00:00:00.000 i'm the real rick ross today there's a new epidemic smokable cocaine otherwise known as crack
00:00:11.520 i will tell you director deutz as a former los angeles police narcotics detective that the 0.51
00:00:16.280 agency has dealt drugs throughout this country for a long time the cia used him as a pawn to
00:00:22.460 sell drugs to help fund the secret war in nicaragua illegal cocaine is coming into our country
00:00:28.260 at alarming levels he was a 1980 drug lord who became a multi-millionaire urban legend in los
00:00:34.620 angeles a rap star even stole his name and parlayed it into a music career
00:00:38.660 to william roberts aka rick ross who's using my name i'm inviting you in to come with me
00:00:57.700 Let's fight this culture. 0.84
00:00:59.700 Let's fight this penitentiary culture
00:01:01.700 that hip-hop's been spreading.
00:01:03.700 Let's make a difference.
00:01:05.700 Men, you need to come together and you need to tell them
00:01:08.700 that you didn't make your money selling drugs.
00:01:11.700 And making music is how you became famous.
00:01:13.700 See, it's nothing wrong with making music,
00:01:15.700 just like it's nothing wrong with being a correctional officer,
00:01:18.700 if that's what you did.
00:01:20.700 But so many of our friends
00:01:22.700 who look up to you and look up to me
00:01:25.700 or out on the streets thinking that they can go out and sell drugs
00:01:30.500 and parlay that into a record career.
00:01:34.260 I don't know if you know that they're not going to make it,
00:01:37.220 but I know that they're going to wind up in prison
00:01:39.960 with prison sentences three and four times what they should be
00:01:44.340 because this war on drugs is no joke.
00:01:47.680 I have 10 or 11 friends still in prison right now with life sentences,
00:01:53.300 including one that even you know 0.79
00:01:55.980 Big Meech
00:01:56.660 I know how much you respect me and care about me
00:02:00.080 otherwise you wouldn't have took my name
00:02:01.680 take a chance
00:02:04.260 with me now
00:02:04.860 let's make a difference
00:02:07.260 and even if William Roberts aka Rick Ross
00:02:10.460 don't decide to come with me
00:02:12.300 and join hands
00:02:13.340 then the rest of the artists out there
00:02:16.220 let's us come together
00:02:17.760 Professor Griff
00:02:20.440 KRS-One
00:02:21.600 and so forth let's join hands let's change this third culture let's change this hip-hop
00:02:30.560 to prison pipeline let's make it happen right now today let's do it and not just you the whole hip-hop
00:02:39.100 community i'm asking all of you let's all of us come together let's change these laws right now
00:02:45.740 and end this senseless war on drugs.
00:02:48.700 A lot of times we go through life and
00:02:53.500 we start to believe that the things that
00:02:56.380 we're experiencing in our life and the things that we see in our communities
00:03:00.700 are the only way it is.
00:03:02.940 Like, this is the way it is. This is the way it's supposed to be.
00:03:07.020 And when you start to think like that, you can get trapped in a box.
00:03:11.580 Hip-hop has taken over the world. If we can take hip-hop back,
00:03:15.340 we can change the whole planet we can bring real peace and no more war let's be pioneers
00:03:23.740 let's be talked about forever for how we change the way society thinks about each other it don't
00:03:30.700 have to always be a war on drugs if we can educate ourselves to where our kids and our
00:03:37.100 our brothers and our sisters and our mothers and our fathers look at drugs the way we look at rat
00:03:41.980 poison. You know, we just don't go around using rat poison and other chemicals that's
00:03:47.300 harmful to our body. If we teach our people how to not use drugs the same way, then eventually
00:03:53.160 we don't have to worry about them using drugs. Now you may never have heard of some of these
00:03:58.200 stars, but your kids have. They're heroes to a whole new generation. Now they take these
00:04:04.100 guys and these guys say, well, I got to the position that I'm in right now today by selling
00:04:10.260 drugs. So the message that it tells our kids is that if you go out, you sell drugs, then you can
00:04:17.760 become a great rock star like myself and never go to prison. And I think that that's a false
00:04:24.680 message to be given people who feel hopeless. I'm letting you know right now
00:04:30.380 that the establishment is using hip-hop to prime these kids
00:04:36.820 for a life that's going to send them to prison,
00:04:40.360 just like they did with me.
00:04:42.020 See, when I was coming up,
00:04:43.640 there was Superfly, Tequila Sunrise,
00:04:46.640 Scarface, all these movies
00:04:49.320 to make you think that you could start with nothing
00:04:52.540 and then you could have the whole world
00:04:55.380 at the palm of your hand.
00:04:58.560 Only that there was no pot of gold
00:05:00.120 at the end of the rainbow.
00:05:02.200 It was a set of handcuffs and shackles.
00:05:04.720 and you want to know why the CIA
00:05:06.840 was behind me because they were
00:05:09.200 the guys behind me when I was selling drugs
00:05:11.540 and now
00:05:12.580 they're behind hip hop
00:05:14.840 and rock and roll
00:05:16.220 this prison hip hop
00:05:19.420 connection
00:05:20.400 they're behind that too
00:05:22.680 if it was good for them to sell drugs
00:05:25.460 then it should have been good for me to sell drugs
00:05:27.240 the money from the drugs
00:05:29.440 went to buy guns for the contrary
00:05:31.160 even if you don't read my book
00:05:33.000 warn your kids let them know but i advise you that this book is worth reading definitely for
00:05:40.920 your kids even if you don't read it get it for your kids get it for your loved ones let them
00:05:45.440 see what the drug culture is all about it's not manufactured like the stuff you see on tv and
00:05:51.660 you hear in music this is real life it's your life your loved one's life let's make a difference
00:05:59.600 you know where to find me

00:06:06.340 Hit me up
00:06:07.180 You know I'm out here
00:06:08.680 It's very important that I redeem myself
00:06:11.220 for the wrongs that I've done
00:06:13.360 and I feel that the way
00:06:16.380 that I can redeem myself the best
00:06:18.740 is by helping others
00:06:20.360 not fall in the same
00:06:21.740 footsteps that I fell in
00:06:24.040 because I believe that it's a trap
00:06:26.500 it's a trap to catch you
00:06:28.440 Yeah, just because you're doing bad and you're looking for a way to make an income, there's
00:06:36.740 people that'll take your freedom forever and ever.
00:06:42.120 Don't make the same mistake I made.
00:06:44.360 Don't get caught up.
00:06:46.700 It's time for us to wake up and face it.
00:06:49.540 Get the truth, and you're done.
00:06:58.440 The Alex Jones Network. Tomorrow's news today.
00:07:14.000 The Pentagon preparing for a nightmare scenario, a global war that could knock out power grids, cripple supply chains, and leave military bases cut off from essential services.
00:07:23.620 A few days ago, we started covering inside the Pentagon's doomsday plan, Team America fighting a global war erupts.
00:07:29.520 The Fortress Initiative envisions portable nuclear reactors, microgrids and strategic reserves of munitions and fuel.
00:07:35.880 And in the report, it talks about there not being power here in the United States for up to three months and being able to run our military bases and other facilities around the world for at least three months.
00:07:48.480 We've been warning of this forever, but the difference is now it is actually here, ladies and gentlemen.
00:07:54.580 I don't know if it's next week or next month or next year, but when you have the Pentagon gearing up to this for the first time activating the COG systems,
00:08:01.620 continuity of government, it is a massive deal.
00:08:04.280 It is so critical for you to get ready, to have solar systems, solar panel systems, to basic communications, and to have horrible food, water filtration, you name it.
00:08:14.340 And so we've been working on this for over a year, having a consortium clearinghouse with real, high-quality, healthy, good, delicious, storable food.
00:08:23.280 That's only one of the things at survivalnation.com.
00:08:26.940 This site is already the widest selection of storable foods site out there.
00:08:31.160 It's five major companies with the highest ratings.
00:08:34.460 We're going to add even more as a clearinghouse where you can look at all the major storable food that's available.
00:08:40.060 They're just all in the back end of the computer, drop ship through them,
00:08:42.900 from super low price, high quality, to super gourmet at the most competitive price.
00:08:47.580 It's all there.
00:08:48.260 And the solar panels and the communication radios and the sat phones and the knives and the tactical gear.
00:08:55.200 It's all there at survivalnation.com.
00:08:57.860 The Pentagon's getting ready for the lights to be off in three months.
00:09:00.360 So this is a win-win.
00:09:01.640 Everybody needs to go to survivalnation.com right now.
00:09:04.940 And there's over 100 vendors there.
00:09:06.560 This is absolutely amazing.
