00:02:18.000This is fascinating because obviously you'll be aware by now that the Biden administration has just banned TikTok.
00:02:25.000But do you know that they are continuing to collaborate with and liaise with TikTok influencers, inviting them to swanky White House occasions?
00:02:35.000And do you know that they're continuing, obviously I suppose you do know, to accept Meta's lobbying money?
00:02:41.000So I suppose what we'll be looking at is the TikTok ban.
00:02:46.000Because remember when you watch anything about this you'll say, what you'll hear is, we have to protect you from TikTok, the Chinese Communist Party are in charge of it and they're going to propagandise you to within an inch of your life.
00:02:56.000I mean just look at how casually, easily and regularly Nancy Pelosi, like she uses Russiagate and the idea of Russian interventionism and Putin as a sort of an incessant threat.
00:03:09.000Russia and Putin are the Kaiser Soze and Nancy Pelosi's mind.
00:03:14.000They're the boogeyman, is what I'm saying.

00:10:49.000The US is expected to spend at least $320 million on the pier in Gaza.
00:10:54.000President Biden ordered its construction to allow more aid into the Strip instead of pressuring Israel to open more land border crossings.
00:11:04.000It's a curious relationship currently, isn't it, between the United States and that region.
00:11:13.000On one hand, there is the ongoing arming of Israel, which of course facilitates Events I think most people, well 70% of voters, certainly would prefer that the military activity, should we call it, in Gaza was ended.
00:11:32.000And $320 million, it's yours as well, that's also yours, is being spent on building a pier.
00:11:36.000I mean, what, at this point, what is the function Of a pier?
00:11:48.000Who's saying, like, on one hand, let's continue to rain down evisceration, but also, you know, we all enjoy a pier, don't we?
00:11:59.000How about a little trip to Coney Island?
00:12:01.000Miss Larkin just said there'll be about a thousand US service members operating a pier system off of Gaza.
00:12:07.000How many of them will have guns, Mr Secretary?
00:12:11.000Well, typically all of the deployed service members carry guns, and they have the ability to protect themselves if challenged.
00:12:18.000So if someone from land in Gaza shoots at our service members who are on the $320 million pier that we're building, you're telling me our service members can shoot back?

00:12:35.000So now I want to move to the likelihood that you think someone from land in Gaza might shoot at our service members on this pier.
00:12:47.000Matt Gaetz may look like a grown-up monster, but by God is he a good interrogator.
00:12:54.000The times I've seen that dude put various folk from Congress and elsewhere within the Biden administration, or indeed his own party, under pressure suggests this is a dude who knows how to have A conversation.
00:14:18.000Okay, but you guys parse the distinction between, like when Americans think boots on the ground, they think Americans in harm's way, or engaged actively in a conflict.

00:15:54.000A basic question about whose interests are being represented now is...
00:15:58.000Do you imagine if there were referenda, if you were able to vote for it, how many of these conflicts would you continue to fund through your tax dollars if you were able to choose?

00:16:13.000Would you prefer to see a ceasefire in all Middle Eastern conflicts?
00:16:16.000Do you want to see an escalation between the US and China?
00:16:21.000Or would you prefer to invest in American infrastructure, invest in your own country, Focus on your own borders, your own nation, your own well-being.

00:17:43.000Now, Vladimir Zelensky said that he's working on a 10-year AIDS deal with the United States of America.
00:17:49.000So people have said that the intention is to turn Ukraine-Russia into a kind of Afghanistan-like rolling conflict that requires continual funding along entrenched, normalised war.
00:18:04.000The difference, of course, is that Afghanistan were not, and are not, a nuclear superpower.
00:18:20.000and other NATO countries agreed to negotiate bilateral deals with Ukraine at the Alliance's summit at the Vilnius, I hope I'm saying that correctly, last year.
00:18:35.000That's an indication of a long-term plan, isn't it?
00:18:41.000If you've got a 10-year deal, isn't the suggestion that this is not a conflict that's going to be concluded imminently or immediately through diplomacy?
00:18:53.000Another extraordinary economic event is that you are buying 1.6 billion, you're buying with your tax dollars, 1.6 billion dollars worth of Ukrainian arms for Ukraine.
00:20:06.000There's been talk that Netanyahu will be pursued and potentially arrested as a war criminal due to his actions or the legitimization or authorization of actions in Gaza.
00:20:21.000Putin is regularly judged to be a war criminal for the criminal invasion of Ukraine.
00:20:28.000But the reason that Putin can't be pursued through the international courts for war criminality is because to draw the comparison, to make that claim, would draw attention to the numerous criminal actions and war crimes of your administration and of my nation.
00:21:33.000I feel like I sort of saw an outpouring of grief, like that Navalny, a person I'd never heard of before, was sort of sold to me as some kind of Forrest Gump individual.
00:22:00.000The Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday that US intelligence agencies believe Russian President Vladimir Putin likely did not order the killing of opposition figure Alexei Navalny, who died earlier this year while serving a 19-year sentence at a penal colony in Siberia.
00:22:13.000The Journal report said the idea that Putin likely didn't order Navalny's death is broadly accepted within the intelligence community and is the view of the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the State Department's intelligence wing.
00:22:25.000So according to their own deep state, Putin did not kill Navalny.
00:22:33.000It belongs with the Nord Stream pipeline in the bogus fables that have emerged throughout this war to legitimise its perpetuation and the ongoing vilification of Russia.
00:22:45.000Of course, we're aware that Russia has its own propaganda, has its own means of carrying out deep state activity and Skullduggery.
00:22:52.000But when it comes to the death of Alexei Navalny, what we have to concede is this is a matter of framing.
00:22:59.000The legacy media and establishment interests have been framing Vladimir Putin as a war criminal from the outset of this conflict, even prior to it.
00:23:10.000So will Benjamin Netanyahu be arrested as a war criminal?
00:23:16.000And if we accept That Putin is a war criminal, that Netanyahu is a war criminal.
00:23:22.000Many of our fated heroes, the members of the pantheon of great American presidents, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton.
00:23:31.000And hey, our hands are hardly clean here in the United Kingdom.
00:23:36.000Tony Blair, too, would have to be regarded as a war criminal by the systems of evaluation that would likely be deployed to condemn either of those two.
00:23:48.000Wall Street Journal reports that Navalny was not murdered by Putin, and I responded to that, you can see.

00:24:02.000But the crux of this for the United States is that we do not believe that the ICC has jurisdiction on this.
00:24:08.000That being said, we work closely with the ICC on a number of key areas.
00:24:12.000We think that they do important work, important work as it relates to Ukraine, Darfur, Sudan, Okay, so it's not just a bureaucratic response.
00:24:30.000It appears that US interests are actively working to prevent an arrest taking place, and that is, of course, likely because they would be judged to be accomplices in such criminality, as well as the historic crimes.
00:24:44.000Indeed, Empire itself necessitates criminality and war criminality in particular.
00:24:51.000Increasingly on the show we've come to recognise that war is the business of the establishment.
00:24:57.000So let's have a look at war criminality and what constitutes a war crime in a little more detail.
00:25:03.000The US and Israel are working together to prevent the International Criminal Court from issuing an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
00:25:12.000Haaretz reported that the Israeli government is working under the assumption that arrest warrants could be issued as soon as this week.
00:25:17.000The report said the US is already engaged in an effort to block the warrants.
00:25:20.000Any criminal investigation into Netanyahu also implicates Biden Since he's provided so much support for the Israeli campaign in Gaza, the US, Israel's leading arms supplier, has opposed the ICC's Palestine investigation from the start, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken saying in a 2021 statement that the court has no jurisdiction over this matter because Israel is not a party to the ICC.
00:25:43.000So it's a matter of jurisdiction rather than a matter of ethics, morality or criminality.
00:25:48.000What Blinken is saying there is, well, the ICC Who are the ICC to tell us what's a war crime?
00:25:58.000The Biden administration vocally supported the ICC's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Putin over war crimes committed in Ukraine, even though neither Russia nor Ukraine are parties to the Rome Statute.
00:26:08.000So they were willing to legitimise the ICC's arrest warrant when it came to Putin.
00:26:24.000Do you see that language is using its meaning, that principles are using their meaning, that we're being invited to participate in a kind of odd ontological wilderness where people can determine Whose war crimes are legitimate and whose war crimes are not even war crimes at all, or at least don't fall within the jurisdiction of the people or bodies that might determine what a war crime is.
00:26:48.00020 years after the United States invaded Iraq in an act of aggression to pave the way for war crimes, their Pentagon officials have sought to block the Biden administration's efforts to aid the International Criminal Court's investigation of war crimes committed by Russia During its year-long invasion of Ukraine, while much of the Biden administration, including the state and justice departments and some intelligence agencies, support turning US-gathered evidence of Russian crimes over to the ICC, defence officials have so far sought to stop those efforts because if you start saying, hey, this is a war crime, what is?
00:27:17.000Well, invading Ukraine for no reason, getting involved in their country.
00:27:24.000The next question might be, what the hell were you doing in Iraq?
00:27:30.000involvement in the ICC's investigation because they fear it would set a precedent that could one day lead to the prosecution of Americans for past or future crimes, a concern long voiced by multiple U.S.
00:27:40.000administrations, including the current one.
00:27:42.000invaded Iraq in March 2003, it did so neither in self-defense nor with the authorization of the U.N.
00:27:50.000So there are Predeterminants and conditions that decide whether or not something's a war crime.
00:27:56.000Making the war illegal under international standards.
00:27:59.000Documented and alleged war crimes committed by Russian forces and contractors in Ukraine include, but are not limited to, massacres and other murders of civilians and soldiers, indiscriminate attacks on densely populated areas, attacking critical civilian infrastructure, bombing hospitals, shelters, torture, rape, and sexual enslavement of women and children, and stealing children.
00:28:17.000Many stories of that nature were revealed extraordinarily by the publications of WikiLeaks and Julian Assange, that espionage in acting criminal still jailed for, you know, telling us about other people's criminality.
00:28:32.000American troops and contractors have perpetrated each of those war crimes in US attacks, invasions, occupations and peacekeeping operations in the years since the ICC was established.
00:28:45.000Clinton, Obama and Biden are identified with the development of the war policy of American imperialism over the past three decades.
00:28:52.000Clinton during his presidency oversaw a series of US military interventions in the former Yugoslavia including full-scale air war against Serbia and Somalia as well as bomb and missile attacks in Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan.
00:29:04.000Obama Continued the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan begun by George W. Bush while bombing Libya, supporting Islamic forces in that country and in Syria, plunging both countries into bloody civil wars.
00:29:15.000He extended the global pursuit of military confrontation with his turn to Asia, promising to shift the majority of U.S.
00:29:22.000military forces to the Asia-Pacific theater to confront China.
00:29:28.000Biden's main focus since taking office has been to instigate, then escalate, the US-NATO proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, to which the administration has devoted massive financial and military resources.
00:29:41.000So when you look at the subject of war criminality, what you are essentially looking at is who decides What a war criminal is.
00:29:50.000Is Benjamin Netanyahu a war criminal because of actions in Gaza which many people believe to be genocidal?
00:29:58.000Is Barack Obama a war criminal because of his perpetuation of war crimes throughout his administration?
00:30:05.000Is the entire system predicated on war criminality?
00:30:11.000Are all of us Totally and entirely disenfranchised from the systems and actions that we fund through our taxes.
00:30:21.000Are all of us essentially participating in a state of criminality?
00:30:25.000Not through any choice, but by default.
00:30:28.000So it seems that you can't even engage the principles of justice because to do so would be to acknowledge that the system itself is criminal.

00:33:09.000And his videos capturing behind-the-scenes moments were broadcast to more than 830,000 followers.
00:33:16.000Harry is just one of dozens of social media personalities and influencers that the Biden administration, and more importantly, the Biden campaign, is courting.
00:33:26.000From special invites to White House briefings to State of the Union watch parties, all to get out their message and the vote on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
00:33:36.000I know in my circle or even just friends, a lot of people are persuaded daily by stuff on TikTok.
00:33:41.000They'll see a clip of Biden or Trump saying something and that'll change their minds.
00:33:46.000The Biden campaign told NewsHour that they aren't currently paying influencers for their content.
00:33:51.000Recent polling shows Biden is struggling with young voters, a key part of the Democratic base.
00:33:57.000His approval with voters under 30, sitting at 30%.
00:34:01.000Now, they're trying to meet young voters where they are, on the grid.
00:34:42.000The president came to my house to have dinner.
00:34:45.000Former President Obama revolutionized how once nascent social media platforms could turn out the vote.
00:34:51.000Now there are communications agencies dedicated to partnering campaigns and politicians with influencers as an integral part of their digital strategy.
00:35:00.000Only the November result will reveal whether the investment in influencers translates to votes.
00:35:06.000This is a brilliant story because it's another opportunity for us to examine the cartilage that now exists between the state and the media.
00:35:16.000How it's possible to crush dissent and amplify powerful messaging.
00:35:20.000Like you, I was really struck by those young TikTok influencers kind of innocently conveying propaganda enthusiastically.
00:35:39.000So what we are finding now is that the Biden administration is in a peculiar situation of requiring the TikTok ban to be enacted, but knowing that between now and the election, they're going to have to utilize TikTok.
00:35:53.000Make no mistake about it, these kind of online independent media spaces are the difference between, I believe, along with primarily your spirit, your resolve and your willingness to oppose, the difference between an unignorable, unavoidable, inexorable tyranny and the potential for freedom.
00:36:12.000They recognise that these spaces and these kind of conversations are leading to genuine opposition and genuine disruption.
00:36:20.000Let's just take the example of the W.H.O.
00:36:25.000Treaty is having to be continually amended so that it can be effective and passed, even though many of us now know that the whole thing is a coup.
00:36:47.000He was able to bring on Robert Malone and a variety of people and dissidents and talk about health and wellness and other fascist right-wing stuff.
00:36:55.000We have to make sure that the next incarnation of the WHO treaty ensures that we will have the power to censor and control, impose global measures and vaguely describe What type of emergency we will be able to utilise to shut down people's freedoms.
00:37:15.000TikTok is one of those spaces where reporting on a variety of subjects, war, pandemics, climate change, farmers protests, is not controlled in the manner that the state requires.
00:37:26.000Let's have a look at this in a little more detail and look at the hypocrisy and paradox around TikTok regulation and legislation.
00:37:37.000As Congress and the National Security State continue their quest to ban the TikTok social media platform, President Joe Biden has been caught in TikTok influences to help him shore up youth support for his re-election.
00:37:47.000Youth support that you might imagine is in decline because a lot of people are not down with Genocide Joe's ongoing wars.
00:37:57.000While the administration has been publicly casting TikTok as a grave threat to American security, the White House has quietly hosted a number of influencers to pitch them on pro-Biden content.
00:38:07.000In recent months, some of the biggest TikTok users with accounts boasting millions of followers have visited the White House.
00:38:24.000Free speech that opposes our agenda is bad.
00:38:27.000Each of these TikToker meetings was coordinated by White House Deputy Director of Partnerships, Morgan McNaughton, who herself has a background with the company.
00:38:36.000She was hired last year from Palette, a social media talent management company that specializes in TikTok personalities.
00:38:44.000So Pallet has become one of those pieces of cartilage that is utilised to convey propaganda.
00:38:51.000While there, McNaughton helped found the political group TikTok for Biden.
00:39:11.000Pallet received $200,000 in 2022 from the DNC for paid media.
00:39:17.000Federal Election Commission data reveals this.
00:39:20.000According to the Washington Post's Taylor Lorenz, Pallet was paid a retainer from the DNC to cover expenses for eight TikTok creators to travel to Washington in hopes of wooing them in the run-up to the midterm elections, resulting in an Oval Office meeting with Biden.
00:39:34.000So what they've acknowledged is that TikTok is effective in reaching certain demographics,
00:39:39.000presumably by their reckoning, young people.
00:39:41.000So they're trying to populate TikTok with influencers that are sympathetic and indeed
00:39:47.000paid to be sympathetic to their perspective while simultaneously banning TikTok.
00:39:53.000That's a little bit like paying to build a pier in Gaza while facilitating the bombing of Gaza.
00:40:00.000What kind of topsy-turvy, amoral, crazy, godless world are they trying to midwife us into?
00:40:07.000Though the Biden administration has directly consulted on the creation of the legislation that could ban TikTok, the Biden campaign has embraced the app, creating an official account.
00:40:15.000Nearly half of the US population uses TikTok.
00:40:17.000Uh-oh, it's the most downloaded app in the country and the world.
00:40:20.000Lawmakers are citing data privacy, which we know they care a great deal about, national security, which of course is an extraordinary priority for them, As primary concerns behind the ban, but others have been more explicit, they are worried about how the app is influencing Americans' political views, particularly among young voters.
00:40:39.000Discussion of the TikTok ban in Congress has been rife, with red bait in an anti-Chinese fear mongering.
00:40:44.000Senator Mark Warner, a Virginia Democrat, referred to TikTok as a communist propaganda tool.
00:40:50.000And Senator Pete Ricketts said, Pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas hashtags are generating 50 times the views on TikTok right now.
00:40:57.000These videos have more reach than the top 10 US news websites combined.
00:41:05.000Then he goes on to say, extraordinarily, the Chinese Communist Party is doing this on purpose.
00:41:10.000This is the problem that they face in general with social media and independent media's use of social media sites.
00:41:18.000It's impossible now to prevent alternative narratives, opposition narratives, dissident narratives, inquiring, questioning narratives, new alliances emerging.
00:41:27.000So what's required is a topsy-turvy, bizarre set of legislature and incentives that are directly at odds with each other.
00:41:35.000We need a bunch of TikTok influencers, fresh-faced Gen Z for Biden.
00:41:43.000The truth behind it, of course, is that they're acknowledging now that we don't need the legacy media, that we've realized that the legacy media is unreliable, untrustworthy, a tool of the establishment.
00:41:55.000If that wasn't evident to you in that bizarre gala the other day where there was back Slapping and fist pumping and celebration of freedom while Julian Assange remains in prison, while Gonzalo Lira died in prison, while it's plain and obvious that the legacy media functions primarily as a tool of the state and of globalist corporatist interest.
00:42:18.000Just think for a moment how they behaved in the pandemic.
00:42:35.000There's no concrete evidence supporting the idea that political ideas shared on TikTok are more progressive or more pro-Palestinian than what you find on other platforms, or that it skews more progressive than the overall population, with nearly 70% of voters now supporting a ceasefire in Gaza.
