00:04:40.160 refresher tamara leach was arrested for the second time in her hometown of medicine hat on june 27 the
00:04:45.840 crown argued that leach had breached the terms of her bail which said she could not communicate with
00:04:49.920 other convoy organizers except in the presence of their legal counsel leach was then denied bail and was
00:04:55.760 held in jail for nearly 30 days until july 26. but todd lowen says leach was not going anywhere and had
00:05:01.520 not armed anyone yet the police wasted resources re-arresting her and tracking her down rather than
00:05:07.040 trying to find real criminals lowen also said the ongoing cases to prosecute business owners and
00:05:11.920 churches who breached covet 19 restrictions are a waste of energy especially considering provincial
00:05:17.040 pandemic restrictions have been largely done away with there's no need to be victimizing these
