00:01:11.000 Living in the fucking sky.
00:01:13.000 Aren't we, Bailey?
00:01:14.000 We're the Skymen now.
00:01:14.000 We're Skymen.
00:01:16.000 We've upgraded.
00:01:17.000 Remember when you used to be road men?
00:01:18.000 Remember when you used to say, oh, we got a new car, let's be road men?
00:01:20.000 I remember being bus man.
00:01:21.000 Now we're Skymen.
00:01:22.000 That's just great, man.
00:01:24.000 I'll make up for it.
00:01:25.000 Ready? Alright, that was impressive.
00:01:29.000 You're a fucking loser.
00:01:30.000 Tristan Emmett, you can't do that.
00:01:33.000 Tristan Emmett, you can't do that.
00:01:37.000 I'm a sky man and a great man.
00:01:39.000 And you're a piece of shit.
00:01:40.000 *MUZIE* Alo!
00:02:05.000 Salut! Sunt eu, un haiduc.
00:02:10.000 Și te rog iubirea mea, primeaște fericirea.
00:02:18.000 Alo! Alo!
00:02:21.000 Sunt eu, Picasso, și-am dat bip.
00:02:27.000 We have two pilots, don't we?
00:02:28.000 They were both men.
00:02:29.000 Two male pilots, two females to bring us drinks.
00:02:33.000 Would you like a banana?
00:02:34.000 Sure. Yeah, you have a banana.
00:02:36.000 There's just a little ash all over the floor of the jet, but guess what?
00:02:38.000 It doesn't fucking matter.
00:02:39.000 Whoops. Who cares?
00:02:41.000 Sounds like a woman has to clean it up.
00:02:43.000 Would you like a sandwich?
00:02:44.000 Because I can instruct one of the women on my jet to make you a sandwich.
00:02:46.000 Would you like one?
00:02:47.000 Sounds great to me.
00:02:48.000 Let's get a sandwich.
00:02:49.000 Let's get a sandwich.
00:02:50.000 Sandwich, please!
00:02:51.000 Oh, he's in jail!
00:02:52.000 He's going to jail in Romania!
00:02:53.000 He's locked in his house!
00:02:54.000 I'm not going anywhere besides Prime fucking Minister.
00:02:58.000 Sinister Minister Tate!
00:03:00.000 Where's your brother?
00:03:01.000 He's losing his edge, isn't he?
00:03:02.000 Lately, he's been losing his edge.
00:03:04.000 In the van?
00:03:04.000 I admit it.
00:03:05.000 On the plane?
00:03:06.000 In the van, on the plane.
00:03:07.000 You and I haven't slept in two days.
00:03:08.000 I haven't slept in days.
00:03:09.000 We were fucking L.A. and Miami and New York.
00:03:11.000 Back to Miami all the way to Romania.
00:03:13.000 We haven't fucking slept in days.
00:03:14.000 But you know what?
00:03:15.000 Tristan's just a little bit tired.
00:03:17.000 A little bit sleepy weepy.
00:03:18.000 So he closes his little eyes on his little pillow.
00:03:20.000 A little sleepy weepy with his fucking hair gel.
00:03:22.000 His hair cut.
00:03:24.000 People make fun of me for being bald.
00:03:25.000 I'll tell you what.
00:03:26.000 It's far gayer to fucking brush your hair.
00:03:28.000 Andrew, you're bald.
00:03:29.000 I'm not bald.
00:03:30.000 I shave my head.
00:03:32.000 Because if I don't shave my head, I have to brush my hair.
00:03:34.000 What's gayer?
00:03:35.000 Having no hair so you can headbutt people.
00:03:37.000 Or waking up each morning, having a shower.
00:03:43.000 I shaved my head off for that reason.
00:03:45.000 All these motherfuckers out here brushing their hair.
00:03:48.000 And they don't realize how gay they are.
00:03:50.000 You may as well start fucking drinking from a straw.
00:03:52.000 You may as well brush your hair, go down to a local gay bar, get a nice fucking cocktail, drink out of a straw, and then get ass fucked.
00:04:03.000 We got our sandwich.
00:04:05.000 Told the woman to make me a sandwich, and guess what happened?
00:04:08.000 She made us a lot more than that.
00:04:09.000 Yeah, we got pizza.
00:04:10.000 We got everything.
00:04:12.000 We're set.
00:04:14.000 Make me a sandwich on my gin.
00:04:16.000 Female. Oh, you're a misogynist.
00:04:17.000 I didn't hear that back in the year.
00:04:18.000 No, nothing about misogyny.
00:04:20.000 Nothing about no.
00:04:21.000 Yes, sir.
00:04:22.000 What kind of sandwich would you like, sir?
00:04:24.000 Would you like a coffee with your sandwich, sir?
00:04:29.000 I'll take one as well.
00:04:30.000 That's all right.
00:04:31.000 Cheers. Cheers, friend.
00:04:32.000 Thanks. The sleepy Tristan's finally awake.
00:04:43.000 He smelled the food and had to come.
00:04:45.000 Welcome back.
00:04:46.000 I was never asleep.
00:04:49.000 Why do we roast chicken on private jets?
00:04:51.000 Creamed with mushroom soup.
00:04:53.000 And that ravioli, whatever the fuck it was, was banging.
00:04:56.000 Banging ravioli.
00:04:57.000 And we didn't film the steak earlier.
00:04:59.000 And the steak.
00:05:02.000 Gross. I just stopped flying because you eat on a plane because you're bored.
00:05:08.000 The food on this plane has been ten out of ten.
00:05:13.000 It's buttering us up.
00:05:15.000 We're a big famoosie.
00:05:17.000 Eat all you want.
00:05:19.000 Unlimited. Tastes amazing.
00:05:46.000 why are you acting like a bloody food if you get hot oh my gosh Oh my gosh.
00:05:53.000 You have quite a few mates, guys.
00:05:53.000 Fuck, I'm losing anything else to do.
00:05:56.000 Oh my gosh.
00:05:58.000 You getting out here, friends?
00:06:01.000 How are you?
00:06:02.000 I'll be out in a second.
00:06:04.000 Thanks. Your mates.
00:06:07.000 You've had two and a half weeks without an answer.
00:06:11.000 And I think now it's time.
00:06:13.000 Is it time?
00:06:14.000 Is it time?
00:06:15.000 I've been home for three minutes.
00:06:16.000 I think it's time.
00:06:18.000 You just got smoked.
00:06:20.000 You got smoked.
00:06:23.000 You got smote.
00:06:25.000 I'll be back in the house in five minutes.
00:06:26.000 I'm sick of you already.
00:06:28.000 You got smote.
00:06:29.000 I knew you were going to lose the moment you got Link.
00:06:32.000 It's hard.
00:06:33.000 You get your own character.
00:06:35.000 You know?
00:06:35.000 That wasn't truly random.
00:06:37.000 Because you got the character you wanted.
00:06:39.000 Then you lose to Pikachu.
00:06:41.000 You know?
00:06:42.000 It sucks to be him.
00:06:43.000 It sucks to be him.
00:06:44.000 To live in that world.
00:06:46.000 That small little world where you're a small little man.
00:06:51.000 Don't even look at it.
00:06:52.000 Don't even touch it.
00:06:54.000 Too late for that.
00:06:58.000 Hello everybody.
00:06:58.000 Back in Romania.
00:07:00.000 Like I said, I'd be.
00:07:01.000 Because innocent men don't run from anything.
00:07:03.000 We're here to clear our names and exonerate ourselves.
00:07:05.000 And after all we've been through, we truly deserve the day in court where it is stated that we've done nothing wrong.
00:07:11.000 And that we should have never been in court in the first place.
00:07:12.000 We should have never gone to jail.
00:07:13.000 We should have never had our assets seized.
00:07:15.000 We should have never had our names slandered.
00:07:16.000 Anyone who believed any of this garbage has a particularly low IQ.
00:07:19.000 I think there's a lot of people in the world today that do not have faith in Romanian institutions.
00:07:23.000 But we're going to restore that faith by coming home as American citizens, going to court, and getting the not guilty that we deserve.
00:07:29.000 What's your take on the Florida criminal case?
00:07:32.000 I don't think there is a criminal case.
00:07:34.000 There is a investigation which I'm happy to be investigated.
00:07:37.000 Any single person on the planet can endlessly be investigated for anything.
00:07:40.000 You can be investigated.
00:07:41.000 They might be investigating you right now, sir.
00:07:43.000 People get investigated.
00:07:44.000 That's how it goes.
00:07:44.000 We've done nothing wrong.
00:07:45.000 So I have no fear for anything, for any country, anywhere to investigate me.
00:07:49.000 I think it's very telling that we were investigated for two and a half years, and we were dragged, you know, in front of the media, into prison, out of prison, all this time.
00:07:56.000 And in December last year, a judge said, well, there's not evidence enough for this to even go to trial.
00:08:01.000 So I think that we deserve a little bit of leniency, and if you are a member of the press, you should report heavily on that fact.
00:08:06.000 The fact that after investigating us for years of our life and sending us to prison, putting us on house arrest, that they couldn't even put together enough evidence to even have a trial.
00:08:15.000 And I think that's an interesting point my brother just made.
00:08:17.000 I think it's very interesting you guys ask us all the time about how guilty we are, not understanding that if we were guilty we would certainly be rotting away in jail.
00:08:24.000 For three years they've destroyed our lives and lied about us and they can't even get us to trial.
00:08:28.000 I think it would be a far more interesting question if you just are asking why that is happening.
00:08:31.000 If you want to be a good journalist you should sit and say, why do they keep attacking these boys but they don't have an You don't return to the US after the 24th of March?
00:08:54.000 Maybe we might.
00:08:56.000 I think that I have my American passport back in my hand.
00:08:59.000 I can travel where I like.
00:09:00.000 You know, if any authorities from any police force anywhere in the world wish to speak to me, they have my number.
00:09:05.000 They will call me and I'll answer the phone.
00:09:07.000 44 times I went to court in Romania.
00:09:11.000 Not because there was a trial, but to see if I would be allowed to travel.
00:09:15.000 And I told judges 44 times, I'm not a flight risk.
00:09:17.000 Please return me my passport.
00:09:19.000 Please don't keep me locked away from my family.
00:09:21.000 So I know that when I left, there was some backlash.
00:09:24.000 I know that when I left, people were being pressed about the controversial decision about two men who'd already had their case dismissed being able to travel and see their families again.
00:09:33.000 Well, you know, here I am, back in Romania, as I said I would be.
00:09:36.000 So all 44 of those court hearings, including the ones that happened...
00:09:43.000 They kept saying we're a flight risk, we left and we came back.
00:09:45.000 So all of these three years of imprisonment were a complete waste of time against innocent men who have never been tried.
00:09:51.000 It is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in a democracy.
00:09:53.000 We have never been convicted of any crime anywhere on the planet ever.
00:09:56.000 And as my brother said...
00:09:57.000 We have our passports back, and just like you, you, you, anyone else here decides to take a trip, they're allowed to take a trip.
00:10:02.000 We live in Romania.
00:10:03.000 We love Romania.
00:10:04.000 We're never going to leave Romania.
00:10:05.000 We have Romanian children.
00:10:05.000 We have a house in Romania.
00:10:06.000 We're going to be in Romania all of the time.
00:10:08.000 If we feel like a holiday, we'll take one.
00:10:09.000 And if a court needs to speak to us, we'll be there because we are innocent.
00:10:12.000 We won the case on December 19th, 2024.
00:10:15.000 That is when the appeal court said there's not enough evidence here to even have a trial.
00:10:18.000 That was in December 19th, 2024.
00:10:21.000 The president at the time was Joe Biden, and Joe Biden hates me, so I seriously doubt there was any American pressure.
00:10:26.000 I think it's amazing that...
00:10:27.000 People think there was American pressure required to let men go who couldn't even get a case to trial after three solid years of imprisonment.
00:10:33.000 I mean, why would you need pressure for that?
00:10:35.000 Surely, in any civilized country, when a man spent three years locked in his house for no reason, eventually they're going to say, okay, you can travel now because we don't even have a case.
00:10:43.000 I think it's incredible people are not sitting here thinking they should have let him go way sooner.
00:10:47.000 There's no American pressure.
00:10:48.000 There's just the rule of law.
00:10:50.000 We're innocent men who have never been convicted.
00:10:52.000 And because of that, we've come here to prove our innocence because we deserve our day in court.
00:10:56.000 We were accused by prosecutors.
00:10:57.000 Every girl involved in the case has said this is a setup and the Tate brothers are innocent.
00:11:00.000 You've seen their videos on the internet already, so no, there aren't victims.
00:11:03.000 So, once again, if you want to do genuine journalism, you should speak to all of the girls who decart our same victims who are on our side.
00:11:08.000 This is a matrix attack.
00:11:10.000 It is a setup.
00:11:11.000 And if you want to do genuine journalism, ask yourselves why they keep setting up two innocent men, but they can't seem to put us in jail.
00:11:17.000 Think outside the box here.
00:11:19.000 Stop listening to your bosses and the people who own the world and the banks and everyone else who's lying, the same people who told you to take the vaccine and everything.
00:11:29.000 Thank you very much.
00:11:30.000 God bless you.
00:11:35.000 Most of you are gonna end up exactly where you're heading.
00:11:47.000 You have a path laid out in front of you and it's pretty clear where it ends up.
00:11:51.000 You're gonna be a normal guy.
00:11:52.000 You're gonna have a mediocre life, average, maybe above average, and that's fine, right?
00:11:57.000 Because everyone has a normal life.
00:11:59.000 And being normal or average is just failing so like the other people
00:12:04.000 The truth is, as the world becomes more competitive, naturally it becomes more polarized.
00:12:12.000 There are going to be more ultra-rich and more ultra-poor.
00:12:18.000 And what they're going to do is, as things get more difficult, is just lower the barrier for what normal is.
00:12:24.000 In the 1950s, the normal guy had a nice big house and two cars and his children were well educated and his woman could stay at home and take care of the house as he worked in a normal job at a factory.
00:12:35.000 Nowadays, the normal life is for both partners to work and struggle to pay the bills.
00:12:39.000 Soon, the normal people will eat the bugs.
00:12:42.000 The normal people will live lives of serfdom.
00:12:46.000 And slavery.
00:12:47.000 It is getting more and more difficult.
00:12:49.000 Normal is no longer acceptable.
00:12:52.000 And most of you, truthfully, are on a path to normal.
00:12:56.000 Most of you are too lazy and too arrogant to put in the work and listen to the people who know and genuinely humble yourself and grind the way you need to grind to make any of your dreams come true.
00:13:08.000 Start to actually consider the life you're building for yourself.
00:13:12.000 Consider how your woman will look at you when you walk in their room.
00:13:15.000 Will she respect you?
00:13:17.000 Will she adore you?
00:13:19.000 Would she die for you?
00:13:20.000 Would she wait for you if you went to jail?
00:13:22.000 I don't understand how you men at home are not furious at yourselves.
00:13:27.000 If this video speaks to your subconscious on any level, you should feel deep shame because you're not a fraction of me.
00:13:36.000 And perhaps you never could be me, but you could certainly be better than you are.
00:13:40.000 And you're not even close to that.
00:13:42.000 You are monumentally failing yourself.
00:13:44.000 You're monumentally failing your bloodline.
