Stand on Guard with David Krayden - Is This the End of MAGA ｜ Stand on Guard

00:00:00.460 Good afternoon. Welcome back to another episode of Stand on Guard. I'm your host, David Creighton, broadcasting live from Ottawa.

00:00:08.500 A little later than usual this morning with a lot of information to gather and a lot of things to consider right now.

00:00:15.660 So we'll be back in mere moments to discuss what is going on in the Middle East. Is this the beginning of a cataclysm?

00:00:24.440 The Prime Minister lied and his minions continue to lie.

00:00:36.320 We need a political change.

00:00:42.140 So we also need a resolve to resist.

00:00:45.080 Yes, we need the resolve to resist. Please like this station.

00:00:56.940 We're continuing to endure the suppression of YouTube and other forces.

00:01:02.820 Thanks for watching today. We have a lot, as I said, to discuss.

00:01:07.280 I want to just run through a couple of things here before we get to some interesting video.

00:01:12.340 And I don't think we can ignore the elephant in the room today.

00:01:16.740 And we have to discuss this war because it's potentially going to engulf the entire world.

00:01:22.380 Yes, this could be the Third World War.

00:01:24.340 It could have started yesterday, June 21st, 2025, which actually was my birthday.

00:01:30.640 I didn't mention that yesterday.

00:01:33.440 I'll remember this date. That's for sure.

00:01:36.620 And I think all of you will, too.

00:01:40.240 Let's hope and pray this thing doesn't escalate any further.

00:01:43.520 But the likelihood of it doing so is very strong.

00:01:46.220 And I think it's much more important to discuss this possibility than doing another promo piece on Vassie Capella's latest interview.

00:01:55.440 But that's just me.

00:01:57.660 Here's Mark Carney's take on this.

00:02:00.720 And I thought, yeah, not so bad.

00:02:03.980 Iran's nuclear program is a grave threat to international security. 0.95

00:02:07.800 And Canada has been consistently clear that Iran can never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon.

00:02:13.760 Yeah, that's the basic talking point.

00:02:16.280 While U.S. military action taken last night was designed to alleviate that threat, the situation in the Middle East remains highly volatile.

00:02:22.160 Nah, duh.

00:02:23.000 No kidding.

00:02:23.860 Stability in the region is a priority.

00:02:26.180 Well, there hasn't been stability in that region since 1948.

00:02:28.660 Canada calls on parties to return immediately to the negotiating table and reach a diplomatic solution to end this crisis.

00:02:36.540 As G7 leaders agreed, in Kananaskis, the resolution of the Iranian crisis should lead to a broader de-escalation of hostilities in the Middle East, including a ceasefire in Gaza.

00:02:47.700 Well, that's all very, very good to say that.

00:02:50.740 But at least he's not saying, hit Tehran, get them again.

00:02:57.600 Regime change.

00:02:58.600 At least he's not going there.

00:03:00.140 Because believe me, a regime change will necessitate, and I hate to use the expression, boots on the ground.

00:03:09.720 But it will.

00:03:11.060 You don't do that simply by bombing people.

00:03:13.280 You have to have the army on the ground, and that's going to lead to chaos, millions of refugees, decades of instability that's even worse than today. 1.00

00:03:26.020 I think we can all realize that, okay?

00:03:28.940 And it's pretty clear.

00:03:31.780 One of the immediate consequences of this war has been the shutting down of the Straits of Hormuz, which means oil tankers aren't going to be able to get through.

00:03:43.560 And here I've got this little video here shows you.

00:03:49.420 These are oil tankers in the Straits of Hormuz.

00:03:53.940 This is how incredible the activity is.

00:03:57.460 So, if you think this isn't going to affect you, well, my God, it could affect you if this thing goes global.

00:04:09.460 But it's going to affect you immediately, or at least in the next couple of weeks, as the price of gas goes up.

00:04:15.380 Because the supply and demand is going to be.

00:04:18.940 Demand will stay the same.

00:04:20.120 Supply is going to diminish greatly.

00:04:23.100 Supply will diminish.

00:04:25.140 Let's have a little more look.

00:04:27.900 Iranian Prime Boat is a closed Strait of Hormuz, and there it is, right there.

00:04:33.080 Now, that's going to bottleneck, not just, well, more than bottleneck.

00:04:36.540 It's going to block shipments of oil.

00:04:40.300 Incredible activity going on there.

00:04:43.000 And once again, the people who think Iran is just some little country in the Middle East, it's 90 million people there.

00:04:49.480 They have a very sophisticated military, and it's a large country.

00:04:54.440 So, and central to the whole area.

00:05:01.400 This is not going to be a replay of Iraq.

00:05:04.100 Well, it will.

00:05:05.380 To some degree, it will.

00:05:06.760 Because Iraq was a disaster, ultimately. 1.00

00:05:10.180 And I, you know, I have to tell you, and I just, yeah, this illustrates exactly how much material is going through there.

00:05:19.580 And this is going to lead to incredible shortage of gasoline.

00:05:28.260 You won't see it.

00:05:30.200 You won't see it today.

00:05:31.380 You won't.

00:05:31.780 But I would suggest, get some gas.

00:05:35.120 If you've got gas jerry cans in your garage, fill them up.

00:05:39.260 Fill up the car.

00:05:40.440 Yeah, I know.

00:05:41.120 It's not, it's not, it's a short-term solution because this thing could go on for quite a while.

00:05:45.360 Now, they're calling this Operation Midnight Hammer, this American strike last night against Iran.

00:05:52.740 And we'll have Donald Trump on here in a minute.

00:05:56.000 I don't mean he's got a guest on my show.

00:05:59.340 But we'll have his announcement.

00:06:01.440 There's interesting dynamics going on in that announcement.

00:06:05.600 Elon Musk put this up and then took it down because, obviously, maybe he thought it was too inflammatory.

00:06:16.800 He says, Iran wants war.

00:06:17.900 Look how close they put their country to our military bases.

00:06:21.020 This is how many military bases the United States has around, literally, almost encircling Iran, except for the northern border.

00:06:29.820 They've got American bases on the eastern border, the western border, and the southern border.

00:06:33.740 Now, count them up.

00:06:36.120 There's probably about two, three dozen here, which is, Donald Trump is putting his own country in incredible danger and the troops and personnel.

00:06:48.900 You know how I stand on this.

00:06:50.220 I want peace in the region because I know how quickly war escalates.

00:06:54.640 And as I've told you so many times, I am a guy who used to write the propaganda.

00:07:01.700 And this is what we're going to be seeing right now for the next weeks or months or however long this thing lasts.

00:07:11.160 We're going to be seeing propaganda from the mainstream media, propaganda from all the governments involved, both sides, of course.

00:07:19.200 But the United States deliberately lied about this, saying Donald Trump was going to have a two-week pause.

00:07:27.420 I even wrote an article for Human Events about that, saying, oh, this is an opportunity, I said.

00:07:32.340 During this two weeks, Donald Trump can refocus on domestic issues such as the deportation of illegals, such as reducing government waste, such as focusing on eliminating the toxicity of DEI and everything else.

00:07:49.560 And he was just talking about finally looking after these poor people in North Carolina and Georgia and other states that were affected by the hurricanes last fall.

00:08:04.040 So he was focusing on this, but it was all a ruse just to have another surprise attack on Iran. 0.68

00:08:11.060 But like I said, I wrote the propaganda points for NATO.

00:08:18.260 I wrote the propaganda points for why we need to have another war. 0.96

00:08:23.880 And I supported every American war in the past.

00:08:28.760 And I deeply regretted that then-Prime Minister John Gretchen would not send troops to Iraq like Great Britain did.

00:08:38.260 I said, that's so cowardly.

00:08:40.620 Why can't we should be sending troops to Iraq? 1.00

00:08:43.660 Let's get into this thing.

00:08:45.820 And there was a time I would have been cheerleading for this strike on Iran, but no more. 0.86

00:08:52.520 Because I'll tell you why.

00:08:54.540 Because the people who benefit from this are the military-industrial complex folks at Raytheon, at Boeing, at General Dynamics, at Northrop, Grumman, or Grumman-Northrop, excuse me.

00:09:12.720 These are the people who benefit from these wars because they expend a lot of weaponry and they have to keep replenishing it.

00:09:21.700 It makes billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars for these people.

00:09:26.760 And they've never seen a war they didn't like.

00:09:28.640 And that's really what it's all about.

00:09:30.980 But I want other people to state their opinion on this.

00:09:37.100 And by the way, this is interesting.

00:09:39.700 Colonel Douglas McGregor retreated this last night.

00:09:41.800 Iran is saying that the Fordow nuclear reactor, if you will, was evacuated several months ago.

00:09:55.840 It's been completely emptied.

00:09:57.380 And this is why the International Atomic Energy Agency is saying they can find no evidence of radiation leaks or increase in radiation levels.

00:10:10.200 So all I'm saying here is that don't believe everything you read or see.

00:10:17.280 Obviously, this is an audience that doesn't do that.

00:10:19.880 Test it.

00:10:21.000 Be skeptical.

00:10:22.520 You're going to be told a lot of lies.

00:10:24.880 You always are during wartime.

00:10:26.560 Look at the First World War.

00:10:29.100 From the beginning of that conflict, the media was bought and paid for by the governments that represented the countries they worked for.

00:10:38.360 So every week, for instance, the London Times would be talking about big push, big push going on on the Western Front, huge advances made by Allied troops.

00:10:51.660 And it was all lies, all utter fabrication.

00:10:55.020 And, of course, the German press did the same thing.

00:10:57.600 They were talking about huge advances and that war was going so well.

00:11:03.200 And it was going well for nobody, actually, especially the soldiers who were sitting in trenches, sometimes waist deep in mud and water, surrounded by rats and dead, can't say that, corpses.

00:11:17.780 It was no fun for those people.

00:11:20.720 And you have to wonder, what were they fighting for in the First World War?

00:11:24.480 This was a war between cousins.

00:11:28.440 And it was crazy.

00:11:29.540 However, here's Donald Trump explaining last night.

00:11:34.420 I'm just I'll keep the editorial opinions to a minimum.

00:11:38.380 You all know I have supported Donald Trump on just about everything he's done.

00:11:42.980 The exception, I have parted ways with him on tariffs.

00:11:47.720 I parted ways with him on the expensive budget for the Pentagon.

00:11:52.760 But I've always supported Donald Trump.

00:11:56.700 I have written probably 100 columns since 2016 praising Donald Trump, exhorting people to support him across the borders.

00:12:05.640 But here he is talking and just trying to justify this strike against Iran.

00:12:11.060 Thank you very much.

00:12:23.700 A short time ago, the U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime, Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.

00:12:38.860 And everybody heard those names for years as they built this horribly destructive enterprise.

00:12:47.340 Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world's number one state sponsor of terror. 0.99

00:12:58.980 Tonight, I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success.

00:13:07.760 Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated.

00:13:13.600 Iran, the bully of the Middle East, must now make peace. 1.00

00:13:17.740 If they do not, future attacks will be far greater and a lot easier. 0.77

00:13:23.060 Donald.

00:13:23.580 Does J.D. Vance look like he's really in agreement here?

00:13:27.120 This is J.D. Vance who opposed the war in Ukraine or American aid for the war in Ukraine.

00:13:32.580 He wanted to see conflict stop.

00:13:35.240 And this is Donald Trump who ran on a peace platform.

00:13:40.380 Let us not forget that.

00:13:41.840 The MAGA coalition, the Make America Great Again coalition, is made up of a lot of people who once voted Democrat.

00:13:50.740 Made up of a lot of people who were sick of the neocon warmongering.

00:13:55.060 Who wanted to see a president impose peace, not war upon the world.

00:14:00.580 Who wanted a president who would work towards peace and stop getting the United States involved in every foreign war it saw.

00:14:08.520 Donald Trump has done the exact opposite here.

00:14:12.120 Now he's, it's funny, you've got the three guys behind him.

00:14:15.060 You've got J.D. Vance, the vice president.

00:14:16.640 You've got the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio.

00:14:20.100 Marco Rubio has always been a neocon.

00:14:22.980 Pete Hegseth, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

00:14:26.880 This is another guy who really wanted to work for peace and to stop international war, foreign wars for the United States.

00:14:35.200 For 40 years, Iran has been saying death to America, death to Israel. 0.96

00:14:41.540 They have been killing our people, blowing off their arms, blowing off their legs with roadside bombs. 0.99

00:14:48.040 That was their specialty.

00:14:49.220 We lost over a thousand people and hundreds of thousands throughout the Middle East and around the world have died as a direct result of their hate.

00:14:58.420 In particular, so many were killed by their general, Qasem Soleimani.

00:15:04.220 I decided a long time ago that I would not let this happen.

00:15:09.360 It will not continue.

00:15:11.340 I want to thank and congratulate Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu.

00:15:15.340 We worked as a team like perhaps no team has ever worked before.

00:15:20.520 And we've gone a long way to erasing this horrible threat to Israel. 0.91

00:15:24.980 I want to thank the Israeli military for the wonderful job they've done.

00:15:29.860 And most importantly, I want to congratulate the great American patriots who flew those magnificent machines tonight

00:15:36.300 and all of the United States military on an operation the likes of which the world has not seen in many, many decades.

00:15:43.400 Hopefully, we will no longer need their services in this capacity.

00:15:48.740 I hope that's so.

00:15:50.420 I also want to congratulate the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Raisin-Kane, spectacular general,

00:15:58.220 and all of the brilliant military minds involved in this attack.

00:16:02.260 With all of that being said, this cannot continue.

00:16:05.220 There will be either peace or there will be tragedy for Iran far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days. 0.92

00:16:13.160 Remember, there are many targets left.

00:16:17.680 Tonight's was the most difficult of them all, by far, and perhaps the most lethal.

00:16:23.860 But if peace does not come quickly, we will go after those other targets with precision, speed, and skill.

00:16:30.860 Most of them can be taken out in a matter of minutes.

00:16:35.920 There's no military in the world that could have done what we did tonight, not even close.

00:16:40.920 There has never been a military that could do what took place just a little while ago.

00:16:46.380 Tomorrow, General Kane, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, will have a press conference at 8 a.m. at the Pentagon.

00:16:54.040 And I want to just thank everybody, and in particular, God.

00:17:00.000 I want to just say we love you, God, and we love our great military.

00:17:04.200 Protect them.

00:17:05.700 God bless the Middle East.

00:17:07.920 God bless Israel.

00:17:08.960 And God bless America.

00:17:11.040 Thank you very much.

00:17:12.360 Thank you.

00:17:14.560 There they all go.

00:17:16.060 Now, yeah, there's been thousands of U.S. military personnel who have been killed or maimed by roadside bombs.

00:17:25.020 How about the million or so Iraqis who died in that Iraq war?

00:17:32.780 Or how about the casualties that were inflicted by the U.S.?

00:17:37.600 No, that's not important, but Donald Trump wants to invoke God at the end of that, saying God is behind this.

00:17:43.420 Military leaders always invoke God, no matter whose side they represent.

00:17:49.960 Everything here is happening as it always has happened during a war.

00:17:57.220 So Donald Trump came short of advocating for a regime change, which is wise.

00:18:03.920 But he's basically saying we're going to pound Iran into the ground.

00:18:08.380 You know, we've heard this before, we'll pave it over. 0.92

00:18:13.720 We'll send them back to the Stone Age. 1.00

00:18:16.300 That's what they said about Vietnam.

00:18:17.660 Remember that?

00:18:19.780 And he's fallen short of saying they're going to depose the current regime.

00:18:26.060 But he's basically saying unconditional surrender.

00:18:28.820 So what does that do for Iran?

00:18:30.160 If Iran is close to producing a nuclear bomb, that's going to make them work harder, because they're going to say, hey, North Korea produced a nuclear bomb, and the United States let them do it. 0.76

00:18:43.220 And now they no longer bother them.

00:18:45.200 So don't you think that's going to push Iran in the direction of nuclear weapons when you talk like that?

00:18:54.160 Of course it will.

00:18:56.700 But here's some very interesting conversation, led by Sagar and Jetty, with whom I used to work at the Daily Caller.

00:19:05.240 And I think this is a very reasonable conversation.

00:19:07.160 The reason I think that we're all doing this right now is, this is it.

00:19:11.440 You know, the dies cast.

00:19:12.800 Like, we're at war with Iran.

00:19:15.460 And there's really just no getting around that very simple statement.

00:19:19.180 So we have not declared war on Iran, and we are waiting for the White House to even muster the legal justification, though, if it exists, if they point to anything, it will be dubious at the very, very best.

00:19:32.600 I'm really glad you highlighted that, because that's something that I think we should all really spend a lot of time on.

00:19:37.120 I mean, this is one of the most extraordinary and aggressive independent unilateral actions launched by a president of the United States ever.

00:19:45.140 And I'm just, I'm struck by that.

00:19:47.840 I'm struck by, you know, in my opinion, just such a foolhardy decision, given, I mean, the consequences that are unfortunately very likely to come.

00:19:57.960 It has to be said, there's been turmoil, and there's been plenty of war in the Middle East since the creation of Israel in 1948.

00:20:06.320 And yes, many times Israel had to defend itself from its Arab neighbors. 0.52

00:20:12.040 But in every case, whether it's the 67 Six-Day War, the 73 Yom Kippur War, all of the other wars between Israel and Lebanon, and when they went into Lebanon to get the Palestinian Liberation Organization, it was always a proxy war.

00:20:32.500 The United States was never directly involved in a fight like this, in a war like this.

00:20:39.500 So we have thousands and thousands of U.S. service members.

00:20:44.320 You know, the Straits of Hormuz is at risk.

00:20:46.120 We have a naval base in Bahrain.

00:20:47.760 We have air bases and U.S. military bases in Iraq.

00:20:52.480 And yeah, I mean, I spent my whole career and I've met so many people who've suffered in the global war on terror.

00:20:58.500 And it's really just terrifying, you know, to think that we're right back and it's totally unnecessary.

00:21:05.640 And let me just explain some of how this went down, you know, just tracking from the beginning.

00:21:12.080 So first we had the revelation that Israel had bombed a bunch of sites in Iran.

00:21:18.100 The initial reaction from the Trump administration, from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, was to feign effectively surprise and say, oh, well, this was a completely unilateral action.

00:21:27.180 Very shortly thereafter, it became clear from Trump himself that he was claiming credit for it.

00:21:33.040 And they put out to the press that actually all of their recent attempts at diplomacy and the claim that they were going forward with this next round of nuclear diplomacy talks, that this was actually a ruse to create an ability for this Israeli surprise attack.

00:21:48.860 Since then, we've had this whole will they or won't they very reality show, you know, theater put on from Trump where he's seeking the advice from this one and different things are being leaked to the press and all sorts of misinformation.

00:22:03.780 And really, the propaganda effort kicks into full effect suddenly, even though our director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, at the end of March told us the Iranians are not close to a nuclear weapon, they are not pursuing a nuclear weapon.

00:22:22.180 The IAEA says the same thing.

00:22:24.280 We have no evidence that the Iranians are pursuing a nuclear weapon.

00:22:28.300 But suddenly, Trump and Fox News and CNN to a great extent as well, suddenly it's Iran is on the brink of a nuclear weapon. 0.54

00:22:37.780 This is taken as effectively a fact, very WMD, Iraq war. 0.76

00:22:43.580 The vibes are, you know, off the charts.

00:22:46.080 And so you get this drumbeat going.

00:22:48.920 And the question that he, the president of the United States, is asking the American people isn't, hey, do you want a regime change?

00:22:54.320 Which, based on the reporting, is what we have actually greenlit and the logic, you know, that we're headed on already.

00:22:59.680 I mean, even all the strikes in Tehran, there weren't nuclear facilities in Tehran.

00:23:03.640 So what are we doing there? 0.98

00:23:04.960 The question that's being asked of the American people from the president isn't, hey, do you want to get involved in another idiotic, disastrous, like morally atrocious, illegal regime change war? 0.99

00:23:15.680 It's Iran's about to have a nuke. 0.99

00:23:17.320 We can't we can't let him have a nuke.

00:23:19.140 And from there, the logic flows to this moment when we directly engage.

00:23:24.800 But I don't want anyone to be fooled by the idea that we weren't already involved, that this operation hadn't already been greenlit.

00:23:32.220 We know from Reuters, we know from Ken Klippenstein that the regime change operation had already been greenlit by Trump.

00:23:38.580 And I think a lot of the machinations that we've seen going back and forth over this ensuing time period has been mostly for show.

00:23:46.740 And, you know, this was this was the intention effectively all along.

00:23:50.980 And Crystal, just to add to that point real quickly, you said that, you know, as Tulsi Gabbard said, that the nuclear program was not up and running.

00:24:00.080 What she also said is that it had not been running since 2003.

00:24:05.000 Right.

00:24:05.520 Come any shut it down in 2003.

00:24:08.820 That's that's the intelligence assessment that it's that it has been dormant for more than 20 years.

00:24:15.200 And the intelligence community believed that it that it remained dormant.

00:24:18.660 I think there's one piece of news that I wanted to put up here that emerged today, which is relevant to this, which is Amwaj Media.

00:24:28.160 Really, really impressive.

00:24:29.860 They have a ton of like sources, like very close to like senior leaders in Iran.

00:24:35.520 They reported today that the Supreme Leader assembled what's called the as you see it here, the Assembly of Experts.

00:24:43.120 This is the in Iran's Constitution.

00:24:45.040 This is like how they and I'll scroll this up.

00:24:47.320 So if anybody wants to pause and like read this, like this is how they they determine their successor.

00:24:53.860 They've got this little 88 member clerical council.

00:24:56.620 They sit down, they come up with candidates that are going to replace the Supreme Leader and then they pick one and that becomes the new Supreme Leader.

00:25:04.740 So Khamenei is saying here, like, OK, this this might be it for me, like I'm going to take Israel and the United States at their word.

00:25:14.300 You know, after this hospital was hit yesterday, the day before, Israeli, Israeli President Herzog was saying, like, OK, Khamenei cannot live any longer.

00:25:24.780 And there have been all of these reports that Khamenei is going to be killed by the Israelis, but Trump has been holding him back.

00:25:30.940 We don't know whether or not we can believe any of this because, you know, we're in the fog of like intentional disinformation.

00:25:36.720 Intentional disinformation.

00:25:43.260 Yes, that's what exactly what I was referring to.

00:25:46.520 This is the fog of war.

00:25:49.120 And this is this is what happens.

00:25:51.220 This is a this is a fascinating little clip from Mike Benz, who I think a lot of you know is a former intel officer.

00:26:01.560 This guy really understands the machinations of the deep state.

00:26:09.360 And I'm just trying to find this for you here.

00:26:15.880 All right.

00:26:21.080 There we go.

00:26:23.220 Interesting.

00:26:23.740 What is happening right now is unbelievably identical to the plot of Top Gun Maverick, the Oscar nominated best picture of the year in 2022.

00:26:37.640 This has been an obsession of mine all week.

00:26:40.280 I've been meaning to make this video all week, and I just saw Fox News reference it last night.

00:26:45.580 So let me give you the proper treatment.

00:26:47.840 We're going to go through this scene by scene.

00:26:49.320 We're going to do a movie watch chronologically through the movie.

00:26:51.660 And as you watch these scenes, remember that the whole plot is to use Bunker Buster bombs using stealth bombers through the mountainous region of a Middle East country in order to blow up its nuclear plant.

00:27:06.160 Here's what the final scene looks like at the climax of the film, for example.

00:27:15.120 Bullseye, bullseye, bullseye.

00:27:17.200 Now, something troubled me when this movie first came out, and I'm just going to play this scene.

00:27:21.280 It's at the 19-minute mark of the movie where they're setting out the whole plot of why they're doing this operation.

00:27:28.240 The target is an unsanctioned uranium enrichment plant built in violation of a multilateral NATO treaty.

00:27:36.880 The uranium produced there represents a direct threat to our allies in the region.

00:27:40.920 Now, when I first watched this on an airplane in 2022 as just something to do to kill time, I thought that was a very strange plot choice because this whole operation to use Bunker Buster bombs and risk American lives to blow up a nuclear plant in the Middle East was because the nuclear plant represented a direct threat to our allies.

00:28:04.680 Like, the military generals did not even say it was a threat to the United States.

00:28:11.140 The operation was because the plant was a threat to our allies.

00:28:18.580 The uranium produced there represents a direct threat to our allies in the region.

00:28:23.900 So, again, the plot of the movie.

00:28:26.720 I find this just incredible.

00:28:28.260 I mean, how about all of you?

00:28:30.860 That's very true.

00:28:31.820 And I saw I saw this movie because probably one of the first people lying to watch it.

00:28:37.460 But I did think at the time, why is this not a direct threat to the United States?

00:28:43.020 And I think Mike Benz is quite right.

00:28:44.780 It's because the nuclear plant in the mountains of an undisclosed Middle East country represents a direct threat to our allies in the region.

00:28:55.180 They don't say it's to the United States.

00:28:56.880 I thought that was very, very strange to come at the 19-minute mark of a two-hour movie as they're setting up the whole plot.

00:29:04.840 The uranium produced there represents a direct threat to our allies in the region.

00:29:09.760 The Pentagon has tasked us with assembling a strike team and taking it out before it becomes fully operational.

00:29:15.140 So, again, the plot is the Pentagon has been tasked to set up a strike force to launch a preemptive strike against this facility to take it out before it becomes fully operational.

00:29:29.900 So, this is without a war being declared.

00:29:32.660 This is presumably without this country having launched an attack.

00:29:36.920 This is a preemptive strike against a facility that is doing nuclear uranium enrichment to take it out before it becomes fully operational.

00:29:46.760 That's just incredible.

00:29:52.920 And I think it's quite right.

00:29:54.000 Do you get the sense that we're watching a war unfold like it's reality TV?

00:29:59.260 This started essentially with the Gulf, the first Gulf War, when the media were on scene waiting for the war to start.

00:30:07.000 And it's very frightening how this is unfolding, because this is like a movie, except it's not.

00:30:14.940 People are going to perish in this exercise.

00:30:18.540 People are going to die in huge numbers.

00:30:22.380 And the bombs are real.

00:30:24.640 The despair, the carnage is real.

00:30:30.640 People are going to suffer on both sides, but largely right now on the side of Iran. 0.67

00:30:38.160 And they're not all evil people in Iran.

00:30:41.620 Yes, the government is not something we'd ever want to live under.

00:30:45.880 But the people have the right to live.

00:30:50.340 And they choose and make their own choices for whatever government they want.

00:30:56.240 And this is absolutely surreal.

00:30:59.380 That's all I can say.

00:31:00.820 I feel like these people behind it think this is all a game.

00:31:05.980 This is why I say the journalists love this.

00:31:08.000 Mainstream media journalists, they love the getting accreditation and going over.

00:31:12.400 And they lose all sense of objectivity as soon as they're on the ground.

00:31:16.880 And they stand around watching bombs drop like it's a firework show.

00:31:21.560 They've been doing that since the first Gulf War. 0.96

00:31:24.300 The Vietnam War, journalists were allowed to go out and cover it independently.

00:31:27.480 And, of course, that's the last time they were ever allowed to do that because they showed the war to people.

00:31:34.400 Every night, people watched soldiers being shot at and maimed.

00:31:39.940 And the violence and the mayhem and the chaos.

00:31:45.800 They saw it every night, sometimes while they were eating dinner on the 6 o'clock news, Walter Cronkite.

00:31:53.020 But the journalists were allowed to fashion their own narrative.

00:31:58.840 It wasn't one invented by, imposed by the Pentagon or the administration.

00:32:05.220 Yeah, they got daily briefings and they were lied to constantly about the body counts, about progress.

00:32:12.560 The end is near.

00:32:14.100 We can see light at the end of the tunnel.

00:32:15.840 And they knew it was lies.

00:32:18.140 And they reported that eventually.

00:32:20.920 But what we're seeing here in Iran is a continuation of this.

00:32:25.540 Let's co-opt the media because they just love the wars.

00:32:29.920 It's great for ratings.

00:32:31.620 Well, I'll tell you what.

00:32:32.240 It might be great for ratings until the whole superstructure collapses.

00:32:35.520 And we're left with death and destruction everywhere.

00:32:40.580 This is a former Russian intel agent who works in the United States now.

00:32:47.120 Her accent is very bizarre. 0.88

00:32:48.560 It's a combination of Bronx and Russian.

00:32:51.920 But she has some interesting observations to make about this war.

00:32:55.360 And I'll put her on for a couple of minutes here.

00:32:57.100 You have to understand why Iran wants a nuclear weapon.

00:33:04.780 And it is not for the reason that most Western commentators and so-called experts say that it does.

00:33:13.220 Iran does not want to destroy Israel.

00:33:16.940 Yes, they do say that periodically, right?

00:33:20.140 To galvanize their people, to keep that whole hatred going.

00:33:24.120 But they may be homicidal, but they are not suicidal.

00:33:32.300 The reason why they want to have a nuclear weapon.

00:33:36.800 And in fact, it's a good time for me to put in my intelligence analysis here.

00:33:42.180 My assessment is Iran already has a couple of hot ones, if you will, right?

00:33:47.700 Just a couple.

00:33:49.060 You can count on one hand.

00:33:51.960 And the reason is not to destroy Israel, is not to destroy America.

00:34:00.140 Now, this, nobody else has said this.

00:34:02.600 So I don't, I don't know how much credence to put into this.

00:34:05.580 I put this on just so you're aware that this, this woman is saying it.

00:34:10.680 And no, she's not a crank.

00:34:11.840 She's not a kook. 1.00

00:34:12.380 She has a genuine history of intel in the United States, as well as coming from Russia.

00:34:23.520 So she understands the situation.

00:34:25.720 So she's saying they have perhaps two or three nuclear bombs already.

00:34:31.940 I don't know if that's true.

00:34:33.640 However, if it is, this could become very horrible, very fast.

00:34:40.720 The reason is deterrence, to put the fear of God in domestic opposition, right?

00:34:50.000 That is the reason why most dictators want, not the Russian guy, not Putin, but people like Saddam Hussein. 0.68

00:35:00.980 Remember, he was himself kind of boasting that he had WMD.

00:35:06.860 The reason is, they want to appear 10 feet tall, okay, to preserve the regime's survivability.

00:35:17.440 They want to have that claim.

00:35:21.260 And also, they have huge egos, all of these dictators.

00:35:25.360 So nuclear weapons is a huge status symbol.

00:35:29.220 It signals to the rest of the world, you are a major power to be reckoned with.

00:35:36.860 And it is a security hedge, a security guarantee.

00:35:42.760 Why, you know, Putin is not afraid to really go after Ukraine.

00:35:48.540 Ukraine has no nuclear weapons.

00:35:52.200 Why President Biden did not originally, when he was in good cognitive condition,

00:35:59.100 which, you know, we don't know exactly when that time was,

00:36:03.260 but he was warning about nuclear Armageddon.

00:36:06.860 And he was not going to authorize long-range missiles to be given to Ukraine and to use against Russia.

00:36:16.300 It's because he knew, right, it's only at the end of his presidency,

00:36:20.520 when someone else was, you know, pulling the strings, that they did that.

00:36:25.560 So the same thing with Iran. 0.64

00:36:29.360 That is the reason why they want to have that news.

00:36:32.880 But the people who are driving this whole thing within President Trump's orbit,

00:36:39.420 within the intelligence community right now,

00:36:43.380 they either don't understand why Iran is driving that program,

00:36:51.480 or they understand and they deliberately want to sabotage President Trump's agenda,

00:36:57.700 and they want to cause this, you know, rip, this schism between the GOP and the MAGA people,

00:37:06.260 so that they can prove President Trump is not living by his promises, which got him elected.

00:37:14.440 Here we go.

00:37:15.380 Here's another foreign war. 0.97

00:37:16.980 You know, I don't know what really the rationale is,

00:37:19.580 but several things, like I said, do not add up.

00:37:23.320 And we can go through these things that don't add up.

00:37:27.160 Okay, but let me ask you, if you think that Iran already has nukes,

00:37:30.380 then aren't they justified in doing what they're doing?

00:37:33.280 I mean, if that's, if it's true that Iran already has them,

00:37:36.420 then they should have gone in, you know, using their logic,

00:37:39.660 they should have gone in yesterday, like way before now,

00:37:43.300 before they got those nukes, they should have gone in.

00:37:45.620 Because that was the, that's the whole point.

00:37:47.920 Like, that's what they're saying they're trying to do.

00:37:49.660 Who is justified?

00:37:50.680 Who is justified?

00:37:51.520 I'm sorry, I don't.

00:37:52.200 Well, the Israelis and the Americans apparently would be justified in going in and according 0.82

00:38:00.760 to their thinking, they're justified in going, because their whole thing is Iran can't have 1.00

00:38:05.340 a nuke.

00:38:05.880 A lot of us are saying, but they don't.

00:38:08.040 So what are you doing?

00:38:09.220 But if you're saying, but they do, then it seems to me like the Israelis, you know, 0.98

00:38:15.300 their intelligence and Trump right now and the people around him, the warmongers,

00:38:18.500 that they're, they're, they're right then.

00:38:21.460 And they're saying, we have to stop Iran from developing any more nukes and we have 0.63

00:38:25.920 to get the nukes that they already have.

00:38:27.960 Of course, they don't want to say, if they already have nukes, they wouldn't want to say

00:38:31.060 they already have nukes and we have to get the ones that they have, because that's very

00:38:34.020 scary.

00:38:35.060 Suddenly, if we find out that, wait a minute, Iran has nukes and you're going to wage war 0.97

00:38:38.560 with them, so they could actually drop a nuke.

00:38:41.080 That would be scary for the population.

00:38:43.060 So they maybe withhold that information.

00:38:44.860 But it seems that then their goal would be, we got to go in and prevent them from having

00:38:49.320 any more nukes and we got to get the couple that they have.

00:38:53.320 And then it would sound justified to their, to a lot of people.

00:38:59.460 So what I don't understand is the justification bit, because what is the actual, you know,

00:39:06.720 law or, or, or, or, or the document that says one, a country cannot have a nuclear weapon.

00:39:14.440 Right.

00:39:15.100 Right.

00:39:15.280 So, so, uh, then the second, uh, point I want to make is that is my analysis, right?

00:39:23.340 That I make it very differently in terms of, uh, how I look at things.

00:39:29.440 I do holistic analysis.

00:39:31.440 Uh, let me also nuance it.

00:39:35.200 When I say they got a couple, uh, the, the second part of my analytic, my primary analytic

00:39:41.680 line is that Iran does not have a scalable operational capability.

00:39:49.000 Yes, they can have like, what are a couple of notes can do, right?

00:39:53.860 It can, it can, it's a psychological weapon.

00:39:57.240 It is not a battlefield capability.

00:40:00.680 Yeah.

00:40:01.100 Okay.

00:40:01.580 And so the, the primary analytic line right now, or whomever that is, that is driving this

00:40:08.960 whole thing is, and I don't really know what their primary analytic line, because they're

00:40:14.660 not saying it, they haven't declassified it.

00:40:16.940 The, the one that I can tell you right now, and I can quote, and like I said, I went through

00:40:22.680 every single, uh, ICA, the intelligence community assessment that, uh, declassified national

00:40:29.920 intelligence assessment, which is signed off by 18 agencies in my former agency, DIA, the

00:40:36.400 defense intelligence agency.

00:40:37.760 And I will read to you exactly what that assessment says.

00:40:43.840 And that assessment says is we continue.

00:40:46.900 And I quote, this is a direct quote, uh, from the 2025, we continue to assess Iran is not building

00:40:56.000 a nuclear weapon.

00:40:57.440 And that harmony has not authorized the nuclear weapons program.

00:41:02.540 He suspended in 2003.

00:41:05.720 Okay.

00:41:07.760 All right.

00:41:09.000 So a little bit of contradiction there, but she holds up the possibility that Iran has

00:41:15.100 couple of nuclear weapons.

00:41:18.020 It's not, and one nuclear weapon is all you need to create a nuclear Holocaust in the Middle 0.99

00:41:25.920 East, because Israel has had nuclear weapons since the 1960s.

00:41:29.700 They've never publicly admitted it, but everybody knows it.

00:41:34.880 Yes.

00:41:35.300 Israel is a nuclear power. 0.97

00:41:37.040 The only one in the Middle East, apparently.

00:41:41.100 So what if Iran decides to just lob one over Israel? 0.87

00:41:44.500 Well, that will be the beginning of a nuclear war and it will enlarge very quickly.

00:41:50.180 And we still don't know if China is going to intervene.

00:41:52.640 Russia has got its hands full in Ukraine, but it could easily continue to send arms to Iran.

00:41:58.320 And it's already doing that.

00:41:59.900 So the situation is incredibly vulnerable.

00:42:04.840 And we have got to watch this every day.

00:42:09.240 And we're going to continue to do that.

00:42:10.700 Thank you so much for watching today as we did a little bit of international news, because

00:42:17.320 believe me, this will affect you a lot more than what Mark Carney's doing on the weekend.

00:42:23.520 And this is going to be the story that will dominate the news for either this conflict ends or engulfs

00:42:33.640 the world and then it's all over.

00:42:36.080 Thank you for watching.

00:42:37.320 I have been broadcasting live from Ottawa.

00:42:41.060 Have a happy Sunday.

00:42:43.920 Give your spouse, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, your kids a hug today and appreciate what this

00:42:51.380 planet still has.

00:42:52.620 And let's fight for peace.

00:42:54.400 Thanks for watching.
