Does America need constant war to function? And if it does, does that mean that it looks for illegitimate wars that it then claims are legitimate in order to keep the war machine fed? Is Taiwan going to be the next Ukraine? What do the Taiwanese people feel about that? And why are 25 US defence contractors visiting Taiwan next month? Is it because they want to help Taiwan overthrow Chinese rule? Or is it because the US wants to keep them supplied with arms and money? And what does this have to do with the Ukraine crisis? And who are the real heroes in the fight against it? And is it really as bad as the media are making it out to be? Or are they just lying to us to keep us safe and secure in the long-term? 00:00:00.000 Hello there, you Awakening Wonders.

00:00:01.000 Thanks for joining us today.

00:00:03.000 This whole show will be available on Rumble.

00:00:05.000 You might be watching us on YouTube right now, but the whole show will be available on Rumble exclusively.

00:00:12.000 So join us over there because we're asking, does America require constant war in order to function?

00:00:20.000 And if it does, does that mean that it looks for illegitimate wars that it then claims are legitimate in order to keep the war machine fed?

00:00:30.000 Yeah.

00:00:30.000 Specifically, is Taiwan going to be the next Ukraine?

00:00:35.000 What do the Taiwanese people feel about that?

00:00:37.000 Do they even want to be the next Ukraine? 0.97

00:00:39.000 Particularly when the revelations of buddy-boy Texaria have just made plain, that is his name, made plain as day, at the risk of a 3,000 year sentence, plain as day that the Ukraine war is not going how the US government are telling us it's going.

00:00:56.000 We've got Beate Simpkin coming on, she's one of my breathwork teachers, one of my favourite.

00:01:00.000 One of my favourites.

00:01:01.000 She'll help us how to deal with... She'll show us how to deal with living in a constant climate of crisis and deception using transcendent techniques that I think are going to help you in particular.

00:01:13.000 She's going to help you with your bird pen.

00:01:15.000 Nothing can be done about that.

00:01:16.000 The finest minds in medicine have thrown down their stethoscopes in despair and said, burp on, son.

00:01:23.000 There ain't nothing can be done.

00:01:25.000 Then we're going to have a deep dive into a news story that I'm not even going to tell you about because it's so damned exclusive and thorough that they won't be able to handle it.

00:01:33.000 They say you can handle it.

00:01:34.000 Let me know in the comments.

00:01:35.000 Can you handle the truth?

00:01:36.000 Do you think you can handle the truth?

00:01:37.000 Or do you need men with guns on a wall, by a wall, so you can sleep at night?

00:01:40.000 You know, Jack Nicholson.

00:01:41.000 Then, exclusively on Rumble... We're going to be talking about... Go back to where we were, darling.

00:01:46.000 That's unhelpful.

00:01:47.000 Thank you.

00:01:48.000 Then, exclusively on Rumble... You're talking to the autocue person.

00:01:51.000 That's not the person inside your head.

00:01:54.000 Go back to... Oh, no.

00:01:56.000 Go back to the left side.

00:01:57.000 Go back to the left hemisphere, where I need you.

00:02:00.000 On Rumble, we're going to be talking about the mainstream media are finally catching up with where we've been for some time.

00:02:05.000 You know that 1 in 800 thing, which we won't mention on YouTube.

00:02:09.000 1 in 800!

00:02:10.000 Even the mainstream are reporting about that and let's call them injuries.

00:02:16.000 Nice.

00:02:16.000 What are you smiling about?

00:02:17.000 No, well, tipped over again, yes.

00:02:19.000 I am good at tiptoeing.

00:02:23.000 Let's have a look.

00:02:25.000 One of the reasons we think that Ukraine might be usurped by Taiwan is because even now 25 US defence contractors are over there visiting Why, if what Taiwan need is help from presumably imperialist oppressive China, and I'm not again saying that China aren't imperialist and oppressive and that there aren't groups within Taiwan who want to throw off the shackles of Chinese rule and are just dying for Raytheon and Lockheed Martin and everyone to get involved.

00:02:54.000 Why is it in particular it's defence contractors that go?

00:02:57.000 I mean I think the point is, what's it got to do with America?

00:03:00.000 Like it is with a lot of cases.

00:03:02.000 Like when I'm having trouble in my own life, why don't America come round and say, well we could sell you a missile if you want.

00:03:08.000 They would if they thought I could afford one, but they're very pricey.

00:03:11.000 Even the aeroplanes that don't work that well can cost a trillion.

00:03:14.000 Around 25 U.S. 0.80

00:03:16.000 defense contractors plan to send representatives to Taiwan next month, marking the first time the arms industry will send a delegation to the island since 2019.

00:03:23.000 So they've been doing it, it's not that long ago, is it?

00:03:26.000 The planned arms industry trip to Taiwan comes as trips.

00:03:30.000 Not very nice on a day, agitating for a war against another superpower.

00:03:33.000 It's like they've run out of countries that they can beat now.

00:03:36.000 Like the Afghanistan War took ages.

00:03:38.000 Iraq War, in a sense, still being fought on a sort of a low level.

00:03:43.000 These are the big two though, isn't it?

00:03:44.000 China and Russia.

00:03:46.000 You're in the big leagues now.

00:03:48.000 You're in the big leagues.

00:03:49.000 You are selling weapons for decades on this.

00:03:53.000 This can run and run, because you can't actually have an out-and-out hot war with China or Russia, even though Buddy Boy Teixeira's revelations suggest that there are American troops on the ground, engaged in combat, making it not a proxy war, but an actual war.

00:04:07.000 But that's Buddy Boy's views, not mine.

00:04:09.000 Well, his revelations, you could say.

00:04:11.000 Revelations, and not his views.

00:04:12.000 He didn't write them papers himself.

00:04:13.000 I think his views are like, hey bro, check this out.

00:04:15.000 Those are his views.

00:04:16.000 On the OG!

00:04:17.000 What up?

00:04:19.000 Diggity diggity, things like that.

00:04:21.000 Oh yeah, that's the language.

00:04:22.000 That's his views, but his actual revelations.

00:04:24.000 Diggity diggity. 0.83

00:04:25.000 I think they say diggity diggity.

00:04:26.000 No they do, you're right.

00:04:27.000 Do they say that now?

00:04:28.000 Yeah, you could be one of them.

00:04:30.000 I go on those chat rooms.

00:04:31.000 I pose there for a while.

00:04:33.000 Diggity diggity, yo.

00:04:34.000 Diggity diggity, good new revelations on there.

00:04:36.000 Got a show coming up later, we could do a revelation or two.

00:04:40.000 So anyway, look, they're off there to Taiwan and they're going to exacerbate tensions, presumably, with Beijing.

00:04:45.000 Unless Beijing want, you know, missiles in Taiwan.

00:04:47.000 I don't know.

00:04:48.000 It's not as if the US have surrounded China with military bases, is it?

00:04:51.000 Have they been doing that?

00:04:52.000 They have been doing that.

00:04:54.000 Let's have a look at how ABC News are reporting this story.

00:04:57.000 And it's good news, as always, because it's Ross from Friends, aka Sideways Head, doing the job of reporting the news.

00:05:04.000 Now, you may have begun to think that the primary function of the media is to propagandise on behalf of the state.

00:05:12.000 That's what you might have started thinking.

00:05:13.000 You've been watching the news thinking, is this news?

00:05:15.000 Is Elon right?

00:05:16.000 You might think.

00:05:17.000 Is Elon right?

00:05:18.000 Does where the money come from make a difference in the way they relay information?

00:05:22.000 You might have started thinking that.

00:05:23.000 That's up to you.

00:05:24.000 But Sideways Ross, from the news, has got a thing or two.

00:05:29.000 You're gonna... Get ready to eat those words!

00:05:31.000 Because Sideways Ross has got news for you.

00:05:34.000 Here is that news.

00:05:36.000 The news.

00:05:37.000 China now warning Taiwan.

00:05:39.000 It is, quote, ready to fight.

00:05:40.000 And what our Brit Klinit witnessed inside Taiwan.

00:05:45.000 Tonight, China's military... Actually, or she's gone inside Taiwan. 0.52

00:05:50.000 Which is good, isn't it?

00:05:51.000 If you're going to do a story about Taiwan, go there.

00:05:54.000 If you're going to sell them some weapons, go there.

00:05:56.000 Go Taiwan and get it done. 1.00

00:05:58.000 Which would be a good slogan for this whole war, I think. 0.98

00:06:01.000 ...declaring it's ready to fight after finishing three days...

00:06:05.000 Tijuana war is another potential Taiwan-a-war.

00:06:10.000 Taiwan the war.

00:06:11.000 These are all, you know, I'm just, no bad ideas for brainstorming, we say.

00:06:15.000 ...of combat drills simulating a blockade to seal off Taiwan.

00:06:20.000 The Taiwanese Defence Ministry saying it tracked a record 91 Chinese fighter jets in the last day of the exercise.

00:06:26.000 That's it!

00:06:27.000 That's all I need to know.

00:06:28.000 91 Chinese fighter jets.

00:06:29.000 What the hell are they doing up there?

00:06:31.000 War!

00:06:33.000 Get on that plane, Raytheon.

00:06:35.000 Get over there. 0.77

00:06:36.000 There's 91... You could be selling... If they could sell jets to the Chinese. 0.69

00:06:39.000 They've not even solved the proxy war with Russia yet, and they're moving on to the next proxy war.

00:06:44.000 My children are like this.

00:06:45.000 You buy them some ink, and they're not... You think, well, hold on a minute.

00:06:49.000 You've not really played with that, and you're demanding it.

00:06:51.000 Sometimes even by the time we've got to the counter.

00:06:53.000 I'm never taking my kids shopping at Lockheed Martin.

00:06:55.000 I'll tell you that.

00:06:57.000 Oh, we just want these air-to-land missiles, Dad.

00:07:01.000 Oh, this jet looks good.

00:07:02.000 Oh, and then the Raytheon.

00:07:03.000 Well, really, sir, you do need both for absolute defence.

00:07:07.000 I mean, China were flying jets above your house just yesterday.

00:07:11.000 What's that, China?

00:07:12.000 I thought it was a goose.

00:07:14.000 Either way, sir, you're best off to have some missiles.

00:07:18.000 Dozens crossing over sensitive maritime borders around the island.

00:07:22.000 Well, not me maritime borders.

00:07:24.000 Oh, they're sensitive.

00:07:25.000 Ow! 1.00

00:07:26.000 What's next in me nuts?

00:07:27.000 Stay free with Russell Brand.

00:07:29.000 See it first on Rumble.

00:07:31.000 If you're going to deal with a reality of that nature, you are going to need to explore the deep, potentially limitless, inner psychic realms.

00:07:42.000 And who better to do that with than me?

00:07:46.000 Except for possibly my guest now.

00:07:49.000 Spiritual teacher, breathwork coach, best-selling author, recent mother, my friend, Star of a community festival, join us this year, mid-July.

00:08:03.000 Biyet will be joining us again, along with Eddie Stern and Wim Hof and Vandana Shiva.

00:08:07.000 And who's that one I'm excited about?

00:08:12.000 Satish Kumar.

00:08:14.000 Loads of fantastic people.

00:08:16.000 And Biyet, who just blew people's minds last time.

00:08:18.000 We were peeling people off the floor after they did breathwork with Biyet. 0.97

00:08:22.000 Biyet, thanks for joining me today.

00:08:24.000 Wow, you look great.

00:08:27.000 Oh, thank you.

00:08:27.000 Nice to see you.

00:08:29.000 Ju, are you okay?

00:08:31.000 I'm sorry?

00:08:32.000 I've missed you, are you alright?

00:08:34.000 I'm good, I've missed you too.

00:08:35.000 I gave birth to a baby so I had a little sojourn into the cosmic realm.

00:08:41.000 What was it like to give birth to that baby?

00:08:44.000 It's really the most surreal thing you'll ever do.

00:08:47.000 I mean, you've done it from the other side twice already, so you kind of know, but it's very strange being the pod through which this being comes from what seemingly outer space onto the planet.

00:08:59.000 Suddenly a being.

00:09:00.000 Are you having a nice time?

00:09:02.000 Are you getting on well with this new being?

00:09:05.000 She's really wonderful, yeah.

00:09:07.000 Congratulations.

00:09:08.000 Well done, Biette.

00:09:08.000 Thanks.

00:09:08.000 Congratulations to you and to your family.

00:09:11.000 Hey, so Biette, like today we've been talking about the power of the military-industrial complex and how America requires ongoing war in order to function.

00:09:19.000 One of the things I enjoyed most about today's show was watching a mainstream media reporter from, I think, ABC News in Taiwan talking to Taiwanese people.

00:09:28.000 And where it's like a Taoist country, the reporter's going, Hey, are you worried about this war?

00:09:34.000 And they're like, well, there's not really anything I can do about it.

00:09:38.000 They were talking about it like they are connected to an inner psychic realm that prevents them from being stimulated into a place of total manipulation.

00:09:50.000 How can we, those of us that have been schooled in materialism and individualism, who have had our fear and desire stoked and agitated for our whole lives, access the necessary resources of sanguinity, peace and

00:10:07.000 quiet power within, Biette?

00:10:09.000 How can we? Is it simply by having severe bangs?

00:10:13.000 Are you talking about great sex? Or is that just like an English trans... 1.00

00:10:20.000 Bangs, I mean you're fringe! 1.00

00:10:22.000 Although great sex... I'm like, well great sex is definitely up there in terms of healing the problem. 0.98

00:10:27.000 You just... I agree!

00:10:28.000 You'll have great bangs.

00:10:31.000 That, actually, thinking about it, would be more effective than a haircut.

00:10:34.000 I completely concur.

00:10:36.000 But... I'm so vain I'll take both, you know?

00:10:38.000 Yeah, why not?

00:10:39.000 They're not mutually exclusive. 0.97

00:10:41.000 Have a really nice haircut and have fantastic sex. 0.77

00:10:44.000 What's the big deal? 0.99

00:10:46.000 Exactly.

00:10:47.000 Exactly.

00:10:47.000 That'll solve the world's problems.

00:10:49.000 Temporarily.

00:10:50.000 Temporarily it will.

00:10:52.000 But aside from haircuts and sex, are there spiritual techniques accessible to our viewers? 0.98

00:10:59.000 Although they can also get haircuts and have sex if they want as well.

00:11:04.000 It's so interesting, because the truth is, is like, you could be completely asleep to the problem.

00:11:09.000 You know, many, many Americans are, many people are, they're asleep to that there even is a problem.

00:11:14.000 And not just in the world, and in Taiwan, and in Ukraine, they're asleep to the fact that there's any problem in their own life.

00:11:21.000 And so they're doing many things to sedate themselves, whether it be food, or drugs, or Porn or whatever they're doing to numb themselves.

00:11:30.000 But the truth is, is that if you told someone who's asleep in that situation, oh, well, you know, you're asleep in a situation, they'll tell you, I don't have a problem.

00:11:38.000 I'm fine.

00:11:39.000 So it kind of starts with, and I think many of your watchers and listeners will agree, they've noticed something's wrong.

00:11:45.000 Like they felt that something is awry, and they want to solve a problem.

00:11:50.000 Once you want to solve a problem, You're already on your way to seeking a spiritual solution, because I have found in my work that there is only one solution, and it is spiritual.

00:12:00.000 There's only one solution to all of these problems.

00:12:02.000 I think you're right about that.

00:12:06.000 We try to solve them.

00:12:08.000 Sometimes I try to solve them one by one.

00:12:10.000 Like, okay, maybe I can generate revenue, or I can accumulate reputation, or I can exercise Petty power.

00:12:23.000 But actually, none of those things work.

00:12:26.000 So in the end, you've got no choice but to fall backwards into the arms of God.

00:12:33.000 That can be difficult if you've only ever been attuned to the dominator culture's matrix.

00:12:41.000 So, like, you, like me, have been a drug addict.

00:12:44.000 That temporarily can work, but it's not a long-term solution.

00:12:51.000 What techniques are you using to keep yourself awake but also connected?

00:12:56.000 You know it's interesting that you talk about all those other things like seeking wealth or seeking reputation because actually in my journey I was seeking enlightenment for so long and seeking that freedom, that feeling of peace and ease.

00:13:11.000 And in my seeking, I kept having these white light experiences.

00:13:15.000 And each time I had a white light experience, I was like, that's it.

00:13:19.000 I've done it.

00:13:20.000 I've evolved.

00:13:21.000 I'm better than everyone.

00:13:22.000 I'm finally free.

00:13:23.000 I know you're familiar with that feeling.

00:13:25.000 And then, I know you are.

00:13:27.000 You're totally familiar with the feeling of wind blowing through your hair and knowing who you are, remembering the meaning of it all.

00:13:33.000 But it's always followed by yet more flaws, more wars, more problems.

00:13:39.000 Like, it's not like as soon as I found enlightenment, then the world just became perfect, I became perfect.

00:13:45.000 And so I've actually constructed a new definition of enlightenment, if I may share it with you today.

00:13:50.000 I think it's super fun and I find it really helpful with the situation.

00:13:54.000 Yeah, go on.

00:13:57.000 Yeah, so to me, it's like, the way that we've been sold enlightenment thus far is that you reach it, and once you do, you feel peaceful and neutral, like the people, the Taiwanese people that you interviewed, you're neutral forever.

00:14:08.000 You're like, yeah, maybe there's a war, maybe there's not a war, whatever, right?

00:14:12.000 But to me, it's like, I don't know, I mean, I'm neurotic, I'm very filled with desire, I lust for life, I have a lot of ambition.

00:14:20.000 And so what I've noticed is that actually, for me, that never happened.

00:14:24.000 It wasn't just, I'm nothing, I'm neutral forever.

00:14:26.000 I could run through the wind with enlightenment, but then it was always followed by a yearning to create stuff.

00:14:32.000 And to do things.

00:14:33.000 So I created this wheel.

00:14:34.000 My friend Arjuna went around and interviewed brilliant people.

00:14:38.000 And he wrote a book about radical brilliance.

00:14:41.000 And inside of that, I meditated on that for years.

00:14:44.000 And what came to me is that his wheel, or that description, is the meaning of enlightenment.

00:14:49.000 The meaning of enlightenment is actually a turning, a movement.

00:14:54.000 So it's designed like a clock.

00:14:55.000 So 12 o'clock is enlightenment.

00:14:57.000 It's that feeling when you remember who you truly are.

00:15:00.000 You're filled with grace.

00:15:02.000 You're filled with peace, ease.

00:15:04.000 And then that's followed by three o'clock, which again, for many of us who are especially very egoic, like myself, like three o'clock, I'm like, wait a minute, where did enlightenment go?

00:15:13.000 I want enlightenment.

00:15:14.000 But no, it's followed by work.

00:15:16.000 So three o'clock is creative flow. 1.00

00:15:19.000 It's where you go do some shit. 0.99

00:15:20.000 You create something, you start a company, you make a record, you shoot a film, you write a book, 0.99

00:15:27.000 whatever you're doing inside of Creative Flow, maybe even make a baby.

00:15:30.000 And then Creative Flow is led by number six o'clock, right?

00:15:34.000 We're looking at a clock. Six o'clock is ambition and, you know, getting out into the world and sharing it.

00:15:41.000 So you create a podcast, you create spreadsheets, you have to earn some money, you got to get some funding,

00:15:47.000 you need to do marketing events or meet with people or have coffees and lunches.

00:15:52.000 All these things don't feel like enlightenment at all. You just said that.

00:15:55.000 It's like, well, sometimes I pursue this.

00:15:57.000 Sometimes I pursue that, right?

00:15:58.000 And so then we're followed by 9 o'clock.

00:16:01.000 9 o'clock is humility.

00:16:03.000 It's where you're struck in the face that you're on a planet, hurtling towards death, and you get an email, you didn't get the funding you wanted, or you get an email that says, no, that this company doesn't want that, and that person doesn't want that, or they're shutting this down, and everything you wanted is not working your way. 0.99

00:16:19.000 And if you're like me, and you're still filled with desire, you're like, fuck! 0.99

00:16:24.000 You know? 1.00

00:16:24.000 And you feel upset. 1.00

00:16:26.000 You're hurt.

00:16:27.000 And if you're like me, you fall to the ground on your knees and you pray. 0.99

00:16:31.000 And you say, I don't fucking know what's going on. 0.98

00:16:34.000 I'm nobody. 0.98

00:16:35.000 I am nothing.

00:16:36.000 I have no idea.

00:16:37.000 Just help me.

00:16:38.000 Just remind me of what's going on here.

00:16:41.000 Remind me of who I am.

00:16:42.000 Fill me with grace.

00:16:43.000 And let me remember.

00:16:45.000 And then boom.

00:16:46.000 Twelve o'clock.

00:16:47.000 Enlightenment.

00:16:48.000 And so the wheel just keeps churning and churning.

00:16:51.000 And once my definition of enlightenment changed to that wheel, I felt at ease whenever I was in other epochs. 0.99

00:16:57.000 So, like, if I was doing spreadsheets, I was like, whatever, I'm gonna be moving towards having my ass kicked in humility any minute now. 0.94

00:17:05.000 Or, like, when I was, like, on a stage in front of thousands of people, I was like, I'm a total loser, too, because I know 9 o'clock's coming, or I know 3 o'clock's coming. 0.87

00:17:14.000 And it all feels much more integrated for me today.

00:17:17.000 I'm sick of nine o'clock.

00:17:20.000 Are you now?

00:17:22.000 Yeah, I'm sure.

00:17:25.000 I don't want no more nine. 0.90

00:17:26.000 I like 12 o'clock.

00:17:29.000 Three o'clock was all right.

00:17:30.000 As was six o'clock.

00:17:32.000 Nine o'clock.

00:17:33.000 I didn't like it.

00:17:36.000 Yeah, I mean, that's the thing.

00:17:37.000 Well, no, I actually love it now, because the distance has changed.

00:17:41.000 Like, I used to work so hard.

00:17:42.000 Every time I'd get to nine o'clock, I was like, something's wrong.

00:17:45.000 I'm not enlightened anymore.

00:17:47.000 Who is this Biette Simpkin who's traveled so far, and her whole family died, and she's overcome heroin addiction, and she went from poverty to wealth, and wow! 1.00

00:17:57.000 What a fucking, like, fuck! 1.00

00:17:59.000 Fuck you, number 9 o'clock, you know? 1.00

00:18:00.000 But then it dawned on me that what if 9 o'clock is just my little alarm clock to go humble again? 1.00

00:18:08.000 My little, mmm, that's right, I'm missing something.

00:18:11.000 Alright then, why don't we stay at 9 o'clock?

00:18:17.000 I mean, in some way, I kinda do, but it is fun to do all the other parts, isn't it?

00:18:22.000 Isn't it fun to run through the wind remembering who you are, and connecting with souls that you really respect, and being at a beautiful banquet with candlelight, and eating delicious food, or making love to your partner?

00:18:33.000 Like, that's important too!

00:18:35.000 Like, making a baby and seeing her wonderful face, that's also important.

00:18:39.000 I don't need to be at 9 o'clock 24 hours a day to remember that I'm hurtling towards death and that this is all...

00:18:46.000 And also, what if that's the way that I wanted it?

00:18:50.000 You know, like in that movie, The Matrix, I remember there's a part where they said, we designed a perfect world for them, but they hated it. 0.91

00:18:57.000 They wanted a fucked up place to live where everything was wrong. 0.94

00:19:01.000 They can't be in charge. 0.99

00:19:02.000 They're meant to be in the Matrix, doing as they're bloody well told.

00:19:05.000 But Biet, shall we do some breathwork?

00:19:08.000 I have got an area set up over there.

00:19:10.000 Dan, why don't you show our viewers that I've got an area.

00:19:12.000 But Biet, you won't be able to see that because you're not watching this on telly because you are on the telly and that's just how life works.

00:19:19.000 But see, I've got an area there.

00:19:21.000 Biet, do you think I should go over to the area?

00:19:25.000 I hope that they're filming you and they'll film me.

00:19:25.000 I do.

00:19:27.000 I'll guide this at home, seated.

00:19:29.000 You will be being filmed like that, how you are, which I like.

00:19:32.000 I like that fireplace.

00:19:33.000 I like that window.

00:19:34.000 I like that TV screen.

00:19:35.000 This is my house.

00:19:36.000 It's nice.

00:19:37.000 Welcome to my house.

00:19:38.000 Thanks.

00:19:39.000 I like your house.

00:19:40.000 It looks like it's about three o'clock there.

00:19:43.000 It's like three o'clock.

00:19:45.000 Listen, it's six in the morning today, which is basically when we started this whole thing.

00:19:49.000 There was a two-month-old screaming her head off, a four-year-old talking about who knows what while she put on her, like, ribbons in her hair to head out to have some waffles with her dad and a nanny.

00:20:00.000 I mean, it was a total chaos.

00:20:01.000 So, you know, that's what I'm creating here is a world that it's always happening.

00:20:06.000 It's always changing.

00:20:07.000 Yeah, right.

00:20:08.000 I stay the same.

00:20:10.000 You keep going around that clock, right?

00:20:13.000 I'm going to go over there now, then, to that area, and we will do some breathwork together.

00:20:17.000 Now, I'm going to warn you, if you've not done breathwork with Biet before, or breathwork of any type before, don't do it if you're, for example, in command of a fighter jet, and you're about to, say, drop bombs above the Black Sea, or if you're in Vegas operating a drone.

00:20:33.000 If you're involved in any of the machinations of the military-industrial co- Well, actually, do do it, but stop Stop running the machine.

00:20:41.000 Step away from the machine and do it.

00:20:43.000 And if you are working for the mainstream media, you should definitely do it.

00:20:47.000 Whoever you are, if you're a member of our community, if you're someone that's going to come to Community Live in July, you should do it.

00:20:53.000 I'm going to move over there to what I'm calling my special little area and give it a go.

00:21:00.000 Right.

00:21:01.000 OK.

00:21:02.000 I'm here, surrounded by wicker and rattan.

00:21:08.000 All right, so, Biette, can you see me?

00:21:09.000 Yes, I can.

00:21:13.000 Not in an avatar way, not in an I-see-you way, just in a literal way. 0.99

00:21:18.000 Do you want me to sit on my knees or on my ass? 0.99

00:21:22.000 How? 1.00

00:21:24.000 Please get into Japanese sitting pose, which is where your feet are underneath your butt. 0.98

00:21:29.000 So, for anyone watching, do what Russell is doing.

00:21:32.000 And, yeah, we're going to do three rounds of breath, Back and forth, and we're going to do the first three rounds.

00:21:40.000 Now this guided by Viet breath work is really phenomenal because it's not work. 0.90

00:21:45.000 It's not something you actually have to work hard at.

00:21:48.000 It takes three minutes, which Russell will happily attest to.

00:21:51.000 He's done it with me millions of times at this point.

00:21:55.000 We've come together to do this.

00:21:56.000 It takes three minutes, right?

00:21:58.000 So the goal is you can do this in the middle of your day.

00:22:00.000 You could do it at three o'clock, You could do it at 6 o'clock.

00:22:03.000 You definitely should do it at 9 o'clock.

00:22:05.000 And at 12 o'clock, you don't even need to do it because, hell, you're at 12 o'clock.

00:22:09.000 So the goal is to just get on your knees.

00:22:12.000 Put your hands to the right and left side of your chest, right?

00:22:15.000 Yeah, you can have them a little higher.

00:22:16.000 That's fine.

00:22:16.000 The goal of your hands is so that you don't fall and hit your face if you do pass out or faint or momentarily lose consciousness.

00:22:25.000 And you really want to remember that The way this works is that what you feel, that how you feel, is right after that moment.

00:22:33.000 So we're going to inhale one like this into the mouth, deeply, deeply inhaling like this.

00:22:41.000 And then we're going to exhale.

00:22:43.000 We're going to do three rounds of those.

00:22:45.000 On the fourth one, Russell, you can maybe show everybody.

00:22:49.000 You'll come up as you inhale.

00:22:53.000 Inhale, then you puff your belly out like you're pregnant and look up at the ceiling above you, holding the breath, hold the breath, hold the breath, hold the breath, and your eyes can be open for this. 0.87

00:23:02.000 Hit the chest, release the air, and come down, exactly like Russell is doing.

00:23:07.000 Hopefully you're waiting till you get all the instructions at home because you really want to make sure that you are doing this Correctly before you start.

00:23:17.000 So three rounds, always through the mouth, deeply inhaling, deeply exhaling.

00:23:21.000 On the fourth one, come up on the knees, hold the breath, hold the breath, hit the chest, release the air only once you hit the chest, and come down.

00:23:30.000 Now what I want to recall is very important, is relaxation.

00:23:33.000 You're going to feel at some points that maybe this is like a yoga pose, and you want to get vinyasa about it.

00:23:39.000 Don't do that.

00:23:40.000 You really want to relax your body as much as possible, and I'll be here to remind you as we go.

00:23:45.000 Russell, do you feel like that's enough information and we can move forward into the actual practice?

00:23:50.000 Yes, I always find it helpful to push my, when I do this with other people, I tell them to push their chin up when they're in the up position of the inhale.

00:24:01.000 I tell them to bring their mindfulness to pushing their belly out when they're at the end of the inhale and to really relax on the exhale.

00:24:10.000 I tell them that focusing to that degree has the added advantage of stopping you thinking about whether or not your parents love you or if you're a good enough parent Or whether or not Taiwan are going to be the next target for a proxy war with a neighbouring superpower.

00:24:27.000 Well, I would love it if you just came on tour with me, whenever I am, so you could just follow up with those extra details, because it just makes it all the better having you here to help me explain it.

00:24:38.000 Do it at Community.

00:24:39.000 When you do it at Community, I will do it.

00:24:41.000 We'll do it together.

00:24:42.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:24:42.000 Fuck yeah. 1.00

00:24:43.000 Yeah, come join us at Community so you can see us guiding this together. 0.99

00:24:48.000 All right, everyone.

00:24:49.000 Getting ready, hands up.

00:24:52.000 Setting an intention with the first breath, just that you have a completely open mind to have a new experience with breath work and with this moment.

00:25:01.000 Okay, begin.

00:25:02.000 Inhale one through the mouth.

00:25:06.000 And release.

00:25:10.000 Inhale two through the mouth, even deeper.

00:25:14.000 And release.

00:25:18.000 Three.

00:25:18.000 Inhale.

00:25:18.000 Relax more.

00:25:22.000 And release.

00:25:25.000 Four.

00:25:25.000 Come up on the knees as you inhale.

00:25:29.000 Hold the breath.

00:25:30.000 Belly out.

00:25:30.000 Chin up.

00:25:31.000 Hold the breath.

00:25:32.000 Hold the breath. 0.96

00:25:35.000 And then hit the chest. 0.98

00:25:36.000 Come down. 0.77

00:25:40.000 Dan, you should get some shots from around here because it looks really cool.

00:25:44.000 You can see the dog in the background.

00:25:45.000 You can see Biette.

00:25:46.000 Looks like she's got like little robot legs because of the monitor and stuff. 1.00

00:25:54.000 I do have robot legs.

00:25:55.000 I bet you've got robot legs.

00:25:57.000 You're the sort of person who would have robot legs.

00:26:00.000 Yeah, I've got robot everything.

00:26:02.000 I just have enlightenment inside.

00:26:04.000 Come on then.

00:26:05.000 Take a swig from your spiky cup, and then do another round of that breath work.

00:26:11.000 Okay, this next round, let's set an intention.

00:26:14.000 Are you comfortable bringing your hands together in prayer for a moment?

00:26:18.000 And this isn't a denominational prayer, this isn't to any particular god, this is actually just that trinity of connecting to that inner self that knows all, and just asking it to help you today.

00:26:29.000 So if you're at home listening, you know, just say, please help me.

00:26:33.000 You could whisper it to yourself or say it internally with the mind's eye.

00:26:40.000 And with that help, bringing the hands out, hands to either side of the body, getting really focused, and let's begin.

00:26:47.000 Inhale one through the mouth.

00:26:51.000 And release.

00:26:55.000 Even deeper, relax more.

00:26:59.000 Release.

00:27:02.000 Three.

00:27:05.000 Release.

00:27:08.000 Deepest breath yet.

00:27:09.000 Inhale four.

00:27:10.000 Come up.

00:27:13.000 Belly out.

00:27:14.000 Chin up.

00:27:15.000 hold the breath and hit the chest Just calm down.

00:27:28.000 Alright.

00:27:46.000 If you're feeling this at home, just remember you are safe.

00:27:50.000 Nothing's happening to you.

00:27:51.000 You're just remembering who you are.

00:27:53.000 Not who you're not, but who you are when you're in a state of awakeness.

00:27:57.000 Let's do the final round.

00:27:59.000 I've got to go back to my little chair.

00:28:04.000 Okay.

00:28:05.000 Do you want to do that one seated with me?

00:28:08.000 Yeah.

00:28:09.000 Okay.

00:28:11.000 Also like I want to, I think it's important to, well it might not be important, I'm going to point out that when you do stuff like this it's in a way the sort of accompaniment to the ongoing critiques that we offer of establishment power have to be accompanied with a personal Awakening and personal change.

00:28:38.000 Sometimes when you're talking about the military industrial complex, corrupt media, big pharma, ineptitude in government, it feels unassailably large.

00:28:49.000 But of course, everything takes place within the field of your consciousness.

00:28:53.000 And if you can alter the field of your consciousness, It's possible that you're all in the base fabric of reality, or at least reality as we understand reality.

00:29:02.000 But yeah, we'll do the last round over on locals exclusively for our locals community.

00:29:10.000 Some of them are joining me now.

00:29:12.000 Look at this.

00:29:13.000 These guys love it.

00:29:13.000 They love it.

00:29:14.000 They love it.

00:29:15.000 They're sending us a lot of love.

00:29:17.000 Sensitive.

00:29:18.000 Yeah, because you want to remember what the purpose of being on this planet is, right?

00:29:22.000 Like it's all it's really messed up here.

00:29:25.000 So if you can't remember, you're just going to feel so overwhelmed and afraid.

00:29:31.000 So we'll wrap up.

00:29:32.000 You can join us on Locals for one more round.

00:29:33.000 You can find out more about Biette by going to Biettesimkin.com.

00:29:37.000 We'll post the link in the chat now.

00:29:38.000 You can see Biette.

00:29:40.000 She's joining me for Community 2023, July the 14th to 17th in Hay-on-Wye, if we live that long.

00:29:47.000 You can get tickets from Russellbrand.com.

00:29:49.000 Next week, we're going to be joined by Barry Weiss from the Twitter files.

00:29:53.000 I wonder what I was nearly saying there.

00:29:55.000 Total files.

00:29:57.000 You can sign up to Locals to get exclusive Q&As, do extra meditations like the one with me and Biette.

00:30:03.000 Join me for a guided meditation and even choose a guided meditation and do one personally with me.

00:30:07.000 Today I did one with a lady called Noelle who's facing an important decision and she wanted some guidance and we did a meditation around that and I feel like it helped her.

00:30:14.000 At least she said it did.

00:30:15.000 You can check that out as well.

00:30:17.000 Join us next week on Stay Free with Russell Brand not for more of the same but for more of the different.

00:30:22.000 If you're joining us on Locals you can see a little bit more of this content but if not, stay free.

00:30:26.000 Until next week!

00:30:27.000 Stay awake!

00:30:28.000 Stay free!

00:30:28.000 Stay connected!

00:30:29.000 Ta-ta! 0.99

00:30:29.000 All right, NPH, we can do, like, one more round here in this chair with these people and locals who are enjoying it. 0.99

00:30:38.000 They feel all right.

00:30:40.000 Arm strength, have power.

00:30:41.000 Yeah, that's nice.

00:30:44.000 They're going nuts for it.

00:30:45.000 And then the link's there for community, you lot.

00:30:49.000 All right, let's do one more round then, NPH, dear. 1.00

00:30:54.000 Okay, let's do the regular seated one, like a taxi vibe.

00:30:58.000 Ready guys?

00:30:59.000 Inhale one, and release.

00:31:06.000 Inhale two, and release.

00:31:13.000 Inhale three, deeper, and release.

00:31:19.000 And on the fourth one, hold at the top, belly out, chin up. 0.89

00:31:25.000 Hold the breath, belly out, chin up, hold the breath.

00:31:32.000 And hit the chest, release.

00:31:33.000 Well, I suppose if we are mystics, we have to spend time in mystical states.

00:31:56.000 That it would be painful not to.

00:31:59.000 And I think that's the truth is that we were mystics when we were on heroin, right?
