00:00:00.000 Hi folks, I am the Shameless Berg. I hope you're doing well today. I had just a few minutes this morning to share my thoughts on the subject of the job market issue.
00:00:10.700 Often I'm asked by inferior people why I would put my face out there and just say it like it is.
00:00:17.000 Aren't you afraid of your employment prospects, your job prospects, to just come right out there and just say words?
00:00:22.940 Um, no, I'm not afraid. And we're going to go over what's really going on here and why a white man like myself would think it was worth it to just come right out and say it like it is, even in spite of danger to my job prospects.
00:00:37.760 So here we have, uh, so most liberals don't know what DEI entails. They assume it's race neutral treatment. And obviously that's not, they're very mistaken.
00:00:45.600 It's common to discriminate against whites and men as part of DEI programs. Now here's a little snippet from a Yahoo News article.
00:00:53.540 Companies avoid hiring white men as part of a diversity push.
00:00:57.860 Hundreds of companies are deliberately shunning white men for jobs amid pressure to make workplaces more diverse, a survey has found.
00:01:05.100 A poll of 1,216 of American businesses with, uh, diversity, equity, and inclusion policies found that 1 in 10 avoid hiring white men altogether, and 6 in 10 human resource managers put diversity over qualifications when selecting candidates. 0.98
00:01:21.240 Hey, black people, all that fucking systemic privilege you talk about, all that institutional privilege you talk about, nobody's fucking pushing you out of the way to shoehorn us into positions. 0.98
00:01:32.040 Nobody. The world bends over backwards for you, not us. We get shafted for you. It's not the other way around. 1.00
00:01:40.120 There's no systemic advantage where we just get shoehorned in because we're white. No, we get fucked over because we're white to make up for people that can't cut it. 0.99
00:01:49.400 They can't make the cut on their own, like you. You can't make the cut. You can't perform on your own merits to get to that point. 1.00
00:01:57.220 The disproportionate outcomes are created by two factors.
00:01:59.780 A, you're a smaller, uh, portion of the population, 13%. 1.00
00:02:04.240 B, I'm sorry, you're stupid, okay? 1.00
00:02:07.240 You just aren't as good at things as we are. You're not as smart, and you're not as effective. 1.00
00:02:11.580 And that's why artificial measures have to be brought into force in order to force you into situations that you usually wouldn't make the cut to be in.
00:02:20.440 We don't have these programs helping us. 1.00
00:02:21.860 We've not had this affirmative action bullshit, this DEI bullshit, this, you know, take from the able and give to the stupid and useless program. 1.00
00:02:29.780 We haven't had, you know, we haven't had that to benefit us. 1.00
00:02:32.160 It's all been on our back. It's all been on our dime, and it's all been at the expense of opportunities for us.
00:02:40.100 Just to slingshot you a win, you know, that you couldn't have gotten otherwise.
00:02:45.060 The study, conducted by website Resume Builder, also found that one in three HR managers believe that quote-unquote reverse discrimination occurs because of DEI policies. 1.00
00:02:55.280 Look, HR people are some of the most lib shit, obnoxious pieces of shit on this planet. 0.99
00:03:00.760 And yet, even one in three of them managed to see the obvious? Incredible. 1.00
00:03:05.060 So three-quarters suspect that these policies were introduced in part for appearances.
00:03:09.700 Probably, but it's affecting real lives in ways that go far beyond appearances, you know?
00:03:15.000 You're doing it to make yourself look good, but you're ruining lives for it and making your companies shittier, less competent. 0.97
00:03:23.240 All, you know, all for the sake of black people crocodile tears. 1.00
00:03:26.800 So, at FreakyDev, he says, 0.92
00:03:29.100 I work in tech recruiting. Tech recruiting. It's 100% your race, gender, sexuality, and nationality blocking you. 1.00
00:03:35.220 Our ATS slash HR systems can sort and filter you by pipelines, which users label with demographics.
00:03:42.240 Most have diversity features that alert you when you have too much or too little of a certain group.
00:03:47.180 We have constant lunch and learns and seminars about how to recruit for diversity in a compliant way, parentheses, how to do it legally without being caught.
00:03:55.480 We pay NGOs and staffing agencies to hand us resumes from people who are only of a certain race or gender.
00:04:02.380 Our global mobility departments get the foreign resumes and we put them first because they cost less and they check off those DEI boxes.
00:04:10.540 We put you on blacklist slash ignore list slash do not hire list if you aren't diverse. 1.00
00:04:15.380 And if we don't have that feature, we put it in the notes on the candidate file.
00:04:21.100 It is definitely discrimination.
00:04:23.500 Every straight white American male I've screened was qualified and well-versed for the position they were going for.
00:04:28.640 And every time I was told by superiors to focus on other pipelines, a.k.a. the diversity hires.
00:04:34.440 Nobody is doing that for white people. 0.83
00:04:37.080 Nobody is shoehorning us and they're they're cutting us off to help you. 0.99
00:04:42.180 And you still have the fucking nerve to talk about institutional privilege, systemic racism, 0.99
00:04:48.600 that any positive outcome that we get in our lives as white men was just handed to us on a platter just for the fact of being white. 0.99
00:04:56.820 Meanwhile, we're the only group that doesn't have in-group racial preference. 1.00
00:05:00.420 I'm so sick of being gaslit for you fucking people. 1.00
00:05:03.320 I can't even take it anymore. 1.00
00:05:05.560 So he continues on.
00:05:06.660 Okay, this blew up way bigger than I expected.
00:05:08.560 A lot of people are asking to name drop companies behind this.
00:05:11.500 Short answer.
00:05:11.960 It's literally every company.
00:05:13.820 It is.
00:05:14.680 The biggest offenders are NGOs and staffing firms.
00:05:16.960 So I focus on them.
00:05:18.240 I've called them out many times.
00:05:20.540 He says, here's an example.
00:05:21.860 I have an entire database tracking these organizations and collecting slash archiving their DEI features and tactics.
00:05:27.140 So even if they scrub it, and a lot of them are, it won't be forgotten.
00:05:31.000 I won't forget it.
00:05:32.220 I won't forget it.
00:05:33.880 Because in the future, when we win, it's not just the government that's going to face.
00:05:38.080 It's not just politicians and people in the government that's going to face consequences.
00:05:41.500 Okay? 1.00
00:05:42.140 Oh, fuck no. 1.00
00:05:43.300 Oh, fuck no. 1.00
00:05:44.380 It'll be people in the corporations. 1.00
00:05:47.780 It'll be, you know, corporate executives.
00:05:49.540 It'll be HR departments.
00:05:50.860 It'll be all of them.
00:05:51.920 They will all be held to account. 0.99
00:05:53.680 Because without all of this bullshit, none of this would have been possible. 1.00
00:05:57.320 Fuck corporations. 1.00
00:05:58.060 And fuck all these companies that have destroyed our country and destroyed our demographics all along the way. 1.00
00:06:03.720 They've gotten rich off of our backs. 1.00
00:06:05.660 They've gotten rich off this land. 1.00
00:06:07.340 And they fuck us over like this. 0.99
00:06:09.160 So, you know, he continues with quite a lot. 0.96
00:06:12.100 I'm not going to read all of it because actually there's just quite a lot listed here.
00:06:15.620 Here's a list of the largest offenders, staffing companies, and non-profits that employers pay to recruit and collect DEI slash H-1B candidates for them.
00:06:25.340 But there are hundreds of these.
00:06:26.700 And this is just for the tech industry.
00:06:28.380 It's hard to list them all.
00:06:30.160 He does go on to provide a list.
00:06:31.860 I'm not going to drag you through it.
00:06:33.680 Again, this, this, it's at FreakyDev.
00:06:36.440 P-H-R-E-A-K-Y-D-E-V. 1.00
00:06:39.420 Go check it out on X if you want to look at this thread.
00:06:41.760 And it's, it's worth it because he has a lot of information listed out.
00:06:46.100 He says, the only thing hidden from recruiters is the boilerplate EEOC questions, but even those can be defeated.
00:06:52.380 Answers are aggregated and used to alert HR if they're hiring too much or too little of a group.
00:06:56.920 Every ATS allows HR to ask custom questions, which are often duplicates of the EEOC questions.
00:07:04.460 HR can see the answers to the duplicate questions.
00:07:08.660 Okay.
00:07:08.840 And mind you, look, I have had, um, I have had certain opportunities denied to me, um, like job transfers, promotions over my demographic.
00:07:17.860 Okay.
00:07:18.640 And that happened like a long time ago, like back in 2012 or something before a lot of this got, you know, as big as it has.
00:07:29.160 And I remember just being mindfucked by it.
00:07:31.980 Like what, you know, and I told my boss, like, well, hold on.
00:07:35.800 And like, you're telling me they're not going to accept this, you know, because they're looking for like a female, this, that, and the other.
00:07:42.900 And she just stares blankly at me.
00:07:44.540 I was like, that comes down to discrimination.
00:07:46.620 Like, she's like, well, they're trying to create a more balanced.
00:07:49.200 I'm like, that's discrimination.
00:07:50.400 You're telling me I can't go because of my immutable characteristics.
00:07:53.600 She pauses and goes, well, they're going to say it's about your performance.
00:07:56.960 And I'm just like, but it's clearly not, it's clearly not, you know, look at the years I've been with this company.
00:08:02.280 It's clearly not.
00:08:03.220 So I have some personal experience with that.
00:08:04.880 It's just gotten infinitely worse since then.
00:08:08.740 Um, one wonders if I'd have even gotten in the door of this place back then, like if, if this was today.
00:08:14.700 So we've got that, that we're kind of working against.
00:08:17.280 Okay. 0.96
00:08:18.340 Um, on that literally systemic level, institutional level, hate black people, those words that you're always repeating, like they're magic words. 1.00
00:08:26.560 You don't understand what the fuck they even mean. 1.00
00:08:28.680 Okay. 0.99
00:08:29.140 You just say them like X word, do Y thing.
00:08:32.360 X word gives me that.
00:08:34.400 Y word gives me that.
00:08:35.820 If I say this word, you gives that.
00:08:38.280 They're like incantations for you. 0.99
00:08:40.080 You don't fucking understand what they mean. 0.96
00:08:41.800 You are the recipients of institutional power and privilege and all these, uh, artificial measures to boost you and your outcomes in life. 1.00
00:08:52.360 We don't have any of that shit. 0.99
00:08:54.320 Okay. 1.00
00:08:54.980 It's you.
00:08:55.580 And you won't even acknowledge it.
00:08:56.940 You won't acknowledge it. 1.00
00:08:57.900 And you turn around and you act like we have all those things that you have and fuck you for it. 0.99
00:09:03.700 Um, so here from, um, this is a Reddit. 0.99
00:09:06.780 This is a subreddit red scare pod from a fickle underscore per me got an interview because they thought I was Indian lost interest when they found out I was white.
00:09:17.860 Hey, remember that thing where Elon said that he was going to do a war on the H1B issue, the likes of which we could not possibly comprehend.
00:09:25.820 Hey, just remember that.
00:09:26.880 Remember when he said that it was a declaration of war.
00:09:29.300 And if any of you have trusted him in any point after that, you should never have trusted the guy in general.
00:09:35.480 He's, you know, I mean, come on. 1.00
00:09:38.040 But if you have trusted him after that, anything he has said, you're a dumbass. 1.00
00:09:42.380 Okay. 1.00
00:09:42.720 You're a complete dumbass if you have, because when he declared war, okay, on that, and he made it sound like it would be beyond our comprehension. 0.99
00:09:50.300 So everything that he does and says after that should be seen as some calculated part of that war that he waged, that he promised that he was going to wage. 0.99
00:09:59.540 And, uh, the H1B issue is essential to him.
00:10:02.920 You know, he wants us loaded down with, uh, Indians loaded down. 1.00
00:10:07.420 And, you know, he wants you to fuck yourself in the face if you don't agree with it. 1.00
00:10:10.860 Just wanted to back up on that just for a second. 1.00
00:10:13.060 So, you know, he says the whole H1B Twitter debate has made me want to share my experiences with Indian racism slash nepotism. 0.91
00:10:23.000 My last name is similar to a common Indian surname.
00:10:26.020 I'm Slavic, so, but don't look remotely Indian.
00:10:29.620 But my last name is pronounced almost identically to an Indian name, just with an extra syllable at the end.
00:10:36.460 Think Guptal versus Gupta.
00:10:38.640 Only a few thousand people worldwide have my last name, so I'm not sharing it.
00:10:44.300 In 2023, I applied for an application developer, um, basically software engineering position at an insurance company.
00:10:51.960 A few days later, the HR lady, not Indian, called, asked some basic questions and scheduled a Zoom interview with the team.
00:11:00.100 The invite listed six people, three with Indian names and three non-Indians.
00:11:04.320 When the interviewer started, I logged in early with my camera on.
00:11:08.060 It was just me and the HR lady at first.
00:11:10.440 Then the team began joining.
00:11:11.860 The Indian team members who joined seemed visibly disappointed upon seeing me and quickly turned their cameras off.
00:11:18.120 You know, white men need not apply. 0.66
00:11:19.920 And you get to also call it not discrimination at the same time, somehow.
00:11:23.800 It's not racism at the same, it's not systemic disadvantages.
00:11:28.560 Somehow, for us.
00:11:30.180 Um, you know, none of the non-Indian invitees showed up, besides HR.
00:11:37.480 Instead, two more Indians, um, replaced them. 0.98
00:11:41.100 From what I could tell, the non-Indians were project managers, and the entire tech team was Indian.
00:11:45.940 The hiring manager, Indian, eventually turned the camera back on, but it wasn't a real interview.
00:11:51.380 They were just going through the motions to appease HR.
00:11:53.780 No introductions, no team or job deal details, no chance for me to introduce myself, just rapid-fire standard junior SWE questions.
00:12:03.240 Um, the hiring manager spoke in incredibly broken English.
00:12:08.180 Ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a-ding-a.
00:12:13.320 Yeah.
00:12:13.600 wasn't making any effort to be clear and seemed distracted as if multitasking i had to ask him
00:12:20.060 to repeat questions multiple times about five minutes and i accepted what was happening and
00:12:25.360 mid-sentence hit the leave meeting button neither side followed up afterward i used to laugh about
00:12:30.700 this experience but the recent twitter h1b debate brought it back to my mind and honestly it still
00:12:35.180 pisses me off how do you laugh about it we live in a world where everybody's saying that we're on
00:12:39.960 receiving end of all these benefits and that we're fucking everybody else over in the way we're 0.99
00:12:44.500 getting fucked over none of this is funny uh we're living in a time of extreme demoralization gas 0.87
00:12:49.680 lighting um just anti-whiteness all over the place none of this is funny um here's the crazy part i 0.98
00:12:57.180 think i figured out what happened my resume was attached to the interview request and my name
00:13:01.420 was misspelled by hr when hr sent my resume to the hiring manager they must have renamed the file
00:13:07.940 to match their naming convention somehow they misspelled my name as guptay instead of guptel
00:13:13.280 while it's still not gupta i'm pretty sure the hiring manager just glanced at the file name assumed
00:13:18.120 i was gupta and invited me for an interview without even reading my resume to to those of you that are
00:13:23.600 inferior and ask why i do this when it could affect my job prospects um dude if you don't speak out when 1.00
00:13:32.180 things are like this and you have the opportunity to speak out fuck you you're you're an inferior 0.99
00:13:37.860 being you really are um if you if you just don't you can't work up the nerve and the courage to speak 1.00
00:13:45.080 out at a time like this you deserve literally everything that happens to you so so yeah um are
00:13:51.820 there probably quite a lot of companies at this point that wouldn't hire me dude i was never going 0.95
00:13:56.140 to apply to begin with i fucking hate them okay i've gotten to a place with these people where 0.96
00:14:00.880 you know i can't say anything that's not like really fed posty okay so take the word fed post 0.99
00:14:06.820 and just imagine um applying it to a corporation all right that's all i'm ready to see some consequences
00:14:13.600 let's say i'm not trying to be hired by these people i would rather if necessary live off the grid 0.99
00:14:20.200 i'd rather be fucking destitute and and free to speak my mind than to chop my balls for um a little 0.99
00:14:29.480 mammon to trade in the ability to just speak my mind and say it how it is say how i really feel 0.99
00:14:34.400 about this world in exchange for mammon in exchange for some perceived safety no i'm not gonna do that 1.00
00:14:40.600 and that doesn't make me stupid or unwise that makes you a fucking coward and it makes you an inferior 0.99
00:14:46.340 being okay when you can look at all this i mean the decks already stacked against you majorly 0.99
00:14:51.240 in the workplace and in academia and um you know our countries white countries have been getting 0.97
00:14:58.800 taken over and replace we're being replaced by third worlders um anti-whiteness is everywhere crimes 1.00
00:15:05.340 against our people are happening all the time and they're being buried things are a shit show and 0.99
00:15:10.320 you want to ask me why am i worried or why am i not worried and then you turn around and accuse me of 0.96
00:15:15.820 being a fed for it now i'm not offended by that charge i've seen a number of people or heard a number
00:15:20.360 of people say white fit i'm talking about these hot button topics oh totally not a fed you're a 1.00
00:15:27.500 fucking loser okay you're inferior and you're a fucking loser but thanks for the to me that's 1.00
00:15:33.100 literally an accomplishment it's a compliment for somebody to to fed jacket me over having those 1.00
00:15:39.300 traits being white fit and speaking the truth like having some balls oh they can't possibly conceive 0.98
00:15:44.260 of having some balls so if you're living in an environment like this and just open discrimination 0.99
00:15:49.120 is happening and i said at the same time you're being told that you're doing those things to 0.96
00:15:53.720 other people like you're being gaslit to that level with the demoralization propaganda that extreme
00:15:59.600 and with the real world consequences um that apparent and you're gonna ask me why would i
00:16:05.640 possibly risk some employment prospect with a company that would force me to call men women and to
00:16:11.940 use their chosen pronouns where i have to go in and pretend to be like them now look i'm not a christian
00:16:18.060 okay but some of you christians because i know there's probably quite a bit of you listening 0.97
00:16:22.980 um hey you remember that whole shit about the mark of the beast okay put out of your mind real quick 0.97
00:16:28.560 any notion of a chip or a tattoo or any of that even if you believe those things just put it aside and 0.97
00:16:34.180 just hear me out for a second in order to buy or sell you have to have the mark you know in either
00:16:39.960 the head or the hand some people believe that's a metaphor for your thoughts and your actions
00:16:44.420 may very well be either way i again i'm not christian but i'm appealing to you on this because
00:16:49.580 remember the beast system idea that's laid out in christian prophecy i like it actually it makes
00:16:54.700 sense to me in terms of talking about some of the issues like the mark of the beast system i still
00:17:01.000 kind of call it the beast system sometimes because it's sort of you know it walks like a duck talks like
00:17:05.120 a duck sort of a thing but i've come to see the mark it's it's it's more of like an archetype of like
00:17:11.560 the thing you do in order to like the thing you trade in in order to you know be able to function
00:17:17.360 in society broadly you know um a few years ago it was a mystery job and it was doing you know measures
00:17:25.020 that don't keep anyone safe you know stand six feet apart you know wear this face diaper and all
00:17:31.560 this other stuff back then it was that okay but nowadays it's you will use their name you will use
00:17:39.300 their preferred pronouns you will um celebrate tyrone's black excellence you will you know you will wear
00:17:48.680 the rainbow flag or the you know rainbow flare or you will have to um you know walk in under a rainbow
00:17:56.680 flag hanging down you will have to engage in all this disgusting um nonsense of the culture in order 1.00
00:18:04.200 to even get your way into the door and that's assuming that you didn't get discriminated against
00:18:09.980 um by some you know hr department or or whatever or in favor of some indian like the the the deck
00:18:17.780 stacked against us and i'm not saying that there's no opportunity available for somebody like me like
00:18:23.180 that there's no way to get ahead there's there's definitely ways but that's not the way for me like
00:18:28.740 these corporations that are operating with these dei policies that they're participating in this
00:18:34.560 discrimination that one day when we look back we'll all be um cast under the light of shame okay
00:18:42.160 everything that's happening right now shame and um a lot of the characters involved shame it's going 0.99
00:18:48.360 to be a very shameful chapter in history now during that chapter in history did you trade in your balls 0.97
00:18:54.160 for mammon did you trade in did you say that you were a free person with free speech but you really 0.98
00:18:58.940 changed it traded in your free speech for mammon did you really do that for a perceived safety you
00:19:04.300 know maybe if you keep your mouth shut long enough things will just get better and go away you're 0.99
00:19:09.400 inferior you know so and accept that you know you can accept that you're weak and cowardly but if you 1.00
00:19:14.800 do that just shut the fuck up and leave people like me alone okay i'm not scared i'm not because i'm not 0.99
00:19:20.800 gonna live that way that's not a life worth living here if you want this mammon you need to come here 1.00
00:19:24.740 and call this dude rachel and she her you know oh here's tyrone over here he's just the same as you
00:19:30.800 in fact probably better even you know even though even though we gave him a leg up to get in here
00:19:36.640 artificially we're gonna say that he had to work harder for it than you did and is therefore better 0.93
00:19:41.780 than you you have to play all these stupid games and um i have refused to put myself in those 0.97
00:19:48.100 situations because i just i can't do it it would just peel layers off off of my soul until i just 0.98
00:19:55.040 can't take i just can't take it i can't do it and so i just wanted to talk about that you know what's
00:19:59.680 the point why why limit myself when i have this chance to speak my mind and when the message is just
00:20:06.740 burning in my heart and just dying to get out and if i hold it inside myself because i'm afraid of
00:20:14.320 material outcomes or mammon or whatever employment prospects then i don't deserve freedom and neither
00:20:20.940 do you i mean if that's how you think and act you don't deserve it either you don't value it enough
00:20:25.780 you don't understand it clearly and so you don't deserve to apply it you know but if you want to 0.94
00:20:33.620 grow some balls and realize the situation we're in and realize you damn well better speak up while you 1.00
00:20:38.800 can then you know come on join us you know grow some balls you don't have to be a cowardly weak and 0.99
00:20:45.200 inferior forever but until then you are you know if you're biting your tongue because you're afraid of 1.00
00:20:50.440 just mammon and you're having to play these games and you're playing pretend for black people and you're 0.91
00:20:55.840 playing pretend for transformers and you're playing pretend for whatever else i mean honestly shame on 0.98
00:21:01.360 you i'm shameless i'm completely shameless so don't don't bother trying to shame me but shame on you 0.99
00:21:08.020 i think some of you still have shame so shame on you and cut it out grow some balls you know and if 1.00
00:21:14.200 you can't then just shut the hell up and stop bothering people like me you can keep fat jacketing 0.99
00:21:19.340 me and everything but at this point i just want you to remember that it's a cell phone when you do that 1.00
00:21:23.640 you're admitting that you're weak and ugly and stupid and um and that you have no balls 1.00
00:21:30.600 you're admitting that you don't have the gall to just say what you really think and feel 1.00
00:21:35.700 and that makes you inferior that makes you a weak and inferior person it really does

00:22:40.620 check it out i have left it with no attribution for i think a pretty obvious reason but i i think
00:22:46.140 um it can be taken as a standalone statement and i figure that those who know will know and you know
00:22:52.800 others can just consider the statement as it as it is you know it's kind of hard to argue with 0.98
00:22:57.540 unless you're some ain randy and dumbass who hasn't realized that you aren't just some radical 0.98
00:23:03.620 atomized hyper individualistic you know cell all right you aren't you're actually part of something 1.00
00:23:10.380 and you need to realize that you need to assume your place within that greater thing you are not
