00:08:19.000You know, God loved him, and the devil came one day and said, I could get Job to curse you if we take away all of his crops and his flocks and kill his whole family and blow his house to the ground.

00:08:33.000And so, next thing you know, Satan does it, and Job loses everything and still doesn't curse God.
00:08:40.000And he said, Well, that's because you wouldn't let me touch him.

00:09:13.000I was arrested in West Palm Beach, and because I wouldn't give them my Bitcoin, they wanted me to just fork it all over when I was arrested.

00:10:10.000The DOJ has a 97% success rate in convictions is because they don't follow the Constitution.

00:10:52.000However, since you've already been in jail two or three years without ever being indicted or convicted of anything, if you just sign this piece of paper, you can go home tomorrow.

00:11:05.000Boom, the DOJ gets a conviction 97% success rate because they're cheaters.

00:14:54.000And then Bitcoin came out, and I was like, oh, this is very, very clever.
00:14:58.000We can send value across the internet without having to go through a trusted third party like a bank or a government, and they can't stop it.
00:15:06.000Like you were saying with the BitTorrent network, the reason Napster got shut down was because it was centralized.
00:15:11.000And so they just came and stole the servers and stuff.
00:15:13.000But with the BitTorrent network, they had computers all over the place.
00:15:17.000There wasn't any central point of weakness.
00:15:19.000Bitcoin is the currency that runs on the BitTorrent network.
00:15:22.000And so I instantly got it and I was like, this is very, very clever.
00:15:26.000I say it's the number two invention ever invented next to air conditioning, mainly because places like Las Vegas and Singapore would not exist without air conditioning.

00:15:40.000I got, you know, my first Bitcoin that I had purchased was on the Silk Road back before there was even exchanges.
00:15:51.000And so, you know, We had this mint because we were already minting gold and silver coins.
00:15:55.000So we thought, why don't we make a Bitcoin coin, a physical one, where we could put the private key on the back of the physical silver, gold, or copper coin.
00:16:03.000And now you got a fireproof and floodproof wallet.
00:16:06.000So, you know, and I was trying to get the gold guys, the hard money people, with the crypto people and kind of get them to work together, you know?
00:17:33.000They're like these 40 foot long shipping containers filled with servers, computers.
00:17:38.000I'm like, I don't have a million dollars right now.
00:17:40.000And I had heard about this club called Bit Club, which is an organization that had started 16 months prior to me hearing about it.
00:17:48.000But I heard about them and they were mining Bitcoin and they were having an event up in Iceland.
00:17:52.000And I thought, I'm going to go up there and vet these guys and go walk through their data center, make sure they're doing what they said they're doing.
00:18:44.000I got the price to go from 300 grand all the way down to about 150 grand a petahash and started selling millions and millions and millions of dollars worth of equipment to these guys.
00:18:54.000And then I got other customers, not just Bitclub, but they ended up wanting me to go around the world building these data centers.

00:19:04.000Millions of people got exposed and involved in Bitcoin.

00:22:34.000The apologist, writer, and genius C.S. Lewis says that it's interesting that the one thing that's explicitly forbidden in scripture when it comes to economics is.

00:22:54.000Like that kind of, that, yeah, that intuition that you find throughout scripture that it's foretelling don't go that way, go that way, always do this, never do that, that operates as a kind of code.

00:23:16.000Now, there's two possible theories, one, or ideas, it seems.
