00:00:00.000 Now, FORTRESS stands for Federal Operations for Resilience, Troop Resources, Energy, Supply,
00:00:10.880 and Survivability. And here's what FORTRESS calls for. Every major military installation in America
00:00:18.440 is going to generate its own power, independent of the civilian grid. If an adversary takes down
00:00:22.940 the grid by cyber attack, by sabotage, or by any means, our bases stay lit. Our aircraft keep
00:00:28.320 flying, our command centers never go dark. We're bringing our critical supply chains home. The
00:00:33.940 rare earths, the specialty metals, the semiconductors, the propellants, mined in America, refined in
00:00:39.020 America, built in America by American workers. We are building long overdue strategic reserves
00:00:45.980 deep enough to fight through disruption. Think munitions, fuel, medicine, blood deep enough that
00:00:51.960 if the world's supply lines break and in a real war, they're going to break. America keeps fighting
00:00:57.800 anyway. Now, a few days ago, we started covering inside the Pentagon's doomsday plan. Keep America
00:01:03.320 fighting a global war erupts. The Fortress Initiative envisions portable nuclear reactors,
00:01:08.000 microgrids and strategic reserves of munitions and fuel. The Pentagon sees a new nightmare
00:01:12.400 scenario, a global war that knocks out America's power grids, cripples supply chains and leaves
00:01:18.220 U.S. military bases cut off from essential services. Under the new Pentagon initiative
00:01:23.860 called Fortress, every major military installation in the continental U.S. would be expected to
00:01:29.820 operate independently for at least 90 days with its own electricity, water, fuel, and
00:01:35.500 communications. Experts agree America's next major war could reach U.S. soil through cyber attacks,
00:01:41.620 drones, and long-range weapons, particularly in a potential conflict with China, which appears to
00:01:46.980 be preparing the battlefield by targeting U.S. critical infrastructure through ongoing cyber
00:01:52.260 attacks like salt and volt typhoon. According to a report from the Financial Times, Japan is being
00:01:59.600 hammered by cyber attacks, prompting regulators to search for ways to protect financial institutions
00:02:07.860 from potentially devastating disruptions and leading the country to declare a state of emergency
00:02:15.820 in cyberspace.
00:02:17.720 Binance was just hacked for $5.8 billion.
00:02:20.760 Yes, billion with a B.
00:02:22.300 OXQIT believes it was social engineering.
00:02:24.400 So somebody at Binance signed over control,
00:02:26.540 allowing for the wallets to be drained.
00:02:28.020 Iran has drawn up plans to target undersea internet cables
00:02:31.960 in the Gulf of the United States and Israel.
00:02:35.020 Launched fresh attacks.
00:02:36.760 Two senior Iranian security officials have told Reuters
00:02:40.400 that Tehran could target critical undersea communication infrastructure,
00:02:44.440 potentially disrupting internet connectivity across the region.
00:02:48.900 One official warned that Iran could also prevent repairs,
00:02:51.840 prolonged outages and cautioned Washington against playing with fire.
00:02:57.180 Oversea cables carry around 99% of the global internet traffic
00:03:01.260 according to the International Telecommunication Union.
00:03:04.760 And we have the ibitimes.co.uk saying Japan is joining the UK
00:03:10.220 in urging households to prepare week-long emergency supplies.
00:03:14.440 They are telling households to keep at least three days' worth of food, water and sanitation supplies, preferably enough for a week.
00:03:21.820 They are preparing to urge households to do this come November.
00:03:25.340 And this is following the UK's recent call for residents to prepare for disruptions to essential services.
00:03:33.140 It's about saying to households across the country to be ready by just having some everyday essentials indoors.
00:03:40.360 so should there be disruption from those sorts of events you're ready. Now that's
00:03:45.640 things like two litres of water per person, three litres of water per person
00:03:51.700 per day, tinned goods in the cupboard to last you a few days, things that don't
00:03:56.740 necessarily need heating up in the stove or the microwave, tinned goods. If you've
00:04:02.680 got babies things like your baby food and nappy supplies, pets, pet food, water and
00:04:08.320 And then things like torches that are battery powered, mobile phone charging packs.
00:04:14.400 Do you have enough cash indoors if the local payment systems were down?
00:04:20.600 Europe, the EU countries, what, 25 of them?
00:04:24.940 10 have brought back conscription.
00:04:26.820 That's forced draft. 0.99
00:04:27.920 They put women in many of them.
00:04:29.720 The UK, back in January, said up to age 65, we may conscript you. 0.94
00:04:33.980 Now they've made it official where they can conscript anybody that was in the military up to age 65. 0.96
00:04:38.320 that's the grab people off the street like you see in ukraine they need to be ready to sacrifice 0.92
00:04:42.700 we need to be able to brits need to be able to know to sacrifice just like i told the germans 0.62
00:04:47.380 because of this major crisis that's coming with russia and they said world war three
00:04:56.700 is right around the corner that's the british government saying that
00:05:01.420 the pentagon preparing for a nightmare scenario a global war that could knock out power grids
00:05:11.300 cripple supply chains and leave military bases cut off from essential services a few days ago
00:05:16.200 we started covering inside the pentagon's doomsday plan team america fighting a global war erupts 0.72
00:05:21.420 the fortress initiative envisions portable nuclear reactors micro grids and strategic reserves of
00:05:26.480 munitions and fuel. And in the report, it talks about there not being power here in the United
00:05:32.480 States for up to three months and being able to run our military bases and other facilities
00:05:37.980 around the world for at least three months. We've been warning of this forever, but the difference
00:05:42.540 is now it is actually here, ladies and gentlemen. Well, the Pentagon has a doomsday plane and now
00:05:48.600 it's updating its doomsday plan, moving beyond its Cold War era continuity of government planning,
00:05:54.300 which called for key military leaders to retreat to hardened facilities in Cheyenne Mountain
00:05:59.700 in the event of an incoming nuclear attack.
00:06:02.820 Now the Pentagon sees a new nightmare scenario,
00:06:05.600 a global war that knocks out America's power grids, cripples supply chains,
00:06:10.080 and leaves U.S. military bases cut off from essential services.
00:06:14.300 And they're saying that's mainly for nuclear war with Russia and or a cyber attack and or an EMP.
00:06:20.020 So this is really escalating very, very fast, and absolutely everybody should have 90 days of
00:06:27.560 food, water filtration, emergency gear, medicine, ammo, and a plan. Other allies, including the UK,
00:06:36.380 have been warning their populations to stockpile 90 days of food and water just in case. Under the
00:06:42.820 new Pentagon initiative called Fortress, every major military installation in the continental US
00:06:48.700 would be expected to operate independently for at least 90 days
00:06:52.680 with its own electricity, water, fuel, and communications.
00:06:57.060 Documents obtained by Fox reveal plans for portable nuclear reactors,
00:07:02.040 backup power grids, and massive reserves of ammunition,
00:07:05.580 critical minerals, medical supplies, and spare parts.
00:07:08.980 The Pentagon also wants civilian factories ready to switch to wartime weapons production,
00:07:14.600 alternative supply chains in place if foreign suppliers are cut off
00:07:18.660 and military communications capable of functioning even if GPS and satellites are disrupted.
00:07:25.020 Experts agree America's next major war could reach U.S. soil through cyber attacks,
00:07:29.940 drones, and long-range weapons, particularly in a potential conflict with China.
00:07:34.660 The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support.
00:07:42.060 No civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water.
00:07:46.160 I don't know if it's next week or next month or next year.
00:07:48.660 But when you have the Pentagon gearing up for this and for the first time activating the COG systems,
00:07:53.580 continuity of government, it is a massive deal.
00:07:56.060 It is so critical for you to get ready, to have solar systems, solar panel systems,
00:08:01.480 to basic communications, and to have forable food, water filtration, you name it.
00:08:06.520 And so we've been working on this for over a year,
00:08:09.380 having a consortium clearinghouse with real high-quality, healthy, good, delicious, forable food.
00:08:15.120 That's only one of the things at survivalnation.com.
00:08:18.940 This site is already the widest selection storable foods site out there.
00:08:23.280 It's five major companies with the highest ratings.
00:08:26.460 We're going to add even more as a clearinghouse where you can look at all the major storable food that's available.
00:08:32.060 They're just all the vacuum of the computer, drop ship through them from super low price, high quality to super gourmet at the most competitive price.
00:08:39.320 It's all there.
00:08:40.160 and the solar panels and the communication radios and the sat phones and the knives and the tactical
00:08:46.560 gear it's all there at survivalnation.com the pentagon's getting ready for the lights be off
00:08:51.480 for three months so this is a win-win everybody needs to go to survivalnation.com right now and
00:08:57.040 there's over 100 vendors there this is absolutely amazing survivalnation.com
