00:00:00.000The president has, if he uses national security emergency, he can do a lot.
00:00:06.460And it takes, by a Supreme Court decision from 1983, if the president says something's a national security matter, it takes a two-thirds vote of the House and a two-thirds vote of the Senate to overturn them, which they can't do.0.85
00:00:19.620If he declares he can come out with the evidence that this is all Chinese stuff, this is all completely built to be rigged,0.92
00:00:27.440We can show that these machines are completely untrustworthy. So if nothing else, the whole tabulation process should be turned over to or do it how the state does it, however the county does it, however they want.1.00
00:00:40.040But we're going to have the National Guard then take the paper and do it themselves. And what you're going to find is there's huge discrepancies when you count.
00:00:47.880Sometimes they have this has happened on occasion and they find like 30 or 40 percent discrepancies between what the machines report.
00:00:56.460And when you grab this stuff and count by hand, there was a woman in Georgia, a Democrat who ran and lost and she got this to happen.
00:01:04.540And they discovered that she had actually won by a large margin and her votes.
00:01:08.860The machines can spit out any answer that the guys in charge want them to spit out.
00:01:13.840and they're taking like the number three candidates
00:01:41.000and coming in and doing a cyber attack,
00:01:43.840But just remember, that's one of 14 ways that they have of cheating. And I know the guys who built all these systems. I mean, I lived with them on and off for two and a half years, the Venezuelans, because we got them to defect. And they walked me out through it. And these guys are professors of stealing elections.
00:02:00.920There's 14 ways, and one of them is purely from the computer, and about seven of them
00:02:07.520don't use the computer at all, and about six of them are partly on the ground and partly
00:03:27.760They have. Not the smile test, the laugh test. The cyber teams aren't going to stop any of that stuff. We are being swarmed by various forms of cheating. And it's going to curtail one. If they're successful, it'll make it harder to do one type of cheating.
00:03:47.660Let me tell you what really happened in Brazil. At 5 o'clock, every precinct was supposed to enter a code in the machine, and that freezes the machine. It shuts it down and freezes it, so no more votes can come in and out. Well, at 5 o'clock, in 80% of the country, they entered those codes.
00:04:07.54020% of the country sort of found some, it's supposed to be done to the minute.
00:09:11.720we're less than a week away from the midterm elections and things are heating up. But big
00:09:16.480things are going on with you in the realm of, you know, election integrity. The headline from
00:09:20.960cyberscoop.com, lawsuit against ex-overstock CEO tied to 2020 election film falls apart over the
00:09:28.240question of actual malice. So you've been in litigation against Dominion and Smartmatic for
00:09:33.980a while, right? Tell us what's happened and what the conclusion is and what led to it.
00:09:37.360Well, there are two lawsuits. One is Dominion versus me in Washington, D.C., and the other is Dominion versus Dominion's CTO versus me down in Tampa, Florida.
00:09:49.880And they're both basically the same suit that I said ugly things about them, said their equipment stinks and is rigged and its key components are made in China.0.93
00:09:58.140It's all built Swiss cheese with back doors and elections get rigged.1.00
00:10:02.480the judge we were supposed to get a trial next week in florida on wednesday the judge there has
00:10:11.140been and that's because i'm a florida resident and they had to see me there and the judge has
00:10:16.800been very fair so far i mean he's not he calls balls and strikes he's been fair for three or
00:10:22.660four years as this progresses we get up to the trial we had to file something that showed what
00:10:29.160we're going to argue in trial. And for the first time, the judge got to see all the evidence we
00:10:34.760have gathered. And he looked at it and he says, you know, to win a libel suit, they have to prove
00:10:42.180that what I, well, I didn't say anything. Someone else said something and I funded a movie that got
00:10:47.240made. And they said, well, I published the movie and this ugly thing got said in the movie. Words,
00:10:51.900but at the end of the day, they finally saw a couple of weeks ago what we're going to argue
00:10:59.720and what the proof is. They have to prove that what I said about them was false. I knew it was
00:11:06.700false and I said it out of malice. Well, what I said about them isn't false at all. What I said
00:11:12.580about them is once we gave it to a real government a year ago, it triggered a Navy flotilla to steam
00:11:21.880to Caracas, because we have them dead to rights. Our country was overthrown by this Venezuelan-Cuban1.00
00:11:27.880operation. They installed by it, and China's behind it all, and we have them dead to rights.1.00
00:11:33.880So once the judge saw what we actually have, he came out yesterday and ruled, or two days ago,1.00
00:11:42.380and ruled, there's no way to, I mean, what he should have said is, this is all true. He took
00:11:48.140a little bit of a limp-wristed approach and said, there's no way to prove that what Byrd said
00:11:52.760was with malice, because once you read this stuff, it's clear that I'm, how do you prove that the guy
00:11:59.620made this up and he did it to be mean when here's all this evidence? So once they looked at our
00:12:03.980evidence, and by the way, what we gave that judge with that filing wasn't even the big,
00:12:09.120was an amuse-bouche, was an appetizer for serving what we were going to show in court,
00:12:14.720And that was enough to say there's no way at all to prove that this guy did anything out of malice.
00:12:19.920Anyone would look at this and realize. And so he threw the case out.
00:12:23.960And we expect, you know, that's that's absolutely huge.
00:12:27.080And, you know, the way that most trials in this vein have gone, I mean, this is a very sort of unique outcome that we should be celebrating.
00:12:34.840But how does it play into the election coming up?
00:12:37.960I mean, how has the battlefield changed?
00:12:40.380There's been a lot of upheaval with Caracas and Venezuela being part of it.
00:12:44.720between the last election and this one, how has the battlefield changed in regards of the
00:12:49.380legitimacy of these elections? I can tell you that all of this stuff was turned over to law
00:12:54.680enforcement by my attorney once we got it together in discovery. And from law enforcement, it worked
00:13:00.560its way up to the Department of Homeland Security and the DOJ and the Department of War. And it's
00:13:09.120what triggered, I don't want to say, but it's what triggered so much of what has happened, because
00:13:14.040I'm telling the truth. People, I hate to be a jerk of a schmuck or beat my own chest, but when I0.99
00:13:19.940listen to these reporters act like they know, I built a $2 billion internet company. I know what0.99
00:13:24.560I'm talking about. When I have to talk to some USA Today or Reuters reporter who can't find her
00:13:30.240ass with both hands when it comes to technology, she needs help starting her computer, and they're0.97
00:13:34.840telling me what they think, they kind of forget that I, so they don't know. But when you actually0.68
00:13:41.140look at what we have. It's ironclad. It's what triggered, I don't know, a dozen executive orders
00:13:46.580and things that have happened about these machines and letters from Pete Hexpeth and actions from the
00:13:51.520DOJ. That was all triggered by the stuff that we turned in. And as well as 15 Venezuelan
00:13:59.100engineers and whistleblowers we seduced over the last few years and handed on a silver platter to
00:14:05.660Uncle Sam when the last summer when Trump was back in power. So that's triggered this whole
00:14:11.720firestorm. At the very least, I think it should have triggered much more muscular actions from
00:14:18.560the White House three months ago about the elections. I think they should have had completely
00:14:23.660by executive order, national security emergency, thrown out these machines at a guy named Tim
00:14:28.740Meisberger, who's a rare Republican from the State Department world and who's cleaned up
00:14:33.680elections in 55 countries, come in and advise them how to run an old-fashioned paper and pen
00:14:39.020election. Nobody listens to me. So they didn't do that. They tried to go forward with some patches
00:14:45.020and thinking they could control it, and they've made some improvements. But I'm hoping what they
00:14:49.960do is they declare, this is an act of war. What we're under is we've been in World War III since
00:14:57.400November 3rd, 2020. Americans don't understand this type of war. It's a Chinese approach to war
00:15:03.020where something kinetic bullets and airplanes is the last step the there's all kinds of levels
00:15:09.680where in the in the chinese worldview the greatest victory is to win without fighting0.85
00:15:13.400they have a way of winning without even us knowing we're at war and that is they've been0.94
00:15:17.360twisting the outcome of elections for 20 years and in 72 countries by the way and that's why
00:15:23.160the west is crashing into a train abutment so this is an act of war should really all be moved
00:15:28.500into the Department of War. What they really, what I would do is I would cancel the election
00:15:34.440for 60 days. I'd bring in Tim Meisberger and say, you got six or 45 days, use the National Guard,
00:15:41.620set up a clean election that is completely uncontestable. The way we teach countries to
00:15:46.960do it overseas, it's completely uncontestable. If Trump isn't going to do something like delay
00:15:52.540the election, he can still do a bunch of things like have the National Guard and all the paper
00:15:58.800is going to be counted. Physical paper is going to be counted by hand. Now, you still have the
00:16:03.840problem of mail-in voting, so some of that paper is no good. But you can't have this stuff counted
00:16:08.840by the computers. You can't have it counted on computers. All these computers, the most important
00:16:14.320elements of the computers are made in a factory 60 miles outside of Beijing, China. None of these
00:16:19.420computers can be trusted and they count the votes in 35 percent of the precinct of the counties and
00:16:26.040they're like 35 key ones 35 percent of the key ones yeah because you don't you should you don't
00:16:32.000need to steal a national emergency you don't need to steal every election in every state you steal
00:16:36.520the you know important elections to get the state uh in total i see alex has uh joined us welcome
00:16:42.020to the shocks i'm driving down the road thank you i'm driving on the road harris is doing a great
00:16:47.480job so is patrick byrne i just wanted to point out that patrick byrne does not toot his horn
00:16:51.360enough i already knew he was a man of integrity when i knew him 10 years ago but since then it's
00:16:56.100been declassified personally not by him but by others that indeed he has been the instrumental
00:17:00.880agent quarterbacking much of this so he can basically tell you what is trump doing right
00:17:06.300now he was on this two months ago he said trump needs to call up the national guard
00:17:09.080to back up elements of the doj so that in key battleground states where we know they pull the
00:17:14.020same scams. They're there, ready to go in. The left's going to call it tyranny and all the rest
00:17:18.580of this stuff, but that's not what it is. I mean, they put in Alaska a guy with the same name as
00:17:23.700the incumbent that's ahead openly as a stunt to confuse and split the vote. They're engaged in
00:17:28.400fraud everywhere. So I just wanted, Patrick, to talk about the executive orders on national
00:17:32.520emergency on election. Now it looks like Trump is putting teeth into it. And from his sources,
00:17:37.380what is he hearing the constellation of fraud? Because they changed up every election,
00:17:40.780as you pointed out, that we're going to be about to be hit by.
00:17:44.580How did the takedown of the Venezuelan dictatorship, how does that feed into the calculus?
00:17:49.760I know he doesn't have all the answers, but close to anybody else, he's got more answers
00:18:20.340So I'm not trying to like – I shot that question for the intro just because I wanted him to get into that either at the first or at the end because that's something we don't drill a lot into is what's coming next.
00:18:34.300He's the guy that predicted what came next in so many elections, has been totally vindicated.
00:18:37.700We kind of got the MVP here, you know, the Patrick Brady here of exposing election fraud.
00:18:42.840And I know Trump's done some, but he's been blocked by a lot of the courts.
00:18:55.700Well, the president has, if he uses national security emergency, he can do a lot.
00:19:02.800And it takes, by a Supreme Court decision from 1983, if the president says something's a national security matter, it takes a two-thirds vote of the House and a two-thirds vote of the Senate to overturn them, which they can't do.0.82
00:19:15.960If he declares he can come out with the evidence that this is all Chinese stuff, this is all completely built to be rigged, and that's the state of the art as of 2020.0.73
00:19:26.560I got to tell you, I'm scared to death because with the advent of AI, you know, we found when we reverse engineered this, a lot of what our approach was looking at statistical events that were completely anomalous, completely couldn't have happened in nature in 2020, and kind of reverse engineering into how did the technology work to let that happen?0.82
00:19:48.420Well, that's because the cheats that they were doing left huge statistical thumbprints that you could understand stats you could find.
00:19:56.080With AI, they can probably smooth all this in in a way it's going to be much harder to find stuff.
00:20:02.760It's going to be much harder to find stuff.0.99
00:20:04.620You know, sometimes, as Warren Buffett taught me, sometimes there are some organizations that the best way to fix them is you drag them behind the barn and you shoot them in the head.0.99
00:27:05.600And the chauffeur goes into that one and gives the lecture, and he gets done with the lecture, and some mathematician asks a really tough question.
00:27:14.820And the chauffeur says, I'm surprised here at the University of Heidelberg to find such an elementary question being asked.
00:27:26.660In other words, so Buffett says you've got to distinguish people who have real knowledge versus the chauffeur knowledge.
00:27:31.500The only people advising Trump until recently about this were people who had chauffeur knowledge, no one with the real knowledge.
00:27:39.240In case he hears this, the two people with the most important real knowledge are Stephanie Lambert and Tim Meisberger.
00:27:46.120Those are the two people who should be advising him.
00:27:48.200And all these people around Trump are all about keeping those people away and saying, well, tell me what you know and let me present it to the president.
00:28:12.380Well, we're going to get into more of what's happening with the U.S. Cyber Command being
00:28:16.300involved in all of this, as well as what happened in Brazil this week and what's happening as
00:28:21.260we speak in Israel with elections being untrustworthy or untrusted around the entire world.
00:28:27.640And it seems like a major change is needed, especially with AI hacking everything.
00:28:33.160We'll be right back with Patrick Berndon going away.
00:28:37.340The Pentagon preparing for a nightmare scenario, a global war that could knock out power grids, cripple supply chains, and leave military bases cut off from essential services.
00:28:47.040A few days ago, we started covering inside the Pentagon's doomsday plan.
00:28:50.620Team America fighting a global war erupts.
00:28:52.680The Fortress Initiative envisions portable nuclear reactors, microgrids and strategic
00:29:18.160I don't know if it's next week or next month or next year, but when you had the Pentagon
00:29:21.300gearing up for this for the first time activating the COG systems, continuity of government. It is
00:29:26.080a massive deal. It is so critical for you to get ready to have solar systems, solar panel systems
00:29:32.580to basic communications and to have horrible food, water filtration, you name it. And so we've been
00:29:38.360working on this for over a year, having a consortium clearinghouse with real high quality, healthy,
00:29:44.860good, delicious, horrible food. That's only one of the things at survivalnation.com. This site is
00:29:50.940already the widest selection storable foods site out there it's five major companies with the
00:29:56.920highest ratings we're going to add even more as a clearinghouse where you can look at all the major
00:30:01.620storable food that's available they're just all the vacuum of the computer drop ship through them
00:30:06.020from super low price high quality to super gourmet at the most competitive price it's all there and
00:30:11.680the solar panels and the communication radios and the sack phones and the knives and the tactical
00:30:17.860gear it's all there at survivalnation.com the pentagon's getting ready for the lights be off
00:30:22.760for three months so this is a win-win everybody needs to go to survivalnation.com right now and
00:30:28.320there's over 100 vendors there this is absolutely amazing survivalnation.com
00:30:33.720the program leftists failed to silence it's the alex jones show
00:30:41.300welcome back ladies and gentlemen this is the alex jones show alex jones live.com i'm your
00:30:50.320host harrison smith sitting in for alex today although he is chiming in occasionally i'm here
00:30:55.440with patrick byrne you can follow patrick on x at patrick byrne and find his docu series at the
00:31:01.520enemy i'm sorry at enemy within docu series.com we're talking about the election emergency uh
00:31:09.100going on in america right now we also want to get into some of the international goings-on with
00:31:13.620flavio bolsonaro and benjamin netanyahu both having very suspicious election results i guess
00:31:19.240in one way or another but just a few headlines from today right you've got breaking clinton
00:31:24.500judge denies doj's bid to force california to remove 20 000 ballots mailed to non-citizens
00:31:30.320right one of the one of the ways in which they are fraudulently packing the voter rolls alaska
00:31:36.200The Democrats get second Dan Sullivan on ballot to confuse Republican voters, an obvious sly trick that may be not technically illegal.
00:31:43.840But I think we can all recognize the validity of that move.
00:31:47.380White House actions spur worry among FBI agents about being called to polling places.
00:31:52.300Sources say the same FBI who didn't have a problem with, you know, hunting down plumbers in Nebraska who took an unauthorized tour through the Capitol.
00:32:00.620They're very concerned about Trump doing anything.
00:32:02.440And then National Guard mobilizes for election. But we also have today Minnesota charges James O'Keefe and Cam Higbee with felonies over polling place vouching stunt where they expose that, yeah, it's really easy to vote in places like Minnesota.
00:32:17.740No idea required. In fact, you, without even having an ID, can vouch for eight other people.
00:32:22.480well, the whole thing's absurd. It's obviously rife, or at least the potential for fraud is
00:32:28.080absolutely rife, and yet it's the people reporting on that and uncovering that that are being charged
00:32:33.360with a crime. So, I mean, what is there even to focus on at this point? And it seems like the
00:32:38.460hacking is the number one concern for National Guard. Again, from Ken Klippenstein, this is his
00:32:45.040Substack article, says, without precedent is the direct involvement in the election of Task Force
00:32:50.060Raider. U.S. Cyber Command's effort to protect the midterm elections, the existence of which I
00:32:55.500reported earlier this month. Since that report, sources tell me that Task Force Raider is already
00:33:00.280in full swing. So U.S. Cyber Command being involved in this really feels like it takes it up a notch,
00:33:07.540Patrick. But I mean, what are they going to be able to do to stem this tide, this rising tide
00:33:13.260of voter fraud, which seems to go largely unaddressed? I mean, how much is the National
00:33:18.260Guard really going to be able to do, do you think? They're going to be able to do something about
00:33:23.140some dimensions of it, but a wide open playing field is left on other dimensions. They don't
00:33:29.240do anything about the fact that there are, wasn't there some state that had like 100,000 dead people
00:33:34.260who were identified and taken off the voter rolls and a judge made them put 100,000 dead people
00:33:39.600back? I mean, that doesn't even pass the laugh test. They have, can't even, you know, not the
00:33:45.180smile test the laugh test the cyber teams aren't going to stop any of that stuff they we are being
00:33:51.360swarmed by various forms of cheating and as i can that's not it's going to curtail one if they're
00:33:59.980successful it'll make it harder to do one type of cheating uh yeah well i mean clearly they they
00:34:07.140seem to be taking this seriously again from the the same article northcom has two operation plans
00:34:12.600O-Plan 3500 and 3501 plus a standing operations order, O-P-O-R-D-01-13.
00:34:20.420Together, they cover every contingency, defending the country from cyber attack and foreign influence,
00:34:24.800responding to civil unrest, and protecting critical infrastructure, which includes elections.
00:34:29.080As recently as June, a senior military officer told me he was still working to stand up a joint task force
00:34:34.740just to sort out who does what between civilian and military agencies.
00:34:39.040So on one hand, it's like clearly they've got plans in operation.
00:34:42.240They're treating this with with military seriousness. On the other hand, I'm getting the sense it's a little disorganized and there's a little bit of confusion as to who's doing what and what they're lawfully allowed to do and whether they'll actually participate.
00:34:55.000How do we get across to these people the seriousness of this fraud and the fact that we might not might as well not even have elections if we don't solve this problem?
00:35:04.160I mean, are they taking this seriously enough, Patrick?
00:35:06.120they've taken it seriously but not enough yet but i happen to be aware that trump
00:35:12.660has very recently gotten is being given let's just say a briefing that is super transparent
00:35:21.900and super simple to his face that shows this is a foreign attack to overthrow the country this is0.87
00:35:28.280this is an act of war we're going through he should be bringing the department of war
00:35:33.620This is World War III that has overthrown our country.
00:35:36.640Again, they did in 2020, and we jujitsu'd our way out of it in 2024.
00:35:42.680So this is a Department of War, and DHS should be involved.
00:35:47.520You know, another Buffettism is a thing not worth doing isn't worth doing well.
00:35:51.580I'm sure if you bring in the cyber teams and all this stuff,
00:35:56.040whatever they do, they're going to do very well.
00:35:57.960But it is not worth doing to take the current paradigm that we're running elections in and try to fix it up at all the edges by giving this thing to this cyber command and this thing to this DHS office.
00:36:10.320The whole thing is such an abortion, if you don't know what you're saying.
00:36:14.240Trying to fix it at the edges isn't the way to do it.
00:36:16.640The way to fix it is to radically simplify it.
00:36:51.700You simplify everything down to simple manual processes, and then once you have that running smoothly, you put some technology in here, you put some technology in there.
00:37:04.220But the idea that you can take something that's a pig's breakfast of a process and just throw more technology and technologists on it is ludicrous.
00:37:12.820It's just – you just get more of a tangle.
00:37:16.820You simplify, simplify, simplify, and there's ways to do that.
00:37:21.440And we would have an election would be the safest election history, totally transparent.
00:44:45.740The logbooks, the minutes of the meetings, it's completely transparent.
00:44:50.400Now, of course, as soon as that broke in the press, the bad guys came up with a completely
00:44:55.580180 degree reverse story that said it was Jeffrey, that said it was B.B. Netanyahu.
00:45:02.980And they may they had all the sources afterwards.
00:45:05.340words, the sources all came out and said, this is all a lie. We never said this or that, but that
00:45:09.400the, the alternative story went global. So the truth is there absolutely was a stand down order,
00:45:14.600but it was the opponent of Bibi Netanyahu who did it. Well, there's another Epstein fellow,0.81
00:45:20.340Epstein West, Les Wexner fellow. And he's this guy who just beat Netanyahu by like two seats.
00:45:27.980He does not have enough. Yes. How do you say it again? I think it's Eisencott, right?
00:45:32.700something like that. He's an IDF guy. He doesn't have enough seats to form a government.
00:45:40.340He's going to have to form a government with the Arab, the Arab parties in coalition.0.56
00:45:46.580What that means is the Arabs are going to have the Arab parties are going to have a veto on any
00:45:53.100action the state of Israel does. So if there's another October 7 or what to do about Hamas now0.88
00:45:59.740And all that kind of stuff, if anyone tries to act like Netanyahu does, they will either – the Arab part of the coalition will tell them no, and if they don't, they desert the coalition and the government collapses.0.80
00:46:15.760So they will effectively have – the Arabs will have a veto over what Israel does.0.59
00:46:22.240And that guy is another – that guy is another Epstein-Wexner fellow and another loyalist of Barack.0.76
00:46:28.180And they, you know, they compare him to Bibi Netanyahu by saying Eisenkot is the war hawk out of the two.
00:46:33.580So, you know, what we know about Netanyahu, that tells you how much how much more, you know, overt Eisenkot would be, I guess.
00:46:40.300We don't know the guy all that well, but is that the only option?
00:46:44.360Because it seems like Netanyahu also has a chance to form a coalition government, right?
00:46:49.420It could be Netanyahu and the Arabs or it could be Netanyahu and Eisenkot or no.0.60
00:46:54.760No, it wouldn't be Netanyahu and Eisenkot.
00:46:56.760would be, well, it might be, or it would be Netanyahu and some of the other smaller parties
00:47:03.640because he's close enough there on his own. Look, I have no love lost. Bibi Netanyahu threw me out
00:47:09.100of the country three years ago, and I've never gone back. So there's nothing between me and Bibi
00:47:13.960but Netanyahu. But it does mean it's not as simple that the guy won. I think he got 59 seats and
00:47:45.800No clear winner has emerged from Israel's election with 90 percent of ballots counted.
00:47:49.600both major political blocs falling short of the 61 seats needed to form a government.
00:47:53.940The Israeli Central Election Committee said on Wednesday that it had counted more than
00:47:57.0805 million votes as of 9 p.m. local time.
00:47:59.560Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc is on course to win 53 seats in the 120-member
00:48:04.200Knesset, while the opposition bloc led by Gadi Eisenkot is expected to secure 48 seats.
00:48:10.480So both of them are just a few seats away from that.
00:48:13.180Oh, I didn't know Netanyahu had taken the lead.
00:48:15.860Last I heard he was actually going to have a couple seats less.
00:48:18.400well that changes everything he can have an easier job forming a coalition government that's quite a
00:48:24.500difference 51 versus 43 uh i believe that's what it said it said uh 48 so 53 versus 48 so it's only
00:48:32.780a difference of five but i guess that could be the uh i guess that could make all the difference
00:48:37.320you're trying to get to 60 those so so epstein i mean uh netanyahu has to pick up five seats
00:48:43.800through some other coalition. He can probably do it. He can probably do it. But there's a split
00:48:49.700in their government, just like there is ours. There's the people who believe in the Constitution
00:48:53.100and the loyalists of Barack Obama, who are the deep state. And the split in Israel is between
00:49:00.600those who are in the Ahud Barak, Jeffrey Epstein, Les Wexner camp versus the normals. Now, I'm not
00:49:08.680saying Netanyahu is normal or whatever, but the people who are at least like one Israel to survive.
00:49:13.520I'm not even sure about the others. So that's quite a difference.
00:49:17.320Netanyahu has, I would think, a better chance than I would have thought before I talked to you of staying in power.0.70
00:49:24.840Well, and and, you know, what does this mean for the war in Iran?0.57
00:49:28.660We know that, you know, according to reports, Netanyahu was trying to get another attack going just days before this election was held.
00:49:35.660He seems to think that the war is sort of directly correlated and corresponds to his success in the election.
00:49:42.060Do you think this makes him more or less incentivized to reignite hostilities with Iran during the 60 day window?
00:49:56.100You know, it's interesting if he wants to win, it probably if he wants to win and keep his seat, it probably makes him a bit less likely to attack Iran again.
00:50:09.860on the other hand if if he wants to finish the job it's he wants to use this these 60 days
00:50:17.460to do the job but the israelis are tired of war israelis are tired of war you know this is the
00:50:23.060problem athens athens declared war on a colony called syracuse it was i think in sicily and one
00:50:33.020year they the democracies are like that one year it declared because they had just a simple direct
00:50:37.920democracy. One year they declare war, then they have a year of hardship. The next year they want
00:50:43.840to surrender. It's not stable long-term planning. The Chinese have like this wonderful stability to
00:50:50.580their system, too stable. You can't dislodge the bad guys. But when democracy gets too direct,
00:50:56.880it gets too, it's like a ship with no ballast in the bottom and it splashes back and forth
00:51:01.980between sides. Our side, our Constitution was devised to provide some ballast. And part of that
00:51:09.040ballast is wars are supposed to be declared by the House. And you know why the Constitution put
00:51:15.040the power to declare war in the House and not the Senate? You know why? No. Thinking is, well,
00:51:22.200which is the chamber closest to the people? The Senate is like the House of Lords. The House
00:51:28.600is the chamber closest to the people. And you don't want the aristocrats sending the children
00:51:35.020of the farmers to die in war. If you're going to go to war, you want the people who represent
00:51:41.760the farmers, so to speak, the common people, to be the ones who say we have to go to war.
00:51:47.360So Trump started this, you know, started this war without any semblance of congressional support,
00:51:53.460not that he's the you know there hasn't been it hasn't been congress hasn't declared a war and i
00:52:00.400don't know i think since world war ii i think world war ii was the last one that actually went
00:52:04.240through the proper process uh and it just seems like and that's totally on congress right because
00:52:09.840congress has a responsibility to perform those checks and balances and they could have forced
00:52:14.940trump to withdraw 60 days in they gave him they let him do this thing where he said well we stopped
00:52:19.380that war. We're starting up a new one. So we get a new 60 day clock. That was what, 250 days ago.
00:52:24.340So Congress could step in and say, we've given you a chance. We're not declaring war. You got
00:52:30.700to withdraw from this special military operation. Really, Congress has abandoned their responsibility
00:52:35.040in this regard. What else is no, you know, Obama bombed nine countries, dropped 24,000 tons of
00:52:43.280bombs or something in nine different countries. And, you know, he never got a declaration of war
00:52:48.560for anything. Trump does it and suddenly it makes him a king. But Obama did this and more. Yeah,
00:52:54.240Congress has turned into a debating society. And what's worse is they're mostly blackmailed.
00:53:00.440These people you see on TV who go woof, woof, guys like Jim Jordan, let me tell you, they're
00:53:05.380good for nothing. There's very few people. We had all the evidence, the evidence that launched
00:53:10.160a thousand ships to Caracas. We had all that in August 2024. We presented it to senators, to
00:53:16.960all kinds of people in the Freedom Caucus. Everyone had it. Everyone was afraid to act.
00:53:22.880There were only two people who had the courage. One was Senator Ron Johnson and one was Mark
00:53:27.240Wayne Mullen. And I've told that story on your show before. They were the ones who took our
00:53:31.480information and got my partner, Martine, into Mar-a-Lago, who then was, after briefing Trump's
00:53:39.200people, was sent to Elon. And Elon reviewed it all and said, yeah, this is true. And that's when
00:53:44.400the 10,000 space lasers got organized. And it was not Elon. Elon vouched for it to Trump.
00:53:49.360And then 10,000 space lasers that you hear about that got organized, that disrupted
00:53:53.740the theft of 2024, which is never going to save us again. It was a one-time uppercut out of
00:53:59.640nowhere they didn't see coming. But our Senate, I have no faith there's not a congressman, maybe
00:54:05.460Perry. There's a few of them who have a little bit of backbone, but most of them are there just
00:54:11.500for the glamour or the deal cutting or whatever. And most of them are compromised. Blackmail has
00:54:16.380become a very big part of life in D.C. Really, the Clintons are the ones who brought blackmail
00:54:21.500in to be such a significant. I mean, Hoover, but it was the Clintons who made it the currency of
00:54:27.500choice in D.C. And now everybody in D.C. is blackmailed. Almost everybody. Well, they won't
00:54:34.180be there much longer if they don't they don't clean things up. And again, it's just the
00:54:38.780overwhelming problems that we have. I think you're right. I mean, you got to just wipe the slate
00:54:42.420clean and start over. If Iraq can have more secure elections than America, something has1.00
00:54:47.460seriously gone wrong. And we've already you've laid out the prescription of what needs to be0.98
00:54:52.160done. There are people with the expertise. They've done it in other countries. They need to do it
00:54:56.300here. Otherwise, we might as well not even vote since we have no idea whether the choices that
00:55:01.840we make are accurate or not. Patrick Byrne, thank you so much for being with us. Follow Patrick on
00:55:05.820x at patrickburn and we'll see you next time sir we have five more minutes we'll do five more
00:55:11.300minutes if you got more five more minutes on the other side welcome back folks this is the alex
00:55:28.500jones show i'm your host harrison smith sitting here with patrick burn follow him on x at patrick
00:55:33.080Byrne. We just want to do five more minutes just to the straight shot. What can Trump do?
00:55:38.300What does he need to do from the expert himself, Patrick Byrne? Lay it down for us.
00:55:43.680OK, thank you, Harrison. I don't mean to bag too much on our president, who I know your viewers.
00:55:49.340Well, we all know and love. But some days he like I say, some days he seems like a genius.
00:55:56.660Some days he doesn't know basic things that any entrepreneur should know.
00:56:00.220This is a comprehensive attack on our country that's occurred. It's like a Bolshevik revolution. What he should have done from the beginning is set up somebody, set up an office in the executive office building next door, a war room. He could have walked in at any time and have somebody like Mike Flynn running, running.
00:56:20.360And you have different lines of effort, and each line of effort has a captain.
00:56:24.460You have 2020, we're going to have a captain, should have been Steph Lambert.
00:58:28.700So Trump puts in charge of the most important prosecution in history people with no executive experience and people who have never prosecuted anyone in their lives except one guy who got the door slammed on him, Muldrow.
00:58:42.060So that's his fault. It should have been an office next to the White House having that he could walk in 24 hours a day and there's people working through all these different lines of effort, bringing it together to one talented executive, not a lawyer. Lawyers all, I've listened to them. Overstock got taken over by lawyers after I left. They've destroyed it. There's nothing left of Overstock.com because a bunch of, pardon me, but Mormon lawyers took it over and thought they could be entrepreneurs.
00:59:09.240You have a bunch of lawyers in around D.C. who Trump gave the job to different lawyers and what none of them would ever prosecute anyone.1.00
00:59:16.440And what do you know, they all failed. And an entrepreneur would have organized it like I just said.
00:59:22.380So what he can do right now today is get Tim Meisberger, who's a Trump guy.
00:59:27.840He's been appointed. He was part of the State Department, like fixing USA, destroying USAID, which you fix by shooting in the head.0.98
00:59:37.080He got moved to the Peace Corps and did the same thing.
01:00:30.560microgrids and strategic reserves of munitions and fuel.
01:00:33.300And in the report, it talks about there not being power here in the United States for up to three months and being able to run our military bases and other facilities around the world for at least three months.
01:00:46.700We've been warning of this forever, but the difference is now it is actually here, ladies and gentlemen.
01:00:52.140Well, the Pentagon has a doomsday plane, and now it's updating its doomsday plan, moving beyond its Cold War-era continuity of government planning, which called for key military leaders to retreat to hardened facilities in Cheyenne Mountain in the event of an incoming nuclear attack.
01:01:08.780Now the Pentagon sees a new nightmare scenario, a global war that knocks out America's power grids, cripples supply chains, and leaves U.S. military bases cut off from essential services.
01:01:19.960And they're saying that's mainly for nuclear war with Russia and or a cyber attack and or an EMP.
01:01:26.560So this is really escalating very, very fast.
01:01:30.760And absolutely everybody should have 90 days of storable food, water filtration, emergency gear, medicine, ammo and a plan.
01:01:40.280Other allies, including the UK, have been warning their populations to stockpile 90 days of food and water just in case.
01:01:47.900Under the new Pentagon initiative called Fortress, every major military installation in the continental U.S. would be expected to operate independently for at least 90 days with its own electricity, water, fuel and communications.
01:02:03.040Documents obtained by Fox reveal plans for portable nuclear reactors, backup power grids and massive reserves of ammunition, critical minerals, medical supplies and spare parts.
01:02:14.520The Pentagon also wants civilian factories ready to switch to wartime weapons production,
01:02:20.740alternative supply chains in place if foreign suppliers are cut off,
01:02:24.980and military communications capable of functioning even if GPS and satellites are disrupted.
01:02:30.980Experts agree America's next major war could reach U.S. soil through cyber attacks,
01:02:35.900drones, and long-range weapons, particularly in a potential conflict with China.
01:02:40.120The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support.
01:02:48.020No civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water.
01:02:52.460I don't know if it's next week or next month or next year, but when you have the Pentagon gearing up for the first time activating the COG systems,
01:02:59.440it is a massive deal. It is so critical for you to get ready, to have solar systems, solar panel systems to basic communications,
01:03:08.880and to have storable food, water filtration, you name it.
01:03:12.480And so we've been working on this for over a year,
01:03:15.340having a consortium clearinghouse with real high quality, healthy, good, delicious storable food.
01:03:21.080That's only one of the things at survivalnation.com.
01:03:24.920This site is already the widest selection storable foods site out there.
01:03:29.240It's five major companies with the highest ratings.
01:03:32.420We're going to add even more as a clearinghouse where you can look at all the major storable food that's available.
01:03:37.960They're just all in the back end of the computer,
01:03:39.600drop ship through them from super low price,
