00:00:08.000 Russell Brand, controversial conspiracy theorist.
00:00:12.000 Trying to bring real journalism to the American people.
00:00:16.000 Hello there, you awakening wonders.
00:00:18.000 Thanks for joining us for Stay Free with Russell Brand.
00:00:20.000 Today's guest is Joby Weeks, a Bitcoin entrepreneur on a tag on house arrest right now.
00:00:27.000 You'll see his bracelet in the interview.
00:00:29.000 Joby's crime to be ahead of the curve when it comes to digital currency.
00:00:34.000 Here's a quick film about Joby explaining his situation.
00:00:37.000 I got my first Bitcoin when it was less than a dollar.
00:00:41.000 I figured if a laptop computer would generate a dollar a day in Bitcoin.
00:00:45.000 Then, if I filled a data center with a million laptop computers, I'd make a million dollars a day.
00:00:50.000 So, I get smaller, faster, more efficient, less electricity, and these things just crank away.
00:00:55.000 There's thousands and thousands of these things in this data center here.
00:01:00.000 Business model was simple you refer three friends, tell them to do the same.
00:01:06.000 We had over a hundred people making more than a hundred thousand dollars a month or more.
00:01:12.000 Customer service questions started coming in.
00:01:15.000 In Chinese and Japanese and French and Korean and we only speak English.
00:01:20.000 Good expert analysis now.
00:01:22.000 Jordan Balfour calls Bitcoin a fraud.
00:01:24.000 The people who are getting involved in it right now, there's no regulation on the actual level of Bitcoin itself.
00:01:31.000 There was no bank accounts that were opened.
00:01:33.000 We just did billions of dollars in business completely outside the system.
00:01:39.000 The Bitclub guys got so rich, they didn't know what to do with all their money.
00:01:43.000 A couple things.
00:01:44.000 Network marketing, cryptocurrency.
00:01:48.000 printing money, right?
00:01:49.000 You have a death wish?
00:01:52.000 Because the regulators love you, right?
00:01:55.000 The regulators love you.
00:01:56.000 I'm sitting there at Date with Destiny.
00:01:57.000 Tony Robbins is on the stage talking and it's like high energy, you know?
00:02:02.000 And all of a sudden I'm surrounded by a dozen agents.
00:02:05.000 Mr. Weeks, you're under arrest.
00:02:07.000 And I'm like, for what?
00:02:11.000 It was an international sting.
00:02:12.000 This was a global operation.
00:02:14.000 Five takedowns.
00:02:15.000 Everybody's walking around with a Swiss bank account in their pocket.
00:02:20.000 What mechanisms do we have available to even do simple things like tax enforcement?
00:02:26.000 My wife calls me and she asks me how I'm doing.
00:02:29.000 I'm like, it's going great.
00:02:30.000 I'm an honorary member of the Bloods now and I'm making 100% a week selling honey buns.
00:02:44.000 If you haven't seen Joby Weeks' film Free Joby, then you should look at that and go to the Free Joby website because he needs your support.
00:02:51.000 This is a conversation that includes decentralization, the massive con that is the global finance system, the state's power and ability to shut people down if they're a threat to global state interests.
00:03:02.000 Joby's case is a vital one if you want to understand freedom and the power that is held by those that control the financial system.
00:03:09.000 It's also a great cautionary tale.
00:03:11.000 If what you're doing in your public life impacts the interests of the powerful, they will find a way.
00:03:18.000 To shut you down.
00:03:19.000 But don't take my word for it.
00:03:22.000 Trust Joby Weeks.
00:03:23.000 Here he is.
00:03:23.000 Joby Weeks, thanks for coming.
00:03:25.000 What's up, bro?
00:03:26.000 Good to see you again.
00:03:27.000 What's amazing, I'm wearing this Death Row t shirt.
00:03:29.000 By Serendipity, you've had someone who was it that's been around to your house?
00:03:35.000 Michael Harris.
00:03:36.000 He's one of the founders of Death Row.
00:03:37.000 And he came by to say hi.
00:03:40.000 Nice guy.
00:03:41.000 And what I like about it is that, but you're on bail.
00:03:44.000 I'm on bail.
00:03:46.000 You're on a tag.
00:03:47.000 You've been on house arrest for, I think, for longer than.
00:03:50.000 Anyone in American history?
00:03:52.000 Is that correct?
00:03:53.000 You've been on house arrest longer than anyone else?
00:03:57.000 Definitely pre trial.
00:03:58.000 It's been almost seven years.
00:03:59.000 I was arrested in 2019.
00:04:01.000 So before COVID, before the January 6th fiasco, I was before all that.
00:04:09.000 I'm still stuck here.
00:04:10.000 Here's my ankle bracelet just for proof.
00:04:12.000 Yeah, there he is.
00:04:13.000 He's on a tag.
00:04:14.000 Death row.
00:04:15.000 Oh, yeah.
00:04:16.000 Well, I'm on burglary.
00:04:17.000 I don't know how long they could keep you in purgatory for.
00:04:19.000 It's crazy, man.
00:04:21.000 So it's not easy.
00:04:22.000 It's not easy.
00:04:22.000 I've been on, I'm awaiting trial.
00:04:24.000 Currently, I'm standing trial in October in the United Kingdom.
00:04:29.000 On a number of charges related to allegations of historic sexual misconduct, all of which I absolutely deny.
00:04:39.000 Now, let's talk about your case and how you've been wrongly accused.
00:04:43.000 I, like many people, have seen the film Free Joby by the brilliant filmmaker Mickey Willis.
00:04:48.000 And in that, it makes it pretty clear this is my appraisal of your life.
00:04:51.000 And it's been a while since I've done that.
00:04:53.000 This let me tell you about you as I understand you.
00:04:57.000 You are an entrepreneur.
00:04:59.000 From a pretty normal background.
00:05:01.000 Your dad was a pasta.
00:05:02.000 Your mum's something like a taught teacher.
00:05:04.000 You're like a normal dude.
00:05:06.000 You've very, very quickly understood entrepreneurialism.
00:05:10.000 You saw what was going down both with Napster and something that's called something like Bitstream or Bitstorm, where decentralized bits were used in order that people could download a whole movie and they couldn't shut it down because it weren't centralized.
00:05:23.000 You pretty early on recognized what the people who established Bitcoin and blockchain currency were doing.
00:05:29.000 And you recognized that Bitcoin mining was going to be highly, highly profitable.
00:05:34.000 You got, if one laptop computer can mine this amount of Bitcoin, then a million monkey laptops could mine this much.
00:05:41.000 You were an entrepreneur, you were a pioneer, you're ahead of the curve.
00:05:44.000 You're actually ahead of what the state could actually handle, accommodate, or comprehend.
00:05:49.000 Now, there's two possible ways of looking at this.
00:05:51.000 One is they earnestly misunderstood what you were doing and regarded it as criminality.
00:05:57.000 The other, and guess which one I'm more inclined towards, is that they recognized that if If digital currency became extremely popular extremely quickly, a process that you were expediting through your ingenuity, and anyone who watches Mickey's film Free Joby will see that you have an entrepreneurial spirit but a great heart.
00:06:14.000 You were getting other people wealthy, you're including people, taking brilliant trips, doing good things.
00:06:19.000 Anyone who knows you, and I have the honour of calling you a friend now, even though we're both men under the cosh and the hammer of the state, can see that you are a good hearted, mighty hearted man and exactly the kind of man that we need in a position.
00:06:32.000 Leadership and authority to help us in this time of crisis and increasing centralized control.
00:06:38.000 They shut you down, the feds raided, they took all of your equipment and kit, even though you could show the receipts for everything you were doing.
00:06:45.000 This is the money that's been generated, this is who has it, here's all my VAT and tax.
00:06:49.000 In fact, so much so that you thought that they'd made an honest mistake, and once you'd explained yourself, they'd go, Oh, you're free to go.
00:06:56.000 But they didn't say you're free to go.
00:06:58.000 So now, in the aftermath of Pam Bondi, Attorney General, losing her job, a person who's had a year to pardon you and hasn't, Trump.
00:07:06.000 Could have pardoned you, hasn't yet.
00:07:08.000 You, as I understand, are awaiting trial.
00:07:09.000 Your trial's earlier than mine, coming down the pipe, coming down the line.
00:07:14.000 Um, where are you right?
00:07:16.000 I don't, I don't mean physically where are you, but where are you spiritually?
00:07:19.000 Where, how are you feeling?
00:07:21.000 What have I missed out or messed up?
00:07:23.000 And how can our audience support you and your quest for justice in the face of a corrupt state?
00:07:31.000 Well, that was awesome, Russell.
00:07:33.000 Great, great overview.
00:07:36.000 I suppose at freejobie.com you can see all that.
00:07:40.000 But it's an interesting situation, you know, spiritually, which is probably the most important part of all of this, is I feel like I'm like living the lives of like 10 Bible characters at once.
00:07:52.000 So my name is Jobie or Job, if you, Jobadiah is my full name.
00:07:56.000 So there's a book of the Bible named Job, the oldest book, and Obadiah, he was a prophet.
00:08:00.000 So, Jobadiah, billionaire prophet.
00:08:03.000 Maybe.
00:08:05.000 So that, we'll see.
00:08:08.000 But Job had a predicament.
00:08:11.000 God describes Job as probably the only person in the Bible as blameless, perfect, whatever.
00:08:19.000 You know, God loved him, and the devil came one day and said, I could get Job to curse you if we take away all of his crops and his flocks and kill his whole family and blow his house to the ground.
00:08:29.000 And, you know, and God said, He's not going to curse me.
00:08:33.000 And so, next thing you know, Satan does it, and Job loses everything and still doesn't curse God.
00:08:40.000 And he said, Well, that's because you wouldn't let me touch him.
00:08:42.000 But if I get him sick, then maybe he'll curse you.
00:08:46.000 And God's like, Just don't kill him.
00:08:49.000 Long in the short, Job never cursed God, and he got everything back 10x.
00:08:55.000 So that kind of happened to me.
00:08:56.000 If you Google what Joby means, it means persecuted.
00:08:59.000 So I asked my mom, Why did you name me that mom?
00:09:03.000 Anyway, so long in the short, Then Paul, that guy was kidnapped and bounced from jail to jail to jail to jail.
00:09:11.000 I had that same experience too.
00:09:13.000 I was arrested in West Palm Beach, and because I wouldn't give them my Bitcoin, they wanted me to just fork it all over when I was arrested.
00:09:23.000 And I was like, no, I need to be able to pay for bail and hire some lawyers.
00:09:26.000 And after six hours of interrogation, they got mad.
00:09:30.000 I was like, take me to see a judge.
00:09:31.000 I get to go to jail.
00:09:32.000 I get to talk to a lawyer.
00:09:33.000 They were just trying to hustle me for my private keys.
00:09:36.000 I.
00:09:37.000 Then got disappeared, right?
00:09:39.000 For 11 months, they bounced me from jail to jail to jail to jail, state to state to state to state.
00:09:43.000 My family didn't know where I was.
00:09:44.000 They denied me bail.
00:09:45.000 They denied me a trial.
00:09:47.000 These are constitutional violations.
00:09:49.000 According to the Constitution and due process, you get indicted, you get arrested, you get bail, you get a trial.
00:09:56.000 And if after you're convicted by a jury, your peers at trial, then you go to jail.
00:10:02.000 They skip all that in this country and they just kidnap you and deny you bail and deny you a trial and throw you directly into jail.
00:10:09.000 And this is why.
00:10:10.000 The DOJ has a 97% success rate in convictions is because they don't follow the Constitution.
00:10:16.000 Of course, they all take an oath to follow the Constitution, but I don't know why they never follow it.
00:10:21.000 And so I was being bounced around all over the country.
00:10:24.000 I met all these interesting people that were dealing with lawfare, like myself.
00:10:28.000 We have millions and millions of people in the prison system.
00:10:31.000 They're warehousing humans, it's a horrible thing, and trafficking them.
00:10:35.000 And so I found out that a lot of these people were still in jail on a complaint, they had never even been indicted.
00:10:40.000 And what happens is the DOJ comes to you and the prosecutors and they say, hey, we have to eventually give you a trial.
00:10:49.000 But you're looking at 20 years if you lose.
00:10:52.000 However, since you've already been in jail two or three years without ever being indicted or convicted of anything, if you just sign this piece of paper, you can go home tomorrow.
00:11:01.000 Well, who in their right mind is going to fight the government?
00:11:03.000 They just sign it and they go home tomorrow.
00:11:05.000 Boom, the DOJ gets a conviction 97% success rate because they're cheaters.
00:11:11.000 They don't follow the law.
00:11:12.000 And so that happened with me, and that's like Paul's life.
00:11:15.000 But then there's Daniel in the Lion's Den, and Jonah the Whale, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, David versus Goliath.
00:11:20.000 I mean, here's little me fighting the US government.
00:11:23.000 I ran out of money.
00:11:25.000 I spent $5 million hiring all these highfalutin, rootin', tootin' lawyers.
00:11:29.000 One was a guy named David Boys, who the Yale Law School was named after the guy.
00:11:34.000 Hunter Biden worked for him for 10 years.
00:11:37.000 And I figured this is a CIA billion dollar heist, deep state, you know, and it was Biden Lawfare.
00:11:43.000 So I thought, why don't I hire this guy and maybe he can, you know, fix this?
00:11:48.000 And of course, no, they wanted to railroad me and steal all this money.
00:11:52.000 Just to give a little background, Of what we were doing.
00:11:57.000 When I discovered Bitcoin, it was 85 cents.
00:11:59.000 Nobody knew what a Bitcoin was, but I was already into alternative currencies.
00:12:07.000 I was a regional currency officer for the Liberty Dollar.
00:12:10.000 According to the Constitution, gold and silver is money.
00:12:14.000 So, this whole fiat banking system, I'm like, how did that happen?
00:12:19.000 We inherited this.
00:12:20.000 We didn't have any say.
00:12:21.000 We were born into it.
00:12:22.000 But as God is my witness, I'm not leaving this debt based.
00:12:28.000 Fiat system for my children to grow up in.
00:12:32.000 And so I wanted to focus on alternatives.
00:12:34.000 And I learned that the fiat system isn't backed by gold and silver, it's backed by bonds, backed by birth certificates, backed by the government's ability to tax us.
00:12:45.000 So we are the collateral for this debt.
00:12:48.000 They hypothecate humans.
00:12:51.000 And because it's a debt based currency, all this money springs into existence out of debt.
00:12:55.000 If we paid off the debt, there wouldn't be a dollar left circulating and we would still owe all the interest.
00:13:00.000 I mean, it's a mathematical impossibility to pay principal plus interest if only principal exists.
00:13:06.000 It's a game of musical chairs.
00:13:07.000 There's 12 people going after 10 chairs.
00:13:09.000 It's like, it's insane.
00:13:11.000 But this is the global banking cabal that's captured all these countries, including the United States of America.
00:13:17.000 We have been captured.
00:13:18.000 We're no longer a du jour constitutional republic.
00:13:20.000 We're a de facto corporate state.
00:13:22.000 And it's a horrible situation that we've been born into that we've inherited.
00:13:26.000 And so I've been fighting this.
00:13:27.000 That's why we minted all this gold and silver.
00:13:30.000 You know, we had about 20,000 merchants that accepted our money for their goods and services.
00:13:35.000 You know, it was the second most popular currency in the United States.
00:13:38.000 This was before Bitcoin, but this is what got me interested.
00:13:41.000 I read the book called The Creature from Jekyll Island by Ed Griffin and The Liberty Dollar Solution to the Federal Reserve.
00:13:48.000 So, you know, I went around and back then silver was $4 an ounce and we just saw silver broke $100 the other day, you know, so you can see what happens.
00:13:56.000 All commodities are going up.
00:13:59.000 Why?
00:13:59.000 Because the government will never stop printing trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars.
00:14:04.000 That's why Bitcoin went from $100 to $10, $100, $1,000, $10,000, $100,000, $100,000.
00:14:09.000 Bitcoin will be a million dollars because the government will never stop printing this money.
00:14:14.000 And so, you know, how do you protect yourself from this theft?
00:14:18.000 Inflation is theft.
00:14:19.000 It's a tax.
00:14:20.000 If you or I did it, we'd go to jail because we're destroying the purchasing power of anybody that uses the currency.
00:14:26.000 So, I mean, that creates victims.
00:14:29.000 That's why it's a crime.
00:14:30.000 But they do it every single day.
00:14:31.000 But if we did it, we'd go to jail, you know?
00:14:34.000 So, anyways, Bitcoin then came out.
00:14:36.000 Well, the Liberty dollar actually got raided by the feds.
00:14:39.000 You can look that one up when we made the Ron Paul coins.
00:14:42.000 Ron Paul was running for president.
00:14:44.000 And so we made a Ron Paul coin.
00:14:46.000 Sold 60,000 of those, and I did the Ron Paul limo and the Ron Paul blimp and went through like 30 states and all the debates and stuff.
00:14:54.000 And then Bitcoin came out, and I was like, oh, this is very, very clever.
00:14:58.000 We can send value across the internet without having to go through a trusted third party like a bank or a government, and they can't stop it.
00:15:06.000 Like you were saying with the BitTorrent network, the reason Napster got shut down was because it was centralized.
00:15:11.000 And so they just came and stole the servers and stuff.
00:15:13.000 But with the BitTorrent network, they had computers all over the place.
00:15:17.000 There wasn't any central point of weakness.
00:15:19.000 Bitcoin is the currency that runs on the BitTorrent network.
00:15:22.000 And so I instantly got it and I was like, this is very, very clever.
00:15:26.000 I say it's the number two invention ever invented next to air conditioning, mainly because places like Las Vegas and Singapore would not exist without air conditioning.
00:15:36.000 So, long and short, you know, I got hacked.
00:15:40.000 I got, you know, my first Bitcoin that I had purchased was on the Silk Road back before there was even exchanges.
00:15:49.000 Nobody knew what a Bitcoin was.
00:15:51.000 And so, you know, We had this mint because we were already minting gold and silver coins.
00:15:55.000 So we thought, why don't we make a Bitcoin coin, a physical one, where we could put the private key on the back of the physical silver, gold, or copper coin.
00:16:03.000 And now you got a fireproof and floodproof wallet.
00:16:06.000 So, you know, and I was trying to get the gold guys, the hard money people, with the crypto people and kind of get them to work together, you know?
00:16:15.000 And so that took off that logo.
00:16:18.000 Everybody's seen it.
00:16:20.000 That was through after Liberty Dollar got raided.
00:16:23.000 We started another thing called the American Open Currency Standard.
00:16:27.000 So, you know, Bitcoin just took off and we discovered mining Bitcoin and basically buying these machines that print money.
00:16:37.000 And I, you know, met these guys down at Necker Island with Richard Branson.
00:16:41.000 They were sponsoring an event.
00:16:42.000 They were called Bitfury and they made the chips.
00:16:45.000 And so, long and short, I begged these guys, I'm like, will you guys sell me some of this equipment?
00:16:50.000 And they're like, why would we sell you a machine that prints money when we can keep the machines and print money ourselves?
00:16:56.000 And I thought, well, I guess you got a point.
00:16:59.000 And so, you know, I couldn't understand why they would sponsor an event and then not try to actually get customers.
00:17:04.000 You know, every time I'd sponsor an event, I was always trying to get customers.
00:17:07.000 That was the whole point of spending the money to sponsor the event.
00:17:09.000 But these guys were doing it opposite.
00:17:11.000 And, but it made sense.
00:17:12.000 And so, but I called like once a week, hey, will you guys sell me some of those machines that print money?
00:17:18.000 And every week they'd tell me no.
00:17:20.000 And then finally, after probably six months or so, they said, okay, we'll sell you a machine that prints money.
00:17:27.000 And I thought, oh, this is going to be great.
00:17:29.000 How much do they cost?
00:17:30.000 Like a million dollars.
00:17:31.000 And I was like, a million dollars.
00:17:33.000 They're like these 40 foot long shipping containers filled with servers, computers.
00:17:38.000 I'm like, I don't have a million dollars right now.
00:17:40.000 And I had heard about this club called Bit Club, which is an organization that had started 16 months prior to me hearing about it.
00:17:48.000 But I heard about them and they were mining Bitcoin and they were having an event up in Iceland.
00:17:52.000 And I thought, I'm going to go up there and vet these guys and go walk through their data center, make sure they're doing what they said they're doing.
00:17:58.000 So I flew to Iceland.
00:17:59.000 There were 200 other people that flew in, got to see it, got to meet the owners.
00:18:03.000 We were hanging out in the Crystal Lagoon in Iceland.
00:18:07.000 And I, and I, or the Blue Lagoon, I guess you call it.
00:18:10.000 And I, that's where I met the founders and owners of BitClub.
00:18:13.000 And I asked them, well, where are you guys getting your mining hardware, your chips?
00:18:18.000 And, uh, they said from a Chinese outfit called Bitmain.
00:18:22.000 And so I thought.
00:18:24.000 How much you guys paying?
00:18:25.000 And they're like $300,000 a petahash.
00:18:27.000 And I'm like, huh, I might be able to get you a better price.
00:18:30.000 I met the Bitfury guys and they said, well, great.
00:18:33.000 Like get us a quote.
00:18:34.000 I'm like, okay.
00:18:35.000 So I get on the phone.
00:18:36.000 Hey, I think I got some people that will buy some of your equipment.
00:18:39.000 And they're like, cool.
00:18:40.000 Okay.
00:18:40.000 Give a quote.
00:18:41.000 So I ping pong, ping pong, ping.
00:18:44.000 I got the price to go from 300 grand all the way down to about 150 grand a petahash and started selling millions and millions and millions of dollars worth of equipment to these guys.
00:18:54.000 And then I got other customers, not just Bitclub, but they ended up wanting me to go around the world building these data centers.
00:19:00.000 I went to 175 countries, brought Bitcoin to the world.
00:19:04.000 Millions of people got exposed and involved in Bitcoin.
00:19:06.000 Bitclub itself had over a million members in 100 different countries.
00:19:10.000 And we built the biggest data centers on earth.
00:19:12.000 And then the DOJ kidnapped us.
00:19:14.000 They said, oh, you're running a $700 million Ponzi scam.
00:19:18.000 They always forget to mention that we used that $700 million to build data centers to mine 92,000 Bitcoins and a half million Ethereum, which is worth over $10 billion.
00:19:29.000 Like, how do you get in trouble for, you know, turning $700 million into $10 billion?
00:19:34.000 How do you get in trouble for that, you know?
00:19:36.000 So it was just a crazy situation, bro.
00:19:39.000 We're going to take a quick pause for a moment to have a word from one of our partners.
00:19:44.000 Here's a message from that partner now.
00:19:46.000 You know why people are moving to crypto because the world's going crazy and everything's collapsing.
00:19:51.000 But here's the problem.
00:19:52.000 Most wallets still plug into the same system we're trying to escape from in the first place.
00:19:56.000 That's why Rumble built Rumble Wallet.
00:19:59.000 Yeah.
00:19:59.000 It's a self-custodial wallet that lives inside an ecosystem that actually defends free speech and financial freedom.
00:20:05.000 No bank holding your balance, not even Rumble can touch your funds.
00:20:08.000 They build it, then they sort of swallow the key themselves.
00:20:11.000 And then when it comes out of their digibut as a sort of digi stool, they just flush that away, never to control it again.
00:20:18.000 This is your money, on your keys, on your terms.
00:20:22.000 If you're already using bitcoins or stablecoins, Rumble Wallet gives you even more power.
00:20:26.000 Direct, fast tipping and support for creators right on Rumble without waiting weeks for payouts or dealing with random account holds.
00:20:32.000 On-chain payments in assets like Bitcoin, Tethergold and USAT.
00:20:36.000 So you can move value globally without asking anyone for permission.
00:20:40.000 It's the only wallet I use.
00:20:42.000 Or maybe that Pulp Fiction one that says bad mother on it.
00:20:45.000 That or this.
00:20:46.000 They're the only ones I would use.
00:20:48.000 Open it up.
00:20:49.000 Take out the money.
00:20:50.000 So if you're serious about sovereignty, financial and digital, this is where you level up.
00:20:53.000 Go to wallet.rumble.com.
00:20:55.000 Go to wallet.rumble.com.
00:20:57.000 Or search Rumble Wallet in your App Store.
00:20:59.000 Download it.
00:21:00.000 Back up your recovery phrase and move your money where it belongs in your hands.
00:21:04.000 Rumble Wallet is a technology provider only and not a custodial service.
00:21:08.000 See terms at wallet.rumble.com.
00:21:11.000 In a way, yeah, you were like a kind of digital currency St. Paul because you had the gospel, you had the good news, and you were spreading it and traveling with it.
00:21:21.000 There's a few things that I really want to pick up on.
00:21:25.000 The claim that's being made by the Department of Justice is that you have fraudulently attained all of that initial revenue for a product that doesn't exist.
00:21:38.000 But that's a claim that you can definitively refute by saying, no, we mined 92,000 Bitcoin.
00:21:48.000 We mined 500,000 Ethereum.
00:21:52.000 So that's the product.
00:21:53.000 This is the equipment that generates this product.
00:21:56.000 The fact that it's innovative, you know, it's no different than if it was a fruit going into a jam factory.
00:22:02.000 There's the factory.
00:22:03.000 There's the fruit.
00:22:04.000 There's the jars of fruit at the end of it.
00:22:05.000 You know, it's like because the objects are abstract, one could forgive a kind of conceptual.
00:22:11.000 Error, but that's true of all currency, and in particular, it's true of like the peculiar teleology of inflation, i.e., it's kind of baked into our understanding that inflation is like buildings getting taller or phones getting smaller, like it's a kind of progress.
00:22:30.000 But there is no reason for inflation, it's part of the scam.
00:22:34.000 The apologist, writer, and genius C.S. Lewis says that it's interesting that the one thing that's explicitly forbidden in scripture when it comes to economics is.
00:22:46.000 Is the entire basis for our economic system.
00:22:50.000 Usury.
00:22:52.000 These ideas are forbidden.
00:22:54.000 Like that kind of, that, yeah, that intuition that you find throughout scripture that it's foretelling don't go that way, go that way, always do this, never do that, that operates as a kind of code.
00:23:08.000 And like code, I suppose it can be deliberately misinterpreted.
00:23:13.000 It's there as a sort of a basic object.
00:23:16.000 Now, there's two possible theories, one, or ideas, it seems.
00:23:20.000 One is legitimately the state.
00:23:23.000 Still, somehow, believe in spite of evidence to the contrary, and obviously, as someone that's watched your film, I've seen that there are no actual explicit laws by which you can viably be persecuted.
00:23:34.000 There are no laws, and that you, were it to be a Ponzi scheme, as is being claimed, you could definitively say, No, here's what the product was that people acquired.
00:23:45.000 So that's one.
00:23:46.000 If it's not that, then the other possibility is that you flew too close to the sun and got.
00:23:54.000 Too near a very important idea that if you can bypass those, as you called them, trusted centralized authorities, whether it's governmental or some kind of financial banking entity, their control over the financial system is diminished.
00:24:12.000 The minute you have peer to peer trading without centralized brokerage, you lose the ability for them to manage and manipulate currency at the essential and fundamental level.
00:24:25.000 Like it's like you, much too early on, saw.
00:24:29.000 Hold on a minute.
00:24:30.000 This is how this works.
00:24:31.000 Not only did you see it with regard, it seems to me at least, Joby, with digital currency, but with currency full stop.
00:24:37.000 It was a very radical idea to see that you can, with technology, bypass the authority and control of systems that increasingly seem corrupt.
00:24:48.000 Now, it seems like already in the first 20 minutes of our chat, we can say that the actions of the DOJ are dubious and the financial systems that undergird our entire national and international economies are Corrupt, deliberately so.
00:25:01.000 Now, not to make this about me, but watch how I do.
00:25:08.000 Like, you're, I think, at a level of what I want to say, a pioneering level that I would not claim to be at.
00:25:15.000 You made loads of deliberate choices that indicated you understood something in a very clear way, recognizing the print money technology, finding ways to fund it.
00:25:25.000 Prior to that, working with existing precious materials that constitutionally can be used as currency, specifically silver and gold.
00:25:34.000 But why your story resonates with me is that I feel that.
00:25:39.000 A similar thing that's happening with currency, and for the same reason, technology and the new miraculous abilities of certain technologies, has happened with information.
00:25:50.000 You no longer require trusted centralized organizations to give you information.
00:25:57.000 20 years ago, 30 years ago, had there been a pandemic and the BBC and NBC and CNN and whatever the equivalent of MSNBC, New York Times, whatever, had said, stay in your houses, wear the mask, take these injections.
00:26:13.000 There would be no counter narrative.
00:26:15.000 What?
00:26:16.000 People passing pamphlets around, crackpots in aluminum hats, lunatics saying, wait a minute, where did this, what, who's funding the research in Wuhan?
00:26:25.000 What is gain of function research?
00:26:27.000 Who is Anthony Fauci?
00:26:29.000 How do these vaccines work?
00:26:31.000 Like all of those questions now, because of information, moved extremely quickly.
00:26:35.000 Now I almost, just as an entertainer, found myself in the position of talking about COVID, Moderna, Pfizer, the vaccines, the injections, BlackRock, Vanguard, wars.
00:26:45.000 Well, funny, like I just found myself.
00:26:47.000 Disseminating information.
00:26:49.000 Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.
00:26:51.000 With you, they were able to find some financial leverage to bring you down.
00:26:54.000 And me, having lived as an imbecile for many years, I'd left enough raw material to bring about my certainly avenues for attack, let's say.
00:27:03.000 But what I want to say is that in a way, we're dealing with the same problem.
00:27:07.000 These systems, whether they're financial or media, are no longer sufficiently stable to withstand technological change.
00:27:16.000 And I think we're on this extraordinarily important frontier, Joby, and I think our work is not yet.
00:27:21.000 Done, because we are on the precipice.
00:27:23.000 It seems, whether you go MAGA, Trump or liberal, whoever they're going to put out next Newsome AOC Bernie, whoever you're gonna, we're going to end up in your country and it's sort of already happening in mine with techno feudalism with a degree of this.
00:27:39.000 The technology that could be used to create decentralized liberty through information and trade and exchange is being leveraged to create digital currencies that are centrally controlled, that can be switched off if you turn up at the wrong Canadian trucker protest Or if you post on the wrong site,
00:27:57.000 biometric data that could be used for us to have bespoke health and bespoke supplementation and nutrition and exercise and access to all sorts of new technologies and methods.
00:28:10.000 That it looks like is going to be used to create social credit score systems that amount to 360 domes where the information you receive will be controlled, the way you trade will be controlled.
00:28:22.000 And of course, this too is in the Bible that the beast, the counterfeit one, will create, I see that.
00:28:28.000 Flower of life behind your head will create an interconnected grid, but run almost by let's call it the evil one an evil system that has the omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence of God, but the intention of control and even destruction.
00:28:45.000 So, I think that what you're doing is incredibly important, and I think it remains important because if enough people know that digital currency is the end of the banking dynasties, is the end of the government's ability to control finance.
00:29:00.000 then they will recognize how important your case is.
00:29:04.000 Do you agree with that and do you think that's why you're in this position?
00:29:10.000 That was awesome.
00:29:11.000 Well, I agree with everything you said.
00:29:13.000 It sounds like a nightmare, and they've lost all credibility, bro.
00:29:16.000 And my case is a perfect example of if they actually had something, they would have taken us to trial and convicted us legitimately six years ago.
00:29:24.000 I mean, I've been sitting here in limbo.
00:29:26.000 And so, you know, after I ran out of money, I just started representing myself pro se and writing my own motions.
00:29:31.000 And I did my motions as complaints.
00:29:34.000 When you make a formal complaint to an officer of government, if they do nothing about it, it's called a misprison of a felony.
00:29:40.000 And they become accessories after the fact.
00:29:42.000 So I have three prosecutors that are prosecuting me.
00:29:45.000 They read what I wrote, they quit.
00:29:46.000 Three more come on, they read what I wrote, they quit.
00:29:48.000 Three more come on, they read what they quit.
00:29:50.000 Three more.
00:29:50.000 Dude, it's been going on for six years.
00:29:52.000 I've got through 12 prosecutors, which is why I just decided that's it.
00:29:55.000 I'm filing a counterclaim.
00:29:57.000 I'm suing six judges, 12 prosecutors, the SEC, the IRS, the FBI, 50 agents, the clerks.
00:30:02.000 I'm suing them for $22 billion right now.
00:30:05.000 They destroyed the best, coolest, awesomest project ever.
00:30:09.000 We were the fastest organization called a private membership association.
00:30:14.000 To hit a billion dollars in sales faster than Google, Facebook, Amazon, all those companies.
00:30:19.000 And we did it because of the speed of the internet, the speed of Bitcoin.
00:30:23.000 Everybody, when we started mining, it was $200.
00:30:27.000 It's just like, in times of change, the learners inherit the earth while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.
00:30:36.000 And a lot of people, now the internet, they're learning from guys like you.
00:30:39.000 They don't have to trust the MSNBC fake news guys.
00:30:43.000 And we can see through it.
00:30:44.000 We watch Alex. Jones, we listen to Andrew Tate.
00:30:47.000 We, you know, everybody's getting red pilled.
00:30:50.000 And so, you know, Thomas Jefferson said it great to you if a nation expects to be ignorant and free, it expects what never was and never will be.
00:30:58.000 That's why you like and subscribe to Russell Brand's channel.
00:31:05.000 I tell you, go ahead.
00:31:07.000 We've done very well with your spirit there because I said I've noticed that in all of our communication.
00:31:11.000 I see that your spirit is strong.
00:31:13.000 And sometimes when I feel the weight of my circumstances, You know, I've got young children.
00:31:19.000 I know you've got young children.
00:31:20.000 And, like, sometimes, mate, I can't, I find it hard to be a father, hard to be a husband, hard to work because the, yeah, I guess the feelings of injustice and weight now, like, how are you dealing with that?
00:31:35.000 Do you get suicidal sometimes?
00:31:38.000 You know, that's a great question.
00:31:40.000 They try to get you to break.
00:31:44.000 And so, you know, like with me, the government has requested and the judges have granted 33 continuous, actually 34 continuances.
00:31:54.000 They just did another one.
00:31:55.000 And so they go, you think you're going to go to jail and get sentenced and you're under anxiety and then up, continuance.
00:32:01.000 And then in between, they try to bail violate you for some stupid rule that you broke.
00:32:05.000 And then you're going to get sentenced and then they continuous and then they try to bail violate you and then a continuance and then try to bail violate you and a continuance.
00:32:12.000 So they try to get you to live in this eternal state of anxiety, right?
00:32:16.000 For almost seven years.
00:32:18.000 And you know what it's like to throw $100 on the roulette table, right?
00:32:23.000 You don't know if it's going to be red or black, red or black.
00:32:25.000 The ball's bouncing around.
00:32:26.000 And next thing you know, at least it hits red or black.
00:32:29.000 So 10 seconds later, after the butterflies are in your stomach, you at least know if you won or lost.
00:32:34.000 Imagine putting $2 million on red and 20 years on jail on black and the ball's bouncing and it's a month and a year and then two years and then three years and then four years and then five years.
00:32:45.000 Nobody could handle that without the love of Jesus filling me and forgiving and grounding and releasing and surrendering.
00:32:51.000 Nobody could.
00:32:52.000 Could handle it.
00:32:53.000 I don't know how people could live without Jesus.
00:32:55.000 I really don't have any idea how people could live without the peace of Jesus, Yeshua, in our lives.
00:33:05.000 I have no idea.
00:33:06.000 I mean, this is what it's all about, man, just like you.
00:33:09.000 I'm telling you, I mean, look, I got Jesus right here.
00:33:12.000 He's walking on me.
00:33:12.000 Well, yeah, I mean, not to interrupt you, I want to hear the rest of how you're basically saying the Lord has saved you, and I feel the same way.
00:33:22.000 But isn't he?
00:33:23.000 How could anybody deal with this stress otherwise?
00:33:26.000 I suppose by yoking yourself onto some demonic entity or another or some materialist system.
00:33:32.000 I mean, that's how I survived up to that.
00:33:34.000 That's not fulfilling.
00:33:36.000 Our bodies are temples, and it's built specifically for us to be possessed by the Holy Spirit.
00:33:42.000 We have to purify the temple to have God live within us.
00:33:47.000 And so you can't fill it with cars and houses and yachts.
00:33:51.000 You can't fill it with cars and houses and yachts.
00:33:52.000 I've tried all sorts of silly things.
00:33:54.000 But what I want to say, though, Joby, is that it seems that you're able to, like the biblical characters you listed at the get-go, and of course I've got some questions about Job, let me tell you, it seems like these circumstances you've allowed to form, fashion, alter, change, amend and direct you.
00:34:13.000 And do you think it's interesting that we find ourselves talking about this incredibly modern technology, specifically the power of blockchain and digital currencies to annihilate global finance systems that ultimately it seems to have an incredible amount of control over most people's lives, whether you know it or not, whether you think about it or not.
00:34:34.000 That this technology, if coupled with and undergirded by him, if we become his servants, if we yoke ourselves to him instead of this material world, I think that sometimes when I watch, you know, talented young influencers say in the male space that have, in my view, correctly understood that they can't trust the system, that it wants them enslaved, that it wants them.
00:34:59.000 Dumb that they're better off going their own entrepreneurial way, but they still, in an interesting way, this is just my take, of course, worship self and worship identity.
00:35:10.000 Now, whether you worship self and identity from a macho perspective or from a sort of gender, queer, ultra advanced perspective or ultra modern or novel, where let's say you're still caught in the trap of self.
00:35:24.000 Now, do you think there's something about the level of suffering that you've encountered, the death of your identity, the loss of your freedom, the decimation of your dreams, the The conversations you must have had with your wife.
00:35:36.000 I know this because I've had conversations with my wife where you were like, Oh my God, what am I putting these people through, man?
00:35:43.000 Like, that somehow means that in the end, there's no one left but him.
00:35:47.000 And he was the truth anyway.
00:35:49.000 And have you, how many times have you been struck with the waves of, Oh, well, all this was going to have to happen at some point anyway.
00:35:56.000 Everyone I love is going to die.
00:35:58.000 None of this is real.
00:36:00.000 How many times did he find to tell us just a mustard seed?
00:36:04.000 Faith that you're in the midst of the kingdom of heaven, it's here now, it's the kingdom, yeah, it's yeah.
00:36:12.000 It is.
00:36:12.000 It's within.
00:36:14.000 And this is the epiphany because then you have patience.
00:36:17.000 Then you can, for instance, I always trick myself because I kind of, the only thing that we have power over is our mind and our thoughts and our actions, right?
00:36:25.000 So in our mind, I can choose if something bad happens.
00:36:29.000 Number one, you have to remember that you can't change the past, right?
00:36:37.000 So you don't have a time machine.
00:36:38.000 So if you can't change the past, then.
00:36:42.000 And something happened in the past, your car got towed, let's say.
00:36:47.000 How long are you going to get upset about it?
00:36:49.000 Eventually, you're not going to be sad that your car got towed.
00:36:52.000 Is it going to take you a month to get over it, a week, a day?
00:36:55.000 If you realize right away that you can't change the past, why would you ever stay mad about anything for more than five, 10 seconds?
00:37:02.000 So, what happens when a bad thing happens?
00:37:05.000 I always compare it to how it could always be worse.
00:37:07.000 And so then I stay in the frequency of happiness, gratefulness, and thankfulness.
00:37:11.000 Oh, I blew off my hand with the fireworks.
00:37:13.000 Well, at least I have my other hand, you know, or I ended up in jail.
00:37:17.000 Well, at least it's not a Mexican jail, right?
00:37:21.000 So I changed my mind.
00:37:22.000 They're like, oh, it could always be worse.
00:37:24.000 And so then I always stay happy and grateful on the table.
00:37:26.000 So that's one of the tricks that I've found works really well and keeps me in this high vibe frequency.
00:37:34.000 You want to spiral up the peace, patience, joy, love, the beatitudes that Jesus talked about is high tone.
00:37:43.000 And then you just, You know, you're always happy and grateful and thankful.
00:37:47.000 And then you just, it just attracts people that are vibrating on that frequency as well.
00:37:52.000 Yes, my wife is always, she's not always happy and grateful and thankful, but with this situation, I mean, she's on house arrest with me too.
00:38:01.000 I mean, and she did not, she, you know, she chose to join me on this battle.
00:38:06.000 I mean, it's a battle between good and evil.
00:38:08.000 This is all spiritual.
00:38:09.000 Like you said, this isn't even real.
00:38:10.000 This, this is all spiritual.
00:38:13.000 And, and so how does the devil manifest in this frequency, in this, Vibration, this dimension, this reality.
00:38:21.000 How?
00:38:21.000 Well, it says in the Bible that the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy.
00:38:26.000 So, who kills more people than the military?
00:38:28.000 No one.
00:38:29.000 Who steals more from more people than the IRS?
00:38:33.000 No one.
00:38:35.000 Who destroys more families than the Bureau of Prisons?
00:38:39.000 The government is the devil.
00:38:41.000 So, how can we solve this?
00:38:45.000 How do we fight the devil?
00:38:47.000 And I would say stop using their money, vote with your wallets, stop financing your enslavement.
00:38:53.000 You don't want to be a CBDC microchipped social credit scored slave.
00:38:57.000 You don't want to leave that type of world with.
00:39:00.000 To our kids.
00:39:01.000 No, we want to create a world of freedom and abundance and prosperity and peace and patience and joy and love.
00:39:09.000 Okay, we're coming off YouTube now because YouTube and Google Alphabet are part of the very system that we're describing here.
00:39:14.000 Captured, conquered, used primarily to create around your consciousness a 360 dome of nefarious influence so that you never break out and become free.
00:39:24.000 So click the link in the description, get on over to Rumble.
00:39:28.000 See you there in a second.
00:39:29.000 Joby, let's go.
00:39:31.000 The most important thing is the money.
00:39:32.000 You know, it's a year of jubilee.
00:39:34.000 You know, we that's what the Bible also talks about is listen, no usury, but at the same time, they had jubilee years, and I don't think we've had any.
00:39:43.000 And I think it's about time we abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and go back to lawful constitutional money.
00:39:48.000 I like it.
00:39:49.000 I like it.
00:39:51.000 Ron Paul had a paper, an act when he was Congress.
00:39:55.000 It's called Free Competition and Currency Act.
00:39:57.000 He also had the Health Freedom Protection Act.
00:39:59.000 I mean, if the people would have just listened to Ron Paul 20 years ago, A lot of this stuff could have been avoided.
00:40:05.000 And he was winning until they stole the election from him.
00:40:09.000 So we really have to get involved at the local level.
00:40:13.000 We have to, you know, stop with the electronic voting machines, the semantics of Dominion voters.
00:40:19.000 Watch what Patrick Byrne has been talking about from the rooftops.
00:40:24.000 We can't have this because the minority keeps winning and they shouldn't be.
00:40:32.000 The silent majority, you know.
00:40:34.000 Stalin even said it doesn't matter who you vote for, it's who you who's counting your votes.
00:40:39.000 And your most important votes in a republic the most important you got three votes.
00:40:45.000 You got a you got a vote for a lying politician that once he's in office, he renews on all the promises he made in the campaign trail.
00:40:51.000 Now you got a douchebag making law for the next four years.
00:40:54.000 So, what are your other two votes?
00:40:56.000 Your grand jury vote and your trial jury vote.
00:40:59.000 They call it the petite or trial jury vote.
00:41:01.000 Those are the most important ones because that's how you can nullify.
00:41:05.000 The politician's laws.
00:41:07.000 So he could say, look, because the government cannot grab you without first getting an indictment from the jury.
00:41:13.000 And they can't convict you, technically, without first getting permission from the jury.
00:41:19.000 So when you get called for jury duty, go in.
00:41:22.000 Don't try to get out of it.
00:41:24.000 Go in and say, not guilty.
00:41:26.000 Well, obviously, the guy was guilty.
00:41:27.000 Look, he's on camera.
00:41:29.000 He was wearing blue jeans, and blue jeans are illegal.
00:41:31.000 And so he even admitted that he wore blue jeans.
00:41:33.000 And so, no, the jury judges the law and the facts.
00:41:37.000 The fact is, he wore blue jeans.
00:41:39.000 But I think that making blue jeans illegal is a stupid law, not guilty.
00:41:43.000 And guess what?
00:41:44.000 He goes free.
00:41:45.000 No judge can override a juror, no congressman, the president, no senator.
00:41:50.000 The jury is the highest authority, and we're not doing our jury duty votes correctly.
00:41:55.000 If people would just go and sign up to be on the jury, it sends a message back to the lying politician that, hey, once you know, you guys can pass whatever stupid laws you want to pass, but we, the people, aren't going to convict.
00:42:08.000 That's what's important for people to understand that gift that the founders fought a war for.
00:42:14.000 I'd say the law that's being passed in my country, the United Kingdom, is they're looking to get rid of trial by jury right now.
00:42:22.000 Of course they are, because that's the last defense before a bloody revolution.
00:42:26.000 What do you want to do?
00:42:27.000 Vote not guilty?
00:42:28.000 Or do you actually want to go out in the streets and start shooting people?
00:42:31.000 I mean, those are your choices right now.
00:42:34.000 And so I would say get on the jury, vote not guilty for victimless crimes, especially.
00:42:40.000 You know, if there is no victim, there is no crime.
00:42:43.000 And that's what happened here.
00:42:44.000 I like this civil obedience in the case of turning up for jury duty, but there's a disobedient aspect to it.
00:42:53.000 What I myself have been thinking about is when we start to protest in ways that affect them financially en masse, we will be successful.
00:43:02.000 For a long time, I've been thinking about reneging on debts, e.g., mortgages, refusing to pay taxes, and a kind of a generalized definition.
00:43:11.000 Well, those debts aren't real.
00:43:13.000 Those debts aren't even real.
00:43:14.000 The bank doesn't lend you money.
00:43:16.000 It doesn't lend you money.
00:43:18.000 They buy promissory notes.
00:43:20.000 So there is no loans.
00:43:22.000 They buy your promissory notes.
00:43:24.000 You create the money when you sign your name, and they don't lend you money either.
00:43:27.000 Or they don't.
00:43:30.000 So banks, with a mortgage, you don't borrow money.
00:43:33.000 They're buying your promissory note.
00:43:35.000 And when you make a deposit into the bank, it's not actually a deposit.
00:43:39.000 You're loaning the bank the money.
00:43:40.000 None of this stuff is real.
00:43:41.000 They use words that don't mean the same thing.
00:43:43.000 It's called equivocation, words of art.
00:43:47.000 Where a yellow Ferrari means a pink Volkswagen bug, and they want you to think it's still the same.
00:43:53.000 So, yeah, there's nothing unethical about calling out the mortgage fraud.
00:43:58.000 Peter Ticton did it, and it cost the banks like $30 billion because of it with the auto sign pens and auto sign mortgages.
00:44:06.000 The stuff's not even real.
00:44:07.000 The money isn't even real.
00:44:09.000 So, yes, people should definitely look at that.
00:44:13.000 I'm not trying to start a revolution here.
00:44:15.000 I'm still stuck on house arrest.
00:44:17.000 But think about this one.
00:44:19.000 The income tax, the personal income tax, goes to pay interest on money the Fed creates out of nothing.
00:44:24.000 Not a dime of your income tax goes to pave the roads or pay the police officers or run the school system.
00:44:30.000 Your gasoline tax goes to pave the roads.
00:44:33.000 Your property tax is what pays for the school system.
00:44:36.000 But the income tax, not a dime of that goes to pay for anything you think it goes to pay for.
00:44:41.000 It's just interest on money the Fed creates out of nothing.
00:44:43.000 And the Treasury could do this interest free and save $2 trillion a year on these interest payments.
00:44:48.000 But think about how much money is extracted from America.
00:44:51.000 It's trillions of dollars.
00:44:52.000 I mean, From January to May, every hour you work, all that money is stolen from you to go pay interest on money this cabal of bankers creates out of nothing.
00:45:01.000 And that's why they don't like me, I call them out on these things.
00:45:04.000 I say that Social Security is a big Ponzi scam and that the world's run by a bunch of devil worshiping, child trafficking pedophiles.
00:45:11.000 I explain how the Bank for International Settlements work with their member banks, the IMF, the World Bank, the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve Bank, and their corresponding banks, which is like Wells Fargo and Bank of America and Chase and all the Mountain Pop banks.
00:45:24.000 That's a swift system.
00:45:25.000 That's their system.
00:45:27.000 There's these families that own that system, trillion dollar trusts, the guys in the cloud.
00:45:32.000 Okay, I call them the guys in the cloud.
00:45:34.000 Three and a half trillion dollars has left that system and gone into the crypto space.
00:45:38.000 Now, when you lose a million dollars, you get pissed.
00:45:41.000 Maybe you get even more pissed if you lost a billion, but imagine losing three and a half trillion out of your banking system.
00:45:48.000 People are now voting with their wallets.
00:45:49.000 They're using our money instead of their money.
00:45:53.000 And it's exciting to see because they can't stop it.
00:45:56.000 Even if they put me in timeout for six years and they want to shh me up, I can't go anywhere, do anything, have a phone, have a computer.
00:46:03.000 I can't even hold the remote control to change the TV channel because it's connected to the internet.
00:46:09.000 I can't have a job or computer or bank account or use crypto.
00:46:13.000 I can't go to the gym.
00:46:14.000 I can't get fresh air or sunshine.
00:46:16.000 I have to have a guard watching over me 24 7.
00:46:19.000 I was drug tested twice a week.
00:46:21.000 I called them up and I said, Can I get drug tested every day?
00:46:24.000 And they said, What?
00:46:25.000 I was like, Well, I'm being drug tested Mondays and Fridays, but if I could get drug tested every day, that'd be nice because I was riding my bike 36 miles down to Brickell and back to actually get some sunshine and fresh air, you know, because that's the only time I could get outside.
00:46:39.000 They called me back, We're not drug testing you anymore.
00:46:42.000 I'm like, Great.
00:46:43.000 So now I can't even walk out the freaking door to get any kind of sunlight or, anyways.
00:46:49.000 You are a digital Hannibal lecturer.
00:46:52.000 For sure.
00:46:53.000 You're a digital Hannibal lecturer.
00:46:55.000 They've enshrined you from every direction.
00:46:57.000 You've got a grill over your mouth.
00:46:59.000 It's incredible the lengths that they've gone to.
00:47:02.000 But remember, we're orienting the conversation now somewhat towards solution because these are actions people, human beings, regular human beings like the ones watching this right now could undertake.
00:47:12.000 Now, an action like this undertaken in solitude is a surefire way to get yourself put at least on a bracelet, but possibly incarcerated if they've got the time.
00:47:23.000 And in the UK, they're getting rid of jury trial just so they can process people more quickly.
00:47:27.000 And jail people more efficiently.
00:47:29.000 That's what is happening as they privatize more jails and as they turn the judicial system into yet another plaything of their globalist overlords.
00:47:38.000 But if enough people simultaneously renege on these debts, and thanks for the explanation that those debts aren't real anyway, because even before I knew that, I didn't care.
00:47:47.000 Just don't repay your mortgage.
00:47:49.000 Just stop paying your taxes.
00:47:51.000 The same way that the United States of America declared itself independent from Great Britain, why don't we start declaring ourselves independent from what it does?
00:48:00.000 Yes.
00:48:02.000 They start.
00:48:03.000 Now, to an earlier part of our conversation, we talked about sort of a broad idea where you broke down how these various institutions are evil.
00:48:10.000 And what I think a lot of people that are coming to Christ right now might not recognize is that these are matters of scriptural, that are verifiable scripturally.
00:48:21.000 These are things that are anticipated, prophesied, understood, and written.
00:48:24.000 From John's first epistle at the end, he says, We know that we are children of God.
00:48:32.000 And that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.
00:48:36.000 We also know that the Son of God has come and given us understanding so that we may know him who is true.
00:48:41.000 And we are in him who is true by being in his Son, Jesus Christ.
00:48:45.000 He is the true God and eternal life.
00:48:47.000 Dear children, Keep yourselves from idols.
00:48:50.000 I see idols as being the way back into self.
00:48:53.000 When you're in self, they can control you.
00:48:55.000 When I'm in fear, when I'm in desire, when I'm chained to materialism or to my own fallibility and to my own carnality, I am weak.
00:49:04.000 But when I yoke myself to Christ, the perfect man who brings out my ultimate identity in him, the identity that I was given in the womb, then I become, I can't be defeated.
00:49:14.000 If you're willing to die for what you believe in, if you're willing to die for what you believe in.
00:49:17.000 What do you mean, willing to die?
00:49:17.000 There is no death.
00:49:18.000 There is no death.
00:49:19.000 So how can they scare you into doing what they want to do if you're not afraid?
00:49:24.000 I suppose because you can keep the body in a room.
00:49:26.000 You can keep the body in a room and you can insult.
00:49:29.000 They can't kill your body, but they can't kill your spirit.
00:49:31.000 They can't kill your soul.
00:49:32.000 And so, you're a good example of that, Joby.
00:49:36.000 You really are.
00:49:38.000 But what I want people to appreciate is the key to that liberty is in Christ.
00:49:45.000 Because most people are doing jobs they hate, might be in relationships they're not fulfilled with, eating food that is poisonous, looking at screens that perpetuate negative ideas about themselves, that are happily.
00:50:00.000 Happily enshrined as larvae to this pullulating system of total control, unaware that it's possible to break out.
00:50:09.000 And we've got to find ways of communicating it, multivalent and varied ways of making sure there's many people as possible receive this information while we're at this pivotal inflection point where the decentralization of information that I'm beginning to understand, the decentralization of units of trade and currency and finance that you are obviously an expert in, and you.
00:50:30.000 Paid a price for it.
00:50:33.000 This is the principle.
00:50:35.000 The principle of autonomy, of sovereignty, is now available to us.
00:50:39.000 You're right.
00:50:39.000 You said it.
00:50:40.000 Localization.
00:50:41.000 The very technologies that are being used to advance digital ID and total surveillance and biometric control could be used to create absolute democracy.
00:50:51.000 Absolute democracy, where you could participate to whatever degree you want to.
00:50:55.000 Here are the issues that are confronting your community.
00:50:58.000 The roads need doing, the schools need running.
00:51:01.000 What do you want to do with the budget?
00:51:03.000 How do you want to?
00:51:05.000 Engage with volunteering and professionalism?
00:51:08.000 Where do you want to get your food from?
00:51:10.000 How much do you want to give over to agriculture?
00:51:12.000 What war do you want to be involved in?
00:51:15.000 Do you want to pay these debts back?
00:51:18.000 The fact is that once information and currency align, that's revolution.
00:51:23.000 I think they, in the way that they anticipated that the work you were doing was specifically and actually going to contribute to the annihilation of their centralized system, they thought that.
00:51:34.000 Guy, let's slow him down.
00:51:36.000 I mean, if you're not allowed to check out, time out.
00:51:39.000 Yeah, shut him up for five years, wear him out.
00:51:43.000 The same thing's happening with information, and it's happening with a variety of people.
00:51:46.000 But as you even when you list their stroke our names, you see, well, Andrew Tate, man, isn't he a bit of a misogynist?
00:51:53.000 Russell Brand, he's up on sex offenses.
00:51:55.000 Joby, he's a con artist.
00:51:57.000 You know, like one by one, you can attack the personalities of these fallible individuals, but essentially, many people are saying now, decolonize.
00:52:05.000 Yourself from these systems, there's a way out.
00:52:07.000 Now, unless our Lord is at the center, nice dog, unless our Lord is at the center, though, Joby, you know, and it is, don't you find it hard?
00:52:14.000 Like, we have to, I think this is, I don't want to put this as a question.
00:52:17.000 We have to ensure that He's at the center because if I go back to the center again, where I put myself a lot of the time, problems begin real quick.
00:52:25.000 I cannot be self centered, I cannot be in myself, I can't drive this from my personality.
00:52:31.000 You know, I have to receive the gift of brokenness that I've been given through these trials.
00:52:37.000 Well, that's what it's all about is realizing that we're nothing without him.
00:52:42.000 And, you know, I wasn't very humble either.
00:52:47.000 I was flying around in private jets and I had the super yachts and the private islands and the big mansions and all that kind of stuff.
00:52:53.000 And I thought, this was because I'm so smart, you know?
00:52:58.000 And then my house got hit by an earthquake and then I fixed it.
00:53:02.000 And then it got hit by a tornado.
00:53:03.000 And then I'm like, oh, okay, I'm sorry.
00:53:06.000 It had nothing to do with me.
00:53:08.000 All God wants to do is he just wants to.
00:53:13.000 He wants us to work as hard as we can to at least put in the effort, and then he'll come and handle the rest.
00:53:23.000 People are always like, God's on my side.
00:53:27.000 Every battle that happens, they both think as they're fighting that God is on their side.
00:53:32.000 No, you want to be on God's side.
00:53:34.000 There's a difference.
00:53:35.000 And so you can't serve two masters.
00:53:39.000 You either worship and obey the devil or you do worship and obey God.
00:53:43.000 There's two kingdoms here.
00:53:45.000 As long as you sign up under the protection of that, it's a trust covenant.
00:53:50.000 It's just like the Constitution is a trust covenant.
00:53:53.000 So it's really important spiritually to submit and obey and follow.
00:54:03.000 It's so much easier to follow God's law, anyways.
00:54:05.000 He's got the 10 commandments, 10 things.
00:54:07.000 Over here in this kingdom, under the U.S. corporate fiction, there's 250,000 pages of law, titles 1 to 50, right?
00:54:18.000 250,000 pages.
00:54:19.000 It would take you 10 hours a day for 10 years to read the law once.
00:54:23.000 That's the U.S. code.
00:54:25.000 That's just federal.
00:54:26.000 That's not state or county or any of that stuff.
00:54:28.000 Who, what lawyer has read 200 to 10 hours a day for 10 years straight?
00:54:33.000 250,000 pages.
00:54:34.000 Wouldn't it be easier to just follow God's law, the 10 commandments?
00:54:38.000 So, you know, that's the whole idea.
00:54:40.000 Nothing that you or I are doing violates God's law in any way.
00:54:44.000 Maybe it's an infraction or a code violation over here or whatever.
00:54:48.000 I don't see how.
00:54:49.000 I mean, with our thing, there was no victims, no injured party, no one was standing to sue.
00:54:53.000 We turned $700 million into $10 billion.
00:54:55.000 Everybody got paid.
00:54:57.000 And instead of being on Time magazine, they kidnapped us and had to stop it somehow.
00:55:01.000 Because it was 2019, that was before BlackRock got in, Goldman Sachs, there was no strategic Bitcoin reserve.
00:55:07.000 And, you know, so I was quiet for five years.
00:55:10.000 They said, shh, we'll handle this, you know?
00:55:13.000 And the day Trump got elected, I'm like, I think Trump likes Bitcoin, right?
00:55:17.000 Okay, okay, I'm going for it, you know?
00:55:19.000 And so now I'm doing the podcast, I'm getting the story out there, and hopefully.
00:55:22.000 You know, I've had this.
00:55:24.000 I'm on three paths.
00:55:25.000 It's like case dismissed by the judges, which isn't going to happen.
00:55:30.000 They're criminals.
00:55:31.000 They don't follow the law.
00:55:33.000 Drop the charges by the DOJ.
00:55:35.000 I don't think that's going to happen.
00:55:36.000 I hope it does.
00:55:37.000 I mean, everything is there on the docket for them to read.
00:55:40.000 They got their cover.
00:55:41.000 Here's all the crimes that have taken place.
00:55:43.000 Blame it on Biden, you know, and free me.
00:55:45.000 Tomorrow's Good Friday.
00:55:46.000 That'd be a nice day to be free.
00:55:49.000 And then if that doesn't happen, pardon, you know.
00:55:52.000 So Peter Titkin's helping me.
00:55:53.000 He, he, um, You know, they pardoned Fauci.
00:55:56.000 He was never convicted of anything.
00:55:57.000 They pardoned Hunter Biden.
00:55:58.000 So I could get a preemptive pardon, right?
00:56:01.000 And just say, this is retarded.
00:56:02.000 I mean, my max sentence if I was guilty of selling an unregistered security, they want to say computer equipment is a security.
00:56:09.000 I was selling a physical product, computer equipment to BitClub.
00:56:12.000 They want to say I was selling unregistered securities.
00:56:15.000 The max sentence I could have gotten is five years.
00:56:19.000 And I've already sat here for six.
00:56:21.000 Like, come on.
00:56:23.000 Without a trial, without sentencing, nothing.
00:56:26.000 You know, it's a funny situation, man.
00:56:29.000 Yeah, well, it's because you're on the edge, man.
00:56:32.000 This is what happens, I think.
00:56:34.000 See, when before the prophets, I'm thinking of like Daniel and Ezekiel, they encounter what sounds like a description of the risen and resurrected Christ, him outside of time, beyond time, space, and matter.
00:56:46.000 And he's measuring stuff out.
00:56:47.000 He's measuring out the temple, temporality, and the deep intimacy.
00:56:53.000 When they're on those edgelands, when they're on the very periphery of reality, extraordinary alo.
00:56:59.000 Hello, darling.
00:57:00.000 I see this baby.
00:57:01.000 Hey, legendary.
00:57:02.000 Hey, legendary.
00:57:03.000 Good to see you, mate.
00:57:04.000 Good boy.
00:57:05.000 Like, what?
00:57:06.000 Are they a fan of the dinosaurs, sir?
00:57:08.000 I got a little dinosaur fan down there right now, smashing around with a T Rex.
00:57:14.000 But when you are on the edge, yeah, there's nothing else.
00:57:19.000 When we're on that innocence, that wonder, that pre processed spirit prior to it yielding to carnality and the mental planes and before it gets ensnared, it's so beautiful to be around it.
00:57:33.000 It's a great joy and a great blessing.
00:57:35.000 I'm so grateful that you have that.
00:57:38.000 When you're in these peripheral spaces, they have to find novel ways to enclose you and shut you down.
00:57:45.000 I mean, it's very interesting that we find ourselves here.
00:57:48.000 I just want to read.
00:57:48.000 This to you.
00:57:49.000 He said, like Assange, actually.
00:57:50.000 If you think about Julian Assange, what Julian Assange did was expedite information, setting up WikiLeaks in the way that he did.
00:57:58.000 He made it easy for whistleblowers to anonymously give information.
00:58:01.000 And Bitcoin kept it alive.
00:58:03.000 When PayPal yanked their payment system, that's what kept WikiLeaks going was Bitcoin, which is another reason why they hated me.
00:58:10.000 I wonder what his deal was.
00:58:11.000 I wonder what Assange's deal is, you know, because he's like that guy suffered, man.
00:58:15.000 That Belmarsh prison that he was in, that is no joke.
00:58:18.000 That's like a Category A prison for terrorists and serious, serious criminals, and they kept that guy in there without trial for five years.
00:58:28.000 Five years on a kind of house arrest in an embassy.
00:58:31.000 It's comparable to you.
00:58:32.000 So I see, yeah, your situation is very similar to Assange's.
00:58:35.000 And if you are one of these out, the problem is when you have spirit, Joby, like you do, like Julian must have done, if you're willing to go there for this stuff, yeah, I guess, look, I would take this as we are being fashioned and shaped for the purpose that he requires us for.
00:58:51.000 Because, well, what Would you have done otherwise?
00:58:54.000 Just become like a kind of a super rich tech oligarch guy advising the White House on how to do this or that, you know, lost in your own glamour, swooping about on your own yacht, ensconced in your own island.
00:59:07.000 One time, this guy said to me, you know, like when I was super famous, fame, celebrity, them things are the crumbs.
00:59:14.000 I want to be at the banquet.
00:59:15.000 And now I want to be at the banquet.
00:59:17.000 And I feel the banquet coming, Joby.
00:59:19.000 It's a high ticket.
00:59:20.000 It's all just hay and stubble at the end of the day.
00:59:23.000 It's all getting burned.
00:59:24.000 So, check this.
00:59:25.000 Well, you know, obviously.
00:59:26.000 One of the first verses when I like came out of the kind of countercultural, psychedelic, anti establishment, somewhat red pill, but also somewhat Woodstock mindset that I came out of.
00:59:38.000 When I read in Ephesians, when I put, when I read in Ephesians 6 12, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
00:59:57.000 I mean, young people now that are wandering through life thinking their best.
01:00:01.000 Bet is some kind of blowjob and some influencer gig.
01:00:05.000 Surely, must see the satiating grace being offered in Christ that we can be participants in something vital and eternal right now, and that you get to decide how you participate.
01:00:19.000 That this movement is happening, it's happening now.
01:00:22.000 Joby, put on the full armor of God before you get into battle, otherwise, you're right.
01:00:28.000 I should have given the instructions that immediately precede that first, the truth.
01:00:33.000 Then you're given the righteousness, the spirit, the piece of righteousness, the helmet of salvation.
01:00:40.000 Yeah, man.
01:00:42.000 Joby, I tell you what, I'm so glad that we've been introduced to each other.
01:00:46.000 I want, you know, by our mutual friends because I see that you're a man on a heroic quest and that you're handling it heroically.
01:00:54.000 What do you give it?
01:00:56.000 What's the next thing that's happening in your process that people can support you in?
01:01:03.000 Well, David Boyd said he knew I was innocent.
01:01:07.000 And I'm like, yes, obviously.
01:01:09.000 And then he said, but you're just going to be a martyr for your cause unless you get 10 million people behind you.
01:01:15.000 And I said, well, how am I supposed to get 10 million people behind me?
01:01:19.000 You told me not to do any interviews or podcasts for five years.
01:01:21.000 And now you're telling me it now?
01:01:23.000 So I fired him and I said, okay, I'm going to get 10 million people behind me.
01:01:27.000 So freejobi.com, if you go there, help me.
01:01:29.000 I'm out of money.
01:01:29.000 So I'm just going to sink the money into just promoting these videos that we're doing.
01:01:34.000 Thank you so much for letting me.
01:01:36.000 Speak to your audience and share what's been happening to me.
01:01:40.000 And hopefully, the right people hear it.
01:01:42.000 Maybe I'll be on that stack of pardons tomorrow.
01:01:44.000 Lord willing, wouldn't that be a miracle?
01:01:46.000 So, I'm just trying to get free as soon as I can because they are relentlessly persecuting nonstop and it's driving, it would drive most people insane.
01:01:55.000 I think God, you know, He's just filled me and I'm at peace.
01:01:58.000 But I really do just because it's not right.
01:02:01.000 I mean, my seven year old daughter has finally gotten here to see me and I haven't seen her in 11 months.
01:02:06.000 You know, it destroyed my family.
01:02:09.000 It's It traumatizes children.
01:02:11.000 This is not just happening to me.
01:02:13.000 There are millions of people who have kids and they're getting traumatized because of the lawfare.
01:02:17.000 There are so many people.
01:02:18.000 There are 11,000 pardons that are on Trump's desk right now.
01:02:22.000 People that are all 11,000 people.
01:02:24.000 I mean, the lawfare was outrageous.
01:02:26.000 This Obama, you know, Operation Chokepoint that he was doing and the billions and billions of dollars that were laundered and stolen by the last administration.
01:02:36.000 It's a really mess.
01:02:37.000 So, you know, help.
01:02:40.000 Anyway, you can't share this with people.
01:02:41.000 Help me.
01:02:42.000 I'm trying to get the 10 million person army behind me so that we just need to kind of make them just, they have lost all credibility.
01:02:51.000 And if they want to gain any kind of credibility back, they got to get rid of cases like this.
01:02:55.000 Todd Blanch, the new attorney general as of today, wrote a paper April 7th of last year talking about the DOJ dropping charges against crypto people like me.
01:03:05.000 You know, they called it regulation by prosecution, you know?
01:03:10.000 And so it's like, why don't you guys make things clear?
01:03:14.000 Now they have the thing called the Clarity Act.
01:03:16.000 And the Genius Act, and all these things that they're finally getting around to seven years later.
01:03:21.000 Meanwhile, I'm still sitting here on house arrest.
01:03:23.000 So it'd be great to have this thing done with.
01:03:27.000 And thank you so much for helping me.
01:03:29.000 I've got other podcasts lined up.
01:03:32.000 I just heard from Andrew Tate.
01:03:34.000 So he's coming out to Miami, and James O'Keefe is going to come down and visit and interview me.
01:03:39.000 So I'm just trying to get on any kinds of podcasts I can to get the story out there more and more and more, and then promote it.
01:03:48.000 So it's going to work.
01:03:49.000 It's going to work.
01:03:50.000 I know you.
01:03:51.000 You're going to be okay.
01:03:52.000 It's going to work.
01:03:53.000 What are you going to do when you're free?
01:03:54.000 What's your next project?
01:03:56.000 I'm going to jump in the ocean.
01:03:57.000 I haven't gone swimming in seven years.
01:03:59.000 So that's my first one I'm going to go swimming.
01:04:02.000 I can't wait.
01:04:03.000 I look at the ocean every day, but I can't jump in.
01:04:05.000 It's torture.
01:04:06.000 So I'm going to do that.
01:04:07.000 And then the plan is to continue to finance projects that free humanity, disruptive projects that, you know, kind of piss off the status quo, like I've always done for the last 30 years.
01:04:22.000 You know, I got some ideas.
01:04:23.000 I got some ideas, Joe B, that I could do with some backing for.
01:04:29.000 Yep.
01:04:29.000 Huh?
01:04:30.000 What'd you think?
01:04:30.000 I got some ideas.
01:04:31.000 I got ideas.
01:04:32.000 Oh, good, good, good.
01:04:34.000 Well, come and visit me.
01:04:35.000 I mean, we're both in Florida, so come visit.
01:04:37.000 Maybe when Andrew Tate gets here, we can do a three way podcast.
01:04:40.000 That'd be fun.
01:04:41.000 Why stop there?
01:04:43.000 Let's go.
01:04:45.000 Joby, I love you, man.
01:04:46.000 Thanks so much.
01:04:47.000 Thanks for your time.
01:04:48.000 And freejoby.com.
01:04:50.000 Visit that and support Joby in any way you can.
01:04:52.000 Joby Weeks, thanks for joining us today, and I pray for your freedom.
01:04:57.000 God bless you, my friend.
01:04:58.000 Take care.
01:04:59.000 Well, thanks very much for joining us today.
01:05:00.000 We will be back.
01:05:01.000 For another show on Wednesday, not for more of the same, but for more of the different.
01:05:05.000 Remember, if 10 million people support Joby, his freedom may yet be granted.
01:05:10.000 See you next time.
01:05:11.000 In the meanwhile, stay free.
