00:18:34.740You cannot, unless you literally go through every single vote and call the person and check their ID at that point and ask them if their vote matches the one that was sent in,
00:18:44.380And the mail-in ballots are built for fraud in a way that you cannot confirm whether or not the votes that you're getting are the actual votes, where the ballots sent to the right people.
