00:00:00.000 is the question is not whether how i react but um what do we do and my answer to that is head down
00:00:22.040 welcome back to another episode of stand on guard i'm your host david creighton happy saturday hope
00:00:26.940 you're having a good weekend so far so it just began and did you ever think melanie jolie and
00:00:32.620 ostriches would have anything in common i didn't but here we're we found some commonality there
00:00:40.820 so we'll be right back with more of the news you need to know here on stand on guard and i'm your
00:00:46.780 host david creighton broadcasting live from on
00:00:49.620 the prime minister lied and his minions continue to your home is your castle we're calling on the
00:01:00.720 government to introduce and immediately pass the stand on guard law
00:01:05.740 but we also need to resolve to resist
00:01:11.120 we'll do it live okay well no we'll do it live i can i'll write it and we'll do it live
00:01:23.880 yeah that was bill o'reilly of course from his uh earlier days you know i've never watched bill's
00:01:34.520 broadcast and i probably should put it on because i used to watch the factor every day before
00:01:40.720 you know everything went to hell over there at fox news was with bill and anyway got a lot of stuff
00:01:47.280 to discuss with you this morning i want to i want to discuss the before we get back to the ostriches
00:01:52.460 and there won't be a single show until this crisis is resolved and i believe it's going to be resolved
00:01:59.180 for justice i still believe that i tell katie that every day and i believe it's going to be resolved
00:02:05.900 for the family for the farm for katie for the ostriches not for the government and i'm going
00:02:12.740 to fight for that and like i say i'm still contemplating whether or not i can do that from
00:02:16.000 here or or i need to go but we will let you know and thank you uh leanne this morning for
00:02:22.060 asking how much i think i'm going to need and i'll i'll be looking into it today what i'm trying to do
00:02:28.800 is get an interview with the cfia for next week and details to follow but let's have a look
00:02:38.640 at what's going on with doug ford's little commercial ad here which has caused all kinds of grief and
00:02:47.420 anger from u.s president donald trump it's usually on the eve of the trade negotiations it's usually mark
00:02:57.120 carney who does something or says something stupid remember remember the time he turned up at a gay
00:03:03.760 pride parade on the sunday before the talks donald trump was not very impressed ready for all nations
00:03:10.960 is rejecting protectionist legislation and promoting fair and free competition america's jobs and growth
00:03:19.040 are at stake
00:03:27.120 that seems to be a fairly innocuous ad the ronald reagan foundation has come out and said it's an
00:03:36.720 inaccurate depiction of reagan's views it's not actually anyone who remembers ronald reagan he was
00:03:44.320 and is my favorite u.s president as much as i like donald trump there are times i i really
00:03:50.400 really have trouble with donald trump but you know i'm 90 90 of the time i love what he's doing
00:03:57.280 they said other 10 sometimes gets in the way but reagan i i love i was a true believer with reagan
00:04:03.120 and reagan was a free trader there's no question about that and free trade was a conservative
00:04:10.960 tenant in the 80s if you were a conservative small c conservative or even a large c conservative canada
00:04:18.240 or a republican in the united states you believed in free trade that was as much as you believed in
00:04:25.120 a strong national defense on on free enterprise on a free market you believe in free trade so
00:04:34.160 i'm not sure why there's there's increasing confusion over that but but there certainly seems to me
00:04:39.280 and so here's doug ford trying to explain his way out of this one uh i heard that the president heard
00:04:44.800 our ad uh i'm sure he wasn't too happy but it's real because it was coming from the best president
00:04:50.800 the country's ever seen ronald reagan so it it is it's it's very effective it's probably one of the
00:04:57.440 best ads i've ever seen and it's coming from ronald reagan's voice and it's going to be focused uh on
00:05:03.440 right across the the country but also in republican held areas because what i feel the reagan republicans
00:05:11.680 are going to be fighting with a maga group and let's hope uh reagan republicans
00:05:18.480 and so this is interesting i'll get right back to it but here's mark carney's response to the whole
00:05:25.440 thing 30 seconds of a scrum and i'll do my best to translate
00:05:32.240 all right mark carney just said he's going to asia to discuss trade and economic issues with
00:05:46.640 our asian partners that's what he said but he's got no time put the tall or anything else so there he
00:05:57.840 is traveling around asia now apparently oblivious to what's going on here in canada refusing to do
00:06:05.840 anything about the slaughter potential slaughter of hundreds of ostriches and we'll get to that later
00:06:12.560 the number i find a little bit difficult to determine right now what the correct number should be
00:06:21.120 but we're fearful we're concerned that the number has dropped substantially now katie
00:06:28.480 the sydney has told me repeatedly that she is concerned the numbers are dropping and things are going on in
00:06:34.400 the night and we'll get into some specifics of that but you remember how it used to be with
00:06:45.680 our relationship with the united states these are the healthy on days
00:06:51.040 with brian mulrooney and ronald reagan at the shamrock summit i think it was in quebec city yeah
00:07:04.400 not
00:07:08.720 of
00:07:13.120 oh
00:07:24.560 now what's the reality of canada's economic
00:07:54.560 factors right now it's very bad news
00:07:59.360 brampton's bleeding jobs to the u.s all of these electric vehicle plants are going belly up
00:08:09.500 there is no market for electric vehicles we have i shouldn't say we and i won't say invested
00:08:16.960 the federal government has squandered your tax dollars on electric vehicle plants
00:08:23.120 so the plants are closing even though more than 10 billion subsidy package from federal and
00:08:33.480 provincial governments to secure canada's foothill in the electric vehicle supply chain
00:08:37.720 despite these commitments stelantis confirmed this month it will restart its dormant
00:08:43.820 belvedere plant in the u.s and abandon compass production in canada citing donald trump's new
00:08:50.060 25 percent tariff on canadian autos as a deciding factor and so is the fact that market has dried
00:08:54.860 up gm to end electric van production at cammy plant in ingersoll ontario
00:09:00.020 it's not all because of tariffs it's because there's no market for electric cars
00:09:04.380 american truck maker to end canadian production of trucks sold in u.s expects 300 layoffs
00:09:11.640 this is catastrophic especially for people living in ontario the car industry has been a mainstay of
00:09:20.600 the economy here for literally 60 70 years
00:09:24.640 ryan williamson over 5 500 private sector jobs cut in canada in just four weeks
00:09:34.600 gm imperial oil scotia bank molson cn rail into vista that's the reality of what we're facing here
00:09:45.820 in this country
00:09:47.360 and it's not good news i want to show this before we get on to the birds which of course is where we end up
00:09:57.540 every day on this show because i keep saying this is this story has become symbolic of
00:10:06.920 canada losing its way economically politically socially and morally
00:10:14.140 canada has lost its way in so many ways this is a great little clip from ronald reagan since we're
00:10:21.840 talking reagan i thought we we'd add this on here profoundly once said many years ago that if
00:10:27.240 fascism ever comes to america it'll come in the name of liberalism what is fascism fascism is
00:10:33.000 private ownership private enterprise but total government control and regulation
00:10:37.600 well isn't this the liberal philosophy the conservative so-called is the one that says
00:10:42.580 less government get off my back get out of my pocket and let me have more control of my own destiny
00:10:50.020 not what we're getting with mark carney is it that fact the fascist element the classically defined
00:11:00.680 fascism as a corporatist state where the government allows private enterprise to function but it puts
00:11:07.780 massive regulation and control on that private enterprise so it's not really free enterprise it's
00:11:14.020 crony capitalism this is what mark carney stands for he's made i i don't know how many
00:11:19.700 tens hundreds of millions of dollars as in a private fortune based on his
00:11:25.160 his government connections he's made his money in the private sector but as a result of government
00:11:34.600 connection and that is what this man is all about now of course the cfia issued and we we showed this
00:11:41.920 last night the show was over by the time katie had put up her rebuttal we're going to show both of
00:11:48.940 those but before we do i want to show you this where's the science in this ostrich i keep saying
00:11:57.180 this every day because on january 2nd the farmers received an email from a cfi agent stating their
00:12:06.600 animals qualified for a depopulation exemption this is i've told katie talk about this every day
00:12:12.200 because the cfia has never explained why they rescinded this depopulation what a euphemism hey
00:12:21.140 depopulation exemption because the ostriches were were considered the rare and valuable
00:12:27.960 genetics the email included a distinct unit request package a depopulation exemption form which they
00:12:35.400 were asked to complete and prevent the ostriches from being called on january 10th eight days later
00:12:39.160 the farmers received official correspondence from the cfia delay denying denying sorry denying their
00:12:44.700 requests for a depopulation exemption stating they did not meet the criteria for unique and rare genetics
00:12:51.300 they were also reminded that the call order remained in effect requiring them to destroy and dispose of all
00:12:57.680 ostriches by february 1st in the email the cfi stated this decision is filed and not subject to appeal
00:13:04.740 so what is the world animal world organization for animal health whoa great acronym for them what is
00:13:15.600 their theory of change transform reflects a broader vision to ensure viable safe poultry production that
00:13:23.480 meets future market and animal welfare demands and it's resilient to disease threats in a changing
00:13:29.800 climate this includes changing practices and policies by building partnerships and networks sharing
00:13:36.880 knowledge to support poultry farmers and traders in all contexts strengthening public and private
00:13:44.380 veterinary services and supporting targeted research which is what universal ostrich farms was doing
00:13:49.640 targeted research to provide cost effective interventions laboratory capacities needed to ensure accurate diagnosis
00:13:57.700 in multiple species
00:13:59.440 more whereas the science the free status may be regained after a minimum period 28 days
00:14:07.140 these ostriches are are are are approaching one the one year mark
00:14:14.160 so they they've more than surpassed the 28 day mark
00:14:19.760 so this is according to the world organization for animal health which the cfia reputedly and reportedly
00:14:31.000 according to them they follow the regulations and dictates of this globalist entity which of course
00:14:38.980 is a lot less onerous than you know so we've we've seen these and
00:14:47.360 yeah so where's the science my friends yes where is the science there is no science now
00:14:57.960 i want to get to my x page here i'm going to share this with you for a while
00:15:03.180 there's some really good stuff on here but we'll have to get
00:15:07.520 we have to get back
00:15:10.160 we had such technical problems yesterday i apologize for that
00:15:16.600 you know one of the shows youtube crashed in the middle of it
00:15:20.620 but we're doing okay today
00:15:23.060 i want to share the screen with you
00:15:26.620 so i didn't know well i guess we'll show this one first okay
00:15:32.980 we showed you this last night this is from the canadian food inspection agencies
00:15:37.080 ongoing presence at the edgewood bc hostage firm to me it's highly debatable why they're still there
00:15:43.240 that why this ought the why this warrant to search automatically was extended
00:15:48.520 when you read it they should have had to apply for an extension
00:15:53.640 they did nothing on wednesday when this
00:15:57.380 when this warrant expired the rcmp and the cfi told people well it's automatically extended we don't have to do anything
00:16:08.140 i if you read the document and we've shared that with you extensively i don't buy that
00:16:14.220 but here's some of the incredible statements made
00:16:19.040 the cfi estimates that there are between 300 and 330 birds on the farm okay is there anybody
00:16:28.480 in the cfia death squad among these goons who are on the farm can anybody add
00:16:35.440 is it are they capable of doing like fingers and thumbs arithmetic can they add up how many
00:16:42.180 ostriches are there uh if there's if there's 300 or 330 can you can you tell me exactly not somewhere
00:16:49.260 between a range of 300 and 330 i think even the cfia people can probably add up the number of birds
00:16:58.340 on that farm yeah it might be hard might take maybe a half an hour but i think they can do it
00:17:04.640 but they're refusing to do that here's what you know they're also saying here
00:17:12.180 incredible one bird died of a pre-existing condition that's nonsense
00:17:18.860 the the electrolytes were not provided to the farm to the to the birds they were they were dumped
00:17:26.600 we saw the video of that they were dumped far away from the bird having access to them and they
00:17:33.300 watched the bird die zero birds have been euthanized by the cfia okay
00:17:38.400 depends how you define euthanize
00:17:43.240 and i think they're defining this in a very particular sense
00:17:48.720 like they're lit they would literally be injecting the birds with a lethal
00:17:53.040 dose of something or strangling the bird or god knows what else they would think of
00:18:00.500 but what if birds are dying through deliberate neglect through systemic systemic and systematic
00:18:10.160 cruelty maltreatment that's not euthanasia by definition but the birds are still dying i believe
00:18:18.640 the birds are dying and i think that's why they refuse to tell you how many birds are there
00:18:23.560 okay zero dead birds have been removed from the farm by the cfia okay but you admit one bird died
00:18:31.900 since you've been there so what happened to the carcass
00:18:35.420 listen to me folks what happened to the carcass if it was not removed
00:18:41.680 are they getting rid of the birds on the site and just disposing of the refuse in these blue bins
00:18:49.640 in these dumpsters we've gone through this this to me is integral
00:18:53.900 and i'm gonna i i got an email last night about this but i'm gonna go to to katie's response to this now
00:19:02.320 and because i think it's
00:19:08.020 you know like i said i katie put this out last night
00:19:11.680 and i encouraged her to get it out there far and wide it's on her facebook i'm putting it out
00:19:16.240 everywhere because i think it's an excellent rebuttal
00:19:19.540 and i think people need to read this so i'm going to go back to my sharing the screen here
00:19:28.180 before i do that i want to read this letter i got from one of one of my viewers
00:19:34.140 he says i have been following the he said dear hello david i have been following the ostrich seg
00:19:41.020 almost since the beginning i have never seen such insanity super save and that's that of course is
00:19:45.980 the company where the trash is being taken from the gravel pit and then taken to this private company
00:19:55.480 and included with their trash now we believe it's going to a to the local landfill but that's what i'm
00:20:02.720 asking people to figure out for me he said super save is a weak chain a weak link in the chain let's
00:20:10.080 focus on that their trucks are transporting material that is allegedly diseased it has already been
00:20:15.320 refused by the you know excuse my pronunciation of this is
00:20:20.200 okatisha shinia landfill in west kootenay because the cfa was unable to certify that the
00:20:27.020 ostriches were disease free so this landfill site wouldn't take it
00:20:32.720 so for super save to demonstrate that they are not carrying and disposing of a dangerous and diseased
00:20:39.420 cargo as defined by the cfa there must be some legal angle to force super save to open the bins or
00:20:47.040 charge them with disposal of dangerous material or the court of public opinion must weigh in
00:20:52.700 thanks for your incredible work sincerely john wow
00:20:57.820 that's what we need to do that is precisely what we need to do now i'm going to go to katie's
00:21:05.080 response here and we'll show you some of that that video
00:21:08.240 all right here's katie's response let's talk about the new cfi update october 22 we appreciate the
00:21:23.480 canadian food inspection agency has chosen to communicate publicly about the ongoing situation
00:21:28.620 at universal ostrich farms however several points in the statement misrepresented the truth and must be
00:21:34.780 respectfully corrected for the public record you state that 330 ostriches are out there that's your
00:21:41.480 number let's use that why can't we get to that number with clear images from the mountains around
00:21:46.800 so the farm is going to go with 330 i'm not going to get into the whether it's 330 or 399
00:21:53.260 that's what the cfa is claiming but they can't decide whether it's 300 or 330
00:21:58.300 the supreme court candidate stay of execution was meant to protect life and maintain the status
00:22:04.120 quo while the court considers our appeal not to enable indefinite seizure and isolation of our
00:22:09.360 animals the cfi continues to restrict our access and oversight despite these being our animals and
00:22:15.280 our property custody requires care transparency and accountability not exclusion and secrecy counting
00:22:22.260 and transparency we have repeatedly requested an updated count of our birds and each request has
00:22:27.760 been denied we are the lawful owners yet we have been told we cannot physically verify or count our own
00:22:35.940 animals nor have an independent count by a vet this is unreasonable and deeply concerning we simply wish
00:22:44.140 to confirm their welfare furthermore we have informed cfi that our detailed manifest and lineage records
00:22:50.360 will be provided only to our lawyer who must who we trust to hold them securely this decision was made
00:22:56.400 after numerous breaches of trust by the agency we must ask why does cfia insist on obtaining the full
00:23:02.920 genetic manifest of our flock what use is this information to them while refusing transferring to us
00:23:08.640 samples and intellectual property concerns the cfia's ongoing presence coupled with their refusal
00:23:14.720 to allow independent oversight raises legitimate concerns about unauthorized sample collection we have no
00:23:21.080 verification of what materials have been taken since the occupation began given the value of ostrich
00:23:27.200 antibodies proven in our past research to neutralize multiple viral strains we have reason to fear
00:23:33.520 these antibodies could be exploited for research or profit without our consent or acknowledgement
00:23:37.820 if c if cfi has taken blood or tissue samples we call for immediately disclosure
00:23:43.680 of what has been collected where was sent and for what purpose number four welfare and care oversight cfi claims to
00:23:49.920 provide feed water and bedding yet the family and ongoing local veterinarians have been barred from
00:23:55.440 conducting welfare checks besides that one time if cfi truly has nothing to hide why are they preventing
00:24:02.000 independent animal welfare verification the public deserves to know that these animals are being cared for
00:24:09.200 humanely we see they are not record keeping and accountability the cfi states we have not provided flock records this is false
00:24:18.040 our affidavits our affidavits court filings and veterinary documents have been provided under oath
00:24:23.560 the only reason additional data is withheld is the total loss of trust in an agency that has repeatedly
00:24:28.520 acted outside the spirit of the law and without transparency and i would also add to this is my words
00:24:34.120 not katie's they've acted in direct contravention of the law itself why this matters if this policy continues
00:24:41.320 unchecked it sets a dangerous dangerous precedent farmers can lose their life's work without due process or
00:24:47.000 testing agencies can claim control of healthy animals while denying owners even basic oversight decades of
00:24:54.840 biodiversity genetic resilience and natural immunity painstakingly cultivated can be wiped out overnight
00:25:03.080 when cfi destroys health he flocks under the guise of biosecurity canada loses more than animals we
00:25:09.640 lose knowledge immunity and our agricultural future and her final point is our call to canadians we ask
00:25:18.840 canadians to stand with us peacefully and respectfully email your mpmla and the minister of agriculture
00:25:24.440 demanding an inquiry into cfi's conduct yeah you got it katie so i posted that this morning after katie put it
00:25:33.720 out i want to have a look at this post from bruce mcgonigal and we're going to go into this more tomorrow
00:25:42.920 so according to facebook only 220 of the nearly 400 ostriches at the universal ostrich firm
00:25:49.880 are confirmed as still being alive now bruce is going with the initial figure of 399
00:25:55.000 the farm is now going to agree to 330 i guess for argument's sake but to see if i can't even say
00:26:05.000 that's an accurate number and what based on observations from people who are at the farm
00:26:11.560 getting pictures observing there could be only 220 of these birds live it looks like the canadian food
00:26:19.640 inspection agency has been slaughtering off the flightless birds that can live 70 plus years
00:26:24.840 without waiting for the supreme court to rule on the matter peer polity of will you now act text below
00:26:31.320 is from the facebook post link to the post is below the text and here's the this is from uh 220 that's how
00:26:43.160 many ostriches remain in the newest video 220 out of the original 400 under the cfia's custody
00:26:50.440 where have the rest gone why is this being ignored why is there no accountability from
00:26:55.720 the canadian food inspection agency this footage was taken by retired sergeant mike root who climbed into
00:27:02.360 the mountains with luca robinson to document the truth because canadian citizens are now forced to
00:27:09.480 become the protectors and law keepers that our rcmp politicians refuse to be follow mike at the rude
00:27:16.360 awakening tour so that's let's have a look at the video
00:27:39.480 is
00:27:50.200 m vari
00:28:04.200 s
00:28:06.200 all right so i've you know that's starting again i think this is basically the same
00:28:16.680 same footage here but
00:28:20.680 all right so this is this is footage taken from a mountain with a zoom lens
00:28:35.660 there's been a number of folks up there getting this footage where are they hiding the remaining
00:28:42.660 of the ostriches okay so if these folks can count the ostriches under these circumstances
00:28:49.440 under these conditions where they're using a zoom lens and see if i is in this pen they could be doing
00:28:57.160 a head count but this is highly highly suspicious because there's no other place to be
00:29:05.640 hiding these ostriches anyway we will
00:29:08.260 all i can say is yes and share katie's response to the cfia like i said i'm trying to get the flack
00:29:19.360 on next week nobody's going to answer my phone call this weekend but i'm trying to get the flack on
00:29:25.380 this week to talk about this and agent blusky by the way he's done some damn good work
00:29:31.800 and he says here the cfia warrant is not valid no court file number not following any processes
00:29:38.700 and of course on the day this all began
00:29:46.060 karen esperson the mother katie's mother co-owner of the farm noted that there was no file number
00:29:54.420 on the document so this is highly suspicious and i think it's
00:30:02.040 here
00:30:05.480 here we go i want to show this to you
00:30:11.040 yeah tmz reported this
00:30:14.380 which is quite something so tmz reported this back when this occupation began in september what
00:30:24.760 21st 22nd yeah i think it was 22nd and
00:30:29.440 so we know that there's something highly suspicious about this occupation yeah
00:30:35.380 so i want to get out of here for a few minutes and show you some other video this was given to me
00:30:46.540 by laurie shep this morning sure i got the right one here so he's got something else because he just
00:30:53.900 poked into the ground just kind of right by where that orange just pass that orange thing
00:30:58.200 yeah i would be able to like to have an accurate count
00:31:08.540 but it's a little hard to take a count from here and then
00:31:14.900 take the count from there and then what you can see there and then you have to drive all the way
00:31:19.720 around to the other side and then you don't know if you've already seen birds that you already counted
00:31:24.660 or
00:31:31.660 who's standing there
00:31:38.660 thanks a lot everybody for coming in on this live
00:31:44.200 see patner yeah we have 195
00:31:47.920 yep yes
00:31:48.920 right now
00:31:51.480 yeah well that's what they were doing with that one of all to go
00:31:54.000 they both had one on each side of the back end of the ostrich and they were pushing it
00:32:01.000 up that way
00:32:04.000 see the truck's empty now and they're and they're coming out so
00:32:09.340 they're putting all that straw on that side someplace
00:32:12.860 on the other side of that pen
00:32:15.000 he keeps touching it
00:32:22.000 he's like putting something on him i think
00:32:30.000 yes
00:32:37.000 out of the pail or something
00:32:38.000 he's rubbing something on his neck
00:32:40.000 i'm gonna take this bath
00:32:45.000 i'm gonna take this bath
00:32:52.000 so what were they putting on the ostrich's neck all they're supposed to be doing is ensure these animals are fed
00:33:02.000 and given water
00:33:04.000 and given water
00:33:05.000 and provide them with the basics
00:33:09.000 of life
00:33:10.000 including bedding
00:33:12.000 including bedding
00:33:13.000 but why are they constantly chasing the birds
00:33:17.000 they're lassoing the birds
00:33:19.000 and they're in this picture caught by lori
00:33:22.000 shep
00:33:23.000 they are putting something on the bird's head and neck
00:33:27.000 what is it
00:33:28.000 once again cfi refuses to be held accountable for any of this activity
00:33:35.000 they don't want you to know
00:33:37.000 they want you to know it all
00:33:39.000 and
00:33:40.000 to me
00:33:41.000 this is
00:33:42.000 this story has become emblematic of how canada is febrile
00:33:46.000 diseased
00:33:47.000 sick
00:33:50.000 well this is allowed to continue
00:33:53.000 and
00:33:55.000 so here's where i want to go with this folks
00:33:57.000 and i once again
00:33:58.000 continue to send me your videos
00:34:01.000 your information
00:34:02.000 your tips
00:34:04.000 you've got my email davidcraiden.hotmail.com
00:34:07.000 i mean
00:34:09.000 i do read your emails especially if they're
00:34:11.000 they're entirely useful and they usually are
00:34:14.000 and
00:34:16.000 i love your letters of encouragement
00:34:18.000 it's nice to see that because i've invested a lot of my
00:34:22.000 of time and my emotion into the story
00:34:25.000 and
00:34:26.000 believe me
00:34:27.000 this is not the story that youtube wants to promote on
00:34:30.000 on its site
00:34:32.000 because you know
00:34:34.000 every time
00:34:35.000 the audience is suppressed
00:34:37.000 i hear people tell me every day
00:34:38.000 oh we didn't even get the notification
00:34:40.000 that you were doing the show
00:34:43.000 well
00:34:45.000 sometimes lately because of the
00:34:47.000 breaking events
00:34:48.000 i haven't been able to stick to my 10 o'clock
00:34:51.000 time slot
00:34:52.000 sometimes it's been
00:34:54.000 later because of the
00:34:56.000 if i'm talking to people in british columbia
00:34:58.000 seven o'clock can be a little early for them
00:35:00.000 so i try sometimes i delay till 11
00:35:02.000 which i did this morning even though i'm not talking to anyone from
00:35:05.000 from bc today
00:35:06.000 but it's incredibly important
00:35:08.000 that we document this
00:35:10.000 because
00:35:11.000 once again
00:35:12.000 here's what's happening
00:35:13.000 and to me this is
00:35:15.000 the
00:35:17.000 Achilles heel
00:35:19.000 of the cfia operation
00:35:21.000 because we can't prove right now
00:35:24.000 that the cfia has killed
00:35:27.000 a single ostrich through
00:35:29.000 direct action or indirect action
00:35:30.000 through neglect
00:35:31.000 through treat maltreatment
00:35:32.000 through cruelty
00:35:34.000 or any other means
00:35:35.000 we can't prove that
00:35:36.000 because we can't
00:35:37.000 get on
00:35:39.000 into that area
00:35:40.000 and independently verify
00:35:43.000 how many ostriches are there
00:35:44.000 the cfia won't even save
00:35:46.000 they gave us a range from 300 to 330
00:35:48.000 which is nonsense
00:35:49.000 not a professional organization
00:35:54.000 and this of course is
00:35:56.000 just keeps
00:35:57.000 we keep on getting
00:35:58.000 non answers
00:35:59.000 or half answers
00:36:00.000 the cfia
00:36:01.000 so
00:36:02.000 but but here's
00:36:03.000 the Achilles heel
00:36:04.000 of this whole operation
00:36:05.000 they are taking
00:36:06.000 garbage
00:36:08.000 from
00:36:09.000 the area
00:36:10.000 where the cfia
00:36:11.000 agents are working
00:36:13.000 now this
00:36:14.000 if you believe the cfia
00:36:16.000 this garbage
00:36:17.000 will be contaminated
00:36:18.000 because it's in a
00:36:21.000 it's in a
00:36:22.000 biologically contaminated
00:36:23.000 area
00:36:25.000 namely the birds
00:36:26.000 who they considered being
00:36:27.000 contaminated as stupid
00:36:28.000 as ludicrous
00:36:29.000 as that is
00:36:30.000 but let's play
00:36:31.000 by the cfia's own rules
00:36:32.000 they don't play
00:36:33.000 by their own rules
00:36:35.000 so if this material
00:36:38.000 is truly contaminated
00:36:40.000 or toxic
00:36:41.000 it's going first of all
00:36:42.000 to a gravel pit
00:36:43.000 outside of the farm
00:36:45.000 that the rcmp has literally
00:36:47.000 occupied
00:36:49.000 and taken over
00:36:51.000 they dump it here
00:36:52.000 then they move it
00:36:54.000 to super save
00:36:56.000 which is where the cfia
00:36:58.000 has been buying
00:37:00.000 these blue fencing
00:37:02.000 among other things
00:37:04.000 and it's sort of packed
00:37:05.000 and compacted there
00:37:07.000 from what i've heard
00:37:08.000 from the people i've been
00:37:09.000 talking to
00:37:10.000 this includes
00:37:14.000 tell tell salisbury
00:37:15.000 who i i'm going to show
00:37:16.000 you his video again
00:37:17.000 in a minute
00:37:18.000 he's followed
00:37:19.000 the garbage
00:37:21.000 to super save
00:37:22.000 where does it go
00:37:23.000 from super save
00:37:24.000 this is what we need
00:37:25.000 to know next
00:37:26.000 and if any of you
00:37:27.000 out there
00:37:29.000 can find out
00:37:31.000 in the most discreet
00:37:32.000 means possible
00:37:34.000 where this garbage
00:37:35.000 is going
00:37:36.000 from super save
00:37:37.000 what landfill
00:37:38.000 is it going to
00:37:40.000 clearly
00:37:41.000 somebody
00:37:42.000 is breaking
00:37:43.000 the law
00:37:44.000 to some degree
00:37:45.000 i don't know
00:37:46.000 if it's a felony
00:37:47.000 or whether it's
00:37:49.000 just simply
00:37:50.000 malfeasance
00:37:52.000 but somebody
00:37:53.000 is breaking the law
00:37:54.000 in this process
00:37:55.000 because
00:37:56.000 if they really
00:37:57.000 believe this
00:37:58.000 garbage
00:37:59.000 is contaminated
00:38:01.000 they're not disposing
00:38:02.000 of it in the correct
00:38:03.000 manner
00:38:04.000 or even i would say
00:38:05.000 the lawful manner
00:38:07.000 so we need
00:38:08.000 answers
00:38:09.000 and i need more people
00:38:10.000 on this until i can
00:38:11.000 possibly get out
00:38:12.000 and pursue it myself
00:38:13.000 but i don't know
00:38:14.000 how much longer
00:38:15.000 we have
00:38:16.000 the supreme court
00:38:17.000 now
00:38:18.000 is not going
00:38:19.000 to report
00:38:20.000 until after
00:38:21.000 halloween
00:38:22.000 we saw the
00:38:24.000 latest
00:38:25.000 and
00:38:26.000 here it is
00:38:27.000 october 25th
00:38:28.000 we were thinking
00:38:29.000 perhaps october 30th
00:38:30.000 so this could go
00:38:31.000 on
00:38:32.000 and on
00:38:33.000 and on
00:38:34.000 and i think
00:38:35.000 the cfia
00:38:36.000 likes this
00:38:37.000 because
00:38:38.000 they're continuing
00:38:39.000 to deal with the
00:38:40.000 hostages in
00:38:41.000 the way
00:38:42.000 they want
00:38:44.000 and it's not
00:38:45.000 i don't believe
00:38:46.000 anything
00:38:47.000 with the spirit
00:38:48.000 or the word
00:38:49.000 of the
00:38:50.000 supreme court
00:38:51.000 of canada order
00:38:52.000 i think they're getting
00:38:53.000 away with something here
00:38:54.000 they need to be checked
00:38:56.000 but i don't know how much
00:38:57.000 longer this farm has
00:38:58.000 but the good thing is
00:38:59.000 as we
00:39:01.000 as people like you
00:39:03.000 and i
00:39:04.000 as all those
00:39:05.000 citizen journalists
00:39:06.000 out there
00:39:07.000 all of you who are taking
00:39:08.000 videos
00:39:09.000 putting posting them
00:39:10.000 or sending them
00:39:11.000 to myself
00:39:12.000 or others
00:39:13.000 who will put them
00:39:14.000 on broadcasts
00:39:15.000 where large numbers
00:39:16.000 of people can see them
00:39:17.000 i can use them
00:39:18.000 in the articles
00:39:19.000 that i'm writing
00:39:20.000 for the post-millennial
00:39:21.000 for human events
00:39:22.000 for blaze media
00:39:23.000 it's all very important
00:39:25.000 your work will not
00:39:27.000 be completed
00:39:28.000 for nothing
00:39:29.000 it will be used
00:39:30.000 for a good purpose
00:39:33.000 and i'm going to continue
00:39:34.000 to fight for katie
00:39:35.000 and the farm
00:39:36.000 and i want to show you
00:39:37.000 this video like this is
00:39:38.000 from tell
00:39:39.000 salisbury
00:39:41.000 and it's very interesting
00:40:06.000 also
00:40:36.000 Let's go.
00:41:06.000 Let's go.
00:41:36.000 Let's go.
00:42:06.000 Let's go.
00:42:08.000 Let's go.
00:42:10.000 Let's go.
00:42:12.300 When I first saw this video, because I said, why has nobody been sharing this on social media?
00:42:18.260 Why are some people just saying it's just gossip that the CFIA might be disposing of the birds?
00:42:25.800 Because clearly, when you look at the evidence that we have, and it's not very good because the CFIA has done everything possible to make this a difficult job to complete.
00:42:36.420 But the evidence out there suggests that the number of birds is in steep decline.
00:42:43.020 And there's so many good people out there who are supporting on the farm.
00:42:50.940 Maybe they're not there 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
00:42:53.460 But they spend as much time as they can on the farm supporting Katie and her mom and Dave Bolinski, the other owner.
00:43:00.200 And they're doing a superb job of keeping us all informed because there's a virtual media blackout right now there.
00:43:08.660 And, you know, and hats off to Chris Dacey for continuing to be there.
00:43:11.840 I think he's been there almost a month now.
00:43:15.520 We're going on a month.
00:43:17.120 And, you know, he's continuing to post videos.
00:43:19.760 There's lots of independents out there doing good work.
00:43:22.920 But there's no mainstream media there.
00:43:25.820 And Rebel, you know, can't always have somebody on the scene.
00:43:29.460 It gets very cost prohibitive.
00:43:31.940 And it's everything about the operation is costly because this is an isolated farm.
00:43:37.980 It's not right next to Vernon or Kelowna.
00:43:40.300 It's difficult to get to and from.
00:43:44.240 And this is the way the CFI loves it because they don't have to be held accountable and they don't have to answer questions.
00:43:52.180 But they're going to have to answer questions.
00:43:53.720 I am going Monday morning.
00:43:55.120 I am going to say I want to I want to talk to the CFIA spokes.
00:44:00.240 Person, as they say, Spox, as we say in the business, the flack for the CFI.
00:44:05.920 I want to put the flack on my show and I want to ask some very pointed questions.
00:44:10.900 About their operation and about their procedures and about their protocol and about what they've been up to since they occupied this farm and why they think they don't have to answer any questions.
00:44:22.420 And why the hell they think they're above what they seem to be, appear to be above the law.
00:44:29.200 And any of you who've been following the story knows that's exactly how it looks.
00:44:34.060 I'll be back in a minute.
00:44:35.280 I haven't shared the story for a couple of days.
00:44:38.100 Here we go.
00:44:38.620 Here we go.
00:44:46.320 Here we go.
00:44:48.520 Thank you.
00:45:18.520 Thank you.
00:45:48.520 Talked to Katie for 20 minutes or so, and she's just so tired, so exhausted.
00:45:53.920 She's been working so hard for not only her farm and her family, but for your freedom.
00:46:00.820 And I take my hat off to Katie, and we know the tremendous job she's done in what can be loosely described as public relations, although it's public relations of a very special sort.
00:46:15.060 This is survival, crisis, public relations, round the clock, seven days a week.
00:46:22.080 I think she's getting like four or five hours of sleep a night.
00:46:24.880 She's up early.
00:46:25.500 She's gone to bed late, and it's all day long, not just with reporters, but with supporters, with dealing with people out there who are trying to destroy her reputation out of the farm.
00:46:40.040 I tell her, ignore those people.
00:46:41.800 Nobody's listening.
00:46:42.660 Nobody's watching.
00:46:43.800 Focus on the positive.
00:46:44.860 Focus on what you're doing.
00:46:46.780 Focus on what I'm doing.
00:46:48.200 Focus on what Rebel is doing and what Viva Fry has been doing.
00:46:51.740 Focus on the good work.
00:46:53.020 And don't let these haters ever get you down.
00:46:57.500 But keep her in your prayers.
