's interesting, Ali, is Disney actually owned this movie for a while.
00:04:49.460 Fox made it.
00:04:50.400 Disney bought Fox.
00:04:51.700 And Disney was going to shelve it.
00:04:53.400 I mean, we were freaking out.
00:04:54.340 They're like, we don't have any interest in putting this out.
00:04:56.680 I mean, this movie's been done since 2020.
00:05:00.060 It was supposed to come out in 2020.
00:05:01.360 So the producers wrestled it away from Disney, got it back.
00:05:06.700 And then finally, we connected with Angel Studios.
00:05:09.280 And now we have this strange, almost poetic justice.
00:05:14.020 Now, here's Disney had the film.
00:05:16.020 And the film's beating their own, you know, their Indiana Jones.
00:05:19.800 And not by a little bit in the theaters where, you know, we're competing.
00:05:24.080 So it's kind of an interesting story.
00:05:27.680 Yeah, it is really interesting.
00:05:30.040 And it just goes to show that this is something that people want to know about.
00:05:34.480 I mean, it's the most really disturbing subject that you can really think of.
00:05:38.720 I'm not sure if anyone could conjure up anything more evil than child sex trafficking.
00:05:44.460 And yet, I think people look around and they see, this is a problem.
00:05:48.540 I need to know more about it.
00:05:50.140 Also, I want a message of hope that tells me something, someone is doing something about it.
00:05:56.500 I think that's part of why this movie has been so successful.
00:06:01.100 I think another part is because, I mean, the mainstream media has demonized it so much,
00:06:06.780 has basically gaslit the American people into thinking sex trafficking is not a thing.
00:06:11.580 It's not a big deal.
00:06:12.960 It's just a conspiracy theory.
00:06:15.240 Don't go see this or else you're going to be linked to extremism.
00:06:18.940 And instead of listening to them, I think a lot of people said,
00:06:21.220 hmm, I think I'm actually going to go check it out for myself.
00:06:24.620 What do you think?
00:06:26.300 It's exactly what's going on.
00:06:27.860 It's the most bizarre reaction by the left.
00:06:31.580 I can't even understand this.
00:06:33.480 This was never supposed to be political.
00:06:35.640 These are real children.
00:06:36.900 And they're having a hard time.
00:06:38.200 It's hilarious, actually, because they're trying to say,
00:06:41.860 hey, this movie is QAnon, you know, adjacent and all these things.
00:06:46.520 But they can never go specifically into the film and say, here's the QAnon part.
00:06:50.600 Because, you know, like, where's the part where Tom Hanks and Hillary Clinton are drinking
00:06:54.920 the blood of babies or there's underground cities or this?
00:06:58.620 These are real kids.
00:07:00.320 And, you know, my message to those people, those critics,
00:07:03.780 like the CNN commentator the other night,
00:07:06.620 you are not hurting me or Jim Caviezel if that's what you think you're doing.
00:07:10.700 By disparaging this film, you are hurting real children
00:07:13.540 who want their story told.
00:07:16.080 These are true stories.
00:07:17.200 And that's what you're doing to kids.
00:07:18.420 You're further abusing them by pretending that their story
00:07:21.960 is somehow a conspiracy theory.
00:07:26.060 It's grotesque what they're doing.
00:07:28.420 And it just shows that they don't care about kids.
00:07:33.780 Yeah, I mean, it's hard to come to any other conclusion
00:07:45.940 when you've got a story about sex trafficking rescues.
00:07:51.300 That's what this is about.
00:07:52.540 It's not political.
00:07:54.580 And it's not, you know, it's not even ideological.
00:07:57.680 It's just saying this is a real evil that's going on
00:08:00.600 that we all should be able to unite in pushing back against.
00:08:05.920 And yet, for some strange reason,
00:08:08.360 you've got people in the media demonizing it.
00:08:10.660 And I can't come to any other conclusion
00:08:12.420 except for that they don't care.
00:08:14.300 And I don't want to even say, I don't want to say this,
00:08:16.880 but it's hard to see how it wouldn't even be described
00:08:22.240 as a position of supporting the perpetuation of this kind of injustice.
00:08:27.040 I mean, these are some of the headlines that we're talking about.
00:08:30.140 The Washington Post.
00:08:31.540 Sound of Freedom is a box office hit whose star embraces QAnon.
00:08:36.820 I mean, I don't even know if any of us can accurately define what QAnon is,
00:08:41.740 but it's something that's right-wing conspiracy theorists.
00:08:45.220 There's a bunch of Hollywood elites coming together to traffic children.
00:08:49.640 That's what they would call it.
00:08:51.840 The Washington Post says that Glenn Kessler,
00:08:54.260 the Washington Post fact checker, found no evidence for your claim.
00:08:58.640 Bowler's claim that 10,000 children are smuggled into the United States annually,
00:09:02.480 a line that apparently made its way into Trump's State of the Union dress in 2019.
00:09:06.960 I mean, what do you say to something like that?
00:09:10.400 Well, I mean, are you kidding me?
00:09:13.820 We have, look, the United States,
00:09:16.640 we are the number one consumer of child rape videos in the world.
00:09:22.500 Okay, so I call that the economy of pedophilia.
00:09:26.460 And now we have, over the last two years alone,
00:09:28.700 85,000 unaccompanied minors that show up at our southern border.
00:09:33.060 I was on that southern border for 10 years of my career.
00:09:35.860 I'm intimately connected and involved with what happens.
00:09:39.060 These kids show up.
00:09:40.140 Thousands of these kids, by the way,
00:09:41.760 according to the CBP statistics, are under five years old.
00:09:45.480 So what's a three- or four-year-old kid showing up at the border alone,
00:09:48.360 but they have a little piece of paper.
00:09:49.560 It's called their sponsor.
00:09:51.620 And what Health and Human Services is mandated to do is call that number,
00:09:55.960 no background check, no vetting, nothing other than call the number.
00:10:00.980 And it used to be that the sponsor has to come to the border to pick the kid up.
00:10:05.800 Not anymore.
00:10:06.540 Now our taxpayer dollars are putting those kids on buses and planes
00:10:09.700 and sending them to what I think is completing,
00:10:13.500 likely completing the final leg of a child trafficking experience.
00:10:17.940 And then you add the other pieces here.
00:10:20.100 We're the birthplace of this concept called minor attracted persons.
00:10:24.320 We don't want to call them pedophiles anymore because that's mean.
00:10:27.980 And so let's call them minor attracted persons.
00:10:30.380 And also while we're at it, let's change our sex ed programs
00:10:33.540 to provide what is really pornography to children 0.98
00:10:36.620 so we can make the little brains turn into sex robots. 1.00
00:10:39.240 There's a whole movement. 0.96
00:10:41.140 When you connect it all together,
00:10:42.340 you see why someone doesn't want the truth coming out.
00:10:45.920 There's a movement right now.
00:10:46.980 I think a lot of it, Ali, is spiritual warfare.
00:10:49.560 I think when people act so insane,
00:10:51.760 sometimes I can only chalk it up to that.
00:10:54.120 We're playing with powers beyond our mortality even
00:10:57.640 because it's absolute insanity that the people
00:11:01.140 that are trying to say this film is fake or whatever
00:11:04.580 are also the people who are saying pedophiles
00:11:07.080 should be an accepted, protected class of people
00:11:11.860 called minor attracted persons.
00:11:13.540 So you put that together and they're also the people
00:11:15.900 that want the borders to be open,
00:11:17.500 irregardless of the fact that all these unaccompanied
00:11:19.780 small children are being brought in and delivered
00:11:21.920 to who knows who.
00:11:23.540 So there's an agenda and it's sick
00:11:25.740 and children are in the crosshairs.
00:11:28.640 Yeah, according to the Polaris Project in 2021,
00:11:32.140 there were 10,359 trafficking situations reported.
00:11:36.120 A total of 16,554 likely victims of trafficking
00:11:40.180 were identified and those are probably undercounts.
00:11:43.880 So this is, I mean, this is a problem even far beyond
00:11:46.500 I think our greatest estimations can quantify.
00:11:50.080 You have The Guardian saying Sound of Freedom,
00:11:52.160 the QAnon-adjacent thriller Seducing America,
00:11:56.200 Rolling Stone. 0.95
00:11:57.640 Sound of Freedom is a superhero movie for dads with brain worms.
00:12:02.400 And for those who don't know, brain worms is kind of a term
00:12:05.020 used to deride people who you think are conspiracy theorists.
00:12:10.020 It says that there is a delusion of sex trafficking
00:12:13.940 that foments moral panic, according to the Rolling Stone,
00:12:17.540 for years over this grossly exaggerated epidemic
00:12:21.300 of child sex trafficking.
00:12:22.520 I happen to know that some of the journalists at the Rolling Stone,
00:12:28.000 some of them have written hit pieces about me.
00:12:30.680 Their work actually does have a history of defending pedophiles.
00:12:36.120 And so I'm not saying this particular journalist of this piece,
00:12:38.800 but other journalists certainly at the Rolling Stone do have that history.
00:12:43.140 So you don't really have to leap that far.
00:12:45.580 And then Jezebel is a left-wing outlet.
00:12:48.200 It says Sound of Freedom is an anti-child trafficking fantasy fit for QAnon. 1.00
00:12:54.900 And so, again, I mean, it looks really, really bad,
00:12:59.320 I think, for these journalists to basically just come out and say,
00:13:02.920 look, this is not something we want to talk about.
00:13:05.860 We don't want to shine a light on it.
00:13:07.720 We don't want you to see the atrocity of what's going on.
00:13:11.020 Of course, people are going to ask, wait, why?
00:13:14.260 Why is this your hill that you want to die on?
00:13:16.500 Why is this the thing that you want to defend?
00:13:18.920 Why did this become political?
00:13:20.920 Because if you're telling me that it's now a right-wing position
00:13:24.140 to be anti-child rape, anti-child sex trafficking,
00:13:28.820 that makes me some kind of right-wing extremist.
00:13:31.160 What they're going to find is that more and more people
00:13:33.580 will then voluntarily identify as a so-called right-wing extremist
00:13:37.820 because, yeah, most people or sane people, decent people,
00:13:42.120 are against child sex trafficking.
00:13:44.000 It's really telling what side they're putting themselves on.
00:13:47.600 It is.
00:13:48.760 And, you know, in August, we're planning an event.
00:13:51.940 These are real children.
00:13:53.580 And this cooperation went down October 11th, 2014.
00:13:57.620 And they're young adults now.
00:13:59.000 And we still are with them.
00:14:00.500 We're still helping them.
00:14:01.920 In fact, they formed their own group of these kids that were rescued
00:14:04.880 that you'll see in the film.
00:14:06.740 And they're going to come together.
00:14:08.540 And they're very excited about this story because it empowers them.
00:14:13.080 And I would invite you reporters.
00:14:15.920 This is my challenge to you.
00:14:17.000 I'll invite you, you Guardian folks, you Washington Post people,
00:14:21.040 Jezebel, whatever.
00:14:21.920 I want you to come and look into the faces of these survivors
00:14:25.560 who went through hell as depicted in that film.
00:14:27.800 And you tell them it's a QAnon fantasy. 0.96
00:14:30.820 Please.
00:14:31.420 I would love to watch that exchange.
00:14:33.360 You're all welcome.
00:14:34.520 I'll make sure you get tickets to the event.
00:14:36.040 I can't imagine the horrors that you have seen.
00:14:50.900 I think even those of us who are distraught about the existence of this,
00:14:57.000 we even forget that these are faces.
00:14:59.660 These are people.
00:15:00.780 These are little image bearers of God who have really had these experiences.
00:15:04.420 It's not just like, oh, this massive issue over here that needs to be solved.
00:15:09.160 I mean, we are talking about individuals, children,
00:15:12.180 the most vulnerable people undergoing the worst kind of torture and misery
00:15:18.060 that we can even imagine.
00:15:20.800 And I mean, it's just beyond me how other people's heart wouldn't break
00:15:25.120 just as much over something like that.
00:15:28.540 There's also been, I mean, there's been reports.
00:15:30.380 I'm sure you've seen, there's been reports of people having like a difficult time
00:15:35.000 seeing the movie at the theater.
00:15:38.280 I'm not saying that this is necessarily something that's happening intentionally,
00:15:42.280 but I just saw people talking about it online that they tried to go see the,
00:15:48.020 the, they tried to go see the movie and the AMC, an AMC customer said that the theater discouraged
00:15:56.000 her from seeing Sound of Freedom by saying that the air conditioning was out.
00:16:01.400 And apparently that's happening at multiple theaters across the country.
00:16:04.840 I mean, talk about spiritual warfare.
00:16:06.440 I don't know if that's really happening, but strange and crazy if it is.
00:16:11.860 We are getting reports coming in.
00:16:15.340 I've never heard of this.
00:16:16.380 I've seen many movies in my life.
00:16:18.060 People are getting emailed by the theater saying, we have refunded your ticket.
00:16:22.260 Please don't come because there's some functional issue.
00:16:25.820 Yeah.
00:16:26.020 Air conditioning is one of them.
00:16:28.060 And the people show up anyway and say, I don't want refunded.
00:16:30.900 I want to watch the movie and the air conditioning works, you know, and it's, I mean, again,
00:16:36.600 I'm a big believer in spiritual warfare.
00:16:38.580 You know, you see miracles from God and you see the opposite of miracles and strange happenings
00:16:43.880 that from the other side.
00:16:45.440 And that's what this is.
00:16:46.820 And, and again, there's, there's a mass movement, you know, as I was at the, I was, I was at
00:16:52.460 the Hill, Speaker McCarthy's office, and they were asking us, how do we wake people up, the
00:16:58.360 left, especially to what's happening on the border?
00:17:00.260 And, you know, they, they, they say, we can't understand why they don't care about these
00:17:05.240 kids.
00:17:05.600 And I explained to them, you gotta, it's look at it through spiritual warfare.
00:17:09.220 It's, there's all these connection points from the sexualization of our kids with the
00:17:13.080 material they're giving me in school to this crazy idea that a 13 or 14 year old girl can,
00:17:17.700 can self mutilate and have, and consent to such a thing.
00:17:21.600 Why is that concerning?
00:17:22.620 Because there's nothing can, there's nothing at that point that's allowing them to consent 0.98
00:17:27.280 to have sex with a, with an adult pedophile.
00:17:29.940 You know, all these things, kids are in the cross hairs like never before. 0.92
00:17:34.140 And the film Sound of Freedom will convert people to see the truth that we need to put
00:17:39.220 kids in, in a place of absolute protection.
00:17:42.060 They should be the first and last thing we think about when we are devising any kind of
00:17:47.520 policy in this country.
00:17:49.080 Instead, they seem to be in the cross hairs of everything we're doing.
00:17:54.540 Yes.
00:17:55.180 I always say that kids are the unconsenting subjects of progressive social experiments
00:18:00.940 or whatever it is, adults whims.
00:18:03.920 It's like kids are always being asked to sacrifice their wellbeing, their safety.
00:18:08.880 I mean, whatever policy we're looking at, whether it's abortion, the rearrangement of the family,
00:18:13.860 kids are always being asked to sacrifice, to do difficult things on behalf of
00:18:18.140 adults who want to make money, adults who want to fulfill their desires, whatever it is.
00:18:23.360 And that is a disordering of society.
00:18:25.820 That's exactly the opposite.
00:18:27.660 The strong are supposed to sacrifice on behalf of the most vulnerable, not the other way around.
00:18:33.200 And of course, sex trafficking is the most grotesque example of that disordering.
00:18:37.740 I saw this story.
00:18:38.540 I don't know if you saw it.
00:18:39.640 It came out yesterday from the New York Post that a U.S. Marine was taken into custody after
00:18:46.000 a missing 14-year-old girl found in barracks at Camp Pendleton.
00:18:50.640 So a missing 14-year-old girl who has learning disabilities allegedly ran away from home on
00:18:55.480 June 9th was found recently inside the barracks at a Marine Corps base camp, Pendleton, in San 0.69
00:19:01.640 Diego, where she had been sold for sex and raped.
00:19:05.860 And so, I mean, this is happening in places where I think a lot of people don't want to 0.83
00:19:10.160 look.
00:19:10.760 A lot of people just don't want to think about.
00:19:13.800 And it doesn't always look like crossing the borders and in South America, which obviously
00:19:18.460 is terrible.
00:19:19.480 I mean, this stuff is happening in the United States with runaways, with young, vulnerable
00:19:24.400 girls and boys meeting predators online, being groomed.
00:19:28.960 I just don't think there are enough safeguards in place because there's not enough awareness.
00:19:34.240 That's exactly right.
00:19:35.480 And in fact, I executive produced a film, a documentary with DNA Films that we just released
00:19:41.420 and it's available now on Amazon.
00:19:44.100 It's called It's Happening Right Here.
00:19:46.560 And we get into all those issues.
00:19:48.400 We got so tired of people saying, oh, yeah, but that doesn't happen here.
00:19:51.940 That happens in faraway places in Southeast Asia or, you know, the dark corners of Latin
00:19:56.340 America.
00:19:56.740 And we kept saying, no, it's happening right here.
00:19:59.280 It's happening right here.
00:20:00.040 Just as you described it, Ali, with these access points, often they begin online, runaways.
00:20:06.380 And we go through the whole spectrum on how parents and guardians and teachers should be
00:20:11.140 safeguarding their kids.
00:20:12.960 Instead, the very cultures and laws that protect kids are being chipped away at.
00:20:18.280 That's my biggest concern.
00:20:19.280 I used to think that I might be out of a job someday because perhaps by some miracle, we'd
00:20:24.220 be able to rescue all the kids.
00:20:25.400 Now I'm worried I won't have a job because all the laws required for me to do my job to
00:20:31.140 protect children are being chipped away at as we're normalizing child sex in this country.
00:20:36.900 So this culture war is what we have to win first to preserve even the ability to keep
00:20:42.340 your kids safe.
00:20:55.080 You know, like we were saying earlier, if there's one thing that the left and the right should be able to unite over, it's this. 0.84
00:21:02.560 It's that this is disgusting.
00:21:04.480 This needs to be defeated.
00:21:06.880 There was another story that I just wanted to make sure that I mentioned because I saw
00:21:10.940 so many people talking about it.
00:21:12.360 I mean, talk about it being right under, you know, people's noses.
00:21:16.260 There was a Franklin in Franklin, Tennessee.
00:21:20.040 There's a soccer coach, Camilo Hurtado Campos.
00:21:23.540 He has now been booked on allegations of child rape and sexual exploitation of a minor.
00:21:28.260 Police described Campos as a popular soccer coach and a 20-year resident of Franklin, a city of about 87,000 people by Nashville.
00:21:36.820 During off hours, Campos frequented nearby school playgrounds in both neighborhoods where he had lived,
00:21:43.440 where he approached kids and recruited them as players on his team. 0.62
00:21:46.520 After gaining their trust, Campos invited many of the kids to his home where he drugged them and then raped them, putting this on video. 0.73
00:21:54.100 I mean, this goes back to what you're saying about the huge demand that we have for child sex abuse material here in the United States. 0.52
00:22:02.960 That is, I mean, it's enabled not just by some of the things that we're talking about, but even just the mainstreaming of pornography in general,
00:22:10.340 Pornhub, all this stuff, the access to that.
00:22:13.740 I mean, it just needs to be shut down completely.
00:22:17.220 So there is no incentive for things like this.
00:22:20.080 That's right. In the last eight years or so, there's been a 5,000% increase in child rape videos just in the United States alone.
00:22:29.140 This stuff is being produced in mass.
00:22:31.660 And because there's a sex addiction that no one wants to talk about, and that sex addiction,
00:22:35.540 the reason they don't want to talk about it is because it's fueled by Hollywood.
00:22:38.540 It's fueled by the content of sexual content that's just become completely normalized.
00:22:44.080 And we know what that does to the brain.
00:22:46.400 You know, it overstimulates the brain.
00:22:48.400 The dopamine becomes less effective the more they watch adult legal porn to the point that they have to kind of jolt their system to get that dopamine endorphin hit out of the brain.
00:22:57.640 So they turn to kids and child rape videos and so forth.
00:23:01.240 So that's why there's 2 million children forced into commercial sex because there's a demand that's that incredibly enormous. 0.98
00:23:09.580 And it's sex addiction like this guy Campos.
00:23:12.100 I saw that story as well.
00:23:13.380 We're going to see more and more of this until we stand up and shut down the porn industry. 1.00
00:23:19.020 At the very least, educate people.
00:23:21.520 Educate little boys especially to know that if you look at this stuff, you might as well be doing crack cocaine because that's what it's going to do to your brain eventually.
00:23:28.580 Yes, and just now with social media too, it becoming more and more accessible and the kind of violent material that young girls are being subjected to and are seeing and they're beginning to think it's normal, that that's a normal sexual relationship to engage in some kind of coercion or violence and this kind of perversion and depravity.
00:23:49.560 As you mentioned earlier, it is all connected.
00:23:52.360 It's connected with, I think, the depravity and deception of gender ideology. 0.80
00:23:56.840 It's connected to sex addiction.
00:23:59.360 It's connected to godlessness.
00:24:01.420 It really is all connected.
00:24:03.400 And then when you have people in the media seemingly going to bat for this kind of industry, I mean, that's when you know that you are you're up against something really big and really dark.
00:24:13.260 But give, I mean, give people some hope.
00:24:15.900 I mean, what can they do in addition to supporting the movie and going to the movie and supporting your work and these rescue missions?
00:24:23.760 Like, can people have hope that things are turning around and that we can rescue more and more kids and shut this thing down for good?
00:24:33.460 I hope so.
00:24:34.680 I do believe so.
00:24:37.620 Because people are waking up.
00:24:39.020 That's always the first piece.
00:24:40.180 People have to wake up.
00:24:41.800 You know, when Abraham Lincoln met Harry Beecher Stowe, who wrote Uncle Tom's Cabin for the first time, he met her and he said to her, so you're the little lady that wrote the big book that started this war.
00:24:53.380 What he was saying was, you people got so loud that I've changed the purpose of the war to include liberating the captive.
00:25:02.060 And we need that same movement.
00:25:04.440 We need the media to get loud.
00:25:05.980 And this film might be the first thing to do that.
00:25:09.000 I am associated with several organizations that fight trafficking, that rescues children.
00:25:17.060 One of them I founded called Operation Underground Railroad.
00:25:20.220 The other one, which I'm the CEO of, was founded by Glenn Beck in 2014.
00:25:25.320 It's called the Nazarene Fund.
00:25:27.440 Those are two that people can go to, amongst others.
00:25:30.460 And support, because we have our fingers all throughout the world, helping and supporting law enforcement and aftercare services.
00:25:37.880 And the more support we get, the bigger we get, the more we can support the efforts to rescue, rehabilitate, and then prevent this stuff from ever happening again.
00:25:46.060 And if people want to see the sound of freedom, they can just go to their local theater and hopefully the AC is working and they can go see it there, right?
00:26:09.740 That's right.
00:26:10.820 Angel.com forward slash freedom is where you can go.
00:26:15.600 And it's really cool.
00:26:16.300 Angel Studios sets it up to where you can buy tickets for yourself and then also you can pay it forward and buy tickets for others who may otherwise not be able to afford it.
00:26:26.540 And, I mean, to this day, theaters are still sold out, which is great.
00:26:31.120 It's resonating with people and we hope this could be a mass movement to really up the game.
00:26:37.800 Not only to just do the extraction kind of rescue operations you see done in the film, but to, on a bigger scale, to understand the plight of children everywhere.
00:26:47.040 However, I'm fearful, as we've discussed on this show, the children who seem to be happy in gated communities in this country.
00:26:55.100 I mean, they're not safe.
00:26:56.700 They're not safe going to public schools.
00:26:58.740 They're not safe when they have the little device that mom and dad give them and don't pay attention.
00:27:02.960 You know, there's so many access points now for the devil to get into our children and access them.
00:27:09.040 And I hope this film shines light on all of it so that we can protect kids once and for all.
00:27:14.940 Yes. Well, thanks so much, Tim.
00:27:18.180 Thanks for what you do and for taking the time to come on the show and shine light on something that you're right.
00:27:24.620 People need to wake up about.
00:27:25.940 That is the first step.
00:27:27.020 So thank you so much.
00:27:28.820 Thank you, Ellie.
00:27:34.100 All right, guys.
00:27:34.920 Hope you enjoyed that conversation.
00:27:37.080 Let me tell you all about something really exciting that is happening this Friday.

00:28:42.440 All right, guys, thanks so much for listening and watching.
00:28:45.560 Tomorrow is going to be an amazing conversation.
00:28:48.640 I'm talking to a woman that you've probably heard of.
00:28:51.660 Her story is now circulating, who was coerced, basically, by these gay men who hired her as a surrogate to abort to the child that they had created and hired her to carry because she had a severe cancer diagnosis.
00:29:13.160 And so we'll get into all of the details on that tomorrow.
00:29:16.580 You'll hear the gut-wrenching story and why this really matters.
00:29:20.700 So we will be back here with that interview tomorrow.
