Summary

The importance of an EGOAL and why it's so important to have an ego. I mean, if you don't have one, you're not only going to become a morbidly obese person, but you'll also become a person who doesn't care as much about how others perceive you as you do about how you perceive yourself. In fact, the biggest worms I've met in my life are people who don t have egos. Mike Tyson is one of the most powerful people I've ever met with an ego, and he's not even a bad person. He's the best at what he does and he does it because he has an ego and he has justified it. I don't know about you, but I know I have one and it's not a bad thing. An ego doesn't matter what job you do, as long as it's justified and justified, and it doesn t matter what it is you do it the right way. I think that if you truly believe you're the best, then you're going to do whatever it takes to prove it. If you're doing what you need to do to be the best fisherman, you are going to catch the biggest fish in the world. You may not even realize it yet, but if you do what it takes, you will catch the best fish. You are the biggest fisherman in the whole world, and you are the most creative and most talented man in the entire world. I hope this episode inspires you to go out there and do what you can do to prove that you are a fish that can catch the most fish you can catch. You deserve it. You can do it. I hope you enjoy this episode, and don't wait until the next one is out there to make sure you do your best to catch that one. You're not just one fish you catch it, you get up earlier than everyone else. You do not have to wait to catch it first. You have to do it early, you have to be early, right? You can catch it before they do it right away, so you can be the most of the time, not late, so that it doesn't have a chance to get up before everyone else does it first, or it takes time to catch up on it, right in the next day, right before the rest of them do it sooner than they do their best, right after they can catch their first one. You have the chance to do their first catch.

00:00:00.000 I keep getting asked where people can ask me questions, so I'm going to put an email address
00:00:11.700 here. Bang. If you want to ask me a question, email it in there and I'll get to it. Today we're
00:00:18.120 going to talk about ego and why it's super important that you have an ego. In fact, the
00:00:22.380 biggest worms I've met in my life are people who don't have egos. If you don't have an ego,
00:00:26.720 you don't care about how you're perceived. And it's not only how you're perceived by others,
00:00:31.780 but you also don't care about how you perceive yourself. If you're going to become morbidly
00:00:35.520 obese, you don't have an ego. You can't have an ego and become a morbidly obese person.
00:00:42.080 Now, I think a lot of people get confused with, there's two types of egos. You've got people who
00:00:45.920 have egos who don't deserve it. And you have people who have egos who have earned it and justified it.
00:00:50.840 Mike Tyson had an ego. He's Mike Tyson. There's never any doubts in my mind because I'm the best
00:00:55.340 in the world. Even though a lot of you don't like to hear it. I just, it's facts. I'm the best.
00:00:58.980 You know what I mean? I sometimes, I don't want to believe in myself, but it's the truth. I'm the
00:01:02.180 best. How dare them even to challenge me in these fighters. You know what I mean? You know what I
00:01:06.960 mean? With their primitive boxing skills. You know what I mean? They're as good as dead.
00:01:10.520 I'm the most brutal and vicious and most ruthless champion there's ever been. There's no one
00:01:14.440 can stop me. I'm the best ever. There's never been anybody as ruthless. There's no one that can match me.
00:01:19.540 My style is impetuous. My defense is impregnable. And I'm just ferocious. I want your heart. I want to
00:01:24.800 eat his children. Fat dork has an ego. He's a fat dork. So I don't, there needs to be some kind of
00:01:30.640 diversification in the words. We need to come up with some kind of word. Someone out there
00:01:35.000 who is a master of the English language, you need to come up with a difference in the two words for
00:01:39.140 egotistical, but egotistical when it's justified and egotistical when it's not justified. They're
00:01:43.640 different things. I guess what's going to happen there. Now we're going to go down this rabbit hole
00:01:47.840 is that people are going to start saying, well, his ego doesn't deserve to be justified. And it's
00:01:51.220 going to be an argument of proof and blah, blah, blah, but whatever. That's not the point.
00:01:54.800 I'm discussing egos of people who deserve them. People who have justified their ego because I
00:01:59.740 believe I have justified my ego and I do have a massive ego. I have an ego. I like me. I like
00:02:04.900 that. I am me. I think I'm the fucking man. I think I'm cool as fuck. And I'm happy with that.
00:02:10.860 And I'm happy to live my life this way because I find it a source of motivation. I would never let
00:02:15.540 myself get out of shape because then I couldn't view myself the same. I view myself a particular way.
00:02:19.200 And that requires me to be in shape. I would never allow myself to become poor because I view
00:02:23.320 myself a certain way. And that requires me to have financial assets. I view myself in a way
00:02:28.200 that requires me to push hard to succeed. And it makes my life better. People often talk about
00:02:34.720 downward spirals. He got in a downward spiral. He lost his girlfriend. Then he started drinking.
00:02:38.120 Then he lost his friends and he drunk more. And then in a downward spiral, you know what else is real?
00:02:42.140 An upward spiral. He started training more. So he had more energy and he started working more,
00:02:46.480 start making more money. And then he went to a better gym and then he trained harder. And then
00:02:48.880 there's an upward spiral is exactly the same. An upward spiral is always fueled by ego. So
00:02:54.860 having ego is not a bad thing. In fact, I encourage every man out there to have an ego. Develop an ego,
00:02:59.040 a massive one, and then work to justify it. It doesn't matter what it is. You can name any job
00:03:05.080 in the world. Name a job. A fisherman. Okay. So if you have an ego and you really truly believe you're
00:03:12.440 the best fisherman there is, you're going to go out there and try to catch the biggest motherfucking
00:03:15.140 fish. You may stay out longer than everyone else. You may try hard, try hard on everyone else. You may try
00:03:19.000 new baits. You may get up earlier, whatever it takes, but you want the biggest fish to prove you are
00:03:23.620 the man. It doesn't matter what it is. If you're doing anything creative, if you really believe you're
00:03:29.360 the best, you're going to put more energy into that creative art than if you don't believe you're the
00:03:32.700 best. I love egotistical people. I love people with huge egos because they try hardest and they try
00:03:37.640 hardest to justify them. Now, then you have the other side of the coin, the people who have an ego for no
00:03:41.960 reason. I wouldn't call this an ego. I'd call these people delusional morons. And if you can,
00:03:47.360 if you're going to go through your life and you have to associate with people, what you want to do
00:03:51.400 is find egotistical people, find out if they have a reason to justify said ego. If they don't get rid
00:03:56.940 of them, if they do hang around them, because you might actually learn something.
00:04:11.960 Okay.
