00:00:00.000 Welcome back to another episode of Stand on Guard.
00:00:05.620 I'm your host, David Creighton.
00:00:06.560 Welcome to Sunday, August 18th.
00:00:10.920 Or is it the 19th?
00:00:12.000 No, just kidding.
00:00:13.680 And we're very happy to have you here.
00:00:15.660 It's a beautiful day wherever you are because we're still free.
00:00:20.700 How much longer, though?
00:00:22.160 How much longer?
00:00:23.600 That's the question I asked this morning.
00:00:25.880 So we are in a very precarious position in this country.
00:00:30.000 We need political change, but we also need to resolve to resist.
00:00:48.160 Yes, please ring that bell.
00:00:50.340 Smash that like button.
00:00:52.040 Give us a thumbs up, whatever you need to do to say we like this station because YouTube doesn't always.
00:00:58.100 Thank you so much for your support yesterday, watching that broadcast about monkeypox and the bird flu and influenza and all of that.
00:01:08.020 We need to discuss these things and we need to get the word out about all of this.
00:01:13.800 Censorship is a horrible thing, whether it's big tech or whether it's the Trudeau government or whether it's your local RCMP detachment.
00:01:24.100 Now, this really bothers me.
00:01:27.020 This story I saw this morning.
00:01:28.840 I was up at 530 this morning trying to put something together, thinking, what is interesting?
00:01:35.080 And I can't believe it.
00:01:37.300 My worst concerns, I don't say fear.
00:01:40.240 I'm not afraid.
00:01:42.700 They want us to be afraid.
00:01:44.060 But, you know, talking to Tamara Leach and Chris Barber this week in courtroom, these guys have been through hell and back as a result of standing up for freedom.
00:01:54.020 And they're not afraid.
00:01:54.840 They're still not afraid.
00:01:55.720 The government wants them to be afraid, but they're not.
00:01:58.160 And we cannot be afraid.
00:01:59.380 We have to fight back.
00:02:00.400 I want to show you the story.
00:02:01.560 It is just absolutely incredible.
00:02:05.360 BC woman arrested after racially offensive social media content.
00:02:10.800 You remember what we've been talking about?
00:02:14.060 What's happening in Britain over these riots?
00:02:18.680 Because people are disagreeing with the immigration policy of the government.
00:02:22.380 People are disagreeing with the two-tier justice system of Herr Kirstarmer.
00:02:29.480 Yeah, they're very upset about that.
00:02:32.120 And police are literally coming to the doors.
00:02:34.800 Now, I'm just going to read a little snippet from this because it's quite interesting.
00:02:40.420 It's quite, quite interesting.
00:02:44.060 Police say the woman was arrested on August 7th, but has since been released to appear in court at a later date.
00:02:52.780 Well, prosecutors consider several possible recommended charges.
00:02:57.460 Police declined to share the suspect's name or the accounts she allegedly used to make the post.
00:03:01.480 Okay, we know now it's, yeah, it's Arsian Polkisman, Corporal Carmen Geiner said the account on X was brought to the attention of police by concerned citizens.
00:03:13.480 So, in other words, the bloc political appointee decided to turn her in.
00:03:19.120 And members of the media, wonderful.
00:03:22.720 Members of the media who don't believe in free speech because they're being paid off by Justin Trudeau, decided to turn this woman in.
00:03:30.800 Over the last month, we've received numerous tips.
00:03:33.360 We've acted on all of them.
00:03:34.860 We're gathering all the information that we are receiving from the public as well as doing our own investigation, Carmen said.
00:03:41.400 How lazy ass can the cops get?
00:03:48.580 I mean, let's face it.
00:03:50.120 They sit around looking at social media posts instead of going out arresting criminal, real criminals.
00:03:57.180 They have become the bloody thought police in this country.
00:04:00.760 I mean, this, this is, this is absolutely outrageous.
00:04:05.340 Yes, I can't, I can't say that word enough.
00:04:09.880 This is just bloody outrageous.
00:04:12.120 You've got people come into your door.
00:04:13.840 You think it couldn't happen here?
00:04:15.340 Look what happened in the UK.
00:04:16.460 Let's, let's remind ourselves of this.
00:04:18.100 So, um.
00:04:19.180 What do you mean I can't have any alcohol?
00:04:21.020 Okay, well, I'll tell you.
00:04:22.640 Okay, the Times, uh, 223, 1440, arresting you on suspicion of improper use of the electronic communications network.
00:04:33.080 What?
00:04:33.240 What?
00:04:33.840 One, two, seven, the communications act, okay?
00:04:36.580 So you do not have to say that it may harm your defense if you don't mention one question, something which you later are in court.
00:04:42.020 Anything you do say may be given evidence.
00:04:43.780 Do you understand that?
00:04:45.140 So I'm actually being arrested?
00:04:46.380 You're going to be arrested, okay?
00:04:48.060 Right.
00:04:48.400 So you go up to the police station.
00:04:50.060 Right.
00:04:50.380 I'll tell you, okay, this is in relation to some comments that you've made on a Facebook page.
00:04:56.160 Oh, really, I'll say a Facebook crime, is it?
00:04:58.440 Okay.
00:04:59.200 Right.
00:04:59.500 So, we need to ask you some questions about that.
00:05:03.240 Have you got anything in your pockets, Stoss?
00:05:08.200 Um, I've got my keys.
00:05:10.900 I've got, no, I suppose it, I think, keys.
00:05:13.680 So, anyone who's been arrested, we can search them on the Section 32 and the police department level of fact.
00:05:19.580 Right.
00:05:19.960 And that's for dangerous items.
00:05:22.500 Hey, can you, I mean, you said I was going to be arrested under the, some what, information, but I'm going to be arrested for posting on Facebook?
00:05:31.580 I've made some comments that are offensive, obscene, and people have made complaints about that.
00:05:38.860 And it's, can you, can you tell me what this comment was?
00:05:42.320 All right.
00:05:43.620 Do you see the correlation here?
00:05:46.000 This grandfather in the UK is getting arrested because of a Facebook crime because they received complaints from some of the local residents.
00:05:56.940 And this is exactly what happened to this woman in Chile.
00:05:58.860 And I don't know what she posted.
00:06:00.460 And you know, I'm the last one to ever encourage people to post stupid things on the, on the internet, racist things, things that are, that are blatantly designed to create division and hate.
00:06:12.600 And the last one that does that, I, I like to create discussion.
00:06:16.300 I like to create people.
00:06:17.480 I like to create debate.
00:06:20.060 So I don't know what this woman posted exactly, but I sure as hell don't want the RCMP deciding what's socially acceptable or my neighbor down the street who doesn't like me.
00:06:29.760 Cause maybe I, maybe the grass wasn't cut on time to go and report me.
00:06:34.160 And this is what happened to this poor guy in England.
00:06:36.180 And this is what happened in Chilliwack.
00:06:37.620 So what's happening here is,
00:06:42.600 And soon she'll be able to walk and talk like a rat.
00:07:12.600 A regular lady.
00:07:14.340 What we're going to do is you want to pop yourself up.
00:07:16.300 We're just going to search.
00:07:17.620 We need the glasses.
00:07:18.580 Yeah.
00:07:18.880 Search you.
00:07:19.660 To come with you.
00:07:20.520 My glasses.
00:07:21.360 Yeah.
00:07:21.800 Do you want to take them with you?
00:07:22.840 Don't forget your glasses.
00:07:23.980 It might be the last time you ever see them.
00:07:25.840 But that is, it's happening in Canada.
00:07:28.540 If you think it can't happen here.
00:07:30.380 Yeah, it can.
00:07:31.280 And we're going to get to,
00:07:32.060 the UK actually wants to extradite you back like you ever lived there.
00:07:37.080 They want to bring you back to the UK to stand trial.
00:07:40.620 If you're part of the thought crime.
00:07:42.600 If you're part of the Facebook crime syndicate that they're after.
00:07:47.140 And we'll get to that in a minute.
00:07:48.840 But this is how serious these boobs in England are.
00:07:53.080 These so-called judges.
00:07:55.900 The justice system is working hand in hand with the police to intimidate people who dare to post anything on Facebook that might ruffle the feathers of Herr Kier Starmer and his communist government.
00:08:13.960 We've been committed for sentence, having pleaded guilty to an offence of publishing written material, which is threatening, abusive or insulting, intending thereby to stir up racial hatred.
00:08:30.600 The context of your offending is that it arises out of the civil unrest and disorder in many parts of the United Kingdom.
00:08:43.540 On the night of the 2nd and 3rd of August, the Britannia Hotel in Leeds was attacked by people who threw missiles, which damaged windows.
00:08:56.840 What? Heat-seeking missiles?
00:08:58.480 The police were called and on the 3rd of August, the hotel was locked down for the protection of those who were living there.
00:09:05.400 At the time, there were 210 occupants, many of whom were foreign refugees and asylum seekers.
00:09:17.320 Similar attacks to the hotel were launched on the 4th of August.
00:09:22.760 The police attended on each occasion and units were deployed to safeguard the hotel and to provide an increase in the police presence in the area.
00:09:35.400 In between the two attacks, you took to social media in order to encourage others towards participation in the attacks upon the hotel.
00:09:50.920 As is recognised on your behalf, this offence is so serious that an immediate custodial sentence is unavoidable.
00:10:01.080 Would you stand, please?
00:10:02.100 The sentence that I pass has been reduced by one-third to reflect your guilty plea.
00:10:10.320 The sentence is one of 20 months' imprisonment.
00:10:13.940 You will serve up to one-half of your sentence in custody before you are released on licence.
00:10:20.880 If you fail to abide by the conditions of your licence, you can be returned to prison to serve some or all of the remainder of the custodial term.
00:10:33.180 The victim surcharge will apply and I will make a collection order.
00:10:37.440 Okay, look at this supercilious, butt-licking judge.
00:10:43.460 Sentenced this guy to prison for a social media crime.
00:10:48.220 Now, I know I've shown that video before, but it's unbelievable.
00:10:52.760 You need to see it again and again and again because this is what's happening now in Canada.
00:10:58.560 We're not even having riots in the streets.
00:11:01.200 But the RCMP decided to pick up this woman because they deemed what she was doing to be offensive.
00:11:06.740 Racially offensive.
00:11:08.400 Discriminatory.
00:11:09.840 And they won't even say why.
00:11:11.800 They won't even say what the material was.
00:11:15.120 Of course you're going to imagine the worst.
00:11:17.020 Oh my God, she must be some kind of Nazi.
00:11:19.020 We have no idea what she's promoting.
00:11:22.480 But I sure as hell, I'll say it again, I don't want the local RCMP detachment coming to anybody's door and suggesting,
00:11:32.460 you're committing a social media crime and we have to arrest you for it.
00:11:38.240 These, you know, I'm sick of the cops doing this.
00:11:41.900 Let's face it.
00:11:43.240 I supported the police all of my professional life.
00:11:47.460 I was in the military, I was in uniform, I had shared values with police forces, the RCMP, provincial police forces, local police forces.
00:11:56.940 And a lot of them, of course, do their job well.
00:12:02.280 But let's face it.
00:12:03.300 When the cops were arresting our political opponents, when it was all about arresting people suspected of being communists or leftists or hippies
00:12:13.760 or some kind of deviantists or some kind of seditious people, we kind of said, you know, that's okay because I don't like those people.
00:12:27.140 We let them get away with it.
00:12:28.600 Now it has turned on its head and the police are going after ordinary Canadians who disagree with woke, leftist, progressive ideas from the Trudeau government.
00:12:44.660 That's what the cops are targeting now.
00:12:47.180 And now we realize, hey, just like that famous saying from Nazi Germany where the guy says, when they came for the communists, I said nothing because I wasn't a communist.
00:12:57.740 When they came for the socialists, I said nothing because I wasn't a socialist.
00:13:01.500 When they came for the Jews, I said nothing because I wasn't a Jew.
00:13:04.480 When they came for me, there was no one left to say anything for me.
00:13:10.080 And that's exactly what's happened here.
00:13:13.840 They have turned their focus from the traditional opponents to people who simply disagree and who want to exercise their free speech.
00:13:23.360 You and I are the enemy now of many police forces in Canada.
00:13:28.620 We are the enemy of the Trudeau government.
00:13:30.920 Thank you.
00:13:35.920 Thank you very much.
00:13:38.460 I see we have a goku nani.
00:13:42.820 We just, yes, I appreciate that very much.
00:13:45.400 Thank you.
00:13:45.720 Thank you for your support because we need to fight this.
00:13:49.820 And I, you know, I say I want the police not to be going after people for what they think or what they say.
00:13:57.340 The police are there to arrest criminals, real criminals, for committing real crimes, not social media crimes.
00:14:04.060 We have crossed the line in this country and it's unacceptable.
00:14:07.500 And you think it can't happen in Canada?
00:14:09.500 Well, it just did.
00:14:10.120 And this is why this story this morning is seminal.
00:14:14.760 It's groundbreaking and it's earth shaking because it can happen and it is happening in Canada, just like it's happening in the UK.
00:14:22.120 What else is happening in the UK?
00:14:24.220 Craziness.
00:14:25.640 UK police commissioner threatens to extradite and jail Americans or Canadians for social media posts.
00:14:35.140 I found this absolutely ridiculous.
00:14:37.560 And I just read a bit from this story here.
00:14:40.120 London Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley has issued a warning that American citizens and others in the world could face legal consequences for social media posts that violate UK laws, leading to extradition to their country.
00:14:56.720 We will throw the full force of the law at people.
00:14:59.000 And whether you're in this country committing crimes on the streets or committing crimes from further afield online, we will come after you, Rowley stated.
00:15:10.120 Oh, when he was asked by a reporter about people such as Elon Musk and dealing with people who are whipping up this kind of behavior from behind the keyboard, who may be in a different country, Rowley answered the reporter, affirming his position to pursue legal ramifications for others.
00:15:28.620 These people are evil for suggesting now we're going to extradite people back to England, even if you never lived there.
00:15:42.720 It totally redefines the meaning, the definition of the word extradite.
00:15:46.520 But watch this great clip.
00:15:50.660 I rarely play a whole clip, but this is from the Jimmy Doors show yesterday.
00:15:56.460 Now, Jimmy used to be just a left wing comedian who I probably never would have listened to.
00:16:00.900 The pandemic transformed his politics.
00:16:04.300 He's now a no nonsense guy who just doesn't want to take BS from any corner.
00:16:09.960 And he's a fierce advocate of free speech.
00:16:13.880 The funny thing about this, and it is, it's hilarious.
00:16:16.320 It's a great skit.
00:16:17.320 Now, this is a parody.
00:16:18.720 You think it's real.
00:16:20.140 That's what makes it scary.
00:16:21.960 You think this was real because that's where we are in the world right now.
00:16:28.360 This isn't a real police officer on the phone with him.
00:16:31.640 It's an actor.
00:16:32.380 But the actor is saying exactly what real police officers in the UK and increasingly in Canada are saying.
00:16:42.780 We're going to lock you up for what you're saying.
00:16:47.060 This is, it's just hilarious.
00:16:49.300 What makes this chilling is that it's parody.
00:16:52.600 But it's not because it's real in Canada right now.
00:17:02.300 It's real.
00:17:04.180 And that's what makes this clip chilling because this could be a real police officer.
00:17:09.940 Let's listen.
00:17:10.880 Please watch the whole clip because it's not, it's funny, but it's also chilling.
00:17:18.320 We ask the questions around here, but if you must know, this is a British police chief.
00:17:24.580 Yeah, let's get to the beginning here.
00:17:25.580 We ask the questions around here, but if you must know, this is a British police chief.
00:17:30.900 A British police chief calling me?
00:17:34.860 Right.
00:17:36.040 Can you be more specific?
00:17:38.600 This is Chief Constable Nigel Dudley of the Municipal Police of Wolverhampton, Chiefs Forb-Upon-Stoke.
00:17:45.980 Is this Jimmy Dore?
00:17:48.320 Yes, it is.
00:17:50.140 I have some questions for you, sir, and I would strongly suggest you remember that this is an ongoing police investigation.
00:17:57.460 Several days ago, did you or did you not repost, formally retweet, a post, formally tweet,
00:18:03.260 dated August 9th of this year from an ex-account called The Vigilant Fox,
00:18:08.260 stating that 3,300 people have been arrested for social media posts in the UK in the past year
00:18:13.540 and implying that Russia has a more free society than the UK.
00:18:16.920 I did.
00:18:17.860 Yes, I did.
00:18:20.740 Well, that was one of the easier confessions I've obtained.
00:18:25.260 Mr. Dore, you're in violation of several counts of the UK social media code,
00:18:29.160 and we need you to report to station immediately for arrest.
00:18:31.520 Your police station in England?
00:18:34.740 I live in Los Angeles.
00:18:37.460 I do believe they still have airplanes.
00:18:39.760 Last I checked.
00:18:40.820 I think the more important point is that I'm an American and not a Brit.
00:18:44.500 Sir, if you think you can sit across the pond and violate our laws and get away with it,
00:18:50.720 you are gravely mistaken.
00:18:52.340 In case you didn't realize, our nation and yours have an extradition treaty,
00:18:56.180 so the posting of misleading information will have real consequences for you Americans.
00:19:01.440 This can't be for real.
00:19:03.320 You must be joking.
00:19:04.400 You're jailing people for posting misleading information about the riots in the UK?
00:19:09.600 Oh, yes.
00:19:12.360 With stiff sentences, too, I might add.
00:19:14.240 Right.
00:19:15.560 I see online that there have been arrests for social media posts,
00:19:19.540 but the articles never state what exactly the posts were.
00:19:24.000 Well, of course not, you daft bit.
00:19:26.880 Then we'd have to arrest whoever wrote the news article for spreading misleading information.
00:19:32.260 If someone spreads misleading information and then you say what they said,
00:19:37.220 what do you mean?
00:19:38.460 Does that sound familiar?
00:19:39.900 You never really know what the posts were.
00:19:42.260 Do or not, you yourself are spreading misleading information.
00:19:45.820 This is insanity.
00:19:47.340 You know that, right?
00:19:48.180 Don't you have freedom of speech over there?
00:19:50.100 Freedom of the press?
00:19:52.380 Well, of course we have these things,
00:19:53.840 and we've had them much longer than you have, I might add.
00:19:56.640 But just because we have freedom of speech
00:19:58.760 doesn't mean the government can't control what people say.
00:20:01.920 Well, yes, it does, actually.
00:20:03.660 It absolutely does mean that.
00:20:06.100 Well, perhaps in your juvenile American grasp of the concept,
00:20:09.460 here in the UK we have a sophisticated, nuanced approach to the topic,
00:20:13.340 which allows us to imprison people for sharing videos on Facebook.
00:20:18.340 How can sharing a video be misleading information?
00:20:22.060 It's literally a visual depiction of something that happened.
00:20:26.320 Not if it incites racial hatred.
00:20:29.560 Another arrow in our law enforcement quiver.
00:20:31.920 If you are white and share a video of migrants rioting, say,
00:20:35.320 then it is off to jail view, because that's racist.
00:20:38.660 And as Director of Public Prosecution, Stephen Parker, pointed out on the BBC,
00:20:42.500 even if you shared such content to warn people in the area where the video was taken,
00:20:46.520 that's still racist.
00:20:47.640 You will still be prosecuted.
00:20:49.300 This is unbelievable.
00:20:50.220 This is what the police do all day over there?
00:20:53.940 No, no, not just.
00:20:55.860 UK law enforcement proudly brings its heavy hand down upon these vile rioters themselves.
00:21:01.740 Why, just recently, a 42-year-old woman named Leanne Hodgson was jailed for two and a half years
00:21:06.480 for repeatedly pushing industrial bins at a police line in Sunderland.
00:21:11.440 Industrial bins?
00:21:12.720 A large trash can, essentially.
00:21:15.860 Oh, so a middle-aged woman is going to prison for two years
00:21:19.080 because she tossed a trash can at police in riot gear during a riot.
00:21:24.700 Right.
00:21:25.980 Are you worried at all that the UK is turning into a police state?
00:21:30.540 I assure you the last members of a society to worry about the slide into fascism are law enforcement.
00:21:38.780 Rising sea levels worldwide don't concern the fish.
00:21:41.920 Unbelievable.
00:21:44.080 But to answer your earlier question,
00:21:45.860 yes, the vast majority of the police force is dedicated to combating online hooliganism.
00:21:52.080 We have pulled our best veteran bobbies off the streets, placed them in front of a laptop,
00:21:55.960 and instead of fighting actual crime, they are scouring social media for this tasteful posts and comments.
00:22:01.660 Police work at its finest.
00:22:03.500 Oh, yes, truly.
00:22:06.240 Allow me to hold the phone up to the social media task force room
00:22:09.320 so you can hear firsthand the grinding wheels of justice
00:22:12.240 as our men in yellow react to what is said in Facebook groups.
00:22:16.160 Here.
00:22:17.820 What's all this then?
00:22:19.120 What's all this then?
00:22:21.060 What's all this then?
00:22:22.280 What's all this then?
00:22:24.180 What's all this then?
00:22:25.960 As you can hear, Mr. D'Or,
00:22:30.040 the force is not to be trifled with in the United Kingdom.
00:22:42.040 Yes, clearly.
00:22:44.960 Right.
00:22:46.000 So, now that you realize what you're up against,
00:22:48.940 can we expect your surrender?
00:22:52.420 I'll get right on that.
00:22:53.720 How much time do you think I'm going to be doing for my crime?
00:22:58.380 Well, it's not for me to say,
00:22:59.840 but I'd suspect somewhere between 15 and 20 months,
00:23:03.120 depending on how much you grovel to a man wearing a powdered wig.
00:23:06.540 How much time would I serve if I said it?
00:23:08.940 It seems to me that the people of a country ought to have some say about the country's immigration policy,
00:23:14.720 or at least have the freedom to express their displeasure with it.
00:23:19.800 Well,
00:23:21.240 anyway,
00:23:23.680 and he goes on to say that he has to get off the phone because he has to track a 12-year-old who's been suspected of hate crimes or social media crimes.
00:23:35.320 This is chilling because it's exactly what could happen.
00:23:40.860 Yes, that was an actor there.
00:23:42.560 This is a bit of a war of the worlds phenomenon.
00:23:44.680 A lot of people are watching that and saying,
00:23:46.100 my God,
00:23:46.500 that's a real police officer.
00:23:48.440 It's not.
00:23:49.420 Jimmy Dore made it quite clear that that's an actor.
00:23:51.860 But the actor is saying things that could be said by real people,
00:23:56.980 by a real police officer.
00:23:57.940 Because that's how crazy the atmosphere now is in the UK.
00:24:03.640 And it's that way in Canada.
00:24:05.600 We have psychotic people writing the laws in this country.
00:24:09.860 People who hate free speech.
00:24:11.620 People who want you to be muzzled,
00:24:13.440 to be silenced.
00:24:14.860 And that little skit was more real than a lot of the news that you see on the mainstream media,
00:24:23.000 which is applauding this.
00:24:25.500 Who turned this woman in?
00:24:27.120 In Chilliwack?
00:24:28.780 Her neighbors?
00:24:29.660 And the local media?
00:24:32.160 That's what we're up against.
00:24:34.540 I'll leave it at that for today.
00:24:36.040 Thank you so much for watching.
00:24:37.600 I will be back tomorrow with more of the news that you need to know.
00:24:44.320 Until then, God bless you.
00:24:46.040 Have a wonderful Sunday.
