Relatable with Allie Beth Stuckey - Ep 972 ｜ God Worships Us？

00:00:00.760 Your liberal aunt is upset that Donald Trump said the word bloodbath in a rally in Ohio

00:00:07.900 on Saturday, but what did he really say?

00:00:11.220 What did he really mean?

00:00:13.020 We are going to break down the media lies on this.

00:00:17.460 Also, what if God worships us?

00:00:20.400 That is the question that a preacher is asking from a pulpit in Washington.

00:00:25.420 Oh my goodness, we got a lot to say about that.

00:00:27.380 But first, at the top of the show, I'm going to give you some relationship advice.

00:00:32.540 So buckle up for a jam-packed episode of Relatable.

00:00:47.120 Hey guys, welcome to Relatable.

00:00:49.080 Happy Thursday.

00:00:50.260 Hope everyone has had a wonderful week so far.

00:00:52.140 Wow, your reception of yesterday's episode has been absolutely incredible.

00:00:58.840 I mean, it seems like you guys feel like I felt when I was sitting here doing this interview

00:01:05.020 that this is one of the best conversations that I've had.

00:01:09.820 And I've seen you say that several times, or a lot of you have said that,

00:01:14.440 that this was one of your favorite episodes ever.

00:01:16.920 And that's really saying something, considering I have almost 1,000 episodes of Relatable.

00:01:23.240 Which, by the way, that is coming up.

00:01:25.980 I don't know what number this is.

00:01:28.800 971?

00:01:30.140 It's 972.

00:01:31.400 Oh my goodness!

00:01:33.360 Okay, so how should we celebrate?

00:01:36.000 You guys can write us in, you know, on YouTube, on the YouTube comments, Instagram DMs.

00:01:42.920 You can make your suggestion to us, maybe we'll put up, you know, a question box on the Relatable

00:01:49.860 with ABS Instagram account, and we'll get some ideas.

00:01:53.300 But how should we celebrate?

00:01:55.240 How should we honor you guys?

00:01:56.840 Because you're the reason that I've been here for almost 1,000 episodes all the way back

00:02:02.600 in 2018 when I was recording from home, and I was doing all the editing and everything

00:02:09.040 myself.

00:02:09.620 It's crazy how much it's grown, and I'm just so thankful for it.

00:02:12.260 We won't get into all that right now.

00:02:13.860 We'll do that on the 1,000th episode, but send us your ideas for that.

00:02:17.940 But anyway, yesterday was an amazing episode out of all of the conversations that I've had.

00:02:23.440 She was just so brilliant.

00:02:24.820 Gosh, if you haven't listened to that, go listen to it.

00:02:27.600 Share it everywhere.

00:02:28.780 So much good information.

00:02:30.060 I really cannot wait to read her book myself, and for y'all to read it too.

00:02:35.040 I really feel like it could make a difference.

00:02:37.340 All right, a couple things before we get into the topics that we will discuss today.

00:02:41.800 One, another show-related, episode-related announcement.

00:02:47.060 We are going to be covering the Nickelodeon documentary sometime next week.

00:02:51.980 I say this because a lot of you have been messaging me about it, asking me to comment

00:02:56.560 on it, to cover it.

00:02:58.100 But just as we've done with other assessments of different series like the Happy Shiny People

00:03:05.080 documentary, so-called documentary about the Duggars, we really have to sit down and we

00:03:11.340 have to watch it and we have to write notes and we have to pull clips.

00:03:14.640 And so it takes a long time because we want to give it a full and fair assessment and make

00:03:18.940 sure that everything is in context before we deliver it to you.

00:03:23.260 And so we will be talking about that.

00:03:25.240 That's our homework over the weekend, to watch that and to give our comments sometime next

00:03:31.180 week.

00:03:31.420 So we will be talking about that, I would say, probably on Tuesday.

00:03:35.700 So you can just look forward to that.

00:03:37.840 Also, just a reminder that we've got some cute merch, AllieMerch.com. 1.00

00:03:42.500 We've got our You're Not Enough, But Jesus Is, great conversation starter.

00:03:48.780 Crewnecks, hats.

00:03:50.060 That brown hat is a corduroy hat.

00:03:51.600 It's really, really cute.

00:03:52.580 And then our Comfort Colors t-shirts, we've got a lot of new merch coming down the pipeline

00:03:58.080 that I am super excited about.

00:04:00.140 Gosh, guys, we've actually got like a lot of announcements for the Relatable audience,

00:04:04.260 like a lot of announcements coming down the pipeline in just a few weeks.

00:04:08.140 I'm so excited.

00:04:09.600 It's going to be a great, it's going to be a great year.

00:04:11.300 It's going to be a crazy year with the election, but it's going to be a great year for Related

00:04:15.260 Gals and Related Bros.

00:04:17.380 Okay, so I wanted to, this is kind of something that I'm deciding to do on the floor.

00:04:22.580 Before we talk about the Trump bloodbath stuff, I wanted to talk about this tweet that I saw

00:04:28.460 and I posted on Instagram, I commented on it, and it seemed to resonate with a lot of you.

00:04:34.000 And it has to do with relationships as an adult, romantic relationships, dating relationships,

00:04:39.320 and when you know when to break up with someone, when a guy's lack of commitment actually means

00:04:46.760 that you should no longer be together or when there is a good reason for it.

00:04:51.520 And what I've noticed is that you guys really enjoy when I talk about relationships,

00:04:56.660 when I talk about breakups and all that stuff, and I don't consider myself an expert.

00:05:01.220 I'm just someone who has experience in this arena who, you know, I dated in high school

00:05:07.500 and college and then I met my husband and I realized that what people had always told me

00:05:14.160 is true, that when you know, you know, I thought that that was just crazy.

00:05:20.580 I didn't understand it.

00:05:21.780 And then I met my husband and like immediately, immediately, I was like, oh, this is what everyone

00:05:27.860 means.

00:05:28.620 You just click with them.

00:05:29.820 So I've been in the relationship where I've been trying to convince myself that this person

00:05:35.740 is the right person.

00:05:36.780 And I have been in the relationship where I feel like I am trying to convince the other

00:05:42.700 person that this is right.

00:05:44.580 And then I've been in the relationship, which I still am now after being married for almost

00:05:49.580 nine years, that there's no convincing.

00:05:52.900 There was never any convincing.

00:05:54.540 There was just, yes, this is absolutely the person who God has for me.

00:05:59.560 And so I've been through the breakups.

00:06:01.720 I've been through all the different stages of dating.

00:06:04.380 I have lots of friends who have too.

00:06:06.440 I've seen just the good, the bad, and the ugly of these romantic relationships.

00:06:10.480 And I'm really passionate about talking about them because, well, they're very formative experiences

00:06:16.660 in people's lives, especially the lives of women.

00:06:19.560 And I think that we can do a better job of dating.

00:06:23.420 We can do a better job of relationships.

00:06:25.120 We can do a better job of breaking up and being honest.

00:06:28.460 I have friends right now, beautiful, wonderful friends who would love to be married, who are

00:06:34.200 single.

00:06:34.840 And the dating scene out there is rough.

00:06:36.920 You guys who are single, you know that it is rough.

00:06:39.380 The dating apps are rough.

00:06:41.040 Even when you're set up by mutuals, it can be rough.

00:06:43.940 There's ghosting.

00:06:45.160 There's awkwardness.

00:06:46.500 There's cowardice.

00:06:47.800 There's just so much.

00:06:49.360 I've seen that meme go around several times.

00:06:51.500 It's like those of us who have gotten married in the last 10 years feel like we got the last

00:06:56.460 chopper out of NAMM and we kind of do.

00:06:58.800 We kind of do feel that way.

00:07:00.540 But it's not hopeless.

00:07:02.380 It's never hopeless because if you are to be married, God has already selected the person

00:07:07.200 that you are going to marry before you are even born.

00:07:11.200 And he is good and he is sovereign.

00:07:13.360 And by the way, you don't have to get married to fully glorify God.

00:07:17.780 But I saw this tweet in relation to all of that.

00:07:20.340 As I give you the context for all of it, I saw this tweet from a journalist in Italy and

00:07:27.000 it says, I have a friend who has been in a relationship for five years.

00:07:31.280 She is 32 now.

00:07:32.560 He is 35.

00:07:33.880 He says that he loves her, but does it feel ready to move in or commit?

00:07:39.720 Thoughts?

00:07:40.500 Now, I will say that I am not really in the business of telling people that I do not know

00:07:49.040 to break up if I don't know all the situations, unless it's like cut and dry.

00:07:53.760 If someone's like, oh, he's abusing me, he's cheating on me, like, you know, or he's, I'm

00:07:58.080 a Christian, he's not a Christian. 0.85

00:07:59.600 If you're dating or if you're engaged, then yeah, I would say break up.

00:08:03.360 But there are a lot of different details and different nuances in people's relationships.

00:08:07.320 There could be different caveats, different circumstances.

00:08:10.460 And so I know all of that.

00:08:12.980 But this person asked, in general, what are your thoughts about this situation?

00:08:19.040 And from the information that we have, someone who is 32 and 35, they've been dating for

00:08:25.480 five years.

00:08:27.800 She doesn't give any extenuating circumstances or reasons other than he doesn't feel ready

00:08:33.440 to move in or commit.

00:08:37.540 Based on that knowledge, I am saying goodbye.

00:08:42.020 Goodbye.

00:08:43.020 You break up with him and you move on.

00:08:45.900 No, no, no.

00:08:46.580 He is a man child at this point.

00:08:49.520 There is a failure to launch.

00:08:51.240 There is something going on here.

00:08:53.340 And there is no innocuous good reason, no justification, no valid excuse for him to not

00:09:01.080 commit.

00:09:01.640 What is really going on here is that he does not want to.

00:09:05.020 He doesn't want to.

00:09:05.880 That's at the end of the day.

00:09:07.140 That's what it is.

00:09:07.800 And we women, we've spent all of this time psychoanalyzing, thinking, oh, well, he does

00:09:14.620 want to.

00:09:15.380 He does love me.

00:09:16.500 But we just it's just because of this like thing in his past or like that we give them

00:09:22.500 all these different reasons and all these different justifications.

00:09:26.100 And maybe that is true in your particular situation.

00:09:28.400 It's usually not.

00:09:29.740 It is usually that he simply does not want to because the phrase is true. 1.00

00:09:34.800 If he wanted to, he would.

00:09:37.760 If he wanted to, he would.

00:09:40.060 When a guy wants to, he will stop at nothing.

00:09:43.700 He will stop at nothing to pursue you, to secure the relationship, to make sure that you

00:09:49.240 are together forever.

00:09:50.720 If he wanted to treat you well, if he wanted to text you back, if he wanted to pursue you,

00:09:58.320 if he wanted to propose, if he wanted to do all of these things, he would.

00:10:05.840 Now, you might think that you're the exception.

00:10:08.700 You probably are the exception.

00:10:10.240 I'm talking about a general rule.

00:10:12.840 If he wanted to, he would.

00:10:14.680 At this point, I'm not saying within the first two weeks or even six months of a relationship,

00:10:19.540 but you're in your 30s, you've been dating for five years, and he will not commit.

00:10:25.040 It is because he doesn't want to.

00:10:27.380 Now, a lot of people have also pointed out that why buy the cow if you're giving the milk

00:10:33.740 for free?

00:10:34.460 That is unfortunately true.

00:10:36.540 At the same time, even though, of course, I believe saving sex for marriage, absolutely. 0.75

00:10:42.180 At the same time, I don't want it to seem like sex is like a pawn in this game, and that's

00:10:48.600 what you have to hold out to convince someone to love you or be with you.

00:10:53.560 Sure, that's part of it, but there's more here.

00:10:56.500 He just doesn't actually love her enough to commit to her in this particular situation.

00:11:01.980 So just remember that.

00:11:03.640 And I'm talking about dating.

00:11:04.960 I'm talking about being engaged.

00:11:06.540 If he wanted to, he would.

00:11:08.740 You don't need to overthink it.

00:11:10.140 You don't need to psychoanalyze it.

00:11:12.260 You don't need to give him a million different excuses.

00:11:15.800 At this point in your life, as an adult who I know, you as a woman, you are ready to get

00:11:21.960 married.

00:11:22.400 You don't need to be messing around because you are wasting.

00:11:25.700 Listen, listen to me. 1.00

00:11:27.440 You're wasting your most fertile years on losers. 1.00

00:11:32.020 Do not do that. 0.72

00:11:33.300 Do not waste your most fertile years on weak men who will not commit.

00:11:38.600 If he wanted to commit to you, he would.

00:11:40.860 And what you're going to find is that once you break up and once you get over that difficulty,

00:11:48.260 and it is difficult, and that sadness of being without him, that you will be better off.

00:11:56.380 And that one day you will look back, whether you marry someone else quickly or not, you will

00:12:03.160 still look back and say, thank you, Lord.

00:12:05.360 Thank you, Lord.

00:12:06.340 I didn't see all those red flags then.

00:12:08.300 I didn't see all the problems then.

00:12:09.880 I didn't see why it wouldn't work then.

00:12:12.060 But when I trusted you and I made the right decision, I now see you with clarity that

00:12:17.660 that was the wrong situation.

00:12:19.440 Thank you for giving me the strength to do the right thing.

00:12:24.700 That I can promise you.

00:12:26.020 I cannot promise you that God has Prince Charming waiting around the corner.

00:12:30.080 I can't promise you that you will ever be married or have kids.

00:12:32.820 I want that for you if that is what God has for you.

00:12:39.040 But I don't know.

00:12:40.560 We don't have a promise of fulfilling our wants and desires and dreams in this life.

00:12:45.940 But I can promise you that getting out of a relationship that is wasting your time and

00:12:51.980 wasting your energy, dating a boy that needs to become a man that that is not right for

00:12:59.740 you and that you do need to get out of it.

00:13:03.900 Never be in a relationship, dating engaged, where you are convincing yourself that you like

00:13:11.500 him or you are convincing him that he likes you or loves you, whatever stage that you're

00:13:16.640 there really should not be any convincing, not saying it has to be perfect, not saying

00:13:22.420 it always has to be easy.

00:13:24.440 But you should not in the dating and engagement time, you should not have to convince yourself

00:13:29.960 of anything like that's the time of romance.

00:13:32.300 That's the time of feelings.

00:13:33.980 There won't always be those exact same feelings, but that's the time where you should feel that

00:13:38.900 and you should be so convinced.

00:13:40.800 And there should be a time where you feel like, oh my gosh, I cannot be without this person.

00:13:47.440 Um, wait for that.

00:13:50.320 Wait for that.

00:13:50.940 That's what I would say.

00:13:51.780 And wait, of course, most of all for the godly man.

00:13:54.520 That's the most important thing.

00:13:56.040 Wait for the godly man.

00:13:57.740 Wait for the mature man who will pursue you and who will honor you and who does want a godly

00:14:05.780 biblical marriage and is willing to lead you in that.

00:14:12.000 Wait for that person. 0.86

00:14:14.440 Do not settle.

00:14:15.620 I know you're scared.

00:14:16.640 You're not going to find someone who is better than the guy that you're settling for.

00:14:21.480 I know that you're scared that this is your last shot.

00:14:24.020 I know that you're scared of being single.

00:14:25.760 I know that you're scared of being alone.

00:14:27.460 I know that you're sad because all of your friends are getting married and you're tired

00:14:31.080 of being the bridesmaid and ever the bride.

00:14:33.480 Do not settle.

00:14:34.300 It is better to be single and sad than married and stuck.

00:14:38.280 Okay?

00:14:39.120 Just remember that.

00:14:40.660 Okay, that's my rant that I give like, I don't know, maybe once a year.

00:14:43.880 And it always seems to hit the right person.

00:14:47.100 So just, you know, take what I say with a grain of salt.

00:14:50.000 It's just my opinion.

00:14:51.400 Just my perspective.

00:14:52.260 But this tweet that I saw on X just reminded me of that, of how important of a message

00:15:00.640 I think that is.

00:15:01.480 Okay, now let's get into some other things.

00:15:03.600 Okay, let's talk about this bloodbath stuff.

00:15:18.180 Okay, let's talk about this bloodbath stuff.

00:15:20.800 If you don't know what I'm talking about, Donald Trump, he was in Vandalia, Ohio, a suburb

00:15:30.480 of Dayton, a few days ago, and he was giving his speeches.

00:15:34.620 You know how the speeches are.

00:15:35.900 He's just kind of riffing.

00:15:37.240 Some of the things are planned, but then he'll kind of go off on a tangent.

00:15:41.660 And he was talking about what he would do in relationship with China and their manufacturing

00:15:49.220 if he becomes president.

00:15:52.220 He said that if he were elected, the Chinese cars that are being manufactured in Mexico and

00:15:57.860 then imported here would be hit with 100% tariff because, of course, he believes that

00:16:03.120 it is hurting the American car industry, which I would totally agree with.

00:16:08.260 I love that.

00:16:09.140 I love that plan.

00:16:10.400 He said, now, if I don't get elected, it's going to be a bloodbath for the whole.

00:16:14.820 That's going to be the least of it.

00:16:16.280 It's going to be a bloodbath for the country.

00:16:17.880 That'll be the least of it.

00:16:18.800 But they're not going to sell those cars.

00:16:20.860 OK, so let's play a thought one.

00:16:23.820 If you're listening, President Xi, and you and I are friends, but he understands the

00:16:27.680 way I deal.

00:16:28.640 Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you're building in Mexico right now, and

00:16:35.540 you think you're going to get that, you're going to not hire Americans, and you're going 1.00

00:16:39.240 to sell the cars to us now, we're going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that

00:16:44.900 comes across the line, and you're not going to be able to sell those cars.

00:16:48.300 If I get elected, now, if I don't get elected, it's going to be a bloodbath for the whole.

00:16:54.180 That's going to be the least of it.

00:16:55.640 It's going to be a bloodbath for the country.

00:16:57.400 That'll be the least of it.

00:16:59.860 OK, so it's obvious what he's saying, at least to me, that, OK, if I don't get elected

00:17:05.220 and we're not able to put our policies in place, things are going to be really bad for

00:17:08.800 the country.

00:17:09.480 It's going to be a bloodbath in the sense that the country is really going to suffer.

00:17:13.520 We're going to spiral into chaos even further.

00:17:15.640 Things are going to be really bad.

00:17:17.840 He's trying to make the case, which is what candidates do, that you need to elect me to

00:17:25.420 save the country.

00:17:26.340 You need to elect me to bring order to this chaos and to put my policies in place to make

00:17:31.980 the changes that are going to save and protect the country.

00:17:35.640 And it just sounded like to me he was like, yeah, talking about manufacturing in China and

00:17:39.880 Mexico, that's the least of our concerns.

00:17:41.820 And he's kind of vaguely alluding to all of the other dangers at our door if Democrats

00:17:47.400 are given for more years, which I agree with.

00:17:51.880 NBC News asked the Trump campaign spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt for a comment about former

00:17:57.720 president's bloodbath remark, to which he responded, Biden's policies will create an economic bloodbath

00:18:02.400 for the auto industry and auto workers.

00:18:04.060 OK, so that's even more specific than I would have interpreted.

00:18:08.020 But either way, on the same page, we understand what he meant.

00:18:11.380 Obviously, he meant metaphorically.

00:18:13.340 Maybe he did mean literally in the sense that we are seeing violence on the streets because

00:18:20.020 of progressive policies.

00:18:21.580 We are seeing an increase in violence and chaos because of the open border policy of the

00:18:28.020 Biden administration.

00:18:28.860 And so he probably is speaking literally, but he is not saying what the media is insisting

00:18:35.480 that he's saying.

00:18:36.680 The media, as I will as I will detail in just a second, the media is saying that he is threatening

00:18:45.560 a bloodbath.

00:18:47.360 The media is asserting that President Trump meant that if you don't elect me, all of my

00:18:52.340 followers are going to like wage some kind of civil war and shed blood in the streets, 0.98

00:18:58.720 just absolutely ridiculous.

00:19:00.980 So here's the here's Biden-Harris headquarters.

00:19:04.820 This is the official war room social media account for the Biden-Harris re-election.

00:19:09.460 They issued they issued a full statement.

00:19:13.940 It said tonight Donald Trump said there said there would be a bloodbath if he wasn't elected

00:19:18.520 and that if he lost, there would be no more elections.

00:19:24.240 And he says it's why last night Trump's own former vice president, Mike Pence, who Trump's

00:19:28.900 supporters called to hang for not overturning the election, came out against Trump.

00:19:34.360 And so they're trying to make this case here that he is threatening the country, that they

00:19:41.100 go on to say that he's threatening political violence, that he is doubling down on his threats

00:19:48.020 of violent retribution if he does not win.

00:19:51.940 But that's clearly, again, not what he's saying.

00:19:54.760 He's not threatening anything.

00:19:56.420 He is saying it's going to be bad for the country.

00:19:59.040 He is arguing that it's basically going to be the end of any kind of representative democracy

00:20:05.040 in the United States if Biden wins again, which we can talk about as we get closer to

00:20:10.100 the election.

00:20:10.780 I happen to think that's true.

00:20:12.300 I happen to think that's true, that elections, free and fair elections, which are already

00:20:19.160 very vulnerable in the United States, to put it politely, I do think that those are going

00:20:26.300 to be a thing of the past in the near future.

00:20:29.740 And I'm not just talking about in some places, but everywhere.

00:20:32.760 And so they're trying to make it seem like he is threatening that, that he is going to take

00:20:37.160 away elections and that he is going to shed blood, which, of course, that is not what's

00:20:41.520 going on.

00:20:42.680 And now all of these media outlets are running with this.

00:20:46.060 They're shortening the clip where he just says, if I don't win, it's going to be a blood

00:20:49.080 bath.

00:20:49.920 NBC News.

00:20:50.880 Trump says there will be a blood bath if he loses the election.

00:20:53.460 The New York Times.

00:20:54.260 Trump says some migrants are not people and predicts a blood bath if he if he loses.

00:21:00.760 OK, I the migrant thing, of course, is like a separate issue.

00:21:04.920 Of course, all immigrants are people.

00:21:07.860 Of course, they're all made in the image of God.

00:21:09.960 But like, am I worried about Trump saying that some immigrants who are coming over here 0.92

00:21:17.600 and raping and murdering like the illegal who murdered Lake and Riley?

00:21:25.340 Am I really worried that President Trump is referring to a guy like that is not a person? 0.76

00:21:30.960 No, I'm not.

00:21:31.800 I'm much more concerned about the crimes being committed, the preventable crimes being

00:21:35.340 committed than what President Trump or President Biden is calling these people.

00:21:39.280 But of course, it is more egregious, according to The New York Times, to say something mean

00:21:44.600 to an immigrant than for an immigrant to commit a violent murder. 0.99

00:21:48.840 CBS and illegal immigrants, to be specific.

00:21:51.780 CBS News.

00:21:52.720 In Ohio campaign rally, Trump says there will be a blood bath if he loses November election.

00:21:56.900 Politico.

00:21:57.600 Trump says country faces blood bath if Biden wins in November.

00:22:00.860 In PR, Trump says some migrants are not people and warned the blood bath if he loses.

00:22:05.560 Rolling Stone.

00:22:06.400 Trump says there will be a blood bath and elections will end if he isn't reelected.

00:22:10.280 LA Times.

00:22:10.940 If I don't get elected, it's going to be a blood bath.

00:22:13.200 Trump campaign downplays remarks.

00:22:15.540 The Hill.

00:22:16.700 Trump says some undocumented immigrants are not people.

00:22:19.240 Warns U.S. will see blood bath if not reelected.

00:22:21.780 CNN, who surprisingly provided some context.

00:22:25.240 Trump warns a blood bath for auto industry and country if he loses the election.

00:22:34.000 And so they know what they're doing.

00:22:35.800 They know what they're doing. 1.00

00:22:37.200 Journalists like this are not stupid. 0.97

00:22:39.540 They are probably in some ways, just to be honest, like they're probably not the brightest 0.99

00:22:43.960 bulbs.

00:22:44.740 But in this regard, they know what they're doing.

00:22:47.940 It's actually actively manipulative and malicious.

00:22:52.180 They know exactly what they're doing.

00:22:53.780 They know that they're taking him out of context.

00:22:55.820 They know that they're lying.

00:22:57.580 They know that this is libel.

00:22:59.400 And they don't care because there are no consequences.

00:23:02.880 And the ends justify the means.

00:23:04.540 If they can whip up enough outrage, enough hate, enough fear, if they can push this narrative

00:23:11.640 that to save democracy, you have to vote Democrat, that to be sophisticated and learned and compassionate

00:23:18.360 and empathetic, you have to vote Democrat, then it's all justified.

00:23:22.300 And they see it as contributing to the greater good, even if it's a lie.

00:23:26.660 And that is really why progressives win, because there's not any sense of honor or honesty.

00:23:32.860 There's no moral standard by which they are abiding.

00:23:38.200 As I've said before, it's much easier to win and to dominate if you're on the progressive

00:23:42.760 side versus the conservative side, because the progressive side is just trying to destroy.

00:23:47.340 They're just trying to dismantle.

00:23:48.980 They're just trying to destruct.

00:23:50.220 They're just trying to take everything down.

00:23:52.140 Western civilization, America, the Constitution, the cis-heteronormative patriarchy, whatever.

00:23:59.160 They're just trying to tear down.

00:24:00.160 And you really don't have to agree on that much if you're just trying to tear down.

00:24:04.620 You can all take your tool and you can just whack at the foundation, whack at the walls,

00:24:10.380 and it really doesn't matter what method you use.

00:24:13.580 It really doesn't matter if you all agree on anything.

00:24:18.340 As long as you are all equally bent on destroying what is, destroying what's good and right and

00:24:25.800 true, then you don't really have to form like a cohesive coalition.

00:24:31.560 That's why it works.

00:24:32.540 On the right, we're trying to figure out what we're building.

00:24:35.640 And we're trying to decide what we want America to look like.

00:24:40.240 We're actually trying to build a future that is better.

00:24:43.820 And so to do that, you have to decide on the foundation.

00:24:48.220 You have to decide on what tools you want to use.

00:24:50.280 You have to decide on the right materials.

00:24:52.820 You can't really all have different ideas and come together and expect to build a sturdy

00:24:57.380 house if you don't even agree on the foundation that you are building on.

00:25:02.600 That's the problem that we have on the right.

00:25:04.200 I mean, it's a good problem in one sense that I think it's the more moral side to be on.

00:25:08.480 It's a better conversation to have.

00:25:10.000 But at the end of the day, as we are quarreling over like what foundation to use, what materials

00:25:14.780 to use, the left is just destroying the house.

00:25:18.240 And so that's why they lie, because it's just about destruction.

00:25:22.500 It's just about winning.

00:25:23.780 It's just about power.

00:25:25.260 And they will gaslight you to the end and telling you that it's the right that wants

00:25:30.700 power. 1.00

00:25:31.240 It's Trump that's a fascist. 1.00

00:25:32.820 It's conservative Christians who are the Christo-fascist Christian nationalists that 1.00

00:25:39.280 just want power and to control women's bodies and are white nationalists, yada, yada, yada. 0.99

00:25:45.700 Meanwhile, they will do anything possible to gain power, including lie, cheat, and steal. 0.87

00:25:52.660 They have no moral limits.

00:25:55.320 Their moral limit is just power.

00:25:58.740 It's really like the limit does not exist to, quote, mean girls.

00:26:04.020 They really just want as much authority, as much power as possible.

00:26:08.060 And that is part of also why they are allowing so many people in.

00:26:12.360 Demographics, it's destiny.

00:26:14.540 And so they know that they can change the electorate to win elections forevermore.

00:26:19.920 That's what's going on here.

00:26:20.900 But they've got to continue to lie about Donald Trump and lie about Republicans so that they

00:26:26.220 can secure a one-party state.

00:26:27.860 There's a lot of hypocrisy when it comes to this, because, of course, many other politicians

00:26:32.260 on both sides of the aisle have used this metaphorical language, bloodbath.

00:26:38.040 And have they received the same criticism?

00:26:40.280 Of course not.

00:26:41.440 Now, some people say, oh, we don't need to point out hypocrisy.

00:26:45.040 Pointing out hypocrisy doesn't do anything.

00:26:47.460 Saying that the other side gets different treatment, that doesn't do anything.

00:26:50.800 Okay, people who say that are perpetually online.

00:26:54.960 And that might be true on X.com, that we've moved past, those of us who are online and

00:27:01.060 plugged in, we've moved past needing to just say there's hypocrisy.

00:27:03.900 We know there's hypocrisy.

00:27:05.180 But for the normies, for the mainstream, for the people who aren't plugged in every day,

00:27:10.180 they actually still are convinced by, oh, you see that Trump said this.

00:27:14.580 You think it's so egregious.

00:27:15.660 You think it's so awful because the media is telling you this.

00:27:18.720 Well, look at this person who said this over here and how they did not get the same reaction.

00:27:23.680 That still has the ability to wake people up and open eyes. 0.90

00:27:27.200 That's why I need to point out this hypocrisy.

00:27:30.320 So The Guardian, March 7th, 2020, Biden warns against primary bloodbath as Sanders sharpens

00:27:38.780 attacks ahead of key contests.

00:27:40.680 Speaking at a political fundraiser held at a private residence in Bethesda, Maryland, Biden

00:27:45.860 said, what we can't let happen, what we can't let happen is let this primary become a negative

00:27:52.980 bloodbath.

00:27:54.920 And then he goes on to saying, oh, we can't reelect Trump.

00:27:59.820 So, of course, he and many others have used this language in the past.

00:28:05.100 Joe Walsh, he is a commentator who has been very anti-Trump for a while, but he used to

00:28:11.540 be, I don't know, I think I would describe him as like a far-right activist commentator.

00:28:18.960 You know, he spoke out recently against Donald Trump using this word bloodbath, and people

00:28:23.800 went into his Twitter history and found that he had used that term quite often in his political

00:28:29.840 commentating career.

00:28:31.360 But that's the hypocrisy that we're really dealing with right now.

00:28:36.500 According to Colin Rugg, MSNBC and Politico used the word bloodbath to describe the ongoing

00:28:42.040 situation at the RNC.

00:28:44.440 You'll see MSNBC bloodbath, MAGA allies slash RNC staff as Trump team takes over.

00:28:51.480 Politico, bloodbath at RNC, Trump team slashes staff at committee.

00:28:54.880 So we understand that this is used metaphorically.

00:28:59.860 And so at the same time, these same outlets like NBC and like Politico are saying, oh, my

00:29:06.160 goodness, I cannot believe I cannot believe that he is using the word bloodbath.

00:29:12.200 Joe Biden said it's clear this guy wants another January 6th.

00:29:17.540 Evil, evil.

00:29:19.060 But the American people are going to give him another resounding electoral defeat this

00:29:25.120 November.

00:29:27.080 Nancy Pelosi also commented on this.

00:29:30.540 He's even predicting a bloodbath.

00:29:32.920 What does that mean?

00:29:33.540 He's going to exact a bloodbath.

00:29:35.880 There's something wrong here.

00:29:37.900 How respectful I am of the American people and their goodness.

00:29:42.860 But how much more do they have to see from him to understand that this isn't what our

00:29:49.060 country is about?

00:29:50.720 Praising Hitler. 0.97

00:29:53.020 Praising Hitler. 0.97

00:29:55.520 Really, lady? 1.00

00:29:57.300 Really?

00:29:58.800 No, our great country is about, according to Nancy Pelosi, the slaughter of unborn children.

00:30:06.520 That's what it's about. 0.99

00:30:08.100 And mutilating the genitals of minors who say that they are the opposite sex. 0.99

00:30:11.960 That's what our great country is about. 0.97

00:30:14.860 I think I saw a Babylon Bee headline that said Democrats clarify that they're OK with

00:30:19.520 a bloodbath if it's just from killing the unborn. 0.59

00:30:23.780 Yeah, like let's talk about a literal bloodbath, not even metaphorical, as Trump is talking about.

00:30:28.540 Let's talk about a literal bloodbath.

00:30:31.800 Abortion.

00:30:32.940 The bloodbath that has occurred from all of the preventable murders committed by illegal 0.98

00:30:38.260 aliens.

00:30:38.860 The bloodbath in Democrat-run cities because progressive prosecutors and progressive judges

00:30:46.040 refuse to enforce the law and keep criminals in prison in the name of social justice and

00:30:52.980 racial equity.

00:30:54.180 The bloodbath that's happening because young people are being butchered by profit-driven surgeons in the name of gender affirmation.

00:31:09.120 Like Democrats are actually literally the party of the bloodbath.

00:31:14.640 They are the bloodthirsty party.

00:31:19.040 Literally, actually, quantifiably, tangibly, provably.

00:31:23.480 Not metaphorically.

00:31:25.640 So I don't want to hear it that all Trump just shouldn't have said that.

00:31:29.880 I don't even want to hear like the nuanced take from, you know, some sophisticated people on the right.

00:31:34.640 Well, you know, Democrats are bad, but Trump, he should really he really shouldn't have said that.

00:31:40.040 Look, I know Trump shouldn't say a lot of things that he says.

00:31:43.740 This is not a problem.

00:31:45.380 He's speaking metaphorically.

00:31:46.720 Everyone knows that.

00:31:47.700 I don't want to hear from the party of abortion how mean and scary it is that Trump said the word bloodbath.

00:31:54.820 Everyone knew what he means. 0.99

00:31:56.180 These people are just evil.

00:31:58.600 Joe Scarborough of MSNBC, Donald Trump's America, and he is proud of it, promised another bloodbath if he loses again.

00:32:06.620 This is a video of January 6th.

00:32:08.280 Can I point out that the only person who died at January 6th was a woman named Ashley Babbitt, who was shot by a police officer, an unarmed woman who was shot by a police officer.

00:32:20.820 So, again, they're saying January 6th was the bloodbath.

00:32:23.840 I'm certainly not justifying any of the violence that happened there or any of the breaking of the law that happened there.

00:32:30.840 But that wasn't even an actual bloodbath.

00:32:34.140 So when they say another January 6th, what are they even talking about?

00:32:39.620 So this is what we have to look forward to over the next several months.

00:32:46.000 There will be lie after lie after lie.

00:32:49.620 There will be lie after lie after lie about Donald Trump, about Republicans, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are digging into these headlines, that you are watching the videos for yourself.

00:33:03.120 Of course, that's part of my job.

00:33:04.640 I will do that for you and clarify things and bring you the truth whenever I possibly can.

00:33:10.880 But we've got to be so discerning when it comes to what the media tells us.

00:33:17.620 If something sounds too good or bad to be true, really when it comes to either side, that should sound an alarm in our minds that we really need to dig in.

00:33:40.880 OK, so Trump is hitting back at Biden and the Democrats with a new ad about Biden's border bloodbath.

00:33:49.100 I think that this is a great, great move on his on on his part, rather than apologizing, which you never should to these people because they're not good faith people.

00:33:59.560 He is using this moment to his benefit.

00:34:05.020 So here's top three.

00:34:06.020 Church teacher accused of abusing several children in Montgomery County, Maryland.

00:34:10.740 Tonight, immigration officials tell us he was never supposed to be in the United States in the first place, and he had already been deported twice.

00:34:17.820 Palm Beach County deputies arrested three undocumented immigrants in Lake Worth Beach on sexual battery charges.

00:34:23.320 According to the arrest affidavit, the three suspects, all from Guatemala, abducted a local woman along the street and threw her inside a truck.

00:34:36.020 So at the end there, if you're just listening, it says Biden's border bloodbath, which of course it is.

00:34:42.980 And I'm not even just talking about the Americans who have been needlessly and preventably murdered, raped, assaulted by illegal aliens who should never have been here in the first place. 1.00

00:34:57.280 I am also talking about the trafficking that this incentivizes. 0.68

00:35:02.680 I am talking about the rape and sexual assault that this incentivizes at the border.

00:35:08.120 I am talking about all of the chaos that has ensued in those border towns.

00:35:13.000 There is nothing good, nothing good, nothing compassionate, nothing virtuous, nothing moral about illegal immigration. 0.98

00:35:22.180 It only harms the most vulnerable.

00:35:24.680 It only harms the most vulnerable.

00:35:27.660 And Biden and his administration are doing everything they possibly can to make sure it is impossible to guard the border.

00:35:35.840 They are taking down buoys.

00:35:37.860 They are taking down razor wire.

00:35:39.320 They are fighting all the way up to the Supreme Court to try to do that, to try to stymie any effort by the state of Texas to guard its own people and guard its own border.

00:35:48.920 They are doing this purposely.

00:35:49.960 You know, I just saw the Center for Immigration Studies, they released a statement.

00:35:54.480 They are right now in the middle of a case figuring out what exactly Biden is doing and how he is getting these illegal aliens into the United States.

00:36:05.100 It's not just the bussing from the border.

00:36:09.020 It's also that he is actually flying on the taxpayer dime these illegal aliens from different parts of South America and Mexico into 43 airports in the United States.

00:36:25.540 And then from there, they can basically do what they want to do.

00:36:29.340 This is purposeful.

00:36:31.020 As we've talked about many times, demographics or destiny.

00:36:35.760 And also, I mean, the more people that you have counted in the census in an area, the more political power you have.

00:36:43.200 Because how many representatives an area or a state has is based on its population.

00:36:49.320 And so this is all part of the game.

00:36:52.040 This is all part of their desire to amass lasting power and to change the country fundamentally.

00:37:00.480 To make sure that the obstacle of the most conservative group among us, which happens to be white evangelicals, is far outnumbered.

00:37:12.480 So that any political power or voting power that we have, that any conservative has, is completely outweighed by this new crop of people that don't share our values, that don't have the same beliefs that we do, don't have the same priorities as we do.

00:37:32.480 I'm talking about these illegal aliens. 1.00

00:37:34.240 It's all part of the plan.

00:37:35.880 And so this bloodbath stuff, Christian nationalist propaganda, all of that, it's a part of a great distraction to try to make you think that voting Democrat is saving democracy when really it is just the opposite. 0.77

00:37:49.660 So got to be discerning.

00:37:51.520 Got to be discerning.

00:37:52.840 Now, I will say, because I do need to, like, bring up some criticism of Donald Trump in the same rally.

00:38:01.540 I did just want to comment this.

00:38:03.180 So, like, I know that there's going to be some mad YouTube comments about me criticizing him at all.

00:38:09.480 But I do have something to say about something said about Ron or something Trump said about Ron DeSantis in this same rally.

00:38:17.280 So this is sought for.

00:38:18.700 One of the people said they said, are you going to run against the president?

00:38:22.620 He said, I have no comment.

00:38:24.320 To me, that meant he's running. 0.97

00:38:26.040 So I hit him hard. 0.98

00:38:27.200 I hit him low. 0.98

00:38:28.000 I hit him high, just like we did to ISIS. 0.99

00:38:30.780 We hit him hard. 0.98

00:38:31.620 We hit him low. 0.79

00:38:32.620 We hit him high. 0.90

00:38:33.780 We hit him in the middle.

00:38:35.260 We hit him from on top.

00:38:36.560 And we even came under the ground.

00:38:38.860 We hit this guy so hard.

00:38:40.480 By the time he announced, nobody knew what the hell happened.

00:38:43.000 They said, what happened to him?

00:38:44.060 He's a shell of the man.

00:38:47.160 I don't know how this helps.

00:38:50.380 How does this help?

00:38:52.100 I mean, you need DeSantis supporters to vote for you to win.

00:38:55.180 You know that, right?

00:38:55.900 Like, you cannot afford to lose any vote if you are going to win.

00:39:01.260 And if you're worried about election funny business, you want the victory to be so overwhelming

00:39:06.440 and so resounding that there is no question who won, right?

00:39:10.400 And so you're not going to get there by insulting the supporters that you need.

00:39:15.440 There are some DeSantis supporters who are not willing to hold their nose and vote for Trump.

00:39:21.700 And you can lambast them all you want to.

00:39:24.840 You can condescend them.

00:39:26.420 You can demean and dehumanize them all you want to.

00:39:29.820 At the end of the day, you need their vote.

00:39:31.260 And so I know it's fun to say na-na-na-na-boo-boo on the playground of politics, but you need

00:39:41.140 their votes.

00:39:41.860 You need their votes to win.

00:39:43.140 And this makes me think you don't really want to win when you do things like this.

00:39:46.360 You need DeSantis supporters' votes.

00:39:48.440 And when you make fun of him, you're making fun of them.

00:39:52.680 DeSantis was very careful about that in his campaign, to not make fun of Donald Trump

00:39:58.060 because he didn't want to condescend Donald Trump supporters and his voters.

00:40:02.820 That was politically wise.

00:40:04.340 This is not politically wise.

00:40:06.400 And so when people say, hey, Donald Trump needs some self-control, this is what they're

00:40:11.160 talking about.

00:40:11.820 I don't care what the media says about the bloodbath comments and all that. 0.98

00:40:14.840 That is ridiculous. 0.59

00:40:16.260 This is the stuff that I'm actually worried about. 0.94

00:40:18.820 This and there are other things too.

00:40:20.680 But this is the stuff that I'm worried about because you are saying to DeSantis supporters,

00:40:25.700 those who supported him in the primary, that I don't care about you and I think that you're 1.00

00:40:30.020 stupid and you are dumb to support this little loser. 1.00

00:40:33.700 And no one likes to hear that. 1.00

00:40:35.600 No one likes to hear that.

00:40:37.260 Okay?

00:40:37.980 So this is going to be a problem.

00:40:40.480 I wouldn't even, honestly, I probably wouldn't even make fun of Nikki Haley.

00:40:43.980 I wouldn't make fun of any of the people that you primaryed against.

00:40:47.520 I mean, they did when DeSantis came out and supported Donald Trump after he dropped out

00:40:54.040 of the primary.

00:40:55.220 There was some, you know, reconciliation there a little bit.

00:40:59.180 Trump was still kind of a sore winner.

00:41:01.740 But okay, move on.

00:41:03.880 But he hasn't moved on.

00:41:05.440 Really?

00:41:06.200 Really?

00:41:07.100 This is the kind of egotistical behavior that actually will be an obstacle to him winning

00:41:14.580 in November. 0.99

00:41:15.380 And that really sucks. 0.99

00:41:16.780 It's really going to suck if Joe Biden wins because of that. 0.99

00:41:19.620 It's not worth it, man. 0.73

00:41:21.000 It's not worth it.

00:41:24.660 And by the way, like, I think that DeSantis is more conservative than Trump.

00:41:30.760 I mean, I think that he is actually doing better things than Trump did.

00:41:34.620 So you definitely don't have a reason to slam him.

00:41:38.000 That's what it is.

00:41:39.220 I'm having deja vu, y'all.

00:41:41.120 Deja vu of 2020.

00:41:42.500 Can't believe we're already back here.

00:41:43.780 Okay, so I've been seeing this clip going around.

00:41:58.320 This doesn't have anything to do with what we were talking about.

00:42:01.260 Actually, every time I say that, I can always find a connection. 0.99

00:42:04.520 The connection is stupid things said. 0.96

00:42:07.720 The connection is self-centeredness, just a little bit, just in the last example that 0.98

00:42:13.220 we were just talking about.

00:42:15.280 And this is, I think, so emblematic of where we are, not just as a culture, but I think

00:42:22.180 in large part as a church.

00:42:23.980 We've got what I called in my book and what I refer to as meology.

00:42:28.500 Rather than theology, the study of God, we are pushing meology, which is the study and

00:42:33.980 knowledge of ourselves, self-discovery, we're told, is the path to happiness and satisfaction

00:42:40.060 and fulfillment.

00:42:41.220 And unfortunately, that has bled into our Bible studies and our understanding of scripture,

00:42:47.620 our understanding of Christianity.

00:42:49.080 It has bled into the pulpit, especially when it comes to women, women's Bible studies, women's

00:42:55.640 messages, women's books. 0.92

00:42:57.580 That's why I wrote the book, You're Not Enough.

00:42:59.740 And that's okay, because I have been hearing from so many Christian women in particular,

00:43:04.920 as well as secular women, you're enough, you're enough, you're perfect the way you 1.00

00:43:08.620 are.

00:43:09.380 Like, we are convinced as women that the biggest problem that we face is our insecurity about

00:43:15.660 ourselves or our negative body image.

00:43:18.480 That's not the biggest issue that we face.

00:43:20.020 The biggest issue that we face is that we are sinners in need of a Savior.

00:43:24.160 The biggest issue that we face is that we are dead in our sin apart from Christ.

00:43:28.320 The biggest issue that we face is that our sin gets in the way of glorifying God.

00:43:34.120 The solution to all those things, of course, is God's grace and our ability to be made alive

00:43:39.900 in Christ by grace through faith.

00:43:42.480 But it's certainly not ourselves that can save us.

00:43:45.100 It's not ourselves that gives us happiness.

00:43:48.600 We are not going to find wholeness by just loving ourselves more, contrary to what popular

00:43:54.380 culture says and popular Bible teachers even say.

00:43:56.720 But there was a preacher at Common Good Church, Washington, that's already cursed.

00:44:02.420 I already, I just hate the name of that church so much, Jermell Witherspoon.

00:44:09.300 He gave a sermon, I guess you could call it, last year, but it is just now circulating thanks

00:44:19.200 to Woke Preacher Clips.

00:44:21.340 And the question that he asks in this sermon is, what if God worships me?

00:44:28.200 What if he does?

00:44:29.620 Sop 5.

00:44:30.820 What if God worships me?

00:44:35.080 Can you say that with me?

00:44:36.160 What if God worships me?

00:44:41.680 Now I get it, we've started to worship a very big heteronormative white Jesus that we constantly 0.75

00:44:49.960 thank for standing between us and a mean God.

00:44:54.520 But really, really, who, what, when, and why?

00:44:59.380 Worship has become so God-centered that it risks the subjective colliding of our own things,

00:45:06.960 our biases.

00:45:08.200 We declare that you are God that worships us.

00:45:14.400 That's how much you love us.

00:45:18.340 I had not seen that full thing.

00:45:24.320 Oh my gosh, if I had pearls on, I would be clutching them so hard.

00:45:29.280 Oh my goodness.

00:45:31.420 I was like, I don't even know if I want to play this blasphemy. 1.00

00:45:36.820 Oh my goodness.

00:45:38.460 That is where everything has always gone wrong.

00:45:43.140 The worship of ourselves go all the way back to the garden.

00:45:47.200 That is basically how Satan tempts Adam and Eve.

00:45:50.860 Did God really say, don't you know better than God?

00:45:56.600 Don't you want to be like God?

00:45:59.680 Don't you want to have the same wisdom, the same power, the same discernment and authority

00:46:05.320 that God has?

00:46:06.740 Just eat the fruit.

00:46:08.640 What does he know?

00:46:10.100 Oh no, God doesn't want what's best for you.

00:46:13.720 He just doesn't want you to be like him.

00:46:17.160 He doesn't want you to be as powerful as him, as knowledgeable as him.

00:46:21.880 And so Eve ate.

00:46:25.000 And the rest is a bloody, murderous, sinful history.

00:46:32.260 So bad that God sent his only son to die a gruesome, undeserved death on a cross on our behalf.

00:46:41.360 What if God worships us?

00:46:47.240 God doesn't worship us.

00:46:49.700 Nowhere in scripture do we see that he worships us.

00:46:53.780 In fact, we see that we are really, really small.

00:46:58.420 We are really, really good at messing things up.

00:47:02.080 We are really finite.

00:47:04.240 We are really fallible.

00:47:06.060 We are really deceitful.

00:47:07.520 We are really, really capable of wickedness and evil and violence.

00:47:14.360 We are really, really needy of a savior, of a guide.

00:47:19.680 And in fact, throughout scripture, we see that it's humans that long for something to worship.

00:47:24.960 We long for someone to follow.

00:47:28.660 We do not see that need from God.

00:47:32.700 Let me just read you what scripture says about God.

00:47:35.560 Here's Acts 17, started in verse 24.

00:47:40.280 The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything.

00:47:56.080 And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place.

00:48:06.320 God is in control.

00:48:07.780 God is in charge.

00:48:08.600 He does not need anything.

00:48:11.980 The creation that he made with his voice, through his power, was for his own glory and for his own good pleasure.

00:48:20.540 And he created man in his image to need God and to worship God.

00:48:25.900 Colossians 1, starting in verse 15.

00:48:29.580 Here's the description of Jesus.

00:48:31.180 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.

00:48:34.260 For by him all things were created in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities, all things were created through him and for him.

00:48:44.820 And he is before all things and in him all things hold together.

00:48:48.980 And he is the head of the body, the church.

00:48:51.080 He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent.

00:48:55.640 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

00:49:08.460 And you, and you, here's what we are, not things to be worshipped, but you who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds.

00:49:20.340 This was all of us before Christ.

00:49:22.160 He has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him.

00:49:29.740 If indeed you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

00:49:42.680 Apart from Christ, we are dead in our sin.

00:49:46.080 We are enemies of God.

00:49:47.840 Yes, we are made in the image of God.

00:49:50.660 But we are bound for hell.

00:49:52.560 We are stuck in our depravity.

00:49:56.960 And we are not ever things to be worshipped.

00:50:01.020 We are, because of God's grace, the objects of his love so mercifully and miraculously and wonderfully.

00:50:08.320 John 3.16 lays that out beautifully for us.

00:50:11.180 But we are never objects of worship.

00:50:14.640 John 4.24 says,

00:50:16.740 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.

00:50:23.200 Worshiping God is so important that God gives so many specifications in his law giving to Israel for how they must worship him, how they must study him, how they must obey him and come to know him.

00:50:37.120 The Psalms are filled with worship of the Lord.

00:50:41.820 All the earth worships you, Lord, and sings praises to you.

00:50:45.380 They sing praises to your name.

00:50:48.240 Psalm 66.4.

00:50:49.440 Psalm 86.9.

00:50:50.560 All the nations you have made shall come and worship before you, O Lord, and shall glorify your name.

00:50:58.440 Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.

00:51:00.480 Tremble before him.

00:51:01.360 All the earth.

00:51:02.160 Psalm 96.9.

00:51:03.420 Goes over and over and over again.

00:51:06.060 We are to worship God never the other way around.

00:51:09.380 You know who really, really wanted to be worshipped?

00:51:13.860 Satan.

00:51:15.360 What happened to that guy?

00:51:17.000 What happened to Lucifer when he was jealous of God, when he wanted the power and the glory and the light to be all his?

00:51:26.080 How'd that work out for him?

00:51:28.000 He has some power now as the prince of the power of the air, as Ephesians 2 tells us.

00:51:33.080 But it's not going to end well for him, nor will it end well for any worshipper of the God of self.

00:51:40.620 So just be aware of that.

00:51:43.040 You can worship yourself here on earth, but your end is hell.

00:51:46.720 What good is it to win the whole world, to gain the world, but to lose your soul?

00:51:52.700 It's no good at all.

00:51:53.920 It's no good at all.

00:51:54.780 My goodness, the just absolute blasphemy coming from the pulpit these days.

00:51:59.860 May God have mercy on us.

00:52:02.200 We desperately need a revival and an awakening.

00:52:07.540 My goodness.

00:52:20.140 All right.

00:52:21.000 We've got lots of good episodes coming down the pipeline.

00:52:23.060 Like I said, next Tuesday, I think that's probably when we're going to be analyzing Nickelodeon.

00:52:28.180 You never know.

00:52:28.760 Something could happen over the next few days that we have to talk about on Tuesday.

00:52:32.440 Monday, I think it's going to be Mike Rowe.

00:52:36.240 You would think that I would know that, but, you know, you just don't know.

00:52:38.880 We're planning things behind the scenes, trying to decide what's best.

00:52:41.760 But I think that's going to be my conversation with Mike Rowe, which was super, super encouraging.

00:52:46.820 So we've got a lot of good stuff, as always.

00:52:48.480 If you've got any feedback for us, if you've got any suggestions, please feel free to send

00:53:22.740 Okay, so last year he had this amazing event, and it was called the Fearless Army Roll Call.

00:53:28.280 And it was a men's event, and men got to come hear speakers, be encouraged, and then also

00:53:36.400 find community with each other.

00:53:37.940 And it was such a success because men are desperate for this kind of camaraderie.

00:53:43.520 They want this community.

00:53:44.560 They want this encouragement, and they will get it at Fearless Roll Call event.

00:53:49.540 It is in Nashville.

00:53:50.720 It's on June 1st.

00:53:52.500 This is going to be amazing.

00:53:54.920 Jason has partnered with country music star John Rich for Roll Call 2.0 June 1st in Nashville.

00:54:01.860 It's sponsored by a lot of amazing sponsors, Preborn, for example.
