Kamala Harris is running for president in 2020, and she's got a plan to solve the housing crisis in America. It's a plan that sounds a lot like our own Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's plan for solving the problem of housing.
00:01:26.700We're doing our best to get the truth out, to give you all the news you need to know.
00:01:30.860And I guess my perspective as a journalist with the Post Millennial, as well as being an independent journalist on YouTube and Rumble, it allows me to get some stories that otherwise we might not be getting in Canada.
00:01:47.520And what I found yesterday, I was writing yesterday for the Post Millennial, my Sunday shift, and discovered a Kamala Harris, Vice President Kamala Harris, who, of course, is the Democratic presidential nominee in the States, is starting to talk and act like our own Justin Trudeau.
00:05:48.760Presidents can't cut red tape and regulations at the state and local levels if they're instituted by state and local governments, which they are.
00:05:56.660And she knows California is knee-deep, well, elbow, neck-deep in red tape and regulations.
00:06:06.480This is clearly all rhetoric to sound like Donald Trump.
00:06:13.340Because we know what she usually sounds like in a minute.
00:06:16.100But let's just get to the end of this, because this rings completely hollow.
00:06:20.100And by the end of my first term, we will end America's housing shortage by building 3 million new homes and rentals that are affordable for the middle class.
00:06:41.480Once again, Justin Trudeau promises, fake promises of building millions of homes and apartment complexes.
00:06:53.760How are you going to make sure they actually go to working and middle class Americans?
00:07:14.200How are you going to make sure they actually go to working and middle class Americans?
00:07:22.200How are you going to make sure that they go to work?
00:07:23.380How are you going to make sure they are not just investors?
00:07:25.980How are you going to make sure that they are not just investors?
00:07:27.900Because, you know, some corporate landlords, some of them, buy dozens if not hundreds of houses and apartments.
00:07:34.700Then they turn them around and rent them out at extremely high prices.
00:07:39.440And it can make it impossible then for regular people to be able to buy or even rent a home.
00:07:47.460it is. Kamala Harris is very good at identifying the obvious. Yeah, what a brainwave, Kamala. Yeah,
00:07:56.180yes, that happens all the time. Just like when she was asked how she's going to fix inflation,
00:08:00.640she says, well, you know what inflation is? It's when you go to the grocery store and the price
00:08:05.840of eggs has gone up since last week. That's inflation. Now, she's actually packaging this
00:08:13.120faux populism and this Trudeau style housing policy in the hopes that it's somehow going to
00:08:20.740transcend everything Donald Trump is doing. But of course, we know, don't we, how Kamala Harris
00:08:27.140really feels about the future and what can be and be unburdened by what has been, you know,
00:08:33.800what can be unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened by what has been? What can be
00:08:43.660unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened by what has been? What we can see,
00:08:53.000what we believe can be unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened by what has been? What can be
00:09:00.200unburdened by what has been. What can be unburdened by what has been. Who we can be
00:09:07.580unburdened by who we have been. What can be unburdened by what has been. Where we can be
00:09:14.320unburdened by where we have been and unburdened by where we are right now. What can be
00:09:18.420unburdened by what has been. What can be unburdened by what has been. What can be
00:09:24.760unburdened by what has been what could be unburdened by what had been what can be
00:09:31.540unburdened by what has been yes i know it's painful to watch but it reminds you exactly
00:09:39.680how vacuous this presidential candidate can be now let's go back to this trudeau style communist
00:09:48.460government housing plan what do you think this is going to amount to now and the other thing is
00:09:53.480harris is actually suggesting that first-time homebuyers be given a taxpayer funded grant of
00:10:01.500twenty five thousand dollars this is like basic annual income so as soon as you give people twenty
00:10:07.740five thousand dollars to buy their first home the price of that first home is going to go up by twenty
00:10:12.360five thousand dollars it's no different than telling people hey we're going to give you twenty
00:10:16.680twenty thousand dollars a year or thirty thousand dollars a year or fifty thousand dollars a year
00:10:21.400for doing nothing but sitting on your behind that's called basic annual income or
00:10:27.060assured annual income is various various ways of putting it but it means essentially the government
00:10:32.920giving you money for doing nothing as soon as you do that that money becomes worthless because you're
00:10:39.540giving it away and it becomes inflationary so this plan to start giving first-time homebuyers twenty
00:10:46.440five thousand dollars is not only going to put the price of homes up it's going to be added
00:10:50.980inflation this will be inflationary fuel and this is absolutely insane
00:10:56.640so if you can read that post there this is how this is going to turn out is soviet block style housing
00:11:07.220that's what it comes down to remember how justin trudeau
00:11:12.880and this is an interesting prediction because this is exactly what the soviet union had
00:11:20.100for decades they had they had government money pouring into housing what did it amount to it amounted to
00:11:27.440block housing where people lived in overcrowded apartments that were allocated by the state you
00:11:34.740couldn't live where you wanted to and justin trudeau was saying the same thing of course
00:11:38.180if you're over 45 or 50 you shouldn't have a big house because you don't need a big house you don't
00:11:46.060have children anymore staying with you so you don't need a big house and that's exactly where
00:11:52.480kamala harris is going with this so we have this insanity donald trump has already labeled kamala harris
00:11:58.680and tim waltz her lefty running mate as bloody communist and that's exactly what they're proposing
00:12:05.480this is communist style housing and watch your branch out into other parts now nine years of
00:12:14.520justin trudeau we had the housing crisis is worse than ever i just talked to a guy the other day his
00:12:23.720daughter is renting an apartment in ottawa 1700 a month and she's lucky enough that it's not just a
00:12:33.940bachelor apartment some people are paying that for bachelor apartments mortgages are going sky high
00:12:38.540because and there's no housing in canada because we've allowed too many immigrants in mass immigration
00:12:45.340the united states of course has the same problem but they've had mass 25 million plus illegal immigrants
00:12:53.080flooding across the border and they have no place to stay so this compounds the housing crisis this
00:13:00.380makes the housing crisis that much worse because of illegal immigration and mass immigration which are
00:13:06.960the two twin factors that create a housing problem and because people don't want to build houses because
00:13:13.260of the regulation and because it's inflationary so this is what canada faces at the same time the united
00:13:20.860states is facing it what did justin trudeau do in the last budget you you recall 52.9 million
